Snowfall! ❄

Jobs are still happening. But President Joe Biden is still underwater with voters.

Of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the jobs report details how many jobs were spread across the United States. Some areas seen job growth while others saw job losses.

The labor market added 216,000 jobs in the month of December, up from 173,000 the previous month, surprising Wall Street once again to close out 2023

Data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics released on Friday showed the unemployment rate was 3.7% for the month, flat from the rate seen in November. Economists surveyed by Bloomberg had expected the unemployment rate to tick higher to 3.8%.

The surprise strength in the labor market helped consumer wallets, too.

Wages, a closely watched indicator for inflation and a gauge of how much leverage workers have in the labor market, increased 0.4% on a monthly basis and 4.1% over last year; economists had expected wages to rise 0.3% over last month and 3.9% over last year.

Some key metrics did decline, though. The labor force participation rate ticked lower to 62.5%, down from 62.8% the month prior, while average weekly hours worked moved down slightly from 34.4 to 34.3.

Data released earlier this week showed signs the labor market is coming into a better balance between worker supply and demand. On Wednesday, the latest Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey revealed job openings in November hit their lowest level since March 2021.

White terrorist tried to kill workers at the Colorado Supreme Court.

Additional labor market data out Thursday from ADP showed private payrolls increased more than expected last month, while wage growth continued to slow. Specifically, ADP noted that the decline in wage gains are a welcome sign in the fight against inflation.

"We're returning to a labor market that's very much aligned with pre-pandemic hiring," ADP chief economist Nela Richardson said in a Thursday press release. "While wages didn't drive the recent bout of inflation, now that pay growth has retreated, any risk of a wage-price spiral has all but disappeared."

Ten months to go. President Joe Biden and former president Donald J. Trump are very unpopular. Biden is losing support due to his support for Israel and the country's unrepentant attacks in the Middle East. Tension is rising with a bombing in Iran, a drone strike in Beirut that killed a Hamas official, the airstrike in Syria that killed several Iranian generals and the continuous airstrikes in Gaza. The U.S. airstrike on Yemen Houthis have also sparked tension in the Red Sea.

Israel has become a monster abehest of the United States. South Africa has officially filed for criminal charges at the International Court of Justice. Israel vows to eradicate Hamas by illegally invading other countries and using Mossad agents to assassinate them. Israel claims South Africa is using "blood libel" and siding with the "evil" Hamas.

Mike Johnson and Republicans hold their umpteenth photo op at the southern border.

Turkey has arrested several suspected of working on behalf of Israel and its Mossad.

About 20 countries have split from Israel and the United Nations is getting tired of the U.S. vetoing the resolutions calling for an immediate ceasefire.

Biden's job approval is very bad with young voters, Black, Hispanic, Arab Americans, Muslims and independents. Trump is not favoring better but is picking up young [white], Black [men] and Hispanic voters.

Trump, Prince Andrew and former president Bill Clinton were named in Jeffery Epstein flight logs. The list features prominent figures who allegedly visited the sexual predator's U.S. Virgin Islands home. The unsealing of the names came after Virginia Giuffre's lawsuit was settled.

Trump was booted off the primary ballot Colorado and Maine. Trump vows to appeal it to the U.S. Supreme Court. There was an extremist who fired inside the Colorado Supreme Court and set fire to parts of the building. Brandon Olsen, 44, is accused of shooting through window to get in, lighting fire inside the building.

He is accused of holding a security guard at gunpoint and starting a fire on the seventh floor of the building.

The incident happened two weeks to the day after the Colorado Supreme Court ruled Donald Trump could not appear on the state’s primary ballot based on his actions surrounding the Jan. 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol breach and the riot by his supporters. Police investigated threats directed at the Supreme Court justices in the week after the ruling, but Colorado State Patrol officials said in a news release that Tuesday’s incident is not believed to be “associated with previous threats to the Colorado Supreme Court justices.”

Olsen has “no affiliation politically whatsoever” and was experiencing a mental health breakdown during the incident, his ex-wife, Colorado resident Tori Schumacher, told The Denver Post on Tuesday.

The extremist is being labeled a non political affiliate with mental issues. The suspect is white and obviously "not a Trump supporter." The hypocrisy of the junk food media.

The Maine Secretary of State Sheena Bellows removed Trump from the ballot and Republicans want to impeach her for doing so. Someone doxxed her phone number and she had received death threats due to the decision.

Perry, Iowa terrorist filmed his school shooting.

Michigan ruled that Trump can remain on the ballot.

Trump has 12 other states challenging his eligibility.

Claudine Gay resigned from Harvard University after the far right and Zionists unearthed some publishing that was plagiarized. She was facing calls to resign after Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) did her farce hearing on antisemitism.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) current Senate Majority Leader, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) and Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) are the most pro Israeli members.

They have been flooded with calls for a ceasefire.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) is the most unpopular lawmaker in Washington, DC.

The House Speaker traveled to Texas for a photo op at the U.S.-Mexican border with Texas governor Greg Abbott. The Republicans are using the same bullshit as Israel when it comes to indiscriminate targeting of human beings. Instead of compassion and willingness to accept, Republicans dehumanize people seeking refuge. Texas passed a law that allows local and state police to arrest immigrants. It will certainly be challenged in court by the federal government.

New York City mayor Eric Adams who is facing a sexual abuse allegations, under federal watch for corruption and losing support among New Yorkers due to his pro police and pro Israeli stance now attacks Biden for allowing Abbott to bus migrants to New York.

Adams is suing the bus companies for sending migrants to the city. The mayors where Abbott is sending migrants have called for Biden to do something.

Brandon Johnson (Chicago), Karen Bass (Los Angeles), Muriel Bowser (Washington, DC), London Breed (San Francisco), Eric Adams (New York City) and Michelle Wu (Boston) are mayors of color.

Abbott is deliberately sending migrants to these cities.

The Justice Department had warned Abbott that these stunts could result in criminal charges.

Under Johnson's leadership and former lawmaker Kevin McCarthy of California, the House of Representatives has passed less than 20 bills. The 118th Congress is the least productive Congress in history. It beats out the last Republican-led House under Democratic president Barack Obama.

Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) returns to holding nominees for extended periods. He has been on this relentless campaign to withhold votes to stall military promotions and nominees to fill Biden's cabinet.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) showboats at the U.S.-Mexican border, New York City to protest a law that may keep Chick-fil-a open on Sunday [which the law isn't] and being wishy washy on whether Trump is legally liable for Jan. 6. He and Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) have failed at appealing to Republican voters when they tried to run for president.

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) desperately switches districts to run. Instead of running in the 3rd Congressional District of Colorado, she runs to the 4th Congressional District which is open since Rep. Ken Buck (R-CO) is retiring. She fears losing to Adam Frisch. The district was competitive but now that she dropped out, it may end up being a Republican hold. Boebert is in a competitive primary and it could be a backfire of she fails to win the nomination.

Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-FL) under federal watch. The House Ethics Committee announced Wednesday that it’s investigating Cherfilus-McCormick over complaints that she may have violated campaign finance laws, failed to submit required disclosures and carried out improper hiring practices.

Dancing with the devil.

The campaign finance complaint is tied to Cherfilus-McCormick’s special election in 2022 and her reelection campaign that same year, per an official announcement about the investigation.

For the first time, voters are considering a third party candidate. They believe that Trump is toxic, old and too unpredictable. They believe Biden is too old, not listening to voters and not doing enough on issues like the economy.

