Not phased by the noise. |
The Republicans are trying to intimidate Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. It started with allegations he is a George Soros-backed prosecutor to being called a racist. They claim that Bragg should focus on crime in New York City and the whole indictment of the 45th President of the United States is a political stunt.
Bragg has state and federal protection thanks in part of anonymous threats to his life.
Now House Republicans and some of the most worthless Senate Republicans are calling for investigations and criminal probes into Bragg.
All sponsored by Washed Up 45, Fox and Twitter. Each of these entities are facing lawsuits.
On Monday, House Judiciary Committee Chairman, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) released a letter co-signed by other top Republicans demanding Bragg testify before Congress over his office’s investigation into Washed Up 45. In the letter, Jordan slammed the potential indictment of the former president in connection with the Stormy Daniels hush money scandal as a “politically motivated prosecutorial decision.”
Fox News Digital received a defiant response from Bragg’s office on Tuesday — in which they returned fire on accusations of conducting a political attack.
Rand Paul being a total douche again. |
“We will not be intimidated by attempts to undermine the justice process, nor will we let baseless accusations deter us from fairly applying the law,” the statement said. “In every prosecution, we follow the law without fear or favor to uncover the truth. Our skilled, honest and dedicated lawyers remain hard at work.”
The remarks from Bragg’s office are similar to Bragg’s last statement after Washed Up 45 fueled speculations he is about to be indicted by calling for his supporters to protest.”
Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), the white nationalist senator called for the arrest of Bragg.
“A Trump indictment would be a disgusting abuse of power. The DA should be put in jail,” Paul tweeted.
