The former White House advisor who is an avowed white nationalist has turned himself in to the feds after he was indicted on contempt of Congress.

As defiant as ever, the disheveled agitator appears at the FBI field office. At age 67, the former CEO of Breitbart was indicted on one count for refusing to appear for a deposition last month and the other for refusing to provide documents in response to the House Committee's subpoena.

He is expected to appear in federal court on Monday.

The indictment comes as the House Select Committee investigating the insurrection warned former Washed Up 45 allies to comply or face the consequences.

Attorney General Merrick Garland said that white nationalist's indictment reflects the Justice Department's "steadfast commitment" to the rule of law. Each count carries a minimum of 30 days or one year in federal time out. 

Now the former chief of staff to Washed Up 45, a former congressman named Karen Meadows is facing a potential contempt charge as well. If Congress decides to vote on contempt, it will fast track to Garland and he will issue an indictment.

Both of these white nationalists claim that the former president executed executive privilege to prevent them from testifying under oath.

The federal court had temporarily halted the National Archives from releasing the former president and staffer's documents. The House argues that the former president does not have privileges to stall an investigation. President Joe Biden said that he will not stop the House from releasing the documents.

He waived the decision to not issue executive privilege to prevent documents from being released.

Republicans as expected are outraged over the indictment. They want to turn the page on the insurrection. They rather continue to not hold the former president accountable. They rather keep folks riled up with culture war issues. They believe that if they can focus on inflation, the gas prices and the pandemic, they could win back Congress.

They vow to start investigations into Biden the moment they take control of Congress.

The former Washed Up 45 staffers and figures in his orbit are getting subpoenaed for testimony. Some of them are refusing this and they're going to pay the price. 

This sloppy sack of shit wants to be a martyr for the MAGA movement. He openly declared that he wants to violently bring down the Biden Administration. 

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
