The former cheerleader who tried to entice boys into sexual contact was convicted of sexual abuse, child pornography and distributing child pornograhy. The charges could carry up to 50 years and a TIER III in Offender U.
The sexual predator was a flamboyant openly gay media personality who made fame on Netflix's Cheer.

The sexual predator took the plea on Thursday. In the plea agreement with the feds, the sexual predator pleaded guilty to two charges from that indictment stating that he received child pornography and engaged in interstate travel to meet a 15-year old boy with whom he engaged sexual relations.
The sexual predator traveled from Texas to Florida to meet this 15-year old boy. They ended up having numerous engagements in a bathroom.
U.S. District Judge Manish Shah said that the sexual predator could face a maximum of 30 years for one of the charges.
The sentencing could happen in late June.
He will remain in custody until his sentencing.
The sexual predator was charged in December 2020 with a seven count indictment in which it was filed in U.S. District Court in Illinois.
Two twins were the sexual predator's downfall. The mother was alerted to her sons activities with the sexual predator. The twins, both gay had told their mom that the sexual predator was demanding them to perform oral sex and sexually explicit acts on social media.
