Dems Might Attack Greg Abbot's Disability!

Greg Abbott is a Tea Party endorsed Republican nominee for Texas governor. He is in a wheelchair and fights against those who are disabled. He will face Democratic nominee Wendy Davis.

Somehow, it may be a first for the Republicans. A Republican candidate for governor could be the first disabled Texan to be elected to the office.

Greg Abbot, the state attorney general and Tea Party endorsed candidate will be facing Wendy Davis, the state representative who gained national headlines for a filibuster over a Texas law that restricted abortion in the state.

What you didn't know about the two. Davis is a polarizing woman. She is already under attack by the racist right for her "lies" about being a part of the struggle.

What you didn't know about Abbott is the very fact that despite him being disabled, in his mind, the disabled, the poor, the needy and the unemployed better get their asses back to work. Sure he's a supporter of the American with Disabilities Act. But he believes that those who sue on behalf of ADA are whiny liberal activists who can't use their abilities like he (a privileged Republican).

The Dallas News reports that in a series of legal cases in his three terms, Abbott’s office has fought a blind pharmacy professor in Amarillo who wanted reflective tape on the stairs to her office; two deaf defendants in Laredo who asked for a qualified sign language interpreter in their courtroom; and a woman with an amputated leg. In that case, the state argued she was not disabled because she had a prosthetic limb.

Abbott, who has used a wheelchair since a tree fell on him while he was jogging and crushed his spine almost 30 years ago, applauds the 1990 federal law. It has helped provide the ramps, wide doors and access that allow him to give speeches and meet with constituents.

While Abbott, the leading Republican contender for governor, benefits from the ADA mandates that guide businesses, builders and cities, he believes it is unconstitutional to force the state to comply. He has argued that his duty is to protect the state’s autonomy and its taxpayers by using all legal tools available to him — including the argument that the state is immune from disability lawsuits brought under the ADA.

“It’s the attorney general’s duty to zealously represent the interests of the state of Texas, and in these cases that meant raising all applicable legal arguments in litigation where Texas was sued in court,” said Abbott spokesman Jerry Strickland.

Abbott’s office has been aggressive on the issue. The state has frequently lost, even before conservative courts such as the Texas Supreme Court. And yet when there has been a trial, it has won several of the cases, with arguments that beat back the charges of discrimination.

Advocates for the disabled say Abbott’s office has worked to deny ADA protections by repeatedly and falsely claiming that impaired Texans don’t have the right to sue the state for discrimination. Abbott declined several requests from The Dallas Morning News to discuss the matter.

It touches on two key elements of Abbott’s campaign to succeed Gov. Rick Perry. He is touting his record of defending conservative legal principles. But Abbott also is highlighting his disability as evidence of his toughness. In campaign speeches and videos, he notes that he has “literally, a spine of steel” as a result of the accident.

And his likely Democratic opponent, Wendy Davis, is already raising questions about his performance as attorney general on issues such as school finance.

In most disability cases, Abbott’s office has claimed sovereign immunity for Texas. Such immunity, granted in the 11th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, says a state can’t be sued without its consent.

It’s an argument that stops a case dead in its tracks and asks the court to toss the suit. If the state wins, the suit is over before a trial can be held to examine the merits of the case.

On ADA claims, federal appellate courts have established exceptions to a state’s claim of immunity. For instance, if a state agency accepts federal funding, it implicitly accepts federal rules and waives its immunity, the courts have said.

Critics say Abbott has shown himself to be obstinate in claiming sovereign immunity on ADA issues, even though federal courts have shot down the argument numerous times in the past nine years.

“The law is the law is the law,” said James Harrington, director of the Texas Civil Rights Project, a nonprofit group that has fought the state on several sovereign immunity claims in disability cases and won. “And the law is not ambiguous.”

Strickland said sovereign immunity as applied to disability claims is complex, and each case raises distinct legal and fact issues.

He cited a 2006 U.S. Supreme Court case, which exhorted courts to look at ADA cases and sovereign immunity “on a claim-by-claim basis.” That is what the state is doing, he said.
In the past, Abbott has suggested, though, that lawsuits are an appropriate way for the disabled to secure accommodations under the ADA.

When Gov. George W. Bush appointed Abbott to the Texas Supreme Court in 1995, the state quickly settled an ADA lawsuit over making the court building accessible to wheelchairs. Ramps and other renovations were made just before Abbott was sworn in.

At the time, Abbott said it was “ironic” that the Supreme Court, “the gatekeeper of the law,” had to be sued to comply.

The NFL May Gets Its First Gay Star!

Michael Sam announces that he's going to be the first openly gay NFL star. The former MIZZOU defensive end shared his story with ESPN and of course controversy will come from fellow NFL players and the racist right.

Chosen as a first-team All-American after the 2013 season, has publicly come out as gay. The college football standout is eligible for the 2014 NFL Draft and is poised to become the first active openly gay player in the league's history. He spoke publicly about his sexuality for the first time to The New York Times and ESPN on Sunday.

"I am an openly, proud gay man," Sam told ESPN.

The 24-year-old from Hitchcock, Texas revealed to both outlets that he had come out to his teammates during a preseason football practice before the Tigers' 2013 campaign.

"I understand how big this is," Sam told ESPN. "It's a big deal. No one has done this before. And it's kind of a nervous process, but I know what I want to be ... I want to be a football player in the NFL."

A 6-foot-2, 255-pound senior who was voted co-defensive player of the year in the vaunted Southeastern Conference for the 2013 season, Sam made his announcement just two weeks before the NFL Scouting Combine begins on Feb. 22 in Indianapolis.

“We admire Michael Sam’s honesty & courage," the NFL said in a statement released on Sunday, via Ian Rapoport of NFL.com. "Michael is a football player. Any player with ability and determination can succeed in NFL.”

Sam recounted for The New York Times the moment when he came out to his teammates during a team-building exercise at preseason practice last year.
University of Missouri (known as MIZZOU) is a part of the Southeastern Conference (SEC).
“I looked in their eyes, and they just started shaking their heads -- like, finally, he came out,” Sam said.

After coming out to his teammates and coaches during the preseason, Sam starred on the field as the Missouri rolled to a 12-2 record and a 41-31 win in the Cotton Bowl. Given the type of year that Sam had, he was rated as the 12th-best outside pass rusher available in the upcoming NFL draft by ESPN Scouts Inc. and projected to be a mid-round selection. With the NFL's readiness for its first active openly gay player an open question, Sam's draft position will be watched closely in May. Several unnamed NFL personnel members interviewed by Sports Illustrated after Sam's announcement believed that coming out would adversely affect his draft stock.

"I don't think football is ready for [an openly gay player] just yet," an anonymous NFL player personnel assistant said, reported Pete Thamel and Thayer Evans of Sports Illustrated. "In the coming decade or two, it's going to be acceptable, but at this point in time it's still a man's-man game. To call somebody a [gay slur] is still so commonplace. It'd chemically imbalance an NFL locker room and meeting room."

