You got to love Trevor Noah and the team at The Daily Show. They are often catching bullshit daily.

The folks over at Fox are doing another insurrection. The insurrection is against vaccine and mask mandates. The far-right network continues to push against Democratic politicians. 

New York City mayor Bill de Blasio is getting flack from the police and fire union over the mandate for vaccine mandates.

The protest was set to end in front of City Hall on the Manhattan side of the bridge and was billed as an anti-mandate protest on behalf of nearly 50,000 NYC employees who have yet to be vaccinated.

Thousands of demonstrators poured over the Brooklyn Bridge -- from police officers to firefighters, to sanitation workers, paramedics and public schoolteachers.

Some were vaccinated, some were not. All of them were opposed to mandated vaccinations for municipal workers in New York City.

Protesters said they're determined to defy the city's vaccination mandate requiring that anyone who receives a paycheck from the city show proof of vaccination by 5 p.m. Friday or be placed on unpaid leave.

Still catching flack, de Blasio stands firm. Get vaccinated or face the consequences.

It applies to nearly 50,000 workers. Oren Barzilay is one of them. The president of the city's EMS union says half his workforce is unvaccinated.

"All our members were exposed to this disease and we developed our natural immunity," Barzilay said.

 "If we have the natural antibodies in our body, is it necessary to really inject something else into our body? When it's still early. It's only 10 months into it, the vaccination process."

At 5pm, those who refuse to be vaccinated will be forced off their jobs. This has resulted in a deliberate slow down of services for the five boroughs and Fox is cheering it on.

As expect, the annoying agitator "Softball" Hannity is leading the way in covering the protests.

Fox is notorious for degrading Black Lives Matter protests as evil all the while protest against Democrats as patriotism.

The entertainer was busted by the feds on federal drug trafficking conspiracy charges. That enough could put him in federal time out for LIFE.

Federal prosecutors say Fetty Wap and five other men were allegedly transporting and distributing drugs, including heroin and fentanyl in Long Island, according to a criminal indictment by the U.S. Justice Department.

William Junior Maxwell II, was arrested on Thursday at Citifield in New York and is expected to be in a federal court in Brooklyn, Friday.

The indictment was filed on September 29 and unsealed on Friday. He is charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess controlled substance.

The four others were also charged with an additional count of use of firearms in connections with drug trafficking crime.

In a press release, authorities allege the pipeline of drugs ran from West Coast to the East Coast, "contributing to the addiction and overdose epidemic we have seen time and time again tear people's lives apart."

As alleged, the defendants transported, distributed and sold more than 100 kilograms of deadly and addictive drugs, including heroin and fentanyl, on Long Island, deliberately contributing to the opioid epidemic that has devastated our communities and taken too many lives," said U.S. District Attorney Breon Peace. "We will continue to work nonstop with our law enforcement partners to keep our neighborhoods safe from the scourge of dangerous drugs and gun violence."

Fetty Wap broke on to the hip-hop scene in 2015 with his single "Trap Queen."

He would secure a deal with 300 Entertainment and Atlantic Records. He would have a few more singles including 679 with the Remy Boyz and My Way with Drake. He released his self-titled eponymous debut album in September 2015.

He is the father of six children. He lost his daughter to congenital heart arrhythmia.

The rapper had lost his eye to glaucoma and had been fitted with ocular prosthesis. He used the name Fetty Wap as a homage to money and his inspiration, rapper Gucci Mane.

He has released two albums and numerous mixtapes.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The controversial Dallas realtor who posed with her peace sign against a broken U.S. Capitol window is facing more problems. The woman who lives in Texas took a private jet to the infamous Stop The Steal rally. She heard the call from Washed Up 45 to not show weakness.

She and five of her friends faced misdemeanor and felony charges for trespassing in the U.S. Capitol.

In court she denounced the rally and took responsibility for her role in the insurrection. However on her social media, she's show no ounce of remorse. In fact, she's continuing to troll and not take the federal court seriously.

However, in a new court filing, federal prosecutors allege that the woman has "a history of tax delinquency," according to Politico reporter Kyle Cheney.

"Moreover, the defendant has not consistently paid her taxes, with a history of federal and state tax liens from 2013 and 2016 that caused a deficiency of more than $35,000 in back taxes that was not resolved until April 2021," prosecutors wrote in a sentencing memo for the woman. "Despite her own history of tax delinquency, the defendant recorded herself ... on the Capitol steps declaring that she was 'tired of paying taxes' to 'crooks.'"

The woman, who pleaded guilty in August to a misdemeanor charge of parading, demonstrating or picketing, is scheduled to be sentenced Nov. 4.

