Bernie Sanders hits Clinton hard and the Democrats are starting to panic. They believe the two are going to hand Republicans the White House.

Many in the junk food media are finally giving Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) the attention he wanted.

The Democratic candidate for president is getting lots of coverage for his huge victories in Hawaii, Washington, Alaska and now Wisconsin. For his wins, he's attracting controversy along the way. 

The fight for the Democratic nomination is getting even uglier. Hillary Clinton and Sanders are trading barbs over whose more qualified to be the President of the United States. 

Many women see that Sanders's response to Clinton as seen as sexist.

Sanders fired a shot that struck a nerve with Democrats. He said that Hillary Clinton isn't qualified to be the president. 

"She has been saying lately that she thinks that I am, quote unquote, not qualified to be president," Sanders said. "Well let me just say in response to Secretary Clinton: I don't believe that she is qualified if she is — if she is, through her super PAC, taking tens of millions of dollars in special interest funds," he said. "I don't think that you are qualified if you get $15 million from Wall Street through your super PAC. I don’t think you are qualified if you have voted for the disastrous war in Iraq."

Sanders also cited Clinton's support for "virtually every disastrous trade agreement," and specifically the Panama Free Trade Agreement, as additional reasons why she is not qualified. 

Conservatives are seething over this. The agitators from the right are seeing the cracks. 

The Democrats are going through a civil war as well.

Not only Sanders allowed the discussion turn into mudslinging, he gave ammunition to the conservative agitators in the junk food media.

Clinton never said Sanders is "not qualified to be president," as the senator claimed. She did, however, repeatedly demur on questions about Sanders's qualifications during an interview on MSNBC’s Morning Joe Wednesday. Clinton said his rough interview with the New York Daily News on April 1 showed that Sanders has been "talking for more than a year about doing things that he obviously hadn’t really studied or understood, and that does raise a lot of questions."

Sanders's criticisms of Clinton focused on her policy positions, but to many of her supporters they came off as a personal insult. 

It's just politics as usual.

I am not inspired by Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Donald Trump, Ted Cruz and John Kasich.

They all are flawed candidates. I would rather see Barack Obama run for a third term. Obama would clobber the 2016 presidential candidates.

Conservative Outrage Over Rappers Dissing Trump!

A song that goes after controversial Republican candidate goes viral. The group made it specifically for the most unrepentant media whore in the presidential race. Once it made it to the conservative Craigslist, it goes viral and attracts attention from some of the finger wagging agitators.

The most annoying conservative agitator to have radio show, television, blog and access to Republican candidates is concern trolling hip-hop music once again. And he's telling the public that they're freedom of dissent should have them thrown in the iron college.

Instead of calling him Sean Hannity, we should could him, Nannity! Nannity, the whiniest man on the planet. A wannabe that shouldn't have been. He's trying to be like the old farts Bill O'Reilly and Rush Limbaugh. He's parroting talking point and name dropping asshole.

On the radio show and television program, Nannity complains about some sucker MCs dissing Donald Trump. He believes that the teens should get a visit from the Secret Service for saying "fuck Trump" and "don't come to Baltimore".

Comedian makes a mock rap going after Trump and conservatives go bananas over it.

The song Choppas in the a Trumk for Donald Trump (CIT4DT) were performed by comedians, Dooley, Tlow and Lor Roger.

Of course, they're not really threatening a presidential candidate. But since it's rap music and it has explicit lyrics, conservatives are outraged over it.

The song's threats of violence against Trump were not literal or even serious.

"We didn't mean no harm by it," Ibrahim said. "We don't got no damn chopper! My religion says don't even kill. I wouldn't kill an innocent fly."

Abdel Ibrahim (Dooley's) popularity online has grown in a short time. (He started posting videos about a year ago, he said.) His Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts each have more than 60,000 followers. A fan-uploaded compilation of his comedy clips has garnered nearly 350,000 views since late February.

Finger wagging asshole complains about rappers dissing Trump. He defended a washed up rocker who once threatened violence on Democratic candidates. 

The "CIT4DT" video has more 200,000 views on the popular video blog Worldstarhiphop.com. Other widely viewed social media accounts like The Shade Room and DJ Akademik’s Instagram page have also shared the song. Then the conservative Craigslist posted it later that day.

The performer was totally pissed about Donald Trump's ban on Muslims coming into the United States. He said that Trump's rhetoric is dividing everyone and it's "fair game" to go after him.

