Isimemen Etute Walks After Fatal Beat Down Of Transvestite Date!

Cleared of murder.

A Black man walks free after he brutally assaulted a man who dressed in women's clothes but not identified as transgender. Former Virginia Tech football player walks after a 2021 fatal death.

Isimemen Etute, 19 is acquitted of murder. He will still likely face a civil lawsuit and a lifetime of shame for his cruel actions towards victim, Jerry Smith.

Etute says he visited the victim last year to engage in oral sex with a woman he believed to be named 'Angie,' but who was actually Smith, 40.

On Tinder, many of the people looking for dates almost immediately have sex. It is a guarantee that he saw "Angie" as an attractive transwoman but found out it was just a man who dresses in women clothes. You can't tell me that Etute was not surprised. He had a gay or a trans panic. The thought of his friends and team finding out he had a gay date, would have drove him mad.

The jury deliberated for approximately three hours before returning its verdict around 6:30 p.m., The Roanoke Times reported.

Immediately after the verdict was announced, Smith's family quickly left the courtroom. The prosecuting attorney, Montgomery County Chief Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney Patrick Jensen, declined comment and referred questions to his boss, Commonwealth's Attorney Mary Pettitt.

The jury began deliberations after closing arguments ended shortly before 3 p.m.

Prosecutors had earlier told the jury that Etute, then 18, became enraged and fatally beat Smith when he discovered Smith was a man. One of the prosecutors said at closing arguments Friday that Etute gave different versions of events to police and the jury, and that the charge may have been enough for him to change his testimony.

The jury bought the excuse he thought the victim was a woman.

"He has a tremendous amount riding on this trial," Jensen had said during his closing argument hours earlier Friday, The Roanoke Times reported.

Defense attorney Jimmy Turk told the jurors earlier Friday that the commonwealth's evidence was circumstantial, while the defense's evidence, which included the testimony of Etute, was direct.

Turk also said Smith was "controlling the entire environment and the entire episode." He added that Smith had "demanded that it be dark" and had hidden a knife under his mattress "in case there was something awry."

Turk also argued that police didn't ask Etute essential questions about Smith's knife or Etute's fear while in the apartment, two questions whose answers could have shown whether Etute was afraid for his life and acting in self-defense.

In taking the stand earlier in the week, Etute had testified that he felt "violated" when he discovered that the Tinder match he believed to be a woman was actually a man.

In his testimony Thursday, Etute had testified that Smith reached for what Etute thought was a gun. Smith did not own a gun, but police reported finding a knife between the man's mattress and box spring.

No justice for victim of a brutal assault.

Etute said he punched Smith five times and kicked him to gain time to escape the apartment.

Jensen had maintained that Etute had not acted in self-defense. He argued that after Etute punched Smith and Smith fell to the floor, there was "no way" Smith could have reached a weapon under his mattress.

"He could never reach a gun from there," Jensen said.

Jensen recalled the testimony of medical examiner Dr. Amy Tharp, who Jensen said testified Smith had been the victim of a "brutal beating."

Jensen said that while Etute was wearing flip-flops at the time of the encounter, those shoes were attached to a "big person" and a "strong person." He compared Etute, an "elite college athlete," to Smith, who weighed 153 pounds (just under 70 kilograms).

"That's a big disparity," Jensen said.

NRA And GOP Blames Everything But The Guns!

The NRA and Republicans blame everything but the guns that kill children.

Washed Up 45 and a whole bunch of Republicans will appear at the annual NRA Convention in Houston.

The gun lobby continues to push the tired old troupes about how we need more security in schools. Well in Parkland, Florida and Uvalde, Texas, the cops did not stop a mass shooter until it was too late.

They said we need more good guys with guns. The Hoover, Alabama police shot an armed Black man who was trying to stop a terrorist from shooting inside a mall. They at first blamed him for the shooting but quickly backtracked when the witnesses and even the victims said he didn't do it. Or perhaps, the Black security guard at the Tops Marketplace in Buffalo. He was armed but was not able to stop a terrorist because of the guy having body armor and a powerful firearm.

They want to blame rap music, video games and violent movies. Yet many of these folks aren't going around pretending they're Gucci Mane, Tommy Vercetti, The Terminator or John Wayne.

