Eric Adams Got A Federal Sandwich!

Unlike Republicans, the Democrats want to hold their allies accountable. The calls for Eric Adams to step down grow after the feds indicted him.

Winners and losers of 2024.

The 110th mayor of New York City is served by the feds. He joins disgraced mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Wait....

Fox will find some way to blame President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota governor Tim Walz for the actions of this guy.

Republicans have no pony in this. They are backing a presidential candidate who is a convicted felon, a liable sexual predator, a federally indicted former official and the very definition of white privilege. A man who tried to violently overturn the results of an election. A man who continues to threaten others despite being a survivor of a mass shooting, an assassination attempt and another attempted assassination.

They need to sit their asses down.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Eric Adams, the AIPAC picked Democratic mayor of America's largest city is indicted by the Southern District of New York, the same federal court that indicted Sean "Puffy" Combs, Michael Cohen, Robert Sylvester Kelly and former president Donald J. Trump (later moved to Southern District of Florida).

Adams is the second African American to become mayor of New York City and first mayor in its history to be criminally charged while in office.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams does not discriminate. He goes after Democrats, Republicans and celebrities. No one is above the law.

The New York Times was first to break this news.

He will unseal the indictment against Adams.

But when they are made public, he will become the first New York City mayor to be criminally charged while in office.

Adams and girlfriend Tracey Collins have the feds on them.

The indictment promised to reverberate across the nation’s largest city and beyond, plunging Adams’ embattled administration further into chaos just months before he is set to face challengers in a hotly contested mayoral primary.

Representatives of Adams and his campaign said they had no immediate comment.

Brendan R. McGuire and Boyd M. Johnson III, partners at WilmerHale who represent the mayor, did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Representatives of the U.S. attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York, the FBI and the city Department of Investigation declined to comment.

The indictment represented an extraordinary turnabout for Adams, 64, a former state senator and Brooklyn borough president who took office as the city was rebounding from the pandemic and confronting a massive influx of migrants from the southern border.

It grew out of an investigation by the FBI and federal prosecutors in Manhattan that began more than two years ago and was focused at least in part on his 2021 mayoral campaign.

The inquiry remained secret until late last year, when an FBI search of his chief fund-raiser’s home thrust it into public view. After searching the home of the fund-raiser, Brianna Suggs, last November, federal investigators left with two laptop computers, three iPhones and a manila folder labeled “Eric Adams.”

Suggs has not been accused of wrongdoing.

Days later, in a dramatic scene on a Greenwich Village street, FBI agents told the mayor’s security detail to step aside, climbed into his SUV with him and seized his electronic devices.

Until federal investigations closed in on him, Adams’ life had seemed a classic New York success story.

Raised by a working-class mother in Brooklyn and Queens, he overcame dyslexia and run-ins with the police, and then joined the Police Department himself. He worked initially as a transit officer, and sought to make changes from within. During a two-decade career there, he rose to the rank of captain and served as a vocal, and sometimes contentious, advocate for Black officers.

The Israeli handlers didn't save Eric Adams from the feds. See if he took money from a foreign country other than Israel, he will be indicted.

Retiring to pursue a life in politics, Adams dreamed for years of becoming New York’s mayor, an ambition he realized by embracing diverse constituencies across the city, and an accomplishment he has said was divinely ordained.

As mayor, Adams vowed to return “swagger” to a city still emerging from the pandemic, and he surrounded himself in City Hall with friends and associates whose loyalty to him sometimes exceeded their policy expertise. Several had troubled pasts.

Although he will become the first sitting mayor to be criminally charged, Adams is hardly the first to face criminal investigation. Jimmy Walker, a flamboyant, nightlife-loving mayor known as Beau James, held court in Jazz Age New York City but resigned amid a corruption scandal and fled to Europe.

Mayor William O’Dwyer, the only modern mayor aside from Adams to have served as a police officer, resigned months into his second term amid what was described in his obituary as “the biggest police scandal in the city’s history.”

More recently, federal prosecutors investigated Bill de Blasio, Adams’ predecessor, over his interactions with donors, but brought no charges. And Rudy Giuliani was indicted this year, more than two decades after he was mayor, in a Georgia case focused on efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.

These Morons Want To Stop Free Speech!

The Democrats have a problem with racism. Pennsylvania senator John Fetterman is an example of it. Since Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema are leaving, Fetterman is taking on the task of being a pain in the ass.

Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-NY) and Republican elected Portage County, Ohio Sheriff Bruce Zuchowski used their free speech to attack someone else's free speech.

With elected figures like this, who needs Donald J. Trump?

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee has handlers everywhere. The president, Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, J.D. Vance, Tim Walz and former president Donald J. Trump back Israel. Torres and Fetterman openly and unabashedly support Israel.

