The U.S. Justice Department couldn't charge Kenosha. Wisconsin officer Rusten Sheskey for shooting Jacob Blake. It touched off a series of unrest and protests. It also led to a white terrorist shooting two protesters dead. 

Sheksey, who is white shot Blake, who is Black, during a domestic disturbance in August 2020. The shooting left Blake paralyzed from the waist down. Sheskey shot Blake in front of his children. The charges that Blake was expected to face were dropped. He took a plea deal for domestic abuse and public disturbance. 

State prosecutors also decided to not file charges against Sheskey. 

At one time, Blake was wanted for a felony. He was armed with a knife but did use it. He did get into a scuffle with the cop and others there.

The U.S. Justice Department's Civil Rights Division and the U.S. Attorney's Office in Milwaukee reviewed the police reports and determined that there was not enough evidence to prove Sheskey used excessive force or violated Blake's federal rights.

So if a person is filming a police encounter and witnessed a cop shooting a man who is fleeing. I guess that's not excessive. If the cop is grabbing on the shirt while firing on the fleeing suspect, it's not considering a violation of federal rights.

So this white terrorist who traveled from Illinois to Wisconsin was confronted by protesters after an allegations of racial slurs being hurled. The terrorist claims he used self-defense but many believe he was there to start trouble.

The white terrorist was not criminally charged at the time. The terrorist went back to Illinois and managed to get at least 48 hours to gather his priorities. The white terrorist was backed by Washed Up 45, a washed up entertainer named Rickey Schroeder and a disbarred QAnon lawyer.

The shooting led to disparities within the Kenosha Police and County sheriff's department. The city had to reevaluate the situation when it deals with suspects.

Jacob Blake was shot seven times by Sheksey, leaving him permanently disabled. The city of Kenosha had a brief moment of unrest due to the cop's actions. The far-right decided to patrol the streets with the support of the Republican sheriff. The white terrorist got strong backing from conservatives and even welcoming from the Proud Boys who offered the underage terrorist a beer.

The white terrorist faces up LIFE in the iron college if convicted. The federal charges could be implicated against the terrorist and he could face the DEATH card. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