The song began as a 28-second video upload on March 15, when Ibrahim and his friends performed it live in a car and filmed the footage for Twitter. It included an unprintable hashtag denouncing Trump, and has earned more than 11,000 retweets.

The quick success led Dooley to ask, “Rt if you think we should make [it] into a real song?” On Sunday, the finished version and video were online. Ibrahim said this would be his first and only rap song.

When asked whom he'd like to see as the next president, Ibrahim said Bernie Sanders was "cool."

"To be honest, I just want a good person," he said. "I don't really pay attention to it. I just be hearing all of the stuff Trump be saying."

Trump suggested that his supporters take action against protesters. The agitators of the right often ignored the violence that occurs at these events. The junk food media is covering it and we're noticing.

Note: Nannity defended his buddy Uncle Ted when he said onstage that he's put a couple rounds in Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, then Democratic candidates running for president in 2008. Ted Nugent to this day still advocates violence against Obama and those who support him.

On The Verge Of Extinction!

The median age of the candidates is 64 years old. With the exception of Ted Cruz and Bernie Sanders, most of the candidates running are in their 60s. Ted Cruz is 45. John Kasich is 63. Donald Trump is 69. Hillary Clinton is 69. Bernie Sanders is 74.

No love for them.

Republicans and Democrats aren't inspired to vote the candidates. They all pretty much suck and it's disappointing to all Americans that each candidate has flaws. 

None of them aren't catching the fire that Barack Obama lit in the 2008 and 2012 elections. Don't listen to the nonsense about Donald Trump's rallies being huge. It's just not like Obama's. 

Trump's negatives in polls are a driving force to Republican operatives plotting to disrupt his coronation. 

We're in the later stages of a primary. The Republican and Democratic primaries are still ongoing and it seems like Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, John Kasich, Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are still in this.

Americans are tired of politics and the divisive nonsense of the politicos. 

If allowed to run a third term, Obama would clobber the Republican nominee.

The conservative Craigslist says that Republicans aren't happy about the delegate progress as well as their chances of stopping a potential Hillary Clinton nomination.

Gallup Polling reports that thirty percent of Americans say the presidential election process is working as it should, down from 37% in January. The decline is driven mainly by Republicans' increasingly cynical views as the campaign season has progressed. The percentage of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents who say the election process is working has fallen from 46% to 30% since January. Democrats' and Democratic leaners' views haven't changed.

If you ask me, if the 22nd Amendment wasn't installed in the U.S. Constitution, President Barack Obama would win reelection handily over the Republican nominee. 

Sometimes I rather have Obama run a third term instead of just giving it up after 8 years of a contentious Republican obstruction.

Republicans are destroying each other and the country in their quest to stop Obama's policies. It's an unfortunate circumstance that if a Republican does win the presidency, Democrats will do the same shit only worse.

Sometimes, it's better to not vote at all. But if you don't vote, you may losing all the accomplishments that Americans fought for.

The Law Stopped A Cop Killer! Who Actually Take The Blame?

Two Indiana deputies were ambushed by an unrepentant thug. Deputy Carl Koontz (right) was killed by the gunfire.

Governor Mike Pence ordered flags lowered for an Indiana deputy killed in the line of duty. The deputy and his partner were shot serving a warrant to an unrepentant thug.

The deputy slain was 27-year old Carl Koontz. The unrepentant thug was Evan Dorsey. He was killed in a hail of gun smoke. The Howard County Sheriff Steven Rogers said that the thug was wanted for failure to appear on a charge of having an instrument to insert the arm candy.

Cop killer was bucked.

Carl and his partner Jordan Buckley were ambushed by this thug. Jordan a sergeant for the Howard County sheriff was injured but will survive his wounds. 

Carl leaves behind a wife, Cassie and their son Noah. 

The Indiana State Police will do an investigation into how this tragedy occurred. 

WISH-TV reports that the state of Indiana mourns the lost of the three year deputy.

In a press conference on Monday morning, Howard County Sheriff Steve Rodgers identified Dorsey as the suspect. He already had an outstanding warrant in Clinton County when the shooting happened. Dorsey was shot and the circumstances around his death are unclear.

According to jail records, Dorsey had three different arrests for him. The last time police made contact with him was in December for a violation of probation for possession of a controlled substance. A warrant was issued and he was arrested on Dec. 30.

Outside officers will be patrolling Howard County over the next few days, as the Howard County Department Department grieves. Counselors will also be on hand for employees at the Howard County sheriff’s department.

