Florida has suffered catastrophic damages. |
The state of Florida looks like a penis and its governor is a dick.
Gov. Karen DeSantis has talked to President Joe Biden frequently. He has snapped at reporters over his previous bullshit stunts aimed at riling up the president. His stunt flying migrants to Martha's Vineyard is no longer in the news. The story is his days as a lawmaker and the votes he casted when other states needed hurricane relief.
He can't take his head out his ass. He issued a warning to looters. He said Florida is a "Second Amendment" state.
Motherfucker, if I ain't got food, water, a means of survival, its do or die. Fucking idiot governor doesn't understand that folks will go extreme to survive. Why would anyone risk electrocution, animal attacks and infrastructure collapse for copper and damaged luxury?
Property can be replaced. Lives can't!
DeSantis is a "culture warrior" among the far right. He has caused so much noise during his tenure. He easily beat the former Tallahassee city mayor, now openly bisexual, criminally indicted, Bernie Sanders endorsed at the time, Andrew Gillum. Thanks to Sanders and the far left, Florida took a hard swing to the Republicans.
His press conferences are catnip to Republicans. They believe he might run for president in 2024.
Hillary Clinton and Biden both lost Florida by eight points. Ohio and Florida, once considered swing states are now likely Republican. So it will be difficult for former lawmaker and former governor Charlie Crist to win back a state he once governed.
Crist was a Republican and served one term before switching to an independent and later a Democrat.
He is literally on the sidelines as DeSantis is stealing the limelight. As governor, Floridians will depend on his leadership to get them through this. For DeSantis, this may be his victory despite the junk food media thinking he is vulnerable.
The aftermath of Hurricane Ian has wreaked havoc on Florida and South Carolina. The Republicans who voted against Hurricane Sandy relief are now begging for federal assistance.
Of course, Republicans don't want the left to politicize a tragedy.
Over 2 million people lost power. There is no safe drinking water.
President Biden with Homeland Security's Alejandro Mayorkas and FEMA's DeAnne Criswell telling Americans that federal help will come to states affected. |
Of course, Republicans don't want the left to politicize a tragedy.
Remember, Softball Hannity once called Florida, the "free state" because of DeSantis and his stupid rollbacks of regulations. Now the end game.
However, we have to point out how ridiculous Republicans are when they vote against helping those in need. The safety net will be needed for those who were affect in Southwest Florida, Central Florida and the South Carolina Lowcountry.
Expected deaths will be in the hundreds to thousands.
Fort Meyers Beach was affected with massive destruction from a category 4 storm.
The city is a former of itself. Many communities in the path, from Naples to Jacksonville suffered serious damage. The cities affected lost so many structures, it is estimated that damages could be up to $80 billion.
DeSantis has pledged that he, state and federal officials will rebuild Florida. |
Over 2 million people lost power. There is no safe drinking water.
Alligators, sharks, venomous snakes and other dangerous wildlife will now find dinner with those folks who choose to stay at the peak of the storm.
People who cheered "Let's Go Brandon" will now need Biden and federal government to get their lives back together.
I am not sympathetic to Republicans. They don't believe in climate change. They literally laugh when California has wildfires, Chicago has gun violence, migrants dying while trying to cross the U.S.-Mexican border and Democrats dying.
Call me heartless.
Republicans find karma every day when things like this happen. Trust me, no one wants to see their livelihood collapse because of a natural disaster. But I see Republican voters as the idiots who got what's coming.
Man, politics is toxic.
Okay, if you want to help Alaska, Florida, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Georgia, the U.S. Virgin Islands and North Carolina, visit the American Red Cross. Your donations could help.
By the way, Alaska had catastrophic flooding in Juneau and Fairbanks. Republicans once again deny climate change felt the karma.