Prosecutors are asking U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper to sentence the woman to 60 days in jail, even though other Capitol rioters who've pleaded guilty to the same offense have been sentenced to probation. They say the stiffer sentence is warranted in part because the woman boasted on Twitter in March that she was "definitely not going to jail."

"Sorry I have blonde hair white skin a great job a great future and I'm not going to jail. Sorry to rain on your hater parade. I did nothing wrong," the woman wrote.

In their sentencing memo, prosecutors wrote, "Perhaps the most compelling need for specific deterrence arises from the defendant's misguided belief that she is above the law, or at least insulated from incarceration."

The Washington Post first reported on the woman's tax woes in February, in a story about how nearly 60 percent of Capitol rioters showed signs of prior money troubles.

"Despite her outward signs of success, the woman had struggled financially for years," the Post reported. "She was still paying off a $37,000 lien for unpaid federal taxes when she was arrested. She'd nearly lost her home to foreclosure before that. She filed for bankruptcy in 2012 and faced another IRS tax lien in 2010."

It appears that he won't get love from his family nor his constituents. The Karen who is sitting on the House Select Committee in regards to the 1/6 insurrection is not seeking reelection.

Rep. Karen Kinzinger (R-IL) is joining the list of many Republicans tired of the bullshit within his party.

Kinzinger announced in a video Friday morning he is not running for reelection.

"I also remember during that campaign saying that if I ever thought it was time to move on from Congress, I would, and that time is now," Kinzinger said.

He along with Rep. Karen Gonzalez (R-OH) voted with eight other Republicans to hold Washed Up 45 responsible for inciting a riot against the U.S. government. He incited a mob to attack the U.S. Capitol to disrupt the Electoral College certification of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

Gonzalez also is not seeking reelection after he stated his family gotten death threats. He was pissed that a handful of his Ohio colleagues: Karen Jordan (R-OH), Karen Wenstrup (R-OH), Karen Davidson (R-OH), Karen Latta (R-OH) and Karen Balderson (R-OH) along with Idiot Karen Greene (R-GA) went to the rally in June. 

The reshaping of congressional districts was likely a factor in the decision. Because of Illinois redistricting after the 2020 census, Rep. Karen LaHood (R-IL) and Kinzinger's district would be in the same district, according to an updated map released hours earlier Friday. If that were the case, LaHood and Kinzinger would have had to run in the same June 2022 Republican primary. Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker is expected to sign it into law.

Kinzinger left the door open to running for different political offices in the future in the video.

"I cannot focus on both a reelection to Congress and a broader fight nationwide. I want to make it clear. This isn't the end of my political future, but the beginning," he said. "Serving six terms in Congress has been an honor of a lifetime."

In his announcement video, Kinzinger also suggested the political environment — without saying Republicans or Washed Up 45 — has "allowed leaders to reach the power selling the false premise that strength comes from degrading others and dehumanizing those that look, act or think differently than we do."

He added: "As a country we've fallen for those lies and now we face a poisoned country filled with outrage, blinding our ability to achieve real strength. It has become increasingly obvious to me that as a country, we must unplug from the mistruth we've been fed."

He also said that because of this, he doesn't plan to try to "focus" on that and running for reelection.

"In Congress, I've witnessed our division is heavily rooted. There's little to no desire to bridge our differences and unity is no longer a word we use," he said in the video. "It has also become increasingly obvious to me that in order to break the narrative, I cannot focus on both a reelection to Congress and a broader fight nationwide."

​​Kinzinger is one of two Republican members serving on the House committee investigating the January 6 riot on the US Capitol. The majority of Republicans have viewed this Democratic-led committee as partisan and Republican leadership has not wanted members of their party to participate after QAnon Leader Karen McCarthy (R-CA) rejected a deal to create a bipartisan committee because he could not agree to its terms and scope. Kinzinger was appointed to the committee by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi along with Rep. Karen Cheney (R-WY), who was voted out of her leadership post as conference chair for being too outspoken against Trump.

His House colleagues are already feeling the shock of his announcement moments after his tweet. Democratic Rep. Mike Quigley of Illinois told CNN's Erica Hill it was a "surprise" to hear he wasn't running for reelection.

"It's a surprise to me. Look, I've worked well with Adam during our times in Congress. When Democrats ask Republicans to speak truth to power, you know, if we ask them to do that and they do that with some courage, I think we owe it to them to give them the recognition. So, you know, that's a shame," he said on CNN.

"I'm going to miss Mr. Kinzinger in Congress," he added. "And I hope he continues in public life with the kinds of things he's doing, addressing the concerns we had with the Trump administration."