Sasha and Malia Obama Wore $20K Dresses to State Dinner...

When President Barack Obama invited the Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau to the White House for a state dinner, the Obama daughters were there. They had their first experience at a gala such as a state dinner.

They were lovely teenage girls becoming beautiful women. President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama should be very proud of these two.

It seems like Donald Trump's biggest supporter decided that no one is spared. Not even Obama's children. It's duly respected that politicians and pundits stay away from the children. I guess the rules were thrown out the window when Trump complained that political correctness makes America look "weak."

So I happen to click on the link and it directs me to the story published by Yahoo! Style about the president's daughters. The president gave an emotion salute to his daughters.

The dresses that the Obama family wore drove conservatives nuts!

The Obama family will hang around for awhile. Until Sasha graduates from high school, they'll stay in Washington, DC. Malia will be heading to Brown University in the fall.

But what drew attention was the price of the dresses they wore.

Okay, here we go......cue the conservative outrage!

For one thing, Lauren Tuck consider the price of the Obamas dresses, "politics". What does Malia and Sasha Obama have to do with politics?

Besides the trolls who came from underneath the bandwidth bridge, here's a San Francisco news agitator who decided to throw her two cents into the conversation.

Kristen Sze went to social media to question the decision to have the Obama girls wearing such expensive dresses.

That invited a slew of social media assholes who complained that the Obamas were acting like "ROYALS" spending on the taxpayer's dime.

Of course, you'll hear the racial slur tossed around somewhere.

The girls wore Naeem Khan pieces, with Malia sporting one from 2015’s pre-fall collection and Sasha choosing a more recent dress from Khan’s resort 2016 collection. Whether they purchased or borrowed the dresses — which did the job of getting Khan in the news regardless — is unknown. What is known is that people have reacted negatively to learning the retail prices of the dresses.

Last time, conservatives complained about the president being cheap. They went bonkers over the fact that the president gave Queen Elizabeth II, an iPod.

Suspects In Maryland Cop Killing Caught! Who Takes The Blame?

Four year veteran of Prince George's County murdered by callous terrorists. Jacai Colson was a 28-year old member of the law and lost his life serving his community.

Tragic shooting in Maryland. A four year veteran of the Prince George's County police was shot and killed. The terrorists in the fatal shooting were local brothers.

Malik and Michael Ford, were the terrorists. They came from suburban Washington, DC and they allegedly ambushed lawmen.

Police claim that the brothers were wounded after getting into a firefight with the law.

Jacai Colson was killed after the gunfire settled. He was a undercover narcotics officer who worked on the force for four years. He was shot outside the police station on Sunday afternoon. His fellow officers rushed him to the hospital, where he would die of his injuries.

Police did not release a motive for the shooting, and Prince George's Police Chief Hank Stawinski told reporters that the attack "wasn't about anything".

One of the terrorist was taken into custody after being hit with gunfire. The other was caught by Popeye's Chicken and Biscuits a few blocks from the shooting.

Malik and Michael Ford are innocent until proven guilty. The charges alone could put these two in the iron college for LIFE. I believe Maryland doesn't have the legal execution.

As expected, the concern troll will react to the death of the police officer. Seeing that the officer slain was Black and the terrorist were Black, conservatives will run this nonsense about how #BlackLivesMatter, Barack Obama or whatever entity are "truly" responsible for the "act of cowardice".

Concern Trolls Clown On The Ghostbusters Reboot!

 Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones are the Ghostbusters.

Who ya gonna call?

Iconic words of a great movie from the 1980s.

The characters Peter Venkman, Egon Spangler, Ray Stantz and Winston Zeddmore fight the supernatural in the movie Ghostbusters.

Columbia Pictures rebooted the franchise and it features Melissa McCarthy and Kristen Wiig.

Erin Gilbert (Wiig) and Abby Yates (McCarthy) are a pair of unheralded authors who write a book positing that ghosts are real. A few years later, Gilbert lands a prestigious teaching position at Columbia University, but her book resurfaces and she is laughed out of academia. When ghosts invade Manhattan, Gilbert reunites with Yates, teaming up with a nuclear engineer, Jillian Holtzmann (Kate McKinnon), and a subway worker, Patty Tolan (Leslie Jones), to save the world from a mysterious evil and powerful demon known as Rowan (Neil Casey) who can exercise control over human forms.

The trailer is out and the fans are anticipating it being a successful movie. But then there's the critics.



The critics are so brutal towards the movie. I've read some of the most offensive comments aimed at McCarthy and Wiig for ruining the franchise.

