Ruth George was reported missing and found dead by the law on Saturday. They found her body inside her car near a garage and have a suspect in custody.

"It really hurts because it could have been anybody," said UIC senior Danielle Perkins. "Could have been any the students, could have been my friends, could have been me, and that's the scariest part."

UIC police said George, a graduate of Naperville Central High School who dreamed of becoming a health professional, was a victim of "foul play."

The Chicago Police have named this predator the prime suspect in the murder of the 19-year old college student. Apparently, the predator strangled and raped the young woman.

She was an active student at the University of Illinois-Chicago.

Authorities have ruled her death a homicide, with UIC police chief Kevin Booker confirming a "person of interest" was in custody - a man who had been seen going into the parking lot shortly after George was seen.

Police were first called to the parking lot in the University Village neighborhood around 11am on Saturday to report an unconscious person in the back seat of a car.

Emergency staff tried to revive the young woman to no avail.

The spokesperson for the University of Illinois-Chicago, Sherri Gonzalez said that the family was notified and the public was alerted to the arrest. The urge any witnesses to come forward.

Police said the UIC honors student was found at the Halsted Street Parking Garage off Taylor Street Saturday morning after her family reported her missing.

Police tracked her cell phone, leading them to find George unresponsive in the back seat of a family-owned vehicle in the garage.

"Considering that it's finals time, a lot of people do study at the library pretty late and I think a lot of people choose that lot because it's right there," Perkins said.

Some students who park in the garage are concerned about the safety of the structure.

"It just makes me really nervous just coming in and out, just even like going up the stairs. You don't know who is up there, you don't know what's going to happen so now I'm just kinda like aware of anything and just making sure I know how to stay safe around the city," said UIC student Roxy Kronshtal.

"There's never anybody here right, so I'm only here in the day," said student Angelica Hernandez. "I feel fine, but I'm sure that having someone around would make people feel safer."

According to an email sent to students by UIC's chancellor, the 19-year-old was an honors student and a kinesiology major with dreams to become a health professional.

"The traumatic loss of life of one of our community members is very difficult to comprehend and surely invokes a range of emotions for all of us," Chancellor Michael Amiridis said. "The safety and well-being of everyone at UIC is our foremost concern. I encourage you to continue to take advantage of the prevention tools and resources available on campus and to remain vigilant while you are both on and off campus."

Her former gymnastics team coach said in a statement to ABC7 that Ruth George was a "sweet girl" with the "brightest smile" who will be dearly missed.

George was part of a co-ed fraternity for students pursuing degrees in health-related fields. The fraternity released a statement saying in part, "To us, she was just Ruthie. She joined DEM in 2018 as a part of our Iota class and we will never forget how big her smile was when she was named 'Rangi Mtoto' or Baby Color. That was the perfect name for her because she brought color into the lives of everyone around her.

"Ruthie was an intelligent, caring and humorous girl that was loved by all. The impact she had to her friends, family and hte members of the DElta Epsilon Mu -Psi Chapter and will always remain in our hearts. We will never forget her and the bright future she had ahead of her. We hope that she is in peace and watching over all of us."

A vigil is being planned for her Monday night at 7 p.m. outside the student center.

The suspect has rape, kidnapping, homicide and aggravated assault on the belt. The charges in Illinois could put this suspect in the iron college for LIFE without any chance of graduation.

A woman loses her life to gun violence. She was in an abusive relationship with an 18-year old predator.




India Mackey, 20 was allegedly shot and killed on Tuesday by her live-in boyfriend just a day after her birthday. Moments before her death, she used her cell phone to film the predator as he was wiping fingerprints from bullets and loading up his firearm.

This video shows a disturbing picture of an abusive boyfriend who "as explained" in her social media posting treated her like a whore.

The predator is heard in the video threatening to kill her with the hollow-tipps as they sat in a van in Warren, Michigan, a suburb of Metro Detroit.

After she stopped recording the video, the predator killed her.

They were arguing inside a vehicle when the shooting happened.

