You Must Testify!

The state of Georgia wants you to testify.

Vote.

Ignore the noise.

Vote like your life depends on it.

Vote to save democracy.

The Republicans fuck up the economy every time they are in power. When Democrats regain power to fix the economy, Republicans continue to push noise upon the masses with claims that it was the Democrats' fault things are back to normal.

We are finally closing the door on the coronavirus pandemic. It has killed over 1.1 million Americans. The coronavirus will live with us for the foreseeable future.

It still exists and folks who are more concerned about meaningless shit are more likely to die from this pandemic.

Yes, inflation sucks. I hate it too but I accept it because the global pandemic affected everything. Republicans have no real plans on combat today's challenges. All they are running on is white supremacy and relentless trolling.

South Carolina senator must talk to the Fulton County, Georgia prosecutor. He tried to appeal this in federal court and was shut down hard. The prosecutor believes he and a handful of others including the former president deliberately tried to commit election fraud.

Sen. Sissy Graham (R-SC), I declare is in some hot water.

On Thursday, Graham was handed a hard denial in his attempt to use his privilege as a lawmaker to avoid a state prosecutor's subpoena to a criminal investigation into whether Washed Up 45 tried to encourage Republican officials to overturn the state election. Joe Biden carried the state and the former president falsely claimed it was voter fraud.

The ruling by a three-judge panel of the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals paves the way for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to bring Graham in for questioning as she tries to wrap up the investigation. She has said she hopes to be able to “send the grand jury on their way” by the end of the year.

Graham could appeal the ruling to the full appellate court. An attorney for Graham deferred comment to a spokesman for the senator’s office, which did not immediately comment on the ruling.

Willis has said she wants to question the South Carolina Republican about phone calls he made to Georgia Secretary of State Karen Raffensperger, the state’s top elections official, in the weeks after the 2020 election. Raffensperger has said he interpreted questions about whether he could reject certain absentee ballots as a suggestion to reject legally cast votes.

Graham has challenged his subpoena, saying his position as a U.S. senator protects him from having to testify in the state investigation. He has denied any wrongdoing.

Then he wouldn't mind having a sitdown with Willis to discuss the role he had nothing to do with. I mean, why appeal a subpoena if you ain't got nothing to hide?
