A second lieutenant in the U.S. Army is suing two Virginia cops for a traffic stop in December 2020 where the two cops drew their weapons on him and served him a concrete sandwich. They gave him a pepper spray diet in their pullover.
Caron Nazario, who is Black and Latino, was dressed in uniform and driving his Chevy Tahoe in Windsor, Virginia, a town that is 10 miles from Suffolk. The body camera footage shows Nazario with his hands in the air outside the vehicle and telling the armed cops: "I'm honestly afraid to get out."
"Yeah, you should be!" said the cop, identified as Joe Gutierrez.
The pullover was at a local BP gas station. Caron said that it was a well-lit area and he did what most people do when their being pulled over.
The cops vicious attack on a motorist attracted controversy.
In a federal lawsuit filed by Caron, he said that his constitutional rights were violated during the traffic stop. The two sides in the case dispute wheat happened when Gutierrez and fellow officer Daniel Crocker engaged with Caron.
At the time, Caron was coming from his duty station at the U.S. Army Medical Corp and was heading home when the traffic stop occurred.
He was traveling on U.S. Highway 460 when he went into Windsor.
Crocker radioed he was attempting to stop a vehicle with no rear license plate and tinted windows. He said the driver was eluding police and he considered it a high risk traffic stop.
Caron said he was not trying to elude an officer. He said that he stopped in a well lit area "for the safety and out of respect for officers." It only took less than two minutes for Caron to properly pull over.
In the video, Nazario repeatedly asks why he was pulled over, and one of the two officers pepper sprays and kicks him. He is then handcuffed while police search his car.
Nazario asks, "Why am I being treated like this? Why?"
"Because you're not cooperating," an officer responds.
Attorney Jonathan Arthur, who is representing Nazario in a lawsuit filed earlier this month against the two officers, said that he was afraid if he took his hands out of view, something bad would happen.
Black second lieutenant feared he was going to die.
"To unbuckle his seatbelt, to do anything, any misstep — he was afraid that they were going to kill him," Arthur said.
The incident report said that Nazario was initially pulled over for not having tags displayed on his SUV, but the temporary dealer plate is visible in the officer's body-camera video.
Nazario was released without being charged.
"What prompted him to file is the need to stop this conduct," Arthur said. "The need to hold these two officers accountable and make sure they cannot do it again."

The Democrats are hoping to push for an to the filibuster. Because too many bill die in the Senate.

The prognosis is not good for another New York entertainer who had close ties to the late rapper/actor DMX.
The junk food media is for the first time seeing the rapper Black Rob share his thoughts about DMX's passing from his hospital bed.
Black Rob looks gault and very ill.
Robert Ross, 51, is best known for his stint on Sean "Puffy" Combs' label Bad Boy which led to the release of his album, "Life Story." The album was released in 2000. It spawn the hit single, "Whoa".
Ross apparently had a stroke in 2015 and had to change his diet before he would end up dead. It appears that the rapper may have some medical issues which is leading to fans concern that he may be dying as well.
The rapper's manager posted a quick clip of him from his hospital bed. It appears the rapper doesn't look really well.
"What's up man. What's going?" Rob says. "I don't know what the pain is... the pain is crazy, man. It's helping me out, though. It's making me realize, I have a lot to go on, man."
Rob's manager Kal Dawson also showed the reaction to DMX's passing.
"I feel everything about X. X, one love, positive. Big love to X."
The rapper's sudden passing due to an apparent overdose which led to a massive heart attack has shook the junk food media.
The 50-year old rapper just recently appeared on VERZUZ with Big Snoop Dogg.

