It's getting harder for ACORN pimp James Keefe to pull off successful "sting" operations. He often faces lawsuits when he does them.
The defiant founder of Project Veritas is facing another lawsuit. James O'Keefe and his organization are facing a federal lawsuit filed on behalf of Robert Creamer, the former advisor of Democracy Partners, the organization that was secretly filmed by O'Keefe during the 2016 elections.
Creamer and Scott Foval were seen in a video depicting them as instigators of violence.
O'Keefe was trying to insulate Democratic operatives were trying to start fights at Trump rallies.
It got play on Sean "Softball" Hannity's program before Fox News cut it short for credibility.
They are seeking a $1 million in punitive damages.
Everyone knows who Allison Maass is. She tried to sting five Democratic affiliated groups. She failed miserably.
O'Keefe is a former federal intern who was caught trying to bug then senator Mary Landrieu's office in New Orleans.
He, Hannah Giles, and the late Andrew Breitbart were ordered to pay the employees of ACORN after they infiltrated the organization trying to pose as a pimp and prostitute. They weren't dress like that but the video implicated they were using deceptive tactics to record workers doing their jobs.
As an agent provocateur, O'Keefe and his crack team of college dropouts are often trying to expose progressives as the real threat to democracy.
O'Keefe and Allison Maass are named in this lawsuit.
"Basically James O'Keefe and Allison Maass were modern-day Watergate burglars. They used fraud to get Maass a position as an intern at Democracy Partners so they could steal documents and secretly videotape conversations," said Joe Sandler, the lawyer who represents Creamer and Foval.
"There is no question that, in doing so, they violated federal and DC law and should be held liable for the damages suffered by our clients as a result."
O'Keefe said on radio and to the junk food media, "We will not be intimidated. We will not be silenced. We will find out who is funding this lawsuit. We will never stop exposing the truth. We will not back down."
If he gets caught up again in a federal case, he could lose his rights to own an electronic device.
The inept leader of the United States pulled out the Paris Accord. Fulfilling a promise he made on the campaign trail, Donald J. Trump announced on Thursday that he cares about the people of Pittsburgh than those of Paris.
I guess this is sticking the finger in the eye of Emmanuel Macron, the French president. World leaders signal distrust and disgust. Trump is doing the job most Republicans cheered for.
The United States removing itself from the Paris Accord nets worldwide condemnation.
European Union and China warned the United States that consequences could occur.
And this Friday leads off the May jobs report. The unemployment rate is now 4.3 percent.
There were 138,000 jobs added for the month of May. It is a disappointment. Of 325 million Americans, with 95 million not working, it actually could be 43,000 jobs spread around the 50 states, DC and the five territories.
Job creation fell sharply in May. Economists surveyed by Reuters expected nonfarm payrolls to grow by 185,000 and the unemployment rate to hold steady at 4.4. percent.
Wage growth also disappointed, with average hourly earnings rising at a 2.5 percent annualized pace. The average work week remains the same.
CNBC reports that weak job growth and the layoffs of thousands of retail/small business employees has also signaled a potential crisis on the way.
The potential demise of Sears Holding Group< JCPenney, Sprint and numerous other retail outlets could trigger an economic recession.
Again, 95 million people aren't working for the reasons noted below.

Donald J. Trump is by far the most polarizing leader in the United States. He's so inept. It's an embarrassment for him and the nation.
There's talk that Trump will back out the international pledge to stop climate change. The Paris Accord was signed by then President Barack Obama in 2015. Trump and conservatives deny climate change and believe that it affects jobs. If the U.S. gets out the Paris Accord, then global leaders will shun American influence on the world.
Racism is still an issue that won't go away.
S.B posted back in May a story that followed up my posting about an Arkansas teen's prom being ruined by her racist father. Anna Hayes went to her prom with her friend Philip Freeman. The father got so upset, he threatened to cut her out of the family. Freeman was Black and Hayes was White.
And of course we criticized conservatives for undermining the demographics. Trump's proposals to build a border wall on the U.S.-Mexican border, his pledge to be a "law and order" president and his budget proposal to rollback the safety net could affect the lower and middle class. All of these proposals are "coded" to say "stop the rise of Black and Brown" before it's too late.
We have been victims of racial profiling, workplace discrimination, and institutional racism.
Black America still is looked upon as a threat to the WMPS (white male power structure).
Barack Obama has long been out of office but yet his name is still mentioned by Trump, Mike Pence, Republicans, Fox News, Bill O'Reilly, old fart Rush Limbaugh, Sean "Softball" Hannity and The Drudge Report.
Even though Trump's inept leadership is starting to affect people's lives, the fault continues fall on the feet of Obama.
Trump's influence on the world has opened the door to extremism.

