What Happened To Kurt Reinhold?

Kurt Reinhold was shot and killed by the law. His only crime, being a homeless man.

We're getting really, really tired of this shit.

Everyday another hashtag and another reason for us to say this phrase.

We keep hearing about this police shooting unarmed people of color. Somehow, the police are not getting it. We're getting tired of hearing the excuse, "You feared for your life."

If you feared for your life, you shouldn't be in law enforcement....!

Apparently jaywalking and being homeless is a crime where police can use deadly force.

Protests broke out in the affluent Orange County, California city of San Clemente. The cops shot an unarmed Black man. According to the Orange County Sheriff's department, the man tried to reach for a deputy's gun during a struggle.

The victim, Kurt Reinhold, 42 died on Wednesday after two deputies from the sheriff's department's Homeless Outreach Team encountered him about 1:12pm near the Hotel Miramar, Sheriff Don Barnes said in a news conference.

A physical altercation happened when Reinhold "grabbed one of the deputies' weapons and appears to have tried to bring it out of the holster." It's unclear if Reinhold completely unholstered the weapon.

"It was a significant struggle with Mr. Reinhold that went on for some time, and the deputy did state four different times, 'He got my gun,' on four separate occasions," Barnes said, citing a video independently provided by a witness.

The Orange County Sheriff says they were called to a dispute. They confronted Kurt Reinhold over a jaywalking incident.

One of the deputies shot twice, Barnes said. The deputies tried to render aid but Reinhold was dead at the scene.

The encounter was captured on surveillance video, but Barnes said it would not be released at this time, citing the ongoing investigation and pending interviews with witnesses.

That means they're withholding video footage to spike off potential unrest.

There were protests on behalf of Kurt, a father of two who was a weightlifter and professional stuntman.

The cops are in the freezer pending an investigation into whether justified force was used.

The shooting is the latest in many incidents where the police are quick to shoot Black people and too easy on white suspects.

The Wisconsin Republican Party gave a standing ovation to the mother of a white terrorist who shot and killed two protesters in Kenosha. The 17-old white terrorist came from Illinois to Wisconsin. He literally was there to cause trouble. He shot a man in the head and another in the chest. He wounded a protester who was armed in the arm. The terrorist causally walked towards police with his hands up. The police ignored him and he went home took a nap and got a breakfast. He called his religious leader and lawyer. He was soon arrested and refuses to be extradited because he claims "defense."

He became the example of a different standard in how the law treat suspects. An armed suspect is taken alive while Black men and women are shot for the most dumbest reasons.

Moments of silence, street memorials, naming of public places, saying "Your heart goes out to...," lowering of flags and hashtags are platitudes. They are a huge waste of time. It's a man-made crisis created by a lazy ass government. They are enabling this. Donald J. Trump, Congress and the National Rifle Association are a bunch of lily-livered cowards. They are numb to gun violence.

I repeat myself over and over again! I use the same old copy and paste. I hear the same trolls saying that there's nothing we can do. I keep hearing "concern" trolls telling us that it's their own fault for their own deaths. I hear the same old talking points about "good guys with guns" and "god's given rights."

The law drag him down and of course they claim they're struggling with him.

Trump and lawmakers elected to federal office made politics extremely toxic. It's not just the fault of our dear leader and lawmakers, but relentless agitators on the 24/7 cable news channels. They are profiting off division and divisiveness. The internet is also a problem. It's is a breeding ground for potential mass shooters. Facebook, Twitter, Google and other social media outlets have been "ground zero" for disinformation, partisan threats and social activism. Incels and social outcasts find their outlets on sites that inspire them to cause harm to their fellow human beings.

It never happens in your community ... Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence will affect your town, your family and your life.

Everyday at least 103 people die from gun violence. I can't even tell you how many stories I've missed involving gun violence in the country. Police shootings are part of the systematic problem with gun violence. No amount of training will ever stop a cop from using split judgement when it comes to a life-or-death situation. However, given how many of these incidents should have involved  deescalation, these fatal encounters should have been prevented.

WHEN COPS SEE A BLACK MAN WITH A FIREARM REGARDLESS OF IT BEING LEGAL OR ILLEGAL, THEY AUTOMATICALLY SHOOT THE BLACK MAN. EVEN AN UNARMED BLACK MAN JUST REACHING FOR A WALLET OR A DOOR HANDLE COULD BE KILLED BY THE COPS. NOW A BLACK MAN FLEEING AN ARRESTING OFFICER COULD BE KILLED. WHETHER THEY'RE IN THEIR VEHICLE OR RUNNING FROM THEM. THE COPS WILL SHOOT THE BLACK MAN.

THE POLICE AND JUNK FOOD MEDIA TRY TO MAKE THE VICTIM, "THE BAD GUY" BY BRINGING UP HIS PAST HISTORY, HIS SOCIAL MEDIA OR HIS FAMILY LIFE. 

MANY WHITES (IN LARGE GROUPS) HAVE FIREARMS IN FRONT OF POLICE AND THEY NEVER GET SHOT OR KILLED. WHY AREN'T THEY AFRAID OF THEM?

WHENEVER SOMEONE COMPLAINS ABOUT THE LACK OF BLACK FATHERS, I CONTINUE TO DENOUNCE THIS BULLSHIT. I OFTEN REMIND THEM THAT THE POLICE KILL BLACK FATHERS. THE POLICE LEAVE CHILDREN OF COLOR WITHOUT A BLACK FATHER. AND NO AMOUNT OF MONEY COULD BRING THE PEACE AND TRANQUILITY TO THE FAMILIES OF THOSE KILLED BY THE COPS.

They claim he tried to reach for the firearm.

We have unrest in the nation. African Americans, Latinos and Native Americans had enough of the status quo in politics, religion, entertainment and law. The need to change started on May 25, 2020 when a cop placed his knee on the neck of an American citizen. He screamed, "I can't breathe...." and cried for his "mama."

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence.

When conservatives claim there's a lack of Black fathers, what is the reason to why that exist?

Gun violence in the United States.

Negligent fathers who refuse to raise their children.

Fathers in the prison system.

Police violence towards Black men who are fathers.