"You think I'm playing, huh? Gonna hit you with these hollow-tip 45s," said the predator in the video.

After Mackey finished recording, the predator decided to aim and fire. After he shot her, he called his mother with the victim's phone. The predator wanted his mother to hide evidence. While he was driving with a bleeding India, he decided drive with a blood stained window. It caught the attention of the law.

He drove the van into Eastpointe with Mackey's body still inside, according to authorities. He was pulled over for driving erratically, police said.

The predator is charged with first-degree murder, carrying a concealed weapon and a felony firearm violation. He faces up to LIFE in the iron college if convicted on the murder charge, five years for the concealed weapon charge and two years for the felony firearm violation, officials said.

Summary: 18 to LIFE in the iron college.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The American justice system needs to rethink the protection orders. I mean if a victim is to report a potential threat to their lives, they should be taken to another location until the issue is resolved. The suspect should have been stripped of firearms and be placed on monitoring devices if a restraining order was filed. Unfortunately, it won't stop a "mad" man from obtaining firearms from other sources. A friend could loan the firearm. They could have bought it on same day purchase. The shooter could have been a member of law enforcement or a certified NRA trainer. Who knows? The suspect had obviously some way to obtain firearms and our government let this victim down.

Domestic violence is violence or abuse against one another in a domestic setting, such as a marriage or a cohabitation. It may be termed as intimate partner violence when the relationship is the aggressor.

A restraining order is just a piece of paper. It triggers a person to commit violence against the person who got the order. The restraining order is a ticking time bomb for a deranged lover.

Donald J. Trump has fired his Navy Secretary out the cannon. It stems from criticism over Trump's decision to pardon white extremists who committed a war crime while in uniform.

Mr. "Law and Order" decides to give a war criminals a free pass. That means that technically "the rules of engagement" will no longer matter if you're in uniform. Well, if you're white, on Fox News and got the attention of far-white agitators like Mark Levin, Pete Hegseth and Sean "Softball" Hannity, you can get away with murder while in American uniform.

So I guess we're the "baby killers" and "real terrorists." Critics of war often label the American military as the biggest criminal enterprise in the world.

So if any military officers are killed and strung out like spaghetti, we can't get upset over it. The rules of war will no longer matter if the "enemy" decides to kill without any justification.

Fox News has propped up this white extremist named Eddie Gallagher. He was a United States Navy SEAL Special Warfare Operator. He faced a court marital for premeditated murder, attempted murder, obstruction of justice, posing with a causality and other military offenses. He was acquitted of most of the charges but was convicted of posing with the corpse. Basically he got a slap on the wrist.

His fellow military aids had to under oath that he deliberately disobeyed orders. A medic who was granted immunity stated that he was the guy who killed the teenager.

Despite the confession, Gallagher was sentenced to demotion from Chief Petty Officer to Petty Officer First Class and four months in military lockup. He was released on two months good behavior.

The "idiot-in-chief" decided to go against military order and countermanded the sentence.

It riled up U.S. Secretary of the Navy, Capt. Richard V. Spencer. He felt the decision undermine military justice and he threatened to resign as well as three admirals. He was in Halifax, Nova Scotia talking to American and Canadian military officials about unified border defense when the question came up.

He dismissed the notion of him threatening to quit. He said that he "served at the pleasure of the president."

Spenser did pressure Trump to reconsider the decision. Trump thought otherwise. He said that he didn't like anyone questioning his decision. Especially when he's watching Fox & Friends Weekend.

He was fired out the cannon by U.S. Department of Defense Secretary Mark Esper.

Spencer refused an order by Trump to halt a disciplinary process against a controversial Navy SEAL who gain traction on far-white cable network Fox News.

White privilege. A white Navy SEAL who cried on Fox News got Trump's attention. The imbecile pardoned him and two other war criminals.

He said that Trump's decisions were disastrous. He said that affected the morale and honor of the United States Armed Forces. He said that it could force enemy combatants to retaliate against American forces. Spencer in parting shots said that he "cannot in good conscience" obey an order he believes "violates the sacred oath" he took as a Marine Corp Captain.

