Trump Wants To Defy The Gag Order!

The king of white privilege wants to show how tough he is in jail.

Donald J. Trump represents the very definition of white privilege. While others are jailed or forced to pay hefty fines for defying a court order, Trump complains about the very system he claimed to swore an oath to is unfair. He basically blaming President Joe Biden for his legal woes. He is still insulting the judge, the prosecutors and wasting the federal and state courts time with these ridiculous appeals.

Tell me a person who held on to top secret documents and defied an order from the U.S. government to return them immediately or face the consequences. Yeah, Biden and Mike Pence had classified documents at their homes. But they headed an order and returned without any consequences.

Tell me, if Biden tried to intimidate state and federal officials into not granting certification of a president-elect would he be subjected to the same standards as Trump?

Would the far right be calling for an arrest if Biden declared the elections were stolen and Americans would be denied their votes were counted?

Trump rallies aren't as huge as they were in 2015 and 2016. Practically, they are in the hundreds not the thousands. Many of his supporters come from other communities or states to see him regurgitate the same noise. He doesn't talk about his presidency or what his plans are for a new term. He just constantly complains about Biden and how the 2020 election was stolen. Many of his supporters still think he is actually the president.

He is not campaigning as much. Thanks to the trial, he is mostly doing random stops and often fundraisers at Mar-a-Lago. He still has his appeal case where the state of New York fined him over $450 million for tax fraud. He also faces his Georgia election interference trial and is awaiting a Supreme Court ruling on how the U.S. government can handle a former president. He has two federal court trials.

If the Supreme Court rules in Trump's favor, it will ensure that Trump, Biden and future presidents are no longer held accountable for criminal acts.

It may be a good thing for Trump. The protests are not focused on him for now.

Biden is getting them because of his "ironclad" support for Israel. It is driving him down and many are not supporting him because of it.

The U.S. Secret Service has talked to the New York State Police and New York Department of Corrections. Since he has protection because of him being a former president and a presidential candidate, Trump being jailed is going to be a hefty task.

Justice Juan Merchan said the nine $1,000 fines he had imposed previously did not seem to be deterring the wealthy business mogul from violating the order, which bars him from speaking publicly about the jurors and witnesses in the first criminal trial of a former U.S. president.

“I do not want to impose a jail sanction and have done everything I can to avoid doing so. But I will if necessary,” Merchan said at the start of the trial's 12th day before the jury entered.

Imprisonment would be an unprecedented step in the historic trial, which stems from a hush money payment made to porn star Stormy Daniels in the final weeks of the 2016 election.

After Merchan's ruling, jurors heard testimony from former Trump employees that could bolster prosecutors' case that Trump falsified business records to cover up the hush money payment.

Trump has pleaded not guilty and denies wrongdoing.

Merchan warned Trump to stop following conspiracy theories and posting information about witness on Truth Social.

As he imposed the fine, Merchan said he considered jail time “truly the last resort” as it would disrupt the trial, pose extraordinary security challenges and complicate the 2024 presidential election, in which the Republican Trump seeks to win the White House back from Democratic President Joe Biden.

But the judge said Trump’s “continued, willful” violations of the gag order amounted to a “direct attack on the rule of law.”

Merchan imposed the 10th $1,000 fine on Monday for an April 22 broadcast interview in which the former president said: "That jury was picked so fast - 95% Democrats. The area's mostly all Democrat."

Merchan found that other statements flagged by prosecutors that mentioned witnesses Michael Cohen and David Pecker did not violate the gag order.

The order prevents Trump from making statements about jurors, witnesses and families of the judge and prosecutors if meant to interfere with the case. Violations are punishable by fines of up to $1,000 or jail time of up to 30 days.

Last week Merchan fined Trump $9,000 for nine social media posts that he ruled had violated the gag order.

Trump complains frequently that the gag order limits his ability to make his case to voters in his comeback White House bid.

"He's taken away my constitutional right to speak," Trump told reporters outside the courtroom, before the judge fined him.

Prosecutors on Monday later showed jurors business records that documented payments totaling $420,000 from Trump to Cohen, his former fixer and personal lawyer.

Those payments were listed as legal fees, but prosecutors say they were actually meant to reimburse Cohen for paying $130,000 to Daniels to keep quiet about a sexual encounter she says she had with Trump in 2006.

Trump denies ever having had sex with Daniels.

Prosecutors say the $420,000 paid by Trump was meant to cover the $130,000 Cohen paid to Daniels, along with $50,000 in other expenses he had incurred. Trump doubled that total to account for taxes and also included a $60,000 year-end bonus, they say.

A former controller in Trump's organization, Jeffrey McConney, testified that he was not aware of any other instance in which the Trump Organization reimbursed someone so generously.

McConney said he never spoke with Trump about the payments but was told by the company's top finance official Allen Weisselberg that they were reimbursements.

Another former Trump employee, Deborah Tarasoff, walked the jury through the 34 invoices, ledger entries and checks stemming from the payments to Cohen, which were made on a monthly basis after Trump won the election. Each represents one of the 34 counts in the indictment against Trump.

Most of the checks were signed by Trump personally, and prosecutors highlighted his tall, looping signature in thick ink for the jury.

Prosecutors say the payment to Daniels corrupted the 2016 election by keeping the news from voters, at a time when Trump's treatment of women was a central issue in his campaign against Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

They say the altered business records covered up election-law and tax-law violations that elevate the 34 counts Trump faces from misdemeanors to felonies punishable by up to four years in prison.

