Summer Brown (right) was a 10-year old girl who had a great life. It was taken by some terrorist who was upset over a lane change. This road rage incident was another example of senseless gun violence.
GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.
An Arizona girl was shot and killed by some terrorist in an apparent road rage incident.
A 20 year old man was caught and he will face murder charges.
The 10-year old was named Summer Mellody Brown. She is one of the many African American girls not getting the national attention most white women and girls are getting.
The young girl was shot at her home.
Another young life loss to gun violence.
This terrorist opened fire on a family of four after a road-rage incident.
The Phoenix Metro Police have confirmed that the suspected vehicle was towed and inspected for evidence linking this terrorist to the death of this little angel.
The terrorist was trying his hardest to change the vehicle color and design to throw the cops off.
The rims of the truck towed away by the law did not match. However, the law were seen taking the wheels that appeared to match the terrorist's vehicle behind the house where the vehicle was found.
Summer's father was also shot in the face but survived the shooting. Her sister and mother were not hit by the gunfire.
The terrorist was so upset over being cut off on a local road. He decided to follow the family to their home and open fire.
The terrorist will face murder charges. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Tips to avoid road-rage.
1. Never be on the cellphone when driving on a road.
2. Never engage conversation with an individual who got out their vehicle to confront you.
Terrorist will face murder charges.
3. Never allow the person engaged in road-rage follow you to your home or workplace. Make sure you are never followed. If you are followed by a person who shows signs of road-rage, make sure you head to the local police station.
4. Never break in the middle of an intersection.
5. Always keep your eyes on the road for pedestrians, animals, disabled vehicles and stopped buses.
6. Never try to beat a train and never cross any crossing gates when lights are flashing.
This is another attack on women of color. We must stand strong and protect our women and children of color.
White cops want Black prosecutor to resign. They are upset over the Jussie Smollett scandal.
The Cook County prosecutor Kim Foxx is facing calls to resign. She is being pressured to resign in the wake of the Jussie Smollett scandal. The actor allegedly faked a racial attack and was criminally charged with making a false report. He also faced 16 felonies that could have put him in the iron college for 50 years.
The charges were dropped and Smollett went home with a clean record. Smollett returns to Empire a pariah among the staff and Lee Daniels. His future on the show is still up in the air. It's likely he will be reduced roles or fired out the cannon if the show is renewed.
The Chicago Police Union and Republicans are livid.
They decided to hold a protest and hosted a "no confidence" vote against Foxx.
Kim Foxx won't resign to pressure.
Also the Chicago city council threatens a lawsuit to Smollett. They will sue the entertainer for the time spent on a false report.
Saani Mohammed filed a petition asking for the investigation into the Cook County prosecutor's office over the decision to drop the charges.
Mohammed claims that Foxx "acted to impede the investigation, concealed evidence and/or intentionally misled the public."
Smollett facing a lawsuit.
A white sea of police chiefs from the Chicagoland joined Kevin Graham in a show of support denouncing Foxx.
There were counter protesters who came in defense of Foxx. Some are saying that Chicago Police should be concerned about how many cops got off with murder. The Laquan McDonald and Rekia Boyd shootings are examples of dirty cops.
The Chicago Police and other departments in the area weren't concern about the lives of these individuals.
C'mon, we see you.
If I was Kim Foxx, I would tell the police union to shove it. She should never cave to pressure.
Donald J. Trump never apologizes. He continues to divide our country with this bullshit.
These MAGA cops think we're going to cave to them. Fuck them.
GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES. BAD COPS WILL GET GOOD COPS KILLED.
Cincinnati's Jack will be renamed Hard Rock Casino.
Like the lottery, the casinos are an escape. The middle class and lower class often visit casinos for a quick buck. They fail to realize that casinos are entertainment facilities. They often believe they're entitled to win something. They forget that old saying, "The house always wins."
They often spend hours and lots of money. Gambling is big in the Midwest. Since Ohio became the latest state to allow statewide gaming facilities, the state has earned an estimated $5.9 billion in revenue.
The cities that have casinos include: Cincinnati, Toledo, Columbus and Cleveland.
The cities that have racinos include: Cincinnati, Cleveland/Akron (2), Youngstown, Columbus, Dayton and Monroe.
