High Rise!

Blame the BP Chicago refinery for spike in gas prices in Midwest.

A refinery in the Chicagoland has the Midwest seeing gas prices rises up to $3.00 a gallon.

Somewhere in Northeastern Indiana is a major BP oil refinery. That refinery shut down due to some issues that couldn't be determined. And since Monday many in the Midwest from Minneapolis to Cleveland saw the spike up.

In early August the average price in my hometown of Dayton, Ohio was at $2.299 a gallon. On Monday afternoon it spiked to $2.599 and now its currently at $2.999 a gallon.

Cities affected by the spike include the five largest cities in the Midwest: Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, Detroit, and St. Louis.

See the Chicago market affects million of people. It's Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa and Eastern Missouri.

No true answer to why there was a spike but it's guaranteed that's it will linger around at least past Labor Day.

Misty Copeland Becomes Lead Ballerina At American Ballet Theatre!

Misty Copeland is the first African American woman to lead the ABT.

An amazing woman became a part of history. World News Today wishes Misty Copeland well on her journey.

She became the first African American woman to be promoted to principal dancer in American Ballet Theatre's 75-year history after being named one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time the prior month.

The AP reports that Copeland, 32, fought tears as she spoke about her promotion, which she said was a lifetime dream - but such a difficult one to attain that she never really thought it would happen.

"This is it," she said. "This has been my dream since I was 13, to be a principal dancer and reach these heights."

"But it hasn't been overnight," she added at a hastily arranged news conference - a rarity for a ballet promotion. "It's been 14 years of extremely hard work ... I'm just so extremely honored to be an African-American and to be in this position."

And, Copeland said, she hoped her ascension to the very top ranks of ballet would inspire other young dancers of color - "all the little girls" - to stick with their own dreams.

"So many young dancers of color stop dancing at an early age because they just don't think there will be a career path for them," she said. "I hope that will change." She spoke of her own doubts when she joined the ABT corps at age 19 and saw no one "who looked like me."

"I had moments of doubting myself and wanting to quit, because I didn't know if there would be a future for an African-American woman" at that level," she said. "At the same time, it made me so hungry to push through."

The company announced the promotion six days after Copeland made her New York debut as Odette/Odile in "Swan Lake," one of the most important roles in a ballerina's repertoire. The emotional performance ended with Copeland being feted onstage by trailblazing black ballerinas of earlier generations, and with a sea of fans cheering and taking cellphone videos.

Copeland has become increasingly famous over the past several years, achieving a pop culture status exceedingly rare for a ballet dancer.

"We haven't had a ballet dancer who has broken through to popular culture like this since Mikhail Baryshnikov," said Wendy Perron, an author and the former editor of Dance Magazine. "And she's going to bring more attention from that world to ballet."

In the past year, Copeland has appeared on the cover of Time magazine as one of the most influential figures of 2015, and written both a children's book, "Firebird," and a best-selling memoir, "Life in Motion: An Unlikely Ballerina," which has been optioned for a movie. She also was the subject of a documentary at this year's Tribeca Film Festival.

In recent years she's also performed in a music video with Prince, and been featured in a hugely popular online ad for Under Armour sportswear that shows her leaping and spinning in a studio, while a narrator recounts some of the negative feedback she received as a youngster, when she was told she had the wrong body for ballet and had started too late - at 13.

The dancer also has appeared as a guest host on the Fox show "So You Think You Can Dance" and was a presenter at this year's Tony awards.

Many who attended Copeland's historic "Swan Lake" performance last week noted what a diverse audience Copeland had drawn to the Metropolitan Opera House, where ABT performs its spring season. The crowd was filled with young girls - black and white - in their party dresses.

"She singlehandedly made that a diverse audience," Perron said.

Damian Woetzel, former principal dancer for New York City Ballet and now the director of the Vail International Dance Festival, called Copeland's rise "groundbreaking."

"In the racially underrepresented world of ballet, Misty has already had an historic impact," Woetzel said in an email message. "Now, as a groundbreaking principal dancer, she will continue to inspire and make possible much-needed changes for our field and for the arts in America."
Misty becomes a legend.
Born in Kansas City, Copeland moved at age two to California, where, she noted at Tuesday's news conference, she first took ballet classes at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America - not, she said, a common path to becoming a ballerina for an elite company.

She writes in her memoir that her childhood was defined by "packing, scrambling, leaving - and often barely surviving." But she became known as a local dance prodigy, despite her late start, and joined ABT's junior company at age 18, then the full company at 19. She became a soloist at age 24.

Copeland is the first black ballerina and second black dancer overall to be a principal at ABT, after Desmond Richardson, who danced with the company in 1977-1978 and returned later as guest artist. At New York City Ballet, there has never been a black female principal, and only two black male principals. (One of them, Albert Evans, died last week at the age of 46.)

In 1990, Lauren Anderson became a principal dancer at Houston Ballet - the first black female principal in the country. Anderson, now retired, was onstage at last week's "Swan Lake" curtain calls to give Copeland a huge hug and lift her off her feet. Copeland paid tribute on Tuesday.

"It's not me up here," she said. "It's everyone who came before me and got me to this position."

Also named an ABT principal dancer on Tuesday was longtime soloist Stella Abrera. In addition, Maria Kochetkova, a principal with the San Francisco Ballet, and Alban Lendorf, a principal with Royal Danish Ballet, are joining as principals, it was announced.

Bernie Sanders: If The Election For Claire McCaskill Was Held Today, She Would Lose!

Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) aims at Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. Sen. Sanders (I-VT) is gaining steam in some polls. McCaskill openly endorsed Hillary Clinton for president. She is a fierce defender. But will liberals defend McCaskill in the 2018 U.S. Midterms?

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is gaining momentum against perennial candidate Hillary Clinton. These clowns are running for the blue nose while the Republican candidates are running for the red nose.

Sanders is a senator from Vermont who is a Democratic Socialist. He is registered as an independent.

