Two Of New York's Most Wanted Down One!

Richard Matt is caught. Matt was one of the two suspects who escaped the iron college. These two dangerous individuals broke out of the iron college in Northern New York.

Matt ate a lead sandwich after ignoring federal authorities. He was spotted in Malone, NY. Matt was the ringleader and player in the iron college.

He wooed a woman into smuggling the contraband for him and his buddy David Sweat to escape.

Matt's life on the run was 21 days. His life ended on June 26, 2015.

David Sweat is still at large and he's still somewhere between where they've escaped and the Canadian border.

Briefly, Matt decapitated his old boss. He was served up 25 to life in the iron college.

Sweat and a friend put a cop in the wooden box. He was served up LIFE in the iron college.

Matt and Sweat managed to get out on through the "honor" block. They managed to work the system for a clean break. That break has American lawmakers reconsider privileges at our nation's iron colleges. Again, interns to the iron college do have some rights. They do have a right to no cruel and unusual punishment. But all the goodies that are given for "good behavior" are no longer available at the Clinton Correctional.

Joyce Mitchell and Gene Palmer were caught in this escape. Mitchell the co-leader got indicted on aiding in the escape by contraband. She was fired from the iron college. She's being held up on a $$$$$$$$ get out of jail free card. She will face up to a decade in the iron college.

Gene Palmer was also charged to. He looked the other way when Mitchell handed off some goodies to the escape interns. He is being charged with negligence and smuggling contraband.

He faces the judge on Monday.

This has been an active week in the media. We will keep you updated on the latest events over in New York.

World News Today send our prayers to those who are involved in the search and capture of David Sweat. He is a dangerous individual. If he was a smart man, he would give up. But sometimes, that ego may end up getting him killed.

See what that ego done to Richard Matt!

Chris Brown Blames Drake For Him And Tyga Being Denied Entry To Canada!

Chris Brown and Tyga had to cancel concerts in Canada. Brown was denied entry to Canada. I'll betcha they'll blame Drake and Bryan "Birdman" Williams of Cash Money Records for their shortcomings.

Breezy was denied entry into the neighbor of the North. He must obtain special clearance if he is to perform in Canada. Unfortunately, this string of bad luck continues to plague the troubled, nearly washed up pop singer, rapper, celebrity agitator.

The singer tweeted yesterday, "The good people of the Canadian government wouldn't allow me entry," the New York Daily News reports, though that tweet has since been deleted. Concert promoter Live Nation later announced that "due to immigration issues," Brown's concerts (last night in Montreal and tonight in Toronto) have been canceled, the AP reports. Canada Border Services wouldn't comment on Brown's case specifically, but a spokesman said immigration officials use several factors to decide whether to allow entry, and criminal activity is one of those factors. Brown, of course, spent almost three months in jail last year for violating his probation, which he was on after assaulting Rihanna in 2009.

The Canadian government says Brown can apply to enter the country at a later date, and in his tweet, Brown noted that he has plans to return this summer. Brown's criminal record has previously gotten him barred from the UK, a snafu that forced him to cancel four concerts.

He and his best buddy Tyga (Michael Nyguen Stevenson) are promoting their collaboration album Fan of a Fan. They are also promoting their feud with native Canadian rapper/singer/entertainer Aubrey "Drake" Graham. They openly dissed Drake on albums and mixtapes.

Drake released his fourth album and addressed his feud with Tyga and Brown.

Tyga (left) and Chris Brown (right) release their debut collaboration album.
Since late October, the Cash Money/Young Money family has seen an internal feud spill out into the junk food media. It began when Tyga went on record to call Drake "fake" and says that he doesn't give two fucks about him and Nicki Minaj. Then Bryan "Birdman" Williams got fed up with the business being put out on the streets. He decided to put Tyga's album out to pasture and move Nicki Minaj's album to December.

Then in November, the hancho of Young Money Lil' Wayne took to Twitter to vent off frustration with Cash Money delaying his latest album. The album's release date is right  now in the unknown, and Weezy F Baby openly went forth to say that he'll sue the label for delaying his album.

Williams, the CEO of Cash Money/Rich Gang has taken interest in Chris Brown, newcomers Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug. He wants to promote these three acts on the Rich Gang label, ignoring the Cash Money roster and putting his top act to the back burner.

