Dem Senator: GOP House Leader Disrespected Obama!

President Barack Obama and Republicans have a rocky relationship to say at least.

"I can't even stand to look at you," says one Republican House leader to President Barack Obama.

Democratic Illinois senator Dick Durbin made the claim today and people are now talking.

Who says that President Barack Obama doesn't want to work with Republicans?

Durbin went to the social networks to post a claim that seems to measure up to how the budget negotiations went down. The Republicans were demanding that the president concede to their demands. The Republicans wanted to repeal the healthcare law and have mandatory spending cuts to safety nets. After pressure was brought upon the Republicans by those pesky polls, the Republicans caved in. They ended up with nothing.

The Majority Whip of the U.S. Senate had participated in the negotiations with the president.
Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) Facebook
Senator Dick Durbin (D-Illinois) post on the social networks about the negotiation battles with Republicans.
The Hill reports "Many Republicans searching for something to say in defense of the disastrous shutdown strategy will say President Obama just doesn't try hard enough to communicate with Republicans," Durbin said. "But in a 'negotiation' meeting with the president, one GOP House Leader told the president: 'I cannot even stand to look at you.'"

"What are the chances of an honest conversation with someone who has just said something so disrespectful?" the Illinois Democrat added.

An aide to House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) said he had "no idea what [Durbin's] talking about."

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Durbin did not say when the alleged confrontation occurred, and whether the exchange happened in the period preceding or during the shutdown that shuttered government for 16 days earlier this month.

In October, the president met once with Boehner and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky) as part of a pow-wow with congressional leadership. McConnell told CNBC shortly after that discussion was "cordial but unproductive."

Later, the president invited the full House Republican caucus to meet at the White House, although a smaller leadership group handpicked by Boehner attended instead. In subsequent days, the full group of Republican senators traveled to the White House to meet with the president.

Of course, Republicans are going to deny this claim.

But if you look at the comment section of most blogs linked through a conservative outlet, the antics of right wing talk radio, and a cable news channel that runs 24/7 negative coverage of the president, seriously are you not going to believe those comments weren't made?

How many Republicans have the nerve to call for impeachment?

Remember Representatives [Addison] Joe Wilson (R-South Carolina) famous outburst during the president's State of the Union Address?

Did you know that Representatives Darrell Issa (R-California) is continuously calling for investigations for every minor issue that happens to drive conservatives bonkers?

Aren't you familiar with the outrageous statements made by Representatives Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota), Louie Gohmert (R-Texas), Steve King (R-Iowa), Paul Ryan (R-Wisconsin)?

Aren't you familiar with the Stallmigos?

Yeah, Rand Paul (R-Kentucky), Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Marco Rubio (R-Florida), and Mike Lee (R-Utah) are the four Stallmigos. They're on television more than anyone else and yet have no accomplishments for it.

There's no denying it.

The Republicans unprecedented hate for the president is on record and people are starting to notice.

That's probably why the polls are saying that it's time to get rid of the House Republicans.

We can only hope next year, Republicans would overplay their hand and people vote these assholes out!

Stallmigo Ted Cruz: Obamacare Is A "Nigerian" Fraud Scam!

The stallmigo signals another fight.

The controversial U.S. Senator from Texas has no accomplishments in his 10 months as a lawmaker. But we in the junk food media continue to give him and his Stallmigo buddies (Mike Lee, Marco Rubio and Rand Paul) too much exposure.

The public should ask the politicos, what are they actually doing as lawmakers?

The only accomplishments these polticos got is basically media attention.

When you see Republican lawmakers running to the cameras shouting at rocks it usually gets play on the blogs and talk radio circuit.

Because these nitwits are elected on the hypothetical promises they tell the gullible voters of their respective states. When people are telling the lawmakers they've going the wrong way, they continue on the full speed ahead. Bringing destruction upon collision.

If the elections were held today, would these gullible people reelect these guys back to Washington?

Anyway, the country's most hated politico is well loved by the conservative faithful in his home state of Texas. He comes back to the state with open arms after his bitter defeat. He and many Republican lawmakers endorsed the government shutdown.

By voting against the bill open up the government, the Republicans who voted against it prove to the nation they rather see government workers suffer all in the name of politics.

Yeah, the politico Ted Cruz, Republican senator from Texas has been at the forefront of the opposition against the Affordable Healthcare Act (Obamacare). He and Mike Lee (R-UT) have promoted this plan to defund the healthcare law. They wanted to tie it to the debt ceiling. The Republicans went on to play political suicide when the government shutdown leaned to a global recession.

The Houston Chronicle endorsed him in 2012 against the Democratic nominee. It had second thoughts after the senator endorsed the government shutdown.

The Chronicle renounced its endorsement and vow never to endorse political candidates.

Criticized by senior leaders in his own party and blamed by Democrats for inspiring a government shutdown they claim was a pricey, pointless and painful waste of time, Ted Cruz returned to his hometown Monday night to a hero's welcome bestowed by the tea party faithful who filled the headquarters of the King Street Patriots in northwest Houston.

The freshman Republican senator was greeted with cheers of "Cruz, Cruz Cruz!" and "Thank you, Ted!" from more than 1,000 supporters in a brief appearance at which he underscored his intent to keep doing whatever is necessary to undermine the "national nightmare" and "train wreck" that is the Affordable Care Act, better known as "Obamacare."

"I've spent the past month in Washington, D.C.," Cruz told the overflow crowd. "It is terrific to be back in America."

As he did throughout the campaign that saw him demolish the once-favored David Dewhurst in the Republican primary and become an instant standard-bearer for the tea party movement, Cruz emphasized his independence from the "Washington establishment," which includes the leadership of the GOP.

