Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) decided to support the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh. Now they are paying the political price for this.

Democrats are seething with anger. They are so angry with Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV).

The West Virginia Democrat supported the Republicans in confirming Brett Kavanaugh. He was the sole Democrat who voted with the 50 Republicans to confirm this nominee who was accused of sexually assaulting women while under the influence of alcohol.

In order to save his pathetic ass, he voted for the nominee. He wanted to secure the votes of pro-Trump constituents.

It may have backfired.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), the most inept and political nauseating lawmaker in America said that the mission is to "win seats." He said he doesn't give a fuck.

If another Supreme Court Justice resigns or dies in term, Trump will nominate another one and McConnell will push it through even faster than Kavanaugh. McConnell denied Barack Obama his third pick for the Supreme Court. Now he's trying to play dirty bull.

Manchin may have shrunk his lead. He was leading by 8 points in most polls. Now it's considered a TOSS UP. The "hail Mary" play was a major fuck up.

Women who came into his office cried. They told him that as constituents they were too victims of sexual assault. He listened and told them he believed them. He didn't believe Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, the first of three accusers of Brett Kavanaugh.

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrissey, a pro-Trump Republican challenges Joe Manchin.

MoveOn and Priorities USA have backed out the campaign of Manchin and Tennessee Democratic senatorial nominee Phil Bredesen.

Republicans stepped up fundraising for his opponent Patrick Morrisey, the controversial Attorney General is already attacking Manchin for being a "political weathervane."

The Republicans vow to go after red state Democrats. They have raised money to go after the conservative Democrats who voted to not confirm this nominee.

Rep. Kevin Crammer (R-ND) is trying to paint Sen. Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND) as a member of the political elite. Mind you he is a part of it as well.

Heitkamp voted NO along with Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT), Sen. Joe Donnelly (D-IN), and Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL). They are facing tough challengers. They hope that women and progressives turn out in their favor.

Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) is another embattled lawmaker. He also is facing a tough challenger but he might skirt through the election safely.

Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) is now facing the music as well. She is being criticized by women groups.

Collins also may face a primary challenge from conservative. She may face a challenge from former Obama National Security Adviser, Susan Rice.

The Quid Pro Quo Of Hope!

Fox News hired Hope Hicks.

Fox News hired former White House Communication Director Hope Hicks. She will be responsible for the press relations of New Fox, the spin-off of 21st Century Fox and Fox Television Group.

Disney is planning on buying the Fox Company and will acquire a handful of networks. The only thing Disney will not get is the Fox News Channel, the Fox Nation streaming service and Fox Business Network, Trump's favorite cable news channels.

Hicks who left the White House this year got a quid pro quo over at Fox. Hicks was the White House Communications Director from August 2017 to February 2018. She replaced Anthony Scaramucci, the former controversial Fox News pundit who held the position for only two weeks.

She will be heading to Los Angeles. She will be trained to learn the language to public relations. She will be doing crisis management.

New Fox will only be basically the right wing propaganda that helped Trump get elected. It was the propaganda to sway Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) and Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) into supporting Brett Kavanaugh, the newly minted Supreme Court nominee.

This deal will make The Walt Disney Co. one of the largest media conglomerates in the world.

It's proven successful. Because of the "softball" treatment of Kavanaugh, the Republicans and one sole Democrat managed to confirm the most polarizing federal judge to the nation's top court.

Now the court could swing conservative for years. Republicans now are stepping up security in the wake of the confirmation. They are hoping to inspire their base to turn out for the Midterms.

Fox News and Trump have face scrutiny for years. The relationship between the far right network and former reality television star goes as far back in 2006. When Trump got on the soapbox to attack Rosie O'Donnell, the former host The View, the network was more than willing to give him an opportunity to bash O'Donnell.

When Barack Obama was running for his second term, Trump was constantly attacking him for not revealing his long-form birth certificate.Trump was calling Obama out for golf outings. He was bashing the former president for his handling of the economy, the assassination of Osama bin Laden (which interrupted his Celebrity Apprentice season finale) and people in the news.

Softball Hannity and Fox & Friends often allowed Trump to phone in interviews whenever he wanted to bash opponents. Throughout the election, Trump was calling in live bashing on Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina, John Kasich and Hillary Clinton.

The Republicans are celebrating their successful confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

The nomination was controversial and it has broken the nation.

Overwhelming majority of Americans and women strongly disapprove of this decision to confirm the former Washington, DC appellate judge.