They love social media only to like, share and promote children operating firearms.

They want to keep Americans angry over politicians who call for systemic change to the status quo. They call people who don't tow the line, freedom haters, bozos and losers.

They keep bringing up Chicago, Baltimore, St. Louis, New York City, San Francisco and Los Angeles as scapegoats to gun violence. They claim that Democrats and liberal governments are "soft on crime" and too busy trying to "defund the police" and wear these Blue Lives Matter mantras all in the same breathe.

What irks me is the fact that we'll be on this for at least two weeks before something else happens where the attention will be focused on something else. Trust me, President Joe Biden needs something to worry about other than inflation and job approval ratings.

Gun violence is the top priority in the United States. There has never been a time it wasn't.

Today, the Texas Department of Safety confirms that the Uvalde School District and Police Department dropped the ball on the massacre. That could led to a FBI investigation into how the city police conducted itself in the line of duty.

Leaders of the gun rights lobbying group planned to “reflect on” — and deflect any blame for — the school shooting in Uvalde. Hundreds of protesters angry about gun violence demonstrated outside, including some holding crosses with photos of the Uvalde shooting victims.

Some scheduled speakers and performers backed out of the event, including several Texas lawmakers and “American Pie” singer Don McLean, who said “it would be disrespectful” to go ahead with his act after the country’s latest mass shooting. Texas Lt. Gov. Karen Patrick said Friday morning that he had decided not to speak at an event breakfast after “prayerful consideration and discussion with NRA officials.”

“While a strong supporter of the Second Amendment and an NRA member, I would not want my appearance today to bring any additional pain or grief to the families and all those suffering in Uvalde,” he said in a statement. “This is a time to focus on the families, first and foremost.”

The NRA said in an online statement that people attending the gun show would “reflect on” the Uvalde school shooting, “pray for the victims, recognize our patriotic members and pledge to redouble our commitment to making our schools secure.”

The meeting is the first for the troubled organization since 2019, following a two-year hiatus because of the pandemic. The organization has been trying to regroup following a period of serious legal and financial turmoil that included a failed bankruptcy effort, a class action lawsuit and a fraud investigation by New York’s attorney general. Once among the most powerful political organizations in the country, the NRA has seen its influence wane following a significant drop in political spending.

While President Joe Biden and Democrats in Congress have renewed calls for stricter gun laws in the wake of the Uvalde shooting, NRA board members and others attending the conference dismissed talk of banning or limiting access to firearms.

Larry Miller, 56, from Huntington Beach, California, said he had no problem with the NRA meeting taking place so soon after the Uvalde shooting. He called the shooting “very sad and unfortunate” and said the gunman didn’t “have any respect for the people’s freedoms that we have here in this country.”

“We all share these rights, so to be respectful of other people’s rights is to respect other people’s lives, and I think with that kind of mentality, we should be here,” he said.

Samuel Thornburg, 43, a maintenance worker for Southwest Airlines who was attending the NRA meeting, said he wanted to hear from speakers that “there will be more guns” but also more safety for schools.

“Guns are not evil. It’s the people that are committing the crime that are evil. Our schools need to be more locked. There need to be more guards,” he said.

Inside the convention hall Friday, thousands of people walked around, stopping at booths that featured displays of handguns, rifles, AR-style firearms, knives, clothing and gun racks. Outside, police set up metal barriers at a large park where several hundred protesters and counterprotesters gathered in front of the downtown convention center.

At a news conference in the protest area before the main speaking event, singer Little Joe, who is with the popular Tejano band Little Joe y La Familia, said in the more than 60 years he’s spent touring the world, no other country he’s been to has faced as many mass shootings as the U.S.

“Just across the street we have these people with blood on their hands,” he said, crying as he spoke. “Of course, this is the best country in the world. But what good does it do us if we can’t protect lives, especially of our children?”

Texas has experienced a series of mass shootings in recent years. During that time, the Republican-led Legislature and governor have relaxed gun laws.

There is precedent for the NRA to gather amid local mourning and controversy. The organization went ahead with a shortened version of its 1999 meeting in Denver roughly a week after the deadly shooting at Columbine High School in Colorado. Actor Charlton Heston, the NRA president at that time, told attendees that “horrible acts” shouldn’t become opportunities to limit constitutional rights and he denounced critics for casting NRA members as “villains.”