If found guilty, Trump could face up to four years in prison, though defendants typically face fines and probation.

The main players in the case have yet to testify, including Cohen and Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford.

The case features sordid allegations of adultery and secret payoffs, but it is widely seen as less consequential than three other criminal prosecutions Trump faces. It is the only one certain to go to trial before the Nov. 5 presidential election.

The other cases charge him with trying to overturn his 2020 presidential defeat and mishandling classified documents after leaving office. Trump has pleaded not guilty to all three.

Senate Republicans Threaten International Criminal Court Prosecutors!

Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell would protect the Devil if he was prime minister of the ethnostate of Israel.

The party of "law and order" is not the Republican or Democratic Party. The lawmakers both have zero respect for the Constitution. The constituents are always left behind. Before you cast a vote for any individuals to the House, the Senate, a governorship, a state legislation or the President of the United States, please look at the issues that matter

I was an open minded voter at one time. Now I became a single issue voter. Israel is that red line for me.

I can no longer be on the side of the Democratic Party or even embrace the Republican Party.

If President Joe Biden does win a second term, I will become an independent. If Donald J. Trump becomes president again, I will still become an independent. If any third party or Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. becomes the president, I will still become an independent.

The International Criminal Court is considering charging Benjamin Netanyahu, Isaac Herzog and Israeli officials for war crimes. U.S. lawmakers quickly denounced it and warned the ICC that they are playing a dangerous game.

A letter was leaked with 12 U.S. Senators signing off on it claiming that if the ICC carries out the criminal charges while ignoring Iran, Syria, China and Russia, then members of the court could face sanctions and a permanent ban to the United States.

The prosecutor’s office at the International Criminal Court (ICC) has appealed for an end to what it calls intimidation of its staff, saying such threats could constitute an offence against the “administration of justice” by the world’s permanent war crimes court.

The Hague-based office of ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan said in a statement on Friday that all attempts to impede, intimidate or improperly influence its officials must cease immediately.

While the prosecutor’s statement did not mention Israel, it was issued after Israeli and US officials have warned of consequences against the ICC if it issues arrest warrants over Israel’s war on Gaza.

“The Office seeks to engage constructively with all stakeholders whenever such dialogue is consistent with its mandate under the Rome Statute to act independently and impartially,” Khan’s office said.

“That independence and impartiality is undermined, however, when individuals threaten to retaliate against the Court or against Court personnel should the Office, in fulfillment of its mandate, make decisions about investigations or cases falling within its jurisdiction.”

It added that the Rome Statute, which outlines the ICC’s structure and areas of jurisdiction, prohibits threats against the court and its officials.

Over the past week, media reports have indicated that the ICC might issue arrest warrants for Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, over the country’s conduct in Gaza.

The court may prosecute individuals for alleged war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. The Israeli military has killed nearly 35,000 people in Gaza and destroyed large parts of the territory since the start of the war on October 7.

News of possible ICC charges against Israeli officials led to an intense pushback by the country and its allies in the United States.

On Tuesday, Netanyahu released a video message rebuking the court. “Israel expects the leaders of the free world to stand firmly against the ICC outrageous assault on Israel’s inherent right of self-defence,” he said.

“We expect them to use all the means at their disposal to stop this dangerous move.”

In Washington, several legislators called on President Joe Biden to intervene and thwart any ICC action against Israel.

“It would be a fatal blow to the judicial and moral standing of ICC to pursue this path against Israel,” Democratic Senator John Fetterman wrote in a social media post this week.

In 2021, the Biden administration lifted US sanctions against ICC officials that had been imposed by former President Donald Trump.

Israel and the US have not ratified the Rome Statute, but Palestine, a permanent observer state at the United Nations, has accepted the court’s jurisdiction.

The court has been investigating possible Israeli abuses in the occupied Palestinian territory since 2021. Khan has said his team is investigating alleged war crimes in the ongoing war in Gaza.

In October, Khan said the court had jurisdiction over any potential war crimes committed by Hamas fighters in Israel and by Israeli forces in Gaza.

Kim Goodwin Out At ABC News!

ABC News president out.

Just weeks after Rob Marciano was fired out the cannon, ABC News president Kim Goodwin is out as well. The Walt Disney Media Company which owns ABC News has struggled with programming. Calling it an early retirement.

Although ABC has No. 1 with ABC News Tonight with David Muir, the other shows are not doing so well.

Goodwin was the one responsible for firing Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes after it was revealed the two were involved while married to their former spouses.

Also she was responsible for icing Whoopi Goldberg after The View host criticized Israel and the AIPAC influence on politicians. She also said the Holocaust was not about race.

Godwin, the first Black woman to lead a network news division, said Sunday she was retiring from the business. Debra O’Connell said she will be in charge “for the time being” as it looks ahead.

Godwin inherited a news division where its two most important programs, “World News Tonight” and “Good Morning America,” led rivals at CBS and NBC in the ratings. They’re still ahead, although “Good Morning America” has seen some slippage amid the messy departures of anchors T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach, and Cecilia Vega’s jump to CBS News.

Godwin was recruited as an outsider from CBS News and was beset by grumbling about her management style that made it into print.

In a note to staff members, Godwin said she understood and appreciated the significance of being the first Black woman to hold such a prominent broadcast news role.

