Miami Hospital Fires Irate Uber Girl Out The Cannon!

Medical doctor who acted a fool while riding with Uber got fired out the cannon.

Worldwide condemnation came full circle today. The 28-year old 5' foot 100 lbs. medical doctor from Miami, Florida got fired out the cannon after she embarrassed herself and her hospital. Anjali Ramkissoon was placed in the freezer after a video surfaced showing her acting a fool towards an Uber driver.

The now famous video shows Ramkissoon hopping into an Uber driver's vehicle. The driver told her that she wasn't his pickup. The woman highly intoxicated went on a furious rampage.

She would knee him in the family jewels. He would push her to the ground. She quickly got up and hopped into the ride. Ramkissoon would eventually get the man's keys, phone and flyers.

She would literally destroy everything in his car before exiting and heading down the road.

The law was dispatched to the location. The person who was the actual rider filmed it and shared it online.
Pretty stupid. Doctor's social media antics cost her job.
It went through 6.5 million hits.

It lead to Ramkissoon giving an apology and reimbursement to the driver.

But the damage was done. She was widely condemned by the public for being a classless jerk. A privileged spoiled brat. She would get death threats and ridicule online.

Ramkissoon had shut down her social media. Uber terminated her contract for LIFE.

Now she won't be working Jackson Health Systems. She will have the right to appeal the decision.

The most infamous thing said by Ramkissoon was what led to her cannon firing.

So far she announced that she is in treatment for alcohol addiction and is hoping that the ugly memory of this event is put behind her.

That Ain't An Armrest, Gap!

Gap Kids does damage control after this promotional shoot got the public riled up.

The Gap went through some damage control. They had a promotional ad for Gap Kids in which the models were wearing their latest fashion. In the advertising you see a little girl being used as an armrest.

The photo features the child and three white girls. While the two girls bookending the photo strike acrobatic poses, the white girl in the middle stands next to the black girl with her elbow on the smaller girl's head—making it appear, some say, like the child is an "armrest." The Washington Post reports the promo is part of a larger GapKids campaign in collaboration with Ellen DeGeneres, meant to showcase "girls can do anything," but the paper notes that in the campaign's commercial, the black child is also on display with "seeming passivity," sitting reticently while the other girls chat with DeGeneres. "While all of the girls are adorable ... it becomes problematic when the black child is positioned to be a white child's prop," Kirsten West Savali writes for the Root.

There's a bit of a twist to the story: The two girls in question are sisters, the daughters of Ray Donovan actress Brooke Smith, reports Co.Create. The white girl, Fanny, 12, is the biological daughter of Smith and husband Steve Lubensky, and the black girl is 9-year-old Lucy, adopted from Ethiopia by the couple in 2008, per People. Smith tweeted: "girl with arm resting on her shoulder is her sister She didn't talk in video because she was 2 shy. everyone needs to calm down." Some replies to her tweet softened after hearing that news, but others said the relationship shouldn't matter. "She deserved better. That is our point," one commenter wrote. A Gap spokeswoman apologized: "We appreciate the conversation that has taken place and are sorry to anyone we've offended."

The Whiteness of TV Courtship

The Whiteness of TV Courtship

Juan Pablo Galavis is the only Bachelor of Color in the Bachelor series

Caila Quinn was considered for the Bachlorette franchise but was rejected in favor of
Joelle "JoJo" Fletcher

Joelle "JoJo" Fletcher is the face of the new Bachlorette

It has been coming up in the news recently regarding the last bastion of racism/classism:  TV Dating shows, particularly the Bachelor and the Bachelorette shows. Ms. Meredith Blake of the Los Angeles Times discuss this sensitive topic on race/ethnicity and courtship on both The Bachelor and The Bachlorette shows.
____________________________________________
A handsome, fair-haired man waits expectantly outside a palatial mansion as a horse-drawn carriage pulls up the drive. A beautiful young brunette in a floor-length gown emerges playing the violin, then pauses to introduce herself: "Hi, I'm Shamiqua."
Suddenly a producer interrupts: "Cut! Cut! Cut!" Shamiqua, she explains, does not have "wife potential." The problem: She's black.
"It is not my fault that America's racist, people," the producer proclaims.
____________________________________________________
Yeah, the centuries-old racist ideology of Black women not being suitable wife material dating from slavery onward to Jim Crow to recent stereotyping and racial backlash.  Why do you think antimiscegenation laws existed until 1967 when U.S. Supreme Court struck down those hateful laws in the Loving v. Virginia.  Witness how White Conservatives and Liberals trash Michelle Obama, Beyonce, Charlaine DeBlasio, Jada Pinkett,  Ayesha Curry, etc., for being and maintaining successful marriages.  It seems to me that people and the mainstream media are jealous of Black women and their relationships.  Could it be why the media tried so hard to push the unloving, demanding single Black woman narrative of the past 10 years?  Could it be that they push unflattering stereotypes of Black women in reality shows such as the Housewives of Atlanta, Basketball Wives, etc?
____________________________________________________
The scene is from the Lifetime series "UnREAL," which follows the backstage drama at a fictional dating competition show called "Everlasting." Last week, a similar shade of reality invaded the carefully constructed fantasy of "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette," the long-running ABC reality franchise that inspired "UnREAL."
Recent comments made by Fleiss on Twitter seem to undermine this claim. Fleiss tweeted March 5 that the identity of the new bachelorette would be revealed via the social media platform, adding in a subsequent tweet, "After 5 years of BBQ chicken as our Night One dinner, I'm thinking of mixing things up this year. Maybe a little Thai food ... Yum!"
___________________________________________________
Objectifying women with food references is bad, but when it is mixed with race and ethnicity, that's not cool.  The producers know better than that.
_______________________________

