Conservative Extremist agitating continues online and in the mainstream. The gun debate continues to rile up the advocates for control and supporters for rights.

The National Rifle Association and Gun Owners of America had a media blitz and it only drew more controversy.

President of the NRA, David Keene was on CBS's Face The Nation to defend the gun rights organization.

NRA spokesperson Wayne LaPierre went on NBC's Meet The Press.

President of GAO, Larry Pratt goes on Piers Morgan on CNN and later The Bill Cunningham Live On Sunday Night Program.

Each of them defended the firearms and blame the entertainment industry. Each of them singled out President Barack Obama, Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-California), the Brady Gun Control advocates and of course the mainstream media for politicizing regulations on firearms.

Last Friday, the NRA responded to the Sandy Hook tragedy and the mounting criticism. LaPierre demanded that the Congress take action by having armed guards in America's schools. He pointed out that mental illness, video games like Mortal Kombat, Grand Theft Auto, Kindergarten Killer, and Resident Evil are corrupting the minds of sick individuals and the media for mention the name of the killer at Sandy Hook Elementary.

David Keene goes on Face The Nation and argues with host Bob Schieffer over the notion to reinstate a law that bans assault weapons.

Unsurprisingly, he came out swinging against tighter laws on guns.

"We will continue to oppose a ban on semiautomatic weapons," he said. ""These aren't military weapons," Keene continued. "If we equipped our army with the AR-15, we'd be beaten by every Third World - you know, every Third World dictatorship in the country. Military weapons are fully automatic weapons, and that's illegal. You don't get those. That's not what we're talking about."

Host Bob Schieffer asked Keene if he thought NRA's policies were at least partially responsible for the recent gun violence.

"We don't think they have," he said. "We're living in a country, a free country, where people have a right to express their Second Amendment rights."

When Schieffer said that it's easier to get a gun in the United States than a driver's license, Keene responded, "There' s a difference between a driver's license, driving is a privilege, and owning a firearm, which is a constitutional right."

Piers Morgan slams WHITE EXTREMIST Larry Pratt over gun laws.

"I'm not saying that every mental patient is a potential killer. I'm not saying that everybody that watches a video is a potential killer. That's not true. But neither is, everybody who owns a gun is a potential killer," he said."The fact that something is misused, whether it's a baseball bat, or the mass killing in a Chinese school with an axe and a knife, doesn't mean that you ban baseball bats, axes and knives or guns."

LaPierre's presser flopped. Many in the media were angered by his contentious blaming of others. He didn't get to the point of why should Americans own high capacity firearms such as the one used in Sandy Hook and recently Wesbter, New York.  The media hammered him for being more focused on guns than those who were lost. So in order to get clarification, he appears on Meet The Press with David Gregory.

Gregory criticized the NRA for allowing their blind support of more firearms! He tried to press him on what could the NRA do to prevent mass shootings, LaPierre dodged it. He held up a magazine clip from a high powered firearm. Asking him what could he do to prevent those from entering the hands of possible shooters.

LaPierre continues to distract the issue and the interview ended on a sour note.

Well here in the online world, The Daily Caller and numerous other conservative extremist websites balk on David Gregory breaking the law. I guess in the District Of Columbia, it's against the law to have possession of a high powered magazine clip. Washington, DC Metro police are aware of requests made by NBC News to hold a magazine clip, but it was denied at first. It was later confirmed that Gregory had permission from the ATF and local authorities. Although this matter is an open investigation, it's probably not likely that Gregory will get charge with a crime.

The commentator used an empty magazine clip as a prop to describe to the audience how a high capacity clip works inside a firearm.

Gun Owners of America president Larry Pratt on the other hand got his ass handed to him by British tabloid journalist Piers Morgan. The CNN host interviewed the WHITE EXTREMIST over the past week. Piers Morgan, a longtime advocate of new gun laws, has spoken out strongly in favor of gun control and the two got into it. Pratt went on to argue that gun laws promoted violence because people are unable to defend themselves, and said that gun bans in other countries have not affected violent crime rates.

Morgan said that was not true, and could not hold himself back. “You’re an unbelievably stupid man, aren’t you?” he said.

“It seems to me you are morally obtuse,” Pratt calmly responded. “You seem to prefer being a victim to being able to prevail over the criminal element. I don’t know why you want to be the criminal’s friend.”

“What a ridiculous argument," Morgan shot back. "You have absolutely no coherent argument. You don’t actually give a damn about the gun murder rate in America.”

