Washed up rappers and Lil Nas X. 

And once again, Raymond Scott and Bossie Badazz are still clout chasing dummies. The washed up entertainers still mad over the BET Awards allowing Naserti kiss a man while doing his performance.

Scott, 58 is the former owner of The Source. He was best known for starting a feud with Eminem and got not only his career destroyed but The Source's reputation in hip-hop ruined. He was trying to chase clout in the early 2000s. He got upset over Eminem performing at the MTV Awards and doing "things" that Black rappers could never do. He ignored the fact that many folks thought Eminem was too controversial for radio. However, the washed up entertainer called the rapper a "culture vulture," the "rap Hitler" and the "2002 Vanilla Ice." It forced Eminem to spend a portion of his time showing the world how good of a battle rapper he was. Eminem released "The Sauce" and "Nail in the Coffin" as responses to the washed up entertainer's rap disses. It ruined his career. It got him blackballed in the junk food media and nearly destroyed the once dominating magazine. They used to call The Source, "The Bible of Hip-Hop."

Lil Nas X is worth $20 million.

The former Boston rapper is a dead beat father, a blathering racist, a sexist, homophobic and xenophobic. He is allegedly bipolar and has an explosive temper. He's has been violent towards women. The former reality television agitator, Althea Hart, has full custody of his young son. She said that he can't be trusted watching their son. Scott is also jealous of his daughter, rapper Coi Leray being famous. He wants her to credit him for her being on radio. Unfortunately, the young entertainer and her mother believe that Scott had no impact on her career.

He lacks self-awareness and doesn't know when to shut his mouth up. The dude is either playing in the snow or taking too many steroid injections. Either way, he is the reason for why I started blogging. 

Torrence Hatch, 39 is a known as either Lil Boosie or Boosie Badazz. He is a Baton Rouge rapper who has a string of underground hits in the early 2000s. He is unabashedly homophobic and pretty ignorant to the changing demographics. He allegedly allowed a woman perform a sex act on underage children. One being a son and the other being their cousin. He has been most notorious for staging a square up with a Lil Nas X impersonator.

These two been the most vocal of Lil Nas X. 

Montero Hill, 22 is a rising entertainer and probably one of the most talented rappers out there. He came out in 2019 and it became one of the biggest shocks in hip-hop. But since his coming out, he's gained more popularity and endorsement deals that many rappers like Boosie is jealous of.

Boosie this year told Naserti to kill himself for being gay. That got him a temporary ban on Twitter.

However, Scott decided to throw his opinion on the matter. He decided to go to DJ Vlad, a white media agitator who loves to stir up trouble. Rappers and entertainers who go to Vlad's podcast and YouTube channels often blab about their criminal acts or potential threats to others. The feds be watching these videos and often arrest these entertainers for their acts of criminality.

Scott said everyone is trying to cancel folks.

"A lot of it was a lot. Especially from guys like me and Boosie and how we grew up and everything, it's a lot. It's different for us and people should respect that," he said. "Just like we should respect them, they need to respect each other then I don't think we'll have a problem. What anybody does in their bedroom is up to them."

Earlier this year, Scott said that BET shouldn't allow that on television. He said that was a "family" show and the kiss made him sick. He said that if he had the money, he would revive The Source Awards.

The agitator also went to social media to threaten LGBTQ entertainers and folks who defended LNX.

What will invite trolling from Naserti is the fact that Boosie got a license to be an ordain minister.

The rapper is either broke or just trying to troll folks. He said that he will charge $75,000 or $100,000 to get wedding. 

"If you want Boosie to marry you, let me know. If you want Boosie to marry you, I got my motherfuckin' license .... Y'all holla at me. This my new thing. Big boss shit. 75k to 100k."

Like with Raymond Scott (formerly Benzino) and his feud with Eminem, Boosie is going to find his nail in the coffin. 

Lil Nas X has scored four singles in the Billboard 200. He has major endorsements. He has been regarded as one of the best rappers in the game. He has crossover success. People are playing his music

Belizean lawmaker [Mosses] Jamal Michael Levi Barrow comes to his former New York home. He was once known as rapper Shyne. Now he is a conservative lawmaker and activist.

In the Summer, Barrow came to the United States as a diplomatic ambassador. He was there to strengthen relations between Belize and the United States. He also had an opportunity to return to his hometown of East Flatbush, Brooklyn, New York.