No Labels is working to recruit a third party candidate. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN), Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE), Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, former Missouri governor Jay Nixon and Joe Lieberman are plotting to undermine Biden through this shadow group.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is considering a run as a libertarian. He is failing to attract voters.

The Kennedy family have denounced him and his wife, actress Cheryl Hines.

Actress Kimberly Elise claims she is being blackballed from Black media because she supports Republicans.

There were eight mass shootings in the United States. Only five days into 2024.

Yes, folks are working two jobs. I am a testimony of that. But I am confident that in the short term I will have all the resources to reapply for the job I prefer.

The Congress has less work than most Americans. It is infuriating that the average worker works more 50 hours a week while 157 House members and 36 senators work on average of 25 hours a week.

Republicans see the only path to victory is basically obstruct and complain about the president. They won't offer solutions or policies. All they care about is trying to keep folks angry with culture wars and distractions.

President Joe Biden's headaches:

  1. Donald J. Trump.
  2. Elon Musk and X.
  3. Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook and Meta.
  4. TikTok.

Mike Lee (R-UT), Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL), Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ), Sen. Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Sen. Monthly reminders:

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations.

An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.

You're not safe in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.

Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen. Companies are struggling to find workers. They are now trying to push incentives to get workers in. However, there is always a catch to working entry level jobs that make over $20 an hour. Folks must work hours that do not accommodate home and social life, it may only be part time work or temporary. Some jobs may force overtime or refuse to pay for work rendered. With union being weaken by states, it may be an at-will company. So if you are on social media, protesting injustices or supporting controversial issues or making threats to local officials, you could lose your job.

Real Reasons To Why Unemployment Rate Stays The Way It Is! The main reasons why some are not working.

  1. DEAD
  2. BORN
  3. IN PRISON
  4. IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
  5. IN MIDDLE SCHOOL
  6. IN HIGH SCHOOL
  7. IN COLLEGE FULL TIME
  8. VOLUNTEER
  9. DISABLED
  10. INFLATION
  11. STAY AT HOME PARENT
  12. LACK OF TRANSPORTATION OR BABYSITTING
  13. RETIRED
  14. QUIT ON THEIR OWN
  15. TERMINATED FROM EMPLOYMENT
  16. NOT HIRING UNQUALIFIED
  17. NOT HIRING TOO QUALIFIED
  18. ACTIVE MILITARY
  19. NATURAL DISASTERS
  20. MASS SHOOTINGS DISRUPTING DAILY ROUTINE
  21. RACISM
  22. WAGE THEFT
  23. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE ON JOB POSTING BUT DECEPTION UPON HIRING
  24. BEING LAID OFF DUE TO CLOSING OR STAFF REDUCTION
  25. DESTRUCTION TO FACILITY OR PROPRETY
  26. OUTSOURCING JOBS TO OTHER STATES OR COUNTRIES
  27. BEING UNDOCUMENTED IN FEAR OF I.C.E. OR U.S. AGENCIES
  28. BEING PUBLICLY OUTED ON SOCIAL MEDIA DOING SHAMEFUL ACTS
  29. PARTICIPATING IN UNCIVIL OR VIOLENT PROTESTS
  30. PUBLICLY SUPPORTING OR PROTESTING AGAINST ISRAEL

Jobs are looking good despite fears.

Companies are cautious about hiring employees. With the average wages stagnant, many are not looking forward to returning to a job that pays dirt wages. Many who worked in the retail, restaurant and low end service industry are not willing to take a job for less than $10 an hour. Matter of fact, no one can survive on $15 an hour.

Republicans don't see the bigger picture itself. They rather continue to believe in conspiracies about people collecting the safety net and not going back to work.

Give them a liveable wage and maybe things might improve in the job market.

We can't always assume that folks are lazy. People are literally dying from being exposed to the coronavirus, gun violence and folks are tired of the status quo of their jobs.

Many single mothers are having trouble trying to find quality daycare or family members to watch children. On top of that, some have lost family members due to the pandemic. A homemaker may have lost their spouse. Some may have no choice but to watch their children or loved ones due to the aftermath of the pandemic.

Trump is on the Epstein list despite the far right claiming he isn't.

Folks are still trying to rebound from medical bills, late rent payments, owing taxes and college loans.

Republicans are white nationalists without a conscience.

Trump's presidency and Republican controlled governments are incompetent. Their leadership has killed millions of Americans. Biden has a slim majority in Congress and things can't be done with obstruction from both parties.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.

We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.

Keep pressure on them with Israel.

Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid. Our taxpayer money should help Israel any further.

They are feeling it. Democrats know the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies. They know that Biden is under extreme pressure to do something. Arab Americans, Muslim and young voters have vowed to never back Biden putting his reelection chances in danger.

The call number to the White House and U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official White House numbers 202-456-1111 and 202-456-1414. This is the Congress official phone number, 202-224-3121. Please be respectful to operators, staff members and elected leaders. Your calls are monitored by the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Capitol Police.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.

0 To 60 On A Judge! [NSFW]

Superhuman attack on a judge.

Be warned, graphic images and video.

A Las Vegas judge was shaken up by a defendant who leaped into her lap and started attacking her. The suspect will certainly be listed as one of the most dumbest criminals.

In a courtroom hearing on Thursday, Deobra Delone Redden jumped over the bench, attacked Clark County Judge Mary Kay Holthus and court officials. He will immediately be labeled an "unrependent violent offender."

He will have that label on his record equal to "violent sexual offender."

Holthus falling back from her seat against a wall as the defendant flung himself over the judge’s bench and grabbed her hair, toppling an American flag onto them. The judge suffered some injuries but was not hospitalized, courthouse officials said.

Redden was jailed on $54,000 bail and refused to return to court on Thursday on new charges, so a judge rescheduled his next appearance for Jan. 9. Redden, 30, faces 13 counts including extortion and coercion with force. Seven of the new counts are battery on a protected person, referring to the judge and officers who came to her aid.

Redden tried to put on the "I'm not a monster" scheme before he attacked.

Redden had to be wrestled off the judge Wednesday by several court and jail officers and courtroom staff members — including some who were seen throwing punches. One courtroom marshal was hospitalized for treatment of a bleeding gash on his forehead and a dislocated shoulder.

“It happened so fast it was hard to know what to do,” said Richard Scow, the chief county district attorney, who was prosecuting Redden for allegedly attacking a person with a baseball bat last year.

Redden’s sentencing was not immediately rescheduled.

Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson said the suspect’s criminal record is marked by mostly violent offenses and includes prior convictions for three felonies and nine misdemeanors. He said Redden should be held without bail as “an extreme danger to the community and a flight risk.”

“He’s been violent his entire adult life,” Wolfson said.

Redden’s defense attorney on Wednesday, Caesar Almase, declined to comment Thursday.

At the sentencing hearing, Redden wasn’t shackled or in jail garb because he had been released from custody as part of a deal with prosecutors, in which he pleaded guilty in November to a reduced charge of attempted battery resulting in substantial injuries. He was initially charged in the baseball bat attack with assault with a deadly weapon, court records show.

On Wednesday, he wore a white shirt and dark pants as he stood next to his attorney and asked the judge for leniency while describing himself as “a person who never stops trying to do the right thing no matter how hard it is.“

Maybe it's time for a retirement.