"People are saying mean things about me," Cruz said. "Who cares? At the end of the day, I don't work for the party bosses in Washington. I work for each and every one of you. What they don't understand is that we're standing here together. We've got a problem in Washington. They're not listening to the American people."

Cruz returned to Texas over the weekend for a series of events in major cities. In informal remarks of about 15 minutes, he promised never to bend or compromise his principles. He chided others in the U.S. Senate for not holding fast and keeping the government shuttered, even past the debt default deadline, until President Barack Obama agreed to delay implementation of health care reforms.

"We saw the House of Representatives stand up and lead," he said. "They demonstrated a profile in courage as they listened to the American people. But they couldn't get past the Senate. The deal that was cut last week was a lousy deal."

While acknowledging defeat, Cruz said it was a temporary setback and that he and those who sent him to Washington expected a long fight. He did not mention the federal budget or deficit, focusing his remarks solely on halting "Obamacare," which he claimed was costing people jobs, a loss of coverage and increased premiums.

Cruz also took a swipe at the computer problems that have plagued people attempting to sign up online through the insurance exchanges that were created by the law to provide coverage. "You may have noticed that all the Nigerian email scammers have become a lot less active lately," he said. "They all have been hired to run the Obamacare website."

Cruz said the shutdown tactic was not a total loss, insisting the effort helped "elevate the debate" over the law. Stopping it for good, he said, would hinge on a grass-roots effort to win the debate.

Listen to the controversial and highly funny comedian Lewis Black tear into Cruz.

Conservative Outrage Over Obama Catching A Fainting Woman!

A woman faints and the president catches her. Conservatives go bananas over it.

Where's Erick Erickson when you need him?

He said that all this overreaction to everything that President Barack Obama does is going to doom the Republicans and its conservatives allies.

Erickson is right. There are too many outrage pimps on both sides of the aisle whipping the respective bases into a frenzy and fury against the other side. Americans shouldn't waste their time on being outraged by all things Obama. It's going to tune people out.

Erickson wrote that his conservative friends in the junk food media are spending too much time getting outraged over the most simplistic things caused by the president. He said that it makes conservatives sound like a bunch of sore losers. Americans find Republicans in charge of Congress is a bad idea. The plans rolled out by Republicans aren't effective. The Republican Party and it's conservative allies are stuffy, humorless, angry opponents of the President instead of happy warriors selling better ideas.

Conservatives, frankly, have become purveyors of outrage instead of preachers for a cause. Instead of showing how increasing government harms people, how free markets help people, and how conservative policies benefit all Americans, we scream “Benghazi” and “Fast & Furious.”
Right wing racist im41 makes fun of ill woman.
Erickson was right on two things. Examples like King Hippo (Rush Limbaugh), That Guy Who Throws Shit On The Wall (Matt Drudge), Loserville (Fox News) and That Guy Who Helped Obama Win (Sean Hannity) are professional victims dialed up to 10 on the outrage meter.

Who the hell wants to listen to conservatives whining and moaning all the time about the outrage du jour?

Perennial loser Mitt Romney ran a campaign on just how bad things are, but he was rejected by a majority of Americans who felt like he really did not care about them and really had no plans to improve their lives.

He said that Republicans can win if they have a "decent message" and appeal to people who aren't focused on the president 24/7. It seems like I mention these four notorious agitators frequently.

I am hoping that these agitators will be the sole reasons to helping Democrats retake the Congress and win the 2016 presidency. If these things should happen, maybe conservatives will turn off the radio and find other sources of news.

When it splashes on That Guy Who Throws Shit To The Wall's website. Liberal and conservative agitators will talk about this story and work their audience into a frenzy.

The person who fainted will get death threats and ferocious vitriol from the internet gadflies.

Some gadflies will try to leak her photos to the press. Some will try to find her social networking activities and exploit them for personal gains.

The person will make the news rounds. For the time being, she'll be the face of the nation.

She even has a blog. So I am expecting that within a few days, she'll be hit with random comments. Some of the word vomit will include death threats, insults on her character, praise and sympathy.

The president has to admit that Affordable Healthcare Act (Healthcare Marketplace) website has errors and he was telling the American people that you must have patience. He offered a number to help people out if they're having problems signing up.

Of course, Republicans pounced on the healthcare law and they've signaled another attempt to delay or repeal the law.

Sometimes you can't fix stupid. And yet, the Republicans continue on this wayward march to self-destruction.

President Obama's speech on Monday morning was briefly interrupted when a young woman standing behind him appeared to come close to fainting. The president turned around to make sure she was alright, saying, "I got you, you're ok," before she was helped away by others nearby.

The woman, identified as Karmel Allison, suffers from Type 1 diabetes. She also announced on her blog last week that she is pregnant.

"This is what happens when I talk too long," Obama joked before wrapping up his speech.

Of course we here at Journal de la Reyna wish Karmel Allison well. Hope the best for her on her journey to motherhood. Stay strong and ignore the vitriol of hate from the likes of those in the junk food media.

Better Late Than Never....

The job reports is released and it shows modest growth.

Okay, the Department of Labor released the long delayed job numbers for September. During our government shutdown, a whole lot of government workers were off the job. The release of the job numbers usually come out on the first Friday of the next  month.

So what goes on in the job sector helps motivate our economy. And yet again, a decent amount of jobs, but slight work on the job unemployment number.

The report shows 148,000 jobs were released bring the unemployment number to 7.2%.

Bloomberg reports that the payrolls climbed less than projected in September, indicating the U.S. economy had little momentum leading up to the federal government shutdown. The jobless rate fell to an almost four-year low.