He came a long way. Back in 1999, he along with Sean "Puffy" Combs and then girlfriend Jennifer Lopez were in a New York nightclub when a scuffle broke out. Barrow would shoot at three patrons who threatened him and Combs. The incident left three injured and the rapper was arrest shortly after.

At the time, he was signed to Bad Boy Records and was preparing for his debut album release. He couldn't get to the release party. He was charged with attempted murder, assault and reckless endangerment. He was sentenced to 10 in the iron college. Since he was born in Belize and brought over as a child and committed a crime while in the United States, he failed to qualify for the DACA.

He would be issued a deportation to Belize and forbidden to return to the United States. Barrow never lived in the country during his first three years of his life. But since he had a family member who was a politician, the U.S. deported him back to the country. Due to his conviction at the time, Barrow would be banned entry to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Barrow reunited with Sean "Puffy" Combs during his stay in New York.

He decided to convert his religion. He became an Orthodox Observant Jew. He would study the torah and state his religion as a guiding light to his life. During his time, he traveled to Europe and South America promoting criminal justice and rallying on behalf of incarcerated citizens.

Barrow would continue making rap albums and a few mixtapes before he gave it up. 

He now sought to become a politician. He would run for office in Belize. He became a member of the United Democratic Party, a far-right political party opposed to the current prime minister Johnny Briceno. Barrow was granted entry into the United States under President Joe Biden. 

He is now allowed to visit the United States and reunite with family members living in the country.

He also holds a diplomatic passport which allows him entry into countries he was previously denied entry into.

Now as a lawmaker, Barrow settled down and married a Belizan woman named Catherine and is considering possibly a run for prime minister. 

Who knows what the lawmaker plans on doing in the future. I wish Jamal "Shyne" Barrow the best of luck in his future endeavors.

A Republican judge and members of the family were throwing around NIGGER. The incident was caught on tape and now the judge is taking a leave of absence and is also not resigning as of yet.

She was just recently elected to serve on the bench at a Lafayette, Louisiana city docket.

The video which was posted on several social media websites showed a television set displaying security footage of what appears to be a foiled burglary at the home of the judge on early Saturday morning. 

Laughter and racial slurs are heard from the viewers --- who aren't visible on camera -- as they watch two people capture the suspect.

One of the voices on the video appeared to be the judge.

The judge will take a leave of absence without pay. The lawyer, Dnaa Ciolino said, "I am going to call the [Louisiana] Judiciary Commission, and we are going to file a motion." 

He added the judge was "humiliated, embarrassed, and sorry for what she has done and the harm she has caused to the community."

The judge claims that the video was made at her home but she took a sedative and didn't remember what happened when she uttered NIGGER.

Right!

"I was given a sedative at the time of the video. I have zero recollection of the video and the disturbing language used during it. Anyone who knows me and my husband, knows this is contrary to the way we live our lives. We ask for your understanding, forgiveness, patience and prayers," said the judge in a statement.

She said the suspect was detained by family members. It was an armed burglary.

"The police were called and the assailant was arrested. The incident shook me to my core and my mental state was fragile," she said.

The suspect was a 59-year old man who was arrested on simple burglary. He is being held on a $10,000 get out free card. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Lafayette Police Sgt. Paul Mouton confirmed that the suspect had no weapon at the time of his arrest, despite the claims the judge made about this being an armed burglary.

The video was posted on social media. We don't know who got a hold of it but it was disturbing.

"That's me," one viewer says while watching the security footage of the man being caught. "And mom's yelling 'Nigger, Nigger." Another viewer says, "We have a NIGGER. It's a NIGGER, like a roach."

The judge is a Republican who won the court seat for Division A of the Lafayette City Court. She earned 57% of the vote over her opponent who was unaffiliated. She is in the first year of her term. She has a six year term. Before that she was a public defender and a stay at home mother.

She raised four little bigots in homeschooling. She claims that fame of telling courtroom watchers to put their damn cell phones in lockers while trial is in session. 

Damn shame, she didn't happen to tell people over her home to put their phones up.

She would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for the cell phone and a lot of truths about Republicans in the age of Washed Up 45.

The Lafayette Chapter of the NAACP and the Louisiana Black Caucus is calling for the judge to bounce.

