Snowfall! ❄

Jobs are still happening. But President Joe Biden is still underwater with voters.

Of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the jobs report details how many jobs were spread across the United States. Some areas seen job growth while others saw job losses.

The labor market added 216,000 jobs in the month of December, up from 173,000 the previous month, surprising Wall Street once again to close out 2023

Data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics released on Friday showed the unemployment rate was 3.7% for the month, flat from the rate seen in November. Economists surveyed by Bloomberg had expected the unemployment rate to tick higher to 3.8%.

The surprise strength in the labor market helped consumer wallets, too.

Wages, a closely watched indicator for inflation and a gauge of how much leverage workers have in the labor market, increased 0.4% on a monthly basis and 4.1% over last year; economists had expected wages to rise 0.3% over last month and 3.9% over last year.

Some key metrics did decline, though. The labor force participation rate ticked lower to 62.5%, down from 62.8% the month prior, while average weekly hours worked moved down slightly from 34.4 to 34.3.

Data released earlier this week showed signs the labor market is coming into a better balance between worker supply and demand. On Wednesday, the latest Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey revealed job openings in November hit their lowest level since March 2021.

White terrorist tried to kill workers at the Colorado Supreme Court.

Additional labor market data out Thursday from ADP showed private payrolls increased more than expected last month, while wage growth continued to slow. Specifically, ADP noted that the decline in wage gains are a welcome sign in the fight against inflation.

"We're returning to a labor market that's very much aligned with pre-pandemic hiring," ADP chief economist Nela Richardson said in a Thursday press release. "While wages didn't drive the recent bout of inflation, now that pay growth has retreated, any risk of a wage-price spiral has all but disappeared."

Ten months to go. President Joe Biden and former president Donald J. Trump are very unpopular. Biden is losing support due to his support for Israel and the country's unrepentant attacks in the Middle East. Tension is rising with a bombing in Iran, a drone strike in Beirut that killed a Hamas official, the airstrike in Syria that killed several Iranian generals and the continuous airstrikes in Gaza. The U.S. airstrike on Yemen Houthis have also sparked tension in the Red Sea.

Israel has become a monster abehest of the United States. South Africa has officially filed for criminal charges at the International Court of Justice. Israel vows to eradicate Hamas by illegally invading other countries and using Mossad agents to assassinate them. Israel claims South Africa is using "blood libel" and siding with the "evil" Hamas.

Mike Johnson and Republicans hold their umpteenth photo op at the southern border.

Turkey has arrested several suspected of working on behalf of Israel and its Mossad.

About 20 countries have split from Israel and the United Nations is getting tired of the U.S. vetoing the resolutions calling for an immediate ceasefire.

Biden's job approval is very bad with young voters, Black, Hispanic, Arab Americans, Muslims and independents. Trump is not favoring better but is picking up young [white], Black [men] and Hispanic voters.

Trump, Prince Andrew and former president Bill Clinton were named in Jeffery Epstein flight logs. The list features prominent figures who allegedly visited the sexual predator's U.S. Virgin Islands home. The unsealing of the names came after Virginia Giuffre's lawsuit was settled.

Trump was booted off the primary ballot Colorado and Maine. Trump vows to appeal it to the U.S. Supreme Court. There was an extremist who fired inside the Colorado Supreme Court and set fire to parts of the building. Brandon Olsen, 44, is accused of shooting through window to get in, lighting fire inside the building.

He is accused of holding a security guard at gunpoint and starting a fire on the seventh floor of the building.

The incident happened two weeks to the day after the Colorado Supreme Court ruled Donald Trump could not appear on the state’s primary ballot based on his actions surrounding the Jan. 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol breach and the riot by his supporters. Police investigated threats directed at the Supreme Court justices in the week after the ruling, but Colorado State Patrol officials said in a news release that Tuesday’s incident is not believed to be “associated with previous threats to the Colorado Supreme Court justices.”