The addition of 148,000 workers followed a revised 193,000 rise in August that was larger than initially estimated, Labor Department figures showed today in Washington. The median forecast of 93 economists surveyed by Bloomberg called for a 180,000 advance.
The Stallmigos. Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Rand Paul (R-KY).
Progress in the labor market depends on how quickly the world’s largest economy can bounce back from the loss of business caused by the fiscal impasse. The budget dispute weighed on fourth-quarter growth and will prompt Federal Reserve policy makers to wait until March before starting to trim stimulus, a Bloomberg survey showed last week.

“Hiring will remain modestly positive,” Jason Schenker, president of Prestige Economics LLC in Austin, Texas, said before the report. He was the top-ranked forecaster of payrolls in the past two years, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. “The unemployment rate will come down very gradually. The shutdown came at an inopportune time.”

Bloomberg survey estimates ranged from increases of 100,000 to 256,000. Revisions to prior reports added a total of 9,000 jobs to overall payrolls in the previous two months.

The unemployment rate, derived from a separate Labor Department survey of households rather than employers, was forecast to hold at 7.3 percent, according to the Bloomberg survey median.

The participation rate held at 63.2 percent, matching the lowest since August 1978.

The September payroll figure reflects the pay period that includes the 12th of the month, two weeks prior to the federal shutdown. Today’s report doesn’t include any late responses from employers, indicating the figures will be subject to revision as is typical each month.
The poor leadership. House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).
It will take some time to confirm or refute that the shutdown and political brinkmanship in Washington led to a sharp pullback in activity this month, so the data may be discounted, some economists said.

So once again, the conservative agitators will bitch about the job numbers. They will not be satisfied.

And even though there's a modest amount of jobs being created, there's still hundreds of Americans still looking for jobs and the participation rate is fairly decent.

It wouldn't matter how low the unemployment numbers go, as long as President Barack Obama is in the White House, those in the junk food media will continue to put more pressure on him and not on those who are in charge of Congress.

You see that most Americans are not satisfied with Republican leadership in the House of Representatives.

Republicans can't get things done. They've stall immigration reform. They killed gun control. They haven't passed a bipartisan jobs bill. They ignored the president's proposals. They've stall nominees for cabinet positions. They have created committees that target individuals. They got riled up over every thing done or every tragic event in America. They've called for firings of cabinet members for minor issues.

And yet, the Democrats get a portion of the blame. For what?

Not saying to the junk food media, the Republican Party and its allies in the conservative movement have destroyed this country in their ongoing obsession to beat the president.

We need to uproot the Republicans and put in reasonable candidates who are willing to work for the people.

No more wasted battles on issues that appeal to a core minority of extremists.

Hannity Deliberately Trying To Get People Fired!

I knew that annoying conservative agitator was Obama obsessed but damn, he's literally is going too far in his criticism of the healthcare law (Obamacare). He's trying to get people fired for doing their jobs as government workers. He calls a woman who operates out of a call center for the Healthcare Marketplace. He gets into a silly conversation with the woman and possibly jeopardizing her job for even talking to him.

I mean who's dumb enough to take a phone call from a talk radio host without their acknowledgment?

Plenty of them!

President Barack Obama acknowledged that the healthcare website has flaws, but it shouldn't discourage people from signing up. He told the nation in a morning address that he's frustrated with the rollout as well and urges the American people to have patience.

He told the nation that there's a phone number to call. Of course, this annoying ass conservative agitator fixated on trying to defeat the president couldn't resist calling it. He calls the 1-800-318-2596 to get in contact with a representative.

Mediaite reports that the conservative host grilled a call operator, asking her questions about the glitchy Obamacare website before veering into awkward small talk about politics, talk radio, and snow in Florida.

At first, the radio host was met with an automated machine, resulting in much crosstalk between him and a recorded female voice. Eventually, he made his way to a help line with a female operator named “Erling Davis.”

That Guy Who Helped Obama Win proceeded to ask Erling questions about the difficulties experienced on HealthCare.gov, prompting her to explain that many people have called to vent their frustrations and that all she can tell them is that the site will likely experience difficulties for the next 42 hours.

The radio host also asked the woman the particulars of her job: When did she begin working on Obamacare calls, how long she trained for answering calls, and whether her bosses have told her what to say when asked about the “glitchy” website. Hannity even managed to convince the woman to read the “script” aloud on the radio:

“Thanks for your interest in the health insurance marketplace. We are having a lot of visitors trying to use our website right now. This is causing some glitches for some people trying to create an account or log in. Keep trying and thanks for your patience. You might have better success during off-peak hours like later at night or early in the morning. We’ll continue working to improve the site so you can get covered.” And that’s it.

“And that’s the whole thing? So you went through a whole week of training so you can do that?” He asked before attempting to cut her off, perhaps sensing the sensitivities involved with such a question.

He then asked her questions for which she clearly had no answers: “Did you know how much the government spent on that website?” “Isn't that crazy?” “Did you know the president promised the average family was going to save $2,500 dollars, and the average increase is $7,500 a year?”

That Guy Who Helped Obama Win complimented for the operator for being so polite and kind, but also asked her questions that could possibly put her job on the line: “Have you ever gotten anyone who really likes it yet?” he asked at another point. “Um, not really,” she admitted, sending the radio host into a fit of laughter.

The conversation later switched to small talk about her residence in Panama City, Fla. (That foolish agitator loves it there, by the way), the weather in Florida versus New York, her non-registered voting status, and her lack of knowledge about Fox News or any major right-wing talk radio hosts.

That Guy Who Helped Obama Win's right wing carnival show is a feature in the afternoons. Starting in January this silly man will no longer have 540 radio stations. Soon Cumulus Radio, Inc. brings in notorious Islamophobe Savage Weiner. Soon That Guy Who Helped Obama Win will have only 475 station affiliates.

