The Law Bucks A Man In Pennsylvania Walmart!

Fatal police shooting in East Stroudsburg Walmart.

Do I smell a John Crawford style shooting in East Stroudsburg?

The law puts down a gunman who was threatening shoppers at a local Walmart.

I don't know. Maybe it was a legitimate threat.

Pennsylvania is an open carry state. A person can walk into a business with a firearm.

I have to be skeptical. Could it been another swatting call?

Ronald Ritchie calling 911 on John Crawford saying that he was pointing a gun at shoppers. That wasn't the case. The law arrived in two minutes to the store. The law would approach John while he was on the phone. He was holding a BB gun on his shoulder and within two seconds, he was shot by Beavercreek, Ohio police.

Andrew Joseph Todd was the gunman who came into a Walmart with a two handguns and a machete.

Maybe he may have threatened customers. Maybe he didn't. The state police and feds are investigating if the shooting was justified.

Stroudsburg resident Chris Torino was in the store's home and garden section when he saw the man dressed in black with a bandanna over his face holding a handgun to his own head. The man rounded a corner and went into a different aisle, at which point Torino lost sight of him.

Torino was probably the one who called the law on Todd.

"People started screaming and going frantic. They were saying, 'look, look, look!'" Torino said.

Within what seemed like minutes of the man entering the store, Stroud Area Regional Police converged on the store carrying assault rifles and telling shoppers to evacuate.

The scene was chaotic and shoppers screamed and scrambled to the nearest exists, dropping shopping bags on their way out the door, Torino said.

Torino heard at least one shot fired as he evacuated the store. Todd didn't shot anyone at the store. No body was injured in this. The law was doing the shooting.

The law declined to comment on whether the man was pointing the gun at his own head.

Are they trying to say that Todd was trying to commit suicide while in the store. Suicide by cop?

The Law Won't "Shoot On Sight" The White Guy With A Firearm!

Daniel Kovacevic, 25, near Akron bus stop - Twitter
The White guy strolls Akron streets with a firearm and there's nothing the law can do about it. He has a right to do so under the Ohio open carry law.

If a mass shooting happens, the blame game often comes into play. From the Charleston shooting to the most recent shooting in San Bernardino, the agitators want to point fingers at each other rather than solve problems. President Barack Obama said that we're becoming numb to mass shootings. It's like an everyday occurrence in the country.

When the shooter is Black, he's either a thug or Obama's son. When the shooter is a Muslim, he's either a terrorist or a supporter of "radical Islam". When the shooter is Hispanic, he's either an illegal or a drug smuggler.

When it comes to innocence before guilt, Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims are often guilty before trial.

When it comes to White people, they're innocent until proven guilty.

White people are often given glowing profiles when they're arrested. Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims are given menacing profiles (i.e. use of drugs, hand signs, criminal history or views opposed to the United States).

White people stockpiling firearms is just prevent a government gun grab. Muslims stockpiling firearms is a potential terrorist attack.

The junk food media ignores "NICE GUYS" being the most dangerous individuals to ever hold a firearm. The "NICE GUY" is probably the ones who are likely going to commit acts of mass murder.

These are the people who are shunned by society. They have been hurt by relationships, jobs, discrimination, and unfortunate circumstances. They get influenced by events, groups or self-infliction.

Raw Story reported on an Ohio man deliberately toying with residents. He is using Ohio's open carry laws to walk around neighborhoods with a loaded semi-automatic firearm.

Daniel Kovacevic, 25 year old man was testing the law.

So he goes into Akron and Cleveland wearing his firearm on his holster. He stands near a Black barbershop.

The barber is of course shaken by this. He calls the law on Kovacevic and they come to the area. Of course, the law was tied up with other issues and said that he wasn't causing any problems in the area.

The owner Deone Slater did not want the man with his rifle hanging out in front of his shop.

Kovacevic was warned about trespassing and was told to leave.

He escapes the law without a scratch on him. Many in Black America are fumed up over the fact that a White man with a firearm can stroll through Black neighborhoods without being arrested or shot.

But when it comes to John Crawford picking up a BB gun from the Walmart shelves and Tamir Rice playing with a pallet gun, they were shot on sight.

“He was a threat to my community,” Slater said. “If I can prevent him from shooting up the city, I would. I won’t condone it. Somebody’s got to stand up.”

Slater said he was yelling profanities at Kovacevic when police arrived, and that Kovacevic said little during the confrontation other than to ask him if he was a Christian.

“I told him to take his guns off. I told him let me have five or 10 minutes with him without his weapons,” Slater said before adding that the police seemed more concerned with him than the man carrying the gun, and that he believes race plays a part in it.

“They (police) were more concerned about me than him, as if I were the threat,” Slater explained. “If it were me with a gun, they would have shut the whole block down.”

“He’s a threat to me and my people. He’s a threat to me.”

Police have been monitoring Kovacevic for days after receiving calls from security at University of Akron that he was seen near the school carrying his rifle.

Had he been a Black man, he would have been shot on sight.

Nothing Gonna Change: Mass Murder In San Bernardino!

Mass shooting in San Bernardino.

A bullet has no eyes. It will always hit a target.

Stay tuned for the Blame Game. I will take an opportunity to write about it as soon as I can.