Donald J. Trump is a former casino magnate. He once owned numerous casinos in the United States.
Like most of his projects, they all ended in disaster leaving thousands out of jobs.
In a few months, you will see changes in Cincinnati. The Jack Casino in downtown Cincinnati will be renamed Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati.
Hard Rock International is buying Jack Cincinnati and Turfway Park in Florence, Kentucky. These two area businesses will be converted.
Turfway Park is one of the largest horse racing tracks in the United States. The race track is located in the Cincinnati suburb of Florence, Kentucky.
Hard Rock International and VICI Properties has bought the properties for nearly $1 billion.
"We look forward to introducing our unique brand of casino entertainment to Cincinnati," said Jim Allen, the CEO of Hard Rock International.
Hard Rock will be taking over operating assets of the casino. They will change the name and VICI will own the land and real estate assets as a part of the joint venture.
The Jack Casino formerly was named The Horseshoe now goes through another name change.
This is the third name change for the downtown Cincinnati casino. The casino sits between Reading Road (U.S. 42) and Gilbert Avenue (U.S. 22 and Ohio State Route 3).
The casinos in the Cincinnati market include Jack (Hard Rock Casino), Belterra Park in east Cincinnati, Miami Valley Gaming in Monroe, Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway and Rising Star Casino in Rising Sun, Indiana.
Cincinnati is metropolis that includes Wilmington, Lebanon, Middletown, Hamilton, Fairfield, Oxford in Ohio. It includes Covington, Newport, Maysville, Florence, Erlanger, Alexandria and Walton in Kentucky. It includes Lawrenceburg, Aurora, St. Leon, Versailles, Liberty and Rising Sun in Indiana.
The major highways that surround the Cincinnati area include Interstate 75, Interstate 71, Interstate 74, Interstate 275, Interstate 471, Ohio State Route 32, the Norwood Lateral, the Ronald Reagan Highway, Ohio State Route 129 and the Kentucky Double AA Highway.
Side note: Ohio is going to have a second Major League Soccer franchise. FC Cincinnati will make its debut as a MLS team in 2019. It will be playing at Nippert Stadium until its new stadium West End will be opened.
The other city with a major soccer franchise is Columbus. The Columbus Crew will build a new stadium and maintain its original franchise. The franchise was threatening to move to Austin, Texas in 2018.
The Over The Rhine neighborhood will face a gentrification. They will push the low-income out of the area. They will push the drugs, prostitution and taggers into other areas.
Prominent prosecutor being denied entry to the United States. The International Criminal Court wants Fatou Bensouda to investigate war crimes committed by the U.S. and Israel. The U.S. is blocking her from doing her job.
Donald J. Trump and Mike Pompeo decided to block a Gambian prosecutor from entry to the United States. The woman, Fatou Bensouda is a leading top prosecutor from the International Criminal Court.
This revoke is certainly sparking outrage globally.
The ICC is located in The Hague, is an international body that prosecutes war criminals.
The United States doesn't often adhere to the rule of international law. The U.S. has made good on its threats to deny entry for ICC officials. The ICC has accused the United States of war crimes in Afghanistan. They also have accused Israel of war crimes towards people living in the Gaza Strip and West Bank.
The United Nations human rights experts called the denial of entry a "improper interference" in the work of the world's permanent war crimes court. It also drew criticism from the European Union.
The U.S. is not a member of the ICC nor is China and Russia. But they do oversee who is tried in the court and do acknowledge impact.
Bensouda shrugged off the controversy and said that she will continue to work. She said that she is granted access to the U.N. Security Council and that can't be revoked.
The United States is the greatest provocateur of violence globally. We are the only civilized nation that continues to allow gun violence exist. We are still the most ignorant, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, Islamophobic, anti-Semitic, anti-Black and anti-woman country in the world.
Today's revoking of ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda is another racially motivated attack.
A professional woman of color being treated like a second class citizen. Her mission is to unearth atrocities committed by countries (i.e. U.S., Russia, Israel and China).
We all know this countries have done some form of human atrocities.
Trump, Mike Pence and Mike Pompeo are doing their best to prevent the world leaders from exposing their criminal actions.