Some saw the tweet as an indelicate metaphor about the ethnicity of the new bachelorette, an impression strengthened by this update, which arrived two days after Fletcher was announced as the new bachelorette: "I chickened out and went with BBQ chicken. If it ain't broke ... #Bachelorette."
Many have argued that Fleiss and his colleagues care only about ratings and worry that an interracial romance would alienate less-tolerant viewers — this despite a profusion of mixed-race couples on hits including ABC's "Scandal" and AMC's "The Walking Dead." Furthermore, the success of shows such as "Empire" and "The Wiz" has shown that inclusiveness can also be good for the bottom line.
____________________________________________________
That's a cop-out and they know it.  Mainstream media and its masses do not want to see a successful interracial romance, whether be between White and People of Color or among People of Color, i.e. Black and Asian, Hispanic and Asian, Middle Eastern and Black, American Indian and Latino, etc.  Heck, it barely show Black couples together loving each other instead of fighting and having meaningless relationships.
________________________________________________
It could simply be that producers are reluctant to spoil the gauzy fantasy of a fireside couple's massage with a probing discussion of racial difference — a circumstance rarely acknowledged in the artificially post-racial universe of the shows, argues Rachel Dubrofsky, an associate professor at the University of South Florida. "The assumption is that a woman of color can as easily date a white man as a man of color, as if race is nonexistent. This does not effectively address issues of diversity and the real, lived ways in which people are impacted by racial difference."
_____________________________________________________
Please don't even try to deny that the show doesn't reflect real life.  America is much more polarized than ever.  Racial, ethnic, and class segregation has increased in the last 10 years.  The Tea Party and corporatist/wealthy wing of the Republican and Democratic parties have promoted racial divisiveness leading to the rise of Donald Trump.  Recent studies have revealed that nonblack men who proclaim colorblind ideology are far less likely to date/marry/have families with Black women(may I also say other women of Color such as Latinas, South Asian women, Pacific Island women, Middle Eastern women, Southeast Asian women(Filipinas excepted) and Native American women).
_____________________________________________________
"The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" are hardly unique within the reality genre, which has been plagued by allegations of racial insensitivity since the very first season of "The Real World" in 1992.
More recently, contestants on "Big Brother" were caught on tape making derogatory comments about African American and Asian American housemates. Other shows, including "The Real World" and "The Celebrity Apprentice," have been criticized for trafficking in negative stereotypes or stoking racial tension for ratings.
_____________________________________________________
In the latest Bachelor episode,  contender Jubilee was subjected to racial  taunting by her fellow contestants, saying that she doesn't have the right credentials to be his future wife.
According to the Huffington Post article, fellow contestants said that she wouldn't fit in as "a soccer mom wife."
_____________________________________________________________________
The guise of reality gives producers of shows like "The Bachelor" a convenient excuse, says Dubrofsky, author of the book "The Surveillance of Women on Reality Television: Watching 'The Bachelor' and 'The Bachelorette.'" "The makers of the show are easily let off the hook since they can say, 'We are only showing you what the person actually did, which we happened to catch on camera.'"
This season on "The Bachelor," Haitian-born Jubilee Sharpe became an early standout among the contestants, briefly buoying hopes that a black woman would have a shot at the final rose or title of "The Bachelorette." But her initial success provoked jealous sniping from her housemates, who spoke about her in language that, to many viewers, had racial connotations. Sharpe wasn't right for bachelor Ben Higgins because she wouldn't be "friends with all the other soccer moms," said one blond contestant. Sharpe was eliminated two weeks later.
Still, she lasted much longer than the average black contestant on '"The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette." A recent survey by Fusion found that 59% of black contestants leave the show within the first two episodes, which now run for 10 weeks, and that no black contestant had ever made it past Week 5.

Here's the chart from the Washington Post Chronicalling the number of People of Color in both the Bachelor and Bachelorette series

Here are two charts showing the number of People of Color contestants and winners from each episode.

Because producers typically cast a popular but rejected contestant as the next bachelor or bachelorette, this has created a "cycle [of] white contestants, white star," notes Andy Dehnart, editor of the website Reality Blurred.
Dubrofsky's research has also shown that there are fewer men of color on "The Bachelorette" than women of color on "The Bachelor," a disparity that she believes reinforces negative ideas about the romantic suitability of nonwhite men and the notion that white men are "saviors."
__________________________________________________
Duh, historically White women weren't allow to have relationships with men of Color and vice versa.  Such relationships are controversial to this day.  Think about shock radio Bob Dumas hateful commentary on White woman/Native American marriage in 2008.  Richard Cohen's racist article about Mayor DeBlasio and his family as well as the hateful commentary from YouTube users regarding the Cheerios Commercial featuring an interracial family back in 2013.  We really haven't progressed when it comes to interracial/interethnic relationships.
___________________________________________________
The truly groundbreaking thing, Dubrofsky added, would be a season featuring a nonwhite star and predominantly diverse contestants. For now, however, "the story of love on 'The Bachelor' and 'The Bachelorette' is about two white people finding love."
___________________________________________________
So True! Black relationships need to be shown on TV more. Media also need to show more People of Color in love as well as interracial couples on TV but that's wishful thinking as long as racism/white supremacy shape our lives including romance.