“I’m not a rebellious person,” he told the judge, later adding that he doesn’t think he should be sent to prison. “But if it’s appropriate for you, then you have to do what you have to do.”

As the judge made it clear she intended to put him behind bars, and the court marshal moved to handcuff him and take him into custody, Redden yelled expletives and charged forward — amid screams from people who had been sitting with him in the courtroom audience, including his foster mother.

Records show Redden, who lives in Las Vegas, was evaluated and found competent to stand trial in the battery case before pleading guilty to the reduced charge. He previously served prison time in Nevada on a domestic battery conviction, records show.

Holthus was a career prosecutor with more than 27 years of courthouse experience when she was elected to the state court bench in 2018.

That attack will put the suspect in the iron college for at least 10 years.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Education In Bloodshed: Mass Shooting In Iowa! [NSFW]

First school shooting of the year.

Be warned, the video footage could be graphic.

This is the first school shooting of the year. Republicans are not concerned about gun violence or the life of the living. They rather be concerned about a fetus than a living human being who hopes to have a dream to be a parent one day.

Gun violence is the No. 1 threat in the United States.

Iowa, a state that went to Donald J. Trump in 2016 and 2020 is controlled by Republicans and gerrymandered to favor Republicans. The governor Kim Reynolds is a Republican who endorsed Republican governor Ron DeSantis for president. Trump is currently leading in the state primary polling.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Kim Reynolds, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) and the U.S. House Republican members react to the latest mass shooting.

The mass shooting happened at a high school in Perry, a city about 45 miles from Des Moines.

Dallas County Sheriff Adam Infante said the shooting occurred before school was set to start, so there were few students and faculty in Perry High School.

The suspect in the shooting has died of what investigators believe is a self-inflicted gunshot wound, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press. The official was not authorized to publicly discuss details of the investigation and spoke to The AP on condition of anonymity.

The shooting occurred in the backdrop of the Iowa caucuses and not far from where Republican presidential candidates were campaigning.

An active shooter was reported at 7:37 a.m. Thursday morning and officers arrived seven minutes later, Infante said. He added during a news conference that officers located multiple people with injuries, but couldn’t confirm how many there were or their conditions. A spokeperson for UnityPoint Health, which operates the Des Moines hospital, confirmed the two gunshot victims arriving there.

An enormous number of emergency vehicles surrounded the building that houses both the town’s middle school and high school.

Zander Shelley, 15, was in a hallway waiting for the school day to start when he heard gunshots and dashed into a classroom, according to his father, Kevin Shelley. Zander was grazed twice and hid in the classroom before texting his father at 7:36 a.m.

Kevin Shelley, who drives a garbage truck, told his boss he had to run. “It was the most scared I’ve been in my entire life,” he said.

Rachael Kares, an 18-year-old senior, was wrapping up jazz band practice when she and her bandmates heard what she described as four gunshots, spaced apart.

“We all just jumped,” Kares said. “My band teacher looked at us and yelled, ‘Run!’ So we ran.”

Kares and many others from the school ran out past the football field, as she heard people yelling, “Get out! Get out!” She said she heard additional shots as she ran, but didn’t know how many. She was more concerned about getting home to her 3-year-old son.

“At that moment I didn’t care about anything except getting out because I had to get home with my son,” she said.

FBI agents from the Omaha-Des Moines office were on scene to help with the investigation led by the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation.

“There are a bunch of speculative numbers floating around,” said Dirk Cavanaugh, Perry’s mayor. “We have no confirmed numbers of who was involved yet.”

Erica Jolliff said that her daughter, a ninth grader, reported getting rushed from the school grounds at 7:45 am. Distraught, Jolliff was still looking for her son Amir, a sixth grader, one hour later.

“I just want to know that he’s safe and OK,” Jolliff said. “They won’t tell me nothing.”

The No. 1 issue in the United States is gun violence. A problem that never seems to be solved through federal legislation and state legislation. According to the Republican Party, National Rifle Association, Gun Owner's of America, some Democrats and extremists love the Second Amendment. Of course, they want to silence dissent when it comes to stopping gun violence and opposition to Israel's genocide in Palestine.

Are you getting tired of this?

What happens is we cover it for a few days, get reaction from President Joe Biden, a state governor or a mayor about the latest mass shooting in the country.

We talk about the weapon of choice for mass shootings. The calls for more gun reform grow only for Republicans and some Democrats to balk at it.

Republicans will say "Now it's not the time to talk about gun violence."

These murderers don't have mental illness. They are calculated and prepared. It happened to be a moment where they have the opportunity to take out lives. There's no sickness in the head. Most mass shooters legally obtain their assault rifles without little background checks. They have likely no criminal history and they are willing to use the assault weapon in the only thing it's good for: Killing numerous lives.

I dismiss this ridiculous notion that criminals are the problem, not the guns. Firearms are often obtained through legal purchases.

Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem. The problem is lawmakers not willing to stop gun violence.

THE NICE GUY IS THE MOST DANGEROUS PERSON WITH A FIREARM. THOSE WHO ARE SPURN BY RELATIONSHIPS, THE WORKPLACE, SOCIETY IN GENERAL WILL SEEK REVENGE BY TAKING OUT LIVES. THEY WANT TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS OF MASSACRING THEIR FELLOW HUMAN BEING.

THE JUNK FOOD MEDIA AND POLITICIANS ADD FUEL TO THE FIRE BY AMPING UP POLARIZING RHETORIC.

What to do to protect your life.

1. Run - If you hear sounds like firecrackers, popping sounds or suspicious activities around a large gathering (i.e. malls, stores, clubs, public gatherings), if you can flee, run away from the shooter. Do not run in a straight path of the sight. Move around and zig-zag if possible to keep yourself out the line of fire. It's best to not film a shooter commiting the act. If you are willing to risk your life for a viral video, more power to you but its best to stay out of the line of fire by running away.

2. Hide - If you are involved in an active shooting, you must barricade yourself in a room and keep doors locked, lights off, phones on silent. Do not go into restrooms, lockers and kitchens. Those are most likely places where shooters often go. If you can barricade a room to prevent a shooter from getting in, it eliminate the opportunity for the shooter to get through. Make sure you keep your voice low when you're involved in mass shooting. Call 9-1-1 if you can.

3. Fight - If you are willing to risk your life or willing to film the incident, you have no choice but to fight. Make sure you grab something that is powerful enough to disarm a shooter. Do not confront a shooter in the midst of sight. Make yourself not visible if you're trying to fight. Do not think being a "good guy with a gun" is going to stop a bad guy. The cops don't see good guys trying to stop bad guys. They see active shooters and they will shoot anyone who is armed regardless of the matter. If you're ready to fight, be prepared to die. It's best to not be easily seen if you're trying to stop a shooter. If you're a conceal carry and attempt to disarm an active shooter, you are willing to sacrifice your life to save lives. You are willing to go hero, you could die a hero or an idiot.

4. Realize - Mind you, that the types of firearms used by shooter are based on capacity which limits the time of reaction. As with rule 3, you have only less than a second to make a reaction when the shooter is set on sights. So there's no real solution to save your life in the event of an active shooter. The best thing to do is understand, that anywhere in the United States could be a target of a mass shooting. Congress isn't doing a damn thing about it.

The far right often infiltrate protests and cause chaos to paint progressives protests as violent. Even when the far right attacked the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, they believed that far left members infiltrated the mob. Ignore the fact that Washed Up 45 and his allies urged the supporters to come, called for them to protest and told them to not show weakness.