The conservative extremists are fumed up! Alex Jones and his paranoid freaks of the internet went to the White House petition website demanding that Morgan should be deported for attacking Second Amendment. The petition is over 75,000 signatures as of today.

Gunman Kills NY Firefighters And Sister!

WHITE EXTREMISM/WHITE TERRORIST AND FIREARMS!

Ever since the reelection, conservatives and extremists were buying up firearms in bulk. The National Rifle Association weekend talk show blitz was a disaster. They continue to blame entertainment and President Barack Obama for the Sandy Hook shooting. The conservative agitating media continues to poke the bee's nest of violence. First The Drudge Report, Breitbart, Fox Nation and The Blaze post up controversial stories that paint Blacks and Hispanics as the enemy. The readers look at these stories and begin tossing a word salad. They're sending more threatening and offensive statements online. Some comments appear to show racism at its finest.

The Republicans are atone to their concerns and are continuing this ongoing gridlock with the nation's debt ceiling and are stubbornly taking us the fiscal cliff. The sequester possibility is decreased to at least 43% in likely passing. The possibility was 57% at the time.

The newest tragedy starts Webster, New York. The people of the small town are mourning this holiday! A gunman who had no business holding onto a firearm started a massive fire and then launched an assault on firefighters.

Two firefighters were killed. We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those who were lost in this senseless tragedy. The Telegraph reports this tragedy. The Associated Press and Rochester Democrat also provide all the information to this story.

William Spengler, 62, armed himself with three weapons, including a Bushmaster assault rifle - the same type of weapon used by Sandy Hook Elementary shooter Adam Lanza - and set his house afire to lure first responders into a death trap.

Two firefighters were shot dead and two others are hospitalized. Spengler killed himself as seven houses burned around him Monday.

On Tuesday, it was revealed that a body - believed to be his sister Cheryl Spengler - was found in the charred rubble of his home.

Tomasz Kaczowka was killed in ambush.

Cheryl, 67, lived with William at the home he burned down early Monday in Webster, New York.

A family friend of William Spengler says he 'couldn't stand' his sister and said the two had a difficult relationship.

Police have not confirmed for certain that the charred remains are Cheryl's, but it is believed she died in the house.

Police are investigating whether a fight with her sparked the shocking violence - which took place just ten days after the elementary school shootings in Newtown, Connecticut.

William Spengler has a history of brutality against his family. In July 1980, he beat his 92-year-old grandmother Rose Spengler to death with a hammer. He served 17 years in prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter. He was released in 1998.

Authorities believe he used an assault rifle to kill Webster police Lieutenant Mike Chiapperini, 42, and Tomasz Kaczowka, 19, a rookie 911 dispatcher who was best friends with Lt. Chiapperini's son.

Spengler, who shot himself dead after a brief firefight with police, is a convicted felon and cannot legally own a gun in New York.

However, somehow, he was able to obtain an assault rifle - the same type of weapon that was used to murder 20 first graders and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14. Police say Spengler also had a handgun.

Roger Vercruysse, who claims Spengler was a good friend when they lived next door in Webster, a Rochester suburb, said Spengler 'couldn't stand' his sister, Cheryl Spengler. Police were unable to locate her since the home she shared with William Spengler was burned down.

Mr. Vercruysse said Spengler 'loved his mama to death.' Arline Spengler died in October, and Mr. Vercruysse wonders what effect that had on her 62-year-old son. He says he thinks William Spengler 'went crazy' after she died.

Police say they don't have a motive for the killings on the shore of Lake Ontario.

However, the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle reports that detectives believe a fight between William Spengler and his sister Cheryl, whom he lived with, could have sparked the horrific violence.

The victims, Lt. Chiapperini and Kaczowka, were public servants who bravely volunteered to be firefighters in their off-hours.

Lt. Chiapperini was a community leader who was heavily involved as a volunteer firefighter and had held nearly every post at the fire house. He even trained Mr. Kaczowka, who spent three years of high school training in the department's Explorer program.

In addition, two full time fire men, Joseph Hofsetter and Theodore Scardino were shot and wounded by the gunman and are currently in nearby Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, along with John Ritter, an off duty police officer who was hit by shrapnel from the volley of bullets.

 Lieutenant Mike Chiapperini was killed in ambush.

Mr. Hofsetter, who is also a full-time firefighter with the Rochester Fire Department, was hit once in the pelvis and the bullet lodged in his spine, authorities said. Mr. Scardino was hit in the chest and knee.