When Barack Obama ordered the capture of Osama bin Laden, the U.S. special forces entered Pakistan and raided the home of the al Qaeda leader. They killed him and two operatives. They buried his body in proper Islamic customs. They buried the body at sea to prevent a shrine.
Some Americans here were so blood thirsty. They wanted to see the death photos and pictures of him being shoved out to sea.
It's unfortunate that here in the United States, we're censored from seeing the victims of gun violence.
That should be changed. The moment you see a picture of a young child having their heads blown off by a high capacity firearm, you might want to start demanding reasonable gun control.
The United States is often regarded as the world's bully. Donald J. Trump has officially sealed that notion. He will lead us to a recession. He will inspire a white terrorist to commit an attack on our fellow Americans. He might inspire a foreign born terrorist to attack Americans here and abroad. He will also cause the European Union and African Union to abandon their assistance in apprehending alleged Islamic State operatives.
This slap to the ICC will only make us more likely to lose support for any impending conflicts we're eventually gonna head into (thanks to the Israeli government).
There are 50 states, the District of Columbia and the five U.S. territories. An estimated total of 335 million people reside in the United States. A measly 196,000 jobs in March doesn't mean shit.
We just got out of a federal government shutdown sparked by a fight over a border wall. We declared a national emergency which means funds are being used to build border fencing around areas that were already getting it.
Layoffs are at its highest level since 2009. That would be around the time Barack Obama first took oath of office. His impact began in March 2009.
We have people still struggling in Puerto Rico.
We have people still struggling in Florida.
We have people still struggling in Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska.
These places were hit with massive disasters from weather events.
GM has closed four plants in the United States and Canada. The impact of closing GM plants affects over 20,000 people.
We lost Charlotte Rouse, Payless Shoes Source, Things Remembered, Bon Ton and Sears/Kmart in parts of the country. How many people lost their jobs when hospitals, malls, sports franchises, universities and state properties closed?
Which area got the most jobs?
Many Americans are working for private companies that do not pay for insurance. Uber, Lyft and Doordash are offering quick cash but tireless demands and lack of appreciation. They are facing scandal because they're not paying those involved as employees.
With the Republicans fucking with the Affordable Care Act, the cost of insurance premiums are going up. The cost of visiting a doctor is going up.
The price of food, gas, electric and rent are going up. The average amount of gas in the United States at present time is $2.679 a gallon.
Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy. McConnell is the country's most hated politician. He is the face of establishment and status quo.
The possibility of shutting down the U.S.-Mexico border could impact trade and tensions.
The USMCA is a signed but not ratified free trade agreement. The new version of NAFTA isn't really going to do much other than give more regulations to products being brought into the United States.
Mexico and Canada aren't pleased with paying more in products being imported into their countries from the United States. They promise that Americans will pay more when they plan their vacations.
The imbecile can't even figure out how to actually do trade. Our economy is probably on the brink of collapse. With Americans tightening up the wallets, we can only imagine what the country gonna look like in 2020.
If things don't improve in the next couple of months, we're going to be heading into a recession.
Donald J. Trump promises to fix up these areas. Although he and his crack team of geniuses won't give more money to the U.S. commonwealth because according to him, it was $91 billion in funds.
That's not true. Puerto Rico hasn't gotten a fraction of the promised funds. It still has issues that need to be addressed. We're getting closer to another hurricane/typhoon season. Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands could be hit with another massive storm.
The unemployment rate stays at 3.8 percent.
Those working actively is 63.1 percent.
Jobless rate was unchanged holding near a 49-year low. Average hourly earnings increased at 3.2 percent year-over-year, below all estimates according to Bloomberg Tic Toc.
Job creation posted a solid rebound in March. The health care industry gained the most most jobs followed by food and drinking establishment. Construction gained and manufacturing has seen the most losses.
Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi and Dick Durbin are the status quo as well. Democrats want better leaders.
Many economists are saying that a recession is coming.
Those die-hard Trump supporters will say that his leadership is successful. All the while, they find that their average wages are stalling. Many of these Trump supporters probably lost their jobs. Some are probably losing their homes due to flooding, wildfires and foreclosure.
Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen over the past year.
Real Reason To Why Unemployment Rate Stays The Way It Is!
There are 104 million active body people not working in the United States. The examples of why they're not working.