"Unfortunately it has become apparent that in this respect, I no longer share the same understanding with the Commander in Chief who appointed me, in regards to the key principle of good order and discipline. I cannot in good conscience obey an order that I believe violates the sacred oath I took in the presence of my family, my flag and my faith to support and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Clint Lorance was ordered free. This white extremist was found guilty on two counts of second-degree murder for ordering soldiers to open fire at three men on a motorcycle in Afghanistan. He was sentenced to 19 years in military lockup Leavenworth. Trump decided to pardon him and ordered his release. That decision was extremely controversial.

Matthew Golsteyn was also pardoned by Trump. He was charged with murder after killing an Afghanistan civilian who was supposedly a bomb maker. Golsteyn took revenge on a person who may have been responsible for the death of two Marines. At first he denied doing it to military officials. But due to his appearance on Fox News, they reopened a case and criminally charged him with murder. He was sentenced to ten in the military lockup. Trump decided to give his white extremist a pass too.

Once again, the Donald J. Trump administration had the most turnover in American history. Not even done with his first term and he has seen an exodus of staff changes.

Another suspect was arrested in the possible murder of Aniah Blanchard. The young woman went missing from an Auburn, Alabama gas station. Her vehicle was found in Montgomery with heavy damage and signs of foul play.

Now the prime suspect is facing criminal charges. He already is indicted on kidnapping charges.

The predator is being held without a "get out free" card. The accomplice is being held in connection of tampering with evidence and kidnapping as well.

The feds are involved in this matter.

During a search of the vehicle they found blood, male DNA and semen.

The predator who already had a criminal charge on him was out on bail when he committed the act.

He was spotted on camera at the gas station where Aniah went the night of her disappearance.

The predator was caught in Florida marsh after he tried to flee authorities. He was roughed up and then placed in custody. He was soon taken to Florida's county lockup awaiting extradition.

These suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The charges of first-degree murder is DEATH in Alabama and Florida. The charges rape, kidnapping, forcible rape, abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, failure to report a criminal act, violating terms of being a sexual offender, making false statements to law enforcement and disposing a corpse across state lines is enough to put these two in the iron college for LIFE. Federal charges for kidnapping are 20 to LIFE.

Remember the popular vote doesn't mean shit. The popular vote doesn't make you the President of The United States. It's the electoral college. Even if Donald J. Trump fails to win the popular vote, he is already assured a second term based on the statistics. Trump already has Ohio and all he needs is the states he won in 2016 to stay in his corner.

If he captures Florida and continues his hold on Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan Pennsylvania and even take Minnesota, he will blow out the Democratic nominee.

By my closest estimate he already has 254 electoral votes with Ohio and Florida in his corner.

Trump has 58% chance of winning reelection.

With Beto O'Rourke out of the race, many Democrats are now trying to fill the shoes he wore.

Former New York mayor and business mogul Michael Rubens Bloomberg is now joining the race.

The former mayor of the largest city in the United States wants the country to know him. He is the owner of Bloomberg Enterprises.

Bloomberg is currently dating Diana Taylor. He was previously married to Susan Elizabeth Barbara Brown, a British national from Yorkshire, United Kingdom.

They had two daughters: Emma (born c. 1979) and Georgina (born 1983), who were featured on Born Rich, a documentary film about the children of the extremely wealthy. Bloomberg divorced Brown in 1993, but he has said she remains his "best friend."

Although he attended Hebrew school, had a Bar Mitzvah, and his family kept a kosher kitchen, Bloomberg today is relatively secular, attending synagogue mainly during the High Holidays.

Considered one of the richest men in the world, Bloomberg enters the race already scrutinized by both Democrats and Trump alike. The 77-year old former Republican turned independent announced his official bid to run on Sunday.

He will quickly follow with a massive advertising campaign blanketing airways in key primary states across the country.