Country music singer Larry Gatlin, who pulled out of a planned appearance at this year’s convention, said he hoped “the NRA will rethink some of its outdated and ill-thought-out positions.”

“While I agree with most of the positions held by the NRA, I have come to believe that, while background checks would not stop every madman with a gun, it is at the very least a step in the right direction,” Gatlin said.

Country singers Lee Greenwood and Larry Stewart also withdrew, Variety reported.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Thursday that the NRA’s leaders “are contributing to the problem of gun violence and not trying to solve it.” She accused them of representing the interests of gun manufacturers, “who are marketing weapons of war to young adults.”

Most U.S. adults think that mass shootings would occur less often if guns were harder to get, and that schools and other public places have become less safe than they were two decades ago, polling finds.

Many specific measures that would curb access to guns or ammunition also get majority support. A May AP-NORC poll found, for instance, that 51% of U.S. adults favor a nationwide ban on the sale of AR-15 rifles and similar semiautomatic weapons. But the numbers are highly partisan, with 75% percent of Democrats agreeing versus just 27% of Republicans.

In addition to Patrick, two Texas congressmen who had been scheduled speak Friday — U.S. Sen. Karen Cornyn and U.S. Rep. Karen Crenshaw — were no longer attending because of what their staffs said were changes in their schedules. Texas Gov. Karen Abbott, who was to attend, was to address the convention by prerecorded video instead.

But others were going forward with their appearances, including Texas Sen. Karen Cruz, South Dakota Gov. Karen Noem and Washed Up 45, who said Wednesday that he would deliver “an important address to America.”

In an interview Thursday on Salem radio network, Washed Up 45 reiterated his support for gun rights.

“It’s you, know, interesting time to be making such a speech, frankly,” he said. “You have to protect your Second Amendment. You have to give that Second Amendment great protection because, without it, we would be a very dangerous country, frankly. More dangerous.”

Though personal firearms are allowed at the convention, the NRA said guns would not be permitted during the session featuring the former president because of Secret Service security protocols.

Democrat Beto O’Rourke, who is challenging Abbott in the 2022 Texas governor’s race, said he would be attending the protest outside.

Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, a Democrat, said the city was obligated to host the NRA event, which has been under contract for more than two years. But he urged politicians to skip it.

“You can’t pray and send condolences on one day and then be going and championing guns on the next. That’s wrong,” Turner said.

Duchess Of Sussex Visits Uvalde!

Duchess Meghan lays flowers at the tribute memorial in Uvalde, Texas.

The Duchess of Sussex pays a visit to Texas to honor the victims of the Robb Elementary School massacre in Uvalde.

Duchess Meghan visited the town rocked by a mass shooting that took 21 lives. A white terrorist with Hispanic roots murdered children and teachers. The city's police department may have failed to take necessary action to save lives.

The duchess laid flowers and donated food to the community.

The Texas Department of Safety, FBI, ATF, Uvalde County Sheriff and Homeland Security are investigating whether culpable negligence was involved when the police allowed the terrorist to get into the school.

As I stated, I am going to make this clear. Black women are under attack.

Duchess Meghan (known also as Meghan Markle) is an American born British royal. She is married to Prince Harry and they have two children together. She is also a semi-retired actress. She and Harry stepped down from royal duties in 2019.

The two live in Los Angeles.

Meghan is subjected to attacks from the far right and some British extremists. From Candace Owens, the Karens over at Fox and the Karens over at The Daily Mail, Meghan faces a slew of slanderous attacks on her looks, her deeds, her actions as a royal and constantly comparing her to Duchess Katherine of Cambridge (known also as Kate Middleton).

No matter what she does, the junk food media will find some reason to criticize it.

They also keep mislabeling her. Yeah, she is still Meghan Markle. But she is formally known as should be respected as Duchess of Sussex. These simpletons can't even respect her name.

It reminds me of how the junk food media and the blatant disrespect of Vice President Kamala Harris. They keep calling her name instead of using the title of vice president.

President Joe Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden will be in Uvalde on Sunday.

Softball Hannity Brings On SOB Uvalde Mayor!