1. DEAD 2. BORN 3. IN PRISON 4. IN PRIMARY SCHOOL 5. IN MIDDLE SCHOOL 6. IN HIGH SCHOOL 7. IN COLLEGE NOT LOOKING 8. VOLUNTEER 9. DISABLED 10. STAY AT HOME PARENT 11. RETIRED 12. QUIT ON THEIR OWN 13. NOT HIRING QUALIFIED 14. NATURAL DISASTERS 15. ACTIVE MILITARY 16. NOT HIRING TOO QUALIFIED 17. LAID OFF 18. FIRED FROM THE JOB 19. DESTRUCTION TO FACILITY 20. OUTSOURCING 21. IMMIGRANTS TOO AFRAID OF BEING DETAINED BY I.C.E. 22. SHAMED BY SOCIAL MEDIA
Let me remind you, that Trump and Republicans believe austerity is the key to a strong economy and job market. The Republicans are not in control of the House of Representatives. The Democrats now control the House and will push for an agenda that Trump will likely oppose. Republicans in the Senate will continue to pass ridiculous laws that hurt the working class and middle class. They are already streamlining federal judges that could rollback years of progress.
The inept Senate leadership of Mitch McConnell is being ignored. The junk food media are too focused on Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar and other lawmakers who have little impact to what's going on. McConnell has impact on America.
The Jobs and Tax Cut Act has added trillions of dollars of debt to the economy. The results of the tax cuts haven't produced the stability. It's still considered a very unpopular law.
Trump is destroying the economy. I won't say anything positive about him. Regardless of what happens, this is short-term success.
I wonder how these trolls feed themselves in this economy?
The rumor of Drake and Future rolling out a follow up to the smash mixtape What A Time To Be Alive. It's apparently done and will be released this Spring.
Future has teased the album release with two diamonds.
Future just released the album The Wizrd this year. His album went to the number one spot on Billboard. It sold over 200,000 units.
Drake and Future had to pour out a little liquor and offer the usual "thoughts and prayers" to slain rapper Nipsey Hussle. The hip-hop community is still reeling over the sudden loss.
Nipsey Hussle worked with both entertainers in the past.
Some in the hip-hop community are saying the two are cooking up something.
Meaning that they are prepared to release a summer smash hit soon.
When they released that album in 2015, they brought out that smash hit Jumpman.
It gave rap producers Metro Boomin and Southside Sizzle name recognition.
Maybe the two will be working with the two again?
Let's get you a replay of What A Time To Be Alive.
The Democrats want the tax returns of Donald J. Trump. They want to see six years of tax returns.
Also they want to know how a Chinese national managed to slip pass the U.S. Secret Service to get into the Mar-a-Largo facility.
Attorney General William Barr is facing scrutiny for the Mueller report. Members of Robert Mueller's team are leaking to the junk food media. They believe that Barr misled the nation.
Trump and his allies aren't in the clear. They were not exonerated. But you can't tell that to Trump.
He is pretty much calling the investigation over and Democrats are bitter.
Trump continues to tell the public that he's under audit and he doesn't want the Democrats meddling in his personal affairs.
"They'll speak to my lawyers, they'll speak to my attorney general," Trump said in the Oval Office.
Rep. Richard Neal (D-MA) wants Trump to releases his taxes.
The Democrats demands to release Trump's taxes will become a legal challenge.
Rep. Richard Neal (D-MA) is heading to the IRS to get authorization to have Trump's taxes. As House Committee chairman for the Ways and Means, Neal is demanding six years of Trump's taxes from his personal and business affairs.
Neal told IRS Commissioner Charles Rettig that he wants the returns by April 10th.
Trump said he would not be inclined to release his tax returns. He said that this political witch hunt must end. He said that this is an "invasion of privacy."
Taxpayer information is legally supposed to remain confidential, but a 1924 provision gives Congress some access.
Ryan is hoping to court voters who felt that Donald J. Trump failed them.
As a nine term lawmaker, Ryan is best known for his clashes with the establishment wing of the Democratic Party. He and some of the moderate wing of Democrats led a challenge against Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) for the House Speaker role.
Ryan made the decision to run after watching the GM Lordstown facility close.