After a bombshell revelation of sexual assault from three women came forth, Republicans and Democrats battled over the allegations.

The first accuser Dr. Christine Blasey Ford claimed that in 1982, Kavanaugh and his friend tried to sexually assaulted her. She testified at the Senate under oath saying the allegations were true. Kavanaugh went under oath and immediately attacked the accuser, the Democrats and the Clintons. The testimony was a disgrace.

So in the final week of confirmation, the White House ordered a FBI probe that limited its scope. The accuser and two others weren't interviewed. It only talked to a few handpicked witnesses.

When the report came out, Republicans demanded the information was kept confidential and limited to a few pages. It was only seen for a few hours and both sides were told not to disclose the information.

By the end of the week, the Republicans managed to whip up 50 Republicans and the lone Democrat being Joe Manchin of West Virginia to confirm this nominee.

By 4pm, the Republicans achieved the goal of swinging the court for generations.

Donald J. Trump, an inept and incompetent leader managed to bring Republicans to the ballot box. Now Democrats got to be inspired to vote to send the Republican Party back to the minority.

Bellaire Police Hired Dirty Cop Who Killed Tamir Rice!

Ohio village hires that dirty cop that murdered Tamir Rice.

The disgraced cop who killed Tamir Rice was hired in an Ohio town. He will be a part-time officer for the village of Bellaire, Ohio, a suburb of Wheeling, West Virginia.

Timothy Loehmann, the former Cleveland cop who shot and killed Tamir Rice while he was playing with a toy gun in a local park was given a new gig in the town of 3,200 residents.

Loehmann who was considered unfit to be a lawman was hired by the Cleveland Police after he faked his profile. He was forced to leave the city of Independence when he failed to live up to their expectations as a police officer.

His life mattered.

Loehmann was never charged with any criminal counts. It lead to widespread protests and condemnation from civil rights leaders.

The Bellaire Police chief, Richard "Dick" Flanagan confirmed on Friday that they had this dirty cop on the payroll. The dirty police chief thinks everyone deserves a second chance.

Dirty Cop Served In Lequan McDonald Murder!

Dirty cop convicted for second degree murder of Laquan McDonald.

Rarely cops are convicted on murder charges. Donald J. Trump is by far the most polarizing person to ever be in the White House. His legacy will forever be tarnished by scandal.

Jason Van Dyke, the dirty cop who shot and killed Laquan McDonald in 2014 has been convicted of his murder. The city of Chicago was preparing for a massive outpouring of anger if the cop was acquitted of the murder.

The former Chicago Police officer was ten feet from Laquan. According to reports, Lequan was acting erratically while walking down the street and was holding a folding knife.

The police internal review said that it was a justified killing.

Heading to the iron college.

When the dash camera video was released 13 months later, the video showed this dirty cop shot Laquan from a distance. Van Dyke was soon indicted on first degree murder and was held without a get out free card.

Van Dyke was charged on six counts of first degree murder. It was reduced to second degree murder.

This conviction will put him in the iron college for 5 to 30 years in the iron college.

The trial lasted about month and was highly polarizing. The police union claimed that the junk food media and Black activists railroaded a "good cop" doing his job.

Rahm Emmanuel, the embattled mayor announced he was no longer seeking reelection after two terms riddled with scandal. Cook County prosecutor Anita Alvarez was ousted in a primary. Garry McCarthy, the Police Superintendent of the Chicago Police was fired out the cannon.

Three dirty cops were charged with federal conspiracy charges and attempted obstruction of justice.

Will there ever be justice for people of color?

Van Dyke went for the "I feared for my life defense."

During closing arguments, prosecutor Jody Gleason noted that Van Dyke had old detectives tell him that Lequan raided the knife, the dirty cop backpedaled. The claims of Laquan trying to rush him were proven false.

He basically lied because the dash cam showed something different.

The dirty cop shot Laquan 16 times. That was no accident. His lawyers will appeal the pending sentence.

Despite the outcry, Trump gets his pick confirmed to the Supreme Court.

The Republicans score a victory despite major outcry. With Susan Collins and Joe Manchin's deciding vote, Donald J. Trump gets Brett Kavanaugh a spot on The Supreme Court.

The longtime Maine Republican senator and West Virginia Democratic senator ignored the concerns of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnik. They decided that despite the outcry of sexual assault victims, they believe Kavanaugh was given unfair treatment.