"I'm running for president to defeat Donald Trump and rebuild America," Bloomberg wrote.

"We cannot afford four more years of Trump's reckless and unethical actions," he continued. "He represents an existential threat to our country and our values. If he wins another term in office, we may never recover from the damage."

Bloomberg enters the race just shortly after Deval Patrick, the former Massachusetts governor.

CNN reports that Bloomberg is going to kick start his campaign by placing at least $37 million worth of television advertising over the next two weeks, according to data from Kantar Media/CMAG.

The ads highlight the mayor's biography -- "He could have just been the middle class kid ... but Mike Bloomberg became the guy who did good," said the ad -- and his post-mayoral work on combating climate change. Then the spot turns to Trump, saying now the mayor is "taking on him" as an image of Trump freezes on screen.

The spot ends with narrator saying "'Mike Bloomberg for President" with Bloomberg saying "I'm Mike Bloomberg and I approve this message."

Bloomberg's massive buy -- 60 second spots across some 100 markets -- will begin next week, representing more than the entire Democratic field has spent on TV advertising in the race so far, excluding businessman Tom Steyer, who will have aired nearly $63 million of TV ads by the end of Bloomberg's initial bookings.

A 77-year-old entrepreneur and philanthropist, Bloomberg made his fortune creating technology that bankers and traders use to access market data. After building a successful financial information business, he turned to politics. He officially launched a bid to become mayor of New York in 2001.

Despite running as a Republican in an overwhelmingly Democratic city, Bloomberg won the election and was reelected twice. During this second term, he switched parties and became an independent -- only to re-register as a Democrat in 2018.

Because of his late entry, aides to the former mayor have said he won't compete in the first four voting contests, in Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina. Instead, Bloomberg is staking his chances on an unconventional strategy of building support in the states that hold primaries on March 3, also known as Super Tuesday.

Bloomberg is running on the messages of returning the money back to the people. He wants to curb gun violence, acknowledge climate change, make peace in the Middle East and repeal Trump signed off legislation.

So far he will face criticism over his wealth, gun policies, his policies as New York City's mayor, his past positions as a Republican and why folks are cautious about him.

Ironic only two months ago, Bloomberg's successor as New York City's mayor, Bill de Blasio was in the race for president.

Bernie Sanders, the independent senator from Vermont running for President of the United States is hoping to capture the working class with his vision of a fair working wage and Medicare for All.

Sanders, one of the frontrunners for the Democratic nomination is hoping to curb the momentum of rivals Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and South Bend mayor Pete Buttigieg. The two who were trailing are either catching up or tied with Sanders and former vice president Joe Biden.

McDonald's fired their Human Resource executive David Fairhurst this month. The decision to let Fairhurst go is unknown but it was mainly due to his inaction to stop an inappropriate relationship brewed between the former CEO and a subordinate. His cannon firing came shortly after former CEO, Steve Easterbrook. The former CEO was forced out after he admitted he had a relationship with two McDonald's employees. He violated the work collusion clause for executive roles.

McDonald's quickly replaced them with Chris Kempczinski as CEO and interim Human Resource executive Mason Smoot.

The company is still growing but trying to work around healthier and affordable.

McDonald's regained the top spot after Subway stalled. Subway had closed numerous locations in the world and McDonald's has so far opened up slightly more.

With the new locations and global standing, why won't McDonald's give its workers a fair wage?

They will cite that some franchises are owned by the people and corporations won't dictate wages.

Charm Sullivan, 17 was served at least a hot plate by four boys on Wednesday night.

The group attacked Sullivan and continued to attack her as she tried to escape to the restroom.

She was found unconscious between two cars in the restaurant's parking lot.

Sullivan has a right eye swollen shut, lip swollen and bruised severely.

The individuals will be eventually caught and charged with felonious assault and trespassing. They will face up to ten years in the iron college if convicted in Pennsylvania. McDonald's also said they are working with authorities to find out who was involved. They will likely be banned from entry at McDonald's locations in Philadelphia/Camden and probably be forced to pay for medical bills and pain-induced stress.