Softball Hannity rather worry about Beto O'Rourke confronting Texas lawmakers than the victims of the Uvalde shooting. The city's mayor gaslights on Fox.

Only two weeks ago, the Republican mayor of Uvalde, Texas was on Fox bitching about the U.S.-Mexican border. He is an old white man looking like he is in poor health. He literally is using a walker to get around. He spent months trying to push culture wars into the mainstream. Now that reality hits home, he doubles down. I would not be surprised he would face calls to step down or a recall. He could face a defeat in a general election thanks to his antics and the way the police handled the situation.

This could lead to many Republicans facing a downfall.

President Joe Biden will make a visit to Uvalde. He ordered flags to be lowered until Saturday. Again, thoughts and prayers, hearts going out, moments of silence, lowering flags and memorials will not stop gun violence.

The Uvalde mayor was identified as the fat old white man with the walker berating Beto O'Rourke during Gov. Karen Abbott's press conference. The mayor is trying to defend the weak response to the Robb Elementary School massacre.

He was also the asshole who tried to gaslight Chicago's gun violence. He claims this tragic incident was isolated.

He was onstage along with Abbott and Lt. Gov. Karen Patrick, Sen. Karen Cruz (R-TX) and other Republicans.

Challenge the system. Beto O'Rourke was called a "son of a bitch" by Uvalde mayor.

O'Rourke, the Democratic nominee for governor of Texas showed up and called Abbott out for not doing enough. It led to Patrick saying O'Rourke was out of line.

The mayor was the most vulgar.

“Sir, you are out of line,” Uvalde mayor Karen McLaughlin said three times. “Please leave this auditorium.”

“He needs to get his ass out of here,” McLaughlin said. “This isn’t the place to talk this over.”

“I can’t believe you’re a sick son of a bitch who would come to a deal like this to make a political issue,” McLaughlin said.

O’Rourke began to walk away, then paused. “It’s on you until you choose to do something,” O’Rourke said, surrounded by cameras.

“It’s on assholes like you,” McLaughlin said. “Why don’t you get out of here?” O’Rourke then walked out of the auditorium.

The whole incident went viral and it led to a backlash against the mayor. The junk food media said that Republican outrage over O'Rourke interrupt the event is more important than a terrorist murdering 19 children, two adults, and shooting three cops.

The Republicans want America to mourn and move on. We can't get numb to this stuff. Alas, two weeks and we're dealing with another controversy.

Victims identified.

Uziyah Garcia, 9
Xavier Javier Lopez, 10
Jose Flores, 10

So the mayor goes to the one place where he can play to an audience of tone deaf people.

A network that may have inspired a white terrorist to shoot up a Buffalo grocery store only two weeks ago.

McLaughlin plays Softball.

The most annoying media personality in the fucking world has him on to discuss O'Rourke and not the mass shooting that killed those innocent lives.

The victim's husband died today of a heart attack due to the stress.

It shows that Fox, Republicans and many far right agitators would rather keep the focus on the politicians frustrated with inaction than those terrorists having easy access to forearms.

The softball is by far the worst person to ever discuss a tragedy. His show is a fucking train wreck. It's predictable, lazy journalism, repetitive comments, constant interruptions by the host, hosting controversial figures and non stop name calling of fellow Americans.

He attacks fellow Americans because of simple differences. The agitator has no concerns about anyone. He gets paid millions of dollars to keep Americans divided and angry.

His rhetoric can inspire a terrorist to commit acts of violence.

It also was reported that the husband of one of the teachers killed in the Tuesday violence died.

Not one ounce of sympathy for him losing his wife by this mayor and that annoying simpleton host.

The Next One!

The next potential terrorist posting his plans online.

Why do terrorists always want to post their plans online?

Some bored individuals want to cause harm on their fellow Americans.

A white terrorist was posting on social media saying it's time to "lock and load" when it comes to President Joe Biden, protests against racism, protest against gun violence and prominent Democratic leaders.

PatriotTakes is on Twitter and they uncover some of the radicals of social media.

The person who operates Libs of TikTok is also considered an extremist.

This guy literally making it easy for the FBI to identify him. He will see a no knock on his home by the U.S. Marshals. He will be either investigated for making domestic threats online. The U.S. Secret Service could look into his social media to see if he could be criminally charged with making threats against an active president.