While I was at work, I heard about this tragedy in California. Matter of fact, I just shake my head when I heard about it. Another mass shooting in the United States. Just last Friday, a mass shooting.

Every month has been a mass shooting. And it seems to be getting worse by the day.

Here in the United States, we have more gun violence than any other nation in the world.

Our inept lawmakers are ignoring the obvious. The Republican Party and their conservative allies are totally stupid. They say that all criminals are Democrats. They believe that "radical Islam" is a bigger threat than gun violence.

Now I can assure you that many on the left are getting tired of hearing the right sending prayers and thoughts to the families. I am getting tired of hearing agitators complain about "politicizing" events.

I am getting tired of having to hear every agitator point to one group instead of the shooter.

This shit should be politicized. We're not doing enough to stop gun violence.
Tactical units were dispatched.
San Bernardino has experienced a mass shooting today. Three suspects (one man and one woman) emerged upon the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California guns ablazing. These suspects managed to take out at least 31 victims. There were 14 dead and 17 injured.

The shooters reportedly targeted a banquet hosted by the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health, held in an auditorium with at least 100 people in attendance.

Initial reports indicated there may have been up to three shooters with rifles. They fled in an SUV.

Syed Farook was leaked to the junk food media as one of the suspects still at large. He has managed to elude authorities for the time being.

Democratic governor Jerry Brown and President Barack Obama were notified about the situation.

The presidential candidates have also been notified and express condolences for the victims.

President Barack Obama went right into it. "Our hearts go out to the victims and their families." He further commented, "People we don't allow to fly could go into a store right now in the United States and buy a firearm and there's nothing that we can do to stop them. That's a law that needs to be changed."

He called for bipartisan cooperation to reduce the frequency of events such as this.

Who will actually be blamed for the mass shooting tragedy in San Bernardino?

This goes right up with the Sandy Hook tragedy.

GUN CONTROL ISN'T ABOUT TAKING YOUR GUNS!

IT'S ABOUT KEEPING THEM OUT OF THE HANDS OF STREET GANGS, DRUG CARTELS, PEOPLE INVOLVED IN SEX TRAFFICKING, TERRORISTS, VIOLENT CRIMINALS, ANIMAL POACHERS, PEOPLE WHO HAVE MENTAL ISSUES OR ABUSIVE FAMILY MEMBERS!

WILL IT TAKE THE SHOOTING OF A GUN RIGHTS SUPPORTING REPUBLICAN OR DEMOCRAT TO CHANGE THE TONE?

I GUESS NOT! CAUSE GABRIELLE GIFFORDS WAS A GUN SUPPORTING LAWMAKER WHO WAS SHOT IN THE HEAD. SHE BARELY SURVIVED HER SHOOTING. NOW SHE IS PERMANENTLY DISABLED AND NOT ONE OF HER COLLEAGUES IN CONGRESS DONE ONE THING TO CHANGE THE TONE.

WHO'S GOING TO BE SHOT BY A PERSON WITH MENTAL ISSUES OR EXTREME POLITICAL VIEWS?

HOW MANY COPS WILL BE KILLED BY ASSAULT WEAPONS?

HOW MANY INNOCENT VICTIMS AND UNARMED CRIMINALS BE KILLED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT?

HOW MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE TO BE SHOT FOR DOING THEIR JOBS AS PUBLIC SERVANTS, RETAIL CLERKS, FEDERAL WORKERS, AND THOSE WHO REPORT THE NEWS?

WHY DO WE CONTINUE TO BE BULLIES TO THOSE WHO MAY EVENTUALLY TAKE REVENGE ON ALL OF US AT THE BARREL OF A GUN?

I'M NOT ASHAMED TO SAY THIS! WE NEED TO LOOK AT THE ISSUE WITH FIREARMS AND THE RISE OF EXTREMISM CAUSED BY HOSTILE POLITICS!

PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA AND CONGRESS BETTER GET THEIR HEADS OUT THEIR ASSES! THIS STUFF IS HAPPENING EVERYDAY AND PEOPLE ARE GETTING TIRED OF IT.

I DON'T WANT PRAYERS AND THOUGHTS. I WANT ACTION NOW! NO MORE BULLSHIT ABOUT GUN GRABS AND FALSE EQUIVALENCIES! END THE BLAME GAME! END GUN VIOLENCE!

The Law Search For Drive By Shooter Who Killed Maleki Parker!

The Dayton Police ask for assistance. 5-year old Maleki Parker was murdered in a drive-by shooting.

The cycle of gun violence continues in the United States. Let me remind you that gun violence is the number one threat in the country. Gun violence beats terrorism and Ebola.

How many terrorist-involved incidents happened in the United States this year?

When you mention how many mass shootings in the United States how many this year?

Even in my community, gun violence continues to happened. The city of Dayton has probably 46 homicides this year. For a city of 138,000 residents that's an epidemic.

This area is part of the region notorious for heroin addiction. I bet you money that there's dope spots within a mile of a police station. And the dope spots are considered breeding grounds for gun violence.

Enter the home of Maleki Parker. The junk food media says that his home was considered a dope spot. There was a drive-by shooting at the home and rounds flew throw a window and hit the 5-year old boy in the head.
20 rounds entered the home of Maleki Parker.
The family rushed him to the hospital. The boy was gravely wounded by the ricochet fire.