“It’s both a privilege and a debt to those who chipped away at the ceiling before me to lead a team whose brand is synonymous with trust, integrity and a dogged determination to be the best in the business,” she wrote.

After working at ABC, CBS, NBC and at 10 local news stations in nine cities, Godwin said she’s quitting the business.

“I leave with my head held high and wish the entire team continued success,” she wrote.

What About The Rest Of Us?

Is Congress gonna protect a Black woman while she was racially heckled by an Ole Miss white fraternity?

If Jewish Americans are not feeling safe, what about the rest of us?

President Joe Biden, former president Donald J. Trump and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. are sucking the cock of Israel. I am so frustrated with Biden and it will cost him my support.

While Congress is trying to ban criticism of Israel, an incident in Mississippi by a fraternity towards a Black woman shows the brutal reactions from folks who still believe in the status quo. A far right agitator staged an eye injury at Yale.

Israel has banned Al Jazeera from the West Bank. The network has covered the war and several of their journalists were killed by the evil regime in doing so. The Israelis are trying to ban networks that don't tow the line. Basically claiming that Hamas runs it and it was telling strategic locations of IDF killers. The usual Israel says bullshit.

The Israeli regime shuts down Al Jazeera because they cover the war and it holds this evil country accountable.

The U.S. condemned Russia when they banned journalists and media outlets. Israel is doing it and the U.S. has not raise one ounce of anger. Just like the killing of the World Central Kitchen aid workers, not one investigation by the FBI because the U.S. is putting its trust in Israel. The deaths of Americans killed by Israel barely get Biden to say enough is enough. He will be fanning "phony outrage" while giving unconditional aid to Israel.

Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY), Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) and Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ) are the Thought Police. Instead of worrying about their goddamn U.S. Congressional Districts, they are trying to fast track legislation to ban criticism of Israel. They passed with overwhelming support and it heads to the Senate where it is expected to pass.

X account @StopArabHate is my new go to for exposing racists. The Zionists who support Israel are chanting genocidal rhetoric. They are calling for protesters to be fired from their jobs. They are calling for protesters to be raped. They are calling for protesters to be arrested and physically assaulted.

One in the same.

They try to infiltrate protests.

They do mock interviews with protesters to make them look like idiots when its presented on cable news. They play the victim when some minor scuffle happens when they're the ones who instigated it.

It is time to shame these losers.

Winners and losers of 2024.

Sahar Tartak faked a injury when she tried to heckle pro Palestinian protesters at Yale in late April.

This stupid bitch claimed a flag stabbed her in the eye. Then she went to many of these junk food media platforms to claim that because she was a Jew she didn't feel safe and the protesters were attacking her. I'm surprised she has sight long enough to write a damn column for some far right propaganda. This bitch was cap and the media treated her like a victimized girl.

The new Laura Loomer. The ugly truth about Sahar Tartak.

There no consequences for someone who fakes a damn injury.

Tartak's scam was to paint peaceful protests against Israel as an attack on Jews. No one knew who she was unless she tried to provoke some engagement.

This bitch is trying to be the next Laura Loomer. Or maybe Tara Reade.

JP Staples and several of his frat brothers at Ole Miss [University of Mississippi] are shutting down social media and scrubbing their history after online sleuths outed him for being one of the dickheads who heckled a Black woman by making monkey sounds. The fraternity called her Lizzo because she was overweight.

Freshman lawmaker Rep. Mike Collins (R-GA) and Fox were praising these morons. Collins is a MAGA idiot.

He and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) were backed by AIPAC despite they're election deniers, trying to intentionally interference in Jack Smith's investigation into Trump and lackluster job as representatives from the 10th and 14th Districts of Georgia.

America is becoming Israel. The police are brutally arresting peaceful protesters.

“Ole Miss taking care of business,” Collins wrote Friday on the social platform X with a with a link to the video showing the racist jeers.

The Associated Press left voicemail messages for Collins on Friday at his offices in Georgia and Washington and sent an email to his spokesperson, asking for an explanation of what Collins meant. There was no immediate response.

The taunting brought sharp criticism on and off campus.

“Students were calling for an end to genocide. They were met with racism,” James M. Thomas, a sociology professor at the University of Mississippi, wrote Friday on X.

A Trump supporter named Hanna Sedwick who runs on the TikTok handle @hannasedwickkk share a viral video of these dickheads singing the Star Spangled Banner while waving American and Israeli flags. Fox called these hecklers "Proud Americans." Some folks called out Fox for not noticing the KKK in the handle.

Mind you their free speech is protected and praised. But when it comes to protesters who call Israel a criminal state, an apartheid state, an ethno-state and a evil regime, idiots like Jared Moskowitz is trying to ban it. This idiot is a Florida Democrat from Coral Springs, Florida and he represents Fort Lauderdale and Parkland.

6:16 In LA Over Family Matters!

Damn near 40 year old rappers getting personal.

The winners and losers of 2024.

It got beefy over in the hip-hop world.

Kendrick Lamar released another diss on Drake. And Drake responded.

So I am get to the point.

K. DOT AND DRIZZY, y'all need to put an album out or patch it up because your fans are loving it, your security is tightening up and the fears of violence are looming.

Kendrick Lamar released "6:16 in LA", "Not Like Us" and "Meet The Grahams."

Drake released "Family Matters."

Drake hints more on the way. Kendrick got more coming.