Can't Fly The Friendly Skies Too!

A flight attendant was busted for trafficking the snow at LAX (Los Angeles International Airport).

She thought that she could have passed through the TSA with her luggage. She thought wrong. They asked her for a secondary screening.

It turned out that she didn't want to participate in the secondary screening. The flight attendant would bolt from the TSA leaving her luggage and her luxury Gucci pumps behind.

Well inside that luggage and her Gucci pumps was snow. Lots of snow. The TSA found nearly 70 lbs of cocaine, a package of condoms and cash.

The flight attendant for JetBlue was named as Marsha Gay Reynolds, an Jamaican born woman who once was a beauty pageant contestant.

She was off-duty when she flashed her identification to the TSA. They looked at her like she's up to something. So they decided to make her squirm a bit.

I guess that was a good call, because if they allowed her on to flight, all that coke would have been shipped through the government.

Well Reynolds managed to escape the law for a moment. She would take flight at Bob Hope in Burbank to head to New York. The feds were waiting for her.
Bricks. All White bricks wrapped in green.
Now she is waiting extradition to Los Angeles to face some serious charges. These charges could put the pretty woman in federal time out for LIFE.

Reynolds is innocent until proven guilty.

Reynolds is also considered a high alert for escape. So they confiscated her passport and held her without a get out free card.
Beauty without the brains.
JetBlue is not pleased about this. They are working with the feds to out anyone else involved in the smuggling of cocaine, weapons and explosives.

The TSA comes under fire for this. They may have involuntarily allowed individuals smuggle illegal activity on flights here and abroad. The potential of a terrorist smuggling explosives through friends who work for airports came into question after a Russian airliner crashed after a worker smuggled a bomb the size of a Pespi bottle onto a flight.

Rapist Heads To The Iron College After Skipping In-House!

Rapist skirted in-house will face time in the iron college. He will learn that being a privileged jackass isn't excuse for ignoring a court order!

UNDERSTAND THIS. RAPE IS RAPE! THERE NOTHING FUNNY ABOUT IT! THAT IS NOT AN ACCOMPLISHMENT OR SUCCESS!

So there's this privileged man who attended a elite preparatory school in New Hampshire. For years, many of the students attending that school would have a game in which they would get the young freshmen drunk and have a little romp around the back. This man would end up raped a 15-year old girl and he claimed it as a rite of passage.

Turns out the girl didn't feel comfortable with his privilege and asked him to stop. He refused and put in the work. When the girl went to higher ups, they brushed it off. When she told the law, the man was arrested. When the story broke, the junk food media came with cameras in tow.

He managed to skirt a lengthy bid in the iron college after being found guilty of rape. He was sentenced to in-house (probation).

Owen Labrie, 20 years old will now see his pampered lifestyle turned upside down. He will now face time in the iron college for saying "Fuck the judge and the jury too!"

Labrie was sentenced last year for felony luring as well as misdemeanor charges related to having a sexual encounter with a minor in a trial that shone a harsh light on the school and its student tradition of a “senior salute,” in which students in their final year seek underclassmen for sexual encounters.

Labrie had been out on bail while appealing his conviction to the New Hampshire Supreme Court. But Judge Larry Smukler ruled on Friday that he had violated a curfew that required him to be in his mother’s home in Tunbridge, Vermont from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Prosecutors contended that Labrie had violated these conditions repeatedly by traveling to Boston, in part to visit a girlfriend.

Labrie’s attorney insisted that his trips to the Boston area were to meet with lawyers or for educational purposes.

Smukler rejected that argument.

“I don’t know if you went down to Boston to consult with somebody, to meet with a girlfriend, or to pursue educational opportunities,” Smukler said Friday. “There have been credibility issues throughout this trial.”

Labrie was taken out of the courtroom in handcuffs.
Rapist will face court date from ignoring court ordered inhouse.
Prosecutors had submitted documents indicating that Labrie repeatedly purchased bus tickets to and from Boston that necessitated violating his curfew.

Labrie’s attorney, Jaye Rancourt, admitted that he traveled outside the curfew three times, but she said he was concerned about threats to his safety if his activities were publicized through a formal court motion seeking permission for the trips.

“Telling the public, telling the media, where your client is at all times is not safe,” Rancourt said. “He chose, wrongly admittedly, to fly under the radar ... He’s sorry for that.”

St. Paul’s is one of the nation’s top prep schools, and its alumni include well-known figures in business and politics, including U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.

Labrie is innocent until proven guilty.

Gawker Got Served By The Hulkster!

Hulk Hogan win against Gawker.
Washed up celebrity nets a huge payday. A federal court ordered celebrity agitating website Gawker to pay up for leaking the personal business of this celebrity.

Last year, the junk food media was talking about Terry Bollea (known as Hulk Hogan) was fired out the cannon after a website published tapes in which the wrestler said some not so nice things about Black people.