He was taken off life support on Monday, and died that night. The family will now have to deal the tragic lost of a toddler. The toddler wasn't a criminal! Maleki was an innocent baby.

The Dayton Police are calling upon witnesses who may have seen or heard something in the area.

Of course, the area is notorious for criminal activity.

Bruce Street is a road that harbors dope spots, prostitution and a bunch of residents too afraid to report it.

A year ago, Kolanda Richey was mauled by two mixed breed pitbulls. The neighbors Andrew Nason and Julie Custer were held in the county lockup on negligent homicide and animal abuse.

World News Today sends our condolences to the family of Maleki Parker and Kolanda Richey.

Mass Murder In America!

Another mass shooting in the United States. This one happened in Colorado Springs.

Over the Halloween weekend, there were many events in the United States. And since the Umpqua Community College shooting in October, there's been mass shootings.

I am sadden by the latest events in which innocent lives are taken by senseless gun violence. From my community of Dayton, Ohio all the way to Colorado Springs, I've heard talk about gun violence.

We've become numb to gun violence.

Quick Poll

online poll

It seems like the number one threat to the United States is gun violence. There were over 200 events that had some involvement of gun violence.

There were selected stories that I've read recently. I'll give a summary of the events that occurred involving gun violence.

Colorado Springs Massacre.

Let's go ahead and talk about the shooting in Colorado Springs. A man with firearm just randomly went on a shooting rampage. He walks calmly at people who just happened to be in area.

In a 30 minute rampage in the early morning, the terrorist went ahead and start to buck and buck.

He shot a man riding his bicycle. He shot two women standing outside the driveway. A witness rushed to their aid. He could save these victims. The law was called. The gunman was anticipating the encounter.

He wanted to be killed by the law. The Colorado Springs Police and the FBI are going to investigate the shooting.

Spike of Gun Violence In Dayton and Springfield, Ohio.

Two men were gunned down in Springfield, Ohio. A city that seen a wicked rise in gun violence. The city has over 15 homicides this year. The city's population is under 50,000. These two men are know to the law, were found in a SUV with bullets in their bodies.

The suspect was found hiding at a local hotel. The Springfield Police and U.S. Marshals were dispatched to the hotel. The suspect surrendered peacefully. A witness filmed the encounter of the surrender. He also filmed the families of the victim and suspect threaten each other.

In Dayton, the Montgomery County sheriff are investigating the death of a man with a bullet in head.

The victim was laying inside a stairwell in an abandoned apartment complex.

Kentucky police shooter.

A man who had a rap sheet that went back into the 1970s shot and wounded lawmen. The state was on high alert when this suspect was hiding the rural Kentucky plains.

The suspect was accused of attempted first-degree murder after allegedly wounding a police officer in rural Tennessee and shooting at a Kentucky trooper later that day across the border, Kentucky State Police said.

The suspect was wanted for the Tennessee Highway Patrol officer shooting. He would shoot a Kentucky State Police officer after a routine pull over. After wounded the officer, the suspect went hiding into the woods. He was wanted on a methamphetamine charge. He was also a registered sexual offender who failed to notify his P.O. where he lived. After four days on the run, the U.S Marshals and the KSP put slugs in the suspect outside of Burkesville, Kentucky.

A Spoiled Son Kills His Parents.

A man and his girlfriend are accused of killing his parents. The Connecticut State Police and the FBI are investigating the 27 year old man and his girlfriend on weapons charges.

The victims, Jeffery and Jeanette Nevin were found buried near a vacant property near Bridgeport. The suspect's text messages reveal a family rift. He was upset that his family was cutting off financial assistance. The suspect plotted revenge against his parents.

The victims were missing since August. They owned a recycling facility in Weston.

The suspect was zeroed in on failed foreclosure of a business. He had weapons with disability charge because he was on a controlled substance when arrested.

The suspect left a paper trail. He bought bleach, trash bags and left receipts that described a potential murder plot.

College Shootings.

There were numerous shootings on college campuses. One at Winston-Salem State University were one was killed and another was injured.

The school said a shooting was reported in the area of Lot W near Wilson Hall and Gleason-Hairston Terrace. The campus was placed on lockdown at 1:30 a.m. and the lockdown was lifted at 4:50 a.m.

The law is now searching for the suspect.

Over in Tennessee State University, the shootings, which occurred during a night encounter.

It appeared to have stemmed from a dispute over a dice game in an outdoor courtyard, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department said.

The male who died was not enrolled at the school, a university spokeswoman said. Police have not said whether the other individuals involved were students or visiting the campus.

It was unclear if a suspect was in custody.

The three gunshot victims were transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, said Tanya Stone, operations supervisor for the Metro Nashville emergency communication center.

The two who survived had injuries not considered life-threatening, the Tennessean newspaper reported.

Last week, three people were shot and wounded during a large house party near the Tennessee State University campus.

The incidents come amid a string of gun violence at or near several U.S. schools in October, including deadly incidents on the campus of Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff and adjacent to Texas Southern University in Houston.

These were samples of the mass shootings that happened last week. Over four weeks since Umpqua and gun violence has spiked.