Olsen has “no affiliation politically whatsoever” and was experiencing a mental health breakdown during the incident, his ex-wife, Colorado resident Tori Schumacher, told The Denver Post on Tuesday.

The extremist is being labeled a non political affiliate with mental issues. The suspect is white and obviously "not a Trump supporter." The hypocrisy of the junk food media.

The Maine Secretary of State Sheena Bellows removed Trump from the ballot and Republicans want to impeach her for doing so. Someone doxxed her phone number and she had received death threats due to the decision.

Perry, Iowa terrorist filmed his school shooting.

Michigan ruled that Trump can remain on the ballot.

Trump has 12 other states challenging his eligibility.

Claudine Gay resigned from Harvard University after the far right and Zionists unearthed some publishing that was plagiarized. She was facing calls to resign after Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) did her farce hearing on antisemitism.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) current Senate Majority Leader, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) and Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) are the most pro Israeli members.

They have been flooded with calls for a ceasefire.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) is the most unpopular lawmaker in Washington, DC.

The House Speaker traveled to Texas for a photo op at the U.S.-Mexican border with Texas governor Greg Abbott. The Republicans are using the same bullshit as Israel when it comes to indiscriminate targeting of human beings. Instead of compassion and willingness to accept, Republicans dehumanize people seeking refuge. Texas passed a law that allows local and state police to arrest immigrants. It will certainly be challenged in court by the federal government.

New York City mayor Eric Adams who is facing a sexual abuse allegations, under federal watch for corruption and losing support among New Yorkers due to his pro police and pro Israeli stance now attacks Biden for allowing Abbott to bus migrants to New York.

Adams is suing the bus companies for sending migrants to the city. The mayors where Abbott is sending migrants have called for Biden to do something.

Brandon Johnson (Chicago), Karen Bass (Los Angeles), Muriel Bowser (Washington, DC), London Breed (San Francisco), Eric Adams (New York City) and Michelle Wu (Boston) are mayors of color.

Abbott is deliberately sending migrants to these cities.

The Justice Department had warned Abbott that these stunts could result in criminal charges.

Under Johnson's leadership and former lawmaker Kevin McCarthy of California, the House of Representatives has passed less than 20 bills. The 118th Congress is the least productive Congress in history. It beats out the last Republican-led House under Democratic president Barack Obama.

Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) returns to holding nominees for extended periods. He has been on this relentless campaign to withhold votes to stall military promotions and nominees to fill Biden's cabinet.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) showboats at the U.S.-Mexican border, New York City to protest a law that may keep Chick-fil-a open on Sunday [which the law isn't] and being wishy washy on whether Trump is legally liable for Jan. 6. He and Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) have failed at appealing to Republican voters when they tried to run for president.

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) desperately switches districts to run. Instead of running in the 3rd Congressional District of Colorado, she runs to the 4th Congressional District which is open since Rep. Ken Buck (R-CO) is retiring. She fears losing to Adam Frisch. The district was competitive but now that she dropped out, it may end up being a Republican hold. Boebert is in a competitive primary and it could be a backfire of she fails to win the nomination.

Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-FL) under federal watch. The House Ethics Committee announced Wednesday that it’s investigating Cherfilus-McCormick over complaints that she may have violated campaign finance laws, failed to submit required disclosures and carried out improper hiring practices.

Dancing with the devil.

The campaign finance complaint is tied to Cherfilus-McCormick’s special election in 2022 and her reelection campaign that same year, per an official announcement about the investigation.

For the first time, voters are considering a third party candidate. They believe that Trump is toxic, old and too unpredictable. They believe Biden is too old, not listening to voters and not doing enough on issues like the economy.

No Labels is working to recruit a third party candidate. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN), Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE), Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, former Missouri governor Jay Nixon and Joe Lieberman are plotting to undermine Biden through this shadow group.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is considering a run as a libertarian. He is failing to attract voters.

The Kennedy family have denounced him and his wife, actress Cheryl Hines.