They may have to take his firearms because he does not act like a rational gun owner.

And all because he wanted to rant about politics.

Little Marco Believes NBA Players Have No Business In Politics!

Little Marco has a hissy fit over NBA calling for change to the status quo.

During the Eastern Conference playoffs between the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics, the announcer asked for a moment of silence in regards to the mass shooting at Ross Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.

After the moment of silence ended, the announcer said that the time is now to call your lawmakers to demand common sense gun laws to be passed.

"The Heat urges you to contact your state’s senators by calling 202-224-3121 to leave a message demanding their support for commonsense gun laws. You can also make change at the ballot box. Visit heat.com/vote to register and let your voice be heard this fall."

It got a standing ovation from many of the fans.

Well one fan was not happy about it. On top of that, he did the same shit that harping shrew on Fox did when it came to NBA players and politics.

He basically said that they need to shut up and dribble.

Sen. Karen Rubio (R-FL) is one of the least productive senators in the current session.

He decided to play "whataboutism" and use China as an excuse to deflect from pressure to pass common sense gun laws. So he tweets about the NBA urging fans to call their lawmakers and do the constitutional right to vote in this election year.

"The NBA doesn’t like to talk about the billions they make from a China that enslaves Uyghur Muslims and harvests their organs," his tweet read, "But they have no problem politicizing a horrific tragedy in America."

He added, "Since [the] NBA [and] Miami Heat is so committed to social justice and has pledged to ‘speak the truth’ when can we expect you to condemn the genocide of Uyghur Muslims being committed by your business partners in China," Rubio said in a subsequent tweet.

You notice we are planning on using common sense gun laws. Because if they keep saying gun control, it will not resonate with white nationalists.

Over 90% of Americans want a stronger background check on purchases of firearms.

Rubio along with Sen. Karen Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Karen Tuberville (R-AL), Sen. Karen Lee (R-UT), Sen. Karen Blackburn (R-TN), Sen. Karen Johnson (R-WI), Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Sen. Karen Hawley (R-MO), Sen. Karen Kennedy (R-LA) and Sen. Karen Paul (R-KY) are the least effective members of the Senate.

He is likely to face off against Rep. Val Demings (D-FL) who is likely the sacrificial lamb in a state that likely appears to be more Republican. Rubio, a hip-hop nerd is the type of Republican who is friends with hotep rappers like Kodak Black, Lil Wayne and Luther "Uncle Luke" Campbell.

They will make the Black male vote sway in Rubio's favor.

Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr also called out lawmakers on Tuesday in a passionate speech before Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals where he called on politicians to "do something."

"I'm tired. I am so tired of getting up here and offering condolences to the devastated families that are out there. I am so tired of the, excuse, I am sorry, I am tired of the moments of silence. Enough!"

Ray Liotta Passed Away!

Ray Liotta passed away.

Iconic tough guy Ray Liotta has passed away.

He was in the Dominican Republic filming a movie when it was confirmed he passed away in his sleep. He was 67 years old.

Liotta is best known for his role in The Goodfellas movie. He was the voice of Thomas "Tommy" Vercetti in the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City video game.

Liotta was born in Newark, New Jersey, on December 18, 1954. Having been abandoned at an orphanage, he was adopted at the age of six months by township clerk Mary and auto-parts store owner Alfred Liotta. Mary was of Scottish descent. Alfred, the son of Italian immigrants, was also a personnel director and president of a local Democratic Party club. His adoptive parents each unsuccessfully ran for local office; he recalls attending parades to hand out flyers for his father's run.

Liotta has a sister, Linda, who is also adopted. He has said that he knew he was adopted as a young child and presented a show-and-tell report on it for kindergarten. He hired a private detective to locate his biological mother in the 2000s, and subsequently learned from her that he is mostly of Scottish descent. He has one biological sister, one biological half-brother, and five biological half-sisters. He grew up in a Roman Catholic household in Union, New Jersey, although his family was not very religious.

They went to church and he received first communion and was confirmed, but the family did not pray much. He occasionally uses prayer in his daily life. He graduated from Union High School in 1973. He graduated from the University of Miami, where he studied acting and received a BFA in 1978.