All three men are in a guarded condition according to West Webster fire Chief Gerald Pickering, who confirmed that there was only one gunman and that it appears the fire was started as a trap.

'It does appear it was a trap set for first responders,' said a visibly emotional Pickering at a press conference this morning.

'These people wake up in the middle of the night to fight fires, they don't expect to get shot.'

Monday's shooting and fires were in a neighborhood of seasonal and year-round homes set close together across the road from the lakeshore. The area is popular with recreational boaters but is normally quiet this time of year.

'We have very few calls for service in that location,' Pickering said. 'Webster is a tremendous community. We are a safe community, and to have a tragedy befall us like this is just horrendous.'

O'Flynn lamented the violence, which comes on the heels of other shootings including the massacre of 20 students and six adults at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn.

'It's sad to see that that this is becoming more commonplace in communities across the nation,' O'Flynn said.

Webster, a middle-class suburb, now is the scene of violence linked to house fires for two Decembers in a row.

The Bushmaster AR 15 flying off the shelves of gun stores in the United States.

In the aftermath of the burning fire, 33 residents were evacuated from the picturesque lakeside community as fire chief's allowed the fire to burn unchecked destroying four homes and damaging 4 others.

'All of our thoughts and prayers go to the families and friends of those who were killed in this senseless act of violence,' New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said in a statement.

Joseph Hofsetter was shot and injured.

'The contributions made by the fallen and injured officers in Webster will never be forgotten,' said New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.

'As this investigation unfolds, we stand with our partners in law enforcement to ensure that lethal weapons are out of the hands of dangerous people, so that the brave New Yorkers who risk their lives every day to protect us are not exposed to additional danger,' he added.

'There's a heightened awareness to this kind of violence in light of what happened in Connecticut,' said Maggie Brooks, leader of the local administration in Monroe County, the area which includes Webster.

'We have first responders and we have families who are in pain and crisis today and we need to, as a community, keep them in our thoughts and prayers,' Mrs Brooks said, adding that it was a 'very, very difficult day.'

One neighbor who was walking her dog at the time of the shooing said that she saw a car driving away from the scene at around 90 miles an hour.

She said the car was being driven erratically by a male driver and it is believed that the occupant was fleeing the incident

The shooter William Spangler wanted to kill as many people as he could.

'It's just a miserable thing to happen this time of year, any time,' Assemblyman Mark Johns, who represents the district and said he was friends with at least one of the victims, told WHEC.

'People who volunteer to come down and help others, to be shot at, wounded, killed. It's terrible.'

Of course these senseless tragedies happen in the suburbs. They managed to make the national news. Everyday a shooting happens and some make the 5pm news or the national news.

In Pennsylvania, a gunman last week killed four people before killing himself.

Republicans and their conservative agitators rush to the defense of the gun organization. Wayne LaPierre and David Keene go onto the television to defend themselves from harsh criticism by gun control advocates.

“If it’s crazy to call for putting police in and securing our schools to protect our children, then call me crazy,” LaPierre told NBC’s David Gregory. “I think the American people think it’s crazy not to do it. It’s the one thing that would keep people safe and the NRA is going try to do that.”

President Barack Obama has tasked Vice President Joe Biden with the job of consulting with members of the Cabinet and outside organizations to come up with legislative proposals by next month.

When asked about this initiative, LaPierre said, “if it’s a panel that’s just going to be made up of a bunch of people that for the past 20 years has been trying to destroy the Second Amendment, I’m not interested in sitting on that panel…. The NRA is not going to let people lose the Second Amendment in this country.”

While they were shooting off their mouths, two New York firefighters were killed.

A petition was posted by extremists on the White House website. They're petitioning for deportation of British entertainer Piers Morgan. The CNN anchor and Britain/America's Got Talent host was the scorn of gun nuts because of his harsh criticism of the NRA.

David Gregory and President Barack Obama were scorned by conservative agitators for having protection for their children. The NRA was criticizing the president for having armed protection!

CNN Anchor: Should We Should Profile White Men?

Don Lemon is a rising star on CNN. The network that is trailing behind the partisan tabloids news channels MSNBC and Fox News.

Lemon is the weekend news anchor. Last year, Lemon came out as a Black gay man and wrote a book on his life struggling through molestation. In his memoir, Transparent, released in May 2011, Lemon acknowledges publicly that he is gay and discusses colorism in the black community, racism, homophobia, and the sexual abuse that he suffered as a child.

The Drudge Report hypes up a controversial statement made by the anchor on racial profiling.

