Cop Walk In Ma'Khia Bryant Killing👮‍♂️!

Cop cleared from killing Ma'Khia Bryant.

The Columbus Division of Police are cleared from liability. The cop who shot a 16-year old teenager at point blank range will not face criminal charges.

A grand jury did not find probable cause that a crime was committed. The cop, Nicholas Reardon in April 2021 shot Ma'Khia Bryant after he responded to a domestic call in which Bryant was attacking another woman.

His body camera recorded the moment he shot Bryant directly in the chest after she was trying to lunge a knife at a woman. He shot her four times.

She died at the local hospital and it sparked outrage.

Bryant was a foster child who was under the care of the Franklin County Child Services and she was previously a student at Trotwood-Madison local schools in Dayton.

The Interim Police Chief Mike Woods said that an active assault happened and someone would have lost their life if the police did not intervene in the situation. The officer can use deadly force if the life of the victim is needed to be protected.

The cop did a split decision.

The Ohio Bureau of Investigation had also conducted an investigation into the incident. They completed their investigation and found that the incident did not merit any consequences for Reardon.

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost also agreed with the decision.

Michelle Martin, the attorney for Ma'Khia's family said that the incident was a disappointment.

"Ma'Khia Bryant's family is disappointed that a Franklin County grand jury declined to indict the officer who shot and killed her last year. Ma'Khia's family has long wondered why this officer opted for lethal force even those there should have been non-deadly options available to deal with this situation."

Martin added, "We believe that the tragedy that ultimately resulted in Ma'Khia's death started long before she was shot and killed by a Columbus Police officer. There must be full-scale changes made to Ohio's foster care system to ensure that this doesn't happen to another child. We need to work tirelessly to protect those who are most vulnerable in our society. Ohio's foster care system is failing our children and we cannot stand by and allow this to continue."

She was shot and killed in April 2021, shortly after the Daunte Wright killing and the verdict for Derek Chauvin.

Softball Hannity's Ex-Producer In Feds Crosshairs!

American aided in bypassing sanctions against Russian oligarch.

The U.S. Justice Department announced they arrested a former Fox reporter for trying to aid in helping Russian oligarchs evade sanctions.

Jack Hanick worked for Konstantin Malofeyev in violation of United States Sanctions and making false statements to FBI Agents to conceal the sanctions.

Damian Williams, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Matthew G. Olsen, the Assistant Attorney General for National Security, and Michael J. Driscoll, the Assistant Director-in-Charge of the New York Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, announced today the unsealing of the first-ever criminal indictment charging a violation of United States sanctions arising from the 2014 Russian undermining of democratic processes and institutions in Ukraine.

a United States citizen, is charged with violations of United States sanctions and false statements in connection with his years-long work for the sanctioned Russian oligarch Konstantin Malofeyev. Pursuant to the request of the United States, HANICK was provisionally arrested on February 3, 2022, in London, the United Kingdom, with a view toward extradition.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said: “Konstantin Malofeyev is closely tied to Russian aggression in Ukraine, having been determined by OFAC to have been one of the main sources of financing for the promotion of Russia-aligned separatist groups operating in the sovereign nation of Ukraine. The United States sanctions on Malofeyev prohibit United States citizens from working for or doing business with Malofeyev but as alleged, Hanick violated those sanctions by working directly for Malofeyev on multiple television projects over the course of several years. The Indictment unsealed today shows this Office’s commitment to the enforcement of laws intended to hamstring those who would use their wealth to undermine fundamental democratic processes. This Office will continue to be a leader in the Justice Department’s work to hold accountable actors who would support flagrant and unjustified acts of war.”

Konstantin Malofeyev is denied entry to the European Union.

“The Justice Department will do everything it can to stamp out Russian aggression and interference,” said Assistant Attorney General Matthew G. Olsen of the Justice Department’s National Security Division. “As alleged in the indictment, the Russian oligarch Konstantin Malofeyev was previously sanctioned for threatening Ukraine and providing financial support to the Donetsk separatist region. The defendant Hanick knowingly chose to  help Malofeyev spread his destabilizing messages by establishing, or attempting to establish, TV networks in Russia, Bulgaria, and Greece, in violation of those sanctions.”

FBI Assistant Director Michael J. Driscoll said: “Sanctions imposed by the United States government are in place to protect our national interests, as well as the interests of our allies around the world.  As alleged, Mr. Hanick worked for the benefit of Konstantin Malofeyev, a Specially Designated National under Executive Order 13660 who provided significant financing for Russians promoting separatism in Crimea in 2014.  The action we have taken today should serve as an example to all that we will use all the resources at our disposal to aggressively enforce our nation’s sanctions.”