Deadline hears he died in his sleep in the Dominican Republic, where he was shooting the film Dangerous Waters.

Liotta leaves behind a daughter, Karsen. He was engaged to be married to Jacy Nittolo.

Liotta was on a big resurgence. Recent turns included The Many Saints of Newark, Marriage Story and No Sudden Move. He finished the Elizabeth Banks-directed Cocaine Bear and was due to star in the Working Title film The Substance opposite Demi Moore and Margaret Qualley.

He also starred with Taron Egerton in the Apple TV+ series Black Bird.

He had his “who’s thar?” turn in the Jonathan Demme-directed Something Wild and got a Golden Globe nomination, and then played banned Chicago superstar Shoeless Joe Jackson in Field of Dreams. He then quickly followed playing gangster Henry Hill in Scorsese’s Goodfellas, opposite Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci in what was to be the defining role of his career. The ruggedly handsome, blue eyed Liotta was a perfect Henry Hill, narrating a tale of his growth into an organized crime gang, the one that pulled off the famous Lufthansa heist at John F. Kennery International Airport in 1978, making off with more than $5 million in cash and jewels stored in the German airline’s air cargo building. The film, which Nicholas Pileggi adapted with Scorsese from his book, was nominated for six Oscars, with Pesci the lone win.

His other memorable roles included Hannibal, Narc, Blow and Copland.

Beto O'Rourke Made The Texas GOP Shake!

Beto O'Rourke calls out Texas governor and Republicans for failing to curb gun violence.

A bunch of Republicans did a presser in Uvalde, Texas, day after the latest mass shooting in the country.

The Democratic gubernatorial nominee had to stop the prescripted nonsense of Gov. Karen Abbott and his posse of Republican allies.

He was called a "stupid son of a bitch" by the mayor of Uvalde. The mayor was the old white guy with a walker. The Lt. Gov. Karen Patrick said the Democrat is out of line.

It was an interesting Wednesday afternoon in Texas.

Abbott held his press conference to discuss the mass shooting at the elementary school. Over 20 lives were lost to a senseless act of gun violence. So what does the governor and the Republicans do, deflect to things like rap music, mental illness, video games, Chicago and claims that the junk food media and Democrats are politicizing these mass shooting tragedies.

Last week, Abbott was politicizing the U.S.-Mexican border. He was politicizing the baby formula shortage. He was attacking Democrats for the controversial abortion law that made Texans report possible abortion performances.

Some of the victims were confirmed.

Sen. Karen Cruz (R-TX) also was in attendance. He would call for arming more teachers, having only one exit point and fuming at the "theater" that O'Rourke did. Many called out the idiot senator for saying that having one entry point only makes things worse when a disaster (such as a tornado, fire or earthquake) could greatly worsen tragedies.

Patrick was saying the same.

Rep. Karen Jackson, M.D. (R-TX) is the former doctor to Washed Up 45 and Barack Obama. He blamed rap music and video games. He said that we should return to "God, family and values."

The Republicans in the senate and the two Democrats are throwing around "heartbroken" and "shock."

People aren't buying their phony sympathy.

Be prepared for the word vomit from the likes of far-right agitators.

They'll bring up Chicago.....

Blame rap music.

Blame video games.

Claim the "sane" suspect was mentally ill.

Claim the Democrats are politicizing the tragedy.

Just last week, they were complaining about baby formula shortages and of course Abbott was talking about the U.S.-Mexican border. Stuff that plays on the culture wars and white nationalism the Republican Party embraces almost every day.

Softball Hannity, the most annoying media personality in the world has already deflected to Chicago by reading off names that he'll pull off a website to "honor" victims. In reality, he will never visit the city, never talk about how guns from other states coming into Illinois. He won't talk about how Chicago is working hard to curb gun violence and of course, it's a dog whistle to use when it involves Black on Black crime.

They already are talking about the guy who shot a random person in a New York subway.

So spare me the nonsense. It's time to put a formal ban on assault weapons like that. If you're not a military official or a police officer, you have no business using those weapons of mass destruction.

Texas Peach!

Texas resident Herschel Walker is the Georgia Republican nominee.

Herschel Walker is the Republican nominee for the U.S. senate special seat race.