It reminds me of that hapless bigot Romeo Rose. He became a focus of infamy when he went to HuffPost Live to discuss his blog "Sleepless in Austin." The dope was trying to find a woman who could be the right one. When started the blog, women actually were willing to date this guy.
But when it came to his disclaimer, he made it clear, he's no real winner when it comes to the ladies.
He said that Black women are disgusting. He said that he would never sleep with a White woman who had sex with a Black or Hispanic man. He said that he would never date a woman who was overweight.
After that, he was barred from social dating profiles. Even one of his former dates created a blog devoted to his racial mishaps. I'll share the link with you.
What do you mean by you Blacks?
Excuse me, you people are the reasons for the unrest in this country. We are born by the same standards your mother and father gave you, so I don't understand why you have the audacity to say our presence. We don't know you and I am not going to shed a tear when you bite the dust.

We discussed that interracial births and marriage are on the rise. The rise is contributing to more multiracial Americans (of all diverse backgrounds). The White population has decreased in the United States. The current population is 325.4 million people.
White people make up 68% of the nation's population.
Hispanics are 14% of the population. Blacks continue to be 13% of the population and the remaining 5% is Asian American, Native American, and other races.
Around 2035 to 2040, the White population will decrease to at least 50.4% and making it for the first time a minority of the country's population.

Serena Williams faces it everyday as well. There was a retired tennis star who criticized Williams and her fiance's announcement of her pregnancy. Now we've heard that Gianvito Rossi refused to endorse or sell her their luxury shoes.
Grace Mazzilli, the embattled CEO of Gianvito Rossi is facing a lawsuit over racial discrimination.
Whitney Wilburn said that her bosses called Williams, "disgusting" and refused to offer a $594 million dollar endorsed their discounts on products. Wilburn was fired out the cannon without reason and she decided to air it out.
The company flatly denies this. But given how many White people in the fashion business look upon Black women, I wouldn't be surprised about it.
The Portland terrorist who murdered two individuals who came to the defense of two women of color will be in court facing charges. Jeremy Christian was known as a White extremist but still had access to weapons. He got into a heated dispute with two women on MAX light rail train and two men intervened. The terrorist would stab them brutally and a third man tried to stop him but was stabbed as well. He survived the stabbing. The two women and the Portland Muslim community came to the aid and offered donations to the victim's families. The terrorist was in court and shouted that he would do it again if he had a chance. Portland may be a haven for liberals and hipsters, but underneath the surface it's actually a White extremist paradise. The city's core population is 663,000 residents. It's 80 percent White.
About 20% of the population is biracial, Black, Hispanic, Asian American and Native American.
In Chicago, a restaurant called Rosebud was ordered to pay $1.9 million to settle a racial discrimination lawsuit. The lawsuit filed in 2013 was implicating Rosebud frequently rejected Black hires and said offensive things about Black patrons. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said that owner Alex Dana used racial slurs to describe Blacks.
Now the company is ordered to hire qualified workers of all backgrounds. They have to be in compliance for the foreseeable future.
"We are committed to operating with integrity and conduct business in an ethical and legal manner, and we understand that we all can do more to demonstrated our commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace," Rosebud said in a statement.
Again, I said this in previous postings. I work at a regional superstore and I drive for Uber on the side. I feel that it's becoming more clear that as a Black worker, I am being discriminated against.
I said that workplace discrimination, institutional racism, and opportunity for growth at these jobs are not happening even though I put a lot of hard work into them. I am frustrated that my employer lacks diversity in the workplace. I am frustrated that Black men and women still lag behind in earnings growth, promotions and opportunities at better positions outside of their field.
We're on the long road to change. I will have to fight for achievements. I will have to fight for my son and prove that I deserve the same privileges my White co-worker often get.
It's time to end workplace discrimination. It's time to bring diversity to the United States.
While we're enduring Donald J. Trump's four (or eight years) as the leader of the country, we fight for change. We will continue to chronicle the issues in our community, our government and our junk food media.
We do not discriminate against anyone's race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, economic and political standings.