Gun violence is an epidemic....It happens almost everyday in the United States. As the president said it, it's an international embarrassment.
President Joe Biden has issued executive actions in regards to straw purchases, 3D firearms and encouraging red flag initiatives.
The president's executive actions will not make too much of dent in the rules. It will take Congress to pass legislation that could do something on gun violence. The House of Representatives have passed a bill that deals with gun violence. It will likely die in the Senate.
White terrorist massacred his co-workers at a Bryan, Texas cabinet maker.
The white nationalist Republicans, two white nationalist Democrats and a handful of enablers of color within the Republican Party are slowing progress.
The mass shootings in Atlanta and Boulder have sparked intense discussion on how to deal with gun violence.
1. There was a mass shooting in Allendale, Michigan. The shooting had injured four. The city of Allendale is a suburb of Detroit. The incident happened at an apartment complex.
2. There was a mass shooting in Koshkonong, Missouri. The shooting had injured three and killed one. It happened at a convenience store called the Snappy Mart. The suspect was arrested. The town is 60 miles from Springfield, Missouri.
3. There was a mass shooting in Fort Worth. Five people were injured and one was killed. It happened on the Southwest Loop (Interstate 820). It appears to be a possible road rage incident. The shooting hit random drivers.
4. A white terrorist opened fire on his former co-workers at a local business. The terrorist was arrested in Bedias, Texas. The shooting happened at Kent Moore Cabinets in Bryan, Texas. The shooter killed one man and injured five others. Four are in critical condition. One is non-life threatening. The shooter aimed at a Texas State Trooper. The trooper was grazed by bullets fired by the terrorist. The white nationalist governor, Greg Abbott was putting on show earlier when Biden issued his executive orders.
Abbott declared Texas a state friendly to gun owners. Ironic, the moment he fired off his comments, the mass shooting happened. He now wants to pray for the victims.
"I have been working closely with the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Texas Rangers as they assist local law enforcement on a swift response to this criminal act. Their efforts led to the arrest of the shooting suspect. The state will assist in any way needed to help prosecute the suspect. Cecilia [Abbott] and I are praying for the victims and their families and for the law enforcement officer injured while apprehending the suspect."
Abbott is such a fucking phony. He would later appear on far-right media outlets slamming Biden on the unaccompanied minors risking their lives to the United States. He and his fellow white nationalists are complaining about the "border crisis." The complaining and attacks on migrants could spark another racially motivated attack.
The terrorist is a 27-year old white male.
Biden is getting fed up with Congress stalling legislation.
5. There was a mass shooting in Milwaukee. The terrorist is a 26-year old man. He is responsible for a quadruple shooting in the city's north side. Authorities say a 20-year old woman and 30-year old man were killed. Both are residents of the city. A 26-year old man from Illinois and a 27-year old man from the city was injured. Their injuries were unknown at the time.
6. There was a mass shooting in Detroit. One victim is dead and three were hurt on Detroit's east side. A man in his 20s was fatally shot. A 22-year old man and 19-year old woman were hospitalized. A 47-year old man was grazed by a bullet. '

7. Four people were shot in Washington, DC. The incident happened in Northeast Washington. There were over 51 homicides in the city. This the fourth time in a week that three or more people were shot in single incidents. Three men and one woman were injured. They will survive their injuries.
8. Apparently seven people were shot in Chicago. There was a fight in the Englewood neighborhood in which a terrorist managed to shot at the group. A 21-year old man was injured in the foot another man was grazed. Other victims are struck by the gunfire. Some have fair to critical injuries.

9. Two men killed their family in Texas. The two terrorists killed their father, mother, grandmother and sister. The 19-year old men were twins. The two murdered their family by shooting and stabbing them. The family is part of a close-knit Bangladeshi community in Collin County, Texas. The two men may have agreed to a suicide pact. They killed themselves when the police arrived to the home. This happened in Allen.
10. There was a police shooting in Wilmington, North Carolina. Three people have been killed and four others were injured in a mass shooting at a house party. The shootings have killed 22-year old Zieyah Wade, 21-year old Shamir Jones and a 16-year old (unknown because victim is a juvenile). The other victims were identified were Keyshawn James, 21; Zykeria Crawford, 19; Valery Orelus, 18; and Zymiryon Atkins, 18.