Drake Shocks The Junk Food Media By Releasing Surprise Album!

One more and I'm done. He's trying to bounce from YMCMB. It's official Cash Money Records is going through a Too Big To Fail moment.

While Cash Money is going through some serious conflict, Canadian entertainer Aubrey "Drake" Graham is putting at least some of his conflict aside to drop a "surprise" album this week.

On memorable line from the album comes from 6PM in New York where Drake aims at Tyga.

"I heard a lil lil homie talking reckless in Vibe/ Quite a platform you chose, you shoulda kept it inside/ Oh you tried, it’s so childish calling my name on the world stage/ You need to act your age and not your girl’s age".

Drake's mixtape (album) is called If You're Reading This, It's Too Late.

If You're Reading This It's Too Late is the fourth studio album.

One more album and Drake can officially go free agent. He's been determined to leave Cash Money and Young Money for some time now.

It was released on February 13, 2015 by Cash Money Records, Young Money Entertainment, and OVO Sound. Drake and his longtime producer Noah "40" Shebib are the executive producers. It features Lil' Wayne, Travi$ Scott and his OVO label artist PartyNextDoor.

The album was released onto iTunes with no prior announcement. The album precedes his previously announced upcoming fifth studio album, Views From The 6. The album is a mixtape marketed as an album in order to free himself from his contract with Cash Money.

Lil' Wayne is currently feuding with the label over Bryan "Birdman" Williams pushing back The Carter V. The rapper also express annoyance at Birdman solely focusing on Atlanta based rappers Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan through his own Rich Gang label and leaving him, Tyga and Nicki Minaj on the sidelines.

Tyga is also engaged in a feud with Birdman and Drake. Alleged rumors of the rapper dating Kylie Jenner has the media buzzing about the under 21 step sister of Kim Kardashian hanging around with a truly thuggish rapper.

Drake is engaged in not only feuds with Tyga but even Sean "Diddy" Combs. They had an apparent altercation.

Some entertainers in the music industry are putting tight lips on leaks. Eminem, Beyonce, Jay-Z and now Drake are releasing surprise albums to fulfill the demand.

Canadians Are More Tolerant Of Muslims Than The US!

Omar Albach (center) and his team are trying to disspell the notion that Muslims are scary. He travels across North America to film reactions towards Muslims by Canadians and Americans.

There's a video that a hit on the viral stream. A group of entertainers wanted to do a What Would You Do? segment about Canadians feelings towards Muslims.

They film in downtown Ottawa to see how some would react towards a man chastising a Muslim.

Last week there was an apparent attack on Parliament that killed a solider standing at the National War Memorial in Ottawa. The solider who was identified as Nathan Cirillo was killed by Michael Zehaf-Bibeau (formerly known as Michael Joseph Hall), who Prime Minister Stephen Harper condemned as a terrorist.

Zehaf-Bibeau was killed by the Sergeant at Arms who was the head of Parliamentary security.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Nathan Cirillo.

The junk food media in America has already put a high alert on federal institutions this week in preparation for the U.S. Elections and holiday shopping season. The controversy has sparked conservative outrage towards President Barack Obama. The president condemns this attack but fails to mention Islam as the factor towards terrorism. That's gotten the conservative agitators and the racist right livid.

They conclude that the president is afraid to say terrorism. Of course, the very same ones who demand the president give credit to George W. Bush for the 2011 raid in Pakistan that led to capture of Osama bin Laden.

Not all Muslims wear formal garments. Most of the extremists have attacked wearing Western clothing. Notice that 9/11/2001 attack in the United States, 7/7/2005 attack in the United Kingdom, and the 12/25/2009 attack in Detroit. The individuals were dressed normal and acted normal.

Well Omar Albach had found out that Canadians are pretty tolerant. Well almost tolerant.

During filming a man assaulted one of the entertainers who was harassing the Muslim actor.

The Huffington Post reports that York University student Omar Albach assembled his cast — a young man dressed in Muslim garb and another pretending to be a Muslim-hater — the idea was simple: to gauge how average Canadians felt about Islam in the wake of several high-profile incidents.