Well this is interesting. CBS Evening News is now looking for an anchor. Scott Pelley, the host of the CBS news program was booted from the set. They cleared his office and locked the door on him.
Pelley who took over for Katie Couric in 2011, when Couric flopped. CBS had modest ratings during his tenure at the anchor desk.
CBS Evening News was one of the fastest growing news programs ever. With the abrupt departures of Brian Williams and Diana Sawyer, Pelley was considered the elder at one point.
Lester Holt, David Muir have hosting duties at NBC Nightly News and ABC News Tonight, respectively.
Ratings matter.
Also what got him off the anchor duties was journalism. He actually remarked on Donald J. Trump.
Pelley called it like he seen it. And I guess Trump's buddies weren't happy about it. Les Moonves (who is married to Julie Chen) was thinking about the money and not the integrity of journalism.
Pelley will continue to be a fixture on CBS. He will continue to be a contributor to 60 Minutes.
Kathy Griffin may lose sponsorship. CNN fired her out the cannon for New Year's Eve coverage.
Trump broke his promise. He said he wanted to end "political correctness."
He was upset that his 11 year old son Barron was shocked to see comedian Kathy Griffin holding a dummy head looking like Trump bleeding. The accusations of the boy screaming and crying were reported by the junk food media. It earned nationwide criticism.
Griffin's apology didn't stop CNN from firing her out the cannon. She will no longer co-host CNN's New Year's Eve with Anderson Cooper.
In the age of Donald J. Trump, political correctness is considered a privilege for conservatives only.
They didn't find it offensive when Republicans were openly sending racist caricatures, emails and effigies about Barack Obama. They didn't give two cents about Michelle, Malia and Sasha Obama.
They undermined Obama with "you lie", "he's a Muslim," "he's a Commie," "he's a racist," and "he's a Socialist." All code words for being labeled a NIGGER. Mind you Republicans tip-toed around the N-word by saying "tar baby," "half-rican," and "sub-human."

Griffin, a no holds barred comedian did something so stupid, the Secret Service might visit her home in the coming days.
Tim Loehmann, the infamous Cleveland cop who killed Tamir Rice was fired out the cannon.
The cop who shot and killed Tamir Rice in 2014 was acquitted in the death. Tim Loehmann and his supervisor Frank Garmback were responding to a call of a suspicious man with a firearm.
The 911 caller said that it could be a "fake gun" but the dispatcher didn't relay the information to the cops. As Tamir Rice was playing with a toy BB gun inside a park, the cops arrived within minutes.
As soon as Loehmann got out, he put two into Tamir's body.
Tamir would die two days later and the nation began talking about police brutality.
Well the two were acquitted of the murder. The Cleveland Police made their final recommendations in the matter.
Today, Loehmann found out he was fired out the cannon. Garmack was placed in the freezer without pay for 10 days. The police report said that Loehmann had no business being behind a badge.
Loehmann appeals the decision with the police union backing him.
The family received a $6 million payout after they sued the city, the police officers and the state.
Money can't bring back Tamir Rice.
With that being said, then Attorney General Eric Holder and later Loretta Lynch had placed the Cleveland Police under federal watch. They had recommendations on how the police department could avoid issues that plagued the police department.
The Anthony Sowell murders, the shootings of Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams, the Cleveland kidnapping controversy and the Facebook shooter are ugly scars on the Cleveland Police.
The death of Tamir Rice came around a volatile time. Eric Garner, John Crawford and Michael Brown's deaths by the police were elevated in the junk food media. It sparked the Black Lives Matter movement. It also paved the way for racially angst from the likes of Fox News, The Drudge Report, Colin Flaherty, The Gateway Pundit, InfoWars, Breitbart, and Wisconsin's coon cop David Clarke.
Old fart Rush Limbaugh, washed up Bill O'Reilly and Sean "Softball" Hannity were at the forefront of smearing the lives of Tamir, Eric, Michael and John. They rallied the anti-Black movement known as Blue Lives Matter.