He and Sen. Angus King (I-ME) are senators who caucus with the Democratic Party. The independent senators don't often side with most issues the Democratic Party stands for, but they agree that the Republicans are too extreme in their stances.

So it's quite funny that a fellow senator would go after her own because in her mind, he's "too extreme" for people like her.

It seems like the endorsements of Hillary Clinton are in full swing. Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) is the first to aim a shot. She went on the junk food media programs to lob a shot at the candidate. On MSNBC's Blow Joe, McCaskill went on the attack.
Bernie is no joke. He's catching up to Clinton in some polls.
She says the junk food media went soft on Sanders. They fail to note his socialist views. They can't see that Hillary is getting unfair coverage in the junk food media.

Sanders has shot back. He said that McCaskill is such a tool. She supports policies that won't please the Democratic Party. She barely survived a challenge from an insurgent who believes women can have "legitimate rape".

The policies he support are pretty mainstream and he's vocal about it. Sanders said that no matter what she does, she's going to be defeated in the 2018 U.S. Senate race by a formidable Republican senate nominee.

Fans of Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) have swung a protest towards McCaskill. The vow to see her either defeated in the primary or defeated in the race.

McCaskill is going to be finding it harder this next election. I doubt Bernie will campaign for her reelection.

Louisiana Republican governor Piyush Jindal (known by most as Bobby) has quietly entered in the race for the clown car. He's the 13th candidate to be in this. He is a huge bore and already facing an uphill climb.

Religious Freedom Anchors The Ark!

Arkansas Republicans passed its version of religious freedom law and its state governor Asa Hutchinson will sign it into law despite outcry from activists and Walmart.

Governor Mike Pence (R) of Indiana is under intense pressure after he signed into state law this Religious Freedom Restoration Act, a bill that could protect bigoted business if they ban LGBT and non-religious residents. The law would be seen as a backdoor to outright discrimination.

Pence signed it into law last Monday and has been under fire since its signing.

National companies and even the city of Indianapolis' Republican mayor have called upon Pence to reconsider his decision. Pence has no intentions to call for a repeal of the law. However he's going to try to put a Band-Aid on a gunshot wound. He call upon Indiana lawmakers to amend the law to make it clear that no business shall be allowed to discriminate against anyone in his state.

Of course, the damage is done. Many entertainers, state governors and the NCAA have already threatened to bail out on Indy.

With the national championship game for Division I basketball being held in the state. Many athletes from both men and women's college basketball have quietly barked while allowing the coaches and board leaders bite.

Take it about 580 miles down to Little Rock where Arkansas governor Asa Hutchinson will sign his state's version of Religious Freedom Restoration.

About a few months into his term, Hutchinson sparked controversy. Hutchinson, a former congressman and attorney for the NRA won the governorship in 2014. He's from a political dynasty that carries from Fort Smith all the way to Washington, DC.

The Huffington Post reports that Walmart, a stable of Arkansas' economy isn't pleased with this decision. The Bentonville-based company has called for Hutchinson to not sign the law.

The bill cleared the Arkansas Legislature and now heads to the governor's desk, where it is expected to be signed. Like the Indiana law, the Arkansas legislation allows a person who feels his or her exercise of religion has been “substantially burdened” to cite that argument as a claim or defense in a private lawsuit. The legislation also grants corporations the right to religious freedom. This language is not in the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), and critics say it could be used to override existing anti-discrimination protections.
Walton's 5-10 store is the first Walmart. Its location is in Bentonville, Arkansas. The area seen a rise in growth. Bentonville and Fayetteville are growing cities. The University of Arkansas, Walmart corporate headquarters sit on the Insterstate 49 corridor. The interstate replaced Interstate 540 and it will eventually travel from Kansas City to Lafayette, Louisiana.
"The Arkansas and Indiana bills are virtually identical in terms of language and intent,” said Sarah Warbelow, legal director at the Human Rights Campaign. “They place LGBT people, people of color, religious minorities, women and many more people at risk of discrimination.”

Earlier in the week, Arkansas lawmakers also tried to head off concerns about that state's bill, approving language that says “the General Assembly finds that it is a compelling governmental interest to comply with federal civil rights laws.”

However, according to Eunice Rho, advocacy and policy counsel at the ACLU, federal civil rights laws have no explicit protections for LGBT people, and this legislative finding -- while helpful -- is not part of the law. “If the Arkansas Legislature is serious about preventing discrimination, they need to write it into the actual code,” she said.

“We would like to see both Indiana and Arkansas adopt language clarifying that the state RFRA cannot be used to undermine federal, state or local non-discrimination laws," Warbelow said.

During Monday's committee hearing, some lawmakers raised concerns about the bill being inconsistent with federal and state RFRA laws when it comes to protecting civil rights. Some proposed a simple solution: adding a non-discrimination disclaimer to the legislation.

"It's not a philosophical debate with me at this point. I think we're going well beyond the other states," said state Rep. Camille Bennett (D), who ultimately voted against the bill.

But the bill's author, state Rep. Bob Ballinger (R), said its language was staying put, and that it would be too confusing to try to define what constitutes discrimination.

"If that means that you can force somebody who has deeply held religious beliefs to engage in some activity that violates their deeply held religious beliefs, and that the state has the right to force them into doing it, I can't say that I do agree with that," he said.

Arkansas is about to enter the same minefield that Indiana has been trapped in since Pence signed his religious freedom bill last week. In Indiana, major companies like Twitter and the NCAA, as well as celebrities like Apple CEO Tim Cook and Miley Cyrus, have spoken out against the law.

In Arkansas, both Walmart and Acxiom, a big data company, have spoken out against the legislation. The Democratic mayor of Little Rock also warned Gov. Asa Hutchinson (R) on Tuesday that “any piece of legislation that is so divisive cannot possibly be good for the state of Arkansas and its people.”

