The idiot who dubbed himself the QAnon shaman is given 41 months in federal time out for his role in the deadly insurrection. He was the idiot with a bullhorn, war helmet and paint on his face yelling, "Where's Nancy?" and "Who's house?" in reaction to Washed Up 45's call to "not show weakness."

The most visible terrorist in one of the most deadliest events in modern history will ask the court to help him get mental health treatment and a federal time out close to his family.

The white terrorist stormed the Capitol, was sentenced by Judge Royce C. Lamberth. Last week, Lamberth 0sentenced a New Jersey man who assaulted an officer outside of the Capitol on Jan. 6 to 41 months in federal prison.

“If the defendant had been peaceful on that day, your honor, we would not be here,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Kimberly Paschall told Lamberth on Wednesday.

“‘Times up, motherfuckers’ is not peaceful, your honor,” Paschall said, referencing what the idiot yelled in the Senate chamber. “That’s chilling.” She noted the letter the idiot left on Vice President Karen R. Pence’s desk ― which said, “It’s only a matter of time. Justice is coming.” ― was “not peaceful.” She called the note “a threat.”

Paschall said that while the idiot did not assault police that day, the judge should note the tenor of Jan. 6 and read the threatening note in that context. She also noted that the idiot called Pence “a fucking traitor” from the dais in the Senate.

The terrorist claims he has remorse. He is lucky that he was not handed twenty years.

“None of what happened on Jan. 6, 2021, was peaceful,” Paschall said, adding the idiot engaged in “obstructionist activities” that day. She asked the court to send a message to the “flag-bearer” of Jan. 6 and any other people, regardless of their political beliefs, that there are consequences for trying to obstruct American democracy.

The idiot pleaded guilty in September to a felony count of obstruction of an official proceeding, was among the first 30 rioters to breach the Capitol on Jan. 6 and faced off with police officers outside the Senate chamber as senators scrambled to safety. 

Speaking before Lamberth just before he was sentenced, the idiot thanked the judge for moving him to another jail where he could get an organic diet.

He like many other idiots were inspired by Washed Up 45's rhetoric about not being weak. He along with thousands of others rioted at the U.S. Capitol to stop the certification of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in the Electoral College.

This idiot was in the Senate chambers along with dozens others taking pictures, rummaging through stuff and defacing the chamber. He was the visible idiot who chanted that the Capitol was the "people's house."

He claims that he has mulitple personality disorder and the like to get off easy. Had he fought this all the way, he could have gotten 20 in federal time out.

Now the definition of white privilege is this loser and the thousands of others who got off easy for this travesty of justice and undermining of democracy. They're upset that their reality television president lost fair and square to a guy who is what the former guy called "Sleepy Joe."

They wanted to avenge his loss by throwing a tantrum that lead to an insurrection. They stole from the Capitol. They defaced property. They threw feces on the doors and walls of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office.

They were maskless so they ended up spreading COVID-19 to not only themselves, but police officers, lawmakers and the junk food media covering their attack on democracy.

That woman is no hero. She was a terrorist. 

This guy is no shaman or a news worthy official. He is a terrorist.

I wished it would have been 10 years, it would send a strong message to him and those who believe their whiteness should assure a pass.