Rachel Maddow is being attacked by Sean "Softball" Hannity. The official softball of the Donald J. Trump inept legacy is upset that progressive groups are targeting his advertising. Now he calls upon a boycott of MSNBC and their number one host.
A feud is brewing between Rachel Maddow and the most annoying conservative agitator in the history of news and entertainment. This started from an ongoing media boycott of this agitator's right wing carnival running fake news about a dead DNC staffer. The agitator ran on a conspiracy that Hillary Clinton murdered Seth Rich. The hacking group Wikileaks is trying to ease the accusations of Russian meddling by singling Rich out as the person who leaked DNC emails to the website.
Sean "Softball" Hannity is so deep in shit, it's starting to stink. Mind you he is jealous. The past four weeks since the cannon firing of Bill O'Reilly are disastrous for Fox News. Maddow has became the news ratings champion.
The softball is now worried he could be silenced by Media Matters for America and Sleeping Giants. Along with the Color of Change, the activists are reporting on the many controversial things the softball said on his radio and television show.
This Seth Rich story is the beginning of the end for the softball. When Fox 5 DC ran a story about a private investigator looking into DC Metro Police letting the ball drop on the murder of the DNC staffer, the softball jumped onto it. He was for the last two weeks running stories about how Rich may have been the primary source of leaking information despite intelligence agencies saying Russian meddling played a huge role in the election. The softball was teasing a big break with a Twitter agitator named KimDotCom. The agitator pushes conspiracies on social media and the softball wanted to book him. Fox News executives halted the interview, retracted the story and ordered the softball to stop talking about it.
Last Tuesday, the softball ceased talking about it. He was taking a vacation to cleanse his mind. For at least five days, the softball didn't hop on Twitter to bitch and bemoan people.
He didn't respond to anyone about Seth Rich. Well he's back on it.
Full steam ahead for the softball.
Despite saying he'll "hold off" the Rich conspiracy, he lost nearly 10 advertisers. Now he team up with two far right bigots to launch a boycott against the number one talk host. Maddow is beating the softball in key demo. The demo is 25-54.
Brian Maloney and Melanie Morgan, two disgraced conservative radio agitators are now trying to team up the softball to strike out Rachel Maddow. They want to boycott her show. Maddow has won numerous awards for excellence in journalism. The softball won a few Marconi Awards.
He never won a journalism award since he worked at Fox News.
The softball hasn't talked about Jared Kushner or Michael Flynn turning in documents under a senate subpoena. He hasn't even mentioned the European Union's disgust of Donald J. Trump.
The softball is whining about the competition and Media Matters for America.
He has gotten away with attacking the President Barack Obama, Michelle and their children. He gotten away with smearing entertainers, the cable news competitors, individuals who protest Republicans and Democratic lawmakers.
He interrupts guests, berates them and says condescending (oftentimes sexist and racist) things towards people of color. He repeats talking points and distorts information. He is a panderer of fake news.