The truth is the Russian Federation ordered a deliberate hacking into the Democratic National Committee's servers and John Podesta's emails The Federation's president Vladimir Putin personally wanted Donald J. Trump as the President of the United States. He knew that Trump would cause chaos if he would win the election.

Proof positive, Putin knew who was the stooge.

Now an indicted member of Rudy Giuliani's camp is spilling the beans and he may implicate the longtime California lawmaker in this.

Lev Parnas through his attorneys stated that Nunes wanted to meet with the disgraced prosecutor Victor Shokin. Nunes was hoping to gather evidence to prove former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden were up to no good.

An impeachment inquiry is being conducted over allegations Trump held up adi to Ukraine to encourage its launch an investigation into the Bidens. Hunter Biden worked as an energy executive for Ukraine. Biden's company Burisma became a topic of discussion. Conservatives have been on the attack on Hunter Biden and his personal life.

Barack Obama and Joe Biden and world leaders had pressured the removal of Shokin.

Trump's top defenders Nunes, Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-TX), Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-OH), Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH), John Solomon and Sena "Softball" Hannity continue to push the false narrative that Biden did a "quid pro quo" and deliberately forced Shokin out to protect Hunter.

Nunes who is one of Trump's fiercest defenders has started his opening statements like he's hosting that toxic dump cable show known as Hannity. Many have criticized Nunes for taking up conspiracy theories that are notable to Softball Hannity's far-right carnival.

That is not the case. But since it's stuck like glue to Biden, many are questioning the leading Democratic candidate. Trump was hoping to weaken Biden enough to sow discourse in swing states. So far, Trump's plan is working.

Lev Parnas is trying to save his bacon. He will rat out Rudy Giuliani, John Solomon and Devin Nunes.

Joseph A. Bondy, an attorney for Parnas, confirmed that his client was willing to testify before Congress that Nunes was in on it. Nunes met Shokin.

"I can confirm that Victor Shokin told Lev Parnes that he had met with Nunes in Vienna in late 2018, and that Derek Harvey informed that they were investigating the activities of Joe and Hunter Biden related to Burisma," Bondy told NBC News.

Last month Parnas was indicted last month for allegedly making illegal campaign contributions in Ukraine on behalf of Trump, and often outside customary diplomatic channels, in an effort to get the country's leaders to launch an investigation into the Bidens.

Congressional records said that Nunes went to Europe in 2018.

Nunes was working on trying to undermine the Robert Mueller investigation by tracing into the origins of the probe into Russian election meddling.

Shokin was supposed to arrange a meeting with Parnas and Igor Fruman. They were hoping to get the disgraced prosecutor on Fox News with a live taping of Hannity.

The far-white agitators have meddled in the affairs. Maria Yovanovitch was a causality of this. She was fired as the ambassador of Ukraine due to Solomon's crappy stories being published in The Hill.

Solomon who is one of the main sources of this scandal is under federal watch.

Donald Trump, Jr., Joe DiGenova and Victoria Toensing were calling for Yovanovitch's removal.

Solomon failed to acknowledged DiGenova and Toensing were his lawyers. They have ties to a mob leader who is associated to Russian intelligence.

Illinois' second largest city is the hub of racism in the United States.

A white student at a Naperville High School is facing criminal charges for an inappropriate posting on social media. The student posted on Craigslist an advertisement of a Black student being a slave for sale.

The DuPage County State Attorney's office and Naperville Police said that the suspect is being charge with two counts of a hate crime and one count of disorderly conduct.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

He was offering a Black student up for sale on Craigslist.

The suspect allegedly posted the ad with a photograph of the victim with the caption:

"SLAVE FOR SALE (NAPERVILLE) [A] hardworking thick nigga slave. For 'da' Low."

The principal told the junk food media that the suspect is expelled from the school and there will be a formal investigation into the actions.