11. The most recent mass shooting that got President Biden's attention was the former NFL player who massacred a doctor, his wife, two grandchildren and a repairman. He managed to injure another repairman before he took off. He went to his family's home and took his own life. The Black terrorist was a former NFL player who killed 70-year old Dr. Robert Lesslie, his wife Barbara, 69, grandchildren, Adah, 9 and Noah, 6. He also killed James Lewis, 38 of Gaston. Lesslie was a well-recognized physician in the community and beloved by many. The feds are trying to piece together the motive to why this terrorist murdered the doctor.
His family said that he had mental issues after taking blows to the head. He played for the League for four seasons before he was cut for good. He was living out of his parent home due to him possibly squandering his finances.
12. Even in my community there was a mass shooting. There was a mass shooting in Dayton at the Summit Square Apartments in west Dayton. Three men and one woman were shot. They have non-fatal injuries. The vehicle involved in the shooting was a Cadillac DTS and the law is looking for them.
The white nationalist Democrats Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema are joining Republicans in blocking President Joe Biden's aggressive push on gun violence.
It never happens in your community....... Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how this gun reform is taking away your rights. I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth. The family and his management confirms. Earl Simmons, 50, who performs under the name of DMX has passed away from a massive heart attack. He had allegedly overdosed on drugs and suffered cardiac arrest.
All dogs go to heaven. DMX was a loving father, grandfather and entertainer.
The entertainer who rose to fame in the late 1990s is best known for such hits like, "Ruff Ryders Anthem", "Party Up (In Here)", "What These .... Want" and "Where The Hood At?" passed away.
"We are deeply saddened to announce today that our loved one, DMX, birth name of Earl Simmons, passed away at 50-years-old at White Plains Hospital with his family by his side after being placed on life support for the past few days," family's statement read in part.
"Earl was a warrior who fought till the very end," the family continued. "He loved his family with all of his heart and we cherish the times we spent with him."
The artist had been hospitalized since last week when he suffered a heart attack at his home in New York, according to his longtime attorney, Murray Richman.
Artists, athletes and other celebrities paid tribute to him on social media Friday.
DMX (Dark Man X) began rapping in the early 1990s and released his debut album, "It's Dark and Hell Is Hot," in 1998.
With the deaths of fellow rappers The Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur before he burst on the scene, DMX became one of the reigning stars of hardcore hip hop and was the premier artist signed to the Ruff Ryders label.
His single, "Ruff Ryders Anthem," helped to seal his critical and commercial success.
The rapper released several albums over the years, including one of his most commercially successful, "...And Then There Was X," that was released in 1999 and was nominated for a Grammy in the best rap album category. It was one of three Grammy nominations for the rapper.
He sold millions of albums, boosted by hits like "Get At Me Dog" in 1998, "Party Up," in 1999 and "X Gon' Give It to Ya," in 2003.
He parlayed his growing fame into an acting career, appearing in multiple films including, "Romeo Must Die" and "Cradle 2 The Grave."
His professional achievements were often overshadowed by his issues with substance abuse and run-ins with the law. He pleaded guilty to tax fraud in 2017 and was sentenced to one year in prison.
In 2019, DMX canceled a planned concert tour to seek treatment for addiction, saying at the time that he was "putting family and sobriety first."
That same year he talked to GQ about his struggles.
"I just need to have a purpose," he said. "And I don't even know that purpose, because God has given me that purpose since before I was in the womb, so I'm going to fulfill that purpose ... whether I want to or not, whether I know it or not, because the story has already been written. If you appreciate the good, then you have to accept the bad."
More recently, DMX thrilled fans last year when he appeared in a VERZUZ battle with fellow artist Snoop Dogg.

The 10th day of the trial of the former Minneapolis cop who placed his goddamn knee on George Floyd's neck leading to him dying of asphyxiation. The trial will not be long because it's Friday and many of the jurors are going to be off for the weekend to gather notes.

The incident was filmed by a 17-year old teen who witnesses police brutality. The incident happened in May 2020. The grocery clerks at a local store called the law on a report of fake bill being passed to a cashier.
The Minneapolis Police responded to the scene. The series of events led to the dirty cop and his three associates restraining and placing Floyd in handcuffs. Then during the encounter, a handcuffed Floyd was placed on the ground with face in the pavement. He would ended up being pressed down by this dirty cop. That knee on the neck with Floyd saying he can't breathe and crying for his mama.