Over and over again, the Muslim character was heckled loudly by the other character and told he couldn't get on the bus due to a terror threat.
Filming in Downtown Ottawa. Two actors who portray a Muslim and a bigot confront each other. They are trying to see if Canadians react towards them.
And, over and over again, the young man's efforts to get bystanders on the hate train met with failure. At every turn, the 'hater' was scolded, yelled at, shamed — at one point, a man said, "I'm sorry, but this is a friend of mine. I'm with him too."

Canadians appeared to have no taste for the Islamaphobia he was peddling. What's more striking perhaps is the setting Omar Albach, who is of Palestinian descent, chose for his social experiment — Hamilton, Ont.

That's where the body of Nathan Cirillo was laid to rest this week in a moving ceremony that drew onlookers from across the country. The soldier was killed by a lone gunman while guarding the National War Memorial in Ottawa the week before. The suspected gunman, Michael Zehaf-Bibeau, was quickly denounced by the prime minister as a terrorist.

One of the crew members, the young man pretending to hate on the ostensibly Muslim man, later identified himself as Devin Giamou.

It seems, he felt the need to join the YouTube comment fray to clear things up.

"I'm the guy that got punched in the video, I thought I would clarify a couple things," he wrote in the video's comment section. "I'm not actually a racist asshole like I portrayed in this video. I knew the guy who played the part of the 'terrorist' and he's a cool guy who played his part very well."

Responses to his clarification range from correction — "Islam is not a race" — to approbation — "Please keep doing thought-provoking videos like this."

Posted on YouTube on Monday, the video has already been viewed more than 270,000 times. But this isn't Albach's first viral video. That distinction belongs to a video the 18-year-old produced in the summer, called "Hug A Terrorist."
Albach created the Hug A Terrorist video to see reaction from Canadians.
October 22, 2014, at Parliament Hill and nearby in Ottawa, Canada. Michael Zehaf-Bibeau fatally shot Corporal Nathan Cirillo, a Canadian soldier on ceremonial guard duty at the Canadian National War Memorial. He then launched an attack in the nearby Centre Block parliament building, where members of the Parliament of Canada were attending caucuses. Zehaf-Bibeau was killed inside the building in a gunfight with parliament security personnel.

Following the shootings, the downtown core of Ottawa was placed on lockdown while police searched for any potential additional threats.

The attack took place two days after another attack on military personnel in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, which also killed a Canadian soldier. Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper said both of these attacks serve as a "grim reminder that Canada is not immune to the types of terrorist attacks we have seen elsewhere around the world."

Ottawa, Ontario is the national capital of Canada and second largest city in the province. The population of the city is 894,000 residents.

Burger King And Tim Horton's Merge!

You're right next door.

The Canadian doughnut and coffee chain is being bought by the fast food giant in a bid to climb back from slumping sells. The slumping sells and the potential to move to Canada has the American junk food media wondering why would the company do such a thing!

Burger King dropped to the third most popular chain. McDonald's and Wendy's happen to continue to build their stock without having another anchor on their sacks.

I've always thought that Tim Horton's was a subsidiary of Wendy's. I guess I was wrong.

Okay, BK decided to shelve out $11.3 billion to buy the doughnut chain and may relocate to Canada.

The Washington Post reports that the newly merged company would become the world's third-biggest "quick service restaurant company," with more than 18,000 restaurants in 100 countries, said Burger King and Hortons in a statement Monday. The deal would create a business capable of rivaling Yum Brands, which owns Taco Bell and Pizza Hut, and is valued at more than $30 billion. But while Yum Brands operates from Louisville, KY, the new Burger King and Tim Hortons parent company would likely station itself in the Ontario province of Canada.
Bow to the King!
On the surface, the reason for a headquarter shift across the country's northern border is simple: lower corporate taxes.

As we have have noted before, when a company reincorporates abroad, as the practice is known, what it's really doing is shifting its corporate citizenship; and when a company shifts its corporate citizenship, what it's really doing is trying to pay less in taxes. The nominal corporate tax rate in the U.S., which combines national, state, and city-level tax rates, is nearly 40 percent—the highest across all 34 Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) member countries. Canada's, by comparison, is just over 26 percent.

Burger King would hardly be the first large American corporation to move its headquarters—more than 70 U.S. companies have reincorporated overseas since the early 1980s. The practice has been especially popular lately—more than half of those inversions have come since 2003, or almost double the amount that did in the twenty years prior, according to data from Congressional Research Service (CRS).