The World Wrestling Entertainment group scrubbed everything from their website and told the Hulkster, you're services are no longer needed.

He blamed Gawker for ruining the tape and ruining his life. The most embarrassing thing Gawker done to the Hulkster was the sex tape.

In 2012, Hogan was friends with radio agitator Bubba the Love Sponge.

The agitator told him that he wife wanted to get the Hulk Slam. Hulkster was willing to comply.

Unfortunately, he was unaware that Bubba was filming the whole ordeal. The ordeal was then sent to Gawker. The celebrity agitator would publish this to the fans and current wife.
Trumpster and the Hulkster.
For that, the federal court believed that his life was ruined and Hogan was awarded $115 million by a jury Friday in his lawsuit against Gawker.

In their closing arguments Friday, Hogan's lawyers argued the video was a violation of his privacy. "Gawker took a secretly recorded sex tape and put it on the Internet," the AP quotes Hogan's attorneys. Gawker's attorneys argued the site had a "legitimate news reason" for publishing the video as a "commentary on the ordinariness of celebrity sex videos." One of the website's lawyers went on to warn that if Hogan's suit was successful, "the Internet as we know it will cease to exist." In addition to Gawker, the jury found founder Nick Denton and former editor Albert Daulerio (who made headlines for saying he'd consider publishing the sex tape of anyone over the age of 5) personally liable. Gawker says it only made about $11,000 from publishing the sex tape and took outside investment for the first time to cover potential costs from the trial.

Gawker could be shut down after this event. They're currently appealing the decision. This lawsuit could destroy all the good Gawker's done.

This is because some washed up wrestler had the nerve to be a dick about his dick.

The Hulkster endorsed the Trumpster for president. Remember some time ago, Donald Trump appeared on WWE to take on Vince McMahon in the Battle of The Boards match.

The Law Throws Murder Charges On Unrepentant Motorist!

Unrepentant Ohio motorist kills two people. The law says that she's been an issue since her teens. Now she may spend the rest of her life in the iron college if she is found guilty of murder.

There was this woman who stole a Chevy Impala from a local gas station. Her theft of this vehicle is the least of her concerns. Right now, Kyndra Shackelford, 18 is being held on murder charges. The woman was being pursued by the law and she decided to crash into a vehicle driven by Marcus Harper.

He didn't expect the woman speeding down the dark road. She was trying to flee the law and it ended up being a fatal incident.

Marcus was killed on impact. His passenger was injured badly. They haven't released the name of the victim. Shackelford was injured but she didn't lose her life. So after she got stitched up, they gave her a ride to Montgomery County lockup.

Now the junk food media has released all the details to how this fatal incident happened.
Fatal accident in Dayton, Ohio is national news.
The Ohio State Patrol, Montgomery County Sheriff and Huber Heights police are investigating why this woman made the reckless decision to drive in a stolen vehicle. Maybe she was under the influence of alcohol. Obviously she may have purchased alcohol from the gas station. She may have taken the ride of the person after a brief pickup.

The law will interview the person who got the vehicle lifted. Obviously it's evidence to the incident.

The victim will likely be facing an insurance bill out the ass.

They will interview the surveillance tapes. They will interview witnesses who spotted the accident.
Victim identified in deadly Huber Heights pursuit photo
Criminal survives accident. But the criminal ended up killing victims.
Right now, I am guessing her Get Out of Jail Free card is $1 million.

The charges range from high felony, murder (aggravated vehicular homicide), felonious assault (aggravated vehicular assault) grand theft auto, failure to comply to a lawful order, to high misdemeanors such as being a non-license motorist operator.

Aggravated vehicular homicide is MURDER in the first degree. That eliminates all the other charges. Each charge carries 5 to 20 if found guilty of the charges. The murder charge (unintended) is 15 to LIFE in the iron college.

The law says that Shackleford has a laundry list of other incidents where she may face time for. One was aggravated menacing (stalking or threatening with violence), improper use of a firearm (discharging it in the air), domestic violence, resisting arrest and skipping court.

It was told that she would say "Fuck Tha Police" when confronted or called out. She would fake a name to get out of a pair of slap bracelets.

As of now, I believe Shackleford has no ounce of remorse for the victims. She didn't care who she hurt. She knows if the lawyers would tell her story of childhood, she'll be out in 15.

Shackleford is innocent until proven guilty.

World News Today sends our condolences to the family of Marcus Harper.

Teens Cleared Of Gang Rape! No Mention By Junk Food Media!

Phillip (l.), one of the five teens wrongly accused in the Brownsville park rape case, covers up while leaving State Supreme Court in Brooklyn. Philip was cleared of all charges.
The damage is done.
RAPE IS RAPE! There's nothing funny about it.

Also making false statements about a rape does make it harder for actual rape victims to report their cases.

This is an example of how many in the junk food media questions the motives of rape victims. They always expect a victim to have "proof" of an actual sexual assault. Doubters always shame the victims of rape.

Also the falsely accused are often ridiculed and shamed by the junk food media. Even if they're cleared of a crime, the public perception still exist.

The falsely accused will have a difficult path ahead when it comes to relationships, jobs and a social life.