They support Israel so much, they want to push for jailing critics of the apartheid ethnostate. Fetterman, Ritchie, Sen. Join Ernst (R-IA), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA), Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL), Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-FL), Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL), Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ), Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL), Rep. Mike Lawler (D-NY) and Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-IA) cheered the terrorist attack on Beruit by Israel.

Israel used electronic devices as bombs and it exploded killing over 100 people and injuring thousands. It was one of the worst terrorist attacks in modern history.

The junk food media keeps saying it was explosions and refuse to acknowledge it was a state act of terror.

Fetterman got his panties twisted over a professor at Cornell University being reinstated to his position. Mind you, Ithaca, New York is not Pennsylvania and this oaf wants to punish free speech on behalf of a foreign country.

The gay lawmaker Ritchie Torres insults constituents who oppose Israel.

History professor Russell Rickford took a leave of absence from the school in October. The move followed him calling the Oct. 7 terrorist attacks in Israel “exhilarating" at an off-campus rally.

The remark sparked backlash, with a petition calling for Rickford's dismissal earning over 11,000 signatures at the time. The professor was forced to apologize for the remark, writing in an op-ed he "intended to stress grassroots African American, Jewish and Palestinian traditions of resistance to oppression."

Cornell at the time condemned Rickford's comment, calling it "reprehensible." However, when inquired about Rickford's employment status Monday, the school's media relations team directed The National Desk (TND) to a statement from Vice President for University Relations Joel Malina saying the remark is considered protected free speech.

“Consistent with well-established principles of academic freedom, Cornell has a process for considering whether public statements such as those expressed off campus by Professor Rickford at a political rally fall under the category of protected speech, or rather demonstrate prohibited bias, discrimination, or harassment,” it reads. “Given that Professor Rickford’s comments were made as a private citizen in his free time, the university’s academic leadership has concluded that Professor Rickford’s conduct in relation to this incident did not meet that high bar.”

Fetterman responded through Twitter his outrage.

“[Rickford] found the 10/7 massacre, rape and torture of 1,200 civilians as ‘exhilarating,’" the senator lamented. “Unsurprisingly, he was welcomed back. This is the personification of elite educational rot and antisemitism at the core of so many anti-Israel campus protests.”

The senator has repeatedly shown support for Israel amid its war with Hamas terrorists, a stance not taken by some of his more progressive colleagues. Sen. Fetterman in June visited Israel, where he was honored by the war criminal Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

“We’ve been through dark times in these months of anguish war,” Netanyahu said. “During that time, I can say Israel has had no better friend than Senator John Fetterman.”

“I want to thank you for your courageous statements that show moral clarity and moral courage and you just say it the way it is,” he added to Sen. Fetterman.

Cornell Board of Trustees Member Emeritus Jon Lindseth in January called on the school to oust its former President Martha Pollack and former Provost Michael Kotlikoff over their alleged failure to condemn antisemitism. Kotlikoff became the school’s interim president in July after Pollack announced her retirement.

Torres has openly called for Congress to pass the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance definition of antisemitism to criminalize criticism of Israel. It is an insufferable bill passed by the House.

It was introduced by Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY), Rep. Jared Golden (D-ME), Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) and Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ). The bill is stalled along with the yearly funding bill which keeps the government open for the fiscal year.

Republicans are pushing for a broad bill to restrict immigrants from voting, mandatory voter ID, dropping voters who haven't participated in a year and voting restrictions. They want to push it along with the IHRA Anti-Semitism Bill.

Bisan Atef Owda was nominated at the 2024 Emmy Awards for News & Documentary with AJ+ in the category of outstanding hard news feature story: short form for their series “It’s Bisan From Gaza and I’m Still Alive.” Nominations were announced on July 25 and the winners will be presented in two ceremonies on Sep. 25 and 26 in New York.

Owda won a Peabody Award in June for “It’s Bisan From Gaza and I’m Still Alive,” in which she reports from the Gaza Strip and documents what Palestinian civilians are experiencing during the ongoing Israel-Hamas war. She dedicated her award to pro Palestinian college students protesting on their campuses around the world and those who support a boycott of Israel.

Portage County, Ohio Sheriff is another all hat and no bull. Like Butler County's Richard K. Jones, Bruce Zuchowski wants to be the tough guy.

Former Milwaukee County sheriff David Clarke was another example of that all that and no bull. The former Democratic now Republican based conservative agitator talked a lot of bullshit. He is African American and one of the many Black conservatives who thought slavery was a good thing.

Zuchowski was posting on social media about Harris-Walz signs in his county. The sheriff thought it be a good time to round up immigrants from the border and place them at the doorstep of those who have them signs in their front yards.

In a public Facebook post Friday, Portage County Sheriff Bruce Zuchowski used anti-immigrant rhetoric and denounced both Harris and her supporters.

"When people ask me...What’s gonna happen if the Flip — Flopping, Laughing Hyena Wins?? I say...write down all the addresses of the people who had her signs in their yards! Sooo...when the Illegal human ‘Locust’ (which she supports!) Need places to live...We’ll already have the addresses of the their New families...who supported their arrival!" the post said.