But Hutchinson appears unfazed by these concerns. Last week, he vowed that he would sign the legislation: “Arkansas is open for business, and we recognize and respect the diversity of our culture and economy,” he said in a statement.

Gun Show Vendor Got Them _________ On The Run!

The vendor probably visited the white extremist shitholes. This was the first thing Google managed to dig up.

Are we done with the not so subtle racism?

A gun show vendor will be booted at the next session says promotional staffers.

Why?

He's probably doing this stuff for years and no one seemed to care! That's until the media got into it.

For you see this nonsense was on one of these stupid White extremist websites. This was a real hoot for them ignorant White people.

I wonder if we start making offensive caricatures of White people!

Would that FN network and them conservative agitators make noise about it?

Sioux Falls, South Dakota residents are gripping with racism in their community.

KSFY reporter covers the event. I guess he decided to peep the gun show. And what happen to catch his eye, a sheet saying Official Runnin' NIGGER Target.

Of course the reporter confronts the dealer and asked him if this was appropriate.

"Why aren't they?" the vendor said. "They're just targets."

"Aren't they offensive in nature?" the photographer asked.

"To who? Are you a negro?" the vendor said. "You know there's some black people and then there's some negroes."

The unidentified vendor also added that he'd "sold 500 of them this weekend so what difference does it make?"

Gun show officials were adamant about the fact that they didn't approve of the offensive targets.

"We don't condone such things at our shows and this problem will be taken care of," Daethal Dockter, a member of the gun show's board of directors said.

The gun show's organizer, Bob Campbell, said he was "disgusted" by the vendor's attempt to sell the racist targets.

"I'm very disappointed and disgusted to see what was on that table," Campbell said. "I was not aware that it was there or it would've been gone. … I will not see it again at this show."

I am guessing he winked and nodded at the guys in the background. Because I betcha that vendor will be back and he'll probably have President Barack Obama in some anti-Black memorabilia.

Allegedly A Texas Man Found Out That His Business Didn't Fit The "White Man" Code Of Standards!

Only in America.

The Raw Story reports on a Texas man getting shafted out of business because of some rule that seems like it applies to a standard.

According to The Houston Press, James Mosbey had already been operating his “personal training and nutritional counseling” businesses out of his home for a decade when the Northwood Park Civic Association began trying to shut it down in January of 2013, saying that deed restrictions did not allow him to display signage.

But Mosbey insisted on keeping the businesses open, and the neighborhood group convinced Harris County to file a lawsuit against him. By August of 2013, Mosbey was forced to close his businesses.

Mosbey responded last year by filing a civil rights complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission.

In a lawsuit filed last week, the commission accused the Northwood Park Civic Association of racially discriminating against Mosbey because it had not enforced the same restrictions against white business owners.

“[T]hrough investigation, TCW-CRD learned that three white residents operate businesses within the Northwood Park subdivision, two of whom have yard signage, but the Northwood Park Civic Association has not sought to enforce restrictive covenants against them by causing them to be contacted regarding their signage or home businesses,” the lawsuit noted.

In addition to rules against operating businesses, Rule 21 of the “Article & Bylaws” of Northwood Park states that “[n]o lot in said Subdivision nor any interest therein shall ever be sold, leased or rented to, or occupied by any person other than the Caucasian race.”

Documents on the Northwood Park Civic Association website showed that the group made an effort to change the race-based restriction in 2004. But almost a decade later, the group explained in its newsletter than it was still collecting signatures for the effort.

“The 1957 deed restrictions protect the homeowners from those that would mutate a diverse residential neighborhood into a conglomeration of shops, non-residential storage and car lots, junk yards, trucking companies, trailers, and mobile homes that would ruin a residential neighborhood’s desirability and destroy the quality of life of the residents,” the newsletter said.

It went on to point out that the proposed amendments would “eliminate the discrimination clause #21 and preserve residential lots as single family dwellings not community property.”

“We continue to gather signatures of approval so the proposed changes can be finalized.”

An article in that same 2013 newsletter noted that the association was in the process of resolving allegations that it had violated the civil rights of two property owners.

Offering Six Shots Of Michael Brown!

St. Joseph bar offering a dead body special.

In Missouri, continued unrest. Three weeks since the St. Louis County prosecutor decided to not indict a Ferguson officer in the death of unarmed teen Michael Brown, the nation continues to have strong emotions and criticisms towards the decision.

It's practically divides race, class and political views. Got this person who reads our blog flooding the comment section with apples and orange stories. Now here's another one for the person to comment on.

About 283 miles from St. Louis in the city of St. Joseph, a bar is under fire after the media was tipped off to choice of drinks it was trying to offer its patrons.

Mug Shots pub is facing some heavy heat after it was trying to give its customers the Michael Brown.
A deal
The Michael Brown offered 6 shots of alcohol. It played a reference of how many times former Ferguson officer Darren Wilson put into the unarmed teen.

The drink was six shots of  Jose Cinge, a popular rum among bar flies.

One of the owners who spoke under anonymity told the junk food media that the situation will be corrected. They "truly apologized" for the reference to the unarmed teen.

It hit the social media networks after someone discovered it being offered at the St. Joseph bar.

Lastly, it didn't make it any better after it was discovered that Anonymous was going to shame the business by releasing their names.

Missouri's Republican Lieutenant Guv Wants Michael Brown's Step-Dad Thrown In The Iron College!

The racist right wants the law to arrest Michael Brown's step-father. The racist right would probably want to unzip their pants and urinate on the grave of the unarmed teen who was shot by former Ferguson officer Darren Wilson.

When democracy works.

When the Insurgency came forth, they were protesting. Sometimes it was violent. They would say things that would incite riots. After all, when the Democrats passed the Affordable Health Care act, the insurgents were harassing and even spat on lawmakers.

The liberals and civil rights leaders were mocking them as White extremists. These White extremists would win control of Congress. Republicans are doing their gloating and bragging tour.