Well that's interesting. Back in January, I posted that there was a horrific gang rape in Brownsville, Brooklyn, New York The suspects were five Black teens. It was alleged that these teens gang raped the victim at a playground. The victim reported it to the NYPD and it lead to their arrests.

Well it turns out that the teens were cleared of this criminal act. Now they're trying to clear their names in the junk food media. They fear that the damage is done and they can never have a normal life. They will always be looked as rapists even though they didn't commit the act.

After a thorough investigation, cops and Brooklyn prosecutors announced Wednesday that the accuser recanted her story. There was no gun. She was having sex with her father in the playground. She had sex with an undetermined number of the teens. Sources said it was consensual.

“The complainant, as well as her father, provided multiple inconsistent accounts to NYPD detectives and to experienced special victims prosecutors about important material facts in the case,” Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson said.

I am wondering if Colin Flaherty will do a retraction or The Drudge Report will actually report that the victim made up the whole thing.

If the victim turns out to be a Black woman, will they blame President Barack Obama, Al Sharpton or #BlackLivesMatter?

If it wasn't for Van Jones of CNN, I would have not noticed it. During the coverage of Super Tuesday, Van Jones got into a heated debate with White extremist Jeffrey Lord over Donald Trump's dog whistle to White extremists.

Jones was telling Lord that these teens were wrongly accused of a gang rape and no one made a mention about it. He said that Trump promoted that story and it brought David Duke into the picture.

It's unfortunate that the junk food media continues to stand firm in letting this story stay out of the mainstream. Conservatives already assume guilt before innocence. Even before the name of the suspect is released, they concluded the suspect is a Barack Obama, liberal, #BlackLivesMatter racist.

They are so devoted to making Black on Whatever crime a topic for the election.

One of the accused is now fearing for his safety. People around his neighborhood believe the story and they've stuck to it like glue.

Ethan Philip was one of the five accused of the gang rape. He can't even get a job because of the accusations being hurled at him.

Ethan who plays the piano and aspires to be a professional musician, the damage was done.

“Yesterday I went to the rec center and a girl said, 'There goes the rapist,’” he told New York Daily News.

"People are looking at me like I did something wrong," Ethan said. "They (the police) only put my name out there (not the woman and her father), that's not fair. I don't see how I can overcome this."

Ethan was a star on the basketball team at Brownsville Collegiate Charter School, but after his arrest, his mom and the school agreed that he would stay away from Brownsville Collegiate for an unspecified period of time.
The names of Phillip and fellow suspect Shaquell Cooper (r., in black hood) were quickly distributed.
Ethan Philips and Shaquell Cooper were falsely accused of rape. They were photographed and put in junk food media publications. The New York Post posted their names and school to the public.
Police released the names of the suspects and surveillance video of the teens at a neighborhood grocery store was released to the media.

"This case is similar to the Central Park Five because these kids were convicted in the court of public opinion without a trial," said Ethan's lawyer Amy Rameau.

"The police jumped the gun and everyone followed," Rameau said. "The girl and her father should be prosecuted for having incestuous sexual relations in public, for making false statements, and wasting city resources."

A law enforcement source told The News that the accuser's account changed repeatedly during the course of the investigation.

"It’s impossible to know what really happened," the source said, adding that she initially said all five raped her.

Later she repeated her account without specifically identifying Ethan as one of the suspects who attacked her. He provided a limited account of the playground incident to The News and declined to discuss the actions of the other teens at his lawyer's insistence.

Ethan says that during the time he was being questioned by special victims detectives, they falsely claimed to have a video showing one of the boys holding a gun.

"They kept trying to get me to say there was a gun," he said.

Ethan's mother described his demeanor as depressed and withdrawn "like a light has gone out" in him. The school has agreed to take him back tomorrow, however.

“I had no doubt he was innocent,” she said. "You know your children. He's very child-like and tender and playful. I have a faith that I believe truth prevails."

For his part, Ethan has a theory why the father and daughter fabricated the rape claim.

"I think they did this because they were embarrassed (after getting caught having sex in the park) and tried to blame it on us," he said.

World News Today would like to say to Ethan and those who were falsely accused of a criminal act to rightfully sue those who put you in this situation. We hope that you can regain the trust and respect you've lost upon the junk food media's accusations of criminality.

Ke$ha: Get Me The F**k Off Kemosabe Records!

Pop singer Kesha feuding with longtime producer Dr. Luke. They duke it out in court.

Kesha is a signed act to RCA records and Kemosabe Records, Inc. Łukasz Gottwald (aka Dr. Luke) is the founder of the label. The label has acts such as Kesha, Juicy J, Becky G, and Lil' Bibby.

Dr. Luke and Kesha were close during her rise. After all, she released her debut album Animal with the hit singles, "Tik Tok", "Your Love Is My Drug" and "Take It Off".

She also scored major hits with "We R Who We R", "Sleazy", and "Blow" off the Cannibal EP.

Then her follow up album Warrior which produced the hits "Die Young", "C'mon" and the Pitbull single "Timber".

She scored worldwide fame as an iconic pop singer. Now five years later, the pop singer is feuding with the label and Dr. Luke. She wants to get off the label, but the U.S. federal court said, no!

Kesha sued producer Dr. Luke for alleged sexual assault and battery, sexual harassment, gender violence, emotional abuse, and violation of California business practices over their 10 years of working together.