Orenthal James Simpson is no longer on the in-house. He is now free to travel wherever he wants without a watchful eye. In 1994, the former NFL star and media personality was indicted for murder. In the wake of pending criminal charges, he led the Los Angeles Police Department on a slow speed chase on U.S. 101 and Interstate 405. Rover rover attracted over 15 million viewers. When the court began, the junk food media labeled it "The Trial of the Century." 

Over 30 years ago, Simpson was found not guilty in the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. He ended up being held liable for their deaths in a civil suit. 

In 2007 he was arrested for armed robbery of a collection dealer who Simpson claimed stole his memorabilia. Since he had a firearm in the room, the police arrested the former football star and convicted him to 9 to 33 years in the iron college.

Simpson was not a happy camper that day he was sent to the iron college.

Simpson maintained good behavior throughout his years in the iron college. He was released in 2017 under strict restrictions. He was told not to leave Las Vegas and maintain contact with his parole officer.

After three years of staying out of the limelight, Simpson was granted early parole.

The 74-year old is now completely free. No restrictions and no hassle. 

Now Simpson said that his only goals is to keep close contact with his five children. He also said that he's been dealing with COVID-19 which he gotten in Summer 2021.

Simpson also did that infamous "I If Did It" interview with Judith Regan. Simpson claimed that he hypothetically murdered his wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.

Already serving his state charges, the former Minneapolis cop who placed his goddamn knee on the neck of George Floyd will plead guilty to violating the civil rights. He is expected to concurrently serve his federal sandwich with his state lunch.

He pleaded guilty Wednesday to a federal charge of violating George Floyd’s civil rights, averting a trial but likely extending the time he is already spending behind bars on a state conviction.

The murderer, who is white, was convicted this spring of state murder and manslaughter charges for pinning his knee against Floyd’s neck during a May 25, 2020, arrest as the Black man said he couldn’t breathe. He was sentenced to 22 1/2 years in that case.

The federal charge alleged that the murderer deprived Floyd of his rights by kneeling on his neck as he was handcuffed and not resisting.

George Floyd's death turned his daughter Gianna into an activist. 

The murderer appeared in person Wednesday for the change of plea hearing in an orange short-sleeve prison shirt and was led into and out of the court in handcuffs. He said “Guilty, your honor” to confirm his pleas in Floyd’s death and an unrelated 2017 case, and acknowledged that he was guilty of the acts alleged.

With parole and presuming good behavior, the ex-dirty cop is expected to actually serve about 15 years of his state sentence behind bars. Any federal sentence would run at the same time as the state sentence, and defendants serve about 85 percent of federal sentences presuming good behavior. That means if the judge gives him the maximum 25 years requested, he would likely serve about six years and three months beyond his state sentence.

Judge Paul Magnuson didn’t set a date for sentencing.

Three other former officers were indicted on federal charges alongside the murderer earlier this year. They are still on course for trial early next year on those charges, with a state trial still to come.

Floyd’s arrest and death, which a bystander captured on cellphone video, sparked mass protests nationwide calling for an end to racial inequality and police mistreatment of Black people.

They face trial in 2022.

As part of the plea deal, the murderer also pleaded guilty to violating the rights of a then-14-year-old boy during a 2017 arrest in which he held the boy by the throat, hit him in the head with a flashlight and held his knee on the boy’s neck and upper back while he was prone, handcuffed and not resisting.

Several members of Floyd’s family were present, as was the then-teenager involved in the 2017 arrest, according to a pool reporter. As they left the courtroom, Floyd’s brother Philonise said to the murderer’s 2017 victim: “It’s a good day for justice.”

Nine people appeared to support the murderer, including family members. He waved and smiled at them as he entered and left the courtroom, according to the pool report.

Floyd’s arrest and death, which a bystander captured on cellphone video, sparked mass protests nationwide that called for an end to racial inequality and police mistreatment of Black people.

To bring federal charges in deaths involving police, prosecutors must believe an officer acted under the “color of law,” or government authority, and willfully deprived someone of their constitutional rights. That’s a high legal standard. An accident, bad judgment or simple negligence on the officer’s part isn’t enough to support federal charges. Prosecutors have to prove the officer knew what he was doing was wrong in that moment but did it anyway.