Not to mention more events in which law enforcement used force when engaging in suspects. Some of these encounters were deadly.

World News Today send our condolences to the victims of these senseless shootings.

Ohio Man Killed In Front Of Family!

A man from Columbus, Ohio was killed in front of his family. He went to a local restaurant and was mugged by the gunman. The gunman put slugs in him. The law and feds are seeking information.

Gun violence happens everyday. I don't have the opportunity to cover every tragedy in the world.

I admit that I am pretty selective in how I address these stories. I tend to a left-of-center opinion on most issues. I don't consider myself a liberal or progressive. I consider myself a rationalist.

I am a supporter of gun rights. But also I am a rationalist. I believe that we should have reasonable gun control. Too many people are dying in senseless tragedies and we've become numb to this.

We're seeing a rise in anti-Muslim violence. Thanks to that right wing network and the many agitators in the conservative media, Muslims are often harassed and killed because of their religion.

A man from Columbus, Ohio was gunned down in front of his six children and wife. He was on a dinner outing at a local Golden Corral restaurant.

The gunman ambushed them at the door and demanded money. The gunman didn't give a fuck and bucked him in the leg and then the chest.

The gunman would take his wallet and phone. The suspect got away and the Columbus Metro police and the feds are hoping the suspect makes a mistake.

Shueyb Abukar, 40 was the name of the victim.

Police Sgt. Christ Holzhauser said that Abukar was a Columbus resident. Voters’ registration and county auditor’s records show a man of that name and age owning a home on Minerva Avenue on the Northeast Side.
Columbus Police and the feds are looking to witnesses. A father of six was gunned down after a robbery.
The shooting occurred about 6:30 p.m. Friday. Holzhauser said that Abukar and his family were leaving the restaurant after eating there and hadn’t even gotten to their vehicle when the man came up to them.

It’s unclear exactly what happened next, but Abukar was shot in front of his family for what Holzhauser said “appears to be a random robbery.” He said police don’t believe the shooter knew the man. Holzhauser couldn’t say whether the shooter got away with any money.

All of the children, Holzhauser said, saw their father shot. The oldest child is around 9 or 10 years old.

Holzhauser, a supervisor of the second-shift homicide squad who deals with slayings all of the time, was visibly shaken as he talked about the shooting.

“For some measly mother f----- to shoot a man in front of his whole family, that’s f------ sick,” Holzhauser said.

The shooter, Holzhauser said, jumped into a tan car with a second person at the wheel and sped away. The car is described as possibly a Toyota Corolla or a Ford Taurus. It’s unclear whether the getaway driver was a man or a woman.

The shooter is described as a black man who is about 6 feet tall and 160 to 170 pounds. He was wearing a red Ohio State hoodie and pajama bottoms with OSU insignias on them.

Breanne George heard the shooting and saw people run from the Golden Corral parking lot as she and her mother walked into the Ruby Tuesday restaurant right next door.

“I’d never heard a noise like that,” George said. “It was so close and so loud. I thought it was a car backfiring.”

But George said she then saw people run from the Golden Corral parking lot and heard screaming and yelling.

She quickly guided her mother, who is blind, into the Ruby Tuesday. Her mother, she said, was certain it was gunfire because her father had been a police officer.

George, 32, said there were three or four gunshots total.

She said she didn’t know exactly what had happened until she later read media accounts. She finds it all “very unnerving” because she was here from Chicago to sign a lease on a new Dublin apartment — not far from where the shooting occurred. She’s taking a job here.

“It was all just unbelievable,” George said.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Shueyb Abukar and every victim of gun violence.

What Happened To Corey Jones?

Mayo: Corey Jones shooting shows the answer isn't more guns
Corey Jones was a gifted drummer. On a late night, his vehicle broke down. He waited for a tow truck. He would never make it home. According to the law, he had an altercation with a plain clothes officer. The officer shot him six times.

If it wasn't for DeRay McKesson, Bree Newsome and Shaun White, you wouldn't hear about the story of a Florida man who was gunned down by an undercover police officer.

This undercover police officer would put slugs in the man. His superiors confirmed that the undercover police officer in an unmarked vehicle didn't flash a badge. But they also said that the victim pointed a gun at the officer.

The victim had no criminal record. He had a conceal carry permit. He carried the permit in case he may have been robbed of his properties. A legal Second Amendment right to carry a firearm in his vehicle without prosecution. The prosecution for have legal right to carry, death.

His name was Corey Jones. A 31 year old, brother, grandson, nephew, musician and child of God.

Corey was a popular church drummer who a concealed carry permit holder. In Florida, you have a legal right to have a firearm with a permit.

The Jones family disputes that Corey would have pulled his gun on an officer, had he known it was an officer. "I raised my children … to respect law," said Clinton Jones, Sr. a reverend.

Jones "would not ever, ever, ever" pull a gun on a police officer, according to Clinton Jones Jr., who called his brother "the happiest person ever."

All we can go by according to the law, the officer fired for his safety. The officer thought he saw a threat when he exited his unmarked cruiser.

Now the Florida state attorney and the U.S. Department of Justice are involved in this.

The family of the victim hired Benjamin Crump. The high profile attorney involved in Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown has gotten involved in this.
The officer who shot Corey is in the freezer.
"Are people going to come and support Corey's right to have his gun and protect himself?" Crump asked.