She claimed that Dr. Luke repeatedly drugged her, with and without her consent, and that his abuse caused her eating disorder. Kesha asked the court to break her contract with Dr. Luke as well.

In response, Dr. Luke filed a countersuit against Kesha for defamation, accusing her, her mother, and her management of fabricating the abuse claims to break her contract with him.

In November, Dr. Luke asked the judge to dismiss Kesha's allegations of sexually abusing her.

In early December, Dr. Luke filed a defamation lawsuit against Kesha's lawyer, Mark Geragos, accusing him of implications that Luke had raped Lady Gaga. Gaga's team denied any such incident.

Later in December, Luke's defamation lawsuit took a new turn. His lawyers amended the official complaint which now included a handwritten birthday card from Kesha back in 2009. Luke's attorney claimed the card is several years after Kesha alleges he started abusing her. Other additions included several emails between Luke and Kesha's mother, where the latter wrote to him 'You are part of our family'. Dr. Luke further accused Jack Rovner, president of Vector Management of "longstanding antipathy" towards him, alleging Rovner wants more money and control of Kesha's career.

In 2015, during New York Fashion Week, Kesha wore a Discount Universe dress with the words "You Will Never Own Me" on the front of the garment, which has been speculated as an obvious jab at Dr. Luke amid Kesha's recovery.

During the year, Kesha amended her complaint against Dr. Luke and added a suit against Sony Music Entertainment, with Kesha's lawyer claiming "Dr. Luke's proclivity for abusive conduct was open and obvious to [Sony Music Entertainment] executives, who either knew of the conduct and turned a blind eye, failed to investigate Dr. Luke's conduct, failed to take any corrective action, or actively concealed Dr. Luke's abuse."

Kesha sought an injunction with Sony against working and releasing music with Dr Luke and for greater artistic freedom. Kesha's lawyer, Mark Gregaros, responded about the injunction saying "She cannot work with music producers, publishers, or record labels to release new music. With no new music to perform, Kesha cannot tour. Off the radio and stage and out of the spotlight, Kesha cannot sell merchandise, receive sponsorships, or get media attention. Her brand value has fallen, and unless the Court issues this injunction, Kesha will suffer irreparable harm, plummeting her career past the point of no return." Without the injunction, her career could be effectively over.

Since then, a new petition has been started by Austin Dean, in hopes of gaining awareness to Kesha's situation and support for her injunction. The petition currently has more than 120,000 signatures.
Kesha in the courtroom visibly upset over the court ruling. Her mom is to the left.
Kesha is still under contract with Dr. Luke and has to finish up the albums owed before she can bolt from the label. Kesha wasn't going for that. So this month, she took it to federal court.

New York Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich ruled against Kesha's request for a preliminary injunction that would release her from her contract with Kemosabe Records.

The decision was made after the judge told her lawyer, Mark Geragos, that he was essentially "asking the court to decimate a contract that was heavily negotiated and typical for the industry".

According to the defense, Dr. Luke had already invested $60 million in her career and also offered to allow the singer to fulfill her contract and record without his involvement. The judge also cited what she felt was vagueness in Kesha's counterclaims, referring to the lack of documentation or hospital records supporting the alleged attack.

Before her legal battle against Dr. Luke, in 2011, Kesha had previously sworn under oath that the producer had never assaulted or drugged her in a deposition for a lawsuit against her former managers at DAS Communications, a key piece of evidence that played a role in the court ruling in favor of the defense.

The verdict sparked protests outside the courtroom by Kesha's supporters, and started the "#FreeKesha" movement online.

The Price Of Love!

Married woman posted on social media that she was single. She was trying to bait singles into supporting Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. Although she didn't steal information from the singles, her actions are examples of what the FBI warns about online dating.

I've said it time after time, love is complicated. It's hard for some to find the right one. I've took to posting a long rant about dating and social media. I've dated some of the worst of the worst on social media dating websites.

I won't mention their names. I wish them well.

Well once again, it's Valentine's Day and a lot of single Americans are hoping to find the right one.

Some are finding it harder to settle down.

I am almost certain to give up on relationships. I am so tired of wasting my time dating women who take advantage of me. I am the dreaded "NICE GUY" who will end up always in the "FRIEND ZONE".

I am not looking for the "FRIEND ZONE" and I am not looking for the "HIT IT AND QUIT IT".

But I am certainly willing to place my bets on millions of singles rushing into relationships. The social media websites that attract singles, OKCupid, eHarmony, POF, Badoo, Tinder, Coffee Meets Bagel, Match.com, MeetMe and Christian Mingle see a spike around the week of Valentine's Day.
The nice guy is always assured heartbreak.
Of course, scammers are seeking the opportunity as well.

Did you know that two Bernie Sanders supporters created profiles to lure men into supporting the Democratic candidate's campaign?

Two women were banned from Tinder because they were swiping right on guys who were interested in them. When conversation began, the first thing came up was Bernie Sanders. The Sanders campaign denounced the women and told supporters to not deceive people.

Haley Lent and Robyn Gedrich were banned from the social media website after they played games.
This woman who posed as a single tried to bait singles into supporting presidential candidates.
They were participating in a "political spamming" scam. They intentionally were trying to fool men into relationships only to encourage them to support Sanders.