Lemon was asked by a Twitter follower on the recent Sandy Hook shooting. Lemon commented on recent mass shootings being caused by White men aged 18 - 25.

Lemon feuded with Eddie Bishop, the Black anti-gay pastor caught in a gay scandal and actor Jonah Hill after the entertainer snubbed him in Ohio. President Barack Obama enjoys shaved ice with daughter Malia. Conservatives fume up over the president taking a vacation. Once again, another lame NIGGERIZATION of President Barack Obama by those in the extremist conservative media. Matt Drudge leads the way to racial ignorance.

The fiscal cliff showdown continues. In Washington, DC, the partisan gridlock is so unprecedented.

President Barack Obama and the Congressional Republicans are odds over the Bush tax cuts. The Republicans want to keep the tax cuts permanent for all Americans. President Barack Obama wants the tax cuts to expire for those making over $250,000. The Republicans want a trillion in spending cuts (i.e. domestic safety nets). The president wants all on the table cuts (i.e. domestic safety nets, defense cuts, and budget reduction). They can't get to an agreement!

The Republicans are losing the battle. The public wants tax rates to go up on the rich. The president won the narrative and his job approval is showing that. Currently his job approval is 57% according to Gallup. The rising in job approval gives the president the edge. A CNN/ORC poll says that the Republicans are too ideological! Basically extreme in the way of governing. That's not good for them.

They're actually trying to refocus their narrative. They're trying to distance themselves from the extremists in their party. Congressman John Boehner (R-Ohio, Speaker of the House) shown signs of trying to put the brakes on the Tea Party. Some Republicans are venting off frustration over Tea Party members being stripped of committee chairs. The PLAN B bill was a total failure. The Republican leader couldn't gather enough of his party to vote on the bill. The bill would raise taxes on those making $1 million or more. The Republicans pretty much boxed themselves in. The president now controls the message!

President Barack Obama can say that Republicans would rather have everyone pay higher taxes because of their refusal to compromise. The fiscal cliff (sequester) will take effect on January 1, 2013. The defense cuts, safety net cuts, the student loan rates, the tax rates will be affected.

Many Americans are getting frustrated with passing legislation at the last minute. The backlog is great. The U.S. Postal Service, a farm bill, and Hurricane Sandy disaster relief were stalled by Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) and other Tea Party endorse members. Our milk prices could go up beginning in February. The total destruction of Atlantic coast has families scrambling for federal aid. Republicans want no part of it because of a few earmarks slipped into the bill.

PLAN B failed and Speaker Boehner was handed an embarrassment. He's fumed up and teared up. The 112th Congress has proven to be one of the worst under his leadership. Now as Boehner, Senator Harry Reid (D-Nevada, Majority Leader) and members of the House and Senate recess for the holiday break, the president also takes a break. The president left out Friday night for his vacation home in Hawaii.

The Congress will return on December 27, 2012 for a few more days of gridlock. It's a 57% chance they'll have a compromise by the end of the year.

Obama Picks John Kerry To Succeed Hillary Clinton As State Leader!

Senator John Kerry (D-Massachusetts) was the 2004 U.S. Presidential nominee for the Democratic Party. He and John Edwards, then North Carolina senator both were handed a defeat by President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney. Kerry paved the way for Barack Obama to become the president. In 2004, Barack Obama, then a state legislator made a remarkable speech to the nation. He went on to become a U.S. Senator from Illinois. After a few years in, presidential aspects swirled around Barack Obama. In 2008, Barack Obama became the Democratic nominee and won the election comfortably.

The 2012 election went to Barack Obama and now he's looking forward to replacing members of his cabinet.

And now against Republicans, Barack Obama is looking for another round of battles in his second term. His potential pick Susan Rice didn't get through the gridlock. She was bucked by Republicans after her appearance on Sunday programs about the tragedy in Benghazi.

So what was left for the president?

Nominate the senator from Massachusetts, put the seat once again in a competitive race for the Republicans. This will be likely an easy confirmation by the Senate, although some Republicans and conservatives will try to revisit 2004 again!

Senator Scott Brown (R-Massachusetts) is reconsidering his chances of winning his seat.

He attended boarding school in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and went on to graduate from Yale University class of 1966, where he majored in political science and became a member of the influential Skull and Bones secret society. He enlisted in the Naval Reserve in 1966, and during 1968-1969 served an abbreviated four-month tour of duty in South Vietnam as officer-in-charge (OIC) of a Swift Boat. For that service, he was awarded combat medals that include the Silver Star, Bronze Star, and three Purple Hearts. Securing an early return to the United States, Kerry joined the Vietnam Veterans Against the War in which he served as a nationally recognized spokesman and as an outspoken opponent of the Vietnam War. He appeared before the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs where he deemed United States war policy in Vietnam to be the cause of "war crimes".