So far over 6 million people viewed the trailer and they voted it down. Over 100,000 people voted down on the trailer. It seems like the "originalists" are most brutal critics.

Harold Ramis, Ernie Hudson, Bill Murray and Dan Akaroyd are the Ghostbusters.

These people live in their basement with all their collectibles and VHS tapes. They're probably still complaining about how ABC ruined the animated series with too much exposure to Slimer and Dave Coulier playing a role that made a successful voice actor.

The Ghostbusters was an extremely popular comedy/horror film that featured three paranormal scientists investigating unusual activity in New York.

The idea was created by the late Harold Ramis and Dan Akroyd. They teamed up with Ivan Reitman to create this movie success. It featured Ramis as Egon Spangler, Akroyd as Ray Stantz and Bill Murray as Peter Venkman. Other characters included Ernie Hudson as Winston Zeddmore, Annie Potts as Jeanie Melnitz, Sigourney Weaver as Dana Barrett and Rick Moranis as Louis Tully.

The Ghostbusters were fired out the cannon at a New York college. They decided that their investigative work would be better done independently. They decided to open up a ghost busting business. The movie was huge success it launched The Real Ghostbusters animated series, Ghostbusters II, Slimer! and the Extreme Ghostbusters.

Dan Akroyd gave his blessing to the movie and said that he, Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson and semi-retired Rick Moranis might make a cameo appearance.

Tragedy In Hesston, Kansas!

Terrorist killed his co-wokers

President Barack Obama, Republican governor Sam Brownback, U.S. Senators Jerry Moran (R-KS) and Pat Roberts (R-KS) and Rep. Tim Huelskamp (R-KS) were notified of the mass shooting at the Hesston Excel Industry plant.

Hesston is 40 miles from Wichita. Interstate 135 is the main highway that travels through the town of 4,000.

The terrorist was named Cedric Ford, as confirmed by CBS News. The terrorist killed multiple individuals and injured over 20 people.

The suspect is a Black male. Obviously, I expect the blame game to come forth. First the conservatives will label this terrorist a "liberal Obama supporter" or a "Black Lives Matter activist".

Of course, the fact that he was "the NICE GUY" with a gun is most troubling.

I expect the racial extremists Jim Hoft and Colin Flaherty will bring up Black-on-Whatever crime.

The Drudge Report will lay splash to the terrorist's background. The conservatives will say that "if the workers had firearms" or "If I was in this situation" hypothetical.

Then again, I see that the law managed to kill this terrorist after they told him to drop his arms. All the while, the Kalamazoo terrorist was arrested without incident. The terrorist in the Kalamazoo massacre was a White terrorist who worked for Uber.

Excel is a manufacture of riding lawn mowers.

The Harvey County Sheriff T. Walton says 4-7 people, including the shooter at Excel Industries in Hesston have been killed.

Walton said as many three people were killed. As many as 20 people were hurt. Walton said there are four to five crime scenes in this case.

Police have not said they have a motive for the shooting.

He lived in Newton, Kansas, the town where one of the shootings occurred. A trailer park there was swarmed by officers about an hour after the initial shootings.

This is the second most high profile mass shooting in the United States this year.

Blame Game: Kalamazoo Terrorist!

You know what irks me most!

Ignorance.

Donald Trump, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz are ignorant. I am extremely disturbed by the rhetoric of those who support these candidates in the Republican race. I am expected to be bothered by the supporters who seriously believe that "gun violence" is just something that happens in Black neighborhoods and Muslim terrorist.

I am disturbed by the shooting in Kalamazoo by a 45-year old terrorist who happens to be some White guy who was the alleged "NICE GUY".

The suspect is in county lockup on capital murder. He is innocent until proven guilty. I know the name of the terrorist. It's Jason Dalton, a White guy from Kalamazoo.

The terrorist killed seven people before he was taken into custody without a single shot fired.

What makes me mad is the fact that the San Bernardino shooters were "terrorists" and the Kalamazoo shooter is "_________". 

In the last post, I seen who actually deserves the "blame" for the shooting. 

A conservative troll would place the fault of this terrorist on Barack Obama. 

I am not too worried about the concern troll. I am more concerned that these mass shootings will keep happening and Congress will not do anything to stop them.

The inept actions of Congress will continue to allow mentally disturbed or rational minded terrorists obtain firearms and disturb the lives of innocent Americans.