According to evidence in the state case against the murderer as well as two ex-dirty cops -- the murderer helped restrain the 46-year-old Floyd as he was on the ground — the second one knelt on Floyd’s back and the final one held down Floyd’s legs. Thao held back bystanders and kept them from intervening during the 9 1/2-minute restraint.

All four former officers were charged broadly in federal court with depriving Floyd of his rights while acting under government authority.

In the 2017 case involving the then-14-year-old boy, the murderer is charged with depriving the boy, who was handcuffed and not resisting, of his right to be free of unreasonable force when he held him by the throat, hit him in the head with a flashlight and held his knee on the boy’s neck and upper back while he was in a prone position.

According to a police report from that 2017 encounter, the murderer wrote that the teen resisted arrest and after the teen, whom he described as 6-foot-2 and about 240 pounds, was handcuffed, the murderer “used body weight to pin” him to the floor. The boy was bleeding from the ear and needed two stitches.

That encounter was one of several mentioned in state court filings that prosecutors said showed the murderer had used neck or head and upper body restraints seven times before dating back to 2014, including four times state prosecutors said he went too far and held the restraints “beyond the point when such force was needed under the circumstances.”

The other three former officers are still expected to go to trial on federal charges in January, and they face state trial on aiding and abetting counts in March.

bell hooks (1952-2021)

Rest in peace, bell hooks. Womanist author and academian, Dr. bell hooks, died today at her home in Berea, Kentucky. She was 69. She's well known for her books on intersectional feminism and antiracism. Her best known books are: "Ain't i a Woman?" "All About Love" "Black Looks" "Killing Rage"
These books will always stay in my memory. May she always be remembered.

Barack Obama won his election in 2012. His second term unofficially started. In the final weeks of his first term, Obama was dealt one of the worse mass Shootings in modern history. The mass shooting at Newtown, Connecticut.

A white terrorist murdered 20 children and 6 school wokers at the Sandy Hook Elementary School. 

He managed to get a high powered weapon from his mother. He managed to shoot her dead and then went directly to the school with a Bushmaster XM15-E2S. He brought fourth the fourth-deadliest mass shooting in the United States.

The shooting prompt strong debate on gun violence.

The House of Representatives passed their measures through a mostly Democratic vote. But when it came to the Senate, it died. It died because of Republicans and conservative agitators who stood firm in this ridiculous notion that the "Second Amendment" is a "god given right."

President Joe Biden marks 9 years since Sandy Hook shooting with renewed call for tougher gun laws

"Twenty precious first graders, six heroic educators, a lone gunman. In an unconscionable act of violence, everything changed that morning for you, and the nation was shocked," Biden said in a video released Tuesday.

The President said it was "one of the saddest days" of the Obama administration.

"We came close to legislation, but we came up short," Biden said of the push to enact stricter gun laws in the immediate aftermath of the shooting in Newtown, Connecticut.

He continued: "It was so darn frustrating, and it's still frustrating now for you and me and so many others in Parkland, Florida; and Oxford, Michigan; and communities across the country -- these horrific shootings make national headlines and embarrass us as a nation."

The President called on the Senate to pass three bills -- one on background checks, one aimed at keeping guns out of the hands of abusers and the Build Back Better Act, which includes programs for community violence intervention.

"We owe all of these families more than our prayers. We owe them action," Biden said of those affected by gun violence.

Earlier this year, Biden unveiled a set of executive actions aimed at taking certain guns out of the hands of criminals and pouring resources into community violence prevention.

These actions included expanding background checks for certain types of guns, regulating stabilizing braces built for pistols, restricting weapons known as "ghost guns" that can be built using parts and instructions purchased online, making new investments in intervention programs for violence-prone communities and creating model "red flag" legislation for states to pass.

But the limited scope of the President's actions underscores the challenge he faces in getting legislation passed on guns in an evenly split and starkly divided United States Senate.

"Certainly, none of the executive actions alone are enough to fully solve this problem, which is why the President is calling on Congress to act," a senior White House official told reporters Tuesday.

We can only hope this time we can get something done.

While they were complaining about Chris Cuomo ..... The white nationalists over at Fox broke ethical conduct and literally communicated with Washed Up 45's Administration. 

Cuomo was fired out the cannon at CNN for contacting his brother's allies. 