The former president will be at Game 4 of the World Series. The Atlanta Braves and Houston Astros will square off for the next bout. He will make an appearance in Atlanta to embrace Herschel Walker and call for Republicans to continue its fight against the voter rights bill Congress is trying to pass.

On Saturday, Washed Up 45 will be cheered and booed by millions of baseball fans. He will be in attendance of Terry McGuirk, the CEO of the Braves.

"He called MLB and wanted to come to the game," McGuirk said. "We were very surprised. Of course, we said, 'Yes.'"
The World Series will continue until Nov. 3.

The former president will not be sitting with any league officials or team personal. 

"We are going to give him him his own suite," McGuirk said to the USA Today.

McGuirk said he is "unconcerned" about the reaction of fans and opposers. He ain't concerned about the fans who couldn't get a ticket to Game 4 or their own personal suite at the whim of a call.

"We are apolitical," McGuirk said. "We're open to anyone coming. It's great that he wants to come to our game."

The Atlanta Braves have no consideration to change the team's name or eliminate cultural offensive themes. 

The former president will be likely rooting for the Braves because he stands firm in not changing the status quo. The former president often supported the racist imagatries of Native Americans.

The nine victims of the 2015 shooting. Their families will each split a settlement and apology.

The federal court has sentenced the white terrorist who killed nine parishoners at Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina is going to face the DEATH card. He is appeal this.

He is convicted of the deaths. He entered the historical Black church in 2015. He was welcomed by the pastor and members of the church. He at first was reluctant to do it. But his hatred inspired by the online hate drove him to kill.

He managed to flee for 15 hours. A woman spotted a strange person near a gas station. She called the law and they managed to arrest him near Gastonia, North Carolina. The terrorist was given a meal before he was sent to South Carolina.

His act forced the state of South Carolina to remove the confederate flag from the grounds of the state capitol building.

The Department of Justice announced that it has reached an agreement in principle to settle the civil cases arising out of the June 2015 Mother Emanuel AME Church mass shooting in Charleston, South Carolina.

These settlements will resolve claims by 14 plaintiffs arising out of the shooting. Plaintiffs agreed to settle claims alleging that the FBI was negligent when it failed to prohibit the sale of a gun by a licensed firearms dealer to the shooter, a self-proclaimed white supremacist, who wanted to start a “race war” and specifically targeted the 200-year-old historically African-American congregation. For those killed in the shooting, the settlements range from $6 million to $7.5 million per claimant. For the survivors, the settlements are for $5 million per claimant. 

The parties have been in litigation since 2016, including before the district court and the federal court of appeals.

“The mass shooting at Mother Emanuel AME Church was a horrific hate crime that caused immeasurable suffering for the families of the victims and the survivors,” said Attorney General Merrick B. Garland. “Since the day of the shooting, the Justice Department has sought to bring justice to the community, first by a successful hate crime prosecution and today by settling civil claims.” 

“The nation grieved following the mass shooting at Mother Emanuel, and no one was more profoundly affected than the families of the victims and the survivors we have reached a settlement with today,” said Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta. “The department hopes that these settlements, combined with its prosecution of the shooter will bring some modicum of justice to the victims of this heinous act of hate.”

“The department is pleased to bring closure to this long-running litigation,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Brian M. Boynton of the Justice Department’s Civil Division. “These settlement agreements represent another chapter in the justice system’s efforts to address this horrific event, following the government’s prosecution and conviction of the shooter for federal hate crimes.”

On June 17, 2015, Mother Emanuel congregants welcomed a stranger who had entered their church. They invited him to participate in their Wednesday night bible study. Tragically, at the close of the bible study, the young man they had welcomed killed nine people, including Mother Emanuel’s pastor, Reverend Clementa Pinckney, also a South Carolina State Senator.

The families of the Emanuel Nine, as well as the five survivors who were inside the church at the time of the shooting, sued the government. They sought to recover for wrongful death and physical injuries arising from the shooting. Plaintiffs asserted that the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Checks System (NICS) failed to timely discover that the shooter was a person prohibited by federal law from possessing a firearm. Plaintiffs alleged that because of this delay, the shooter was able to purchase the handgun that he used to commit the atrocity.

The FBI and NICS play a crucial role in combatting gun violence. Since this tragic shooting, the FBI has worked to strengthen and improve the background check process. The department and FBI are also actively working to combat gun violence, which is a significant aspect of the department’s comprehensive violent crime reduction strategy. After the shooting, the department prosecuted the shooter for federal hate crimes and obtained a conviction.