All because of these so-called lazy knot heads in the Black and Hispanic community finding no interest in both parties. They didn't vote. They let generations of Blacks and Hispanics down by not voting. All that hard fought battles for the right to vote are wasted. Now Republicans can deviate control of how things are ran in the state house and the Congress.

Now when angry Black citizens are protesting a verdict of a crime, the racist right and their allies in the conservative media are calling them criminals.

Don't you love America?

See if a White group of people protest, loot and riot, the media looks at this as unruliness after an event (say a sports team winning or losing). You don't see a conservative agitator calling for arrest when a bunch of assholes destroy properties and assault police. The police don't use deadly force on college students.

But if a Black group of people protest, loot, and riot, the media looks at this as angry thuggish behavior. Say in the reaction to Darren Wilson walking, the citizens reacted like every other person. It's like sports team losing. They weren't happy with the decision. You see conservative agitators calling for police to use excessive or deadly force on protesters. You hear complaints about Rev. Perm, Cut His Nuts Off Jackson and President Barack Obama in every case of racial injustice.

Since we have the first Black president, racism should be over, right? That's what the racist rights says while posting condescending reactions about the situation.

The junk food media loves to see reaction. That's how they pull in ratings. Obviously, one community with a few knot heads can be blown up on Loserville as thousands of people rioting.

With that being said, the Republican second banana wants to be throwing everyone on camera saying their opinion in the lockup.

Missouri lieutenant governor Peter Kinder is a happy Republican. Darren Wilson walked a free man. He and many Republicans are patting each other on the back after watching the controversial verdict that allowed the former Ferguson officer walk free after he put slugs in unarmed Michael Brown.

Earlier in August, this moron said that the Browns and residents of St. Louis County should abide to the Anglo-American justice that protects privileged people like him.

“My prayers go up for all in Ferguson and North St. Louis County, that we get peace and justice restored. We do not do justice in America in the streets, though. We have legal processes that are set in motion, that are designed after centuries of Anglo-American jurisprudence tradition. They’re designed to protect the rights and liberties of everyone involved. That includes the Brown family, for justice for them and for the community. It also includes the officer who has not yet been charged. Our constitutional and our Bill of Rights protections have to be followed here, and we do not do justice in the streets.”

It's unique that Democratic governor Jay Nixon has a Republican lieutenant governor. A rare first. I bet they hate each other with a passion. After all Nixon is toast. I wouldn't be surprised that Kinder is looking to take the governor's mansion shortly.

But anyway, Kinder went to the insurgent radio host Laura Ingraham to threaten the grieving parents of that unarmed teen. He was demanding that the law should arrest grieving step-father Louis Head. Head was seen on camera embracing Leslie McFadden, the mother of Michael Brown.

The protesters are heading to Jefferson City to protest the verdict and probably going to pay Nixon and Kinder a visit too.

The right wing agitators are also happy that Wilson walked. Obviously, Wilson resigned over the weekend with at least nearly $1 million in the back pocket. He and his new wife will raise a family with money on the table. Donations from thousands of racist bigots.

I am guessing that that annoying conservative agitator on Loserville is aiming to get Wilson's side of the story. After all I'm listening to this annoying conservative agitator and he's trying to use footage of the looting for his nightly right wing carnival. He wants those individuals arrested. Yet, this is the very same agitator who want to incite Cliven Bundy and his minions at the Nevada ranch.

Obviously with that incitement, two young White extremists went on a rampage through Las Vegas killing two officers while they were eating at a CiCi's Pizza. And then they killed the good guy with a gun. These people didn't expect that a White person with a gun was so dangerous. If a Black person entered the pizza shop with a gun, they would have drawn upon entrance.

Damn shame that Blacks lives don't matter according to the racist right.

Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani wants Dorian Johnson and every other witness who testified against Wilson to be prosecuted for "lying" to the grand jury.

Pat Roberts Sweating!

Pat Roberts is a member of the gridlock express. He's been very comfortable with his position as senator from Kansas. Then along comes Greg Orman, an independent who called Roberts out for being too established. Now we have a dead heat race.

Even in Kansas, the Republicans are pouring more money into a race that should have been an easy ride. I didn't know that Senator Pat Roberts (R-KS) was struggling. I wrote this race off as a Safe Republican.

Now I am putting it in the leans Republican category.

He's facing a candidate who isn't even a Democrat. He's being taken on by independent candidate Greg Orman.

Roberts is the senior United States Senator from Kansas. A member of the Republican Party, he has served since 1997. He previously served as the Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

Insurgent candidate Milton Wolf warned Republicans that he was going to go after Roberts for being in Washington too much.
Born in Topeka, Kansas, Roberts is a graduate of Kansas State University. He served as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps and worked as a newspaper reporter before entering politics in the late 1960s. He was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1980 to succeed 1st District Congressman Keith Sebelius, for whom he had worked. He served eight terms in the House, including one as chairman of the House Agriculture Committee.

Roberts was elected to the U.S. Senate in 1996, and is currently serving his third term. On the Intelligence Committee, he was responsible for an investigation into the intelligence failures prior to the 2003 invasion of Iraq.

Orman is putting some political fire in the Sunflower state.

This race for the U.S. Senate is closely watched by the junk food media. They have put their input into this race. Orman a businessman who is an independent may shake up some things.

Orman was born and raised in Mankato, Minnesota, the second-oldest of six children. He resides in the Olathe, Kansas.

Orman graduated from Princeton University in 1991 with a degree in economics. He was a member of the Princeton College Republicans and worked for George H. W. Bush's presidential campaign in 1988. However, in 1992 he supported Independent Ross Perot.

Orman supported Barack Obama for president in 2008. He supported Mitt Romney for president in 2012. He supported carpetbagger insurgent Scott Brown, jackass Todd Akin, inept Senator Harry Reid (D-NV, Majority Leader) and Roberts.

Orman admits that he's not interested in supporting either party.

For Orman, whoever is more in line with Kansas voters is who I am interested in.