According to the far rightWhite shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. Almost all mass shooters are registered Democrats because they have liked one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white. They say a white person should "protect" from protesters and use of firearms are justified. They say if a shooter is active military or a veteran who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens, the far right automatically assume the gunmen are Black.

The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox, Twitter and they force it into national news. They make the case to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Democrats, Rev. Al Sharpton and rap music for Black on whatever violence. Republican lawmakers who do not live in urban neighborhoods often troll social media to talk about gun violence or crime in Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee and New York City while not doing a damn thing to stop it. If a white person shoots a Black person, the shooter is given the benefit of doubt. White shooters are given glowing profiles about their perfect lives and how friends noticed something but refused to do something. When it comes to Black shooters, automatic vilification. They don't see mental illness. They see it as gang violence, allegedly fatherless homes, Democratic policies or the need for more firearms. The far right and Republicans exploit gun violence in the Black community for culture wars and racism.

Kim Reynolds will do nothing but pivot to crime in Chicago.

Republicans solutions are more guns, blame others for America's social ills and defect from accepting reality.

You're not safe at home, in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the beach, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the road trip, the natural disasters, the state/federal buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events, the homeless shelter and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.

Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of never ending tragedy. Gun violence, extremism and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how gun reform is taking away your rights to own firearms.

I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth.

When you hear folks say "gun rights," what they really mean is that its white privilege. This good guy with a gun nonsense has to end. The cops didn't do nothing when children were shot inside a school. A security guard was shot dead trying to protect shoppers. A cop accidentally shot his own. The good guy who tried to stop a bad guy is outgunned and a part of the rule #3.

Remember #3 means: The "good guy with a gun" better be prepared to die if they want to stop a shooter.

I don't want to hear folks say masks and vaccine mandates impede their freedoms. It prevents a deadly outbreak from spreading. If you want to die from the coronavirus, that's on you. We lost over 1 million people from the coronavirus.

I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. Cause a bullet does not have eyes and it's always likely gonna hit a target. These folks seem to not get it. These incidents are a tragic part of American history. Thoughts and prayers and your heart going out to the victims is not enough. It quite frankly is an insult. I am also tired of scapegoating Black on Black crime, Chicago, Baltimore and Democratic mayors for the nation's obsession to be numb to gun violence. You pretty much enable this nonsense by deflecting.

The old man and the MILF. Chuck Grassley and Joni Ernst responded to the mass shooting at a high school in Perry, Iowa.

President Joe Biden is trying to curb gun violence. However, he has no support from Republicans. Most Democrats and America are for gun control measures. However one Democrat and one independent who caucuses with the Democrats in the Senate refuse to change the filibuster rules and its holding us back.

The National Rifle Association is always pushing against gun control. They will not relinquish from the narrative. These guns are not saving lives. The Republicans aided by a fickle junk food media are openly encouraging anarchy and disruption in a desperate attempt for the Republicans to win back Congress and the White House. These agitators are calling for Biden to curb crime but will not help him. They want more guns on the street but balk at the fact Blacks obtain them. It makes no sense.

So in closing, expect more.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence

D-List!

Name drop.

Jeffrey Epstein died in 2019 while awaiting his sentencing. He was found hanging from bed sheets. Some believe that it was no accident. He was a wealthy business executive and perhaps one of the most notorious sex traffickers in American history.

He had connections to well known politicians and celebrities. His private island located in the U.S. Virgin Islands was a place where many were alleged to conduct sexual acts on underage girls. He was a pedophile and had a possible blackmail list.

“Here’s a direct quote: ‘If I said what I know about both candidates, they’d have to cancel the election.’ That’s what Jeffrey told me in 2016,” Mark Epstein told the far right tabloid The New York Post.

Names are being revealed.

Former presidents, a British royal, scholars, lawyers, actors and business executives could be revealed.

Virginia Giuffre, a victim of Epstein's exploits had sued him and won. She gave details about the names of those who visited and some who were engaged in sex acts.

The list was sealed for years. Now under a court order, the list is revealed and it could spell doom for some. Others will just deny it, continue to claim the "deep state" and have a propaganda machine divert to President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Hunter Biden, Prince Harry, Duchess Meghan or some phony outrage.

Some will obsess over one former president while some obsess over the other.

Epstein's former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell, a British American socialite now convicted sexual predator is currently serving 20 years in federal time out.

The 42nd and 45th Presidents of the United States were named on the list.

Comics are going to have field day.

A former lawyer for O.J. Simpson and the 45th President of the United States.

The Duke of York, a British prince who is the 12th in line for the crown.

Allegations that Bill Richardson, Kenneth Starr and David Copperfield were there.

Richardson and Starr have passed away.

The documents released Wednesday are the first 40 of more than 200 that will be unsealed in coming days. While many bold-faced names appear in the documents, not all of the people named are accused of misconduct. And all of the men accused by Giuffre and others in depositions of acting illegally have denied any wrongdoing.

In a 2016 deposition included in the filings, Giuffre says Maxwell directed her to have sex with Prince Andrew, billionaire Glenn Dubin, model scout Jean-Luc Brunel and artificial intelligence researcher Marvin Minsky. Giuffre also said Maxwell directed her to give a “massage” to former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson.

Several names in Giuffre’s deposition remain redacted.

Ghislaine Maxwell will reveal names in order to starve off time.

In an email to Maxwell included in the documents, Epstein tells her to “issue a reward” to any friends or family members of Giuffre’s who would be willing to discredit her accusations.

One document alleges that Epstein forced an underage girl, whose identify remains sealed, to have sex with former Donald J. Trump lawyer Alan Dershowitz on numerous occasions. It also states that Epstein trafficked her “for sexual purposes to many other powerful men, including numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well-known Prime Minister, and other world leaders.”

One such document alleges that Epstein once told Johanna Sjoberg, one of his accusers, that former President Bill Clinton “likes them young, referring to girls.” In another, Maxwell says that Clinton flew on Epstein’s private plane but couldn’t confirm how many times. Clinton previously denied allegations of visiting Epstein’s properties and having knowledge of his crimes.

Sjoberg also identifies magician David Copperfield as a friend of Epstein’s and said he asked her if she was “aware that girls were getting paid to find other girls.”

She also said she overheard Epstein on the phone saying he needed to “find some girls” in Hawaii for celebrity hairstylist Frédéric Fekkai.

U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska ordered the identifying documents to be made public last month, allowing a 14-day grace period for anyone named in them to appeal their inclusion.

Two people who requested to keep their names sealed, known only as Doe 107 and Doe 110, would not be immediately named, Preska said in a court order Wednesday.

Doe 107 was granted an extension of time, until Jan. 22, to make a case that revealing her name would cause her physical harm. Doe 110’s plea remained under review by the court, Preska said.

“The Court will render its determination on the documents relating to Does 107 and 110 in due course,” Preska said.

The judge had previously said that names would be redacted if it was determined that their release would “disclose sensitive information regarding an alleged minor victim of sexual abuse who has not spoken publicly and who has maintained his or her privacy.”

Giuffre ― formerly known as Virginia Roberts ― met Maxwell when she was working at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club in 2000.

Murda On 2023!

Uncle Murda back.

He's back.

Brooklyn rapper Uncle Murda comes out swinging. He takes aim at 2023 and does his usual wrap up and dissing of celebrities, politicians and people in the news.