In 2014, the President issued Executive Order 13,660, which declared a national emergency with respect to the situation in Ukraine. To address this national emergency, the President blocked all property and interest in property that came within the United States or the possession or control of any United States person, of individuals determined by the Secretary of the Treasury to be responsible for or complicit in, or who engaged in, actions or policies that threatened the peace, security, stability, sovereignty, or territorial integrity of Ukraine, or who materially assist, sponsor, or provide financial, material, or technological support for, or goods and services to, individuals or entities engaging in such activities. Executive Order 13,660, along with certain regulations issued pursuant to it (the “Ukraine-Related Sanctions Regulations”) prohibits, among other things, making or receiving any funds, goods, or services by, to, from, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked.

On December 19, 2014, the Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) designated Konstantin Malofeyev as a Specially Designated National (“SDN”) pursuant to Executive Order 13,660. OFAC’s designation of Malofeyev explained that he was one of the main sources of financing for Russians promoting separatism in Crimea, and has materially assisted, sponsored, and provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods and services to or in support of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, a separatist organization in the Ukrainian region of Donetsk.

Softball Hannity always tied to something.

As alleged in the Indictment, Hanick worked directly for and for the benefit of Malofeyev from at least in or about 2013 through at least in or about 2017, and continued to engage in this conduct after OFAC listed Malofeyev as a SDN, in violation of the Ukraine-Related Sanctions Regulations. Beginning in at least 2013, Malofeyev began planning to create a new Russian cable television news network (the “Russian TV Network”), and Hanick began traveling to Russian in early 2013 to meet with Malofeyev regarding these plans. In or about July 2013, Hanick moved to Russia to work for Malofeyev on the Russian television network, after negotiating the terms of his employment directly with Malofeyev, including the salary he would receive, payment for his housing in Moscow, and his Russian work visa.

Hanick continued to work for and report directly to Malofeyev after OFAC designated Malofeyev as a SDN in December 2014. For instance, in January 2015, Hanick wrote an email to Malofeyev that a draft policy for the Russian TV Network was meant “to implement your vision and to provide you with information for you to make decisions … You are the founder and chief architect of the project. We, as board members have the responsibility to direct the staff to implement your instructions.” The Russian TV Network went on the air in Russia in or about April 2015. Hanick played a leadership role at the network, described at various times in emails from 2015 through 2017 as “Board Chairman,” “General Producer,” “chairman of the HR committee,” and “General Advisor” for the Russian TV Network. Hanick reported directly to Malofeyev regarding the network’s operations and was listed on organizational charts directly below Malofeyev. Hanick was paid for his work through two Russian entities that were nominally separate from the Russian TV Network, but his compensation was overseen by Malofeyev, negotiated with Malofeyev, and was for his work for Malofeyev’s Russian TV Network. Hanick wired a portion of the payments he received from a Russian bank account to a bank account he held at a bank located in New York, New York.

If convicted, the suspect could face up to 20 years in federal time out and a $250,000 in fines. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Chalk King's Buddy Lee Merritt Drops Out!

Sanders backed candidate Lee Merritt drops out of Texas Attorney General race.

Lee Merritt, the showboat attorney tied to high profile incidents of the Black Lives Matter movement has officially dropped out of the race to become Texas Attorney General.

Merritt announced the suspension of his campaign for the Democratic nomination for Texas attorney general and the endorsement of one of his challengers moving onto the May runoff.

Merritt told reporters Thursday afternoon he give the "kiss of death" to Rochelle Garza, another civil rights attorney, during the upcoming election, which will pit her against Joe Jaworski in the Democratic primary. He said he spoke on the phone Wednesday with Garza to talk about joining her on the campaign trail.

“She has demonstrated that she could run a campaign that could energize our base that reflects the diversity of our party,” Merritt said.

He also suggested that he may not have launched his campaign at all if he had known at that time that Garza would run.

“She represents a young, progressive, forward-thinking advocate that I wouldn’t have joined the race if I thought she was in,” Merritt said. “We see eye to eye on those things and so even if we were to come out ahead, I would encourage the party to get behind Rochelle Garza and actually focus on flipping that office. It’s an office that Democrats haven’t won in over 30 years.”