The Democrats had their nominee drop out because they fear that if he stayed in the race, they would fail. Chad Taylor, the nominee for U.S. Senate under the Democrats saying its not worth it. He didn't endorse Orman, but does supports his campaign.

I mean this is even affecting embattled Kansas governor Sam Brownback, the Republican running for a second term.

Orman was once a Democrat and once a Republican is getting hammered by the establishment.

Even that annoying gadfly from Project Veritas tried to sabotage this one.

Roberts who has been relatively comfortable in his position as a U.S. Senate now treading on thin ice with the voters of Kansas. He's senate for nearly 20 years.

Roberts' time might come to an end if Orman runs this "I'm truly an outsider" nonsense.
Followers of an insurgent candidate tracked Roberts getting out of his vehicle. The plates were registered in Virginia. Orman has used the insurgency's tactics against Roberts.
Like with former Indiana Republican senator Dick Lugar, Roberts hardly spends time in Kansas. He took up residence in Virginia. Roberts lives in Alexandria, Virginia. The New York Times has reported that the house that Roberts claims as his residence in Dodge City, Kansas is actually owned and occupied by campaign contributors C. Duane and Phyllis Ross.

That was a weapon Orman used against Roberts. That right there has put Roberts in the embattled category.

Could Orman be the Clark Kent in a Superman suit?

Seriously I am saying this!

Is Kansas voters so tired of politicians being "too comfortable" with Washington, DC?

Could this be the Democratic Party's chance to hold on to the U.S. Senate?

Did you know that Maine and Vermont have senators who are independent?

Senators Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Angus King (I-ME) are the two senators who caucus with Democrats but are extremely distant from the policies of the both parties.

Missouri Republican Wants Coup D'état On Obama!

Oh I was just kidding. I don't believe our military will do a coup d'état on the president.

The racist right is pleased to get their supporters out to vote. The Republican Party is happy that their allies in the racist right are motivated to kicking out the embattled Democrats.

The Democrats and Republicans both suck. So far the enthusiasm is good for the GOP.  They been dominating the television and radio with ads targeting candidates who want to unseat them.

Alison Lundergan Grimes imploded after saying being questioned about voting for President Barack Obama. She was the strongest candidate to take on that corrupt Senate majority leader. However when it comes to dirty politics, Republican Mitch McConnell got it on lock.

Over in the neighboring state of Missouri, Republican official Debbie Dunnegan Waters is so frustrated with the president and those rabble rousers in Ferguson, she goes to the social networks to complain about our military not taking the time to travel to the White House and do some old fashion usurping.

The social networks can make or break you. Especially in an election year.

Republicans are on pins and needles right now. They know they suck. They know that every ignorant candidate that runs for the office could implode their chances to take back the senate.

They still have this infighting with the insurgency and the agitators of the junk food media.

How can they win back voters without being called the party that supports only WHITE FOLKS?

Here's what someone caught Dunnegan-Waters doing.

What could happen if the Secret Service was notified about this?

Obviously the scandal plagued federal agency needs to handle this stuff!

Debbie Dunnegan Waters, a Republican serving as Jefferson County Recorder of Deeds, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch she had "no ill intent toward the president" when she asked why the military hasn't "taken action against our domestic enemy," who she identified as "supposedly the commander in chief."

Enter the non-apology:

“I just wanted to know what oath (the military) took,” Dunnegan told St. Louis Public Radio in a telephone interview. “I'm not calling the president a domestic enemy. I’m not calling the president anything. He is the president. Do I agree with what the president is doing? Absolutely not. Anybody that asks me, I’ll be happy to tell you that.”

This is the party inspired to take back Congress. The party that has this idiot and many like her hoping that the country's first Black president is either killed by the military he controls.

This is the extremism you'll be seeing if the Republicans take back control of Congress.

It's important to vote.

K.C. Cop May Have To Shake After Posting Racial Comments About Michael Brown Shooting!

This is not Michael Brown.

The racist right overacts to the crisis in Ferguson. Another night of rioting and looting continues despite embattled governor Jay Nixon's (D-MO) curfew.

Over 50 people were arrested after a night of protests in which some have thrown rocks at the law.

St. Louis County prosecutor is weighing the options on whether the evidence determines that Ferguson officer Darren Wilson used excessive force in the firing of his service weapon.

Michael Brown was shot six times after a confrontation with Ferguson police. Witnesses say that he had his hands up when the law shot and killed him. The law says that he tried to struggle for the service weapon and punched the officer. He was a suspect in a robbery at a local store according to the law.

Anyway this ongoing crisis will be covered by me and S. Baldwin. Even the agitators and their impact on this situation.

Lets travel at least 232 miles to the Kansas City metropolitan area. There's an officer who is under investigation after he reposted a chain message on the social networks. The officer couldn't figure out the right Black person. He thought the picture of a Black guy holding a wad of cash in his mouth and pointing a pistol was the unarmed teen Michael Brown.

Marc Catron will probably be warned not to be on the social networks again. He's under investigation after he reposted a chain message on that social network. Catron claimed that [he's] sure that young Michael Brown is innocent and just misunderstood. Catron sarcastically stated that Brown was a pillar of the Ferguson community. What tipped his superiors off was the fact that he posted a picture of another Black person, inserted his opinion, ignored his policies on commenting on law enforcement issues, and using social networking to promote a message that may tip off the junk food media. When he's appointed in law enforcement, Catron should have heed warnings of showing impartial judgment. He going to get his papers if not a demotion.

Catron was smart enough to run his mouth on the comparisons to OJ Simpson and Trayvon Martin situation.

“Remember how white people rioted after OJ’s acquittal? Me neither."

Okay, here's a rundown on how our freedom of speech. He can make his opinion on how he feels about young Black teens and celebrities such as Simpson.