It launched a protest movement against police brutality, systematic racism and gun violence. All calls that Washed Up 45 ignored. It cost him the election. Now tasked with a bundle of problems, President Joe Biden will have to make amends or face an election loss.
This incident is a prime example of the power of protest. The incident sparked unrest and outside agitators who tried to create havoc to paint Black Lives Matter as a violent mob.

White nationalist Republican now declares his intentions to run for governor. Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY) hopes to become the next governor of New York. Zeldin will immediately play upon the culture war in his attempts to defeat embattled governor Andrew Cuomo.
Zeldin, 41, a controversial lawmaker from Long Island is a known Islamophobe, whataboutist and conspiracy theorist.
He is going to be one of the first high profile Republicans entering the race. He is a staunch supporter of Washed Up 45.
"With one-party Democrat rule in NYC and Albany, the light that once shone as a beacon of what America can be has gone dark," said Zeldin.
Ironic, the insurrection is an example of the gone dark in America.
Zeldin added, "The New York that was once was a magnet for the world's best and brightest is now forcing its own to leave under the crushing weight of skyrocketing taxes, lost jobs, suffocating regulations, and rising crime from dangerously liberal policies."
Oh, funny! I thought under Washed Up 45, crime is going down in great numbers. New York is the hub of the economy. The average living rate in that state along is $78,000 and $158,000 in the five boroughs. The cities of Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Niagara Falls are part of the rust belt. New York City is the hub of America. It's not the capital of the United States, but to world leaders and the global economy, that's America's greatness.

Zeldin barely won his own district. He represents the 1st Congressional District. He has hinted that he would run for governor. When Cuomo had to shut down New York due to the pandemic, Zeldin was on the side of Washed Up 45. He wanted the businesses to open up and complained about Cuomo's handling of the pandemic at the state level.
No complaints about Washed Up 45 and his bullshit parade of conspiracies and lies.
Cuomo is seeking a fourth term. He has no signals he is resigning.
We haven't forgotten about the scandal affecting the controversial Democrat. Cuomo is under federal watch for his role in the deaths of New Yorkers in nursing homes. He is facing impeachment from his state legislature over allegations of sexual harassment. He is not on the Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) level as of yet. But he does have over 10 accusers saying he sexually harassed women while in office.
Cuomo was the hero of the Democrats during the early months of the global pandemic. He managed to steer the state through some of its worst times and felt his star power rise. We seen it on television, radio and social media.
Trust me, the leftists were screaming for Cuomo 2020 because they hated the milquetoast Joe Biden.
Zeldin has feuded with fellow lawmaker Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN). Both lawmakers are showboaters who have little accomplishments but a lot of vocal time in the junk food media.
Even that annoying white nationalist Sean "Softball" Hannity put down the crackpipe to do a somewhat fair radio interview with Cuomo. The softball quickly turned on him and has been pushing conspiracies about Cuomo and the coronavirus pandemic in order to deflect from the larger role of federal government. The federal government that was led by Washed Up 45 before he was defeated by Biden.
Washed Up 45 wanted the governors to figure out how to handle the pandemic. The vaccine rollout was terrible under that guy. Now that Biden's in office, the vaccines are coming out faster and Washed Up 45 wants the credit. He can have credit for the thousands of lives lost because of his need to tell folks to inject disinfects and bleach. Or perhaps forcing the government to make Americans digest hydroxychloroquine despite it being dangerous.
But now all of that's changed. With the pandemic still in effect, many white nationalist Republican governors are opening up shop despite the rise in coronavirus cases.
Cuomo who took a careful approach to reopening is fearing that those idiots who went to Florida and Texas for spring break are coming back to the state spreading the coronavirus.
The Easter weekend and spring breakers have the CDC worrying about another spread of the coronavirus.
Cuomo appears to be safe despite the scandals. With the news on Gaetz and Washed Up 45 namely, it seems like the junk food media newest scandal de jour focus is not him.