"When our local GM factory was shutdown last Thanksgiving, I got a call from my daughter who was consoling her friend whose father was an auto worker and was just laid off. My daughter said to me, 'That's why I am running for president. It's time to do something.'"
Ryan is entering a race where there is no clear front runner, a whole lot of dysfunction and the potential for most of the well-known to be slaughtered by a relentless Trump campaign.
Trump has 70% chance of winning reelection.
Do you believe Tim Ryan is ready to be President of the United States? (Expect trolls to pick the dumbest answers)
There's got to be nearly 20 or more candidates running for the Democratic nomination. So many candidates and not one of them inspire people.
Ryan who represents the 13th Congressional District. A district that includes Akron, Youngstown, Lordstown, Warren and Kent.
Ryan had criticized Democrats for leaving behind the Midwest. He has often said that the Democratic Party fails at reaching out to the working class voter (i.e. white man). Trump carried Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida.
These states were carried by Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012.
He also said that Pelosi, Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-MD), Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) are out of touch with the trends. They are often vilified by the far-right and Trump.
Ryan who is married to Andrea Zetts. They have a son together. He is also the step-father of two of her children from a previous marriage.
With little name recognition and a somewhat squeaky clean record, it seems like he can run a campaign without scandal.
After four women claimed inappropriate behavior, Joe Biden makes a plea to change.
Former vice president Joe Biden is on the defense after three more women came forth with allegations of inappropriate touching.
Biden is considering a run for the President of the United States is saying that "he didn't mean to" touch people inappropriately. He made a video explaining why he interacts with constituents.
The response comes as Biden and his team gear up to announce his plans for the 2020 presidential race this month. Biden alluded to those plans in the video on Wednesday, strongly suggesting he would be launching a bid.
"Folks, in the coming month I'm expecting to be talking to you about a whole lot of issues, and I'll always be direct with you," he said.
He continued later in the video, "I've never thought of politics as cold and antiseptic. I've always thought it about connecting with people, as I said, shaking hands, hands on the shoulder, a hug, encouragement, and now, it's all about taking selfies together. You know, social norms have begun to change, they've shifted, and the boundaries of protecting personal space have been reset, and I get it, I get it."
"I hear what they're saying, I understand it, and I'll be much more mindful, that's my responsibility. My responsibility, and I'll meet it," he said.
Social norms are changing. I understand that, and I’ve heard what these women are saying. Politics to me has always been about making connections, but I will be more mindful about respecting personal space in the future. That’s my responsibility and I will meet it. pic.twitter.com/Ya2mf5ODts
The Republicans and their propaganda machine we know as Fox News are running on the #CreepyJoe memes. They're so fucking clueless. They nominated a man who has five children from three different baby mamas. They nominated a man who has a history of saying sexually offensive remarks towards women. They nominated a man who is trying to hid his tax returns, his school grades, his outtakes from The Apprentice and his visitor records at the White House.
They nominated a man who slept with prostitutes, porn stars and once bragged he would grab women by the pussy. They have a man who said over 9,000 lies throughout his campaign and imbecilic presidency. They are ones to talk.
Biden's supporters are calling out the far-right and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) for a deliberate hit job.
Sanders who ran a campaign in 2016 is now running again for 2020. Many are concern that Biden and Sanders being nominated as the Democratic contender will assure Donald J. Trump a second term.
No serious candidate has emerged to the front runner status. All the well-known candidates are running too early.
Biden's camp dove into damage control mode Friday after Lucy Flores, a former Nevada assemblywoman, penned an essay detailing a 2014 encounter during which the former vice president made her feel "uneasy, gross and confused" when he came up from behind her and kissed the back of her head. After a series of carefully-worded statements attributed to his spokesman, Biden on Sunday released a statement of his own addressing the allegation.
"In my many years on the campaign trail and in public life, I have offered countless handshakes, hugs, expressions of affection, support and comfort," Biden said in a statement that was released shortly before Flores appeared in her first television interview. "And not once -- never -- did I believe I acted inappropriately. If it is suggested I did so, I will listen respectfully. But it was never my intention."
He added, "I may not recall these moments the same way, and I may be surprised at what I hear. But we have arrived at an important time when women feel they can and should relate their experiences, and men should pay attention. And I will."