He can even claim that all BLACKS are criminals. After all I am guessing he's an avid listener of talk radio and viewer of Loserville. I am certain that he's already assumed that Brown's killing was justified because he heard from a racist right blog saying he charged at an officer. Of course he had no weapon on him.

Catron could wear a badge and get behind the wheel of a patrol vehicle. He can probably assume that all Black motorists are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He can say that wrong signal is merit for arrest.

After all he assumes that all Blacks are reactionary and may try something that may draw a service weapon.

Myrightwingdad.com once again collects the most offensive right wing emails. This once probably circulated around the internet. This picture is not Michael Brown. Unfortunately the racist right doesn't care. It's another Black criminal regardless.
You can't fix stupid. KC Cop gets a talking to after posting racial slurs on his social networking page.
Again the perception of Black men holding firearms always seem to get more play in the junk food media.

When you see White folks with firearms, the media may perceive it as a negativity. But not as much as Black person who holds money in his mouth while showing off his pistol. I mean it's not like he's committing a crime, but to the racist right, it's enough to say he deserves to be killed too.

The image is of Joda Cain's, the teen who is accused of killing his great grandma.

Cain and his cousin, 20-year-old Micus Ward (left), face aggravated murder charges in Bell's killing according to The Oregonian.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to all gun shooting victims, Michael Brown, John Crawford III, and Jacqueline Bell.

Clerical Error Puts A Man In The Iron College!

Cornealious Michael Anderson (known as Michael) caught a case but wasn't sent up the creek. So instead of committing more crimes, he apologizes to the victims and rehabilitates himself. He starts a family and gotten married. About that time, Missouri state prosecutors wanted to put him in the iron college.

[Cornealious] Michael Anderson III was freed this week after spending nine months in the iron college. He was to serve 13 years in the iron college for a crime he's committed years ago, but never was sentenced.

While awaiting his sentence, he actually never got the word to appear. So for about a decade, he made amends, gotten married and do community service. Here's the kicker, he used his name and never left the city where he resided.

It is unclear why he was not arrested and imprisoned to serve his 13-year sentence, but, apparently due to clerical errors and miscommunication, the Missouri Lockup thought he was already in the iron college. The error was only discovered when he was scheduled to be released from the iron college in 2013.

On July 25, 2013 he was arrested and required to serve his 13-year sentence.
Michael raised four children and lived in St. Joseph. Always aware that the law may take him away because of a crime he done when he was younger.
Wikipedia explains that Anderson and a companion robbed a Burger King manager at gunpoint of approximately $2,000 while he was attempting to deposit the money in a night deposit box at a bank. A witness observed Anderson and his companion leaving in a car and reported the license plate number to the police. When the police ran the number, they found that it was registered to 22-year old [Cornealious] Michael Anderson. The next day, St. Charles police found Anderson's car in a parking lot about a mile from the bank, but they did not catch him until two months later, when he was found hiding in his girlfriend's apartment.

In March 2000, Anderson's jury trial for armed robbery began. Although police never recovered a weapon, they searched Anderson's apartment and found an advertisement brochure for Beretta semiautomatic pistols.

The St. Charles prosecutor in the case used the brochure to argue that although no weapon was found, Anderson owned a gun.

The jury returned a verdict of guilty and Anderson was sentenced to a total of 13 years to the iron college.

Anderson was released from the iron college with credit for time served, making him a free man with no need for parole. The presiding judge, Judge Terry Lynn, had this to say:

You've been a good father. You've been a good husband. You've been a good taxpaying citizen of the state of Missouri. "That leads me to believe that you are a good man and a changed man.

Attorney General Chris Koster, who had suggested this appeal to Anderson's attorney, released a statement after judge Lynn's ruling:

From the outset, I have proposed a solution that balances the seriousness of Mr. Anderson's crime with the mistake made by the criminal justice system and Mr. Anderson's lack of a criminal record over the past 13 years. Today's outcome appears to appropriately balance the facts as we understand them.

The victim didn't think he should have been released. The victim of the robbery, Dennis (first name only), contacted the Riverfront Times and asked them to talk to him about how much the robbery damaged his life.

He told the Riverfront Times that the robbery made him paranoid that the robbers would come after him. He quit his job, isolated himself, and his marriage eventually broke up.

At about the same time, his daughter had also read the story in a high school class without knowing Dennis was the victim. She came home and told Dennis about the case and then asked him for his opinion about it.

The Riverfront Times reported that he told his daughter that Anderson should be let go.

Despite the racist right attacks, Michael has overcame incredible odds.

We here at Journal de la Reyna wish [Cornealious] Michael Anderson well on his journey.

Kansas City: Is There Another Beltway Shooter?

Caught: Mohammed Whitaker, 27, of Grandview, Missouri, has been charged with 18 felony counts in connection with about a dozen recent highway shootings that have wounded three people
27 year old man is accused of shooting at vehicles around Kansas City. The shooter would target Interstate 435 and roads near the beltway.

Kansas City metro area was on the edge of a possible beltway shooter.

Around the Interstate 435 beltway and Interstate 470 near Independence, one man posed a threat to the motorists.

The FBI and Kansas City police finally got a break.

Mohammed Pedro Whitaker has been identified as the alleged Kansas City highway shooter and has been charged with 18 felonies from 9 separate incidents around the city metro region.

Whitaker is held on a million bond.

He's going to face at least 25 to life in the iron college for this crime. Although he didn't kill anyone, he did injure people and done criminal mischief. He also fired on federally paid highways.

Police Chief Darryl Forte said at a news conference that the suspect is male and lives in Grandview, a suburb south of the city that is home to the Grandview Triangle, where several highways intersect and where at least six of the reported shootings happened.
An unnamed suspect has been taken into custody in connection with a string of random highway shootings that left three people wounded in the Kansas City, Missouri, area.
Looks like he has no remorse for the actions.
Forte didn’t release the name or age of the suspect. The media would later announce the name. The chief is hoping to discuss the case in further detail at a news conference Friday.

