She is facing a federal sandwich for making threats to a political official, attempting a criminal act across state lines and harassment by phone.

Threaten the President of the United States, Vice President of the United States, their families, the Republican or Democratic nominee running for president or tampering with federal currency is criminal act and the U.S. Marshal and U.S. Secret Service often get involved.

The penalty for the criminal act is up to five years in federal time out plus a $250,000 fine.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