I see K Dot got a damn EP of disses to Drake. I am calling it an obsession because the Compton rapper is devoted to just running the Toronto rapper down. If you see the strategic skills of Drake and how his music is played on radio more than Kendrick...well I'll just leave it here.

Drake is a pop rapper. Ain't no shame in his game. He makes millions and has numerous hits. Even his worst songs are making chart.

Kendrick Lamar is a pop rapper too. But he is a political conscious rapper who got the skills to make chart hits. He got the backing of Dr. Dre who made Eminem, 50 Cent and Anderson .Paak very successful. He has brought Compton back with lyrics. The Game couldn't do it because he too invested in shock value and name dropping.

This feud hasn't gotten violent yet. But I am guessing both rappers are hiring more security and begging radio not to play their singles. I am guessing SiriusXM's Sound42 banned K. Dot and Rozay spins. Future probably got banned too.

Drake suddenly having feuds with not only Kendrick Lamar but The Weeknd, Metro Boomin, Future, Rick Ross, A$AP Rocky and his old enemies Kanye West and Pusha T.

Drake had collaborated with Rick Ross, Future and Metro Boomin the most.

The Drake–Kendrick Lamar feud is an ongoing conflict between Canadian rapper Drake and American rapper Kendrick Lamar which escalated in March 2024 after the release of "Like That". Lamar has since been supported by Future, Metro Boomin, the Weeknd, A$AP Rocky, Rick Ross, and Kanye West. Drake has also been in a feud with Kanye West since 2018. Their first collaboration was on the song "Buried Alive Interlude" from Drake's 2011 album Take Care. Lamar first took a shot at Drake on the 2013 song "Control" by Big Sean. In 2023, J. Cole proposed on the track "First Person Shooter" from Drake's album For All the Dogs that he, Drake, and Lamar were the "Big Three" of hip hop music.

The conflict escalated in March 2024 when Lamar rejected Cole's proposal on the song "Like That". Cole then responded to Lamar on the diss track "7 Minute Drill” which he deleted after apologizing on stage. Drake then released the songs "Push Ups" and "Taylor Made" in April, with the latter containing AI vocals from rappers Tupac Shakur and Snoop Dogg. "Taylor Made" was deleted from social media after Shakur's estate disapproved of the song and threatened Drake with legal action.

In response, Lamar released the song "Euphoria" on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 and "6:16 in LA" on Friday, May 3, 2024. Drake responded with "Family Matters" on Saturday, May 4, 2024; less than an hour later, Lamar released another diss track, "Meet the Grahams".

Bird Flu On The Rise!

The silent pandemic.

It's happening all over again.

A potential pandemic is coming and the U.S. is either too busy giving billions to Israel while Americans are paying more in groceries, rent, tuition, gasoline and services. The Biden Administration is prepared hopefully. Republican lawmakers and governors will wait til the last minute before they actually take the threat seriously.

Congress is an all time low.

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are at an all time low.

Former president Donald J. Trump is at an all time low.

The public perception of the junk food media is at an all time low.

Wondering why?

The dangers of an infectious disease spreading from wild animals to humans is concerning.

The Drudge Report which turned on Trump and Biden has splashed Bird Flu Fears Rise.

CBS News is reporting that one man contracted the disease and refused to rat out his employer. Animals are contracting the disease and it could pose a threat to diary, meat and the consumer goods industry.

Bird flu continues to appear to pose a "low risk to the general public" for now, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says. But the agency's scientists ran into roadblocks investigating a human case of this "pandemic potential" virus this year, they said in a new report.

Epidemiologists from the agency were ultimately unable to access a Texas dairy farm where a human was infected with the virus in March, they disclosed in attachments to the report published Friday by the New England Journal of Medicine. That prevented investigators from being able to investigate how workers might have been exposed to the virus on the farm.

That is because the dairy worker who came to a Texas field office for testing "did not disclose the name of their workplace," said Lara Anton, a spokesperson for the Texas Department of State Health Services.

They also were unable to collect follow-up samples from the dairy farm worker or their contacts, which could have revealed missed cases as well as tracking the virus and antibodies against it in the body after an infection.

The worker did not wear protective eye goggles or a face mask that could have protected them from the virus, the report said. The virus was likely transmitted through their contaminated hands or droplets of the virus from sick cows.

H5N1 was likely spreading through dairy farms via the high concentrations of the virus found in the raw milk of infected cows, authorities said previously.

The virus had been circulating in cows for an estimated four months before it was confirmed by labs on March 25, according to a draft report from U.S. Department of Agriculture scientists released Thursday.

A mutation to the virus in wild birds, a specific "clade" of the virus that scientists call 2.3.4.4b, appears to have enabled bird flu to jump into cows. Multiple herds were likely infected during that initial spillover before the birds migrated north, officials have said.

Since then, at least nine states have detected cow infections from the virus. Cows largely recover from H5N1, unlike the mass die-offs seen in other species. Some herds with infected cows have also remained asymptomatic and are continuing to produce milk.

Experiments run by the Food and Drug Administration show that pasteurized milk remains safe to drink, despite traces of the virus found in samples from grocery stores. The outbreak has also prompted a renewed warning not to drink raw milk, which has been linked to deaths of other animals like cats.

The ongoing outbreak is also in stark contrast to how the virus has spread in other mammals infected by the virus, which have generally resulted in what USDA scientists called "dead end hosts."

