Jennifer Griffin: I Am Here To Bring Facts!

Fox reporter says that her job is to report the news not spread misinformation.

Fox reporter admits that it's frustrating having to correct the agitators. 

Jennifer Griffin talks to Fox's Mediabuzz about how she has to be factual when covering the Russian

When she spoke to Karen Kurtz, she said that she is working hard to disspell Russian misinformation and analyzing the U.S. response to the Ukraine situation. When asked about the agitators here in the United States downplaying the threat Russia lhad, she said that the reporting and White House response was pretty accurate.

"From a reporter's position, I've gone back and looked at those notes, and I've been pretty amazed at how -- other than one issue, I would say, the whole issue. They did expect [Vladimir Putin] to use a massive electronic warfare and cyber attack in the beginning to blind the country. That did not happen, but it is still within his arsenal, and the way it's been explained to us is that by outing some of that intelligence, it maybe caused him to shift some of his plans."

Putin has been sanctioned by the United States, European Union and the United Nations. 

Putin, the current president (dictator) of the Russian Federation has declared war on Ukraine. It was widely condemned by world leaders. 

Washed Up 45 and some of his minions back Putin's aggressive approach. At CPAC, the former president revealed yet again the election was stolen from him. He also noted that he will someday discuss what he talked to Putin about. The infamous Helsinki event where Washed Up 45, his interrupter and Putin and his interrupter had a one on one without anyone else being present.

The former president says he and Putin get along just fine. He blasted President Joe Biden for being according to him and many white nationalist Republicans, "weak" and being "laughed at."

Biden had rounded up a coalition to ultimately push for sanctions on Russian finances, oligarchs and Putin himself. They are close to pulling Russia out of the SWIFT program. That could seriously damage the economy of Russia.

Putin stopped short of declaring an all-out war. He said that if NATO interferes in the "special operation" he said that all bets are off and he could use nuclear weapons.

Stopping short of how Fox covered the matter, the network is devoted to "owning the libs" and making sure that every culture war is being placed on the feet of Biden.

Kurtz would later ask Griffin about how Biden is doing as president in this crisis. He asked about why Biden is not willing to send troops to Ukraine. I think it was his attempt to paint Biden as tepid and weak.

She shot down the assertion.

"I don't think so," Griffin answered. She said that U.S. intelligence became aware of Russia's possible invasion threat months ago, and "they began working behind the scenes to come up with a strategic plan that did not end up with NATO, the U.S. and Russia --- all nuclear powers --- in a war."

When Kurtz asked her about the agitators throwing opinion into the matter she said that she is only here for the honest facts.

"My role is no different than it's been since I joined Fox in 1996 in Moscow."

Russia Today Blocked!

Google and Meta stopped RT's profits.

Russia Today is a Russian-state controlled international television network funded by the tax budge of the Russian Federation. It operates pay television for free-to-air channels directed to audiences outside Russia, as well as providing content in English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic and Russian.

The network founded by Russian oligarchs Alexey Gromov and Mikhail Lesin.

The networks include RT (Russia Today), RT America which based in Washington, DC, RT France, RT UK, RT DE (German), RT en Espanol, RT Arabic, RT Documentaries and Ruptly (Redfish and Maffick). 

In the United States it must register as a foreign agent. The Foreign Agents Registration Act requires agents of foreign principles who are engaged in political activities or advocacy work on behalf of foreign interests to register with the Department of Justice and disclose their relationship, activities and related financial compensation.

The Biden accuser is an Op-Ed columnist for RT. 

Yes, the lady who claimed Joe Biden had digitally penetrated her in the U.S. Capitol over 30 years ago at the peak of him capturing the Democratic nomination. An accusation that could have been brought up when he was running for president in 2008, running for U.S. Senate all these times, being the running mate for Barack Obama, and running as vice president in 2012. This woman decides to pick the one time when he runs for president in 2015-16 to claim at first he was playing with her hair and saying it wasn't that sexual to now saying he raped her in the U.S. Capital. 

