The white savior isn't saving us.
I do "not see" Shannon Watts or Fred Guttenberg as reliable allies any longer. They are no longer focused on stopping gun violence. They are more concerend with supporting a genocidal apartheid ethnostate, racial politics, Islamophobia and divisiveness.
Shannon Watts is the co founder of Moms Demand Action, an activist group that works on trying to push for common sense gun reform.
Fred Guttenberg is a father from Coral Springs, Florida who became an activist after a former student massacred students at Marjorie Douglass Stoneman High School in Parkland. His youngest child, Jaime Taylor Guttenberg was one of the 14 victims of the 2918 Valentine's Day massacre.
When the No. 1 problem facing American children and adults being gun violence, Watts and Guttenberg are putting aside the campaign to focus on this bullshit campaign for the apartheid genocidial ethnostate.
In the wake of Graham Platner's exit from the Maine senate race, the two put their focus on Abdul El-Sayed, a former Wayne County Medical Advisor who is running for Democratic nomination against Rep. Haley Stevens (D-MI). Watts previously backed Michigan state senator Mallory McMorrow until she dropped out. Now she is fully on board with Stevens.
According to The Intercept, Watts is known for targeting critics of Israel on social media.
In 2023, Watts signed an open letter thanking then-President Joe Biden for supporting Israel following the October 7 attacks and a statement condemning alleged sexual violence by Hamas during the attacks. Didn't hear a word from Watts about Israelis sexually abusing people they've literally kidnapped from their homes. No talk about the Freedom Flotellas and the people who were attacked by Israelis when they captured them in open waters. No talk about Americans being killed by Israeli and those terrorist settlers. No talk about the violent rhetoric from Israelis and agitators like Mark Levin.
No talk about how children are being driving to depression which leads to gun violence.
Watts, where is your ass at?
You raising five children.
What happens when they becomes vulnerable to pressures of life?
You get paid to promote yourself. Not the message of making sure our children are safe.
And if it ain't our children in the United States, it should be across the fucking world.
In May 2026, she said that people who endorsed the Uncommitted movement, which aimed to achieve a ceasefire in the Gaza war, could not criticize centrists for refusing to endorse Graham Platner for the 2026 U.S. Senate election in Maine.

See in her warped mind, a fucking genocide being seen on phones, tablets and through word of mouth shouldn't bother us. We should continue to get water down laws to combat gun violence, homelessness, food insecurity, stagnant wages, unfair work conditions or to fight endless wars in the Middle East.
In 2024, Guttenberg disavowed gun violence advocacy group March for Our Lives, claiming that their support for pro-Palestine college protests in the Gaza war was antisemitic.
He had also previously stated that he would support a pro-Israel Republican over an anti-Israel Democrat in an election, and that he was in favor of Governor Ron DeSantis's moves to ban Students for Justice in Palestine chapters from Florida universities.
It is important to stop buying into the bullshit these racists are promoting. The red line is Israel and if the Democrats need to lose more elections, then so be it.
If they want the democratic socialists, the antiwar, the antiracists, the flawed individuals from being Democrats, so be it.
When 2028 comes and that 5% of the vote goes to the Republicans, don’t cry when you lose another election. You cannot blame the people you said you want out of the party.
That's a reminder to James Carville and Jaime Harrison. If you want them out, okay.
When they start losing close races, remind them you chased out the close!
See it makes me start wondering why people should care about Fred's pain of losing his daughter. He has no problem watching parents see their children die thousands of miles away.
It also makes me wonder why Rep. Lucy McBath (D-GA) deserves memorization of Jordan Davis. She keeps voting to send billions to Israel, while Georgia students have crappier schools and deal with gun violence in her metro Atlanta congressional district.
Words do not pay the bills. They do not feed families. We ain't got time for distractions.
In this chaotic second term of Donald J. Trump, Democrats and Republicans are still embroiled in culture wars, blame game and status quo politics.
Americans had enough. They want their lawmakers to focus on lowering prices, not funding wars or appeasing foreign countries.
The so called America First Republicans are fighting the America Focused Democrats.
They should put their energy on stopping the lawmakers from making Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, Miriam Adelson and Trump richer.
They should not be concerned about people like Hasan Piker. He ain't running for Congress or the Senate. He has an opinion like everyone else.
What makes his opinion controversial when Shannon Watts and Fred Guttenberg are saying far worse things without blowback?
Even with blowback, they quickly block critics and claim that they will encourage withholding their votes.
I say, do it.
If it keeps their peace of mind, it's a free country. But the whispers become chatter and the chatter becomes noise. In a few years, no one will see Shannon Watts or Fred Guttenberg as serious figures.
If it takes Democrats to lose again to get things right, I am all for it. Cause if they return to power and decide on impeaching and endless opposition, they will not succeed.
They need to push for progressive policies and force Trump to oppose them so they can go on record saying they tried to work with him but he refused. Impeaching him is not going to get rid of him. Republican senators and John Fetterman will not vote to convict him. And it would push a JD Vance presidency if Trump is removed, died in office or pressured out by internal friction.
I rather they push for a minimum wage increase, raising taxes on the super wealthy, ending all foreign aid to Israel, a worker's rights bill, an end to "right to work" laws, term limits for members of Congress and the Supreme Court. I want to see an end to intrusive laws that regulate human choices of their bodies. I want an end to moralism (i.e. having laws that legalize marijuana and prostitution). I want a ban on insider stock trading in Congress. I want a viewable report card for elected House and Senate members to track how many laws or television appearances they had.
Can't we fix the damn potholes?
Who gives a fuck about someone you don't know personally and their opinions?
It's not a crime.
Progressives dump David Pakman, Bill Maher, Mayim Bialik, Brian Taylor Cohen and George Conway. They are wolves in sheep's clothing too.
I am not telling you what to do. I am just offering an honest opinion. Take it or leave it.