Garza tweeted her reaction to Merritt’s endorsement Thursday afternoon. She wrote, “People of color are the majority of the population of our state, and I look forward to working together with @MerrittForTexas to ensure we have representation at the state level and do the hard work of turning out the vote in Texas.”

Merritt ended his campaign more than a week after the primary happened. He waited to make that announcement so that the vote-counting process could continue because only about 1,400 votes ended up separating him from moving onto the runoff over Jaworski, the trial attorney and former mayor of Galveston.

Voting issues, particularly in Harris County, left Merritt and Jaworski waiting in limbo to see who would ultimately emerge as the second candidate in the runoff. Earlier this week, the Harris County election administration identified approximately 10,000 mail-in ballots that were not added into the original result count from election night. This led to the resignation of the Harris County elections administrator.

Ebony and ivory, living in perfect scamary.

The election officials said they discovered the uncounted mail-in ballots after the Texas Secretary of State’s office informed them of a discrepancy on their election night reconciliation form. That form is a new requirement state lawmakers passed as part of the elections overhaul legislation, Senate Bill 1. It requires a written reconciliation of votes at the end of Election Day counting and again after processing late arriving mail and provisional ballots.

Merritt said an investigation is now needed in Harris County.

“I think it should be investigated. People should be held accountable,” he said Thursday, “but when holding them accountable, we must pay close attention to SB1 and the impact it had on their ability to do their job.”

The Democratic field for Texas attorney general included five candidates. Garza emerged as the top vote getter on March 1 by capturing more than 43%, which was not enough to avoid a runoff.

None of the Republican attorney general candidates secured enough of the vote either to become the GOP candidate. The two candidates moving onto the runoff are Attorney General Karen Paxton and Land Commissioner Karen P. Bush.

Bush is son of washed up politician Jeb Bush. Paxton got Washed Up 45's endorsement.

Bush was not phased by the snub.

Despite his father and George W. Bush's disgust of him, the guy supports Washed Up 45 100%.

The runoff election will happen May 24.

Now if we can get Daniel Marans of HuffPost fired out the cannon. He needs to go. He is a white leftist and a racist. He tries to create scandals involving Black candidates who don't tow the Bernie-left.

As much as I despise MAGA-themed agitators, the Bernie Bro agitators are just as worst. I want them eliminated from the political theater. I don't want to ever hear anymore crap from these losers.

Jeffrey Shaun King, Jimmy Dore, Nina Turner, Kyle Kulinski, Katie Halper, Glenn Greenwald, Ryan Grim, Nathan Robinson, Nicholas Cruse, Ryan Knight, Amy Goodman, Peter Dadou, Matt Taibbi, Krystal Ball, Briahna Joy Gray, Edward Snowden, Benjamin Dixon, Lucy Flores and Cenk Uygur can't be trusted.

They are not allies to Black America and progressivism.

They are peddlers of dangerous misinformation.

They were pushing the Tara Reade lies and Russian disinformation platform in order to help Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) secure the Democratic nomination for president.

Right Wing Pranksters' Washed Up 45 Interview Pulled From YouTube!

Right wing pranksters get their podcast pulled from YouTube because the former president was inciting violence and spreading misinformation.

Why can't the world quit him?

This guy is living rent free in the heads of cable news agitators, talk radio agitators and even the former president. He is mentioned by the far-right, the left and the lawmakers in Washington. The former president acts like he is the president despite losing the electoral college and popular vote.

His incompetence swayed 74.8 million Americans. The Republican Party needs to move past him. The junk food media need to stop covering him. I would like for America to stop allowing the former president and the misinformation be televised.

Washed Up 45 is banned on Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, DailyMotion, Spotify and YouTube.

He spreads rampant misinformation and conspiracy theories. He invites violence and can be considered a threat to democracy. So why the hell do they still want his input on the nation and the leadership of his successor Joe Biden.

Washed Up 45 appeared on the most recent episode of the YouTube prank squad Nelk Boys' podcast, Full Send Podcast, which premiered on Wednesday afternoon. The appearance was another sign of the growing reach of the group, who have turned prank and party videos into an influencer empire.

The Nelk Boys are a group of YouTubers known for provocative prank and party videos peppered with crude, bro-culture jokes. Their main channel, which launched in 2010, has over 7 million subscribers and 1.15 billion views. The group has also expanded into additional channels, hard seltzer and merchandise, which their company claims makes them tens of millions of dollars in revenue each year.

Less than a day after the former president's appearance on the podcast, which was titled "Donald Trump on WW3, Talking to Putin and Joe Rogan," the video had already received over 3.8 million views on YouTube.