Flores responded to Biden's comments on Wednesday afternoon, writing that she was "glad" that he "acknowledges that he made women feel uncomfortable with his unsolicited gestures of encouragement."
But Flores also pointed out that Biden has not yet apologized for the behavior in question.
"Given the work he has done on behalf of women, Vice President Biden should be aware of how important it is to take personal responsibility for inappropriate behavior," Flores wrote, "and yet he hasn't apologized to the women he made uncomfortable."
Flores tweeted out her statement about two-and-a-half hours after Biden posted his video.
When a second woman came forward on Monday claiming Biden made her feel uncomfortable at a 2009 Connecticut fundraiser, his team pointed to his response from Sunday. Biden's team again pointed to that statement when two more women told the New York Times on Tuesday that Biden made them feel uncomfortable by the way he touched them.
With two more women coming forward, Biden and his circle of advisers knew they had to address the allegations in a more direct manner than simply a statement, people familiar with the matter said, which led to Wednesday's video.
Caitlyn Caruso told the Times that Biden put his hand on her thigh during an event about sexual assault at UNLV in Las Vegas. Caruso, 22, said she was 19 at the time and told the Times that the incident happened after she finished telling her story of an assault.
Another woman, D.J. Hill, told the Times that in 2012 at a fundraising event in Minneapolis, Biden placed his hand on her back then started dropping it down her back.
Hill, 59, said it made her "very uncomfortable" and told the Times that her husband noticed the incident and intervened by cracking a joke and putting his hand on Biden's shoulder.
On Monday, the Hartford Courant reported Amy Lappos of Connecticut said Biden touched her and rubbed his nose on hers during a 2009 political fundraiser in Greenwich.
"It wasn't sexual, but he did grab me by the head," Lappos told the newspaper. "He put his hand around my neck and pulled me in to rub noses with me. When he was pulling me in, I thought he was going to kiss me on the mouth."
The allegations against Biden come amid #MeToo, a movement started nearly a decade ago that went viral in 2017 as women in Hollywood and across the country began sharing stories of sexual harassment and assault. It’s led to the resignation or downfall of more than 100 entertainers, executives and politicians, including Harvey Weinstein, Matt Lauer and Kevin Spacey.
While Biden and his aides had initially hoped to avoid giving the story surrounding his conduct oxygen, they knew it had become untenable and his written statement was no longer sufficient. Some friends and former advisers appealed to him throughout the day Tuesday and Wednesday that he had to add his explanation and contrition to this.
Biden made the decision, acknowledging that he had to "reclaim his record and explain his humanity," one person close to the former vice president said. Biden was eager to put context around the allegations, which were beginning to cloud his likely presidential bid, another person close to Biden said.
While Biden's team says they realize it doesn't put an end to the subject, it changes the conversation and puts it in his voice. They realize he will be asked about this again and again, but now he will be less defensive.
"Any reasonable person watching this can understand him and see how human he is," a Democratic strategist who urged Biden to speak about this said.
After the release of the video Wednesday, three more women told the Washington Post that Biden had made them feel uncomfortable in his interactions with them. In response to the new allegations, a spokesperson for Biden pointed to his statement on Sunday and his video message.
Two people close to Biden said his timeline for a presidential run is unlikely to change -- at least as of now.
At the end of the video released Wednesday, Biden reiterated he would be more thoughtful going forward.
"I will be more mindful and respectful of people's personal space, and that's a good thing, that's a good thing," he said. "I've worked my whole life to empower women. I've worked my whole life to prevent abuse, I've written, and so the idea, that I can't adjust to the fact that personal space is important, more important than it's ever been, is just not thinkable. I will. I will."
They tried to charge the victim of a racial attack. Social media called their asses out.
L'Daijohnique Lee was the victim of a racial attack.
She was attacked by a white thug outside a Dallas, Texas bar. She was driving down the wrong way of an alley. She allegedly blocked the out way of the thug. They got into a shouting match and the thug pulled a firearm on her. After she tried to call 9-1-1 to report his actions, he slapped the phone out of her hand. She smacked him in the face.
When she did that, he served her a knuckle style chili. Gave her five helpings. Couldn't knock her down but got her face swollen.