A crowd of several hundred on Thursday converged outside the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department to present a "rally for answers." While there was frustration about the Jones shooting, the crowd largely kept positive with a mix of numerous church verses recited and songs.

Corey was broken down on Interstate 95 exit ramp near PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens. It was a dark night and Corey was concerned about his safety. He had just got off the phone with his brother.

During a period between 2:45 and 3:30 am, the undercover officer approached his vehicle.

The undercover officer who wore jeans, a t-shirt, and a baseball cap. The officer Palm Beach Gardens Police Officer Nouman Raja approached Corey.

There was no dash camera or flashing lights.
Corey Jones's family speaks out. They demand answers to why he was killed by a plain clothes officer.
There was an altercation and six shots. Corey was killed on sight. Now the officer is in the freezer pending a grand jury decision on whether to indict him. Raja hired a lawyer and also got his police union backing him up. The union will try to defend the actions of Raja.

If this become a national story, guess what happens! The junk food media will cover it and then the partisan agitators will debate it. Then we will have concern trolls try to justify the officer's call.

And here we go again, the conservative agitators and concern trolls blame President Barack Obama and Black Lives Matter for Black on _______  crime.

While with Ferguson and Baltimore erupted in violence in reaction to Michael Brown and Freddie Gray, the family stated that they want peace. The family is clearly upset over this. They understand that people are upset over this. They don't want people to use this a rally call for racially motivated violence.

His brother Clinton Jones Jr. on Thursday sought to temper any racial implications in the shooting, saying he and his brother "don't see color."

"All lives matter," Jones Jr. said, adding that he meant "no disrespect" to the Black Lives Matter movement. "This is not a black thing."

His grandfather Rev. Sylvester Banks Sr., Jones' grandfather and a pastor at Bible Church of God in Boynton Beach. He offered the most prolific speech of the day.
Cory had no criminal history.
He told the crowd that he taught Jones to obey and respect the law as one of his 14 children. If the officer was found to have used excessive force, he urged police to disclose that information. "If you try and hide a corrupt person, you become corrupt," he said.

His message to police locally and internationally was to rid themselves of "bad apples."

Something tells me that Corey and his family were Black Republicans. Where's the outrage from the likes of that annoying conservative agitator?

Did you know we had a handful of gun crimes in the United States this week. Some managed to get national attention. Others were reported on the local news. The most notable was the death of a little girl. She was shot by a deranged driver in a road rage incident in Albuquerque.

Also we had a members of law enforcement shot this week. Three.

One officer in New York City.

One officer in Albuquerque.

One officer in rural Arkansas.

This week President Barack Obama was asked about Black Lives Matter. He said that the meaning of Black Lives Matter isn't solely focused on Black lives. He told a group of people at the Marshall Forum that the activists have legitimate concerns.

The Black Lives Matter activists have always said that "ALL LIVES MATTER." Their message is basically bring attention to racial disparities between Blacks and the law.

President Barack Obama dismissed the chatter from the likes of that asshole Wisconsin Sheriff David Clarke.

"So let me just suggest this: I think everybody understands all lives matter. Everybody wants strong, effective law enforcement. Everybody wants their kids to be safe when they're walking to school. Nobody wants to see police officers who are doing their job fairly hurt. Everybody understand it's a dangerous job," said the president.

"I think the that reason that the organizers used the phrase "black lives matter" was not because they were suggesting nobody else's life matters. Rather, what they were suggesting was there is a specific problem that is happening in the African-American community that's not happening in other communities. And that is a legitimate issue that we've got to address." he added.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Corey Jones, Albuquerque officer Daniel Webster, NYPD officer Randolph Holder, and Illiana "Lilly" Rose Garcia. We also send our condolences to the nameless victims of gun violence.

The Law Caught Suspect In NYPD Cop Killing! Who's Really Gonna Get The Blame?

NYPD mourns the lost of an officer. The conservative agitators will automatically blame President Barack Obama and #BlackLivesMatter.

The New York Police Department is once again facing a tragedy among their ranks. An officer died in East Harlem. He was engaged in a gun fight with a suspect.

Officer Randolph Holder was shot in the head. He died at a local hospital.

The suspect, Tyrone Howard is a notorious dope boy. He was spotted in the area with a stolen bicycle. The suspect robbed a man of his bike. The suspect was spotted by officers.

They gave chase.

Howard 30, who goes by the street name "Peanut," has a long criminal history, with 18 prior arrests and three outstanding warrants. He was wanted for an earlier shooting in East Harlem.

Holder and other officers were responding to reports of gunshots in East Harlem, which police sources said was connected to gang activity.

Howard has been previously arrested multiple times, including a year ago in a case relating to gang activity, officials said.

Howard was also wanted for a shooting on Sept. 1 and there was an active warrant for his arrest, according to Jim O'Neill, the NYPD's chief of department, speaking at a news conference today with Police Commissioner Bill Bratton and Mayor Bill de Blasio.

The NYPD's Manhattan violent felonies squad was actively working the case, O'Neill said, noting, "We were hunting him but obviously [we were] unsuccessful."

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio extended his condolences to Holder's family and vowed, "We will not stop in the relentless pursuit of the violent few."