The general manager of one NFL team told Peter King of Sports Illustrated that he believed Sam would not even be drafted after coming out. Meanwhile, GLAAD President Sarah Kate Ellis contended that the leadership displayed by Sam should make teams eager to have him on the roster.

"By rewriting the script for countless young athletes, Michael has demonstrated the leadership that, along with his impressive skills on the field, makes him a natural fit for the NFL," Ellis said in a statement. "With acceptance of LGBT people rising across our coasts -- in our schools, churches, and workplaces -- it's clear that America is ready for an openly gay football star."
Coming out Michael Sam is going to be the first openly gay football star.
Should any NFL executives or coaches with questions turn to Missouri head football coach Gary Pinkel for answers then they will likely hear about Sam's desire to keep the focus on football and the example he set for this teammates.

“We’re really happy for Michael that he’s made the decision to announce this, and we’re proud of him and how he represents Mizzou," Pinkel said in a statement. "Michael is a great example of just how important it is to be respectful of others, he’s taught a lot of people here first-hand that it doesn’t matter what your background is, or your personal orientation, we’re all on the same team and we all support each other. If Michael doesn’t have the support of his teammates like he did this past year, I don’t think there’s any way he has the type of season he put together."

One of Sam's former teammates at Missouri, Trey Hobson, was also among those expressing support for him on Twitter.

Sam had been planning on coming out publicly before the NFL Draft but he had initially intended for the news to break after the NFL Combine, according to Outsports' behind-the-scenes look at the announcement. His plans were accelerated after unnamed scouts at the Senior Bowl in January were asking about his sexuality.

"At the Senior Bowl, it was the first question I got from the scouts almost every time," one of Sam's agents, Joe Barkett, told Outsports. "He didn't feel there was an agenda behind the question other than trying to determine if the word on the Internet was true. "They would ask about spending time with him, were there girls around? Who is his girlfriend? They didn't ask that about another client, Tom Hornsey. They only asked it about Michael."

Wanting to come out on his own terms, Sam altered his initial timetable, eventually speaking with ESPN and The New York Times on Sunday. After the news broke, Sam took to Twitter to thanks those who helped him in coming out.

While Sam was thankful for the support he received, Athlete Ally Youth Programs Director Akil Patterson was among those noting the impact that this pioneering decision could have on others.

"Having played Division I football as a closeted gay man, I recognize the game-changing potential here for athletes everywhere, " Patterson, a former standout offensive lineman at the University of Maryland, said in a statement. "If Michael Sam can navigate this transition into the NFL as an out man of color, it will open doors for young people everywhere, particularly in football. More athletes will feel comfortable being true to themselves at a younger age and that will translate into better performance on the field and in the classroom. I think we have the capacity to go from one trailblazer to a large community of players within a surprisingly short period of time."
Relief.
Although several former NFL players have come out after retiring and it was widely presumed that their are currently gay players in the league, there has never been an openly gay player. In April 2013, veteran NBA center Jason Collins came out with a first-person piece in Sports Illustrated. The 35-year-old was entering free agency and did not find a new team for the 2013-2014 season. A month later, former U.S. national soccer team player Robbie Rogers became the first active openly gay player in a major professional North American team sport when he stepped onto the field for the L.A. Galaxy of the MLS.

Aaron Rodgers, Kerry Rhodes, Manti Te'o are gay NFL stars even though they openly deny the accusations. And yet, there's proof from their former boyfriends.

It's still a tightrope for gay athletes and professionals. They are often rejected because of their sexuality.

Looking U.S. Up In Texas!

States are seeing an increase in population. The country's southern region saw rapid growth and the Midwest and Northeast seen some real decrease or stagnant growth.

The U.S. population for a time being has slowed down. The states such as Florida, Colorado, Arizona, North Carolina, Texas and Virginia gains population while Ohio, Illinois, West Virginia, Rhode Island, Pennsyslvania, Minnesota, and Michigan saw a decrease in population.
Houston population 4.3 million people.
That means that Texas will likely get three new congressional seats in the 2020 U.S. Census.

Florida is on track to surpass New York as the third most populated state.

Dallas
Ohio loses a seat and North Carolina gains a seat. Ohio the election bellweather is the state that most politicos visit during a presidential election. This state determines the outcome of American elections.

Ohio is the state that went to Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama. The winner of Ohio managed to secure a second term with exception of George H.W. Bush.

The Los Angeles Times reports that population growth in Southern and Western states, led by Texas, California and Florida, accounted for more than 80% of new residents nationwide over the last three years, surpassing the Northeast and Midwest in the demographic contest that plays a key role in determining states' political clout.

San Antonio
Population estimates are eagerly watched by state officials because the figures determine the flow of money into many federal programs and the number of seats each state receives in the House of Representatives. That number gets readjusted each decade.

The new data reinforce a trend that has seen Southern states' growth outpace that of the Northeast and Midwest. Texas, which gained four seats in the last round of congressional reapportionment, lagged behind only North Dakota and the District of Columbia in the rate of population growth since the 2010 census.

California, with 38,332,521 residents, and Texas, with 26,448,193, remain the nation's most populous states.

New York narrowly maintained its third-place spot with 19,651,127 residents, compared with Florida's 19,552,860, as of July 1. But the Sunshine State will soon surpass New York because its population is growing about three times faster, according to the census estimates, which are based on data measuring births, deaths and migration.

Austin
As a percent of population, California's growth again outpaced the national average over the last year, rising 0.9%, or 332,643 new residents, compared with 0.7% nationwide.

But in raw numbers, Texas added the most residents, 387,397.

An improving state economy in the second half of 2013 may augur faster growth in California, but Texas still has an advantage because of its energy-based economy and a population that is trending younger.

Texas is "going to keep growing a cumulative advantage in redistricting, until the oil economy turns [down] again," said Dowell Myers, a demography expert and professor at USC's Price School of Public Policy. "But California's adding jobs more rapidly now than Texas. So probably next year I would bet that California's share of the growth is up a little bit more."

North Dakota is the nation's fastest-growing state, driven by a thriving oil and gas industry. North Dakota's population stood at 723,393 on July 1, according to the census data, a 3.1% increase from 2012. Since the 2010 census, North Dakota's population has grown 7.6%, far outpacing the national rate of 2.4%.
Fort Worth
Kevin Iverson, manager of the North Dakota Census Office, says the biggest population growth has been among 19- to 34-year-olds, primarily through migration.

"The economic winds have clearly favored North Dakota," Iverson said, attributing it mainly to the energy boom but also growth in the manufacturing and agriculture sectors. "The real question begins to become, to what extent can you continue to grow?"