A woman who allegedly stole from a mare rescue, sued her boyfriend, sued her ex-husband, claiming that she was an aide to the senator (not a staff assistant as she previously held), only showing her badge working for Leon Panetta, and saying that she loves Russia with all her heart.

They give this woman attention. This crazy sack of shit claims Biden raped her but wears "Who's Your Vladdy?" shirt.

This woman who blocks critics, slanders her former friends, has an excuse for everything is practically rooting for Vladimir Putin, the Russian military and calling the invasion of Ukraine a product of now President Joe Biden's war against Russia.

Biden has a hands off approach to handling situations. He had issued harsh sanctions against the Russian Federation and went as far to hurt the pockets of the Russian Federation's longtime president (dictator) Putin. 

One of those sanctions will aim at Russian billionaires, media executives, lawmakers and diplomats.

Last Wednesday, the Russian forces advanced into Ukraine. It had led to widespread condemnation.

Ukraine's president, former actor and comedian turned politician Volodymyr Zelenskyy had ignored the threats at first, but when it became clear that Putin's message that he declared two Russian back provinces as independent nations, it was soon revealed that the military had advanced its forces.

The United States had asked for Zelenskyy to evacuate, but the leader vows to stay and fight against the Russians. The junk food media claims that Russian forces are slowly moving towards Kyiv and they are threatening to use deadlier force.

To prevent Russians for access the news about Ukraine, they will no longer be allowed to get it from RT. 

RT is being blocked from earning revenue by Facebook (Meta) and YouTube. Other Russian channels are also being blocked from earnings and showing propaganda.

So it appears that Tara Reade won't collect a check because of RT's revenue being halted. That means that RT can no longer earn a profit for Lee Camp, Katie Halper, Rick Sanchez, Dennis Miller, Jesse Ventura and Scottie Nell Hughes are not getting paid. They should register as agents of the Russian Federation.

But who am I to tell grown ass adults what to do?

The feds are responsible for dealing with operatives who are foreign agents.

Buckhead Is Always Atlanta!

Buckhead still Atlanta.

The attempt for the Northside neighborhoods to breakaway to form the City of Buckhead, Georgia failed. The city of Atlanta faced pressure from white nationalist residents upset over a rise in crime and "wokeism." 

Republicans thought they could create a city from Atlanta's financial and entertainment district. It failed for now. The new mayor is now determined to keep Atlanta a hub of culture, friendliness and the jewel of the South.

A civil war is brewing within the Republican Party of Georgia. 

Georgia’s Speaker of the House, Karen Ralston, basically killed the bill in the legislature Friday.

Lt. Gov. Karen Duncan came down officially against Buckhead cityhood. He said that the new mayor has thrown down initiatives that could improve the city and drive crime down. Duncan didn't want to admit it but he said that it will hurt Republicans in the Midterms. Atlanta is a majority Black city. 

Over 65% of the residents are Black. 

Buckhead's residents are predominately white. 

So if it was incorporated as a city, it would have 70% white majority.

The Black voters are not going to allow their city to be broken up.

Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens released a statement, saying:

“Since taking office I have said, repeatedly, that we will remain one city with one bright future. I am thankful for the support of Lt. Governor Geoff Duncan, Speaker David Ralston, members of the Atlanta delegation and all the other state leaders who have sat down with me. They have given me and my administration the runway we need to take off, and we will continue in our work to move Atlanta forward.”

White nationalist vows to make Buckhead a city.

A gay white nationalist named Karen White, the leader of the Buckhead cityhood movement, promised to flood the halls of the state Capitol with his supporters. 

It also was noted that he peddled in conspiracy theories and shared racist tweets on social media. It kind of made the whole movement seem like a racist. But not deterred, the racist reacted to Buckhead not becoming a city.

“We will be deploy(ing) down to the state Capitol starting this Monday, speaking with legislators, explaining our position and asking them to give us the right to vote,” White said.

White and others insisted they were motivated by rampant crime in the Buckhead community.

Ralston acknowledged crime remains a top issue in the city and Buckhead in particular. He said Dickens should have time to try and reign it in, but also issued a warning.

