The far-right agitator who is a conspiracy theorist will be held liable for the slandering and defamation of the families of Sandy Hook. He is also in the feds crosshairs for being a part of the insurrection.
The massacre in December 2012 was one of Barack Obama's first term tragedies. He had hopes that Congress would pass comprehensive gun control in the second term. The Republicans and several Democrats continue to stall progress. They suck the cock of the National Rifle Association and failed to pass a legislative bill that would keep firearms out of the hands of potential terrorists.
This conspiracy theorist made a profit off of this. He had followers stalk the families of some of these victims.
The agitator called it a "giant hoax." He was found liable Monday for damages in lawsuit filed by the parents of the children and teachers killed in the shooting.
The agitator kept defending it by saying he's expressing freedom of speech and he's not to be taken seriously. However, he kept the websites he ran as unfortunately "news" sources. Obviously, he made millions of spreading the lie that the Sandy Hook school shooting being a hoax.

State Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellis took the rare step to finding the agitator in default in the defamation lawsuits for his and his company's "failure to produce critical material information that the plaintiffs needed to prove their claims."
"[The defendant] and his companies have deliberately concealed evidence of the relationship between what they publish and how they make money. [The defendant] was given every opportunity to comply but, when he chose instead to withhold evidence for more than two years, the Court was left with no choice but to rule as it did today. While today's ruling is a legal victory, the battle to shed light on how deeply [the defendant] has harmed these families continues."
That was the words of Chris Mattei, the lawyer representing a handful of family members involved in suing this agitator.
Now he may be forced to pay up the families of Veronique De La Rosa and Leonard Pozner, the parents of Noah Pozner and Scarlett Lewis, the mother of Jesse Lewis, their lawyers and the other entities involved.
The lawyers for the agitator vow to appeal the decision. They believe that "the ruling is founded neither in law or fact. Indeed, we had appealed Judge Bellis' decision to refuse to step aside to the state Supreme Court on Friday. We remain confident that, in the end, the Sandy Hook families cannot prove either liability or damages. We think their lawyers know this; hence the desperate effort to obtain a default."
The agitator's ex-wife is suing him as well. She is claiming that he is mentally ill and unfit as a parent.
She wants him to pay child support and ask the court for protective custody due to the potential of him being violent towards her.
