Time Out For Sloppy Steve!

He believes it's going to be an easy time in federal time out.

The former Washed Up 45 advisor and white extremist is heading to federal time out.

The sloppy guy was once the CEO of Breitbart media when its founder Andrew Breitbart went to the dust bin in 2012.

The sloppy dude turned Breitbart into a platform for white extremism.

Sloppy Bannon got four months in federal time out since he was convicted of contempt of Congress. He refused to testify under a congressional subpoena by the Jan. 6 committee. The Congress held him in contempt and handed the matter to the U.S. Justice Department. The DOJ jas issued a criminal warrant and Bannon was arrested.

He faced trial and contended this phony notion that he was under executive privilege from Washed Up 45. That did not hold up in court and he was found guilty.

Bannon one of the highest-profile figures to be sentenced to jail on charges related to the insurrection. He is expected to appeal his conviction.

Federal prosecutors wanted the court to sentence Bannon to six months in jail — the top end of the federal sentencing guidelines range — and the maximum fine of $200,000.

The judge also agreed with prosecutors that Bannon has “not expressed remorse and has attacked the select committee at every turn.”

Bannon declined to speak on his own behalf when given the opportunity, telling the judge, “My lawyers have spoken for me, your honor.”

Bannon’s sentencing came one year to the day since the House voted to hold him in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a House select committee’s subpoena for documents and testimony. Bannon was indicted in November on two criminal counts and convicted after a federal trial in July.

Bannon’s lawyer had argued the subpoena would violate Washed Up 45’s executive privilege, the presidential power to withhold certain information from the public.

Mind you, Bannon was unceremoniously fired in 2017.