Population in the District of Columbia also grew at a sustained clip, rising 2.1% from 2012 to 2013 to 646,449. Utah grew the next fastest, at a rate of 1.6%, followed by Colorado and Texas at 1.5% and Nevada at 1.3%.

West Virginia and Maine saw slight population declines in the last year. Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Vermont and Illinois posted the slowest population growth, all at or near a tenth of 1 percentage point.

The national population stood at 316,128,839 on July 1, an increase of 2.3 million. But the annual growth rate nationally continues to lag behind where it was in the mid-2000s before the economic downturn.

Chasing Them Dollars!

Mega Millions is high again!

Tuesday's jackpot for Mega Millions is certainly the talk of the nation. What's your plans if your planning on playing for the huge jackpot?

The Mega Millions is once again rising to record setting amounts. So I am guessing by game time it will be over $700 million by draw time.

Are you game?

I know that your risk is 1:345. So that means the odds of winning is one in 345 million.

If you're not aware of the game, it's pretty simple. The Mega Millions is a multi-state game that covers 45 states including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The cost of playing a Mega Million ticket is $1. The ticket comes with a Multiplier (except in California).

The jackpot starts at $15 million.

The drawings are on Tuesday and Friday night at 10:59pm EST.

The game cost only $1 per unit. You must pick five numbers from 1 to 75. When you're done, you get the opportunity to pick a Mega Ball. Out of 15 numbers, you will have to pick one Mega Ball number. The jackpot results are a match of 5 White Balls + 1 Megaball. A player can win $1 million (if you score 5 out of 5 without the Megaball).

You're allowed five lines per unit you're playing one single drawing ticket at $5 per unit. So basically you're playing $1 per line. Add the multiplier and its one per line with multiplier so it would be $2 per unit. So at five lines per unit and with multiplier its $10 per unit.

The game in states that are participating included a multiplier. The multiplier is a function that allows the player to increase their wins by a special X ball. The multiplier is (1X), (2X), (3X), and (4X).

Powerball is played in 45 states including The District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands.

The cost of playing a Powerball ticket is $2. The ticket comes with the Power Play (except in California).

The Power Play cost $1 dollar. There is a set prize amount for Power Play addition. You can earn up to $1 million or $2 million upon the Power Play (if you score 5 out of 5 without the Powerball).

The drawings are on Wednesday and Saturday night at 10:59pm EST.

The Powerball jackpot usually starts at $40 million.

Okay, I know there are some who are novice and never had an experience at playing.

The Mega Millions and Powerball tickets that are played cannot be canceled.

Be careful when making a bet decision.

Of course you have to be over 18 years old to play a Mega Millions or Powerball ticket.

All results for Mega Millions and Powerball are for the state that you've purchased your ticket from.

The impact of being a millionaire comes with a price. You could blow money fast in a few years. Believe me there have been many Americans who lavish in luxury only to be broke in less than 10 years.

Of course, if you're the lucky one. You already know that many friends and family members will be on your case. You will be bothered by almost everyone in the junk food media.

Believe me I am a single man and I bet you my former friends, girlfriends and family members I don't speak to will come out of the woodwork. They'll act like everything is cool and I am all giving!

Say if you're in the group pool. If you're in the pool and your group won, that one person who didn't play will try to sue the group for a portion of the earnings.

Hey, if you're a single person (not married), you'll be getting requests from suitors. Of course, if you're separated from your spouse or have children, expect the domestic family courts to take a lump out of your winnings.

The IRS and state taxes will be paid immediately upon the victory.

It may take up to a year before you collect the first lump sum of payment. Each winning Mega Millions and Powerball ticket carries a lump sum cash payment option.

Best advice for all who win the lottery, is keep a cool head. Let's cover the 10 things about winning the lottery according to me. You can use this advice if you want to!

The first thing you do is write your name down on the back of the winning ticket. Say if you lose the jackpot ticket! If you have forgotten to sign the ticket and it gets lost, then it's your word against the winner's.

Second, make sure you cancel out your Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or any other social networking website your on. That's the next thing that happens when you're a winner.

Third, you cancel your phone number and limit your email intake. Obviously you'll be swamped with phone numbers and well wishers asking if you're willing to shelve out a little cash.

Fourth, hire a qualified lottery attorney. Make sure you have a qualified attorney who specializes in handling large sums of money. Don't assume every attorney is well respected in handling your financial earnings.

Fifth, don't quit a job until you are sure you've won the lottery. Don't rush to judgment about being a lottery winner. Sometimes a person who wins the lottery never expects it to happen so don't sit around the house hoping the day will come you'll be the millionaire.

Sixth, pay off debts to college loans, house, billings, and credit cards.

Seventh, invest your money in a trust fund if you have children or family members you can trust if you should die.

Eighth, have fun with your earnings. Don't blow it on things that obviously will attract negative attention.

Ninth, be humble. Cause money will change a person when they're rich.

Lastly, The Have-Nots Will Always Try To Make You Feel Guilty About Winning. Ignore Them And Be Happy About Your Success.

Ted Cruz: I Hate Obama And Everything He Stands For!

Why does the junk food media give this asshole media coverage?

Today on That Guy Who Throws Shit To The Wall's website. A headline saying that controversial U.S. Senator from Texas has the audacity to say that the president is "an abuse of power!"

This asshole is one to talk.

In a mere ten months, the unaccomplished politico continues to win over hearts of the racist right and the junk food media. Merely just blowing stuff out of his ass, the Stallmigo talks to Fusion (an ABC and Univision affiliated network) about how he believes that President Barack Obama is a "dictator".

The president and this asshole met earlier this month during the government shutdown.

Cruz told Obama that any deal to reopen the government must also provide relief for those negatively affected by Obamacare.

He and 19 other senators in the Republican Party supported a continuation of the government shutdown in which thousands of workers were furloughed. And while they were running to the cameras demanding they open up veteran memorials while destroying the safety nets for thousands.

This Stallmigo is a thorn in the president's skin.

He actually thinks that bigot Jesse Helms is a "hero".

Republicans are fixated on the NSA, The IRS, the healthcare website, Benghazi, Fast & Furious, the birth certificate, radical Muslims, cutting food stamps, and every other distraction.

Instead of keeping their promises on bringing jobs to all Americans, Republicans in the House and the Senate spent a majority of their two sessions trying to screw Obama.

Well hopefully they screw themselves.

I guess being from Texas, you're a politico with the ears plugged and eyes twice shut.

Wonder where this asshole was during the previous administration?

With that Edward Snowden getting a pass in Russia, it's almost impossible for the United States to snatch his ass up and have him stand trial for leaking classified information to the press.

Practically pissing off the world leaders over the National Security Administration's wiretapping of foreign nation phones and some here in the United States.

For one thing, the tapping of Chancellor Angela Murkel's phone started in 2002 and ended in 2011.

President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama are both responsible for what happened and they will owe up to it when history judges them.