Ohio sheriff wants to punish Harris-Walz supporters.

Zuchowski, the sheriff’s office and the Harris campaign did not immediately respond to requests for comment Monday afternoon.

The post Zuchowski shared also included TV images mentioning Aurora, Colorado, and Springfield, Ohio — towns that have become flashpoints in the immigration debate.

Springfield in particular has been subject to security threats amid baseless claims about Haitian immigrants living there. former President Donald Trump amplified the claims at Tuesday's presidential debate, which drew more than 67 million viewers, when he said, “They’re eating the pets.”

Trump's running mate, Sen. JD Vance of Ohio, has made similar remarks on social media, and he doubled down on them in an interview Sunday on NBC News' "Meet the Press."

Springfield Mayor Rob Rue has said "a lie" is tearing apart the city of nearly 59,000 residents. "We'd like that to stop," he said Saturday.

Springfield is a little less than 200 miles southeast of Portage County.

Zuchowski's Facebook page includes a photo of him with Vance and other pictures of him with Trump allies such as former national security adviser Michael Flynn and former GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy. M

The photo with Vance is dated July 15. One of the photos with Flynn is dated June 13, and the other is dated March 30 and includes Ramaswamy.

Marcellus Williams Passed Away!

Missouri may have excuted an innocent man.

The far right and the Black separatists are pointing fingers at Vice President Kamala Harris instead of the U.S. Supreme Court and Missouri Republican governor Mike Parson.

Marcellus Williams was executed today. Many believe that his death was unjustified by an unfair system. He was convicted of breaking into a woman’s home and repeatedly stabbing her was executed Tuesday over the objections of the victim’s family and the prosecutor, who wanted the death sentence commuted to life in prison.

Williams, 55, was convicted in the 1998 killing of Lisha Gayle, who was stabbed during the burglary of her suburban St. Louis home.

Williams was put to death despite questions his attorneys raised over jury selection at his trial and the handling of evidence in the case. His clemency petition focused heavily on how Gayle’s relatives wanted Williams’ sentence commuted to life without the possibility of parole.

“The family defines closure as Marcellus being allowed to live,” the petition stated. “Marcellus’ execution is not necessary.”

As Williams lay awaiting execution, he appeared to converse with a spiritual advisor seated next to him. Williams wiggled his feet underneath a white sheet that was pulled up to his neck and moved his head slightly while his spiritual advisor continued to talk. Then Williams’ chest heaved about a half dozen times, and he showed no further movement.

Williams’ son and two attorneys watched from another room. No one was present on behalf of the victim’s family.

The Department of Corrections released a brief statement that Williams had written ahead of time, saying: “All Praise Be to Allah In Every Situation!!!”

Parson said he hoped the execution brings finality to a case that “languished for decades, revictimizing Ms. Gayle’s family over and over again.”

“No juror nor judge has ever found Williams’ innocence claim to be credible,” Parson said in a statement.

The NAACP had been among those urging Parson to cancel the execution.

“Tonight, Missouri lynched another innocent Black man,” NAACP President Derrick Johnson said in a statement.

It was the third time Williams faced execution. He got reprieves in 2015 and 2017, but his last-ditch efforts this time were futile. Parson and the state Supreme Court rejected his appeals in quick succession Monday, and the U.S. Supreme Court declined to intervene hours before he was put to death.

Last month, Gayle’s relatives gave their blessings to an agreement between the St. Louis County prosecuting attorney’s office and Williams’ attorneys to commute the sentence to life in prison. But acting on an appeal from Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey’s office, the state Supreme Court nullified the agreement.

Lisha Gayle's family appealed to Parson to spare Williams' life.

Williams was among death row inmates in five states who were scheduled to be put to death in the span of a week — an unusually high number that defies a yearslong decline in the use and support of the death penalty in the U.S. The first was carried out Friday in South Carolina. Texas was also slated to execute a prisoner on Tuesday evening.

Gayle, 42, was a social worker and former St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter. Prosecutors at Williams’ trial said he broke into her home on Aug. 11, 1998, heard the shower running and found a large butcher knife. Gayle was stabbed 43 times when she came downstairs. Her purse and her husband’s laptop were stolen.

Authorities said Williams stole a jacket to conceal blood on his shirt. His girlfriend asked him why he would wear a jacket on a hot day. She said she later saw the purse and laptop in his car and that Williams sold the computer a day or two later.

Prosecutors also cited testimony from Henry Cole, who shared a cell with Williams in 1999 while Williams was jailed on unrelated charges. Cole told prosecutors that Williams confessed to the killing and provided details about it.

Republicans are the party of endless chaos.