The Post added Burger King has been itching to gain a greater share of the coveted American breakfast market. Breakfast sales at fast food chains have swelled to more than $50 billion. They're also the industry's fastest growing segment—breakfast was responsible for 90 percent of the industry's growth between 2007 and 2012. Tim Hortons offers a particularly strong entry into both the U.S. and Canadian breakfast markets—the coffee chain has more than twice as many stores per capita in Canada than McDonald's has in the U.S..

Tim Hortons has also been been looking to grow internationally, a process which Burger King's global footprint might be able to help expedite. "A key driver of these discussions is the potential to leverage Burger King's worldwide footprint and experience in global development to accelerate Tim Hortons growth in international markets," the companies said in their statement.

Still, the reality that one of America's largest food companies is mulling a move to Canada--and in doing so, a move away from U.S. corporate tax rates--might not sit so well with some consumers. Shifty but legal tax maneuvers have proven unkind to food companies in the past. Starbucks saw its sales fall in the United Kingdom for the first time after it became clear the company was using complex accounting methods to lower its local tax payments.

Have it your way, eh!

What's your thoughts on Burger King merging with Tim Horton's?

Do you believe Burger King is right in its possible move to Canada?

The Queen Of Soul Ain't A Fan Of Johnny Rockets!

Johnny Rockets pissed off Aretha Franklin.

Restaurant customer: Do you know who I am?

Apparently you don't know who I am, because you're service was so bad the Queen of Soul was totally pissed off with it.

The Associated Press report that Aretha Franklin has some harsh words for a server who showed D-I-S-R-E-S-P-E-C-T by telling the Queen of Soul she wasn't allowed to eat her takeout inside the restaurant.

A spokesman for Franklin says the situation unfolded Tuesday at a Johnny Rockets restaurant on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.

The spokesman says Franklin ordered a hamburger after performing a sold-out show. But he says the server screamed at Franklin, saying she couldn't sit down to eat because she ordered takeout.
The Queen of Soul was not impressed with Niagara Falls, Ontario restaurant.
Franklin says in a statement that the worker was "very rude, unprofessional and nasty."

A Johnny Rockets spokeswoman says the franchise owner is sorry for the actions of "a new and very young employee."

She says the owner has spoken with the employee and has clarified his takeout policies.

You Can't Be That Nice!

Young woman's good deed lands her in the courtroom and soon the iron college.

A woman may face life in the iron college. You know why?

Because she had to stop for a few ducks on the roadway.

Over in Montreal, a woman faces life after she was found guilty of stopping on the highway to help a family of ducks. Unaware that her vehicle was in the lane of a motorcycle rider and his daughter. The motorcycle riders crashed into the back of her vehicle and was thrown off.

The Associated Press reports that Emma Czornobaj was convicted by a jury on two counts of criminal negligence causing death, a charge that carries a maximum life sentence, and two counts of dangerous driving causing death, which comes with a maximum of 14 years in jail.
Ducks crossing the roadway. Often people try to help them and risk killing themselves or the animals they try to help.
The 25-year-old was charged in the deaths of Andre Roy, 50, and his daughter Jessie, 16.

She wiped away tears when the verdict was delivered to a packed courtroom in Montreal. Quebec Superior Court Justice Eliane Perreault said the 12-member jury voted unanimously.

Czornobaj was released until her pre-sentence hearing on Aug. 8.

Roy's motorcycle slammed into Czornobaj's car, which was stopped in the left lane of a provincial highway south of Montreal in 2010.

Andre and Jessie Roy
Czornobaj, a self-professed animal lover, told the court that she did not see the ducklings' mother anywhere and planned to capture them and take them home.

Defense lawyer Marc Labelle said his client was stunned by the jury's decision.

"The fact that she was involved in the accident in the first place was a hard experience for her," he said. "The fact that she had to go through a trial with a lot of publicity was tough and to be confirmed by 12 citizens, the jury, that the conduct was criminal is a hard blow."

Pauline Volikakis, whose husband and daughter were killed in the collision, briefly fought back tears when she left the courtroom.

"I don't wish misfortune on anyone," Volikakis said. "It's time that we go on. This will not bring (back) my loved ones."

Prosecutor Annie-Claude Chasse had a message for motorists.

"What we hope is that a clear message is sent to society that we do not stop on the highway for animals. It's not worth it."

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Andre and Jessie Roy.