But it seems like whenever there's a Democrat in the White House, the Republicans play upon the fears of the gullible and weak. But since we're dealing with the first Black president, this time it seems a whole lot different from the previous Democrats.

The president's job approval is relatively in the middle 40s. He can't seem to shake his job approval above 50%. Even after the government shutdown it's still hanging in the 40s.

The president maintained that he wants to pass gun control, immigration reform and continue the implications of the healthcare law.

All of this was met with obstruction from Republicans and that asshat Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV).

The Stallmigo will continue to stall nominees along with his fellow trooper Rand Paul (R-KY) and that dip snot Lindsay Graham (R-SC).

We really need to uproot these clowns.

What's your thoughts on the Stallmigo?

Stallmigo Ted Cruz: Obamacare Is A "Nigerian" Fraud Scam!

The stallmigo signals another fight.

The controversial U.S. Senator from Texas has no accomplishments in his 10 months as a lawmaker. But we in the junk food media continue to give him and his Stallmigo buddies (Mike Lee, Marco Rubio and Rand Paul) too much exposure.

The public should ask the politicos, what are they actually doing as lawmakers?

The only accomplishments these polticos got is basically media attention.

When you see Republican lawmakers running to the cameras shouting at rocks it usually gets play on the blogs and talk radio circuit.

Because these nitwits are elected on the hypothetical promises they tell the gullible voters of their respective states. When people are telling the lawmakers they've going the wrong way, they continue on the full speed ahead. Bringing destruction upon collision.

If the elections were held today, would these gullible people reelect these guys back to Washington?

Anyway, the country's most hated politico is well loved by the conservative faithful in his home state of Texas. He comes back to the state with open arms after his bitter defeat. He and many Republican lawmakers endorsed the government shutdown.

By voting against the bill open up the government, the Republicans who voted against it prove to the nation they rather see government workers suffer all in the name of politics.

Yeah, the politico Ted Cruz, Republican senator from Texas has been at the forefront of the opposition against the Affordable Healthcare Act (Obamacare). He and Mike Lee (R-UT) have promoted this plan to defund the healthcare law. They wanted to tie it to the debt ceiling. The Republicans went on to play political suicide when the government shutdown leaned to a global recession.

The Houston Chronicle endorsed him in 2012 against the Democratic nominee. It had second thoughts after the senator endorsed the government shutdown.

The Chronicle renounced its endorsement and vow never to endorse political candidates.

Criticized by senior leaders in his own party and blamed by Democrats for inspiring a government shutdown they claim was a pricey, pointless and painful waste of time, Ted Cruz returned to his hometown Monday night to a hero's welcome bestowed by the tea party faithful who filled the headquarters of the King Street Patriots in northwest Houston.

The freshman Republican senator was greeted with cheers of "Cruz, Cruz Cruz!" and "Thank you, Ted!" from more than 1,000 supporters in a brief appearance at which he underscored his intent to keep doing whatever is necessary to undermine the "national nightmare" and "train wreck" that is the Affordable Care Act, better known as "Obamacare."

"I've spent the past month in Washington, D.C.," Cruz told the overflow crowd. "It is terrific to be back in America."

As he did throughout the campaign that saw him demolish the once-favored David Dewhurst in the Republican primary and become an instant standard-bearer for the tea party movement, Cruz emphasized his independence from the "Washington establishment," which includes the leadership of the GOP.

"People are saying mean things about me," Cruz said. "Who cares? At the end of the day, I don't work for the party bosses in Washington. I work for each and every one of you. What they don't understand is that we're standing here together. We've got a problem in Washington. They're not listening to the American people."

Cruz returned to Texas over the weekend for a series of events in major cities. In informal remarks of about 15 minutes, he promised never to bend or compromise his principles. He chided others in the U.S. Senate for not holding fast and keeping the government shuttered, even past the debt default deadline, until President Barack Obama agreed to delay implementation of health care reforms.

"We saw the House of Representatives stand up and lead," he said. "They demonstrated a profile in courage as they listened to the American people. But they couldn't get past the Senate. The deal that was cut last week was a lousy deal."

While acknowledging defeat, Cruz said it was a temporary setback and that he and those who sent him to Washington expected a long fight. He did not mention the federal budget or deficit, focusing his remarks solely on halting "Obamacare," which he claimed was costing people jobs, a loss of coverage and increased premiums.

Cruz also took a swipe at the computer problems that have plagued people attempting to sign up online through the insurance exchanges that were created by the law to provide coverage. "You may have noticed that all the Nigerian email scammers have become a lot less active lately," he said. "They all have been hired to run the Obamacare website."

Cruz said the shutdown tactic was not a total loss, insisting the effort helped "elevate the debate" over the law. Stopping it for good, he said, would hinge on a grass-roots effort to win the debate.

Listen to the controversial and highly funny comedian Lewis Black tear into Cruz.

Still Single, Eh? [NSFW]

A dope regardless of what he does.

A recap of America's worst human pile of excrement.

This traveling musician, wedding photographer, legal adviser and web designer named Romeo Rose (pka Larry Busby) has become the country's most repulsive bachelor. When he wanted to make the tabloids with his website Sleepless in Austin. He specifically wanted to find a woman and he's willing to pay $1,500 of his own money to make a woman go out with him.

Unfortunately, he went too far in his description. He stated that he only wants THIN WHITE WOMEN.

He could settle with Hispanic or any other nationality. Black women in his opinion are MONKEYS!

He stated on HuffPost that he finds Black people to be disgusting and the very thought of White women having sex with a Black person is bestiality.

When he was interviewed by Catilyn Becker of Huffington Post (HuffPost Live), the dope insulted her first by criticizing her weight.

“I can tell you’re a little overweight. I mean, maybe repulsive is a strong word, you know, look, nothing personal against you, but if someone that looked exactly like you asked me on a date, I wouldn’t go out with them.”

He then went into this epic rant about how Blacks are.....well let the words speak for itself.

I will not date a Black girl. I don’t care if she looks like Halle Berry, I will not ever date a Black girl. And, I do not believe that Whites & Blacks should mix races sexually and have kids together. I think it’s ok for Whites & Hispanics. But not Blacks. I would NEVER, EVER, EVER date a woman if I found out she had EVER been sexually active with a Black man.

And he saved the best for last:

“I find black people, they visually look disgusting to me, I mean, they look like, you know, monkeys or gorilla or an animal, you know, that’s disgusting, it’s like bestiality.”

Well there was not only a backlash against him, but hackers managed to make his life even more miserable than he's expected. They've posted his Reddit profile and he's bragging about his little friend.

We lowered the font and picture for NSFW purposes.

Recently, he's jumped back onto his page and updated it. He managed to scrub the most controversial part of his dating requirements and added the rant.

I am NOT racist. Just because I don’t like the appearnce of black people does not make me racist. Just because I don’t like a particular painting, does not mean I dislike the medium of Art as a whole!
“But I will say this, Blacks do make up the majority of the inmates in the prisons in the country.