He was demoted to 10pm on Loserville after four years of failure. He was promoting that turd Dick Morris on his show. That turd claimed that President Barack Obama would lose in a landslide. That didn't happen.

After that, people started tuning That Guy out! He's already feeling the pinch.

Do you believe in the tactics caused That Guy Who Helped Obama Win?

I am assuming that the person might get fired because she went against rules of engagement. Especially when talking to those in the junk food media.

Oh, I'm sure we haven't heard the last of this one!

GOP Lucky The Election Wasn't Today!

House leadership. Congressman John Boehner (R-OH), Congressman Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and Congressman Eric Cantor (R-VA). The American people are tired of the Republican leadership in Congress.

Congress at historical lows. The president's job approval is low but way better than those in control of Congress.

It seems like the Tea Party's mission to political suicide is an ongoing situation. The latest polls say that Republicans favor way worse than expected and the possibility of a Democratic-takeover is getting stronger.

Most disapprove of the handling of the government shutdown. Ohio Republican congressman John Boehner as Speaker of The House is ranked highly unfavorable.

This government shutdown over the healthcare law was the tip of the iceberg for many who were fed up with this inept Congress.

With Republicans in charge of the House of Representatives and the Democrats in charge of the Senate, things aren't getting done. People are starting to notice.

With the rough roll out of the Affordable Healthcare Act (Obamacare), the president has to now acknowledge the problems with the government website. Of course, he's giving the Republicans a new talking point acknowledging the healthcare law is a failure.

A common theme among the conservative agitators in the junk food media is that website. It's experienced minor issues that could be solved by dialing a phone number instead of continuing to sign on the website.

Then of course, the agitators (one being That Guy Who Helped Obama Win) are trying to distort this to make the government website seem more severe than it seems. He was discredited by Mother Jones and Salon.

A new survey of 25 GOP-held districts shows dwindling favorability for Republican members of the House in the wake of the recent government shutdown.

The survey, conducted by liberal-leaning Public Policy Polling and funded by MoveOn.org, is the third in a series of polls that indicate Democrats have a shot at taking back the House of Representatives in the 2014 election cycle.

The results of the latest survey show that incumbent Republicans in 15 of the 25 districts polled trail generic Democratic candidates. When combined with the results of the previous surveys, the polls show that generic Democratic candidates lead in 37 of 61 GOP-held districts.

When voters were informed their Republican candidate supported the government shutdown, 11 more districts flipped and one race became a tie.

Democrats in the House only need to see a net increase of 17 seats in order to take back the majority. This poll indicates that Democrats could see an increase of as many as 49 seats.

Public Policy Polling indicated several caveats to the results. The surveys were conducted during a high-profile budget crisis debate, a year before the elections will take place. And incumbent Republican candidates were compared to "generic Democrats," who may not represent the actual candidates each district will see.

"Democrats must recruit strong candidates and run effective campaigns in individual districts if they are to capitalize on the vulnerability revealed by these surveys," Public Policy Polling's Jim Williams said of the caveat, "and they must maintain a significant national advantage over Republicans."

Recent polls conducted by the Pew Research Center and NBC/Wall Street Journal are consistent with the survey's claim that the Republican party took a hit from the fiscal crisis. Pew found that more Americans blamed Republicans for the shutdown, and NBC/Wall Street Journal found that the Republican party was "badly damaged" by it.

Nonetheless, we're seeing the possibility of uprooting Republicans out of the House of Representatives.

In a few months, we may experience another government shutdown. Hopefully they get the message this time around and just pass a clean budget resolution bill.

Will the Republicans continue focusing on Operation Fast & Furious?

Will the Republicans continue trying to repeal Obamacare?

Will the Republicans continue committees on Obama's cabinet members, radical Islam, contraception, the Obamacare website, and the NSA?

Will the Tea Party be the death of the Republican Party?

If you answer those questions, you already have an answer. I just don't want to give you mine!

Even That Tea Partier's Son Is A Total Idiot!

It''s a personal matter! - Rand Paul, U.S. Senator from Kentucky.

The moronic politico of Kentucky isn't done "shaking things up" with his Stallmigo buddies. As soon as January 2014 starts, we may be back in the same damn position we just got out of. We may experience another government shutdown and a debt ceiling crisis.

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), Senator Mike Lee (R-UT), Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) are the Stallmigos. They have no accomplishments as legislators but they have the most coverage of almost all the politicos in the U.S. Senate.

How many times have you seen either Paul, Cruz, Senator Lindsay Graham (R-SC), Senator John McCain (R-AZ), and Senator Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) on GOP Sundays?

How many times has the junk food media dropped their names?

Besides President Barack Obama, Paul, Cruz and Rubio's names are being dropped by me, and the millions of arm chair warriors on the internet. Besides the junk food media's continuous fixation for controversial stories, one in particular will have Senator Paul embarrassed.
I'm guessing that Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) is blaming President Barack Obama for his son's turmoils.
With all that talk of liberty, freedom, the U.S. Constitution and the gold standard, the Paul family isn't much other than a bunch of drunk idiots. Or a bunch racist idiots. I can't tell whether they're drunk, racists or both!

Anyway, the politico's son was arrested for underage drinking. Damn in a hypothetical Ron Paul presidency, you wouldn't have restrictions on alcohol consumption based on age. Those rules should only apply to the parents and not the big ol' bad gubmint.

Hell, we should legalize ever drug in the country! Money flows free and addicts get their fix.

Who cares if they cause a chemical hazard by cooking up meth?

Who cares about a person being intoxicated when operating a vehicle or heavy lifting equipment?

Who cares about the dirty syringe needles and razor blades being scattered in area where someone could accidentally get hurt?