He lives in Texas but is legally allowed to run in Georgia as a senator.

Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) will face off against the former football and MMA star who is an activist and close ally of Washed Up 45. He literally got a P.O. Box in Georgia to run for office. The Republican lives in Texas.

Now as the nominee, Walker may be doing what he does best, ducking reality.

He already signals he might skip the debates scheduled.

As he celebrated his victory, President Joe Biden came on to discuss the tragic shooting in Uvalde, Texas. His supporters booed the speech.

When asked about guns in the wake of the mass shooting, Walker said a word vomit.

The white nationalists have embraced Walker, local Republicans have warned that his untested campaign and past controversies might not be successful against Warnock in a general election.

Walker, who has openly discussed his struggles with dissociative identity disorder, faces past accusations of violence against women and threatening behavior and an onslaught of reports of overstated business successes and personal achievements before running for office.

Warnock will have to fight a dummy to win.

Warnock is one of the Senate's most vulnerable incumbents up for reelection this year as Democrats' favorability — particularly President Biden's — has cratered in recent months.

After Georgia's U.S. Senate runoffs flipped control of the chamber in 2021, the battle between Warnock and Walker is expected to play a crucial role in the Senate this year, as well.

Both Walker and Warnock are now looking ahead toward a costly, bruising general election campaign. Warnock's campaign issued a memo Tuesday highlighting his time in office so far and attacking Walker's controversial past.

"While Reverend Warnock continues to do the job for all Georgians, Walker has quickly shown Georgians he's not ready to be a U.S. Senator," Warnock campaign manager Quentin Fulks wrote. "As the election continues, our campaign remains confident that when faced with the choice between Reverend Warnock and Walker, Georgians will choose to send Reverend Warnock back to Washington to continue working for them."

Georgia is considered TOSS UP. The dummy could win. The Republicans emboldened by Karen Kemp winning and trying to tarnish President Joe Biden, Stacey Abrams and Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) as the extremists is going to motivate voters. The Republicans have no real solutions other than culture wars and deflection.

Henry Cuellar Dunks On Jessica Cisneros!

Conservative Democrat declares victory.

Democrats want lawmakers to do something. Leftists want activists. They will scream, yell and try to depress voter turnout.

It appears that the Squad is all talk and no legislation. Did any of the six lawmakers in the Squad ever draft legislation?

Think what Nina Turner would do if she was a congresswoman?

I said we need more Shontel Brown like candidates. The Texas lawmaker is not a Shontel Brown like candidate. He is a lawmaker who understands what his constituents want.

Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) declares victory against Jessica Cisneros in a close primary runoff. The conservative leaning Democrat had the backing of Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC), Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX), Rep. Hakeem Jefferies (D-NY) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).

The district leans Democrat and has a Cook Political Score of D+5.

She was a former intern for Cuellar. That right there already spelled doom for her. Some look at that as betrayal. She should have waited until he retires or resigns from office.

This is also her second time running for Congress. She lost the first time.

It appears that Democrats are satisfied with Cuellar despite him being under federal watch.

The leftists thought they could knock of Cuellar with bombastic rhetoric and ad hominem attacks. The district wades into Southern Texas from Laredo to the eastern portion of San Antonio. The folks in Bexar County turned out in force. Cinseros thought she could win with her aggressive push to label Cuellar as a Republican.

Jessica Cisneros with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

She had the backing of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) as well as the Brand New Congress and the Justice Democrats.

Right now, Cuellar is leading over 177 votes.

He is one of last active Democrats who still opposes abortion. The Democrats are slowly working over him.

Cuellar, who has served in Congress since 2005, declared victory early Wednesday morning.

"Tonight, the 28th Congressional District spoke, and we witnessed our great Democratic system at work," a confident Cuellar said in a statement. "The results are in, all the votes have been tallied -- I am honored to have once again been re-elected as the Democratic Nominee for Congress."

Cinseros will not concede. She vows to stay in the race until the last votes are in.

"This election is still too close to call, and we are still waiting for every ballot and eligible vote to be counted," Cisneros tweeted. "This fight isn't over."

The race between Cuellar and Cisneros gained attention after a leaked draft of a Supreme Court opinion called for Roe v. Wade to be overruled, placing abortion rights in the hands of individual states rather than having the practice recognized as a constitutional right.