Yeah, Romeo Rose, you're not a racist. We just making fun of you because you're not into political correctness.
Romeo Rose gets axed from his jobs.
Well the news gets worse for the world's most repulsive man! Before he went to the national scene he was involved on a date with one specific THIN WHITE WOMAN. She reply to Radar Online about one horrible date.

RadarOnline got a hold of a chick who’s been sexting with Romeo Rose, and it also seems to be fairly apparent that his seduction skills are on par with his dentist’s talent in veneers.

One interesting text included his bragging about his little friend.

I don’t think black men have bigger penises than whites. I've seen them in pornos so I know they are the same as whites.

The woman chose to remain anonymous, natch, but she did forward screenshots to Radar of her X-rated convos to Romeo Rose after the “Sleepless in Austin” debacle.

“Romeo can’t stop sexting! Even when I changed the topic to get to know his personality he only wants to talk about sex and if we would be having sex in real life… He was really pushy trying to get me to engage in sexting about teacher/student fantasies, his appetite for rough sex and bragging about his stamina won’t let me talk about much else.”

She adds:

“I asked him about his interests, normal things to get to know a guy, but he just finds a way to talk about sex more.”

Yeah, she chose to be anonymous because she was highly embarrassed.

And after all the antics, I guess he's been given the pink slip.

So I guess when the spotlight is on you in a negative way, what happens?

Do you think he'll be forever single?

Forever To Be Single!

A dope looking for the right dope.

I know I'm single and I'll be looking for the right woman to be with. I don't discriminate against who I date. Well maybe those crazy ones and perhaps those obsessive phone caller types, but I'm willing to date any woman.

Regardless of color or nationality, race shouldn't be a matter at least with me!

Not ready to settle down though.

A real winner, ladies.
Unfortunately, this one guy wants only to date "THIN WHITE WOMEN!"

He made it clear that he's no fan of Black women or overweight women. He doesn't like White women who check out Black men. He compares Black men who sleep with White women to "bestiality".

And by the way, did I mention he's a traveling music performer?

Nope.

Romeo Rose offering $1,500 to the one woman who may satisfy his needs. But as long as you're not a slut, fat or a Black woman, you'll be the one for Mr. Rose. For all that, he could buy a prostitute or a blow up doll.

You know he could get a robot from Japan. They do build robots in Japan.

In an awkward interview on HuffPost Live, the foolish man went online to talk about his new website Sleepless In Austin.

When interviewed about his perfect woman he goes into this monumental rant.

I'm sure he was joking about that! Wait, he wasn't! Oh what about overweight women?

“I can tell you’re a little overweight. I mean, maybe repulsive is a strong word, you know, look, nothing personal against you, but if someone that looked exactly like you asked me on a date, I wouldn’t go out with them.”

I get it, you not a fan of Black people and fat women. How can you be so hateful to these people?

“I find black people, they visually look disgusting to me, I mean, they look like, you know, monkeys or gorilla or an animal, you know, that’s disgusting, it’s like bestiality.”

Good lord, that interview with Rose was so horrible, they've cut him off at the pass. The host then would apologize to the good readers of the Huffington Post for allowing this germ on to talk about his pathetic love life.

Yeah, good luck on the search for the right woman.

I bet there's plenty of White women on those ignorant watering holes that trash Blacks, Muslims, Hispanics and the LGBT community.

You'll have plenty of friends there.

Do you think he'll be forever single?

Another Fine Neighborhood Watch Person In Trouble!

Texas man on the run after he was linked to multiple rapes. This guy was a former neighborhood watch captain.

NO, it's not George Zimmerman.

But the good folks over at Raw Story have a story of a Texas man who done something that has the neighbors talking. He's being accused of being a serial rapist in his town. This individual is Black person so obviously this would be the talk over at That Guy Who Throw Shit On The Wall's website.

He's on the run and is considered a danger to the community. He will likely be caught by the next posting.

For one thing, it's not a White person or Hispanic person. It's a Black person. In the minds of White extremists, the Black male is a "natural born criminal". So nothing new to them, just another NIGGER raping them White women according to them.

Rape is a Class 1 Felony and it's a violent crime. The victims suffered traumatic injuries and a lifetime of guilt and self loathing of each incident by the perpetrator. For every six minutes a woman (or girl) is raped. It could be a family member, a stranger or a figure someone looked up to.

Understand this: RAPE IS RAPE.

There's nothing funny about it!

This individual did it in the state of Texas. It could be possible that he may get the gas chamber if he was infected with a sexually transmitted disease. But it's likely it's life in the iron college if this individual is convicted.

Could this be one of George Zimmerman's good buddies?

A Texas neighborhood watch captain has been named as the leading suspect in string of rapes in the Dallas area.

Dallas police announced on Sunday that DNA evidence had linked 38-year-old Van Dralan Dixson to at least one of nine sexual assaults in South Dallas. Authorities were waiting on test results to confirm the link to other cases.

KTVT reported that Dixson had been head of the Mill City Community Association crime watch from January until these allegations surfaced.

“I wouldn’t have thought it was him,” one neighbor told the station. “It’s scary to live that close to someone that’s doing that.”

“It was very scary, it still is, until they catch him,” she added.

Police said that Dixson had left his children in the care of family members and was believed to be on the run.

“Dallas Police detectives have no information that leads to the belief that suspect Dixson is on the run with his children,” a statement from police said.

A reward for information leading to his arrest and indictment was set at $15,000. Police described him as a 5 foot, 7 inch black male, weighing about 185 pounds.

"Bleach Bomb" Injures Man!

Black man claims that he was assaulted by "bleach bomb". Was it a racist attack?

There's far too many "incidents" of people claiming that they were attacked by an unknown assailant who happened to throw a household cleaning item in their faces. I've heard this story over and over again.

I do have sympathy for those who were injured by type of attacks. I mean who wants to be killed by a hazardous chemical attack?

I've heard it all before. In the age of digital media, somewhere on the campus of The University of Texas, there was a camera and a witness somewhere. Somebody knows what's going on!

And if there's not enough evidence to prove an intruder injured the victim, clearly I will call this a racial hoax!

I don't believe it until there's a video proof that an attack occurred.

That's kind of harsh but I am tired of these stories popping up in the news and these incidents turn out to be fake.

I remind myself of the woman from Washington state who ended up doing herself bodily harm and tried to pin it on a Black woman. Bethany Storro put drain cleaner on her face and let that stuff permanently injure her face. Now whenever this stuff comes to mind, I will always come to my mind, the victim was the attacker.

I keep thinking of Ashley Todd, the former John McCain volunteer worker who curved a backwards "B" in her face. Todd claimed that a big Black guy attacked her and assaulted her for the fact she's not a supporter of Barack Obama. I think of these incidents as a play to rile up political opposition.

