The terrorist was Black. The victims were white and served their community as lawmen. The terrorist was shot and injured. He was taken into custody.
Two police officers were killed in Mississippi. The suspect was caught. Now who takes the blame?
Authorities identified the deceased officers as Patrolman James White and Corporal Zack Moak. The two officers were mortally wounded and pronounced dead at a local hospital. The terrorist used a high powered handgun.
Both were wearing their bulletproof vest at the time and were equipped with body and dash cameras.
White arrived at the terrorist home before Moak.
There were two cops killed by terrorist. This terrorist was caught although shot.
The Brookhaven Police Department received a call at about 5 a.m. from someone who reported that shots were fired at 630 North 6th Street, said Warren Strain, spokesman with the Mississippi Department of Public Safety.

"Officers responded, there was an exchange of gunfire and two officers were mortally wounded," Strain said. "The suspect was wounded, and he's been transported to a Jackson hospital, where he's undergoing treatment and is in custody."
The terrorist had some burglary and fleeing charges. The terrorist often had a minor brushes with the law until now. Now these criminal charges are likely going to put his ass in the iron college with a shadow of DEATH hanging over his head. He will be booked on aggravated murder and capital murder of a law enforcement officer. Those charges could carry LIFE or DEATH in the state of Mississippi.
Police chief Kenneth Collins dismissed the notion that Brookhaven is a mecca of criminal activity and unequipped trained officers.
"I'm proud of them. Two heroes lost their lives this morning."
The terrorist is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The Congress will not do anything to curb gun violence. The Republicans are hoping that Americans will come out to vote for their policies. They want to keep the "status quo" in the United States.
About 94 people are killed a day by firearms and yes it's a problem.
GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.
THE MOST DANGEROUS CALL FOR POLICE OFFICERS IS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
BAD COPS WILL GET GOOD COPS KILLED. POLICE OFFICERS KNOW THE RISK OF BEING SHOT AND KILLED. THEY KNOW THAT ONE NIGHT THEY COULD RETIRE WITHOUT DRAMA OR THEIR FAMILIES COULD SEE THEIR BURIAL.
YOU HAVE GUARANTEED YOUR SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS UNTIL YOU USE IT IN A CRIMINAL ACT. SO IF YOU ARE A "RESPONSIBLE GUN OWNER" YOU WOULD BE OUTRAGED OVER THE COUNTLESS LIVES BEING KILLED BY FIREARMS.
IF YOU WANT TO KEEP SEEING THESE INCIDENTS HAPPEN OVER AND OVER AGAIN, SUPPORT THE NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION AND THOSE WHO TAKE DONATIONS FROM THEM.
REPUBLICANS ARE ENDANGER OF LOSING CONGRESS. THEY HAVE NO PLANS ON CHANGING THE NARRATIVE TO SAVE LIVES.
IT'S TIME TO MOVE FORWARD.
GUN VIOLENCE SHOULDN'T BE THE NORMAL. WE NEED TO CHANGE THE DIRECTION.