The person who deserves most of the blame is the shooter. But if things could happen today, I would damn sure hope we get elected leaders who will do something to stop gun violence.

Conservatives: Should The Oscars Give Gangsta Rappers An Award?

The pressure is on.

You know the trolls of the racist right are out! Ever since Jada Pinkett Smith made the call to boycott the Oscars after another year of no Black nominees, conservatives have jumped on the bandwagon to attack her, Spike Lee and President Barack Obama. 

The concern trolls, the White extremists and the flagrant flamers are working overtime in trying to undermine the message. 

The most common theme among conservatives is "BET gave awards to Black people, what's the big deal?" or "You guys should stop complaining, the movies sucked!". 

The creator of the #OscarsSoWhite hashtag April Reign praises Jada's boycott. She believes the time is now to address the controversy and keep pressure on the Academy of Motion Pictures, Arts and Sciences to change course, fast. 

The Drudge Report (which I refer to as the conservative Craigslist) spotlighted the washed up celebrity Janet Hubert's vicious rant on Jada Pinkett Smith and her husband Will Smith.

Hubert, who once played Aunt Vivian on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air was fired out the cannon. She blames Smith for getting her blackballed in Hollywood. She jumped on the concern troll wagon telling stories about how Will's refusal to stick up for her during a contractual dispute lead to the bitter feud. Hubert says that Blacks have more concerns than some statue. I happen to agree with her only in that sense. But unfortunately, if this is swept under the rug, we condone this and that's what Hubert is missing.

Conservatives have seen Aunt Viv's rant as a way to denounce the boycott. 

But it hasn't stopped many others from rallying to her defense. George Clooney, Snoop Dogg, Lupita Nyong'o, Idris Elba, Michael Moore, David Oyelowo, Whoopi Goldberg, and even Oscars host Chris Rock have spoken in favor of Jada's boycott. 

Spike Lee appeared on Good Morning America to say that he'll be watching a New York Knicks game instead of watching or going to the Oscars. Lee said that he supports his brother Chris [Rock] and his decisions are his to own. He also said that Academy's president Cheryl Isaacs Boone is a sister of the cause but in a dilemma of her own creating. 

A British film critic agitated the controversy even more. Mediaite reports that Jason Solomons basically said that Blacks should be snubbed if they're  playing minstrel characters. He said that black people shouldn't win covet nominations for playing "gangster rappers" like the Straight Outta Compton cast, or an "African savage" like Idris Elba‘s Beasts of No Nation character.

Now this probably a member of the Academy voting committee basically saying that Black talent isn't valued.

Woman Was C**t Tapped On A Pizza Order!

Domino's can't fix the mess that its workers got in to. A Detroit woman was totally pissed at the crude comment left on her receipt.

The Huffington Post found the weirdest stories in America. It's 2016 and it's another you can't fix stupid story.

Keenyatta Robinson is a pissed off customer. She said that Domino's Pizza really dropped the ball on hiring these idiots to work for them.

Keenyatta's daughter wanted a pizza from a Domino's in West Bloomfield, a suburb of Detroit, Michigan.

When she read her bill, she saw something that shocked her. So instead of calling the management company, she took it to social media and Domino's was none to pleased see that.

Never again. If they are disrespecting me (a paying customer), who else are they disrepecting?

The receipt had three words on it that touched the nerved. It said "Fuck This Cunt".

So she told the local junk food media about the whole ordeal.

"I don't understand why they would treat me this way," said Keenyatta Robinson.

Keenyatta thought it was an accident. So she decided to place another order.

"When I came to pick it up that receipt had the same vulgar language," she said.

Domino's isn't just pizza. It's a dinner!

Keenyatta remembered back in 2014, she had a negative encounter with the people working at Domino's because they forgot the sausage on the pizza. So the workers decided to play the game well. It's a damn shame they forgot that some people check their receipts.

The manager told her that she's no longer welcomed at the business. So complained to the higher ups.

Ronnie Asmar, Director of Operations at Domino's decided to lay the hammer on the manager and some the employees working there.

The manager decided to leave a parting shot at the woman and the company. As the manager was being fired out the cannon, he changed the computer and left a set of vulgarities on there.

Asmar decided to personally reach out to Keenyatta. He was offering her a year's worth of pizza.

She said "You can keep the coupons!" The company lost her business forever.

"I will never eat [at Domino's] ever again," said Keenyatta. "Ever in my lifetime!"

In the D, you're just another piece of trash. Conservatives hate the city. They believe Detroit is a failed experiment of Democratic governance. The city's population has declined over 35% in the last 20 years.