Former New York governor Andrew Cuomo resigned after he was caught up in a huge sex scandal in which multiple women accused him of sexual harassment and inappropriate touching. Chris broke ethics and journalistic standards by literally trying to get the dirt on his brother's accusers. He had more impact than the network expected. He was iced than fired shortly after. He also was stripped of his SiriusXM show and podcast on CNN.

The folks over Fox were salivating over this as well as Don Lemon being caught up in the washed up actor's trial in Chicago. The washed up actor from Empire was found guilty of lying to police, filing a false report and obstructing justice. He could face up to five years in the iron college. The washed up actor had texted Lee Daniels and Don Lemon, both openly gay Black men about how he was targeted by white men who wore Make America Great Again hats. He said that they sprayed bleach on him and tried to hang him with a noose. The washed up actor also claimed that he got threatening letters. It was revealed as a hoax. He recruited two men to stage an attack. He also did hard drugs and slept with one of the men who helped him. Lemon is under fire for having communicating with the washed up actor during the event and trial.

The House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol revealed damning text messages from former White House chief of staff Karen Meadows. He is facing a contempt of Congress charge and it's likely he'll be indicted.

In these text messages, he texted a handful of folks. One included, the former president's son, the cokehead.

But what was more damning is the white nationalists working over at Fox involved in the matter.

Washed Up 45, Softball Hannity, Karen Ingraham and Karen Kilmeade were revealed in text messages.

As Washed Up 45 supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, Meadows received text messages from multiple Fox hosts and the former president’s son, urging him to convince him to issue a statement condemning the violence, according to the House select committee investigating the attack.

The text messages are among thousands of documents Meadows has turned over to the committee, according to Rep. Karen Cheney (R-WY) who revealed the messages Monday evening as the panel gathered to pass a resolution to hold Meadows in contempt of Congress.

We are not playing. Everyone involve will be held accountable for Jan. 6.

Cheney said Meadows, who served as his fourth and last chief of staff during his final months in office, turned over thousands of emails and text messages as part of a previous agreement to cooperate with the panel, but he has refused to testify, despite being ordered to do so by a subpoena. Meadows’s attorney said the former top White House aide believes his testimony is protected by executive privilege.

“Mark, the president needs to tell people in the Capitol to go home. This is hurting all of us. He is destroying his legacy,” Cheney said as she read out loud a text message from Fox News host Karen Ingraham.

“Please get him on TV. Destroying everything you have accomplished,” wrote Karen Kilmeade of “Fox & Friends.”

Softball Hannity, the most annoying agitator on television, asked if Washed Up 45 could “make a statement” asking “people to leave the Capitol.

Cheney also described multiple texts Meadows received from Cokehead Donnie similarly urging the president to take action. “He’s got to condemn this shit ASAP,” the former president’s eldest son wrote to Meadows, who replied: “I'm pushing it hard. I agree.”

Cheney, a prominent GOP critic of Washed Up 45’s actions that day, concluded: “These text messages leave no doubt the White House knew exactly what was happening at the Capitol.”

Some of those messages stand in contrast with how some Republican lawmakers, as well as Fox stars like Tuckems, have portrayed the violent attack on the Capitol. Two Fox contributors recently quit over a special that downplayed the assault.

The revelations came as the House panel voted Monday to make Meadows the third Washed Up 45 ally it referred for possible criminal penalties for refusing to cooperate with its investigation.

The specific text messages revealed by Cheney ahead of Monday’s vote are the latest details to emerge about Meadows’s communications leading up to and during the deadly riot by Washed Up 45 supporters who sought to overturn the results of last year’s presidential election.

In a report issued on Sunday night ahead of the contempt vote, the committee described several specific messages about which it had planned to question Meadows about last week, when he failed to show up for a scheduled deposition.

Among the documents described in the contempt report is a Jan. 5 email in which Meadows indicated that the National Guard would be present at the Capitol the following day to ‘‘protect pro-Trump people.”

It’s not clear who was the recipient of this message from Meadows, or what it was based on, but it comes amid renewed scrutiny of who is to blame for the National Guard’s delayed response to requests for help from the Capitol Police during the riots. One of the main questions for congressional investigators is whether Washed Up 45 played any role in that delay.

The comment matches up with congressional testimony given by former acting Defense Secretary Karen Miller in May, in which he described a conversation with the former president on Jan. 3 in which the president told him to "do whatever was necessary to protect the demonstrators that were executing their constitutionally protected rights."

