Look closely, the cartoonist didn't do his homework. |
Caption this.
The political cartoon shows a caricature of President Joe Biden explaining that Republicans who are devoted to MAGA being semi-fascist. Last month, the president made a speech in which he said that the former president Washed Up 45 and many Republicans denying the 2020 election, calling for violence against politicians and undermining democracy is a threat to America.
The Republicans took it as an insult on them. Instead of self-reflection and empathy, the noise was cranked up. They claim they're supportive of parents' rights, the police, school choice, lower taxes and free speech.
On the other side, support late term abortion, BLM, Antifa, open borders, defund the police and a Slurpee.
Support free speech while saying no to critical race theory.
Support parents' rights while punishing children who are transgender or children of color.
Support school choice meaning charter schools, non union educators, stopping teachers from teaching critical race theory, LGBTQ activism and eliminating free school meals.
Secure our borders while allowing firearms to roam freely across the country. Using this securing the border as a masquerade to deny assimilation of Black and Brown people.
Lower taxes on which group? The rich.
Support our police. They can't even hold the former president accountable for unleashing his supporters on the U.S. Capitol. Those people attacked cops. None of the instigators were criminally charged.
Wanna know why Republicans are so obsessed with crime, abortion, inflation, transgender women, open borders, cancel culture and the like....
White supremacy.
Republicans love to stay on message.
They offer no plans on how to combat these issues. The only plan is to scapegoat and use culture wars to scare white voters and depressing people of color from voting. The Commitment to America was rolled out and I guess Republicans are engaged. The Republicans are rolling out a mass ad campaign to paint Democrats as the party of crime, socialism, open borders, inflation, mandates, etc.
The noise that keeps Republicans engaged in voting.