The group has ignited multiple controversies in the past. In 2020, their YouTube channel was demonetized after they repeatedly encouraged fans to break COVID-19 social distancing and lockdown rules. The team's leader, Kyle Forgeard, was also briefly arrested in April of last year after allegedly impersonating a mall police officer for a video, but his charges were later dropped. The group was also kicked off a cruise after they repeatedly harassed a speaker at an event under the guise of pranking.

The Nelk Boys rose to fame in the past decade on the back of comedy skits where they performed extreme pranks and said bizarre things to strangers in public. Some of their most popular videos involve members pretending they have cocaine in front of police, ruining wine tours by getting drunk and acting reckless, and crashing live

The group brands itself as having an unfiltered quality and willingness to go beyond what other prank YouTubers would do. Forgeard told the New York Times in 2021 that "every video, we're swearing, we're doing some stuff that could be questionable or illegal, we're making sexual references or drug references."

Some of the squad's other main members include Jesse Sebastiani, Salim Sirur, and Steve Deleonardis, who also has his own separate channel, SteveWillDoIt, with over 4 million subscribers. The interview was hosted by Bob Menery with Deleonardis, Forgeard, and Sirur, who gave sympathetic talking points and left his statements largely unchallenged.

At one point during the show, Washed Up 45 said he thought there "could be a chance of World War III" because the US is no longer respected. He also partially blamed Russia's invasion of Ukraine on how President Joe Biden's administration dealt with the removal of troops in Afghanistan, and claimed there was "zero chance" Russian President Vladimir Putin would have invaded while Washed Up 45 was still president.

The Thespian Acts The Role!

To the iron college for washed up actor.

Jussie Smollett has six months in the iron college as well as a $130,000 payment for Chicago and $25,000 in punative fines. He was convicted of filing a false police report and wasting the Chicago Police and Cook County Prosecutor's time investigating a racial hoax.

Smollett explodes when he realizes he will be heading to the iron college. He signals he will appeal his sentence. He remained defiant in his role to the incident that destroyed his acting and singing career.

The 40 year old is now a convicted felon.

When served his bid, he yelled, "I am not suicidal, I am innocent." He said he stuck his "fist out for Black America" and the LGBTQ community.

His outburst ends the career of a once promising entertainer.

The extreme right (and their enablers of color) are gleeful that Smollett is heading to the iron college.

I mean, these are the same folks who believe that the domestic terrorist attack on the U.S. Capitol was rightfully justified. These are the people who believe the Jan. 6 insurrection was "legitimate political discourse."

They just gonna ignore the numerous other cases where white people (i.e. Ashley Todd) used race as a factor to stage a criminal act.

Todd was a college Republican who wanted to hurt Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign by staging a fake mugging and branding attack in Pennsylvania. She literally carved a backwards "B" inside her face to say that the suspect tried to rob and rape her. The "robber" claimed that because she was a supporter of John McCain, he wanted to make her "Believe" in "Barack."

Yeah, racial hoaxes exist.

But these far-right agitators and those online trolls act like their shit don't stink. Think about that "articulate idiot" Candace Owens. She bilked the NAACP out of money. She complained she was a victim of racism and got them to help her win a lawsuit.

Owens, a Black nationalist, conservative agitator and conspiracy theorist was formerly a left-wing, in your face type. She still an in your face type, but she is suck the cock of white supremacy.

Had Washed Up 45 never ran for president, you would have never heard of Candace Owens, Byron Donalds, Terrence K. Williams, Diamond & Silk, Darrell Scott, Christian Walker, Brandon Tatum, Enrique Torino, Lavern Spicer, Paris Dennard and every buck dancing Black Republican. Hell, you would never have heard about the domestic violence claims thrown at Herschel Walker and Burgess Owens.

These idiots can celebrate a disgraced entertainer like Smollett. He was a defiant desperate nutjob who felt that his racial hoax was real. He knew that his time was up when they realize that the claims did not match up to the situation. Had he gotten away with it, he would have been given millions in contracts and a movie deal.

Now he's unemployed and he will spent time in the iron college.

No Gigs For Jussie Smollett!

Jussie Smollett will serve 150 days (approximately 6 months) in the iron college.

The washed up entertainer will face a sentence. Jussie Smollett, 40 could be serving time in the iron college after he was found guilty of staging a racial hoax and filing a false police report.

He single handedly ruined his career and forced Fox to cancel the musical drama Empire.