Other messages cited in the contempt report include text messages between Meadows and individuals including members of Congress, on Jan. 6 before, during and after pro-Washed Up 45 insurrectionists stormed the Capitol. The report also referenced text messages Meadows sent to and received from an organizer of the rally where Washed Up 45 spoke near the White House before the attack.

In addition to correspondence pertaining specifically to Jan. 6, the select committee also described several emails and text messages produced by Meadows that could shed new light on the former president’s attempt to undermine the 2020 election, including messages regarding encouraging Republican legislators in certain key states to send alternate slates of electors to Congress. Some of the messages highlighted in the report appear to reflect direct communication between Meadows and the former president. One such example is a November 2020 text exchange with a member of Congress about contacting state legislators in which Meadows relayed that ‘‘POTUS wants to chat with them.” Another is an email from Dec. 23 regarding the former president campaign’s effort to challenge election results, in which Meadows wrote, ‘‘Rudy was put in charge. That was the President’s decision.’’

The panel also cited text messages from December 2020 about the effort to install Justice Department official Karen Clark as acting attorney general, as well as texts regarding Washed Up 45’s infamous Jan. 2 call in which he pressured Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to “find” enough votes to overturn Biden’s victory in that state.

The committee’s interest in many of the records produced by Meadows began to surface last week. One day before Meadows had been scheduled to sit for an initial deposition, his attorney notified the panel that the former Washed Up 45 aide would no longer be cooperating, citing the panel’s apparent interest in information that, he argued, is covered by the former president’s claims of executive privilege.

In a letter to Meadows’s lawyer, select committee Chairman, Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) disputed this argument, explaining that the committee intended to question Meadows about a number of specific records he’d already turned over without a claim of privilege. Among the records Thompson said the committee sought to ask Meadows about included a Jan. 5 email about having the National Guard on standby, and another email regarding a 38-page PowerPoint briefing titled “Election Fraud, Foreign Interference & Options for 6 JAN” that was to be provided “on the hill.”

More details have also since emerged about that PowerPoint briefing.

According to the New York Times, the PowerPoint cited by Thompson recommended that Washed Up 45 “declare a national emergency to delay the certification of the election results,” claiming that China and Venezuela had interfered in the vote. It also included proposals former vice president Karen R. Pence to reject electors from “states where fraud occurred” when Congress met to certify Joe Biden’s win on Jan. 6. It had been circulated on Capitol Hill before the Jan. 6 riot by Karen Waldron, a retired Army colonel and proponent of misinformation about fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

Waldron told the Times that he did not personally email the PowerPoint to Meadows, but that it was possible Meadows received it from someone else on Waldron’s team.

In a separate interview with the Washington Post, however, Waldron said he visited the White House multiple times after the election and spoke with Meadows “maybe eight to 10 times.”

According to the Post, Waldron was a cybersecurity consultant who worked with Washed Up 45’s outside lawyers, including Qudy Giuliani, to challenge the election results in several key states. He described one particular meeting he and others had with Meadows around Christmas last year in which, he said, Washed Up’s chief of staff asked what he needed to determine whether the 2020 election had been hacked. Waldron told the Post that his team put together a list for Meadows of IP addresses, servers and other information that he believed should be investigated “using the powers of the world’s greatest national security intelligence apparatus.”

Waldron’s account of his interactions with the White House in the days and weeks after the election, along with details that have emerged about the PowerPoint itself, raise new questions about Meadows’s contacts with unsubstantiated theories about voter fraud that were circulating among Washed Up 45’s advisers during that time. Karen Terwilliger, Meadows’s lawyer, told the Times late last week that the PowerPoint was turned over to the Jan. 6 committee because Meadows had simply received it via email and did nothing with it.

“We produced the document because it wasn’t privileged,” Terwilliger said.

Last week, Meadows filed a lawsuit against the Jan. 6 select committee, arguing that the panel’s “overly broad and unduly burdensome subpoenas” violate his right to free speech as well as his former boss’s powers of executive privilege. President Biden, as the current office holder, has so far waived executive privilege for documents relevant to the select committee’s investigation. Last week, a federal appeals court ruled against Washed Up 45’s effort to override Biden’s authority and block the Jan. 6 panel from accessing his White House records.