These type of incidents would have sparked vigilante attacks against Black or Hispanic men. These incidents will agitate conservative talk radio and the White extremist movement.

So again, I don't believe it until there's proof. That's video and witnesses other than the victim.

An investigation is underway over a so-called "bleach bomb" attack reportedly perpetrated against an African-American student at the University of Texas at Austin. The incident echoes similar occurrences that shook the school's minority community last year and sparked campus protests.

The student who was apparently targeted, UT junior Bryan Davis, told Austin-based FOX 7 that he was walking to a friend's house past an apartment complex popular with students when he was hit with what he says was a chemical-filled balloon.

"I kind of just hear something exploding near me and I feel a light sting on my leg," Davis told FOX 7.

The 21-year-old also said he believes he was targeted because of his skin color.

Bleach, a chemical used to whiten clothes, makes a potentially derogatory statement when thrown at a minority student.

"People might look at it as a prank, but to be a minority at such a large school, even pranks like this, it doesn't come off the way you think it might when you're doing it," he told FOX 7, adding that the incident was "humiliating and embarrassing."

While Davis was not injured, Austin Police Corporal David Boyd explained to local station KEYE-TV why such attacks are dangerous.

"Bleach gets in your eyes [and] it could potentially blind you," said Boyd.

Last fall, multiple reports of bleach-filled balloons being thrown at UT minority students made national headlines and prompted a contentious march through the same West Campus neighborhood where Davis reported the alleged attack on Thursday. Some students claimed last year the bleach bombs were not racially motivated, while others contended that racial epithets had accompanied the balloons on at least one occasion.

Davis says he views his peers and his community differently after last week.

"I feel like a fool having had so much pride in front of others about the school I go to," Davis told local blog the Burnt Orange Report. "Now I can't help but to feel embarrassed for both myself and the school for the reputation it's starting to get as being hostile towards blacks, Asians and other minorities."

By the way, you wonder where I get my information from.

As you know I read online stories from the news agitators. The Huffington Post and That Guy Who Throws Shit On The Wall are two primary websites I often check when I want to rant off about society's ills.

Helping these individuals get richer while the general public is dumb down. You may of heard of the controversy sparked by that teenage entertainer twerking her butt in front of an older entertainer.

Well I don't care about that stuff. They're not me and I am certainly not them. I got more things to worry about than two adults showing off their raunchy dancing. You don't like it, turn off the freaking television.

For Pete's sake, it's an entertainment channel. Get over it.

They're F**king Animals Says 911 Operator!

Racist: April Sims, from Dallas, Texas, compares black people to 'animals', says they have 'sh** for brains' and blames them for wasting time calling 911
Pretty stupid. A woman gets her walking papers after uttering racial slurs about 911 callers.

If you're a supporter of the conservative movement, then you'll realize that the state of Texas is likely a home for you and your ignorant friends.

April Sims, a 911 operator is in some hot water for some of her comments on the social networking websites. The stupid broad had went into the internet complaining about how Black people are "animals" and how "they have 'shit for brains'" and blames them for wasting time calling 911.

The posts on her page were not available but one of her Facebook friends sent them to a local news station.

One read: "Black people are outrageous! They are more like animals, they never know how to act, just loud Niggers! Always causing problems."

"I can count on one hand the black people I know who don't have [expletive] for brains. I can count on one hand the black people I know who aren't selfish."

The Daily Mail obtained these offensive posts and the city of Dallas are calling for an investigation into her and her fellow staff members.

Another post said: "You want to call 911 cause your boyfriend put his hands on you and you want to press charges when you don't even know his real name?!"

"Sure let's make a police report for Dino, that is his street name."

The broad was terminated for reckless judgement while on social networking websites. This incident also put her former co-workers on egg shells the next time they have a problem with "us Black folk".

The policy prohibits employees from posting items or information that may adversely affect the morale, confidence, and public respect of the department.

She was hired by the department in December.

Dallas City Councilman Dwaine Caraway told WFAA that the incident 'embarrasses not just the department, it embarrasses the city.

"Number one, I am shocked and it saddens me to know that this is going on and still taking place in today's time, especially here in 911."
Remarks: The posts on her page were not available but one of her Facebook friends sent them to a local news station
Blacks are just loud NIGGERS says April Sims.
Sims is said to have contacted a News8 reporter last night to say that nothing on her page has been deleted.

On her Facebook postings, someone asks her if her page was hacked. She responds by saying she stands by every word.

Also on her page, in response to someone who challenged the remarks, she hinted at some of the difficulties facing 911 operators and callers.

"You should be more worried about the fact that there is often no Spanish speaker on duty. We have to call a 3rd party language line therefore causing those citizens to wait over a minute for emergency assistance."

"All because the city doesn't want to pay employees more speak Spanish. That’s what you should be worried about."

Her page still states that she works as a '911 CALLTAKER at Dallas Police Department'.

I am guessing now that she's gotten international attention, she'll eventually apologize for her comments. She'll say that she was misguided by stereotypes and has friends who are Black. She probably says that she's a fan of Lil' Wayne and Michael Jackson.

Of course, this woman invited herself some death threats from the mentally disturbed. It never fails that for every time you're engaging in this type of behavior and you're a public servant it makes its harder for Black people to trust those in law enforcement.

She made the Dallas Police look extremely bad. Seeing that the police force is trying to clean house after an incident involving some of its officers. Two officers profiled two Black man in his neighborhood.

Former Law Officials Arrested Texas DA Case!

Former judge arrested in the death of district attorneys.

In a major break, the Texas law enforcement officers arrested a former justice of the peace and his wife in the deaths of two district attorneys and the wife of the slain.

In the beginning we thought that extremists from the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas may have put a hit on the Texas district attorney Mike McLelland and his wife Cynthia.

Kim Williams, accomplice of the gunman who killed two district attorneys.
Earlier the first killing of assistant district attorney Mark Hasse was making the rounds.

The murder of those in law enforcement has the nation gripping to the fears of retaliation from extremist groups frustrated with the reelection of President Barack Obama.

Eric Williams and his wife Kim, were charged with the murder of law enforcement.

The information comes from Kaufman, Texas through the Associated Press.

KAUFMAN, Texas (AP) — North Texas authorities have arrested the wife of a former justice of the peace who was charged with making a terroristic threat in connection with the shooting deaths of a district attorney and his wife.
Two weeks before his slaining, District Attorney Mike McLelland told the press, that he's determined to capture the individuals who killed his friend and partner District Attorney Mark Masse.
Kim Lene Williams was arrested early Wednesday. Online jail records do not list charges against her and efforts to reach Kaufman County Sheriff David Byrnes, county Judge Bruce Wood and others were not successful.

A law enforcement official has said authorities are trying to build a case against her husband, Eric Lyle Williams, in the deaths of Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife, Cynthia, whose bodies were found at their home March 30.