The Dallas County prosecutors are going to charge him with battery and misdemeanor assault. He didn't get charged with a hate crime.
A new twist emerged. It turns out that Lee is about to be charged with criminal damaging to the thug's car. Her lawyer S. Lee Merrit (who is representing the family of police shooting victim Antwon Rose and assisting in LaDerihanna Holmes hit-and-run) is slamming the decision to charge his client disgraceful.
A black woman alone in a dark parking lot is stalked, harassed and assaulted by a white male. He brandishes a gun, knocks away her phone when she tries to call for help— then beats her mercilessly with blows to the head. DPD just found a way to charge HER with a felony. #DaiLeepic.twitter.com/hMJab8UM3i
Victims of savage assaults cannot logically be held responsible for damage done to their assailants property during or immediately after their attack. Of course contexts matters and the decision to charge is a clear abuse of discretion. https://t.co/ZLKS5j4dWz
The Dallas Police filed a felony charge against Lee for damaging the vehicle. But they charge him with misdemeanors.
This Proud Boy wannabe thug got felonies.
The Dallas District Attorney did reject the charges. They said that the incident of criminal damaging is considered defense on the part of the victim. She may have to pay for the damages in civil court but will avoid a trial.
They did raise the charges against that white thug to felonies. These felonies could put that thug in the iron college for up to 10 years. He didn't have proper registration of his firearm.
Lee broke the thug's windows after she got five servings. Once she got away from the thug, she ran up and threw a brick into his car.
The incident that was widely shared on social media went viral. The thug was quiet when he was in court that day. He acknowledged his charges and plans on pleading not guilty. He quickly exited the Dallas County Courthouse after the trial was set.
The junk food media ran up on him and some were heckling him.
The suspect who has ties to the Proud Boys had his social media page full of Trumpalooza.
White thug had Trump on his mind.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. If convicted, he will get time in the iron college. He will be stripped of his firearms. He will have to pay for the victim's medical injuries. He will be ordered to take anger management classes. He will have to avoid being marked by the "iron college" gangs.
Donald J. Trump awakens the white heat. White extremism is on the rise and domestic terrorist attacks are going to happen. There were mosques attacked. There were Nazi symbols being spread around public places and synagogues. There's threats on the lives of individuals who fought hard to remove Confederate statues and monuments.
Trump could win reelection. The Republicans are determined to hold on to power at any means necessary.
We must stop them.
This is the latest martyr of white nationalism. We can expect more of these folks in the picture.
Chicago elects Lori Lightfoot. She will be the first African American woman to run the third largest city in the United States.
America's third largest city has a new mayor. This is a historical first for the Chicago area.
The election is nonpartisan, with its winner being elected to a four-year term. The elections were concurrent with the Chicago aldermanic elections to elect all 50 members to the Chicago City Council, as well as elections for the City Clerk of Chicago and City Treasurer of Chicago.
Lori Lightfoot becomes the first African American woman and openly lesbian mayor of the Midwestern metropolis.
The federal prosecutor and practicing lawyer swept the election beating establishment figure Toni Preckwinkle in Democratic primary run-off. There was no Republican on the ballot.
Lightfoot ends the Rahm Emanuel reign. On May 20, 2019, Lightfoot will be sworn in as the 56th mayor of Chicago. She will have a big plate ahead.
The rampant gun violence in the city has made Chi-Town a dangerous community for people of color.
The Jussie Smollett controversy has the police already skeptical of Lightfoot.
Lightfoot is a member of the Chicago Police Accountability Task Force. Her mission is to hold dirty cops accountable and Chicago Police and its union will likely battle her. Cook County prosecutor Kim Foxx is facing calls to resign after the embattled Empire actor walked away with a clean slate after he allegedly faked a race attack.
The city is also losing population rapidly. The current population of Chicago is 3.94 million residents.
Houston, Texas is gaining population at a faster pace and by 2020, it will surpass Chicago as the largest city in the United States. Lightfoot has to figure out how to improve the Chicagoland area.
Lightfoot promises to help low-income and working class people she said were left behind by the Chicago "ruling class."
Lightfoot celebrates with her wife and daughter.
The promise of ending corruption at city hall is going to be difficult. The establishment leaders of both the Democratic and Republican Party have ruled Chicago for years.