“We’re here now to basically let people know someone has been apprehended,” an upbeat Forte told reporters at an impromptu news conference about 50 yards from a house where the suspect was taken into custody earlier in the day. “I wanted to make sure the residents and those who travel through Kansas City know they’re safe. They’ve been safe the whole time.”

Investigators could be seen searching the single-story four-plex Thursday night, and a tow truck hauled away a green Dodge Neon that was parked behind house, which is about two blocks from Interstate 49 and south of the Grandview Triangle.
The shooter's area span into Missouri and Kansas. Mohammed Whitaker is charged with felonious assault with a deadly weapon.
Forte said the Jackson County prosecutor’s office would determine if there is enough evidence to warrant pressing formal charges.

Detectives and analysts started noticing a pattern two weeks ago after reports of random shootings started coming in. Earlier this week, investigators were looking into about 20 reports of shootings, but that number has fluctuated as some reports were cleared and others came in.
Blindsided: His father said he had no idea his son could even fire a gun
The nice guys. The most dangerous people to ever hold a gun.
Late last week, police said they had connected a dozen shootings to the same person. Forte has said little to this point about how the shootings were linked or what kind of vehicle the suspect drove.

Two of the wounded drivers were shot in the leg and the third was shot in the arm. None of their wounds were considered life-threatening.

Just this week, a White extremist went on a rampage in Overland Park, KS. He ended up killing three individuals. Glenn Frazier Miller (Cross) was a perennial candidate for office. He had notorious ties to the White extremist movement.

He thought he would take out the Jews.

These two men have stirred the pot of extremism. The Southern Poverty Law Center have determined that hate groups are on the rise and its just a matter of time before we see another event happen in America.

The agitators of the media have stroked up extremism. As you can tell, Loserville and the racist right has now a reason to point to the scary Muslims. Also since he's apparently a Black man, it's another one of Obama's sons. Breitfart or The Daily Nothing will automatically assume this man is an Obama supporter or liberal activist.

Cliven Bundy and his feud with the Bureau of Land Management has gotten major airplay and it's potentially another event in which the right wing militias will take arms against federal authorities.

This event and the shooting in Overland Park are precursor of extremism in America.

Some facts about the Kansas City metro area. The population of the city is 483,000.

The city's metro area includes Kansas City, Kansas, Raytown, Lee's Summit, Overland Park, Independence, North Kansas City, Gladstone, Olathe, and Liberty.

Interstates 29, 35, 49 and 70 are the primary highways through the city. Interstate 435 serves as the beltway through Kansas City. Other highways include Interstates 470, 670, and 635 which serve as bypasses around the metro area.

Kansas City Hate: Perennial Loser Was A White Extremist!

As Overland Park, Kansas police piece together the reason to why a failed candidate for office with ties to White extremists groups kill innocent people. The country is coming to grips of the real reason to why hate exists.

As long as Barack Obama continues to be in the White House, these lunatics will plot attacks against the government and fellow Americans.

The first thing in the BLAME GAME: What political party he supported?

The conservative agitation website Breitfart will automatically conclude that the shooter is a liberal or Democrat.

The conservative agitators will figure that the government is coming for the guns.

The racist right which most conservative agitators disturb figure that one man's quest is heroic and they hope they'll be more to come.

A little bit about Glenn Miller comes from Wikipedia. Miller (pka Fraiser Glenn Cross Jr., Rounder, or Frazier Glenn Miller, Jr. b. Nov 23, 1940),  is a former leader of the defunct North Carolina-based White Patriot Party (formerly known as the Carolina Knights of the Ku Klux Klan). Convicted of criminal charges related to weapons and violation of an injunction against paramilitary activity, he is a perennial candidate for public office.

He is an advocate of white nationalism, white separatism, and anti-Semitic theories; and a critic of homosexuality and Third World immigration into historically White nations.

Miller was named the only suspect for the shooting earlier that day in suburban Kansas City that ended in the death of 3 people. Shootings occurred both at the Jewish Community Center and at retirement home Village Shalom nearby, both located in Overland Park.

The names of the victims of the JCC shooting were released, identifying victims as Dr. William Lewis Corporon and his grandson, 14-year-old Reat Griffin Underwood. Both were United Methodist Christians.
White extremist wanted to win a seat in Congress. Thank god he failed.
The name of the woman shot at Village Shalom has not yet been released. Two others had been shot at, but escaped without wounds. Miller was found later outside an elementary school nearby and was immediately declared a suspect. Authorities told reporters that Miller had shouted "Heil Hitler" numerous times during shooting and arrest.

Miller was interviewed on The Alan Colmes Show, The David Packman Show, and by phone on The Distorted View Show and The Howard Stern Show.

Despite legal challenges from Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster and the Missouri Broadcasters Association's disputing Miller's status as a bona fide candidate for office, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) determined there exists no lawful recourse for stations that preferred not to air Miller's ads because of their offensive content.
David Packman of The David Packman show is on FreeSpeech TV and a featured contributor for Addicting Info. He was interviewed the White extremist on his failed bid for U.S. Senate.
The Associated Press added that Frazier Glenn Cross, 73, of Aurora, Mo., was booked into Johnson County jail on a preliminary charge of first-degree murder after the attacks Sunday in Overland Park.

At a news conference Sunday afternoon, Overland Park police Chief John Douglass declined to publicly identify the man suspected in the attacks. But an official at a suburban Kansas City jail, speaking on the condition of anonymity because he wasn't authorized to discuss the case, identified the suspect as Cross.

Douglass said the suspect made several statements to police, "but it's too early to tell you what he may or may not have said" during the attacks. He also said it was too early in the investigation to determine whether he had an anti-Semitic motive. The Jewish festival of Passover begins Monday.

"We are investigating it as a hate crime. We're investigating it as a criminal act. We haven't ruled out anything. ... Again, we're three hours into it," he said Sunday.