Uncle Murda aims at Sexyy Red, Sean "Puffy" Combs, Jada Pinkett Smith, Jamie Foxx, Donald J. Trump, Will Smith, Blueface, Offset, Cardi B, Andre 3000 and others.

There are two parts to it.

Combs is getting the worse of Uncle Murda's diss.

Shit, crazy crazy!

Lyrics will be added later.

Terror Attack In Iran!

Israel carried out a terrorist attack in Iran.

Be Warned There Is Graphic Images.

Israel will claim that its actions are justified. They will claim its antisemitism or blood libel if you claim their actions are war crimes and acts of terrorism.

Just you wait, Israel will be driving the U.S. down with them.

Like with the Lebanon drone strike that killed Saleh al-Arouri, it is likely Israel that carried out a bombing inside Iran. The Israeli government will deny it and it will use the junk food media in the West to claim it was a rogue group of individuals.

Israel has a known habit of invading countries through the Mossad and have targeted Iranians in the past. They have used lethal bombings and often tried false flag operations to escape fault.

More illegal acts and justifications for Iran, Syria, Egypt, Yemen, Turkey Lebanon and Iraq to retaliate.

And of course, it will pull the U.S. into it. Because President Joe Biden wants to help keep the status quo between Israel and the U.S. when it comes to shared partnership.

I know that this is going to escalate to an all out war. Israel just thinks it can get away with it.

The twin explosions struck a procession going towards Qasem Soleimani's tomb in the Golzar Shohada cemetery (Martyrs' Cemetery), around the Saheb al-Zaman mosque, to commemorate the fourth anniversary of his death. The first explosion occurred 700 metres from Soleimani’s grave near a parking lot, while the second occurred one kilometre away at Shohada (Martyrs) Street, where many had fled, preventing the explosives' detection at the security gates. The explosions occurred between 10 to 15 minutes apart. According to Iranian media reports, the attack was carried out using two briefcase bombs placed at the entrance. The explosives were detonated remotely using a control device. A witness said one of the bombs was placed inside a trash bin. The deputy governor of Kerman Province said the incident was a terrorist attack.

At least 103 people were killed and at least another 211 were injured, including three paramedics who responded to the site of the first explosion and were caught in the second blast. Most of the fatalities were believed to have been killed in the second explosion. Several of the injured were trampled in the panic that followed the explosions.

Reza Fallah, head of the Kerman Red Crescent Society, told state television the huge crowd was making it hard to get the wounded out.

Other videos aired by Iranian media showed dozens of bodies strewn around with some bystanders trying to help survivors and others hurrying to leave the blast area.

"A terrible sound was heard there, despite all the security and safety measures. We are still investigating," Fallah said.

The U.S. assassination of Soleimani in a drone attack at Baghdad airport and Tehran's retaliation by attacking two Iraq military bases that house U.S. troops brought the United States and Iran close to full-blown conflict in 2020.

As chief commander of the elite Quds force, the overseas arm of Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Soleimani ran clandestine operations in foreign countries and was a key figure in Iran's long-standing campaign to drive U.S. forces out of the Middle East.

Tensions between Iran and Israel, along with its ally the United States, have reached a new high over Israel's war on Iranian-backed Hamas militants in Gaza in retaliation for their Oct. 7 rampage through southern Israel.

Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi militia have attacked ships they say have links to Israel in the entrance to the Red Sea, one of the world's busiest shipping lanes.

U.S. forces have come under attack by Iran-backed militants in Iraq and Syria over Washington's backing of Israel and have carried out their own retaliatory air strikes.

On Monday an Israeli air strike killed a senior commander of Iran's Revolutionary Guards in Syria.

Iran has in the past blamed Israel for attacks on individual people or places within its borders - claims which Israel has neither confirmed nor denied - but there was no indication of any involvement of a foreign state in the explosions at Wednesday's ceremony.

In other words, Reuters says, "Trust us, it wasn't Israel."

7 Million L's!

Game Over.

Jayceon Taylor, you constantly taking L's and it's not looking good for you in 2024. He finally got the serving he asked for. I mean he's been ducking and dodging this for seven years. Now it's finally time for The Game to pay up.

The former G-Unit rapper has been ordered to pay the $7 million to a woman who accused of him of sexual assault. This time, he can't avoid it. He must pay the full amount, forfeit all earnings and his publishing will be seized upon the order.

The Game had a crash course during his brief time with Dr. Dre and 50 Cent. He was added to the group when 50 Cent was blowing up. Jimmy Iovine, then CEO of Interscope and Dr. Dre thought it would help build the brand and give Game an opportunity to shine.

Game shortly proved to be difficult to work with. When 50 was going after rappers who he felt were siding with Ja Rule, Game decided to stay neutral and felt it worth it to work with them. Then Game claimed that 50 didn't have much of an impact on his album. Three of the six songs had 50 Cent and two of the songs without him were written with his input. That led to 50 publicly stating that he was firing Game out the cannon with G-Unit and Aftermath Entertainment.

Game infuriated by the firing came to Hot 97 studios with his crew. The crew got into a fight with G-Unit's security and one member got shot. Game and 50 were ordered to make peace. Which they did in front of cameras. But the feud did not settle down. Game and 50 were trading shots. Game decided to release his most harshest diss aimed at 50 and G-Unit called 300 Bars and Runnin. The freestyle was one of the most brutal disses aimed at the media mogul and internet troll.

Game was let go from Aftermath and signed on to Geffen to release his four albums before he ended up being on the independent circuit.

Priscilla Rainey.

The Game and his huge ego led to the reality television for a sexual assault incident in which he failed to show up to court. Now almost his entire catalog is owed to her.

Somehow he's bipolar on his rhetoric.

That means his royalties when he was signed to Geffen, Interscope, Aftermath Entertainment, G-Unit and Empire are all going to Ms. Priscilla Rainey.

Rainey accused him of creating shell companies to avoid paying her the $7 million judgment she previously won, XXL Magazine reported. According to court documents obtained by the outlet, Rainey and The Game’s manager, Cash Jones-AKA Wack 100, testified in court earlier this month. However, The Game did not appear at the hearing.

Rainey claimed in her complaint that the rapper, formally known as Jaceyon Taylor, stepped down as manager of JTT Holdings and then transferred the company to his manager, Wack 100. The suit also alleges that JTT Holdings transferred the deed to Wack exclusively, which then prevented her from securing The Game’s property so it could be used to pay off the judgment.

Wack denied any wrongdoings and testified that the home was transferred to him as a means of payment for a debt the rapper owed him.

Rainey informed the court that she has only received $500,000 of the $7 million that The Game owes her.

Rainey hired a private investigator to help her secure the judgment ordered to her from her 2015 lawsuit, in which she accused The Game of sexually assaulted her repeatedly during the filming of his reality show, She’s Got Game.

He may end up losing his license to drive. In California, if you fail to pay court fees, they suspend your license.

Harvard President To Resign!

This is the face of Black women. This is not over. Claudine Gay will return. Hopefully she runs for Congress.

I am dehumanizing them.

You have a choice between a Zionist and a Zionist. One who currently gives Israel billions to commit a genocide. Another who Israel is backing for 2024 because he supports the authoritarians and its government.

Genocide Joe and Diaper Don.

It would be a hard choice between either the incumbent or the supposed Republican candidate if secures enough delegates to be the nominee.

Claudine Gay, the president of Harvard University is stepping down. The pressure from the Zionists and far right forced her to quit.