They didn't even give him a proper FBI investigation. They rushed this nomination through without even knowing his background.

Now the inept Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) will have enough votes to confirm this disgrace.

Sen. Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND) and Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) have confirmed that they're going to be a NO vote on Brett Kavanaugh.

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) is YES vote.

Progressives are fed up with Manchin. I agree with them. I am sick and tired of these "red state" Democrats ruining the momentum. If Manchin votes with the Republicans, then it's curtains for our chances of taking back the House and Senate.

West Virginia has the worst mortality rate in the nation. It's the number one state when it comes to healthcare, heroin, lack of education and lack of appeal.

These are Black folks who support the racist policies enacted by Donald J. Trump and the Republican Party. Omarosa Manigult-Newman is trying to win back Black support after dogging on Trump.

These folks go on television and radio denouncing Black people as whole. These coons sell their soul for a buck and name recognition.

There are Black Republicans like Tim Scott, Will Hurd, Mia Love, Ben Carson, Condolezza Rice, Colin Powell and Rod Paige. While they are not the type of folks who rush to cameras bashing on Black America. They still support Trump's racist policies. However, they sympathize somewhat with Black concerns given the recent shootings of unarmed people of color.

While I don't agree with most of Tariq Nasheed's commentary, I believe he is right on some of his remarks. Yeah, he can be considered racially offensive, but in no way, he's the black version of David Duke.

Same with Louis Farrakhan. The Nation of Islam leader is often controversial for his remarks on White people, Zionists and black tokenism. He has often expressed concerns about Black oppressors.

Don't we live in the United States? We have the right to say or date whoever we want!

We have a right to boycott these people if we don't agree with them. We don't have to subscribe to his channel or support him.

Phil who often does commentary about Black issues and how to use your smarts against oppressors. The very reason to why he has nearly 1 million subscribers. I support his commentary and enjoy him laying out what we often talk about here on World News Today.

But there are some Black folks riled up over the fact he has dated outside his race.

Phil is a popular talk show host. When you become famous, those who aren't famous spend time trying to bring your fame down.

For the month of September, the U.S. job growth has slowed down and some blame Hurricane Florence as a factor. There were 134,000 jobs added for the month of September. So in a country of 329.4 million Americans, how many of them jobs were spread across the 50 states, five territories, the District of Columbia and companies abroad?

I say no to that one.

We have Sears closing up locations. There are less than 200 Kmart stores and 300 Sears stores. The potential for a bankruptcy is looming. It's dead store walking right now.

Mattress Firm which opened 3,250 stores in the United States is filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection. That means its likely going to shut down over 1,000 stores in order to rebound.

The malls are losing anchor stores. About a 1/4 of America's malls could shutter doors. That means many retail jobs are at risk of closing.

Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon pulls in over $158 billion. He beaten Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft. That means Amazon is beating up on Microsoft, Walmart, Apple and Coca-Cola.

The USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Pact) is a revision of NAFTA. In 2019, the Congress will take up the issue. The Senate will draft up a treaty for Donald J. Trump to sign into order. The new USMCA could impact jobs here and abroad. Trump's ridiculous America First policies have cause a trade war with China and the European Union.

The cost of living has Americans struggling to make ends meet. With unemployment being low, that means people are either satisfied with their jobs or leaving the workforce for other issues.

The annual wages are low. Many Americans are working hard but ending up with luckluster paychecks.

Even though unemployment is now a historical low, the average hourly pay increased only a measly 2.8 percent.

A separate measure of unemployment that includes discouraged workers and those holding jobs part-time for economic reasons — sometimes called the "real unemployment rate" — edged higher to 7.5 percent.

Unemployment among black Americans declined three-tenths of a point to 6 percent, slightly above its record low of 5.9 percent achieved in May.

Job gains for September were concentrated in professional and business services, which rose by 54,000. Health care saw 26,000 new positions while transportation and warehousing was up 24,000. Construction continued to show gains with 23,000, while new hires in manufacturing increased by 18,000 thanks to a gain in durable goods-related industries.

Leisure and hospitality represented the most significant decline, with 17,000 jobs lost, which the government said could have been attributable to Florence.

The decline in the unemployment rate did not come from a labor force shrinkage, as it has in past. In fact, the civilian labor force increased by 150,000 and the participation rate was unchanged at 62.7 percent.

FBI Zips Through Probe Of Brett Kavanaugh!