Kerry coined the term "SWIFTBOATED" as the conservative activists targeted him for his military service.

Kerry didn't fight against Swift Boat Veterans for Truth campaign. They single handed Kerry a loss and tarnished him as a "Flip-Flopper".

That continues among most candidates from Massachusetts. The only candidate from Massachusetts to win a presidential election is John F. Kennedy.

Insult them directly. Today the spokesman for the nation's gun rights organization managed to not only piss off the media, but probably those Americans who lost their families to gun violence.

The chief spokesperson for the National Rifle Association Wayne LaPierre once again stepped in the shit and tired to shoot the shit off with his six shot pistol.

Today's press conference by the NRA was led by David Keane, the president of the gun lobbyist group. Wayne LaPierre went to the cameras to discuss the situation and managed to do the word salad of blaming the entertainment industry (i.e. the media, video games, and rap music) for the mass shootings by deranged White terrorists and gang members.

The NRA has been under heavy criticism for their role in the firearm industry. The Sandy Hook shooting tragedy became the rally cry for the gun control debate. President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden have finally decided to take on the issue. Although this was left off the table, many progressives are now demanding the president focus on this by his second term.

The NRA has been defiant in the defense of their organization. They blame President Barack Obama for this.

They call for armed security in the nation's public schools. They defend the maximum capacity of the firearms used in the shooting tragedy. They want the president and Congress to act in unison to have the rights of gun owners protected.

LaPierre managed to shoot up a couple of rounds into the graves of these victims. He decided to use the Sandy Hook tragedy to claim the president failing to sign legislation that protects schools.

Reporters at the today's press conference were shocked by the statements made by him. LaPierre stated  “The only thing that stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun,” LaPierre said at a press conference in Washington. LaPierre also called on Congress to act immediately ”to appropriate whatever is necessary to put armed police officers in every school in this nation.” LaPierre was interrupted twice by gun-control protesters; one held up a sign that read: “NRA Killing Our Kids.”

“Politicians pass laws for gun-free school zones, they issue press releases bragging about them … in doing so they tell every insane killer in America that schools are the safest place to inflict maximum mayhem with minimum risk,” said  LaPierre, the head of the nation’s largest gun rights group.

LaPierre said that if the Newtown school had been armed officers on site, lives may have been spared.

“Will you at least admit is is possible that 26 little kids — that 26 innocent lives might have been spared that day,” he asked.

Now that the NRA spoke out against gun control, the rest is left to those who put pressure on the legislators.

Defiance and stupidity continues to plague the Republicans and its allies in the conservative movement.

The National Rifle Association has proven that they care more about firearms than the lives of those lost to them. They've forgotten in urban schools, they have metal detectors. It took a suburban school shooting to make this an issue.

How many gun crimes occur in the neighborhoods of metropolitan cities?

How many people died because they've played violent video games?

Chi-Town Bank Robber Caught!

Joseph "Jose" Banks isn't one of the smartest ones! He and Kenneth Conley broke out of a federal prison in Chicago. Banks was caught after being spotted in Chicago. Conley still on the loose. These two will face heavy time for escaping a federal prison.

You've escaped from a federal prison for bank robbery. You're likely going to an ADMAX prison.

Joseph "Jose" Banks was one of two bank robbers escaped out of a Chicago federal prison this week.

He was caught without incident yesterday night. The other bank robber Kenneth Conley may still be in the area.

Conley is known to check out strip clubs so the feds are looking within the three states for Conley. Conley could be tripped up by a decoy prostitute. He will likely change his appearance so no one would find him.

It's highly unlikely he'll leave the United States. The U.S. Marshals and FBI are actively checking airports and train stations. So the best thing for him is to give it up! There's no way for him to elude law enforcement.

Law enforcement officials left a host of questions unanswered, including how the men could collect about 200 feet of bed sheets and what they might have used to break through the wall of the federal facility.

Banks, known as the Second-Hand Bandit because he wore used clothes during his heists, was convicted last week of robbing two banks and attempting to rob two others. Authorities say he stole almost $600,000, and most of that still is missing.

Kenneth Conley is still on the loose. It's likely he'll be caught because of his unusual slip ups!