The mob forced her out.

I bet she ain't voting for Joe Biden or Donald J. Trump.

This was never about plagiarism or anti-semitism, it was about control over a Black woman and forcing her to resign because of some simpleton from New York who wanted to put on some performance bullshit for her constituents.

The whole ordeal happened in November 2023 when Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) made bogus claims that Jewish college students felt threatened by Pro Palestinian protesters.

Gay said that there were no confirmed cases of antisemitism and she stated that protesters had a right to support Israel or Palestine as long as it was peaceful.

Israel, members of Congress, Fox and Breitbart began the process of forcing her to resign.

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris looked the other way.

Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), Rep. Lori Trahan (D-MA), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MI), Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA) and House Minority Whip Katherine Clark (D-MA) look the other way.

Israel commits war crimes.

Students protest.

The junk food media starts equating anti-Zionism as anti-semitism. Thus Republicans decided to use it as a weapon to stifle free speech.

This white simpleton Elise Stefanik claims victory.

The downfall of Harvard’s president has elevated the threat of unearthing plagiarism, a cardinal sin in academia, as a possible new weapon in conservative attacks on higher education.

Claudine Gay’s resignation Tuesday followed weeks of mounting accusations that she lifted language from other scholars in her doctoral dissertation and journal articles. The allegations surfaced amid backlash over her congressional testimony about antisemitism on campus.

The plagiarism allegations came not from her academic peers but her political foes, led by conservatives who sought to oust Gay and put her career under intense scrutiny in hopes of finding a fatal flaw. Her detractors charged that Gay — who has a Ph.D. in government, was a professor at Harvard and Stanford and headed Harvard’s largest division before being promoted — got the top job in large part because she is a Black woman.

Christopher Rufo, a conservative activist who helped orchestrate the effort, celebrated her departure as a win in his campaign against elite institutions of higher education. On X, formerly Twitter, he wrote “SCALPED,” as if Gay was a trophy of violence, invoking a gruesome practice taken up by white colonists who sought to eradicate Native Americans.

“Tomorrow, we get back to the fight,” he said on X, describing a “playbook” against institutions deemed too liberal by conservatives. His latest target: efforts to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in education and business.

“We must not stop until we have abolished DEI ideology from every institution in America,” he said. In another post, he announced a new “plagiarism hunting fund,” vowing to “expose the rot in the Ivy League and restore truth, rather than racialist ideology, as the highest principle in academic life.”

Gay didn’t directly address the plagiarism accusations in a campus letter announcing her resignation, but she noted she was troubled to see doubt cast on her commitment “to upholding scholarly rigor.” She also indirectly nodded to the December congressional hearing that started the onslaught of criticism, where she did not say unequivocally that calls for the genocide of Jews would violate Harvard policy.

This dick pushed for the removal of Claudine Gay.

Her departure comes just six months after becoming Harvard’s first Black president.

As the figureheads of their universities, presidents often face heightened scrutiny, and numerous leaders have been felled by plagiarism scandals. Stanford University’s president resigned last year amid findings that he manipulated scientific data in his research. A president of the University of South Carolina resigned in 2021 after he lifted parts of his speech at a graduation ceremony.

In Gay’s case, many academics were troubled with how the plagiarism came to light: as part of a coordinated campaign to discredit Gay and force her from office, in part because of her involvement in efforts for racial justice on campus. Her resignation came after calls for her ouster from prominent conservatives including Stefanik, a Harvard alumna, and Bill Ackman, a billionaire hedge fund manager who has donated millions to Harvard.

The campaign against Gay and other Ivy League presidents has become part of a broader right-wing effort to remake higher education, which has often been seen as a bastion of liberalism. Republican detractors have sought to gut funding for public universities, roll back tenure and banish initiatives that make colleges more welcoming to students of color, disabled students and the LGBTQ+ community. They also have aimed to limit how race and gender are discussed in classrooms.

Walter M. Kimbrough, the former president of the historically Black Dillard University, said what unfolded at Harvard reminded him of an adage from his mother, a Black graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, in the 1950s.

Some extremist drove a truck around Boston with the names of pro Palestinian protesters in an attempt to dox them.

As a Black person in academia, “you always have to be twice, three times as good,” he said.

“There are going to be people, particularly if they have any inkling that the person of color is not the most qualified, who will label them a ‘DEI hire,’ like they tried to label her,” Kimbrough said. “If you want to lead an institution like (Harvard) … there are going to be people who are looking to disqualify you.”

Reviews by conservative activists and then by a Harvard committee did find multiple shortcomings in Gay’s academic citations. In dozens of instances first published by The Washington Free Beacon, a conservative website, Gay’s work includes long stretches of prose that mirror language from other published works. A review ordered by Harvard acknowledged “duplicative language” and missing quotation marks, but it concluded the errors “were not considered intentional or reckless” and didn’t rise to misconduct.

Harvard previously said Gay updated her dissertation and requested corrections from journals.

Among her critics in conservative circles and academia, the findings are clear evidence that Gay, as the top academic at the pinnacle of U.S. higher education, is unfit to serve. Her defenders say it isn’t so clear-cut.

In highly specialized fields, scholars often use similar language to describe the same concepts, said Davarian Baldwin, a historian at Trinity College who writes about race and higher education. Gay clearly made mistakes, he said, but with the spread of software designed to detect plagiarism, it wouldn’t be hard to find similar overlap in works by other presidents and professors.

Conservatives launched another culture war against elite universities and HBCUs.

The tool becomes dangerous, he added, when it “falls into the hands of those who argue that academia in general is a cesspool of incompetence and bad actors.”

John Pelissero, a former interim college president who now works for the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics, said instances of plagiarism deserve to be evaluated individually and that it’s not always so cut and dried.

“You’re looking for whether there was intentionality to mislead or inappropriately borrow other people’s ideas in your work,” Pelissero said. “Or was there an honest mistake?”

Without commenting on the merits of the allegations against Gay, President Irene Mulvey of the American Association of University Professors said she fears plagiarism investigations could be “weaponized” to pursue a political agenda.

“There is a right-wing political attack on higher education right now, which feels like an existential threat to the academic freedom that has made American higher education the envy of the world,” Mulvey said.

She worries Gay’s departure will put a new strain on college presidents. In addition to their work courting donors, policymakers and alumni, presidents are supposed to protect faculty from interference so they can research unimpeded.

“For presidents to be taken down like this, it does not bode well for academic freedom,” she said. “I think it’ll chill the climate for academic freedom. And it may make university presidents less likely to speak out against this inappropriate interference for fear of losing their jobs or being targeted.”

Israel Conducts An Illegal Airstrike In Beirut!

Saleh al-Arouri was killed in an Israeli drone strike in Beirut, Lebanon. The country and many others condemn it and warn that retaliation is happening.

What would happen if Syria, Lebanon and Yemen decided to use indiscriminate force on Tel Aviv or Jerusalem?

I mean, folks living in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem are acting like nothing is ever going to happen to them.

Posting their privileged lifes, partying in clubs, sunbathing at beaches, mocking Palestinians, feeling comfortable in a country they stole from its rightful inhabitants.

Americans, Europeans and some Africans who identify as Jewish have a right to live in Israel whereas those who are Muslim, Christian or other religion are scrutinized and shunned.

Israel continues to thumb its nose at the United States. They are rooting for Donald J. Trump to return to power. They vow to continue this genocide regardless of what anyone says.

