If Daniel Penny Got Away With It.....

If Daniel Penny can get away with a chokehold, why not him?

The far right is going bonkers over a viral video of a Baltimore club bouncer doing a chokehold on a white patron and then smashing his head into a parked vehicle's window.

The far right claims its a racist act. The rest of us believe it was an extreme situation but nothing racial.

I do agree that the whole incident was totally extreme and the bouncer should face criminal assault charges. However, he did not kill the patron. He seriously injured the patron but no murder. 

The Baltimore Police (which has a history of chokeholds) is investigating the incident.

This is attempted murder.

This bouncer needs to be arrested and charged immediately

So what happened?

A white patron and the bouncer got into a verbal argument. The white patron shoves the bouncer. The bouncer quickly pivots and place him in a chokehold.

As the patron was struggling for release, he kicked the bouncer and that's when the bouncer pushed the patron into the window of a parked vehicle. After that he released him.

The patron visibly shaken, bleeding was then pushed away by the bouncer.

The person who filmed it did not help the patron nor demanded the bouncer to stop. It was all for click bait and it was thus placed on social media for the far right to justify their Kirkvision.

Again, white nationalist Charlie Kirk was killed by a white man in Utah, a majority white state. Why does MAGA got an issue with Blacks, Muslims, transgender Americans and immigrants?

Same folks "didn't see' anything wrong with this!

They did not kill this man.

But somehow every freaking event in the United States involving a Black person and a white person must justify Kirk’s point about Blacks being inherently violent.

White men and white boys are the ones who are doing the most killing in the United States.

Don't get it twisted, these incidents are isolated and do not represent Black America. We mind our business and try not to be involved in issues that involve white people.

Conservatives, MAGA, incels and white nationalists are just annoying as fuck.

If the bouncer is charged, he is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

So Daniel Penny.

The far right and MAGA praised Penny for brutally chokeholding Jordan Neeley on a New York City subway. He was found not guilty in the involuntary manslaughter.

He was granted a box seat with Donald J. Trump, Elon Musk and JD Vance to watch college football. 

Penny is planning on writing a book about the ordeal. 

Penny, Kyle Rittenhouse, George Zimmerman and Ashli Babbitt are prime examples of white privilege. They represent a corrupt justice system that allows white tears be a reason for acquittal.

Note: Zimmerman is a white Hispanic man who killed Trayvon Martin in 2012 after a confrontation in a Florida apartment complex they both lived at the time. Zimmerman ignored 911 operator's request to let police handle the matter. Babbitt, an aggressive rioter was killed in the attack on the U.S. Capitol in 2021. Her family was rewarded punitive damages and reinstated veteran benefits for deceased.