Who cares about the possibilities of overdose and infectious diseases obtained from drug use?

That's alright, we're living in a hypothetical Ron Paul presidency!

William Hilton Paul, the 20-year-old son of Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), was cited over the weekend for being in possession of alcohol at a Kentucky racetrack. Dick Brown, the Kentucky Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control said that Paul was caught with alcohol during a “targeted enforcement detail” at the Lexington racetrack.

Sen. Paul’s son can either pay the $25 fine and court costs or agree to appear in court on November 15 to contest the charge.

“William Paul also faced alcohol-related charges in North Carolina this year, but they were dismissed in a deferred prosecution program,” Talking Points Memo reported.

William Paul is a full-time student at the University of Kentucky.

Drudge Still Pushing Race Stories!

Kashawn Kirton, 18, believes he was wrongly accused of a hate crime because he was wearing the same outfit as a teen that allegedly attacked a driver near Kings Plaza on Monday.
Kashawn Kirton, 18 is accused of attacking a family. He's being charged with a hate crime involvement through felonious assault. He tells the junk food media that he wasn't the guy who did it. If found guilty of the crime, he may spend some time in the iron college.

One local story will become a talking point on one of those racist right agitator radio programs. Take the gossip newspaper The New York Daily News, add a little of That Guy Who Throws Shit To The Wall and we're off to the "races".

Again, I do not condone violence against anyone of color, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, political and economic standings. I am surely hoping that those involved will be served swift justice. I mean some of these individuals were juveniles. The were Black teenagers.

So again for the racial extremists, the wild and feral Black youth are attacking those innocent White people.

Okay, when will they run to the internet claiming that the liberal media won't cover this?

When will they mention the names of Rev. Perm, Cut His Nuts Off Jackson, Trayvon Martin or President Barack Obama?

When will they realize that the individuals are caught and there were death in this incident?

Okay, yeah we all have a little bit of bigotry in us. Some people can't stand Black people. Some people can't stand White people. It's proven that issues in America as promoted by the likes of That Guy Who Throws Shit To The Wall, drive further division among races.

Instead of focusing on the bad parenting of those involved, racial extremists rather focus on "ALL BLACK PEOPLE" as natural born criminals and the reasons why they hate President Barack Obama.

Conservatives are simple minded individuals. They show such disdain for President Barack Obama and the Black community.

As I stated earlier, racial extremists only focus on one issue. RACE.

No matter what the situation these arm chair warriors save grace to every racial story that is published or shared through the conservative media. These individuals use hypothetical rhetoric to say that "If this situation would happen to them, they would react to it!"

You don't like being called racist. We understand it. The Republican Party isn't racist.

There's a lot of racists in the Republican Party though.

The Republican Party is mostly 90% White and 10% everything else. But we're not to think the whole political party panders to the racial extremists?

The party leaders, those in the conservative junk food media and those pesky anonymous commentators and racial extremists are worked up over the first Black president.

Did you know that President Barack Obama loses 40% or more of the White vote because of some perceived bias against him?

The New York Daily News reports on this controversy. I betcha that this issue will be mention by a conservative agitator by the end of the week.

A group of 10 black youths — one of them a 12-year-old girl — surrounded a white couple's car in Brooklyn, viciously beating the husband and yanking the wife to the pavement by her hair as they peppered the two with racial slurs, authorities said.

A view of the Kings Plaza Shopping Center in Mill Basin.
The area where the attack occurred.
“Get those crackers!” some of them screamed, according to court papers. “Get that white whore!”

The confrontation erupted about 7 p.m. Monday, as the marauding group crossed Avenue U at E. 58th St. near Kings Plaza Shopping Center in Mill Basin.

Ronald Russo, 30, and his wife, Alanna, apparently had the green light and the husband honked at the group to get out of the way. The rowdy kids started kicking the car, according to the criminal complaint. Ronald Russo got out to check on potential damage to his vehicle.

And that’s when all hell broke loose.

Ronald Russo was dragged to the ground. Then he was punched and kicked in the head. He felt more blows all over his body, investigators said. He suffered a fractured nose, a broken septum, a blood clot and abrasions to his shoulder. He was treated and released from Beth Israel Medical Center.

In the midst of the attack, there was a steady chorus of epithets. “White motherf-----!” screamed the attackers, who ranged in age from 12 to 18.

Alanna Russo, 30, was calling 911 when the 12-year-old girl pulled the woman’s hair and threw her to the ground. The victim’s head slammed into the concrete. She suffered a black eye, bleeding and difficulty breathing, prosecutors said, but she refused medical attention.

Her husband’s iPhone was stolen during the melee, according to cops.

The kids scattered after the brazen attack. But two teens, Kashawn Kirton and Daehrell Finch, were arrested at a nearby Lowe’s store parking lot minutes afterward.

Also arrested, cops said, were the 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy.

Kirton, 18, of East Flatbush, who has no prior arrests, faces gang assault, harassment and menacing charges, all as hate crimes. He was released on $50,000 bond.

In an interview at his home Saturday evening, Kirton told the Daily News he would never be part of such an attack, noting he has Caucasian cousins.

“I have relatives who are white. Cousins and stuff,” said the freshman at St. Francis College. “My school is mainly white. More than half my friends are white. I wouldn’t use words like that.”

Kirton said he was inside a Lowe’s store when the beatdown happened outside and was arrested because he was wearing the same outfit as one of the assailants.

Finch, 17, of Gravesend, was charged with gang assault, assault, menacing and harassment but does not face hate-crime charges in Monday’s attack. He has prior arrests for assault, theft of services and trespass, officials said, and is being held on Rikers Island in lieu of $75,000 bond.