A probable cause affidavit says Eric Williams sent an email, one day after the McLellands' bodies were discovered, implying there would be another attack if authorities didn't respond to various demands. The email was sent from Eric Williams' personal computer. Authorities arrested him on Saturday and charged him with making a terroristic threat.

He was being held on $3 million bond on that charge.

Williams lost his elected position as justice of the peace after he was convicted of stealing three computer monitors from an office. McLelland and Assistant District Attorney Mark Hasse — who was shot and killed in an apparent ambush outside a courthouse in January — prosecuted that case.
Mark Hasse was killed in January.
During closing arguments, the prosecutors presented testimony indicating that Williams had made death threats against a former girlfriend and a local attorney.

A jury found Williams guilty; he received two years' probation and lost his law license and position as justice of the peace.

"The good old boy network is gone," McLelland said at the time.

These two are facing capital murder and this will carry the death sentence.

Tragedy In West, Texas!

Massive causalities at a fertilizer plant explosion.

Outside of the city of Waco, an explosion at a fertilizer plant in the city of West. The state of Texas is mourning the loss of about 20 individuals in this horrible tragedy.

We at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those lost in this senseless tragedy.

West Fertilizer Company storage and distribution facility in West, Texas, 18 miles (29 km) north of Waco, Texas.  Early media reports indicated mass damage to buildings and heavy casualties. It is not known what caused the blast.] The explosion killed up to 40 people, including volunteer firefighters, and injured more than 160 others. West's Mayor Tommy Muska said on April 18 that seven West firefighters died in the blast.

According to a witness quoted in The Dallas Morning News, the facility first caught fire, then exploded as firefighters were attempting to douse the flames.

Ground Zero Explosion.
The facility is owned by Adair Grain Incorporated.

Adair received an air quality permit as a fertilizer mixing and storage facilty from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality in December 2006, issued after Adair was investigated for failure to secure a permit, when a neighbor complained about an ammonia smell coming from the facility. Adair reportedly stored 54,000 pounds (27 short tons; 24 t) of anhydrous ammonia, which, along with nitric acid, is used to produce ammonium nitrate, a fertilizer, pesticide, and rodenticide.

Emergency crews were called to the scene at about 7:30 p.m. to battle a small fire at the West Fertilizer Company, located in the 1400 block of Jerry Mashek Drive, just off of Interstate-35 between Waco and the DFW area. Firefighters were trying to control that blaze when an explosion happened. Emergency officials are among those confirmed dead, and some first responders are among the missing, but no names have been released.

The blast damaged as many as 75 nearby homes and gutted units in an apartment complex, according to State Trooper D.L. Wilson. “We’ve got a lot of houses on one street, especially there, that look like a war zone,” added EMS director Dr. George Smith. “They’ve been collapsed, so there may be people inside those houses, either critically injured or deceased.”

“We’ve got a lot of people who are hurt, and there’s a lot of people, I’m sure, who aren’t going to be here tomorrow,” said Mayor Tommy Muska.

“Part of that community is gone,” said Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton with the Waco Police Department.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of West, and the first responders on the scene,” said Gov. Rick Perry in a statement, before declaring McLennan County a disaster area and mobilizing state resources to help out local authorities in Central Texas.
Destruction.
President Barack Obama later echoed Perry’s words, adding, “West is a town that many Texans hold near and dear to their hearts, and as residents continue to respond to this tragedy, they will have the support of the American people.” Click here to read the full statement from President Obama.

The town of West has a population of about 2,800 people. Residents were evacuated immediately after the explosion. The West Rest Haven Nursing Home was among the locations evacuated, as officials moved 133 patients to safety, some in wheelchairs. Authorities have not said if there were any injuries among those patients.

More than 100 victims were taken to Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center, and most of them have already been released. Other victims were transported to Providence Health Center, Scott White Hospital in Temple, Parkland Hospital in Dallas and JPS Hospital in Fort Worth. Those worried about the safety of loved ones can call 254-202-1100 to check on their status. Click here for additional emergency resources, including contact information for hospitals and relief providers.

The entire state has pulled together to offer assistance to West residents who have been impacted by the deadly blast. Volunteers from the American Red Cross have been mobilized and are bringing supplies to those in need — both citizens and emergency crews on the scene. Businesses, homes and churches near West have opened their doors to displaced residents. Reverend James Stevens with the First Baptist Church of Gholson said, “People are bringing food and water and blankets and necessities for these victims, and we’re so thankful for everybody’s generosity in time of crisis.”

Location of the plant.
“I know we hear a lot about police, a lot about first responders and about firemen rushing into the scene,” said Swanton. “Folks, I am here to tell you that there are some true heroes out there today that aren’t cops, aren’t paid firemen. They are civilians, and they’re going into a line of fire with us as well. So, certainly we appreciate those folks that are showing up in a supportive role. They are saving lives with us.”

However, despite reports of kind Texans helping out victims, there are some individuals walking the opposite path. “There has been a small amount of looting,” Swanton said at a Thursday morning news conference. Police are working to secure the blast site and protect the community from these crimes.

Meanwhile, the cause of the explosion is under investigation. West Fertilizer Company was cited in 2006 for failing to qualify for a permit. The plant had also been under investigation due to the strong smell of ammonia nearby. But Swanton explained, “Until we know it’s an industrial accident, we will work it as a crime scene.”

Texas Gun Ho!

Still bitter about losing the Republican nomination, Texas governor Rick Perry wants to take another shot (at being president). The state is on high alert after two Texas district attorneys were gunned down. Some are pointing fingers at a White extremist group.

The state of Texas is on a state of emergency with the latest shooting of a suburban Dallas district attorney and his wife being gunned down in their home. Apparently the FBI and Texas Rangers are singling the options of being the work of domestic terrorists. White supremacists or drug cartels from Mexico may have targeted the individual.

The second most populated state is probably the only state that has a strong presence of firearms.

Texas is by far one of the states that overwhelmingly goes to Republicans. That's the only state that carries a prize among Republicans electoral votes. The state's current governor Rick Perry, heads its reign.

The state of Texas has the most lapse gun laws in the nation. You're allowed to carry a firearm in the public place in some jurisdictions. Most Texas Republicans believe that President Barack Obama is a "Communist", "gun grabbing", NIGGER.

The state is the home of former presidents George H.W. and George W. Bush. The state's last Democratic victory went

Texas has a growing Hispanic population. About 38% of the state's population is either Latino or White (Hispanic).

What got the conservative/White supremacist bubble stirring is the fact that non-Whites are growing rapidly and Barack Obama won reelection. Nothing better than having the good ole days ruined by these interlopers.
Texas district attorney and his wife were killed by unknown assailant.
It's only fair to say that we here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the victims and hope justice will be served to those involved.

The Associated Press reports that a Texas district attorney and his wife were found shot to death in their home, authorities have said little about their investigation or any potential suspects.