A viewing for the officer was set to be held at the Community Church of the Nazarene in Far Rockawawy, Queens, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. next Tuesday, the AP said. The funeral was set for 3 p.m. the next day, the AP said, and he will be buried in Guyana.

The incident on Tuesday night started as a gang dispute between members of rival gangs that operate in the adjacent Jefferson Houses, East River houses and the Wagner Houses, police sources told ABC News, noting that there is an ongoing dispute between gangs in the three apartment complexes.
The suspect was wanted on numerous warrants. He engaged contact with officers. He fired upon them, killing one. Officer Randolph Holder was 33 year old. He was a native of Guyana.
Billy Aubry, the NYPD's chief of detectives for Manhattan said that two police officers on the roof of one of those locations observed shots being fired down below and responded.

The gangs got into a dispute in front of a parking garage at 445 E. 102nd St. and that is where shots were fired, police sources said.

"We know from the evidence recovered at the scene that there were at least three firearms that were fired," Aubry said.

Commissioner Bratton questioned why the suspect in the police shooting was diverted to a drug program after his arrest last year as part of a group of 19 violent drug dealers operating in an East Harlem apartment complex.

Howard was ordered into a court-mandated drug diversion program, which is meant to keep some drug offenders from further crowding already overcrowded jails, after his arrest last October, Bratton noted.

But Howard stopped taking part in the program in May.

"If ever there was a candidate to not have been diverted, it would be this guy. He is a poster boy for not being diverted," Bratton said during today's news conference. "He would have been the last person in New York City I would have wanted to see in a diversion program. He has no propensity, with the number of arrests over a many year period of time, of changing his ways."

De Blasio added: "When you look at the offenses this individual committed, they were consistently violent. I don't know the details of how his case was handled by the judge. But I do know someone like this shouldn't have been on the streets."
A man of  discipline says his fellow officers. Randolph Holder was NYPD's 4th officer killed the year.

Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr. responded in a statement.

“I am deeply angered and saddened by the senseless murder of Police Officer Holder. This defendant was part of a strategic investigation and prosecution conducted by our Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit, targeting the individuals driving crime in East Harlem," Vance said. "We recommended state prison for the defendant, and opposed his request for diversion.”

Howard is being held without a get out free card. New York's mayor Bill de Blasio wants this "scum" placed in the iron college. Howard has not yet been charged. The NYPD said there's video evidence, physical evidence and witnesses that will tie him to the shooting.

Now that the shooter is caught, who really gets the blame? Here's a quick poll.

Who Gets The Blame In The Killing Of NYPD Officer Randolph Holder?

If you picked the shooter, then you're absolutely correct. Of course, if you're blaming everyone but the shooter (i.e. Obama and Black Lives Matter), then we're going to blame you for the death. See lumping Black Lives Matter and President Barack Obama to the deaths of law enforcement is not productive.

No one condones the deaths of those in law enforcement.

Most Americans believe those in law enforcement deserve praise for risking their lives for the safety of those they've sworn to protect. It's a thankless job. They don't get recognition much. The only time they get recognition is when they are given media attention.

The problem is that those in law enforcement won't weed out the officers who create the divide. The officers who abuse their power while on duty. They are the ones who give law enforcement a bad name.
Mayor Bill de Blasio wipes tears away. He is torn by the lost of Officer Holder.
The blame game is a partisan event in which agitators from the right and the left start accusing a whole group for the sole actions of the suspect.

They seem to always ignore the shooter. The shooter deserves all the blame.

Now you aware of the concern trolls and the #copslivesmatter and  #AllLivesMatter hashtag.

The concern trolls use this as a counter attack against the Black Lives Matters activists.

The concern trolls ignore the concerns of the activists. They conclude that Black Lives Matters is anti-cop, anti-White and anti-whatever.

Again, gun crime is an epidemic. This outranks terrorism and Ebola.

The lawmakers in Congress refuse to do anything about it. They conclude that the NRA is more powerful than them.

Boy Murders His Brother! Dad May Face Time In Iron College!

Andy Parker, the father of murdered TV reporter Alison Parker is now a victim's rights advocate.

A few months ago, a terrorist murdered Alison and Adam Ward on live television. The terrorist was a disgruntled news reporter who blamed society for his social ills. He said in his manifesto that he wanted to be recognized for his criminal acts. He wanted the world to know that he's gotten tired of being pushed around by the system.

Ever since that incident, we had another mass shooting. Andy Parker was there in Roseberg, Oregon.

He was actively pressuring lawmakers to pass reasonable gun control. His campaign to fight gun violence has garner attention. His activism is being criticized by conservatives who believe he's exploiting his daughter's death for political activism. They believe that any laws passed would result in more gun crime. In their warped minds, President Barack Obama is determined to take away guns.

And regardless of what is said by the president, the agitators will find some reason to blame him for "politicizing" tragedies.

Andy has teamed up with the families of Sandy Hook and Aurora to pressure Congress to change course on guns.

One of the Aurora shooting victims, Jessica Ghawi was a sports reporter. Jessica was killed by a deranged terrorist. The terrorist killed 12 people inside a movie theater during a premiere of the sequel to Batman, The Dark Knight Rises. Jessica was a survivor of the 2011 Toronto mall mass shooting.