“We’ll be back next year if things haven’t changed a lot. So I’m looking for some forceful, vigorous action on the part of the city to tackle that problem,” Ralston said.

The Buckhead City movement said it plans to hold a news conference next week to discuss their next steps.

Washed Up 45 is speaking at the 2022 CPAC event in Orlando, Florida. He along with a hodge podge of white nationalists and enablers of color will gather at this luxury hotel to preach conspiracy theories and bullshit.

What bugs me is the fact they have the audacity to call Democrats and progressives, elitists. Those wanting to see the former president speak are paying $300 for a ticket for this event. They are spending thousands of dollars to listen to the "greatest hits" of fearmongering and culture war nonsense.

Before she was to speak at CPAC. Rep. Idiot Karen Greene (R-GA) spoke at the America First Political Action Conference. The conference also include enabler Michelle Malkin and a handful of rejects from social media who were banned from CPAC. Malkin was banned from CPAC.

The white nationalist lawmaker appears among her kind. Her kind of people.

Greene on Saturday defended her decision to speak at an event organized by alt-right figure Karen Fuentes, claiming she didn't know anything about him or his views when she decided to speak there on Friday.

The GOP lawmaker on Friday night made a surprise appearance at a far-right conference organized by  Fuentes, who is known for statements questioning the existence of the Holocaust, criticizing interracial marriage, and praising Jim Crow-era segregation.

"Well, hello canceled Americans," Greene said at the event, called the American First Political Action Conference, according to a video of her remarks.

She told attendees she was "thrilled to be here tonight and I'll tell you why, I think I need to talk to you about who I am, what I see as the future of our country, and the future for all of you."

In a video posted by CBS News reporter Robert Costa, Greene at CPAC on Saturday addressed and defended her appearance Saturday.

"I have got to get to the airport, but I'm glad to talk to you about this," she said, adding: "I do not know Nick Fuentes. I've never heard him speak. I've never seen a video. I don't know what his views are, so I'm not aligned with anything that may be controversial." 

Greene said she went to the event to "address his very large following," which she called "very young." 

"It's a generation I'm extremely concerned about it," she said, adding that she wanted to talk about "America First policies" and what's "important for our country going forward. 

Greene quickly pivoted, saying she rebuked the actions of Russian President Vladimir Putin in his unprovoked attack this week on Ukraine and criticizing President Joe Biden, calling him "weak" and blaming the unrest in Ukraine on his leadership.

Greene appeared flustered when the reporter pushed back on Fuentes, asking if she endorsed his views.

"I don't know what his views are," the conservative lawmaker said.

"He's a white nationalist," the reporter responded.

As Insider previously reported, the Anti-Defamation League previously deemed Fuentes a "well-known white supremacist pundit and organizer."

"I do not endorse those views," Green said on Saturday. "The reason why I went was to talk to the audience. Just like I've talked to many different audiences. I've talked to Democratic union workers earlier this week. I talked here at CPAC. I talked to his people who were there.

She added: "It wasn't an alignment. It was to talk about getting everyone together to save our country," she said before she left and refused to answer further questions.

If I Had A Son, He'll Be Named Trayvon!


Today is the 10 year anniversary of the tragic shooting of Trayvon Martin. 

All the key players in this incident include, Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman, former Florida governor Jeb Bush, former president Barack Obama, former Republican presidential nominee now senator Mitt Romney of Utah, Matt Drudge, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, former governor now senator Rick Scott of Florida, Benjamin Crump, Sybrina Fulton, Tracy Martin and Black Lives Matter.

The fatal incident happened on Feb. 26, 2012. 

The 17-year old Martin was leaving a 7 Eleven in Sanford, Florida. He was heading to The Retreat at Twin Lakes after purchasing food for himself and family members. His father and his fiance were stating at the complex. Zimmerman who was a volunteer community watch organizer who called the Sanford Police on the reports of a suspicious person. The dispatcher told him to not confront Martin. Apparently, Zimmerman didn't care or thought it was his right to do so.

An altercation happened between the two and Zimmerman shot Martin in the chest.