A handful of variants with potentially worrying mutations have also since been spotted in cows, the USDA analysis found. If those variants become dominant, it could change the disease caused by H5N1 or make spread to other animals or humans more likely.

The virus from cows has also been spotted spreading out of dairy farms into nearby wild birds and poultry, likely ferried by contaminated milk droplets and surfaces.

Questions also remain about the exact origins of the virus that infected the Texas dairy worker. While the H5N1 sequence from the human case is closely related to those found in dairy herds, the agency's analysis found it also differs in some key ways.

Those genetic differences suggest the human was infected by "an early, slightly different virus" that was circulating in cows before the current cases, or that multiple spillovers may have actually occurred.

While sequences collected from sick cows on the worker's dairy farm could have helped CDC scientists answer those questions, samples were "not available for analysis."

Mike Lawler And Majorie Taylor Greene Battle For The Most Insufferable Lawmaker This Month!

Even Greene thinks Congress goes too far when it comes to backing Israel.

For once I actually agree with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), the most insufferable House member of the laziest 118th Congress. She with 20 Republicans and 70 Democrats voted against the Antisemitism Awareness Act.

It is a controversial bill because it advocates the notion that criticism of the state of Israel amounts to antisemitism. The bill wants to outlaw any form of antisemitism including the claims of Jews controlling the media, AIPAC is all about the Benjamins, or Israel is no better than Nazi Germany. The "thought police" are trying to punish free speech and criticism of a foreign government. This was brought courtesy of the Anti-Defamation League and International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, two foreign operatives working on behalf of Israel.

When antisemitism accusations are exploited for political purposes, especially to counter criticism of Israel, it may be described variously as a weaponization of antisemitism, instrumentalization of antisemitism, or playing the antisemitism card. Such accusations have been criticized as a form of smear tactics and an "appeal to motive". Some writers have compared this to playing the race card. When used against Jews, it may take the form of the pejorative claim of "self-hating Jew".

The Republicans and Democrats who voted against HB 6090 are standing on the right of this latest culture war.

The bill is headed to the Senate, where it is expected to pass, and then to Biden’s desk, where he is expected to sign it into law.

Pro-Palestine Jewish organizations have denounced the bill, such as the Boston chapter of If Not Now, who labeled it “a bill that criminalizes criticism of Israel for a false promise of Jewish safety.” Jewish Voice for Peace Action, the political advocacy arm of Jewish Voice for Peace, said the bill “would do nothing to fight antisemitism. Instead, it would enable repression of students and faculty advocating for Palestinian rights.”

The Act adopts the definition of antisemitism put forward by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, an organization which states, “Manifestations [of antisemitism] might include the targeting of the state of Israel, conceived as a Jewish collectivity.”

The organization also states that anti-semitism includes “denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor,” “applying double standards by requiring of it a behavior not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation,” “using the symbols and images associated with classic antisemitism (e.g., claims of Jews killing Jesus or blood libel) to characterize Israel or Israelis,” “drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis,” and “holding Jews collectively responsible for actions of the state of Israel.”

Republicans and Democrats denounced college protests against Israel. The police have gotten violent towards protesters. Pro Israel supporters have instigated confrontations.

Then when they are catching a fade, they cry to the junk food media about not being safe.

Since the Columbia University protests launched, other colleges and universities joined in solidarity. President Joe Biden continues to support Israel despite the Democratic base warning him that he may not win full support come election time.

Greene who is known for peddling bullshit got into a feud with Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) and Rep. Carlos Gimenez (R-FL). The two who are endorsed by AIPAC and very much supportive of the evil Israeli regime have reacted to Greene calling them out for doing what "the left" does when they try to silence conservatives.

Greene wrote on X, “Since George Soros is Jewish and funds the radical left including the Pro-Hamas Protests breaking out on college campuses, thanks to Mike Lawler’s new Antisemitism bill, college kids who speak out against Soros could be convicted of being Antisemitic.”

“Talk about opening Pandora’s box,” she added.

Republicans and Fox can't keep that man's name out their mouths. If Soros wanted to sue for defamation, I can only imagine Fox claiming that he is a public figure and the far right network has a right to express their opinions.

Mediaite wrote that Soros, a Jewish billionaire who funds left-wing causes, has long been a kind of boogeyman on the American right with wild conspiracy theories floated regarding him and the policies he advocates for. PolitiFact fact-checked claims that Soros has funded the protest, writing, “Soros’ grant-making organization, Open Society Foundations, has awarded grants to two groups that the New York Post article linked to the demonstrations, but the connections between Soros’ money and specific campus protesters had several degrees of separation.”

Thought Police Officer Mike Lawler reporting for duty. New York Republican lawmaker sponsored controversial bill.

Lawler replied to Greene, writing, “And yet in both instances, more than two thirds of Congress voted with me.”

“The bill simply codifies President Trump’s executive order into law — it does not ban the Bible or limit free speech. #MoscowMarjorie has gone off the deep end — may be the result of a space laser,” he added, referring to Greene’s wild 2018 claim that Jewish-controlled space lasers caused deadly California wildfires.

Lawler replied to a user on X who said he sounded like a leftist in his criticism of Greene, saying, “When you offer ridiculous takes and conspiracy theories, you deserve ridiculous nicknames.”

Gimenez also blasted Greene for her criticism of Lawler.