Smollett paid two men to rough him up so he could use this as a platform to boost a bigger role on Empire. The two brothers, Abimbola and Olabinjo Osundairo testified that Smollett paid a hefty sum to rough him up. They purchased bleach, a rope and a few Washed Up 45 memorabilia to portray themselves as a two white men who wanted to beat up a gay Black man.

He sabotaged his career.

Smollett refused to admit he staged the whole ordeal. The jury found him guilty and now as a convicted felon, he will face two options: probation or the iron college.

Smollett’s punishment will be meted out by Judge James Linn, who presided over Smollett’s eight-day trial in November and December 2021 when the actor was found guilty on five counts of disorderly conduct — a low level felony charge in Illinois that carries a maximum of three years in the iron college.

With Smollett’s minimal criminal history, experts say a prison sentence is not likely. A sentence of probation, community service or a fine, however, is in play.

Smollett testified in his defense during last year’s trial and he steadfastly denied any involvement in the phony hate crime plan. After he was convicted, Smollett’s lead defense attorney, Nenye Uche, vowed to appeal.

At Thursday’s hearing, Smollett will once again have the chance to address the court. Unlike the trial, though, Linn will this time allow news cameras inside his courtroom to broadcast the proceedings.

While Thursday’s sentencing hearing could mark the end of Smollett’s criminal case, two federal lawsuits tied to the case are still proceeding.

In one suit, the city is seeking to recoup $130,000 that was spent on police overtime costs incurred during the initial “hate crime” investigation.

Chicago want their money back for the time spent on the hoax.

Former CPD Supt. Eddie Johnson lambasted Smollett, telling reporters: “How can an individual who’s been embraced by the city of Chicago turn around and slap everyone in this city in the face by making these false claims?”

However, those charges against Smollett were quickly dropped in late March, infuriating Chicago leaders. Former Mayor Rahm Emanuel called the decision “a miscarriage of justice.”

Cook County Judge Michael Toomin in June 2019 found that irregularities in the case warranted a special prosecutor. Toomin appointed Dan Webb — the chair of Chicago law firm Winston & Strawn and a former U.S. Attorney — as special prosecutor in the case in August 2019.

A year later, Webb found “abuses of discretion” by the state’s attorney’s office.

Webb brought a new set of disorderly conduct charges against Smollett in February 2021.

Smollett was written out of Empire, and he testified last year that his career as an actor was derailed by the ordeal.

Irony!

Racist berates a 7-Eleven clerk.

A man from Seattle is facing hate crime charges after an incident at a local 7-Eleven.

The suspect, 38, allegedly showed up at the store at the 2000 block of Rainier Ave. S. on March 2, 2022.

The suspect, Phillip E. Haskins, was standing in line to buy food and gas from the convenience store, which had a card reader not working properly.

Court records says the suspect cuts the line before getting to the counter, where the card reader had issues.

This incident caused the suspect to be enraged.

A witness, who called 911 from the freezer inside the store said the suspect was yelling racial slurs at the cashier in the store, telling him to "Go Back to Africa," while also threatening his life with what appeared to be a gun.

The victim later said he believed the suspect would follow through with the threats.

Although the suspect was gone before officers got to the scene, it wasn't long before they found him.

He was found. He had caused an accident after leaving the property. He tried to run a light and got into an accident. After they ran through his license, the found out that he had criminal charges out of Alaska and Texas.

He had reckless endangerment, protection order violations, assault and drug charges.

The King County Prosecutor said the the suspect will face hate crimes. He will be held on a $10,000 cash out. The judge released him soon after. The suspect will be facing the judge again in mid-March.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Charles Entenmann Passed Away!

Bakery king Charles Entenmann passed away.

One of the crown jewels of pastries, cakes, muffins, donuts, breads and pies is Entenmann Bakeries. You probably bought a box of donuts or a fruit pie from Entenmann.

Charles Edward Entenmann, who helped turn his family's New York-based bakery into a national brand, died in Florida at age 92.

Entenmann died Feb. 24 in Hialeah, his son, Charles William Entenmann, told Newsday.

Charles E. Entenmann was a grandson of William Entenmann, a German immigrant who founded a bakery in Brooklyn in 1898, delivering baked goods door to door.

The business moved to Bay Shore on Long Island, and the founder's son, William Entenmann Jr., took over. William Jr.'s wife and three sons inherited the bakery after his death in 1951.

According to Newsday, Charles Entenmann focused on engineering and technical aspects of Entenmann’s, while his brother Robert specialized in sales and his brother William concentrated on baking.