Zimmerman claimed that he used self defense and followed the "Stand Your Ground" laws that Florida passed in during Bush's term as governor. He did sustained injuries to his face but it was minor injuries compared to him shooting a teen in the chest. The law said that if the shooter felt a reasonable threat was imminent, the shooter was justified in shooting the aggressor. The police didn't arrest Zimmerman.

The shooting sparked outrage and condemnation of the Florida law. It took weeks before they criminally charged Zimmerman for second-degree murder.


It launched a protest movement called Black Lives Matter. It also led Fox to an all out war against Martin, his lawyer Ben Crump, his parents and the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama.

The incident was classified as racism at its finest. A man who was armed shot an unarmed teenager.

Had it been Martin been the shooter, they would have criminally charged him and convicted him.

Martin's death touched Obama. He famously said the quote: "If I had a son, it would be like Trayvon."

That statement resonated with Black America who felt that Zimmerman beliefs were factors to his confrontation against Martin. 

Of course, the words sparked a culture war. The far-right was determined to paint Zimmerman as a hero and Martin as a "wannabe gangsta" and "violent thug." 

Fox led the charge in bringing allegations against Martin, defending Zimmerman and boosting Republican candidates like Mitt Romney to denounce the shooting as a "rush to judgement."

Sean "Softball" Hannity is the most infamous player in this. He along with Bill O'Reilly, Matt Drudge and the late Rush Limbaugh had spent a majority of the controversy denouncing Obama and saying that the world needed more people like Zimmerman.

Zimmerman would eventually be found not guilty in the trial. He managed to escape a 15-year to LIFE sentence. Since he was acquitted of the murder, Zimmerman managed to be a complete troll. He was save a person's life, he was arrested for domestic abuse, he was shot at and threatened by those who figured out who he is.

Zimmerman became the country's most hated man. That title now goes to Kyle Rittenhouse. Both escaped murder charges and continue to be in the spotlight despite no one wanting them ever to be seen again.

Zimmerman was permanently banned on social media like former president Donald J. Trump (aka Washed Up 45). 

This 10 years, Trayvon Martin would have turned 27 this year. Zimmerman took away his life for no fucking reason. He choose to confront the young teen instead of letting the police handle the matter.

Rest in power Trayvon. 

If there's a hell, I hope they'll have these evil souls George Zimmerman, Kyle Rittenhouse Betty Jo Shelby and Kim Potter resting.

Jim Inhofe Out!

White nationalist senator from Oklahoma abruptly resigns. He also caught the coronavirus.

The white nationalist climate change denier is resigning effective immediately. It appears the white nationalist caught COVID-19.

Karen Mountain Inhofe, the senior senator from Oklahoma is resigning from the senate. The 87-year old been in the Senate since 1994 is setting up a challenge between Republicans and a rare opportunity for Democrats to pick up a seat in a deeply red state.

The senator has a "very mild case" of the coronavirus, noting that he was joining the press conference by phone. He said he is doing "great" despite having it.

Inhofe endorsed his chief of staff to replace him. The chief of staff, Karen Holland will likely run for the seat and face potential white nationalists crazier than he is.

Inhofe, a former mayor of Tulsa and state legislator was elected to the U.S. House in 1986 and served until he won a senate seat being vacated by conservative Democrat David Boren in 1994.

Inhofe became one of the many Republicans who refuse to acknowledge climate change is real. His state has seen some of the worst tornadoes, worst earthquakes, worst winter storms and some of the worst wildfires in history.

Inhofe loves that oil money. Since Oklahoma is a gas and oil provider, the senator is very supportive of the corporations that drill in his state.

Fellow senator Karen Lankford is up for reelection this year.

Besides Holland, Rep. Karen Mullin (R-OK), Rep. Karen Hern (R-OK) and former Oklahoma House Speaker Karen Shannon and a few other white nationalists.

The Democrats have no suitable candidates to win this seat. The seat hasn't been occupied in 1990 and the Republicans are heavily favored to keep the seat.]

June 28 will be the primary. 

Those who are unvaccinated are either experiencing mild to severe symptoms. They are overwhelming the hospitals. Those vaccinated are likely getting mild symptoms.