During trial, he had to be restrained because he threatened to walk out of the courtroom. He acted as his own attorney and verbally sparred with the prosecutor, at times arguing that U.S. law didn't apply to him because he was a sovereign citizen of a group that was above state and federal law.

Conley pleaded guilty last October to robbing a Homewood Bank last year of nearly $4,000. Conley, who worked at the time at a suburban strip club, wore a coat and tie when he robbed the bank and had a gun stuffed in his waistband.

Since they've committed bank robbery, it's likely the pair were facing up to 25 years in prison. But since they've escaped from a federal prison, a level 2 violation, they'll add on over 10 years for escape. It will likely put them in a Supermax prison. The closest ADMAX prison is in Terre Haute, Indiana. Depending on how violent the criminals are they'll be in Florence ADMAX, the only prison where the most dangerous criminals are.

They broke out of prison last week and used a makeshift rope out of sheets. The escape went unnoticed for hours, with surveillance video from a nearby street showing the two hopping into a cab shortly before 3 a.m. Tuesday. They had changed out of their orange jail-issued jumpsuits. Now of course heads will roll for that.

If prison guards were to allow this to happen, they'll immediately be fired and likely charged in aiding their escape. Simply the most stupidest thing to do is break out of prison. If you're that smart, you've been on a plane out of the country. But since these idiots didn't have a plan post breakout, they'll be caught.

John Boehner Can't Get His Own Party Together!

Republican leader tears up after PLAN B comes up short of votes. Republicans playing with the fiscal cliff and it's going to have causalities. Congressman John Boehner (R-Ohio) may go down in history as one of the worst Speakers ever!

The Ohio representative who is the current Speaker of The House has been boxed in by President Barack Obama. The fallout over taxes has Republicans scrambling! The Republican leader has to make a tough decision. As Washington prepares to go over the fiscal cliff, Congressman John Boehner (R-Ohio, Speaker of The House) has to make tax rates go up for those who made over $250,000. Tonight, his own Republican House members aren't going to any tax increases, regardless of the situation.

President Barack Obama's honeymoon period began after he won reelection. The president's job approval is at 56% according to the Gallup Poll. This matches May 2011 when the president announced that he ordered the successful mission to kill Osama bin Laden. This is the final year of the president's first term but it seems like it's his second term already! The unprecedented gridlock even after the elections has the public souring on the Republicans. And the slim majority in the House of Representatives may be lost if this stuff continues.

Boehner for his part tried to limit the tax rates. He wanted to raise taxes on the millionaires and not those who make $200,000 to 1 million. President Barack Obama was sliding into that direction. Republicans have not supported this nor the president's plan. The fiscal cliff is rounding down to less than nine days and the Republicans have piss off a majority of the American people.

Mitt Romney lost! Republicans barely have control of the House of Representatives. The public want the rich to pay more. The public doesn't want cuts to safety nets. The public want reasonable cuts into the safety nets.

The Republicans and their conservative allies are going to be blamed.

The president is getting tired of the games being played over the debt ceiling and fiscal cliff. He already played his hands and Boehner is shaky. On top of that, his own Republicans are screwing him.

Tonight's pull of the so-called "PLAN B" of raising rates on millionaires is just too much for even Republicans to swallow. Now we're four days away from Christmas and it's likely the president and Congress will be in Washington during this period.

"The House did not take up the tax measure today because it did not have sufficient support from our members to pass," Boehner said in a statement. "Now it is up to the president to work with Senator Reid on legislation to avert the fiscal cliff. The House has already passed legislation to stop all of the January 1 tax rate increases and replace the sequester with responsible spending cuts that will begin to address our nation's crippling debt. The Senate must now act."

Senator Harry Reid (D-Nevada, Majority Leader) ordered all members of the senate to stay in Washington until this is done. Boehner will likely do the same if the Republicans continue to hold back his proposals.

This is a reminder to why it's important that you don't support Republicans! This is a bunch of bitter ass old White people who continue to screw the nation up because of their hate of a Black president. Some members of the Tea Party Caucus are so screwed up! They don't even see that this gridlock will be their downfall. This playing with the country's economy for partisan purposes hurts the nation.

Republicans fear Rush Limbaugh, Grover Norquist, Matt Drudge, Fox News, World Net Daily, the Heritage Foundation, Americans for Prosperity, and the National Rifle Association. The Democrats are putting in their spine and are likely going to be more aggressive against these foes.

Boehner may not have the gavel for much longer if the Republicans continue to be an obstruction to him and the president.

Rapper's album release was panned!