But suspicion in the slayings shifted to a white supremacist gang with a long history of violence and retribution that was also the focus of a December law enforcement bulletin warning that its members might try to attack police or prosecutors.

Four top leaders of the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas were indicted in October for crimes ranging from murder to drug trafficking. Two months later, authorities issued the bulletin warning that the gang might try to retaliate against law enforcement for the investigation that led to the arrests of 34 of its members on federal charges.

Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife were found dead Saturday in their East Texas home. The killings were especially jarring because they happened just a couple of months after one of the county’s assistant district attorneys, Mark Hasse, was killed in a parking lot near his courthouse office.

McLelland was part of a multi-agency task force that took part in the investigation of the Aryan Brotherhood. The task force also included the FBI, the Drug Enforcement Administration as well as police departments in Houston and Fort Worth.

Investigators have declined to say if the group is the focus of their efforts, but the state Department of Public Safety bulletin warned that the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas is “involved in issuing orders to inflict ‘mass casualties or death’ to law enforcement officials involved in the recent case.”

Terry Pelz, a former Texas prison warden and expert on the Aryan Brotherhood said killing law enforcement representatives would be uncharacteristic of the group.

“They don’t go around killing officials,” he said. “They don’t draw heat upon themselves.”

But Pelz, who worked in the Texas prison system for 21 years, added that the gang has a history of threatening officials and of killing its own member or rivals. He suggested if the Aryan Brotherhood was behind the slayings in Kaufman County, some sort of disruption in the gang’s operations might have prompted their retaliation.

That disruption might have come last year, when federal prosecutors in Houston in November announced indictments against 34 alleged members of the gang, including four of its top leaders in Texas. At the time, prosecutors called the indictment “a devastating blow to the leadership” of the gang.

Meanwhile, deputies escorted some Kaufman County employees into the courthouse Monday after the slayings stirred fears that other public employees could be targeted. Law enforcement officers were seen patrolling outside the courthouse, one holding a semi-automatic weapon, while others walked around inside.

Deputies were called to the McLelland home by relatives and friends who had been unable to reach the pair, according to a search warrant affidavit.

When they arrived, investigators found the two had been shot multiple times. Cartridge casings were scattered near their bodies, the affidavit said.

Authorities have not discussed a motive.

“I don’t want to walk around in fear every day … but on the other hand, two months ago, we wouldn’t be having this conversation,” County Judge Bruce Wood, the county’s top administrator, said Monday at a news conference.

The killings also came less than two weeks after Colorado’s prison chief was shot to death at his front door, apparently by an ex-convict.

Law enforcement agencies throughout Texas were on high alert, and steps were being taken to better protect other DAs and their staffs.

In Harris County, which includes Houston, District Attorney Mike Anderson said he accepted the sheriff’s offer of 24-hour security for him and his family. Anderson said he also would take precautions at his office, the largest of its kind in Texas, with more than 270 prosecutors.

“I think district attorneys across Texas are still in a state of shock,” Anderson said Sunday.

McLelland, 63, was the 13th prosecutor killed in the U.S. since the National Association of District Attorneys began keeping count in the 1960s.

Kaufman County Sheriff David Byrnes would not give details Sunday of how the killings unfolded and said there was nothing to indicate for certain whether the DA’s slaying was connected to Hasse’s.

El Paso County, Colo., sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. Joe Roybal said investigators had so far found no evidence connecting the Texas killings to the Colorado case, but added: “We’re examining all possibilities.”

Colorado’s corrections director, Tom Clements, was killed March 19 when he answered the doorbell at his home outside Colorado Springs. Evan Spencer Ebel, a white supremacist and former Colorado inmate suspected of shooting Clements, died in a shootout with Texas deputies two days later about 100 miles from Kaufman.
Group mentality is a dangerous thing within the White extremist movement.
In an Associated Press interview shortly after the Colorado slaying, McLelland himself raised the possibility that Hasse was gunned down by a white supremacist gang.

McLelland, elected in 2010, said his office had prosecuted several cases against such gangs, particularly one known as the Aryan Brotherhood. The groups have a strong presence around Kaufman County, a mostly rural area dotted with subdivisions, with a population of about 104,000.
No arrests have been made in Hasse’s Jan. 31 slaying. After that attack, McLelland said, he carried a gun everywhere around town, even when walking his dog. He figured assassins were more likely to try to attack him outside. He said he had warned all his employees to be constantly on the alert.

Love The Area, Hate The Neighbors!

Yeah, wake up that person who runs FightBigotry and those moronic agitators in the conservative media!

They've ignored the signs of growing tension in the conservative movement.

The rise of radicalism doesn't always contribute to Islam.

These individuals are focused on issues such birth certificates, abortion, illegal immigration, gun control, crime in urban communities, the raping of white women by men of color, attacks on White people by people of color, the issues of taxes, the rising debt, and Shi'ria law. The word salad of ignorance contributed by an irrational human being engaged in political warfare against President Barack Obama and his allies in the progressive movement.

Once again in the lovely state of Texas, an Austin man must have seen the actor Clint Eastwood speak at the Republican National Convention. The actor did an ad lib endorsement of Mitt Romney and stole the spotlight away from the nominee.

Clint Eastwood's infamous chair moment has the nation still talking. Apparently this Texan wanted to make a point. So what does he do?

He grabs an empty lawn chair and a noose.

Now some call it a vile threat against President Barack Obama.

Oh, I forgot USA Today also reported that a person in Virginia did the same thing as well.

USA Today reports that there's at least two reports of what may be a disturbing new protest trend against President Obama: Empty chairs hanging from trees .

A blogger who spotted a hanging chair with an attached sign reading "Nobama"  in Centreville, Va., writes:

"This appears to be a crude metaphor for the lynching of President Obama."

A blogger in Texas wrote about a similar display in Austin.

The owner of the house in Virginia  told WJLA-TV that he has taken down the chair and said the idea was inspired by Clint Eastwood's performance at the Republican Convention, in which the actor "interviewed" an empty chair meaning to represent Obama.

"I loved Clint Eastwood's speech," said Doug Burger, adding that the display has no racial connotations.

"I know how to build a noose," Burger said. "Really. If I wanted to make a noose, I could do that. I did not. I had no intention for that to occur."

The criticism is "really an attack on free speech," he added.

NBC News reported  that the Secret Service is looking into the empty chair incidents.

"The Secret Service is aware of this and will conduct appropriate followup," spokesman Brian Leary told NBC.

Others think it's nothing but an attempt to show his love for Eastwood.

What do you think about it?

Forget Joseph Stack. Remember the man he killed, Vernon Hunter

Forget Joseph Stack. remember the man he killed, Vernon Hunter. Anyone making Joseph Stack a hero should remember the man Stack killed. Vernon Hunter a true American. A man who served his country and helped those who couldn't make their payments to the IRS.