If only Americans got vaccinated, we would have been back to normal. Alas, they wanna fuck around and now they're going to find out. Matter of fact, we all are going to find out. 

Of course, there's folks who are fully vaccinated but end up getting the coronavirus. As with vaccines, nothing is 100%. The vaccines are capable of preventing the coronavirus. At best, it's a 94% prevention rate which means 1 out of 500 could be infected even if they're vaccinated.

President Joe Biden had hopes that Americans would take this shit seriously. Unfortunately, Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.

But those fighting the culture war by not vaccinating, not wearing face mask in public, not following protocols, and deliberately ignoring federal and international rules when traveling are going to be the first casualties of the war. 

With this pandemic mostly affecting states where Republican governors are, we may have to return to wearing facial protection and cutting back services to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.

We came so far only to have a bunch of selfish idiots set it back. Just because they hate President Joe Biden.

The Republicans are so devoted to destroying Biden and the country for what....to regain power.

Pathetic.

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations. It doesn't care about anything. It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.

Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19. 

If you're not vaccinated, your chances of death increases to 48%.

Healthy people can die from this. Take this seriously. You only have one life!

Donda 2!

Kanye West self releases Donda 2. He honors his mother. He dissed Kim Kardashian.

Sigh!

What will it take for Kanye West to get his life back to normal? I mean who's going to purchase his album if he's only releasing this on a platform no one is familiar with.

Okay, I am going on a limb by even covering the mentally ill media mogul. He's already on my shit list of entertainers who supported Washed Up 45 and tried to deliberately sabotage Joe Biden with his phony presidential bid.

He is feuding with Kim Kardashian, his estranged wife and mother of his four children. He also have been feuding with her alleged boyfriend, comedian Pete Davidson. He has threatened him numerous times on social media and dissed him on The Game's "Eazy" single. The single is not on Donda 2.

The rapper also is taking shots at former G.O.O.D. Records Big Sean and John Legend for supporting Biden over Washed Up 45. He also said that Kid Cudi is banned from his projects because he posed with Davidson. He also is possibly feuding with Pusha T. 

Pusha T will release Daytona 2 and it will fulfill his deal with the label. He will launch his own label soon.

Donda 2 will fulfill his contractual agreement with Def Jam. He might sign to another label or stay on Def Jam. But who knows what goes on in the head of Ye?

So West is the executive producer of the album. On the album production there's West, ATL Jacob, Budd Dwyer, The Chainsmokers, Dem Jointz, Digital Nas, FnZ, Gavin Hadley, Gud, Hemz, Jahaan Sweet, John Cunningham, JW Lucas, Mike Dean, Ojivolta, Scott Bridgeway, Sean Leon, Tom Levesque, Wheezy and the late XXXTentacion.

The features are confirmed through Wikipedia. However, I can say that West will change the script on his album at any given time.

Before he deleted his post, this likely the Donda 2 album cover.

On the album features it includes the late XXXTentacion who was gunned down in 2018. It has also Don Toliver, Baby Keem, The Migos, Travis Scott, Future, Jack Harlow, Sean Leon, Vory, Fivio Foreign, Alicia Keys and Soulja Boy (Tell 'Em).

The album is executive produced by Kanye West, Mike Dean and Nayvadius "Future" Wilburn. 

You can't get the album on Apple Music, Spotify or YouTube Music. You can only get it through Stem Player. 

Self sabotaging his career.

West thinks that it would be a smart move. Nope. I will tell you that the Wu Tang Clan have an album called Once Upon a Time in Shaolin. That album is allegedly worth $3.5 million (US Dollars). The group was angry with RZA when he requested it be one single copy. This album is only to be played in 100 years and only in the presence of a few. 

Federal intern Martin Shkreli who is slated for release in 2022 had purchased the album in 2013. He owned the album until the feds seized his assets. He was threatening to play the songs on his social media. The group sued him and forced him to pull all videos in relation to the album.

West's mental health has been a subject of controversy. The Kardashian and Jenner family have distanced themselves from West and Caitlyn Jenner.