Greene, in the past, has spun many baseless conspiracy theories based on tragic events including questioning if a plane really hit the Pentagon on 9/11 and suggesting that mass shootings are false flag operations.

“I’ve got a question for you. How do you get avid gun owners, and people who support the Second Amendment, to give up their guns and go along with anti-gun legislation? How do you do that?” Greene said in a video she released on social media before becoming a member of Congress in the wake of the mass shooting in Las Vegas in 2017 that killed 60 people.

“Maybe you accomplish that by performing a mass shooting into a crowd that is very likely to be conservative, very likely to vote Republican, very likely to be Trump supporters, very likely to be pro-Second Amendment, and very likely to own guns,” she said of the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history.

Pretzels And Popcorn! 🥨🍿

Good jobs report. Israel is dragging Biden and Harris down in the polls.

Six months to go before the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election and President Joe Biden is still embracing Israel despite the backlash from his base. The concerns of the U.S. going as far to ban the International Criminal Court is also being floated around.

Of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the jobs report details how many jobs were spread across the United States. Some areas seen job growth while others saw job losses.

The U.S. economy added fewer jobs than expected in April while the unemployment rate rose, lifting hopes that the Federal Reserve will be able to cut interest rates in the coming months.

Nonfarm payrolls increased by 175,000 on the month, below the 240,000 estimate from the Dow Jones consensus, the Labor Department’s Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Friday. The unemployment rate ticked higher to 3.9% against expectations it would hold steady at 3.8%.

Average hourly earnings rose 0.2% from the previous month and 3.9% from a year ago, both below consensus estimates and an encouraging sign for inflation.

The jobless rate tied for the highest level since January 2022. A more encompassing rate that includes discouraged workers and those holding part-time jobs for economic reasons also edged up, to 7.4%, its highest level since November 2021. The labor force participation rate, or those actively looking for work, was unchanged at 62.7%.

Wall Street already had been poised for a higher open, and futures tied to major stock market averages added to gains following the report. Treasury yields tumbled after being little changed before the release. The report raised the prospect of a “Goldilocks” climate where growth continues but not at such a rapid pace to force the Fed to tighten policy further.

“With this report, the porridge was just about right,” said Dan North, senior economist at Allianz Trade. “What would you like at this point the cycle? We’ve had interest rates jacked up pretty high, so you would expect to see the labor market slow down a little. But we’re still at pretty high levels.”

Greene threatens to remove Johnson because of aid to Ukraine and his refusal to impeach Biden.

Consistent with recent trends, health care led job creation, with a 56,000 increase.

Other sectors showing significant rises included social assistance (31,000), transportation and warehousing (22,000), and retail (20,000). Construction added 9,000 positions while government, which had shown solid gains in recent months, was up just 8,000 after averaging 55,000 over the previous 12 months.

Revisions to previous months took the March gain to 315,000, or 12,000 from the initial estimate, and February to 236,000, a decline of 34,000.

Household employment, which is used to calculate the unemployment rate, increased by just 25,000 on the month. Workers holding full-time jobs soared by 949,000 on the month, while those hold part-time jobs slumped by 914,000.

The report comes two days after the Fed again voted to hold borrowing costs steady, keeping its benchmark overnight borrowing rate in a targeted range between 5.25%-5.5%, the highest in more than 20 years.

Following the decision, Chair Jerome Powell characterized the jobs market as “strong” but noted that inflation is “too high” and this year’s economic data has indicated “a lack of further progress” in getting inflation back to the Fed’s 2% target.

But market action shifted after the jobs report indicated an easing labor market and softer wage increases. Traders priced in a strong chance of two interest rate cuts by the end of 2024, with the first reduction expected to come in September, according to CME Group data.

Congress is trying to pass laws that outlaw flying the Palestinian flag and criticism of Israel.

“This is the jobs report the Fed would have scripted,” said Seema Shah, chief global strategist at Principal Asset Management. “The first downside payrolls surprise in several months, as well as the dip in average hourly earnings growth, will bring the rate cutting dialogue back into the market and perhaps explains why Powell was able to be dovish on Wednesday.”

Though inflation has come well off its highs in mid-2022, it is still considerably above the central bank’s comfort zone. Most reports this year have shown inflation around 3% annually; the Fed’s own preferred measure, the core personal consumption expenditures price index, most recently was at 2.8%.

Higher prices have been putting upward pressure on wages, part of an inflation picture that has kept the Fed on the sidelines despite widespread market expectations that the central bank would be cutting interest rates aggressively this year.

Most Fed officials in fact had been mentioning the likelihood of reductions in their public comments. However, Powell at his post-meeting news conference Wednesday made no mention of the likelihood that rates would be lowered at some point this year, as he had in the past.

Do not assume that every place has jobs. Companies are closing up shop. The tech industry, retail, trucking and press are laying off workers. The service industry is continuing to suffer due to stagnant wages, lack of achievements and work overload.

Also, housing is still down. More Americans can't afford rent or car payments.

AIPAC has poured money into many of these primaries. It openly bragged that its choices which were Democrats and Republicans beat their challengers.

House members passed a bill to define antisemitism in attempt to suppress freedom of speech. The insufferable House of Representatives in a bipartisan moment are trying to criminalize thought and dissent.

They are now trying to outlaw any criticism of Israel as hate speech which could be punishable by sanctions, divestment or allowing companies to terminate employment of anyone who dares criticizes Israel.