Mary Kay Laterneau (center) and Villi Fualauu are seperating. The infamous teacher and her former student publicly acknowledged their love after a tryst 20 years ago when Villi was 12 years old. The junk food media began the rationalization of pedophilia in the classroom.
The former teacher who opened the door to pedophilia in the classroom is separating from her husband, the former student she had an affair with. The former student and former teacher have two children together.
Mind you that former teacher has four other children from her husband a former airline worker and local Republican strategist.
Mary Kay Letourneau-Fualaau and Villi Fualaau are breaking up. After nearly 12 years of marriage and nearly 20 years of junk food media sensationalism.
The former student, turned part-time rapper/deejay and laborer is now in 33 years old married his former teacher after she served a nickel and two pennies in the iron college. Letourneau-Fualauu age 55 is a TIER II for the rest of her life. They both have two daughters aged 18 and 19. The former teacher has grown children from her previous marriage.
The two were on ABC's 20/20 talking about the infamy of their relationship.
The pair said that this separation is strictly for business purposes. He told RadarOnline.com that "everything is fine."
The two became a lightning rod for controversial stories about teacher-student trysts.
Every month, I've heard an attractive female teacher getting caught having an affair with their student. I also heard an unattractive male teacher traveling across state lines with his former student.
What pisses me off the most about this situation, is mostly for the fact that it's part of this media rationalization of "White victim-hood."
Letourneau does admit guilt to her love for Fualaau. According to her, Villi just listened to her and she admired him for his creativity. The two were in love. They gotten married in 2005 shortly after she got out of the iron college.
There were accusations that the two were cheating on one another but they were pretty open about the relationship. They have love for their daughters and Villi does have some respect for the ex-husband and the step-children.

I detest the junk food media's portrayal of Black suspects. I read about this road rage incident over the weekend. There was a shooting in Miami and it involved a group of four men and another man in a bumper tap.
It was a crowded Memorial Day weekend. Tourists were at South Beach and of course parking is tight. So tight, the driver of a BMW tried to pack it in. Well he packed it into a space but ended up tapping a gold Buick Regal. A parallel park led to a fender bender.
The driver inched forward and struck the car "a couple more times" and then "began force pushing the Buick back in an attempt to move it."
The Buick owner saw what happened and ran towards the driver to complain about the damages.
The driver told the owner to "step the fuck back: and handed a piece to the passenger.
Soon the passenger started bucking the owner of the Buick. Three shots. One of the bullets hit Ladarian Phillips in the back and it killed him. Phillips is from Homestead and was with his family.
The owner of the Buick was shot in the leg.
The suspect is 19 year old Jeffery Alexander. He was a passenger inside the BMW.
Now there's a commotion in the area and the driver of the BMW peels out. It turns out that their escape was quickly ended. The driver of the BMW crashed into two police cars several blocks away.

One of the passengers in the BMV was killed. The officers who fired upon the BMW were placed in the freezer pending an investigation into whether the use of deadly force was merited.

Now Jeffery Alexander and his buddies are facing murder, attempted murder, fleeing and eluding, assault on a police officer (including the K-9), felonious assault and numerous traffic violations. The traffic violations will be cancelled out. The murder charges along with assault on a police officer in Florida could place these individuals in the iron college for LIFE. Mind you the DEATH card is on the table.
What got me angry is the fact that they portray this suspect as a "rapper."

An icon of Southern rock and blues has passed away over the weekend. Gregg Allman of the famed group The Allman Brothers passed away.
He passed away at age of 69 in Georgia after complications of liver cancer.
Tributes are pouring from the nation. Entertainers pay their respects to a great musician.
Allman's brother Duane was killed in a motorcycle accident in 1971. He lived the "rock star" life when he was doing the music. He was addicted to arm candy (heroin). He had a big fallout with the band after he NARC'd on his band road manager. Scooter Herring got a three quarter bid in the iron college and it broke up the group. The group were mad that Gregg ratted his boy out.
Nonetheless, Gregg kept the music going and released 8 albums with the group.
He leaves behind a fiance and five children.
Cher was one of Gregg's love interest. He bore a son named Elijah Blue Allman, the frontman of rock group Deadsy.
He has Devon Allman who is the frontman of Honeytribe.
He also has Michael Sean, Delilah Island and Layla Brooklyn Allman from three other women.