God Don't Make Mistakes!

Conway the Machine releases his final project on Griselda and Shady Records.

Conway The Machine releases his second studio album. The release is on Griselda Records, Shady Records and Interscope. This release will be his last on the labels. He announced that he will release albums on the independent circuit for now.

The album God Don't Make Mistakes comes from Conway The Machine. He is from Buffalo, New York and co-founder of the Griselda Records. He along with Westside Gunn and Benny The Butcher created the hardcore hip-hop label. 

Conway, 40 (born Demond Price) was shot in the neck and shoulder in 2012. He was partially paralyzed from that incident. He has a signature slur.

Conway had been working on the project for four years before he finally released it. Given the work ethic going with Eminem and Dr. Dre, it could take a lifetime for an album release. 

Conway kept the music going by releasing mixtapes and collaborative mixtapes. He also aided in features with Griselda and national acts.

The album does not have production credits as of yet. It is confirmed that Hit-Boy, The Alchemist, Daringer, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League have production credits. I know that Conway The Machine is the executive producer as well as Eminem. The album also has co-executive production from Westside Gunn.

Conway the Machine strikes out as an independent artist.

Also he dropped his surprise mixtape called Greetings Earthlings which has him spitting lyrics over Kanye West, Baby Keem, Nicki Minaj, Young Thugs and others.

Features on God Don't Make Mistakes include Beanie Sigel, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, 7xvethegenuis, Jae Skeese, T.I., Novel, Benny The Butcher, Westside Gunn, Wallo267, Jill Scott, Keisha Plum and Annette Price.

Westside Gunn officially left Shady Records in 2020. He said that his releases will be independent. 

Benny The Butcher left Shady Records in 2022. He joined Snoop Dogg in signing to Death Row Records and Def Jam. He is still signed to Griselda Records and managed by Roc Nation.

Biden Picks Ketanji Brown Jackson!

Democrats are still angered over Washed Up 45 and Republicans rushing through the third nominee to the Supreme Court after they denied Barack Obama's pick in Merrick Garland.

Don't worry, Garland is currently the Attorney General of the United States. He is still a considered choice for the Court if another vacancy comes up.

President Joe Biden officially nominates federal judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to replace Stephen Breyer.

The 51-year old will be formally announced on Friday. Biden had promised on the campaign trail that he will nominate an African American woman to be on the Supreme Court. The decision was met with racial angst from Republicans and far-right agitators. 

They were complaining that Biden was being "racist" for picking a woman of color over everyone else.

Biden is expected to speak on Russia, the Supreme Court nominee and inflation.

As usual, they are likely to oppose the nominee and it will be a likely 50-50 vote with Vice President Kamala Harris breaking the tie. It's only hope that we can get the Arizona and West Virginia senators on board. 

Sen. Karen Sinema (D-AZ) and Sen. Karen Manchin (D-WV) as well as the 50 Republican senators were the obstacles in the way of getting "Build Back Better" done. Let's hope these two Democrats are not siding with white supremacy in their decision to vote for Jackson's confirmation.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), the Majority Leader is signalling a swift confirmation vote and it will be done within weeks.

Jackson will be the third Black person on the court. The current Black person on the court is 73-year old Clarence Thomas, who will be the oldest member on the court once Breyer retires.

There will be four women on the Court if Brown is confirmed. Currently, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Karen Coney Barrett are on the court.

Biden in 2019 was determined to change the status quo of politics. He vowed to pick a woman of color to be on the Court. 

Breyer will retire after the term is over and the Senate should have the confirmation by then. But if they confirm her before he retires, she will be on the bench as soon as possible.

The two white nationalist Democrats could join the 50 Republicans in opposing Jackson.

The ever so annoying Sen. Karen Graham (R-SC) will say he'll give it consideration but he'll likely not vote for Jackson. Fellow Republican senator, Karen Scott of South Carolina will suck the cock of white supremacy. Scott will oppose Jackson.

Scott is the only Black senator who sucks the cock of white supremacy. Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) will be on board with Jackson's confirmation.