Jessica's family tried to sue the ammo and gun manufacturers in court and lost. Lonnie and Sandy Phillips wanted to sue Lucky Gunner, the company that provided the terrorist with his ammunition.
Boy with a revolver
The Republican appointed judge said that the family can't sue on political activism. The family is now ordered to pay up $250,000 in court cost. The Supreme Court granted immunity to the gun manufacturing.

Gun crime is the number one threat in the United States. It's been over a few weeks since the Umpqua Community College shooting. Now the junk food media passed on Umpqua, we hear about more and more gun crimes.

We hear about children getting a hold of firearms and accidentally shooting a family member. This is becoming a horrible trend.

In Chicago, a father is facing time in the iron college for second degree murder. He left his firearm in an area where his children could find it. When one his children got pass the trigger lock, he shot his brother in the chest.

Michael Santiago is being charged for not only second degree murder, but reckless endangerment.
Dad faces criminal charges for involuntary manslaughter.
The loaded gun had been wrapped in a pair of pajama pants and stashed on top of the refrigerator, Chicago police said.

Santiago was at work at the time, and the boys' mother was at the store. Their grandfather Israel LaSalle, who lives upstairs from the family, was watching the boys and had sent them downstairs to their apartment to get something with which to clean up after the dog, according to CNN affiliate WLS-TV.

"I heard a pop, you know, like somebody had shot, so I opened the door and I look out and he was running up the stairs and he told me somebody shot his brother," LaSalle told WLS.

The 3-year-old died at a hospital.

Santiago is a former gang member who illegally purchased the gun, police told CNN on Monday. He is being held in lieu of $75,000 get out free card. He was originally given the $1 million get out free card.

The boy and his brother's names are withheld.

Gun control advocates argue research shows children often know where weapons are hidden and say weak state laws offer too little deterrent to careless storage of guns. The National Rifle Association has argued that mandatory storage laws are unnecessary.

Amy Schumer Mocks America's Gun Obsession!

Amy Schumer mocks the NRA with a SNL spoof.

The country's most funniest lady has taken a passionate stance against gun violence.

Comedy Central's Amy Schumer takes on the gun lobby. As an invited guest on SNL, Amy decides to mock the right wing's obsession with guns.

When a terrorist murdered two inside a Lafayette, Louisiana movie theater at the showing of Amy Schumer's Trainwreck, she went to Congress to tell lawmakers that the time is now for reasonable gun control.

Since this tragedy, we had over 200 gun related homicides a day.

Gun crime is the biggest threat in the United States. It's a damn shame that those who support the life of fetuses never concerned about those who are murdered by firearms.

Amy turned to her cousin Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) to get at least some attention to ongoing mass shootings in America.

As you know the Republicans are not interested in stopping mass shootings. They're interested in defunding Planned Parenthood, bringing Hillary Clinton to Congress to shout at her over Benghazi, derailing the Iranian nuclear deal, and repealing Obamacare for the 70th time.

Republicans are so inept. The thought of compromise and bipartisanship is weakness according to the agitators in the conservative media and lawmakers like Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).

Amy Schumer doesn't shy from controversy. SNL released her monologue and her skit.

The Law Leaks In Tamir Rice Case!

The Cuyahoga County prosecutor is taking evidence from "experts" who believe the law's account of the fatal shooting of 12-year old Tamir Rice.

I am amazed that the law would be so willing to do a document dump in this high profile shooting.

As I check the wires, I hear that the officer who fatally shot Tamir Rice in November 2014 may walk a free man.

Timothy Loehmann became a focal point of a state investigation. The rookie officer aided by his partner Frank Garmback arrived on a call that a man was waving a gun around.

The dispatcher received a call from a man saying that there's a man in his "20s" pointing a gun at people at a community center, he said that it probably "looks fake". The dispatcher failed to tell the officers that about the possibility of the gun being "fake".

So as the officers arrive on scene within a few seconds, Loehmann would fatally shoot Tamir.

Tamir would die of his injuries the next day. This would put Loehmann and Garmback on ice pending a grand jury indictment. It also launched a federal probe into the Cleveland Police.
The moment when those idiots pulled up and fired on Tamir.
Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty said a grand jury will decide whether Officer Timothy Loehmann and his partner, Frank Garmback, will face charges.

The two reports, as well as a third one by the Highway Patrol, were posted on the prosecutor's website Saturday night.

"These cases are, by their very nature, different than other matters that come to our office," McGinty said in a written statement. "They demand a higher level of public scrutiny as well as a careful evaluation of the officer's conduct and whether, under law, those actions were reasonable under the circumstances."

S. Lamar Sims, the senior chief deputy district attorney in Denver, wrote one of the reports and concludes Loehmann's decision to shoot Rice as he approached the officers was "objectively reasonable"

"There can be no doubt that Rice's death was tragic and, indeed, when one considers his age, heartbreaking," Sims writes in his report. "However, for all of the reasons discussed herein, I conclude that Officer Loehmann's belief that Rice posed a threat of serious physical harm or death was objectively reasonable as was his response to that perceived threat."