SITE, a U.S.-based terror monitoring group, described the suspect as a known and vocal anti-Semite who frequently calls for genocide against Jews.

Police said the attacks happened within minutes of one another. At around 1 p.m. a gunman shot two people in the parking lot behind the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City. He then drove a few blocks away to a retirement community, Village Shalom, and gunned down a woman or girl there, Douglass said. Officers arrested him in an elementary school parking lot a short time later.

Police said the attacks at both sites happened outside and the gunman never entered any buildings. Douglass said the gunman also shot at two other people during the attacks, but missed.

Authorities declined to release the victims' names pending notification of their relatives. However, the family of the first two victims released a statement identifying them as Dr. William Lewis Corporon, who died at the scene, and his 14-year-old grandson, Reat Griffin Underwood, who died at Overland Park Regional Medical Center.

They were both Christian, and the family thanked members of their church congregation, among others, for their support.

"We take comfort knowing they are together in Heaven," the family said. It asked for privacy to mourn.

Rebecca Sturtevant, a hospital spokeswoman, said family members told her Corporon had taken his grandson to the community center so that the boy could try out for a singing competition for high school students. Reat was a freshman at Blue Valley High School and an Eagle Scout.

Cross is also known as Frazier Glenn Miller. A public records search shows he has used both names, but he refers to himself on his website as Glenn Miller and went by the name Frazier Glenn Miller in 2006 and 2010 campaigns for public office.

Cross lives in a small single-story home bordered on three sides with barbed wire fences in the small southwest Missouri town of Aurora, some 180 miles south of Overland Park. A red Chevrolet adorned with Confederate flag stickers was parked outside. An AP reporter knocked on the front door of the house early Monday, but no one answered.

The Southern Poverty Law Center, which tracks hate groups, said it reached his wife, Marge, by phone and that she said authorities had been to their home and told her that her husband had been arrested in Sunday's attacks.

The law center said the suspect has been involved in the white supremacist movement for most of his life. He founded the Carolina Knights of the Ku Klux Klan and was its "grand dragon" in the 1980s. The Army veteran and retired truck driver later founded another white supremacist group, the White Patriot Party, the center said.

He was the subject of a nationwide manhunt in 1987 for violating the terms of his bond while appealing a North Carolina conviction for operating a paramilitary camp. The search ended after federal agents found him and three other men in an Ozark mobile home, which was filled with hand grenades, automatic weapons and thousands of rounds of ammunition. He ran for U.S. House in 2006 and the U.S. Senate in 2010, espousing a white power platform each time.

SITE said Monday that the suspect is a prominent member of the Vanguard News Network and has posted thousands of messages — including frequent calls for genocide against Jews — on the neo-Nazi forum's website. His most recent post was Saturday.

President Barack Obama called the shootings "horrific" and said in a statement, "While we do not know all of the details surrounding today's shooting, the initial reports are heartbreaking." The Jewish Community Center offered condolences to the victims' families on its Facebook page.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu sent his condolences to the families of those killed in Sunday's shootings at two Jewish centers in Overland Park Kansas. "We condemn the shootings which, according to all the signs, were perpetrated out of hatred for Jews," Netanyahu said Monday of the attack, allegedly carried out by a former leader of the Ku Klux Klan.

A police official confirmed that the gunman used a shotgun in the shootings, and investigators were also determining whether a handgun and an assault rifle were also used.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those who were lost in this senseless tragedy.

Take extreme discretion in listening to Miller's political ads and his interview with David Packman.

Tragedy In Kansas City!

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those affected in this senseless tragedy.

Three people are dead following multiple shootings at the Jewish Community Center and Village Shalom in Overland Park, Kan.

Overland Park Police confirm multiple shots were fired around 1 p.m. at the center, which is located at 5801 W 115th St., and later at Village Shalom, an assisted living center located at 5500 W. 123rd.

A total of five people were shot at: one male was shot at the center and died from his injuries at the scene. A second male was also shot at the center. He died at the hospital. A female victim was shot and killed at Village Shalom. The other two people were unharmed.

Pastor Adam Hamilton of Church of the Resurrection confirmed two of the victims are members of his congregation. The identities of the victims have not yet been released.

Police believe the shooter used a shotgun, and possibly a handgun and assault rifle.

Police took one man into custody at the Valley Park Elementary at 123rd and Lamar. The man was heard yelling "heil Hitler" as he was taken into custody. However, investigators say it is too early to label the incident as a hate crime.

The person of interest is described as a man in his 70s. Investigators say he is not from the area and there's no indication that he knew the victims. His identity has not been released at this time. He is being held at the Johnson County Detention Center.
The alleged suspect.
A 41 Action News photographer on the scene spoke with Mark Brodky, a member at the JCC, who says another man pointed a gun at him and shot the windows out of his car, "I thought he was shooting an air rifle and all the sudden he shot at me."

Brodky also says he's seen the alleged shooter before. "He's a member of the club. But I don't know his name."

All JCC programs, classes, shows and auditions are canceled. The community center posted a message on their Facebook page.

Temple Israel and St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church will host a vigil service for those impacted by today’s events. The vigil will be held at 8 p.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church, located at 12251 Antioch Road, in Overland Park. All are welcome to attend.

Heartland Ignorance: Rally For That "NIGGER" Trayvon!

Two men in the city of Wichita, Kansas wanted to be funny by wearing t-shirts inscribed with the offensive racial slur at a rally for slain teenager Trayvon Martin.

Their goal was to incite a race riot to prove to the country that "us Black folk" are "natural born criminals".

Mediaite's conservative writer Noah Rothman is trying his hardest to prove that "we'z conservatives ain't racist." He decided to feature this story on the news agitating website. It's being picked up by the social networks and it's went viral.

These cowards wanted to film the reaction to a peaceful protest. They wanted to rile up a peaceful protest and then sent it to YouTube and tip off That Guy Who Throws Shit To The Wall.

But good thing some people marching in the rally had cameras of their own.