Ketanji Onyika Brown Jackson was born in Washington, DC but grew up in Miami. She is married to Patrick Jackson and has two children. She is a graduate of Harvard University. She is the Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. She assumed office in June 2021.

She was the United States District Court Judge under Barack Obama from 2013 until 2021.

Jackson was then a member of the United States Sentencing Commission. She served as vice chair from 2009 until 2014.

My Daughter Was Bullied And Was Set Up! Why Are You Arresting Her?

Florida teen was set up by cyber bullies.

A mother is calling out the Pembroke Police Department for an unlawful arrest on her daughter. The daughter was bullied by students and one deliberately created a phony profile to harass her. The student also posted a threat to the school and it led to the young girl being arrested.

The mother is suing the school and Instagram on behalf of her daughter, Nia Whims. The 13-year old was wrongly arrested and spent 11 days in a juvie. It was determined that another student, a 12-year old made a phony account and sent threatening social media messages.

Whim has been exonerated of all charges after the 12-year old student "maliciously impersonated" her. 

Pembroke Police Department said that the 12-year old used Nia's personal details to create an email address, opened multiple Instagram accounts and sent herself and other students threatening messages.

The student identified in the lawsuit as M.S., used the fake accounts to make threats to blow up the school and kill teachers and students, the lawsuit said. M.S. then "intentionally lied to law enforcement and school staff to frame" Nia for the threats, police said in their statement.

I am going to protect my daughter.

Nia's mother, Lezlie-Ann Davis, allegedly in the lawsuit that her daughter's school failed to investigate multiple bullying incidents her daughter experienced, the police department failed to promptly investigate whether the Instagram accounts truly belonged to Nia, and that Instagram failed to cooperate promptly with authorities.

A lawyer representing Davis and Nia did not respond to comments. Instagram, a part of Meta, Inc. declined to discuss pending lawsuits.

The spokesperson for Renaissance Charter School declined to answer questions about the students and the incident due to the lawsuit. However, they released a statement saying that their "highest priority remains the safety and security of our students. We always have and always will take all appropriate actions to ensure our student are safe."

The lawsuit states that the school, the police department and Instagram caused "this innocent 13-year old girl to be taken from home by the police, in front of her helpless family, and placed in a juvenile detention facility for eleven (11) days," according to the lawsuit. The experience was "the direct and proximate cause of severe mental distress, pain and anguish which is severe and ongoing and has manifested itself in the daily life of this now young woman."

"I felt really lost about the situation," Nia said in a Feb. 15 interview.

The suspect who created the account and threats will be criminally charged. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Teacher's Sex Tape Leaked To School! Feds Investigate!

Cyber stalker leaks an Ohio teacher's sex tape. Teacher face heat.

A teacher was placed on leave after a sex tape featuring her and her boyfriend was hacked and leaked to students at Ginn Academy, an all boys school in Cleveland. The Cleveland Police and FBI are investigating the incident as a matter of sex exploitation and extortion.

This is why I am very careful about doing things on social media or in the presence of others. You never know who's going to a get a hold of your personal business.

The school received a police report about an incident involving the unnamed teacher and her boyfriend having sex and it being disseminated to the students in early February.

The teacher said she heard rumors of her personal video, which was stored on her phone. It was leaked and shared with students. The teacher denies sharing this video with students.

The student apparently accessed the teacher's unlocked phone and used the AirDrop function to send the sext tape to other iPhones in the vicinity. 

The Cleveland Schools said the teacher was removed from the classroom pending an outcome of the investigation.

"Our collective bargaining agreement with the district for process that protects our members, the district and the students when accusations are made involving members," said the Cleveland Teachers Union. "We will work with our member and the district through the process."

The Cuyahoga County prosecutor hasn't issued any criminal charges as of yet. 

Ginn Academy is an all-boys public school in Cleveland. It opened its doors in 2007 and has a current 2021-22 enrollment of 337 students.

This incident does invite lawsuits for invasion of privacy. The student who did that should be criminally charged for extortion and pandering obscenity. On top of that, the teacher should be prepared for a cannon firing due to the fact that she would have that on her phone and in easy access of students.