The Arab League does not view Hamas as a terrorist group. Turkey and Iran warned Israel that airstrikes or targeted killings will result in retaliation.

Lebanon vows revenge after Israel conducted an airstrike by drone on a senior Hamas official inside a commercial building in downtown Beirut.

Saleh al-Arouri was killed in an indiscriminate drone strike. He was a senior leader of Hamas, and a founding commander of its military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades. He was also said to be the deputy chairman of Hamas's political bureau, and Hamas's military commander of the West Bank, although he lived in Lebanon at the time of his death.

Al-Arouri was described as "a capable, charismatic, suspicious, and shrewd operator, with excellent connections". The government of the United States accused al-Arouri of having been, "a high-ranking Hamas military leader dating back to his role as a Hamas student cell leader at Hebron University in the early 1990s." He also served as a recruiter, and was actively involved in raising and transferring funds on behalf of Hamas. The US had put a $5 million bounty on his head. He was killed during the 2023 Israel–Hamas war by an Israeli airstrike.

Think if Russia did this act in Ukraine... The U.S. and European Union would condemn it. But since it's in Lebanon and done by Israel, not a word.

Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA) said: "'Four people were martyred and a number of others injured when the Hamas office was targeted."

Al-Arouri was a founding member of the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas's military wing that Israel has been fighting in the Gaza Strip since the group launched a brutal terrorist attack on October 7 that killed around 1,200 Israelis.

Previously, Israel has warned Hezbollah - an Iranian-backed group that supports Hamas - that the IDF could strike in Lebanon.

In November, Israel's minister for defence Yoav Gallant warned Hezbollah's secretary general, Hassan Nasrallah: "If you hear that we have attacked Beirut, you will understand that Nasrallah has crossed that line."

Prime Minister Najib Mikati issued a statement late Tuesday condemning an explosion in the southern suburbs of the capital Beirut, calling it a "new Israeli crime."

The Palestinian resistance group Hamas confirmed the assassination of its deputy chief Saleh Arouri in the blast.

Hamas said two commanders of its armed wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades, were also killed.

Lebanon’s official National News Agency earlier reported that Arouri was killed in an Israeli drone strike on a Hamas office in Mecherfeh in southern Beirut. At least six people were killed in the attack.

"This explosion aims to usher Lebanon into a new phase of confrontations following the daily ongoing attacks in the south, which result in a significant number of martyrs and injuries," he added.

“Lebanon is committed to the resolutions of international legitimacy, especially (UN) Resolution 1701,'' he said.

“However, it is Israel that has breached and surpassed the resolution, as it remains unsatisfied with the level of death and destruction. It is evident to all that the decision of war rests in Israel's hands, and it is imperative to restrain and halt its aggression,'' Mikati said.

In this respect, Lebanon intends to file an urgent complaint with the UN Security Council against Israel in light of the attack, the Prime Minister’s Office said in a statement.

Lebanon has previously lodged several complaints against Israel in the Security Council, including cases related to targeting journalists in southern Lebanon and the occupying border towns.

South Africa Submits Israeli War Crimes Allegations To International Court Of Justice!

When Israel launched its one sided, indiscriminate war in Gaza, it had the backing of the United States, Great Britain and European Union. When Israeli leaders started using collective punishment, forced displacement, dehumanizing rhetoric and a smear campaign against critics, the tide turned.

When the Israeli government continues its push with indiscriminate attacks on Gaza, the West Bank, East Jerusalem, Golan Heights and targeted assassinations of Iranian officials, the world said, "Israel is not defending itself."

Several Democratic lawmakers have called Israel a racist apartheid. They ended up being censured or forced to apologize for saying it.

The public wants a ceasefire but President Joe Biden continues to ignore this and offers Israel more military aid. It is taking a toll on his job approval.

South Africa has had enough. They formally filed criminal charges against Israel.

It launched a case Friday at the United Nations’ top court accusing Israel of genocide against Palestinians in Gaza and asking the court to order Israel to halt its attacks — the first such challenge made at the court over the current war. Israel swiftly rejected the filing “with disgust.”

South Africa’s submission to the International Court of Justice alleges that “acts and omissions by Israel ... are genocidal in character” as they are committed with the intent “to destroy Palestinians in Gaza” as a part of the broader Palestinian national, racial and ethnic group.

South Africa has been a fierce critic of Israel’s military campaign in Gaza. Many there, including President Cyril Ramaphosa, have compared Israel’s policies regarding Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank with South Africa’s past apartheid regime of racial segregation. Israel rejects such allegations.

South Africa asked The Hague-based court to issue an interim order for Israel to immediately suspend its military operations in Gaza. A hearing into that request is likely in the coming days or weeks. The case, if it goes ahead, will take years, but an interim order could be issued within weeks.

The Israeli government rejected “with disgust” the genocide accusations, calling it a “blood libel.” A Foreign Ministry statement said South Africa’s case lacks a legal foundation and constitutes a “despicable and contemptuous exploitation” of the court.

Israel also accused South Africa of cooperating with Hamas, the Palestinian militant group behind the deadly Oct. 7 attack in southern Israel that triggered the ongoing war.

The statement also said Israel operates according to international law and focuses its military actions solely against Hamas, adding that the residents of Gaza are not an enemy. It asserted that it takes steps to minimize harm to civilians and to allow humanitarian aid to enter the territory.

South Africa can bring the case under the Genocide Convention because both it and Israel are signatories to it.

Whether the case will succeed in halting the war remains to be seen. While the court’s orders are legally binding, they are not always followed. In March 2022, the court ordered Russia to halt hostilities in Ukraine, a binding legal ruling that Moscow flouted as it pressed ahead with its attacks.

South Africa’s foreign ministry said in a statement that the country is “gravely concerned with the plight of civilians caught in the present Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip due to the indiscriminate use of force and forcible removal of inhabitants.”

The ministry added that there are “ongoing reports of international crimes, such as crimes against humanity and war crimes, being committed as well as reports that acts meeting the threshold of genocide or related crimes as defined in the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide, have been and may still be committed in the context of the ongoing massacres in Gaza.”

South Africa’s president earlier accused Israel of war crimes and acts “tantamount to genocide.” And South Africa last month pushed for the International Criminal Court, which also is based in The Hague, to investigate Israel’s actions in Gaza.

The ICC prosecutes individuals for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide, while the International Court of Justice settles disputes between nations.

In the Israeli-occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Foreign Ministry welcomed South Africa’s accusations against Israel. In a statement on social media, it urged the court to “immediately take action to protect Palestinian people and call on Israel, the occupying power, to halt its onslaught against the Palestinian people.”

Balkees Jarrah, associate international justice director at Human Rights Watch, said South Africa’s case “provides an important opportunity for the International Court of Justice to scrutinize Israel’s actions in Gaza using the Genocide Convention of 1948.” She said South Africa is looking to the United Nations’ highest judicial body “to provide clear, definitive answers on the question of whether Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinian people.”

Jarrah stressed that the ICJ case “is not a criminal case against individual alleged perpetrators, and it does not involve the International Criminal Court (ICC), a separate body. But the ICJ case should also propel greater international support for impartial justice at the ICC and other credible venues.”

Israeli Supreme Court Punts Netanyahu Absolute Power!

Evil.

So what happens next?

Is Israel going to convince the U.S. that Iran developed a nuclear weapon and it is capable of hitting New York City or Washington, DC?