The family of Tamir slammed this. They said that these "experts" are trying to justify a reckless call by an officer who is unfit to wear the uniform.
Loehmann is on ice pending a grand jury decision.
"Any presentation to a grand jury -- without the prosecutor advocating for Tamir -- is a charade," Chandra said. "To get so-called experts to assist in the whitewash -- when the world has the video of what happened -- is all the more alarming."

Chandra criticized the experts as "pro-police" and said it was obvious from the video that the officers never assessed the situation.

"Reasonable jurors could find that conduct unreasonable," he said, adding that the family believes the prosecutor "is working diligently to ensure that there is no indictment.

Matter of fact, the leak of information is a deliberate attempt to bias the case.

For you see, concern troll are already blaming the victim for his own death. They don't see that the state of Ohio is an open carry state. Anyone over the age of 18 is allowed to carry in public.

The person who called dispatch saw a 5'7" man in reality he was a 12 year old boy.

The concern troll says stuff like this.

It's very easy to talk tough and say that yall would not have done what the police officer did, when yall have never been in that situation. Gun call in a park: the first thing you're thinking is "someone is about to become an active shooter in a densely populated area". The responses and actions all stem from there. Sure, we have open carry laws, and officers should have common sense. But in a tense situation, sometimes the price of inaction is innocent lives. I just want to remind everyone that we were not there, and we do not know that officers state of mind. Secondly, we do not know, in any way, how this affected that officer. Like any good man, im sure shooting a child broke him. My only concern is, who let the child play in the park unsupervised, with a gun that was missing it's safety identifiers? Air soft guns should have specific markings (like a bright orange tip) to show cops that they are fake

So you would have shot him within two seconds of walking on the scene? And that officer already had already been found unfit to serve in another force.

Honestly, I don't see how you could watch that video and not cry.

I don't know what I would have done, I'm not a police officer, and I haven't seen, felt, or experience what they have. That's the point. No one knows how they would act in that situation, until they are actually in that situation.

Did you not watch the video? The cops didn't even see the weapon before gunning him down. And I honestly couldn't give two shits about what the cops feel because if they even tried to do their job right, this could have easily been avoided. Just a mininum amount of effort would have made a difference. There was nothing populated about that area. He was alone when the cops got to him. Unless they are vision impaired I am pretty sure they would have noticed that. Not to mention regardless of how tense the situation was, it still doesn't make sense to pull up within 2 feet of an armed suspect. Trained officers know how completely reckless that was, and there was no need to be that reckless.

Eiden Babaoghli You're wrong. A cop is supposed to know EXACTLY how to handle that situation. That is what they are (supposedly) trained for!! This wasn't a surprise attack--nobody's life was in immediate danger. They had several other options of handling this--options they should have been trained for. And if you doubt they were absolutely in the wrong, remember that before the video surfaced the police department lied their faces off and stated that the officers told the suspect 'three times' to put down the weapon. Why did they lie? Because there are actually rules for how police are supposed to behave and the cops all know it. This boy was murdered, and nobody has to be a cop to know that.

Mark are you kidding me right now? The fact that you could make such an insensitive comment shows how little you care about his life.

It doesn't matter to you that he shot him within 2 seconds of arriving. It doesn't matter to you that he clearly didn't follow policy in a time where mass shooters are taken alive. It also doesn't matter to you that a white man can walk into an airport illegally with a gun and have nothing happen to him. What matters is that kid had a toy gun.

It just really shows what society values.

Mark Finley I'm starting to think you're just a troll. Mainly because I don't understand how anybody could think like you do. The cop didn't follow any sort of procedure and murdered a 12 year old within 2 seconds of pulling up and you think that's ok? Kids who play with toy guns deserve to be gunned down??? Yah, GTFO.

Kids who play with things that look like real guns have a much better chance of getting gunned down than kids that don't. That's a fact. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Mark it matters to you that he has a toy gun, but it doesn't matter to you when a man has a real gun?

Either you're a troll or a racist. Honestly, I'd prefer it if you were a troll...

Eiden police officers have a policy to follow on how to handle these cases. In a word where mass shooters are taken alive, there is no excuse. He didn't give him time to surrender or anything. After all, he was found unfit to serve on a different job. http://www.nbcnews.com/.../officer-who-killed-tamir-rice...

I didn't say anything about race. Race doesn't matter here. It's not safe to wave a gun around a public place, for this exact reason. He wouldn't be dead if he didn't think it was cool to have a gun. Guns are not toys, and shouldn't be treated like they are. I do t know any responsible gun owners that would act like he did, and if they did, they might share the same fate

Maybe this gas been said, but I missed it. Where the hell did he get the gun, and did his parents know he was waving it around at a park? If so, why didn't they stop him, and if not, WHY NOT?

So if I understand you, Mark, because he was "waving" a bb gun around in a park AND with no evidence, conclude his parents didn't care, he deserved to be shot? Let me help you out here: Don't reproduce and delete your account. You're simply not smart enough to be waving your brain around like this.

The U.S. Justice Department found that the Cleveland Police is inept. This incident adds to the list of many events in which Cleveland Police had failed their community. The fatal shootings of two fleeing suspects, Anthony Sowell, and Ariel Castro gave the police a bad name.

See this type of stuff makes me mad.

Open Carry in the state of Ohio is legal for White people. Open Carry in the state of Ohio could result in the death penalty of Black and Hispanic people.