Cops are looking for six more suspects.

A man who answered the door at the victims’ Mill Basin home declined to comment on Saturday.

A neighbor said he’s seen no racial tension in the area. But “it’s different” near the Kings Plaza mall.

“It’s not just a black and white thing. It’s stupid teenagers thinking they can do whatever they want,” the neighbor said.

Michael Dunn: I'll Get Out Just Like George Zimmerman!

Michael Dunn could get life in the iron college if he is found guilty of shooting Jordan Davis. The shooter wrote some inflammatory letters stating that if it wasn't for "BLACK THUGS" and their "actions", none of this would have happened. He believes that he'll get out like George Zimmerman.

I can only assume that our friends down in the South are certainly hating the negative attention. I mean it's common that the state of Florida is home to the country's most controversial figures.

Enter a new player. Here's Michael Dunn. The man who is on trial for the murder of Jordan Davis, a 17 year old teenager who was riding with a few of his friends when he got shot by Dunn.

This altercation started over Dunn claiming that the teenagers were threatening him after he told them to turn off the music. Jordan and his friends waited in a red SUV while the driver went inside.

Michael Dunn, 46, a Brevard County software developer, had been at his son's wedding in Orange Park and was on his way to a hotel when he and his girlfriend stopped to get a bottle of wine.

Killed over loud music.

A chance encounter placed them next to each other in the parking lot.

According to court records, Dunn asked the teens to turn down their music. They did. But he said they then turned it back up. That's when Dunn told police he saw a weapon.

Florida prosecutors have a different story about him. They figured that a road rage incident between Dunn and the teen led to the confrontation. Dunn may have instigated it.

While awaiting trial, Dunn penned his family some letters. Unfortunately those letters leaked and it sheds some light on how irrational this man was in killing the teenager.

Jordan Davis was a 17-year old teenager who didn't do anything but listen to hip-hop. So I guess in the eyes of Michael Dunn, he's a thug and he deserved to be killed. Jordan Davis' mother, Lucy Mcbath.

Some of his writings were outlining his utter hatred of BLACK THUGS, his right to bare arms, the liberal media, the George Zimmerman verdict and how he reflects on his time in the iron college.

NewsOne reports that Dunn claims that he felt threatened by the teen — who was sitting inside of an SUV with friends — and loud music coming from the vehicle, so he shot inside of it eight or nine times before driving away leaving Davis to die in a friend’s arms.

In one of the letters addressed to his “baby,” Dunn wrote:

"The fear is that we may get a predominately black jury and therefore, unlikely to get a favorable verdict. Sad, but that’s where this country is still at. The good news is that the surrounding counties are predominately white and Republican and supporters of gun rights."

In a letter addressed to his grandmother, Dunn claimed that all Blacks in local lockup acted like thugs:

"The jail is full of blacks and they all act like thugs. This may sound a bit radical but if more people would arm themselves and kill these (expletive) idiots, when they’re threatening you, eventually they may take the hint and change their behavior."

In other letters he spoke about the district attorney trying to deny him the right to a “speedy trial” and all the boys in the SUV with Dunn being “thugs.”

Unarmed teenagers, sir. Not thugs or criminals. I guess you're wrong on that one sir.

Still this is one of the reasons to why it's important that justice is served. We here at Journal de la Reyna believe in a fair trial for Michael Dunn. I seriously believe that his actions were malcontent and reckless.

He should get either the gas chamber or life in the iron college for his actions.

The nation saw Florida fail in justice. They allowed two inmates who committed murder walk free on forged documents and are on the loose. They allowed George Zimmerman walk free after he shot and killed unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin.

They allowed Casey Anthony to walk free after being accused of killing her daughter Kaylee. But Jennifer Mee, formerly known as the hiccup girl, got life in the iron college after she lured a man to his death by her former boyfriend.

And of course, Lionel Tate. The young man who had killed a six year old girl and was sent to the iron college at age 12. Now at age 26 he's once again spending the rest of his life in the iron college after he robbed the pizza man.
Joseph Jenkins and Charles Walker were freed on fake documents. They're freedom was short lived when the FEDS got a hold of them. They were caught in the Panama City.
BREAKING THE TWO MEN WHO WERE ON THE LOOSE AFTER FORGING DOCUMENTS WERE CAUGHT!

CNN reports that the two Florida inmates who managed to escape on forged documents were caught.

Joseph Jenkins and Charles Walker heard the pleas of their families.

They were spotted at Panama City, Florida.

Florida authorities arrested two convicted murderers Saturday evening who had been on the lam after being released from prison with forged documents, a state agency said.

Charles Walker and Joseph Jenkins were taken into custody "without incident" at 6:40 p.m. at Panama City's Coconut Grove Motor Inn, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said.

Members of that agency and the U.S. Marshals Service found and detained the two men, the agency said.

Authorities have been searching for Walker and Jenkins, both 34, after investigators discovered forged motions to reduce their respective sentences and forged court orders granting the requests.

Earlier Saturday, family members of both men appealed for them to turn themselves in to authorities.

"We just want you to surrender yourself to someone you trust who will bring you back in safely," Walker's mother, Lillie Danzy, said at a news conference outside the Orange County Sheriff's Department in Orlando.
Jenkins' uncle, Henry Pearson, echoed the plea, urging the men to give their families some peace.

Both families denied any knowledge in the escape plan, telling investigators and reporters the first they learned of the releases were in telephone calls from the Franklin Correctional Institution with news they could pick up their family member.

Danzy appears to have questioned the call, telephoning the prison twice to make sure it was legitimate.

"The family believed their prayers had been answered," a spokeswoman for Danzy said.

The two men, according to family members, disappeared shortly after their return.