Williams’ attorneys responded that the girlfriend and Cole were both convicted of felonies and wanted a $10,000 reward. They said that fingerprints, a bloody shoeprint, hair and other evidence at the crime scene didn’t match Williams’.

A crime scene investigator had testified the killer wore gloves.

Questions about DNA evidence also led St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell to request a hearing challenging Williams’ guilt. But days before the Aug. 21 hearing, new testing showed that DNA on the knife belonged to members of the prosecutor’s office who handled it without gloves after the original crime lab tests.

Hilton ruled on Sept. 12 that the first-degree murder conviction and death sentence would stand, noting that Williams’ arguments all had been previously rejected. That decision was upheld Monday by the state Supreme Court.

Attorneys for Williams, who was Black, also challenged the fairness of his trial, particularly the fact that only one of the 12 jurors was Black. Tricia Bushnell of the Midwest Innocence Project said the prosecutor in the case, Keith Larner, removed six of seven Black prospective jurors.

Larner testified at the August hearing that he struck one potential Black juror partly because he looked too much like Williams — a statement that Williams’ attorneys asserted showed improper racial bias.

Larner contended that the jury selection process was fair.

Williams was the third Missouri inmate put to death this year and the 100th since the state resumed use of the death penalty in 1989.

Anthony D'Esposito, The Tough Guy Cheats!

Republican Anthony D'Esposito is a bully. A cheater too. The lawmaker had an affair. The Congress and feds are probing him.

New York mayor Eric Adams is a Democrat. His allies are Democrats and Republicans.

Adams and his staff are under federal watch for allegations of corruption. The FBI seized property from his deputy mayors, the police commissioner, the five boroughs school superintendent, two FDNY leads and his Adams' secretary. It will likely reach the police unions and associates of Adams.

What two consenting adults do in their personal lives isn't my business. However, in MAGAland, these assholes deserve to be called out for their endless hypocrisy.

Winners and losers of 2024.

The Trump Campaign has been dealing with scandals and assassination attempts. They riled up Springfield, Ohio, Aurora, Colorado, Haitians, Indians, childless cat ladies, IVF families, Swifties and investors. It's no wonder, the Trump camp wants to keep allegations out of the spotlight.

Can the feds start investigating sexual predators Rupert Murdoch, Elon Musk, Bill O'Reilly, Richard Branson, Matt Lauer, Kevin Liles, L.A. Reid, Russell Simmons, Jesse Watters, T.D. Jakes, Jerry Falwell, Jr., Alan Dershowitz, Boosie Badazz and Sean "Softball" Hannity?

I really hope the dominos fall on these entites.

George Santos calling for Anthony D'Esposito to resign. The former Republican lawmaker vows to spill tea on his former colleagues.

They are powerful figures in the junk food media. But as the government can hold Harvey Weinstein, R. Kelly, Danny Masterson, Bill Cosby and soon Sean "Puffy" Combs to the standards of criminal justice, so can these folks.

The king of white privilege Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States and 2024 Republican presidential nominee is the leader of this pack. He is liable sexual predator and convicted felon. The Republicans are still backing his bullshit.

The New York Republican who supports arresting pro Palestinian protesters, deporting immigrants, banning Muslims, banning boycotts of Israel, supporting mandatory LIFE for cop killers and impeaching President Joe Biden had an affair.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Rep. Mark Green (R-TN), Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO), Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson of North Carolina, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Olivia Nuzzi, Donald Trump, Jr., Kimberly Guilfoyle, Laura Loomer, Alina Habba and now Rep. Anthony D'Esposito (R-NY).

MAGAland's swingers club.

D'Esposito was a police officer with the NYPD's 73rd Precinct Detective Squad, Military and Extended Leave Desk. He joined the NYPD in 2006 and worked there until retiring in 2020.

During his NYPD career, D'Esposito received four complaints, including one for excessive force and one for an improper search for which it was recommended that charges be filed against him. He was also reprimanded twice by the department: in 2007, for working as a DJ and serving alcohol in a nightclub without departmental permission, for which he was stripped of 15 vacation days; and in 2015, when he was docked 20 vacation days for failing to secure his firearm, which was stolen after he left it unattended in a car.

He was elected in 2023 after defeating the Democratic challenger in a fairly Democratic district. The district is +5 Democratic. It is now considered a swing.

D’Esposito, one of the GOP’s most endangered House incumbents, reportedly gave both his lover and his fiancée’s daughter part-time jobs in his district office on Long Island, a potential violation of House ethics rules.

D’Esposito hired the pair shortly after taking office in 2023, according to The New York Times, together paying them nearly $30,000 in taxpayer funds, records of which are publicly available. The House of Representatives’ code of conduct forbids members from employing close family members.

The report could be a significant blow to his already tenuous path to reelection. D’Esposito is locked in a tight rematch with Democrat Laura Gillen, whom he defeated by fewer than 10,000 votes two years ago. His victory then flipped the South Shore district now considered by both parties to be a critical battleground in the fight for control of the House.