Of course, they didn't follow the rules of the website and they have since apologized for their behavior (of course the death threats also came too).

These two were examples of what the FBI warns about online dating. The FBI released a bulletin about the dangers of online dating.

Tinder "match" looks like a model.
These criminals—who also troll social media sites and chat rooms in search of romantic victims—usually claim to be Americans traveling or working abroad. In reality, they often live overseas. Their most common targets are women over 40 who are divorced, widowed, and/or disabled, but every age group and demographic is at risk.

Here’s how the scam usually works. You’re contacted online by someone who appears interested in you. He or she may have a profile you can read or a picture that is e-mailed to you. For weeks, even months, you may chat back and forth with one another, forming a connection. You may even be sent flowers or other gifts. But ultimately, it’s going to happen—your new-found “friend” is going to ask you for money.

So you send money...but rest assured the requests won’t stop there. There will be more hardships that only you can help alleviate with your financial gifts. He may also send you checks to cash since he’s out of the country and can’t cash them himself, or he may ask you to forward him a package.

So what really happened? You were targeted by criminals, probably based on personal information you uploaded on dating or social media sites. The pictures you were sent were most likely phony lifted from other websites. The profiles were fake as well, carefully crafted to match your interests.

Tinder "match" wants you to Kik it with them.
In addition to losing your money to someone who had no intention of ever visiting you, you may also have unknowingly taken part in a money laundering scheme by cashing phony checks and sending the money overseas and by shipping stolen merchandise (the forwarded package).

In another recently reported dating extortion scam, victims usually met someone on an online dating site and then were asked to move the conversation to a particular social networking site, where the talk often turned intimate. Victims were later sent a link to a website where those conversations were posted, along with photos, their phone numbers, and claims that they were “cheaters.” In order to have that information removed, victims were told they could make a $99 payment—but there is no indication that the other side of the bargain was upheld.

While the FBI and other federal partners work some of these cases—in particular those with a large number of victims or large dollar losses and/or those involving organized criminal groups—many are investigated by local and state authorities.

We strongly recommend, however, that if you think you’ve been victimized by a dating scam or any other online scam, file a complaint with our Internet Crime Complaint Center (www.ic3.gov).

Before forwarding the complaints to the appropriate agencies, IC3 collates and analyzes the data—looking for common threads that could link complaints together and help identify the culprits. This helps keep everyone safe.

Here are some tips on how to avoid becoming a victim of an online dating scam.

Recognizing an Online Dating Scam Artist

Your online “date” may only be interested in your money if he or she:
  • Presses you to leave the dating website you met through and to communicate using personal e-mail or instant messaging;
  • Professes instant feelings of love;
  • Sends you a photograph of himself or herself that looks like something from a glamour magazine;
  • Claims to be from the U.S. and is traveling or working overseas;
  • Makes plans to visit you but is then unable to do so because of a tragic event; or
  • Asks for money for a variety of reasons (travel, medical emergencies, hotel bills, hospitals bills for child or other relative, visas or other official documents, losses from a financial setback or crime victimization).
One way to steer clear of these criminals all together is to stick to online dating websites with nationally known reputations.

Be safe and have great Valentine's Day!

Tragedy At A Glendale School!

School shootings are constantly happening.

While most mass shootings go unnoticed, a school shooting always seem to bring attention to the rise in gun violence. Last year over 33,000 Americans lost their lives to gun violence. I can assure you that over 2,500 people have lost their lives to firearms this year alone. And its not getting any better.

Okay, there was a tragic shooting at Independence High School in Glendale. Two girls were killed. This happened to be a murder-suicide. The motives of the shooter are unknown but I have that feeling that bullying or spurn relationships were the cause of the event.

The 10th graders at Independence High School in Glendale had single gunshot wounds and a weapon was found near their bodies, police said. A suicide note was located.

A shooting was reported just before 8 a.m., when the first classes were scheduled to start, said Officer Tracey Breeden. Officers found the girls under a covered patio.
Murder suicide over lover being spurned.
"Although the investigation is not complete, investigators working the case say evidence found at the scene leads them to believe that one female took the life of the other female before taking her own life," police said later Friday.

According to police, detectives learned the girls were close friends, and appeared to be in a relationship.

The Maricopa County Medical Examiner's Office will make a final determination of the cause and manner of death. Police did not identify the girls, as Dorothy Dutiel and May Kieu, both 15 years old.

I don't know who shot the victim.

World News Today send our condolence to the victim of this senseless tragedy.

Cruz The Backstroke!

Actress denounced Ted Cruz after she slut shames her.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) got egg on his face this weekend ahead of the debate and South Carolina primary.

The Ted Cruz Campaign was hit by friendly fire. That friendly fire was the definition of irony.

There was a political ad aimed at Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) in which a group of disgruntled Republicans met at an anonymous meeting discussing their frustrations with Washington.

One of the actresses who gave the line, "Maybe you should vote for more than a pretty face" was named Amy Lindsay.

Amy gave the dog whistle "about them people". The commercial was hard hitting until a person recognized Lindsay. Someone found out that Amy was the girl guys really got a hold on. I mean they really wanted her.
Damn.
It turns out that Amy was a former softcore porn actress. She played in some X-rated movies on Cinemax and HBO. The word got to the social media and Cruz was ridiculed for the decision to run the ad.