In September 1998, Jenkins killed Roscoe Pugh Jr. during a home-invasion robbery attempt.

Six months later, Cedric Slater was gunned down on an Orlando street corner -- shot dead, a jury determined, by Walker.

Both killers were convicted and sentenced to life behind bars without the possibility of parole within two years of their crime. While it's not known whether they knew each other, they were at the same prison in North Carrabelle in Florida's Panhandle.

Jenkins left there on September 27, and Walker left on October 8, according to authorities. They had motions indicating the sentences had been reduced as well as court orders granting the request. Investigators later discovered these documents were forged.

The legal-looking documents contained bogus reproductions of several key players' signatures, including those of the Orlando-area State Attorney Jeffrey Ashton or the assistant state attorney and Judge Belvin Perry. They bore the seal of the Orange County clerk of court's office.

Prosecutors first learned about what happened after a member of Walker's family contacted them, Ashton said.

An October 8 letter from the Department of Corrections to Slater's mother, Evangelina Kearse, notified her a "court order and amended sentence caused (Walker's) sentence to expire."

"Please be aware that recent actions causing the release of this offender are beyond our control.

Nevertheless, we apologize for the delay in this message," it said.

Both Walker and Jenkins appeared to play by the rules after their release. They both went to the Orange County jail to register as felons -- Jenkins on September 30, Walker on October 11 -- as required by law.

While their releases may have initially seemed legitimate and innocuous, the two convicts later were classified as escapees.

Palin: Mitch, I'm Coming For You! You Betcha!

The controversial politico is going to find ways to oust Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY).

Washed up politico fires a round towards the Senate Republican Minority Leader.

We adverted a global recession at the price of a pork project in Mitch McConnell's home state of Kentucky.

Many Americans are pissed at Congress for not getting things done. The job approval for Congress is at record lows. It's a shame that many Americans continue to vote for these type of politicos.

Again, McConnell is a rotten politician. He's nothing more than a waste of space in the state of Kentucky.

He's been attacking his opponents from the left and the right. And despite all the money and all the political rabble rousing, this race is more tougher for him. Say if the Republican leader manages to win the primary, he'll be a vulnerable candidate. He could likely win. But say if the Tea Party opponent Matt Bevin wins, it's going to be a Republican hold.

The Palin Da Ass penned a piece about her mission to uproot the establishment Republicans. She's aiming at Kentucky (McConnell), Mississippi (Thad Cochran), South Carolina (Lindsay Graham), and Tennessee (Lamar Alexandar).

Of course, her word vomit included a shot at President Barack Obama and Senator Cory Booker (D-New Jersey), the newly elected member who won a special election against Steve Lonegan, a right wing bigot.

Tonight’s press coverage of the status quo antics in Washington, D.C. energize us further. Tonight’s New Jersey race was a win for Barack Obama, and the Senate deal in D.C. was a loss for the American people replete with more back-room deals, billion dollar corrupt earmark kickbacks, and weak leadership unwilling to stand up for the people who sent them to Washington.

Turtle soup.
[The Republicans caving into Obama's demands] reminds us of how hard we must fight in 2014 to return to a government of the people, by the people, for the people. These politicians work for us, and yet a new poll accurately reflects that just 13% of us feel as though this country that we love is on the right track. The way forward is to elect leaders who will listen to us; and if they don’t, we must hold them accountable on election day – no matter what party. Let’s commit to continue to be in the trenches fighting for those who stand on principle over politics, despite the odds.

Friends, do not be discouraged by the shenanigans of D.C.’s permanent political class today. Be energized.

We’re going to shake things up in 2014. Rest well tonight, for soon we must focus on important House and Senate races. Let’s start with Kentucky – which happens to be awfully close to South Carolina, Tennessee, and Mississippi – from sea to shining sea we will not give up. We've only just begun to fight.

Even that stupid ass Robert Zimmerman (brother of acquitted shooter George Zimmerman), gives her props for standing up for the Tea Party.

In the word vomit, you basically see a Republican civil war. The Tea Party was highly disappointed in the deal. They wanted to be united against Obamacare and it turned out that they fought a battle they weren't going to win.

Now instead of cutting their losses, they double time on the ignorance.

In midterm elections, the majority party usually in power often suffers the setback. Counting on how far the Republicans will go to further to isolate their middle.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Congressman Bill Young, Republican of Florida. It was confirmed by the Associated Press that he had died today. The people over at liberal agitating blog Talking Points Memo were mocking Gretchen Carlson of Loserville thinking she got the story wrong. It turns out it was proven true.

Also we here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of former House Speaker Tom Foley, Democrat of Washington.

Inmates Forged Way Out Of The Iron College!

Joseph Jenkins was mistakenly released September 27.
Joseph Jenkins was serving life in the iron college but managed to get early parole! Of course, on forged doucments.

Governor Rick Scott, the Republican is making it his number one priority to capture two inmates who managed to forged their way out of the iron college. Two inmates who were serving life in the iron college found a way to get out and they used the judge who proceeded over the Casey Anthony trial.

It's funny that in the digital age, we the American taxpayer give inmates in the iron college access to computers! If I wasn't such a humanitarian, I would never allow them access to a computer, ever!

Of course, it's in Florida. So obviously, we haven't overcome the verdict. So I am guessing that the racist right will somehow tie this to President Barack Obama, Trayvon Martin or every civil rights leader.

Obviously since these are Black criminals, they'll be talk about crime statistics, complaints of liberal bias, or the "OBAMA'S SONS" comment.

CNN reports Charles Walker and Joseph Jenkins have been free for some time, though this fact didn't become public knowledge until this week. Now, Florida authorities are not only looking for the two men, but they also are insisting they aren't to blame -- even if others dropped the ball or were fooled in a big, big way.