50 Cent and Michelle Malkin are going to clown on rival's disappointing album release.

Rapper Game's latest album Jesus Piece debuts Number 6 on Billboard with projected sales between 85,000 to 100,000 copies being sold. A big disappointment for the Compton based rapper who rose to fame under the whims of Dr. Dre and 50 Cent. The Game released his debut album The Documentary and it went to number one in the charts. After a bitter fallout between 50 Cent and members of G-Unit, Game was forced off Aftermath Records.

Soon after the rapper released The Doctor's Advocate, L.A.X., The R.E.D. Album and the recent album Jesus Piece. The rappers two albums post G-Unit went to Number 1 on Billboard charts but these last two were disappointments.

Game is rumored to sign to Cash Money Records. Although it's not confirmed, it's been the talk of the internet as of recently. The rap label is home to Lil' Wayne, Drake and Nicki Minaj. These entertainers also appear under Lil' Wayne's Young Money Records as well.

Game's ongoing feud with 50 Cent will certainly spark up again! 50 Cent usually attacks rivals for low album sales. The rapper has an ongoing issue with not only Game, but former members Lloyd Banks and Young Buck.

50 Cent also shares in disappointment too. His last album Before I Self Destruct didn't live up to expectations, even with help from Eminem and Dr. Dre producing most of his album. The next album release is Street King Immortal and it may be the rapper's last album. The album first singles are out. New Day with Dr. Dre and Alicia Keyes and My Life featuring Eminem and Adam Levine are the official singles.

Game and 50 Cent's feud has put a dent in both of their careers. Both failed to succeed in charting on the Billboard top list with their singles. Each entertainer associated with G-Unit hasn't lived up to their first releases. 50 Cent is maintain his image by investing in products. He contributed to his own brand of  energy drinks, headphones and taking up part time acting.

50 Cent engaged in feuds with Rick Ross, Ja Rule, Nas, Jadakiss, Fat Joe, Slim da Mobster, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Irv Gotti, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Young Buck, Game, Lloyd Banks, Benzino, Floyd Mayweather, Vivica A. Fox, Oprah, Bill O'Reilly, Cam'Ron, Lil' Wayne, Kanye West, and his the mother of his child.

Game engaged in feuds with 50 Cent, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Ja Rule, Joe Budden, .40 Gloc, Young Buck, Lloyd Banks, Michelle Malkin, Dr. Dre, Tony Yayo, Big Sean, Tyler The Creator, Memphis Bleek, Young Chris, and his former manager Big Fase his half-brother.

Both entertainers are professional agitators. 50 Cent and Game lyrics contain language that embraces criminal activity, gun violence, homophobia, sexism and commercialism.  In the wake of the Sandy Hook shooting, rappers, Ted Nugent, video games, conservative agitators and the gun lobbyist group the National Rifle Association are under fire for embracing the gun culture.

The gun control issue is back on the table. These individuals mentioned are entitled to their opinions and do have the right to freely express their music talents. However with the sales decline in most music genres, the rappers may have to reinvent an image in order to stay mainstream.

Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, T.I., Rick Ross, Rihanna, Lil' Wayne, Drake, Kanye West, 2 Chainz, Future, and Nicki Minaj are the most sought after rappers right now! The rest of them are still trying to stay relevant.

Cleveland Police Shoot Unarmed People!

Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams were killed by Cleveland Police in a hail of bullets. The FBI and U.S. Justice Department are investigating whether the police used excessive force in the pursuit of fleeing suspects.

Since winning reelection, the president has been at odds with Congressional Republicans over the debt ceiling and fiscal cliff. The Republicans have stalled progress once again in the name of their radical agenda.

With the Sandy Hook tragedy thrust into the spotlight, many of the president's progressive allies are saying it's time to put gun control on the table.

President Barack Obama is listening to you loud and clear! After failing to keep his promise on restricting assault weapons, the president's second term agenda begins with a bunch of appointments to fill cabinet positions, a way to cut spending and of course a way to keep dangerous firearms out of the reach of the mentally insane.

Now before this Sandy Hook tragedy, I was going to talk about the controversy in East Cleveland, Ohio. The Cleveland Police, the East Cleveland Police and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff are under investigation for the shooting of unarmed criminals. Over 137 police rounds were fired into the vehicle.

The Plain Dealer reports that a Cleveland police chase Nov. 29 that ended in East Cleveland with two apparently unarmed people shot more than 40 times will continue for at least three more weeks, Attorney General Mike DeWine announced this afternoon.