"The sentiment being displayed is not reflective of Naperville Central High School. We hold our students accountable for their behavior, which includes appropriate disciplinary consequences. We will continue our efforts to educate our students to be more culturally aware and to produce good digital citizens."

The words of Bill Wiesbrook, the principal.

This is the latest controversy in Naperville. The two last incidents happened this year. There was a Buffalo Wild Wings employee telling a group of Black diners that they had to find another place because a white customer was upset over the noise.

LeReyna and I covered the gas station worker who told young Latina teens that they need to "go back" to their country after they spoke Spanish inside the store. He threatened to call Immigration Customs Enforcement on them when they called him out on his racist behavior.

Israeli prime minster Benjamin Netanyahu once again embroiled in scandal. The Israeli government has formally indicted him on corruption. The Attorney General of Israel announced his indictment over three separate corruption investigations on Thursday.

Netanyahu strongly denies any wrong-doing and calls the indictment a "witch hunt."

The criminal charges include him bribery, fraud and breach of trust. He was using foreign allies (i.e. Fox News, Breitbart, Sean "Softball" Hannity and Rupert Murdoch) to help him win elections.

The charges could place Netanyahu in the iron college for up to three years. He could take a plea deal and eventually resign from power.

Donald J. Trump's most strongest ally is a controversial bigot. He signed off illegal occupation of the Occupied Territories. The West Bank and Gaza Strip are being smothered out by Israeli Zionists.

This month the American government formally recognizes Israeli settlements in the West Bank as legal. Mike Pompeo signed off the controversial decision this week and it places the peace talks in jeopardy of collapse.

Israel is going through a critical election progress where the current opponent is close to ousting Netanyahu from power.

There were two elections for control of the Knesset. The Blue and White Party and its leading candidate Benny Gantz are calling upon Netanyahu to step down.

With tension rising in the Middle East, Israel's role in the region has been more controversial.

The government's military have so far killed nearly 1,000 people in the Gaza Strip and injured a Palestinian reporter in the West Bank. The U.N. has warned Israel to stop or face sanctions.

The sanctions are currently being blocked by the U.S.

Israel for years have been brutally killing individuals and no one is stopping this. This is why it's very important to keep pressure on our leaders.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) are very vocal about the Israeli government's brutal treatment of Palestine. They are often ridiculed and dismissed as anti-Semitic.

Ohio teen's life lost to domestic violence.

An Ohio teen kills his girlfriend after he panicked over an allegation of her being pregnant.

He "Loved" Her To Death.

Sylvia McGee was shot in the head by the teen after he falsely believed she was pregnant with his child. The terrorist shot the young girl in the head while they were walking home.

This happened in March and the state is determining whether the suspect will face charges as an adult. The suspect confessed that he believed that McGee was pregnant.

The prosecutor Michelle Cordova said that this teen's excuse is bullshit.

The Stark County prosecutor said that the teen will pleaded "true," to the count of murder. That count is an acknowledgment of committing an act. This is self-admitted guilt. The charges are at juvie level so the adult charges could come as soon as he turns 18. He is facing the remaining time in juvie before state prosecutors ask for a full LIFE term. He faces 18 to LIFE if retried.

The suspect admitted that he obstructed justice and earned an improper usage of firearm charge as well. Those charges carry about 20 years in the iron college.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Canton, Ohio Police were not happy about this. They wanted to prosecute this person to the fullest.

Teen's family devastated over the loss. The suspect shot and killed her after being spooked over a pregnancy.

At first the suspect tried to concoct a story that painted another person as the shooter. Given that the family knew what type of person he was, they immediately pointed the finger at him.

Sylvia Milina told the local junk food media that her granddaughter's death tore her heart.

"She didn't have a chance .... It was like it was a set up to me because she's never been out at that time."

"It's still not closure," Carlina Hanley, McGee's great aunt, told the junk food media after the hearing the news. "[He] should have just admitted it from the beginning. She didn't deserve that…She wasn't that type of a kid. She was upbeat and funny. I just can't believe that he did that."

He will be sentenced in January.