"We've had a system failure that resulted in two individuals being erroneously released," Orange County, Florida, Sheriff Jerry Demings said. "...This is very frustrating for all of us who work in the system."

Charles Walker was released October 8.
Charles Walker, the other inmate who got early release on forged documents.
The two fugitives, both 34, didn't need a Hollywood-style jailbreak or even a "Get Out Of Jail Free" card to spring themselves out of the Franklin Correctional Institution. Instead they used forged documents indicating their life sentences had been modified and they could leave.

The legal-looking documents contained bogus reproductions of several key players' signatures, including those of the Orlando-area state attorney or the assistant state attorney and Judge Belvin Perry. They bore the seal of the Orange County clerk of court's office.

The documents were processed by the state Department of Corrections and the men were released. Processing the paper work is more akin to data entry than high-level analysis or approval, noted veteran Florida criminal defense attorney Mark O'Mara.

"However it was done, it was well-planned and they know the system well enough to place it," said O'Mara, a CNN contributor known for representing George Zimmerman.

As well as those behind the convicts' release might have executed their scheme, some think others in authority could have done better, but the agencies involved are defending their actions.

The orders to release Walker and Jenkins looked legitimate, said Ninth Circuit State Attorney Jeffrey L. Ashton.

The county clerk of court's office didn't do anything wrong, spokeswoman Leesa Branbridge said. It acts "like a post office," Bainbridge said, "Our role is to take orders and send them to the appropriate agency."

That last agency, the state Department of Corrections, is throwing up its hands as well.

The court passed along documentation indicating the two murderers' sentences had been changed, and "it's not our job to question what the court does," said Department of Corrections spokeswoman Misty Cash.

"The fault does not lie on us. No one is getting in trouble here for what happened," she said.

Whoever is to blame, the price is being paid. Law enforcement officials are working overtime to try to find Walker and Jenkins, with a reward of $10,000 apiece being offered for information leading to their capture.

The relatives of the men's victims are angry, scared and want an explanation.

And while Demings said Friday he didn't know of any similar premature releases of inmates, O'Mara said that given how smoothly this plan worked, how readily available court documents are in Florida, and how seemingly simple it was to pull off, it would be naive to think this hasn't happened before, freeing other convicts well before their time was served.

"I doubt it happens very much, because this is very unusual," said O'Mara. "But this could have gone for 10 years or more."

Sentenced to life without parole, then set free

In September 1998, Joseph I. Jenkins killed Roscoe Pugh Jr. during a home-invasion robbery attempt.
Six months later, Cedric Slater was gunned down on an Orlando street corner -- shot dead, a jury determined, by Charles B. Walker.

Both killers were convicted and sentenced to life behind bars without the possibility of parole within two years of their crime. While it's not known if they knew each other, they were at the same prison in North Carrabelle, in Florida's Panhandle.

Jenkins left there on September 27, and Walker left on October 8, according to authorities. They had motions indicating the sentences had been reduced, as well as court orders granting the request. Investigators later discovered these documents were forged.

Asked how someone might replicate the documents, O'Mara noted that court filings in Florida cases are available online, so they might be mimicked by "anybody with a little common sense," access to a word processing tool and the gall to replicate signatures seen on those records.

There might have been a screw-up, but Cash said there is no "cover-up" at the Department of Corrections.

That agency's chief, Michael Crews, has promised a "vigorous and thorough review" to make sure others weren't also wrongly freed.

"This will be a lesson learned for all involved. We may now look more closely at what the court sends," Cash said. "Our system is being accused, and people are being led to believe that the DOC let these guys walk out the front door, and that's just not the case."

There's good reason to question, and change, the system, O'Mara said. Whereas victims are notified before a defendant's pretrial release, there's no such notice -- even to prosecutors -- before a convict walks free, he pointed out.

In fact, the first that prosecutors got wind of what happened was after they were contacted by a member of Walker's family, Ashton said.

It doesn't have to be this way, O'Mara said. "Let not only the victim's family know well ahead of time, then send it to the state's attorney," he said, surmising prosecutors as well as victims won't let mistakes by so easily. "...That's an easy fix."

Not the first case, perhaps not the last

One irony is that Florida authorities were completely ignorant that such ruses can work.

On October 7, charging documents were filed against another inmate, Jeffrey Forbes, for allegedly trying a similar scheme in 2011.

Forbes is accused of forgery and attempted escape after a police detective who initially helped convict the man discovered he was scheduled to be released despite being sentenced to life in prison for the attempted first-degree murder of a law enforcement officer, according to Ashton's statement.

The investigation revealed that someone had forged Ashton's name on a bogus court order reducing the sentence and a circuit court judge's name on the order reducing Forbes' life sentence, the statement said.

Nonetheless, Walker was freed thanks to his own forged documents the very next day -- October 8.

Both he and Jenkins appeared to play by the rules afterward. They both went to the Orange County jail to register as felons -- Jenkins on September 30, Walker on October 11 -- an audacious "and really smart move" by both men, because it bought them time before authorities were tipped off anything was awry, O'Mara said.

While their releases may have initially seemed legitimate and innocuous, by Friday evening, the two convicts had been classified as escapees.

Demings, the Orange County sheriff, said both are considered "dangerous individuals" and -- by virtue of some "legitimate spottings" -- are thought to be in the Orlando area.

One of the officials whose signature was forged said he wouldn't be surprised if something like this happens again. It may not work exactly the same way, but it would be unwise to assume criminals won't try whatever they can to get out of prison, said Judge Perry.

"People, particularly people with criminal minds, come up with ingenious ways to beat the system," Perry said. "They have nothing but time on their hands to think of things."
