Prince Rapist Settles Out Of Court!

Pedophile royal thinks his problems are over. Not one bit.

The pedophile Duke of York will settle with the victim of pedophile Epstein.

The parties anticipate filing a stipulation of dismissal of the case within 30 days, according to the letter addressed to federal Judge Lewis Kaplan.

The sum of the settlement will not be disclosed, the letter says.

"Prince Andrew intends to make a substantial donation to Ms. Giuffre's charity in support of victims' rights. Prince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms. Giuffre's character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks," the letter states.

The civil suit stemmed from the sprawling and disturbing allegations against pedophile Epstein, the wealthy sex offender who befriended a series of powerful men despite a sketchy history.

The pedophile was accused of child sexual abuse by Virginia Giuffre, an American woman who was then a minor. She was sex trafficked by pedophile Epstein. The pedophile prince denied it. 

Victim claims that royal's attempt to pay her off will not stop the investigation.

The negative impact has forced him to resign from royal duties and he was stripped of his honorary military affiliations and the charities that he hosted were withdrawn. 

Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, Prince Anne, Prince Edward; daughters, Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie and ex-wife Duchess Sarah of York distanced themselves from the pedophile.

Pedophile Epstein was a notorious figure. He was a rich financier who owned a private resort in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Some of the major figures would travel to that island. Two former presidents, one former president's lawyer, three celebrities and one royal are under the radar.

"It is known that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked countless young girls over many years," the letter continues. "Prince Andrew regrets his association with Epstein, and commends the bravery of Ms. Giuffre and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others. He pledges to demonstrate his regret for his association with Epstein by supporting the fight against the evils of sex trafficking, and by supporting its victims."

In the lawsuit, Giuffre alleged pedophile Epstein trafficked her and forced her to have sex with his friends, including the pedophile prince, and that Andrew was aware she was underage in the U.S. at the time. She alleged the pedophile prince sexually abused her at pedophile Epstein's private island in the U/S. Virgin Islands, at his mansion in Manhattan and at his former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell's home in London.

The prince, also known as the Duke of York, has repeatedly and flatly denied the abuse.

"Prince Andrew denies that he was a co-conspirator of Epstein or that Epstein trafficked girls to him," his attorneys Andrew B. Brettler and Melissa Y. Lerner wrote in a legal filing last month.

Giuffre brought her case under the Child Victims Act, a New York state law enacted in 2019 that temporarily expanded the statute of limitations in child sex abuse cases.

This doesn't let the pedophile off the hook. The feds are still looking into his allegations and they could criminally charge the pedophile if they obtain enough evidence.