Or is Israel going to launch an attack on an Egyptian, Syrian, Iranian, Jordanian or Lebanese official with the claims that they were terrorists?

Or is Israel just gonna blame Hamas?

Israel’s Supreme Court struck down a key component of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s contentious judicial overhaul Monday, delivering a landmark decision that could reopen the fissures in Israeli society that preceded the country’s ongoing war against Hamas.

The planned overhaul sparked months of mass protests, threatened to trigger a constitutional crisis between the judicial and legislative branches of government, and rattled the cohesion of Israel’s powerful military.

Those divisions were largely put aside after Hamas militants carried out a bloody cross-border attack in southern Israel on Oct. 7, triggering a war that has raged in Gaza for nearly three months. But Monday’s court decision could reignite those tensions even while the country remains at war.

Justice Minister Yariv Levin, a Netanyahu ally and the architect of the overhaul, lambasted the court’s decision, saying it demonstrated “the opposite of the spirit of unity required these days for the success of our soldiers on the front.”

The ruling “will not discourage us,” Levin said without indicating whether the government would try to revive his plan in the short term. “As the campaigns are continuing on different fronts, we will continue to act with restraint and responsibility,” he said.

In Monday’s decision, the court narrowly voted to overturn a law passed in July that prevents judges from striking down government decisions they deem “unreasonable.” Opponents had argued that Netanyahu’s efforts to remove the standard of reasonability opens the door to corruption and improper appointments of unqualified cronies to important positions.

The law was the first in a planned overhaul of the Israeli justice system. The overhaul was put on hold after Hamas militants carried out their Oct. 7 attack, killing some 1,200 people and kidnapping 240 others. Israel immediately declared war, and is pressing forward with an offensive that Palestinian health officials say has killed nearly 22,000 people in Gaza.

In an 8-7 decision, the Supreme Court justices struck down the law because of the “severe and unprecedented harm to the core character of the State of Israel as a democratic country.”

The justices also ruled 12-3 that they had the authority to overturn so-called “Basic Laws,” major pieces of legislation that serve as a sort of constitution for Israel.

It was a significant blow to Netanyahu and his hard-line allies, who claimed the national legislature, not the high court, should have the final word over the legality of legislation and other key decisions. The justices said the Knesset, or parliament, does not have “omnipotent” power.

Netanyahu’s government could decide to ignore Monday’s ruling, setting the stage for a constitutional showdown over which branch of government has ultimate authority.

The court issued its decision because its outgoing president, Esther Hayut, is retiring, and Monday was her last day on the job.

Netanyahu and his allies announced their sweeping plan to reshape the judiciary shortly after taking office a year ago. It calls for curbing the power of the judges, including by limiting the Supreme Court’s ability to review parliamentary decisions and changing the way judges are appointed.

Supporters said the changes aim to strengthen democracy by circumscribing the authority of unelected judges and turning over more powers to elected officials. But opponents see the overhaul as a power grab by Netanyahu, who is on trial for corruption charges, and an assault on a key watchdog.

The Movement for Quality Government in Israel, a good-government group that opposed the legislation, called the Supreme Court’s ruling “a tremendous public victory for those who seek democracy.”

“Only an unreasonable government, one that acts unreasonably, that makes unreasonable moves, abolishes the reasonablility standard,” the group’s chairman, Eliad Shraga, said.

Before the Israel-Hamas war, hundreds of thousands of Israelis took to the streets in weekly protests against the government. Among the demonstrators were military reservists, including fighter pilots and members of other elite units, who said they would stop reporting for duty if the overhaul was passed. Reservists make up the backbone of the Israeli military.

While the reservists quickly returned to duty after the Oct. 7 attacks in a show of unity, it remains unclear what would happen if the overhaul efforts were revived. A resumption of the protests could undermine national unity and affect the military’s readiness if soldiers refused to report for duty.

Under the Israeli system, the prime minister governs through a majority coalition in parliament — in effect, giving him control over the executive and legislative branches of government.

As a result, the Supreme Court plays a critical oversight role. Critics say that by seeking to weaken the judiciary, Netanyahu and his allies are trying to erode the country’s checks and balances and consolidate power over the third, independent branch of government.

Netanyahu’s allies include an array of ultranationalist and religious parties with a list of grievances against the court.

His allies have called for increased West Bank settlement construction, annexation of the occupied territory, perpetuating military draft exemptions for ultra-Orthodox men, and limiting the rights of LGBTQ+ people and Palestinians.

The U.S. had previously urged Netanyahu to put the plans on hold and seek a broad consensus across the political spectrum.

Israel is moving forward with bombing all of Gaza, building settlements in the West Bank, evicting civilians from East Jerusalem, invading Syria, invading Lebanon, plotting targeted assassinations in Iran, Egypt and Turkey, using the U.S. military to attack Yemen and they are happily taking from American taxpayers. It is no secret, they are calling for a complete eradication of Gaza.

From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be Free! 🇵🇸 🍉

Cry more!

The truces are over and war continues. Israel will still have settlers shoot and run over Palestinians with vehicles. They will continue to kill Gazans who have no where to go.

They will continue to kill Israeli civilians and blame Hamas for their indiscriminate attacks.

They will continue manipulating the West and Americans with the notion that they were the victims of this ongoing conflict.

Pressure is on and it will be a matter of time before change happens. Israel will be held accountable for its actions and we will see the movement to dissolve the apartheid regime.

The phrase above is a rally call for liberation.

If anyone trolls you about condemning Hamas for Oct. 7, 2023, kindly ignore them or respectfully tell them that Israel has committed an illegal occupation of Gaza, East Jerusalem, Golan Heights and the West Bank. They shoot innocent civilians and indiscriminately bomb heavily populated areas in Gaza and the West Bank.

Will you condemn the actions of Israel if I have to condemn Hamas?

Why are you not condemning the rapes that Hamas did to Israeli women?

Why are you not condemning the attack on Oct. 7?

Do you think Hamas should eliminate the Jews?

Just like with the Mein Kampf in a child's bedroom, the terror calendar, the Hamas chemical weapons playbook, the "secret" Hamas attack plans and the underground tunnels under the al Shifa hospital, Israel wants to make sure you are believing everything they're telling you when it comes to their war in Gaza. Israel has not provided any legitimate proof it has justified the assault on Gaza.

For one thing, Hamas is not raping women and there is no proof they done such a horrible act. It is part of the dehumanizing campaign Israel is promoting to influencers in the West. You see it when they are constantly deflecting from the images of Gaza being destroyed by American and European sponsored Israeli weapons. They are trying to trigger phony outrage to peaceful disruption of normalcy.  They are trying to get worked up over protesters invading Holocaust museums, stopping traffic and confronting lawmakers. Not once once of outrage towards Israel when they are actually killing civilians and literally calling them animals and scum. A ceasefire is apparently antisemitic nowIn their minds, they are justifying the brutal slaughter of children, women, journalists and doctors as collateral damage. Hamas stated the reasons for attack on occupation forces. It has nothing to do with the Jewish religion or Iran.

Biden, Donald J. Trump, Republicans, Democrats and the American junk food media are on the wrong side of history. Israel will be a 2024 issue. Once this pass, I will get the feeling that Biden will be the last U.S. president to support Israel.

Presidents after Biden (hopefully Trump never wins a second presidency) will come to realize that Israel was the bad guy all along.