Actress Kimberly Elise claims she is being blackballed from Black media because she supports Republicans.

There were eight mass shootings in the United States. Only five days into 2024.

Yes, folks are working two jobs. I am a testimony of that. But I am confident that in the short term I will have all the resources to reapply for the job I prefer.

The Congress has less work than most Americans. It is infuriating that the average worker works more 50 hours a week while 157 House members and 36 senators work on average of 25 hours a week.

Republicans see the only path to victory is basically obstruct and complain about the president. They won't offer solutions or policies. All they care about is trying to keep folks angry with culture wars and distractions.

President Joe Biden's headaches:

  1. Donald J. Trump.
  2. Elon Musk and X.
  3. Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook and Meta.
  4. TikTok.

Mike Lee (R-UT), Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL), Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ), Sen. Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Sen. 14. Federal Judges and Supreme Court members appointed by Trump.
  15. The junk food media and their never ending dramatizing of world events.
  16. Anti-Vaxxers.
  17. Lawmakers and activists who protest the CDC guidelines during the pandemic.
  18. The endless culture wars that Republicans find outrage in.

Monthly reminders:

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations.

An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.

You're not safe in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.

Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen. Companies are struggling to find workers. They are now trying to push incentives to get workers in. However, there is always a catch to working entry level jobs that make over $20 an hour. Folks must work hours that do not accommodate home and social life, it may only be part time work or temporary. Some jobs may force overtime or refuse to pay for work rendered. With union being weaken by states, it may be an at-will company. So if you are on social media, protesting injustices or supporting controversial issues or making threats to local officials, you could lose your job.

Real Reasons To Why Unemployment Rate Stays The Way It Is! The main reasons why some are not working.

  13. RETIRED
  14. QUIT ON THEIR OWN
  15. TERMINATED FROM EMPLOYMENT
  16. NOT HIRING UNQUALIFIED
  17. NOT HIRING TOO QUALIFIED
  18. ACTIVE MILITARY
  19. NATURAL DISASTERS
  20. MASS SHOOTINGS DISRUPTING DAILY ROUTINE
  21. RACISM
  22. WAGE THEFT
  23. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE ON JOB POSTING BUT DECEPTION UPON HIRING

Jobs are looking good despite fears.

Companies are cautious about hiring employees. With the average wages stagnant, many are not looking forward to returning to a job that pays dirt wages. Many who worked in the retail, restaurant and low end service industry are not willing to take a job for less than $10 an hour. Matter of fact, no one can survive on $15 an hour.

Republicans don't see the bigger picture itself. They rather continue to believe in conspiracies about people collecting the safety net and not going back to work.

Give them a liveable wage and maybe things might improve in the job market.

We can't always assume that folks are lazy. People are literally dying from being exposed to the coronavirus, gun violence and folks are tired of the status quo of their jobs.

Many single mothers are having trouble trying to find quality daycare or family members to watch children. On top of that, some have lost family members due to the pandemic. A homemaker may have lost their spouse. Some may have no choice but to watch their children or loved ones due to the aftermath of the pandemic.

Trump is on the Epstein list despite the far right claiming he isn't.

Folks are still trying to rebound from medical bills, late rent payments, owing taxes and college loans.

Republicans are white nationalists without a conscience.

Trump's presidency and Republican controlled governments are incompetent. Their leadership has killed millions of Americans. Biden has a slim majority in Congress and things can't be done with obstruction from both parties.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.

We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.

Keep pressure on them with Israel.

Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid. Our taxpayer money should help Israel any further.

They are feeling it. Democrats know the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies. They know that Biden is under extreme pressure to do something. Arab Americans, Muslim and young voters have vowed to never back Biden putting his reelection chances in danger.

The call number to the White House and U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official White House numbers 202-456-1111 and 202-456-1414. This is the Congress official phone number, 202-224-3121. Please be respectful to operators, staff members and elected leaders. Your calls are monitored by the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Capitol Police.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.