The "good guy" with a firearm is the most dangerous person to have a firearm. Matter of fact, the NICE GUY is often the ones who are spurned by society. Bad relationships, losing your job, jealousy over promotions, family feuds and racism are typical NICE GUY issues.

NICE GUYS ARE THE MOST DANGEROUS INDIVIDUALS WITH A FIREARM.

RESTRAINING ORDERS ARE JUST A PIECE OF PAPER. THEY WILL NOT (I REPEAT) STOP A "MAD" MAN FROM OBTAINING A FIRERARM.

The American justice system needs to rethink the protection orders. I mean if a victim is to report a potential threat to their lives, they should be taken to another location until the issue is resolved. The suspect should have been stripped of firearms and be placed on monitoring devices if a restraining order was filed. Unfortunately, it won't stop a "mad" man from obtaining firearms from other sources. A friend could loan the firearm. They could have bought it on same day purchase. The shooter could have been a member of law enforcement or a certified NRA trainer. Who knows? The suspect had obviously some way to obtain firearms and our government let this victim down.

Murder Charges For Suspect Who Killed Devin Henderson And Javier Harrison!

Criminal charges for a terrorist who killed two teens inside a Dayton, Ohio garage.

The suspect is accused of shooting and killing the two teens inside a garage was indicted on Thursday on charges of murder and felonious assault, which comes after months of public outcry over the lack of arrest and criminal prosecution in the killings.

The family of the two teens demand answers to why a man would just shoot and kill individuals in a garage. They were not inside his home. The suspect knew the teens claims his father.

Jimmy Harrison, the father of Javier Harrison, spoke to the local junk food media.

"It wasn't in your house, it was in your garage," said Jimmy Harrison. "That's like 10 feet away from your house, you know so that means you're seeing some perps out there at your garage, you know, so my first instinct is to call the police."

He claimed to the junk food media that the two teens had been at the garage before, saying, "I want answers because they have always been there smoking weed in that garage or whatever you want to call it. They always have been there, and they always hung there smoking weed in that garage."

The property was burnt down after the shooting.

Jimmy Harrison told the television station: "It is wrongdoing, it was wrongdoing." Harrison's brother, also named Jimmy, wrote on Facebook, "I MISS YOU BABY BROTHER PLEASE COME BACK. THIS SH*T HURTING MY WHOLE SOUL." He added, "Seeing my dad crying just took me into a whole different person."

The suspect is in the Montgomery County lockup on two murder charges and reckless endangerment.

The charges carry LIFE in the iron college if convicted in the state of Ohio.

The state has this "castle doctrine" where a homeowner can use deadly force if a suspect is on the property. However, the victims were inside a detached garage. The law is still complicated in this fashion.

Dayton Police chief Richard Biehl had said that Ohio laws have shifted the burden of proof in self-defense cases from the defendant to the prosecutors, which could affect the outcome of this case.

The incident happened in August. The suspect heard noises outside and went outside to investigate.

Instead of calling 911, the suspect decided to take action in his own hands.

He saw a vehicle inside a garage that wasn't his.

Two men were killed in a garage by a man who tried to use the castle doctrine. The state of Ohio didn't buy the excuse.

So the he grabbed his .38 special and confronted the intruders. He started firing into the vehicle.

Two people were hit with the gunfire and the third was able to escape. The teen who escaped returned to the scene to confirm that he was there when the shooting happened.

The teen was charged with violations involving previous encounters. He was sent to the county lockup and later released. The charges could put the suspect in the iron college for five years.

The victims, Henderson, 17; Harrison, 17 were struck. Henderson was shot two in the back. Harrison was struck in the lower back and the bullet traveled through his chest.

The terrorist would then call 911, place his firearm on the porch and watched first responders perform CPR and treatment on the victims. The two would later die en route to the hospital.

This suspect would use the "self-defense" excuse to protect property.

In October, someone set the house of this suspect on fire destroying it. That suspect is still on the loose. They will face an arson charge and could face 20 to LIFE for that charge.