The current population of the city is 685,000.

Mr. Affluenza Got Caught Up!

Man who killed four on a Texas road beaten a murder rap. While on in-house, he broke the rules. Fearing a bid in the iron college, he decides to duck out of the country.  After a few weeks, he was finally caught. Will he now finally be sent to the iron college?

The thug who murdered four Texas residents while under the influence of alcohol and at the helm of a vehicle was on the run for three weeks. He was on probation for this crime. He was supposed to serve a 10 year in-house bid. He was forbidden to drink alcohol. He was forbidden to be around drugs. He was forbidden to be around criminal activity. It turns out that he ignored the sentencing.

He was caught on camera playing beer pong with his buddies. That was shared on social media and it reached his P.O.

I guess he knew his days were numbered. So he and his mother took off from their suburban Dallas home never to be heard from again.

Those three weeks came to an end. It seems like the pampered life is over for the so-called "affluenza" teen.

The Mexican authorities aided by the U.S. Marshals managed to snatch Ethan Couch out of his hiding place. CNN broke the story around 7:30 pm tonight. The country's most wanted man is now in custody and will face justice.

Republicans are pretty stupid when it comes to handling terrorism. The only muscle the Republicans got is their tongues. Their tongues are all talk and no action.

They will not condemn the terrorist attacks upon Americans who practice Islam in peace. They won't condemn the threats upon American Muslims who believe the acts done by the Islamic State are deplorable as well. American Muslims do not support the Islamic State.

There are people who are inspired by rhetoric. I mean think about it!

If Trump is saying that he would advocate a ban upon Muslims coming into the United States, some White extremists would take that to heart. The agitators in the conservative media would also push the "concern troll" narrative. They say that Muslims won't condemn violence and stand up against the threat of "radical Islam".

The divisive word vomit "radical Islam" already gives the narrative that the United States is targeting Muslims. The Islamic State has proven their point by going after the rhetoric.

The president will likely address Zaevion in the State of the Union in January.

The deaths of many Blacks in the custody of police give the sense of no hope. It gives Blacks the notion that even in the hands of the law, they're in danger. The law doesn't see a Black person as a victim, they see them as suspects. Conservatives and White extremists are often like this as well.

They concoct statistics about Black criminal behavior. They run this nonsense every time a Black is killed by a White person or law enforcement. It seems like that's the new norm beside the ongoing gun violence that plagues the country.

Okay, in Tallahassee, a woman who was apparently disruptive in a local hospital is restrained. A few hours later, she would die of heart failure.

The law says that 57-year old Barbara Dawson was being treated for breathing difficulties. According to the AP reports that Barbara collapsed Monday while being escorted in handcuffs from the Liberty Calhoun Hospital, where she sought treatment for breathing difficulties, Blountstown police Chief Mark Mallory said Tuesday. An officer had arrested Barbara for disorderly conduct and trespassing, Mallory said.

Autopsy results should be released Wednesday, Mallory said. Florida Department of Law Enforcement officials have been called in to investigate, department spokesman Steve Arthur said. He declined to comment further.

The law restrains a woman . She dies of heart failure.

Mallory said the officer who arrested Barbara removed the handcuffs after she collapsed and escorted her back into the hospital.

"We were told by a doctor once she got back in the hospital that her vital signs were good and it was their decision to readmit her," he said. He said dashcam footage from the officer's car does not show the incident but does pick up the audio.

Hospital officials did not return telephone calls from The Associated Press on Tuesday night. The Tallahassee Democrat reported that Ruth Attaway, administrator and CEO of the 25-bed hospital, said staff did everything they could for Barbara.

"They did their best trying to save her," Attaway said. "Our staff was very aggressive with her treatment."

While doctors initially thought Barbara was stable and should be released, she felt as if she still had breathing issues and wanted to stay, said Tallahassee attorney Daryl Parks, who is representing Barbara Dawson's family.

"The most reasonable thing to do is to let her sit there and be able to settle down until she felt well. Instead, she is forcibly removed and put in cuffs," Parks said. "The early facts of this case should cause a great concern for everyone."

The Calhoun-Liberty County chapter of the NAACP held an emergency meeting Tuesday. Dale R. Landry, who is the regional vice president for the Florida State chapter of the NAACP, met with local leaders and the family.

Landry said he and others are glad state law enforcement officers are getting involved, "but we strongly believe the death was due to negligence by the police department and hospital."