Let me get this straight: You are more upset over words than actions. You are upset someone using their freedom of speech to criticize a foreign country engaged in a propaganda campaign to shield itself from war crimes and impunity. You are upset over people using their voices, their wallets and their time to protest an injustice. Well, get upset over your taxpayer money aiding foreign nations. Get upset over foreign nations killing Americans in a war funded by our taxpayer money. Get upset over the deaths of thousands in Haiti, Chad, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria, Venezuela, Myanmar, Mexico, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine and Palestine. Get upset at your president, your senator, your representative, your governor, your state leader, your mayor and your local junk food media for bowing to the evil regime of Israel.

The Congress has less work than most Americans. It is infuriating that the average worker works more 50 hours a week while 157 House members and 36 senators work on average of 25 hours a week.

Republicans see the only path to victory is basically obstruct and complain about the president. They won't offer solutions or policies. All they care about is trying to keep folks angry with culture wars and distractions.

To make this clear, it doesn't matter anymore who the fucking president is. Biden, Trump and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. are backing Israel over the world. They are so out of touch with reality.

Turkey halts trade and diplomatic ties with Israel.

Holding Biden accountable for his actions doesn't mean a lockstep vote and support.

I. Am. Calling. Him. Out.

Biden is an advocate of war and genocide. He is tone deaf and unfortunately a lost cause.

What pisses me off is our lawmakers are calling protesters "Hamas supporters" to paint peaceful protests as an act of "terrorism."

With billions of dollars of aid going to Israel, you would think that American lawmakers would have our taxpayer money spent on more useful things!

The lawmakers will spend more taxpayer money to fix our crumbling infrastructure.

Many of these Republicans who vote against funding the government and assistance for some of America's less fortunate are willing to give billions to a foreign nation engaged in an illegal act of genocide. Same with Democrats. They claim they want to protect democracy but endorse a fascist government sworn to being an ethnostate on our taxpayer dime.

Monthly reminders:

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations.

An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.

You're not safe in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.

Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen. Companies are struggling to find workers. They are now trying to push incentives to get workers in. However, there is always a catch to working entry level jobs that make over $20 an hour. Folks must work hours that do not accommodate home and social life, it may only be part time work or temporary. Some jobs may force overtime or refuse to pay for work rendered. With union being weaken by states, it may be an at-will company. So if you are on social media, protesting injustices or supporting controversial issues or making threats to local officials, you could lose your job.

Real Reasons To Why Unemployment Rate Stays The Way It Is! The main reasons why some are not working.

  1. DEAD
  2. BORN
  3. IN PRISON
  4. IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
  5. IN MIDDLE SCHOOL
  6. IN HIGH SCHOOL
  7. IN COLLEGE FULL TIME
  8. VOLUNTEER
  9. DISABLED
  10. INFLATION
  11. STAY AT HOME PARENT
  12. LACK OF TRANSPORTATION OR BABYSITTING
  13. RETIRED
  14. QUIT ON THEIR OWN
  15. TERMINATED FROM EMPLOYMENT
  16. NOT HIRING UNQUALIFIED
  17. NOT HIRING TOO QUALIFIED
  18. ACTIVE MILITARY
  19. NATURAL DISASTERS
  20. MASS SHOOTINGS DISRUPTING DAILY ROUTINE
  21. RACISM
  22. WAGE THEFT
  23. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE ON JOB POSTING BUT DECEPTION UPON HIRING
  24. BEING LAID OFF DUE TO CLOSING OR STAFF REDUCTION
  25. DESTRUCTION TO FACILITY OR PROPRETY
  26. OUTSOURCING JOBS TO OTHER STATES OR COUNTRIES
  27. BEING UNDOCUMENTED IN FEAR OF I.C.E. OR U.S. AGENCIES
  28. BEING PUBLICLY OUTED ON SOCIAL MEDIA DOING SHAMEFUL ACTS
  29. PARTICIPATING IN UNCIVIL OR VIOLENT PROTESTS
  30. PUBLICLY SUPPORTING OR PROTESTING AGAINST ISRAEL

Jobs are looking good despite fears.

Companies are cautious about hiring employees. With the average wages stagnant, many are not looking forward to returning to a job that pays dirt wages. Many who worked in the retail, restaurant and low end service industry are not willing to take a job for less than $10 an hour. Matter of fact, no one can survive on $15 an hour.

The U.S. claims that Israel hasn't violated any laws. The world says otherwise.

Republicans don't see the bigger picture itself. They rather continue to believe in conspiracies about people collecting the safety net and not going back to work.

Give them a liveable wage and maybe things might improve in the job market.

We can't always assume that folks are lazy. People are literally dying from being exposed to the coronavirus, gun violence and folks are tired of the status quo of their jobs.

Many single mothers are having trouble trying to find quality daycare or family members to watch children. On top of that, some have lost family members due to the pandemic. A homemaker may have lost their spouse. Some may have no choice but to watch their children or loved ones due to the aftermath of the pandemic.

Folks are still trying to rebound from medical bills, late rent payments, owing taxes and college loans.

Republicans are white nationalists without a conscience.

Trump's presidency and Republican controlled governments are incompetent. Their leadership has killed millions of Americans. Biden has a slim majority in Congress and things can't be done with obstruction from both parties.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.

Biden and Blinken can't admit that Israel is the cause of the world's problems.

We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.

Keep pressure on them with Israel.

Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid. Our taxpayer money should help Israel any further.