Police knew about Malissa Williams from her days of walking the stroll and committing petty theft.

"Up to 20 BCI agents are working on the investigation at any given time," DeWine said in a telephone interview after the announcement at an unrelated 1:30 p.m. news conference in Cleveland.

"But there are some things we may never know."

The gunshot residue tests, for instance, may not provide any answers, because residue from the police officers' gunfire may be found on the bodies of 43-year-old Timothy Russell and 30-year-old Malissa Williams and on their car. Russell was a john and Williams was a prostitute.

Malissa Williams had come into contact with Cleveland officers at least 50 times -- going back to 2001, according to police and court records.

Officers arrested Williams dozens of times for drug use, prostitution, theft and other petty crimes.

Her arrests resulted in charges in more than 46 municipal court cases going back to 2002 and in flurries of additional warrants for the times she didn't show up for court.

"It's unlikely the tests will prove that a gun was fired at the start of the chase," DeWine said.

So far, the state agents -- who took over the investigation Dec. 3 -- have gathered more than 200 pieces of evidence and interviewed more than 30 officers and 15 witnesses.

Timothy Russell was killed after a police pursuit. He picked up a prostitute and the police were proceeding to stop him. He ran and ended up hitting another police cruiser. The Cleveland Police and other departments ended up shooting him and the woman.

According to DeWine:

The 47 bullets removed from the bodies are being analyzed.

A reconstruction of the shooting scene -- where 137 shots were fired -- took three days and has been completed.

Crash damage to Russell's car is being compared to damaged police cars.

A shooting reconstruction has been completed on the two police cars that had bullet holes.
The car was combed for evidence, which is being examined.

Investigators have driven the entire 22-mile pursuit route and walked much of it. They collected 15 surveillance videos and have more to pick up. They canvassed the downtown area where a police officer said he heard a gunshot come from Russell's car.

They are trying to piece together all of Russell and Williams' activities during their last day alive.

They are analyzing every second of the dispatch tapes and video taken from several police dashboard cameras.

"There are 30 more officers to interview who were involved in some way," DeWine said.

Once the investigation is complete and a full report has been written, DeWine will announce the findings at a news conference, he said.


This generated an amount of controversy. A group called Black on Black Crime organized the rally, which included prayers, chanting and a brief march that ended outside Heritage Middle School, where the shooting occurred.

Thirteen Cleveland police officers fired 137 bullets Thursday at a car after a high speed chase, killing the pair.

Some people in the group this afternoon referred to the killings as a "lynching" and one sign compared the killing of Russell and Williams to "Bonnie and Clyde."

Others chanted the number "137," referring to the number of shots unloaded by police and called for the resignation of officers involved.

A news release from the group said the following:

Bonnie & Clyde, the notorious bank robbers, were shot 30 to 50 times when their vehicle was surrounded by the posse of Texas and Louisiana officers. We know Bonnie & Clyde were criminals. Malissa Williams and Timothy Russell were surrounded by the Cleveland police after a police chase through several communities and around 137 bullets were fired into their car. We know why they were chasing Bonnie and Clyde, but we are not clear why they were chasing Malissa and Timothy. Yet, they died in a hail of gunfire on a narrow road behind Heritage School in East Cleveland.

It appears that these two victims were unarmed and no gun casings were found in the vehicle to show that they had been shooting at anyone. So, it appears that two unarmed people were gunned down in what the police union official calls a “good shooting.” We do know that the Cleveland police violated many rules and regulations in the case and the shooting.

The community and family have questions.

Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson had said today that his administration would support police officers involved in the shooting deaths of two people Thursday night, provided they were within what he called "the box" -- department rules regarding pursuit and use of deadly force.

"But if they go outside of the box, there will be consequences," Jackson said in a news conference early this afternoon.

Jackson also asked the community to have patience as the city works with investigators from the city of East Cleveland, the FBI and the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Cleveland Police Chief Michael McGrath confirmed today that 12 of the 13 police officers involved in the shooting were white and one was Hispanic. The family of Marisa Williams, a black woman killed in the shooting, has suggested that the shooting was racially motivated.

East Cleveland Sgt. Scott Gardner said the Cleveland officers have been on paid leave the last three days.

The chase began about 10:30 p.m. Thursday outside the Justice Center in downtown Cleveland. In a news conference Saturday, Follmer said two Cleveland officers heard a gunshot and believed it came from a 1979 Chevrolet Malibu belonging to Timothy Russell.

Russell, with Williams in his car, sped away.