Under applicable law, the court must approve the settlements for many of the plaintiffs. All parties expect that the court will agree that these settlements are fair and reasonable. This case was handled by the Justice Department’s Civil Division.

The settlements range from $6 million to $7.5 million for people who were killed, and $5 million for survivors, according to the Justice Department.

“The mass shooting at Mother Emanuel AME Church was a horrific hate crime that caused immeasurable suffering for the families of the victims and the survivors,” Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a statement. “Since the day of the shooting, the Justice Department has sought to bring justice to the community, first by a successful hate crime prosecution and today by settling civil claims.” 

Since the shooting, the FBI has worked to strengthen and improve the background check process, according  to a Justice Department statement, adding that the department and FBI are working to combat gun violence as part of the department’s  violent crime reduction strategy.

Bad faith agitator Bakari Sellers, one of the attorneys representing the families, called attention to the significance of the $88 million settlement amount. He described it as one of the largest civil rights agreements of its kind that likely will have some meaning to the white supremacist movement, which which uses 88 as a numerical code to acknowledge Adolf Hitler.

Sellers said the settlement represents "big FU to white supremacists in this country."

Facebook, Instagram, Portal, WhatsApp, Oculus and Diem are now under a new corporate branding.

Controversial social media company is changing its name. The Facebook, Inc name is now Meta.

The company is doing damage control after a whistleblower released damning information about Facebook and Instagram being cahoots with far right agitators. 

These agitators and Washed Up 45 used the social media platform to spread disinformation, violent threats and all the ingredients that led to the Jan. 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol.

The social media platform is notorious for allowing hate fester within its 1.4 billion followers.

The federal government is looking into how they can regulate Facebook and try to prevent the spread of disinformation and hate.

Facebook CEO and co founder Mark Zuckerberg announced the Meta logo and company branding.

“Today we are seen as a social media company, but in our DNA we are a company that builds technology to connect people, and the metaverse is the next frontier just like social networking was when we got started,” Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg said. 

The company also said in announcing the new name that it will change its stock ticker from FB to MVRS, effective Dec. 1.

Meta’s stock price closed up on Thursday.

In July, the company announced the formation of a team that would work on the metaverse. Two months later, the company said it would elevate Andrew “Boz” Bosworth, who is currently the head of the company’s hardware division, to the role of chief technology officer in 2022. And in its third-quarter earnings results on Monday, the company announced that it will break out Reality Labs, its hardware division, into its own reporting segment, starting in the fourth quarter.

“Our hope is that within the next decade, the metaverse will reach a billion people, host hundreds of billions of dollars of digital commerce, and support jobs for millions of creators and developers,” Zuckerberg wrote in a letter on Thursday.

Over the past few years, the company has ramped up its efforts in hardware, introducing a line of Portal video-calling devices, launching the Ray-Ban Stories glasses and rolling out various versions of the Oculus virtual-reality headsets. The company has indicated that augmented and virtual reality will be a key part of its strategy in the coming years.

Zuckerberg's new company is the same old song.

The company also said this week it’d spend about $10 billion over the next year developing the technologies required for building the metaverse.

Zuckerberg on Thursday provided a demonstration of the company’s ambitions for the metaverse.

The demo was a Pixar-like animation of software the company hopes to build some day. The demo included users hanging out in space as cartoon-like versions of themselves or fantastical characters, like a robot, that represent their virtual selves. Zuckerberg used part of it to accuse other tech firms of stifling innovation with high developer fees.

Zuckerberg said a lot of this is a long way off, with elements of the metaverse potentially becoming mainstream in five to 10 years. The company expects “to invest many billions of dollars for years to come before the metaverse reaches scale,” Zuckerberg added.

“We believe the metaverse will be the successor to the mobile internet,” Zuckerberg said.

Additionally, Meta announced a new virtual reality headset named Project Cambria. The device will be a high-end product available at a higher price point than the $299 Quest 2 headset, the company said in a blog post. Project Cambria will be released next year, Zuckerberg said.

Meta also announced the code name of its first fully AR-capable smart glasses: Project Nazare. The glasses are “still a few years out,” the company said in a blog post. Zuckerberg said “we still have a ways to go with Nazare, but we’re making good progress.” 

The re-branding comes amid a barrage of news reports over the past month after Frances Haugen, a former employee turned whistleblower, released a trove of internal company documents to news outlets, lawmakers and regulators.

The reports show that the company is aware of many of the harms its apps and services cause but either doesn’t rectify the issues or struggles to address them. More documents are expected to be shared daily over the coming weeks.

In a call with analysts on Monday, Zuckerberg vehemently refuted the claims and critiques in the reports stemming from the documents provide by Haugen.