The Republicans despite the outcry continue to push forth the nomination of Brett Kavanauagh.

The Senate Judiciary Committee will be reading the FBI probe. Today both sides got to read one page of the FBI's information on the allegations of Brett Kavanaugh. The Democrats slam this as a sham.

Christine Blasey Ford and her lawyers were not interviewed by the FBI. Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnik weren't interviewed by the FBI as well. The probe only focused on nine people.

Ford's former boyfriend wrote to Fox News about allegations that she misled the senators. Iowa senator and chairman of the Judiciary Committee, Chuck Grassley demanded Ford's lawyers turn over her medical records and information. The lawyers denied his request saying that all information will be turned over to the FBI.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) signaled a procedural vote and confirmation vote this weekend. The inept Majority Leader is confident they have the votes to confirm the nominee Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

Republicans may not have votes to confirm this nominee.

Democratic senator Bob Menendez of New Jersey said that the FBI conclusion of the investigation is bullshit.

Democratic senator Heidi Heitkamp from North Dakota faces a tough reelection. She made the right decision to stand with the Democrats on the "NO" vote.

Democratic senator Joe Manchin from West Virginia is the only member of the 49 who hasn't spoken much on the confirmation. Sen. Angus King (I-ME), Sen. Doug Jones (D-AL), Sen. Joe Donnelly (D-IN), Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT) have said "NO" to Kavanaugh.

Old fart Orrin Hatch disses female activists.

Alaskan senator Lisa Murkowski, retiring Arizona senator Jeff Flake and Maine senator Susan Collins are the key Republicans who could vote in favor of Kavanaugh. The three are facing pressure from both Republicans and Democrats on their vote. Retiring Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN) has confirmed he'll support Kavanaugh, despite the concern.

Montana senator Steve Daines said that he'll be skipping the vote. He got family plans. He said he rather see his daughter get married. So that puts Republicans at 50. So they'll need the three Republicans to make the decision.

Entertainers Amy Schumer and Emily Ratajkowski were arrested by U.S. Capitol Police after they protested around Colins and Flake's office. Democratic New York senator Kirsten Gillibrand embraced the entertainers.

Kavanaugh managed to write an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal. He apologized for his actions and say that the allegations were false.

Orrin Hatch, the Utah Republican senator who is retiring disrespected protesters. He was entering an elevator when a group of sexual assault victims confronted him. He waved them off and told them to "grow up."

John Paul Stevens, a former Supreme Court Justice said that Kavanaugh doesn't have the temperament.

Republicans seem to be enthusiastic about the Midterms. They are siding with Trump on the nomination. The gap between Republicans and Democrats is 5 points.

A black police officer is killed and all of sudden conservatives start to care about his plight.

The Russian bots that make up a majority of the so-called Blue Lives Matter activists. They are trying to place the blame on Barack Obama, Black Lives Matter, Democrats, Colin Kaepernick, NFL players kneeling, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and March for Our Lives. Instead of blaming the shooter, they find entities that condone this type of stuff.

This was a cop who was doing his job. Unfortunately, McMaster and South Carolina state lawmakers as well as Congress won't do their jobs to curb gun violence.

The cop who was killed on Wednesday is Terrence Carraway. He was once of six cops shot by a 74 year old terrorist who was "drum roll" a white man.

A terrorist who had no care for the lives he destroyed. They are saying that he had a lawful past. Yeah, fucking right. He had used his Second Amendment rights to inflict harm. There will capital murder charges and attempted murder on a peace officer. The terrorist held children hostage.

These two won't do anything to curb gun violence.

The terrorist was taken alive. He wasn't shot at. He was injured by a head injury and is unable to speak to cops. Allegedly, one of the adults in the home was a sexual offender. Who knew?

The terrorist is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Damon Wayans, Sr. the father of entertainer Damon, Jr. and brother of Marlon Wayans is quitting the Fox action comedy-drama Lethal Weapon. This comes fresh after Warner Bros. Entertainment fired Clayne Crawford.

Wayans and Crawford had an on-air and off screen feud during the first and early second season of the hit drama. Sean William Scott, best known as Stiffler from the American Pie franchise joined the series this season.

The entertainer made the announcement on EURWeb, an African American news agitator Wednesday.

"I'm a 58-year old diabetic and I'm working 16 hours a day. I'm getting too [fucking] old for this."

Wayans said that he will fulfill his contractual obligations to the series by doing its 13 episode season.