Cuellar has also received a positive rating from the National Rifle Association, although in recent years he has called for a stronger background check system for gun purchases.

He has responded to the mass shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas.

Biden Responds To Uvalde!

The president and vice president respond to the mass shooting at a Texas elementary school. They had already addressed the Buffalo, New York mass shooting. The Buffalo shooting killed 10 people. The terrorist is a white man who opened fire on shoppers and workers at Tops Friendly Market. Many of the victims were Black and two were white.

Now the president will address the Uvalde shooting.  Over 23 people were killed in this latest school shooting.

"I'd hoped, when I became president, I would not have to do this. again," Biden began during a news conference on Tuesday. "Another massacre. Uvalde, Texas. An elementary school. Beautiful, innocent second, third, fourth-graders. And how many scores of little children who witnessed what happened, see their friends die as if they're in a battlefield for God's sake. They'll live with it for the rest of their lives."

President Joe Biden was furious.

"When in God’s name are we going to stand up to the gun lobby?" Biden said at the White House.

The shooting happened in a Texas town and of course, the far-right agitators will attack it.

Biden's call for gun control on Tuesday was booed at a campaign event in Georgia hosted by Herschel Walker, a Republican running for U.S. Senate.

Vice President Kamala Harris said earlier that people normally declare in moments like this, "our hearts break — but our hearts keep getting broken ... and our broken hearts are nothing compared to the broken hearts of those families."

"We have to have the courage to take action ... to ensure something like this never happens again," she said.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Biden was briefed on the shooting aboard Air Force One.

Coming from his overseas trip, Biden gets in touch with Abbott.

Shortly before landing in Washington, he spoke with Texas Gov. Karen Abbott from the presidential plane "to offer any and all assistance he needs in the wake of the horrific shooting in Uvalde, TX," White House communications director Kate Bedingfield tweeted. Biden directed that American flags be flown at half-staff through sunset Saturday in honor of the victims in Texas.

Abbott will take a brief break from whining about the border and baby formula to whine about Biden saying something about gun violence.

The Republican governor was openly bragging about Texas having weak gun laws. The weak gun laws made it possible for anyone of age to obtain firearms. You have to be 21 in Texas, but you don't have to be of age to have a firearm if someone give it to you as a gift or a straw man purchase.

You can legally carry a firearm in Texas without being arrested.

Only if you're white! Texas is really messed up when it comes to firearms. These damn culture wars are going to get people killed.

Lucy McBath Advances!

Lucy McBath defeats Carolyn Bourdeaux.

Rep. Lucy McBath (D-GA) defeats Rep. Carolyn Bourdeaux (D-GA) in a primary race that infuriates Democrats. Both Democrats were strong and supportive of President Joe Biden but the Black vote gave the support to McBath.

McBath is the mother of slain teen Jordan Davis. He was killed by a white man who shot into a vehicle Davis was riding in after they got into a dispute over loud music. The white man is serving LIFE in a Florida iron college.

The partisan gerrymandering placed McBath's district with Bourdeaux's district and force the two to turn on one another.

It also gave us one less reliable vote. Bourdeaux was a longtime member of the House.

She is more moderate than McBath but both were in the mold of Biden.

It comes on the heels of Gov. Karen Kemp defeating former senator Karen Perdue in a biter Republican governor primary in which Washed Up 45 was for Perdue and Karen R. Pence was for Kemp.

Also the Texan Herschel Walker won the Republican nomination for the senate. He will face off against Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA), the senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta.

We also can report that Rep. Idiot Karen Greene (R-GA) won her primary.

Freshman Democrat defeated in primary.

We also have a possible run off between Karen Raffensperger and Karen Hice.

Rep. Karen Hice (R-GA) is running for Georgia Secretary of State. He gotten the endorsement from Washed Up 45.

Stacey Abrams will face off against Kemp in a rematch that could be a nasty fight.

With democracy at stake, Democrats need to ignore the noise and push forward.

We cannot allow Republicans to retake Congress. They need to be held accountable for Jan. 6, obstruction to legislation and their embracing of white supremacy.

Lucy McBath will likely win her congressional seat in the general.