“My personal life has never interfered with my ability to deliver results for New York’s 4th district, and I have upheld the highest ethical standards of personal conduct,” the congressman said in a statement to CNN. He called the story, the details of which he has not denied, “a slimy, partisan ‘hit piece.’”

In comments to reporters later Tuesday, D’Esposito specifically denied the allegations of hiring the two women.

“There was nothing that was done that was not ethical,” he told CNN’s Manu Raju on Capitol Hill.

D’Esposito maintained he will “absolutely” continue his race for reelection “and win.”

Both his fiancée and lover, in brief conversations with the New York Times, confirmed the reporting.

Mike Johnson stands by embattled Republican Anthony D'Esposito.

A former detective in the New York Police Department, D’Esposito in or around 2017 also helped his fiancée and her son obtain municipal jobs after he was appointed to the Hempstead town council. Gillen previously served as the supervisor in Hempstead, the country’s largest township. She was elected in November 2017.

D’Esposito, whose family has long been deeply connected to the estimable Nassau County Republican political machine, was elected in the same cycle as disgraced, now-former Rep. George Santos, who flipped the neighboring 3rd Congressional District before being exposed as a serial fabulist. Santos pleaded guilty to aggravated identity theft and wire fraud charges. Sentencing in that case is set for February.

As that scandal escalated, D’Esposito, in the state’s 4th Congressional District, emerged as one Santos’ chief critics. He called for his colleague to resign and, during a news conference with local GOP leaders which he joined remotely from the Capitol, made his home office available for constituent services to people in Santos’s district.

House Speaker Mike Johnson stood behind D’Esposito in comments to reporters Tuesday.

Even though Johnson said he has not spoken to D’Esposito yet and doesn’t know the details of the allegations, the speaker pointed to D’Esposito’s statement and added, “It’s a partisan hit piece that would not surprise anyone, and a tight election cycle in a seat that’s … hotly contested, but he’s been a very strong advocate for his district.”

Johnson added, “I know the people of his district, and they are, they’re great champions of him and he of them.”

House GOP Whip Tom Emmer deflected when asked about an ethics investigation by talking about this week’s critical funding bill.

Fellow New Yorkers were also silent in the wake of the report. GOP Rep. Marc Molinaro said he has spoken to D’Esposito but declined to comment further.

“I have, and I don’t comment on people’s personal lives,” Molinaro said.

When CNN asked D’Esposito’s fellow Long Islander, GOP Rep. Nick LaLota, about the report, he said he was on the phone.

D’Esposito recently welcomed former President Donald Trump to his district, where the GOP presidential nominee hosted a rally at the Nassau Coliseum for Long Island Republicans desperate to maintain their gains from 2022 in the New York City suburbs. New York Republicans flipped four seats in that election and won another close race further upstate in the midterms – providing a decisive boost to the GOP ranks as the party won a narrow majority.

Jake Tapper and Dana Bash Are F🤴 🤥!

Fox ain't the only problem. CNN has two agitators who shamelessly promote Israeli propaganda.

Jake Tapper and Dana Bash deserve protesters interfering with their public lives.

As long as they are peaceful, I endorse protesting these idiots whenever they do public speaking or general reporting. So for a man on the street, Jake Tapper or a CNN reporter to interview you, kindly refuse. If either Tapper or Dana Bash approach you or ask for remarks, respectfully tell them:

"I appreciate talking to you, but I will not address your network while Jake Tapper or Dana Bash publicly lie and deceive the viewers with baseless lies and propaganda."

"I want to make this clear to CNN, MSNBC, NewsNation and Fox: We will not address your networks to promote your agendas. Andrea Mitchell, Sean Hannity, Jesse Watters, Chris Cuomo, Dan Abrams, Ashleigh Banfield and Katy Tur: I refuse to be interviewed by you or any reporter covering for you."

"We unapologetically support Palestinian rights and refuse to speak to you without a representative of the cause present."

"So in other words, we will not speak to you unless a representative of the movement is present."

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel is feuding with Rashida Tlaib. Nessel was a victim of stalking. She and her wife were stalked by a man who wanted to marry her. Trump and his allies have attacked her as well.

The person who interviewed Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) after she criticized Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel for issuing arrests of pro Palestinian protesters at the University of Michigan comes out in defense of the lawmaker.

Those two idiot Zionists along with the foreign operative group, the Anti-Defamation League attacked Tlaib for antisemitism. They accused Tlaib of being antisemitic to Nassel, the first Jewish and openly lesbian top cop of Michigan. The representative claimed the charges set a “dangerous precedent” and claimed Nessel’s agency may have “possible biases” considering the fact that she hadn’t charged demonstrators for other causes. Tlaib called the charges "frivolous" and a "shameful attack on students' rights" in a social media post on X. One University of Michigan alumnus was charged with attempted ethnic intimidation, according to a news release from Nessel's office announcing the charges that did not elaborate further on the allegation.

