Rep. Mark Walker (R-NC) is under scrutiny. The Republican is involved in a federal sandwich. He is under federal watch for corruption. A state GOP chair was served a federal sandwich.
Walker was not named in the indictment unsealed on Tuesday but The Politico got dirt on identifying him as "Public Official A. He was identified in the indictment and Federal Election Commission (FEC) records.
Walker reportedly received $150,000 from businessman and wealthy GOP donor Greg Lindberg at a time the big money man asked him to pressure North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey to make official decisions favorable to the donor's businesses.

He said that he has nothing to do with the investigation.
The former Republican chairman for North Carolina, Robin Hayes is already facing charges for criminal wire fraud. Hayes a former congressman is accused of funneling money to the commissioner as well.
The charges itself carry up to 10 years in federal time out.
Walker should be stripped of his committee post. He has gotten kickbacks from these criminals.
The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