They are feeling it. Democrats know the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies. They know that Biden is under extreme pressure to do something. Arab Americans, Muslim and young voters have vowed to never back Biden putting his reelection chances in danger.

The call number to the White House and U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official White House numbers 202-456-1111 and 202-456-1414. This is the Congress official phone number, 202-224-3121. Please be respectful to operators, staff members and elected leaders. Your calls are monitored by the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Capitol Police.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. Let them know this law on TikTok is a ban on free speech. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism.

We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.

Interstate 95 Bridge Collapse In Norwalk, Connecticut!

A tanker caught fire and destroyed an overpass over Interstate 95 in Connecticut.

All the taxpayer money going to Israel should be here at home. The United States has crumbling infrastructure and our stupid lawmakers are willing to shelve billions to aid Israel.

Bridge collapsed in Connecticut.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Ned Lamont, Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT), Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) and Rep. Jim Hines (D-CT) were informed of the collapse of an overpass on Interstate 95 in Norwalk.

The senators and Hines voted to ban TikTok and aid Israel with military aid without any conditions. Hines voted to make criticism of Israel illegal.

All the time wasted could have improved the safety of transporting hazardous materials and fix potholes on one of the country's most busiest freeways.

Norwalk is a midway between New York City and New Haven.

Over 450,000 vehicles travel Interstate 95 from New York to Boston.

Firefighters and hazmat crews are on the scene between Exits 15 and 16 south, where a tractor-trailer crash and fuel spill occurred at around 5:30 a.m

"Emergency Services are working to extinguish a petroleum truck on fire on I95, underneath the Fairfield Ave overpass in Norwalk. I95 is closed in the area," the Norwalk Police Department posted on social media. "This will impact local roads throughout Norwalk for an extended period of time and will create heavy traffic delays."

All lanes of the highway are closed in both directions. Northbound lane closures start at Exit 13 in Darien, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation.

Drivers should expect heavy delays on the Merritt Parkway, too, while crews work on the 95 crash.

Drivers from Bridgeport to Port Chester, New York received text alerts to avoid I-95 and trucking companies were told to use I-87 and I-84 instead, Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont said during a briefing on the crash.

"It involved a tractor-trailer truck, it involved a fuel truck, it involved a passenger automobile. Thank God no serious injuries, but it has resulted in the closing of I-95 North and South and that is incredible in terms of the traffic jams and what's happening there," said Lamont.

Lamont, on social media, said the area would be closed "for an extended period" as crews investigate the crash and monitor the structural integrity of the overpass.

Scott Hill, chief engineer for Connecticut's DOT, later said the overpass is "stable and safe," but was damaged in the crash and is closed until it can be further assessed.

Tim Kennedy Joins The Circus!

Tim Kennedy will be sworn in as a New York U.S. House member.

Republicans are cash strapped. Yet, the election is still tied or former president Donald J. Trump is leading against President Joe Biden in their match up. Polls don't determine the election. What determine the election are exit polls and voters. Biden and Trump, two highly unpopular figures will be the deciding factor for the future of America.

Rep-elect Tim Kennedy (D-NY) will serve the remaining term of New York's 26th Congressional District. Kennedy will represent a Rust belt region that suffered a hate crime mass shooting, a failing electric grid and a population on the decline.

He will be on the general election ballot as an incumbent.

He will be sworn in on Friday.

The New York state senator won the special election to replace Brian Higgins.

Kennedy easily defeated Republican Gary Dickson for the upstate New York seat, helped by a 2-to-1 Democratic registration advantage in the district, which includes Buffalo, Niagara Falls and several suburbs.

Kennedy has been in the state Senate since 2011. Describing Washington as “chaotic and dysfunctional,” he said he would focus in Congress on reproductive rights, immigration and stronger gun laws like those passed in New York after a 2022 mass shooting at a Buffalo supermarket.

“We need to elect pro-democracy, anti-MAGA candidates all around the country this November,” Kennedy said in a victory speech, “and it starts here in this room in Buffalo, New York, tonight.”

He will be persuaded to vote for bills that favor Israel.

Registration wasn’t Kennedy’s only advantage. The Democrat raised $1.7 million as of April 10, compared with Dickson’s $35,430 total, according to campaign finance reports. Kennedy spent just over $1 million in the off-season election, compared with $21,000 for Dickson as the candidates worked to remind voters to go to the polls.

Kennedy will serve in Congress for the rest of the year. He is on the ballot, along with Republican attorney Anthony Marecki, for the general election. On Tuesday, former town supervisor Nate McMurray, who planned to challenge Kennedy in a Democratic primary in June, said in a social media post that elections officials had removed him from the ballot because of insufficient signatures.

Earlier this year, the GOP’s slim House majority was narrowed in a closely contested Long Island-area special election that followed New York Republican George Santos’ expulsion from Congress. That race, won by Democrat Tom Suozzi, was viewed as a test of the parties’ general election strategies on immigration and abortion.

Dickson, a retired FBI special agent, acknowledged the challenges of running in the upstate district when he announced his candidacy at the end of February, saying he was in the race to give voters a choice. He said he supports Trump as the Republican nominee for president, while describing his own politics as “more towards the center.”

After conceding the race, Dickson told supporters he had no regrets about running.

Voting took place with Trump on trial in New York City in the first criminal trial of a former American president and the first of four prosecutions of Trump to reach a jury.