The new generation of Entenmanns began delivering to supermarkets and pioneered the use of “see-through” cake boxes to lure shoppers.

After expanding Entenmann's nationally in the 1970s, the family sold the business to pharmaceutical company Warner-Lambert. The brand has been sold several times since then and is now owned by Bimbo Bakeries USA.

Charles Entenmann, known as Charlie, moved to Florida in the 1980s and founded Biolife LLC, which created technology to help seal wounds, his son said. He also supported and conducted research on cold fusion.

“Nobody knows how he got so smart. He never went to school,” his son said. “I don’t think he ever forgot anything he read.”

While Entenmann's cakes and pastries have tempted generations of Americans to break their diets, Charlie Entenmann was not among the devotees, his son said.

"I'm going to tell you something that’s been pretty much a secret, most of my life anyway,” his son told Newsday. “He didn’t eat Entenmann’s cake … He just wasn’t a dessert guy.”

Still BIG!

Ain't nobody bigger than Biggie Smalls.

This is the 25th anniversary of the tragic murder of Christopher Wallace, best known as the Notorious B.I.G.

Biggie Smalls, one of the greatest rappers in history was gunned down in Los Angeles as he and his entourage were heading to an award show after party.

The 24 year old entertainer death still remains unsolved.

The Los Angeles Police Department still has an open case on the murder. Biggie was engaged in a high profile feud with his former ally Tupac Shakur. This was highly publicized by the junk food media. The East Coast vs. West Coast feud was some of the most controversial events in hip-hop.

Bad Boy and Death Row were engaged in a high profile feud and it pitted many acts on the label feuding one another. Death Row didn't just go after Bad Boy, but artists like Jay-Z, Nas, Jermaine Dupri, Da Brat, The Fugees, Chino XL, Junior M.A.F.I.A., Lil' Kim, and others.

The whole ordeal was publicized and written about. It was considered one of the worst moments in hip-hop, but also one of the best periods in sales for corporations.

Some still consider the death as a retaliation. His death came six months after the fatal shooting of Tupac on September 13, 1996. He was shot on September 6 after leaving a Mike Tyson fight in Las Vegas.

Some claim that Marion "Big Suge" Knight orchestrated a hit on the Biggie Smalls.

Christopher George Latore Wallace was born on May 21, 1972 in Brooklyn, New York. He was the father of two. He had a daughter named T'yanna and son Chris, Jr (CJ).

Anyway, Biggie Smalls blew up in 1994 when he released Ready to Die.

Produced by Sean "Puffy" Combs, Heavy D and "D-Dot Madd Rapper" Deric Angelettie, the album took hip-hop by storm.

His death came 16 days before the release of Life After Death. The album was a double disc and it was an instant hit with the junk food media. It was the truest music I've ever heard.

Ryan Coogler: My Bank Called The Law On Me Because I Look Like A Robber!

Ryan Coogler looks like a person cashing his check. Bank of America calls the law on him.

Director Ryan Coogler is the genius behind Marvel's Black Panther. The movie made over $1.4 billion in ticket sales.

When he cashes his check, he goes to Bank of America. Well you know what happens at BoA when it comes to being Black, right?

Banking while Black is a continuing thing in the United States.

And these folks are calling Joy Reid, a racist for pointing out the obvious things in the America.

Anyway, Coogler was in Atlanta filming the sequel, Black Panther:Wakanda Forever when he was in a  local Bank of America branch.

He tried to withdraw $12,000 out of his account. The teller received an alert on his account, according to the police report obtained by CNN. The amount was over $10,000, a flag for suspicious activity. The teller notified the supervisor. She thought that Coogler was trying to rob the bank and they called 911.

Coogler had written a note on the back of his withdrawal slip stating he wanted the money counted discreetly, given the amount that he's obtaining.

Bank of America notorious for calling the law on Black people.

When the police arrived, two of Coogler's colleagues, who were with him in a parked vehicle outside the bank, were detained and placed in the back of the police vehicle. Coolger was placed in handcuff while police investigated the call. He was released shortly after they verified his identity.

Coogler was filming Wakanda Forever at Tyler Perry Studios, the first Black owned movie studio on the grounds of the former Fort McPherson Army Base.

Coogler did briefly address the matter and said "let's move on."

"This situation should never have happened. However, Bank of America worked with me and addressed it to my satisfaction and we have moved on."

Bank of America released a statement.

"We deeply regret that this incident happened. It never should have happened and we have apologized to Mr. Coogler."

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will be released in November around Thanksgiving.
