| Walmart bans comedian Damon Darling. |
Comedian and social media influencer was given a formal trespassing ban for life from the U.S. largest retail company. The controversy arose when he offered to pay for the groceries and electronics of shoppers.
Like under President Donald J. Trump, the cost of living has become so intolerable.
The cost of groceries has ruined a paycheck.
He was recently at the Walmart location in Beavercreek, Ohio. The location where Jonathan Crawford III and Angela Williams were killed. This loser named Ronald Ritchie made a fake call on Crawford as he was holding a unpackaged BB rifle. He made the call to the police and within five minutes, officer Sean Williams and and Sgt. David Darkow arrived.
Crawford who lived in Hamilton on the phone minding his business was accosted in less than ten seconds of Williams dropping a command. No sooner the command dropped, Williams open fire shooting Crawford four times.
Crawford was taken to Premier Health in Dayton where he died. Angela Williams of Riverside had a sever heart attack and died at Kettering Health Soin.
Sean Williams was immediately placed on ice for four years before he was somewhat cleared for duty.
Ritchie packed it up and moved from Dayton, Ohio to St. Petersburg, Florida. He is living in fear of the potential lawsuits and pubkic backlash he will face if someone recognizes him.
Walmart had to fork an undisclosed amount to Crawford, Williams and his then girlfriend Tasha Thomas. Sadly Thomas would die months later in a fatal traffic accident in Dayton.
Walmart blamed Ritchie for the whole ordeal but the negligence of having an open firearm itself cost the company.
Damon Darling, a comedian and influncer from Urbana frequents area doing social media charities for people in need. He often was around local Walmarts offering unsuspecting customers the opportunity to pay for the groceries.
Well apparently as a business, Walmart feared the liability of having its business and customers filmed. Legitimate reason. Who knows what could happen if a person is injured and the company could be held liable for it. Basically they are saying that his charities being filmed gives the impression that people are willing participants at Walmart.
Well he did another social media experiment and it led to Beavercreek Police following him on Interstate 675 for a pullover. In a video being filmed, the officer told Darling that he is criminal trespassed from Walmarts for life.
It was shocking.
Darling immediately was taken back by the declaration. While his millions of fans initially believed he was penalized for his viral acts of charity, the company later clarified that the ban was due to a history of disruptive behavior inside their stores.
A Walmart corporate spokesperson told TMZ that the ban was "unrelated to any charitable giving". Instead, they cited a pattern of "disruptive behavior and trespassing".
The restriction stems from Darling’s older content. Before focusing on charity, his comedy skits inside Walmart involved throwing merchandise, staging fake slips and falls, and dousing himself in milk.
Speaking on TMZ Live, Darling acknowledged his past videos likely triggered the corporate response. He apologized, stated his content has evolved into wholesome positivity, and urged his fans not to boycott Walmart.
Now the virality of this has Kroger, Target, Publix, Meijer, Home Depot, Loews and Whole Foods will have him on a watch list.