Tapper even got Gretchen Whitmer, the governor of the state to criticize Tlaib.

Jonathan Greenblatt should be registered as a foreign agent of Israel.

And no it is not antisemitism if you believe a controversial figure is operating as a non registered operative of a foreign country. Greenblatt, who served briefly under Barack Obama was a handler like Rahm Emanuel, the former chief of staff.

Israel has handlers interfering in Congress, the international trade (via the terrorist attack in Beirut), the UN (the constant attacks on UNRWA and facilities) as well as media (Tapper and Bash).

Israel does not allow international media into the war zone. If they do, they censor content and if anyone strays away from the Israeli Defense Force, they could be killed by them.

Tapper and Bash shamelessly promote Israeli propaganda and equate peaceful protesters as enemies. That's why they are getting protesters and denied services at businesses.

Tlaib will not endorse Vice President Kamala Harris. She remains uncommitted to Democrats and their support for Israel. Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin have large Arab, North African and Muslim populations. Those votes matter and Harris is not taking their concerns seriously. Literally, Harris still parrots the AIPAC and ADL talking points about the resistance raping and killing the 1,200 settlers. Israel used the Hannibal Directive. Israel has killed, raped and terrorized the Middle East and the U.S. lost its credibility.

Israel trying to oust her or kill her. Rashida Tlaib is facing death threats thanks to Trump, Fox, CNN, the ADL and AIPAC. Some of the Democrats show their bigotry by not defending her.

Harris and former president Donald J. Trump have no legal standing. President Joe Biden has no legal standing. Their defense of Israel will not sit well with the United Nations.

Detroit Metro Times reporter Steve Neavling called out CNN for basically lying about Tlaib.

On Monday, Neavling took to social media to call out Tlaib’s critics for “spreading lies” about his story.

“Fact-check: Tlaib did not say Nessel charged pro-Palestinian protesters because she’s Jewish,” he said in a tweet.

“The false claims from state Sen. @JeremyAllenMoss, Attorney General @dananessel, @CNN, @J_Insider, and the ADL’s @JGreenblattADL were based on an interview I did with U.S. Rep. @RashidaTlaib. I know what was said during the interview, and it was not what was characterized.”

Tapper posted a statement from Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer condemning the narrative that Nessel would “make charging decisions based on her religion as opposed to the rule of law.” Under that tweet, Neavling addressed Tapper directly with a link to his article fact-checking the media’s response to it.

“I’m the reporter who interviewed Rashida Tlaib,” he said. “She never said Nessel did this because she’s Jewish. Never. You’re spreading lies.”

Later in the day, Neavling slammed CNN’s Dana Bash for herself analysis of the situation.

“Now Dana Bash from CNN is lying about what happened,” he tweeted. “U.S. Rep. @RashidaTlaib did not say Nessel filed the charges because she’s Jewish. She said there is an anti-Palestinian attitude among many institutions, and most of them are not run by Jewish people.”

Tapper clarified on CNN during an interview with Nessel that he “misspoke” when he characterized Tlaib’s comments as anti-Semitic. He asked Nessel to comment on the criticism she’s facing for claiming Tlaib’s comments were bigoted.

“I should note that I misspoke yesterday when asking a follow up of Governor Whitmer who I asked about this. I was trying to characterize your views of Tlaib’s comments,” Tapper said, before asking: “What do you make of those today noting that Congresswoman Tlaib never explicitly said your bias was because of your religion and so it’s unfair for you to make that allegation?”

MAGAland Zionist Toons In Rashida Tlaib!

MAGAtoonist depicts harm on Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI).

Three U.S. lawmakers are Muslim.

One of them is a Palestinian American who is a fourth generation. He is three term member who is part of the Squad. She and another woman who is Muslim both are vilified by Republicans, Democrats, the junk food media and the Israeli regime.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) may be insufferable but she is more passionate than that idiot, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Republican lawmaker from Georgia.

Tlaib and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MI) as well as Indiana Democratic lawmaker Andre Carson are Muslim. They are attacked for their religion, their race and their opposition to Israel.

The Israeli regime is fucking evil. They are determined to push America into another conflict in the Middle East. Tlaib has openly called for Congress to stop giving aid to Israel.

Tlaib has advocated for UN sanctions, criminal charges against the regime, demand President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris stop parroting talking points from Israel and an end to AIPAC's influence in Congress.

Many of these racist Zionists have called her antisemitic. They have weaponized antisemitism to a point that now it's just pathetic.

Look, if you are not committing violent acts upon Jewish people or Muslims, it's not antisemitism. You can criticize Israel. It is no different than any country or the United States.