Amy who supported Cruz during his run was pissed that the campaign pulled the ad and shamed the her for being a "vile liberal operative" who tried to sabotage the campaign.

Amy was getting some really good airplay on the junk food media. Amy retired from the porn game and is doing minor roles on television. She said that Cruz was foolish for dumping the ad. She said that she would have voted for him but seeing how he reacts to things, she may consider supporting his arch-rival Donald Trump.

Her website and social media spiked a bit after she was outed as the woman who once did a backstroke on a man's....Well you know!

The video is circulating and it's too late for Cruz to call for removal. Many of the people seen it and they're laughing at him for being such a stick in the mud.

Junk Food Media Gives Two Killers Glowing Profile!

Junk food media gives glowing profiles of two cold blooded killers.

The death of Nicole Lovell was much talked about in the junk food media. The 11-year old girl was allegedly meeting a guy who she met on social media. She would bolt from her home in the middle of the night to see this man. The timeline is shaky but the accomplice said that they stabbed the girl and stuffed her in a bag and tossed her in rural North Carolina.

Nicole was sharing her goodies on social media to the suspect David Eisenhuaer. He took a liking to it. They engaged in some talk and flirts. He said he's got a car and he'll give her a ride.

So for a few months before the killing, they would meet at fast food restaurants and engage in sexual acts. I can only assume two things. He was grooming the girl for sex. When he found out that she's was 13 years old and Nicole threatening to tell the law (i.e. blackmail), he flipped on her.

The junk food media's obsession with Missing White Girl Syndrome. The junk food media spotlights missing White girls and women who come from well meaning backgrounds. They end up missing and the family urge social media to react to it. Once it picks up steam the junk food media end up covering it.

There's thousands of missing adults and children. Most of these missing people aren't covered like the ones that drive politicians to enact legislation in reaction to it.

The junk food media gave glowing profiles of the suspects.
Glowing profile of killer.
CNN for example says that the two were students at Virginia Tech. Both were taunted as children and managed to overcome bullying to become standouts.

David Eisenhauer and Natalie Keepers also disturbed. They may have followed the Slender Man conspiracy. It could have been just a plot to rape or rob Nicole.

The two allegedly planned how to dispose and conceal the body of seventh-grader Nicole Lovell over that late January meal at the Cook Out in Blacksburg, Virginia.

The details came to light in a courtroom Thursday as prosecutor Mary Pettitt argued against granting bail to Keepers.

Keepers, 19, is accused of being an accessory to murder before the fact, concealing a body and being an accessory to murder after the fact.

Eisenhauer, 18, is charged with abduction and murder.

Keepers' motive, Pettitt told the judge, was that she was "excited to be part of something secretive and special."
Nicole Lovell lost her life to a cold blooded killer. This killer and his friend buried her in North Carolina after he got into a fight with the girl.
The judge denied bond to Keepers.

The pair, Pettitt said, went to the restaurant in the days before the girl's disappearance to talk about the plot to kill Nicole.

Eisenhauer told Keepers how he would lure Nicole out of her home one night, take her to a remote location and use a knife to cut her throat, the prosecutor said.

After leaving Cook Out, they drove by Lovell's home, Pettitt said.

Natalie Keepers.
Police arrested Eisenhauer on January 30, three days after Nicole disappeared. Eisenhauer denied involvement in killing the girl.

Investigators said they believe Eisenhauer had an inappropriate relationship with Nicole, a law enforcement official said. The girl was planning to expose their relationship, the official said, and investigators think this was the motive for killing her.

Nicole disappeared after midnight on January 27. Her mother, Tammy Weeks, went to Nicole's bedroom door and found it barricaded, the prosecutor said. Weeks saw an open window and realized Nicole was missing. So was the girl's "Minions" character blanket.

After an extensive search, Nicole's body was found three days later in a wooded area in North Carolina.

Pettitt said in court on Thursday that Eisenhauer corresponded with Lovell on January 27 at 12:39 a.m. through social media.

Also at Thursday's bail hearing, the prosecutor alleged Eisenhauer and Keepers bought a shovel and scouted a remote location for the killing.

Keepers helped Eisenhaur move Nicole's remains into the trunk of his Lexus, Pettitt said. The body was still in the trunk while the pair went to buy cleaning supplies, the prosecutor added.

After Nicole's body was found, police found Keepers at her boyfriend's house and searched the premises.

She allegedly sent Eisenhauer a text message warning: "POLICE."

The search turned up a "Minions" blanket and cleaning supplies, police said.
She will be missed.
A preliminary hearing for Eisenhauer has been scheduled for March 28. His court-appointed attorney has not responded to CNN requests for comment.

Pettitt said the autopsy report is expected to be finished just prior to the preliminary hearing.

Eisenhauer did not lead authorities to the body, according to Blacksburg police Chief Anthony Wilson, nor did he confess to the killing.

Authorities said they decided to arrest Eisenhauer after sorting through social media, exploring 300-plus tips and searching for other information pertinent to the case.

A spokesman for Kik, an app that allows users to send anonymous messages, told CNN that it had cooperated with an FBI investigation into the case.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Nicole Lovell.

Eisenhuar and Keepers are innocent until proven guilty.