Some far right MAGAtoonist decided to draw up Tlaib and made reference to the terrorist attack in Beirut, Lebanon. Israel conducted a terrorist attack involving electronic devices placing the world on the edge. If Israel had the ability to tamper with electronic devices and use them as explosives, whose to say they ain't planning this type of terrorism in the U.S., Great Britain, the European Union, Canada, Japan, China, Iran, Russia, Australia, the Global South or the African Union?

Tlaib reacted to this controversy.

“Our community is already in so much pain right now. This racism will incite more hate + violence against our Arab & Muslim communities, and it makes everyone less safe,” Tlaib said of the cartoon published in conservative magazine National Review.

“It’s disgraceful that the media continues to normalize this racism,” the only Palestinian-American lawmaker in the United States Congress wrote on X on Friday.

Created by Henry Payne, the cartoon shows a woman sitting at a desk with a name card reading “Rep. Tlaib” where a device explodes. The woman remarks: “ODD. MY PAGER JUST EXPLODED.”

The illustration alludes to attacks in Lebanon on Tuesday and Wednesday when thousands of pagers and walkie-talkies exploded killing at least 37 people and wounding nearly 3,000, including civilians.

After the attacks, Tlaib shared a post by fellow Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez referring to it as a clear violation of “international humanitarian law”.

White man depicts Rashida Tlaib as a terrorist. White colonialists and Zionist often depict Arab and Muslim Americans as terrorists.

Tlaib, a Democrat from Michigan in the U.S. House of Representatives who is a vocal critic of Israel’s war on Gaza, has often weathered harsh vitriol from Republican and some Democratic opponents, including baseless accusations of sympathies with Hamas.

In November, Tlaib was formally censured by the House, a step just below expulsion, for allegedly “promoting false narratives” about the Gaza war and “seeking Israel’s destruction”, charges she rejects.

Tlaib said at the time she “will not be silenced and I will not let you distort my words”.

Tlaib voiced her support on Thursday for Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, criticising her colleagues in the U.S. Congress for their silence as U.S.-funded weapons continue to fuel bloodshed in the besieged enclave.

“We are living through one of, again, the most documented horrific crimes against humanity in our history. These are children who did not live to see their first birthday. We cannot normalize this,” said Tlaib.

“My colleagues continue to be silent. I wonder if it’s because these babies are Palestinian? They’re children, that’s it,” she added.

We Go Deep!

Janet Jackson getting dragged.

Bad optics.

It appears that Kamala Harris and Tim Walz have a 53% chance of victory. The electoral college should place her between 270-305 electoral votes. Things can change. October is one week away and so far no major scandals to affect Harris.

Janet Jackson fires her publicist. Mo Elmasri was fired out the cannon after a statement was made and an apology was issued. That apology was not authorized. Of course, it leads to more controversy.

Randy Jackson, her brother (born Steven Randall Jackson) is riding in MAGAland.

Oh, former president Donald J. Trump thought Puerto Rican rapper Nicky Jam as a woman. Puerto Rico is a U.S. Commonwealth with semi-free association. Citizens born on the island are U.S. citizens who can freely travel to the mainland.

Wow, the Trump campaign has a bunch of idiots running his campaign. He is aided by the Republican National Committee, Russia, Israel, InfoWars, Fox, Newsmax, Breitbart, The Daily Mail, The Daily Wire, Tucker Carlson Media, NewsNation and Gateway Pundit.

Jackson and her team did not walk back the false claim that Vice President Kamala Harris ain't Black. This gatekeeper of Blackness is a part of the far right and FBA/ADOS noise.

FBA is Foundational Black American.

It is a group of Black separatists who strongly favor reparations and their own governance from white rules. It was founded by Tariq Nasheed, a former singer/rapper who is a proponent of "Foundational Black Americans" (FBA). It is an ideology and movement he founded, which is defined as, "any person classified as Black, who can trace their bloodline lineage back to the American system of slavery. To be designated as an FBA, at least one parent must come from a non-immigrant background in The United States of America." Nasheed believes FBAs must "seek out reparations for their own" and that American-born descendants of the American slave trade have not adequately sought out resources for themselves.

Nasheed is known for his use of the term "bed wench" and the related term "Negro bed wench mentality". He uses the term to refer to black women who date interracially. He revived and popularized use of this term, which historically was used to disparage black women who were raped by their masters during slavery. Ebony Magazine described Nasheed's conception of the term "bed wench" as a put-down of successful black women who challenge the institutions of black patriarchy. Nasheed also uses the term "buck breaking" to refer to the sexual abuse of Black men, particularly in the context of slavery, via a documentary of the same name, which MEL Magazine described as containing "uncooked nonsense" and being largely inaccurate.

According to Refinery29, Nasheed "is notorious for his misogynistic, queerphobic, xenophobic and often ahistorical commentary on Blackness in America." Stephen Kearse in The New York Times Magazine refers to Nasheed as a "conspiracy buff".

Thoughts And Prayers, Thoughts And Prayers: Mass Shooting In Birmingham!

Another mass shooting in Birmingham, Alabama.

I normally do a long posting about the failures of Congress, President Joe Biden, former president Donald J. Trump, former president Barack Obama and former president George W. Bush.

I am just going to flat out say it:

These idiots can't stop gun violence or Israel.

Another mass shooting in the United States and the usual remarks from lawmakers is "thoughts and prayers" or "my heart goes out to."

In the case of how Trump puts it, "we've got to get over it."

I am paraphrasing Trump but that is the shallow theme of his horrible campaign.

Mass shootings so far:
  • Chicago
  • Brooklyn, NY
  • Phoenix
  • Minneapolis
  • Philadelphia
  • St. Louis
  • Florissant, MO
  • Selma, AL
  • Louisville
  • Houston
  • Alexandria, LA
  • Nashville
  • Suffolk, VA
  • Amarillo, TX
  • Miami Gardens, FL
  • London, KY
  • Ellwood City, PA
  • Washington, DC
  • Milwaukee
  • Winder, GA
Those in BOLD had multiple mass shootings.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey, Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL), Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) and the U.S. Representatives were notified of the latest mass shooting in the city of Birmingham.

Birmingham is the state's third largest city and the state's most populated metropolitan area.

Before we get into this, Black on whatever violence narrative, I want to make this clear:

Most gun violence occurs when legal owners commit violent acts. It isn't about criminality. It's about access to firearms. Most Americans are legal carry and most of the shooters were legal owners.

This latest mass shooting killed four people and wounded 17 others in a popular nightlife area in Birmingham, Alabama, with many of the victims caught in the crossfire, police said Sunday.

Most guns are owned by lawful individuals and the police.

Police Chief Scott Thurmond said at a news conference that authorities believe the intended target was among the dead and that the shooting may have been “a hit” conducted in exchange for payment.

Investigators believe the other victims were caught in the crossfire and that there were multiple shooters. More than 100 shell casings were found at the scene.

The shooting happened shortly after 11 p.m. Saturday in Five Points South, a district filled with entertainment venues, restaurants and bars that is often crowded on weekend nights.

Thurmond said multiple suspects pulled up in a vehicle, got out, fired shots, got back in the vehicle and fled.

Police said officers found two men and a woman on a sidewalk with gunshot wounds and they were pronounced dead there.

An additional male gunshot victim was pronounced dead at a hospital, according to police.

By early Sunday, after victims began showing up at hospitals, police had identified 17 people with injuries, some of them life-threatening, Officer Truman Fitzgerald said in an email.

Authorities were asking for the public’s help for tips as they searched for the shooters.

Birmingham has 65% Black population and it often a target of far right attacks on racial violence.

So I just want to say that the Second Amendment is White, period.

A bullet does not care about color. We all bleed red and so many lives are lost to gun violence and Republicans offer no solutions other than "thoughts and prayers" with a touch of "lock em up."

Gun violence is the number one threat in the United States.

I dismiss this ridiculous notion that criminals are the problem, not the guns. Firearms are often obtained through legal purchases.

Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem. The problem is lawmakers not willing to stop gun violence.

According to the far rightWhite shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant thugs and criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. According to the far right, almost all white [or non-white] mass shooters are registered Democrats [or some progressive activist] because they have liked or done one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share or post disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme or make bogus social media platforms with the shooter's image as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white or associated with conservative causes. The far right says a white person should "protect" themselves from thugs, terrorists or protesters. They believe the use of firearms are "justified" if they are protesting or even instigating a conflict. The far right believes if a shooter is a police officer, an active military member, a veteran or a citizen who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens in urban communities, the far right automatically assume the gunmen are Black.

The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox, Twitter and they force it into national news. They make the case to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Democrats, Rev. Al Sharpton and rap music for Black on whatever violence. Republican lawmakers who do not live in urban neighborhoods often troll social media to talk about gun violence or crime in Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee and New York City while not doing a damn thing to stop it. If a white person shoots a Black person, the shooter is given the benefit of doubt. White shooters are given glowing profiles about their perfect lives and how friends noticed something but refused to do something. When it comes to Black shooters, automatic vilification. They don't see mental illness. They see it as gang violence, allegedly fatherless homes, Democratic policies or the need for more firearms.

A popular nightclub is temporarily shut down because of this.

The far right and Republicans exploit gun violence in the Black community for culture wars and racism.

So in closing, expect more.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those police officers who were killed in the line of duty. Those victims who don't get their names or accomplishments mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence. We are tracking police violence as well.

The call number to the White House and U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official White House numbers 202-456-1111 and 202-456-1414. This is the Congress official phone number, 202-224-3121. Please be respectful to operators, staff members and elected leaders. Your calls are monitored by the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Capitol Police.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. Let them know that you are tired of private equity firms getting away with destroying small businesses and long established companies. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism.

We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.
