You're A Snooze Cruz!

Rep. Beto O'Rourke (D-TX) and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) square off in their first senate campaign debate. O'Rourke's campaign is confident that he could win. The pollsters have the race as a "Toss Up."

For the first time in almost 30 years a Democrat could win in the state of Texas.

Rep. Beto O'Rourke (D-TX) has given Texans an opportunity to make a choice.

O'Rourke is surprisingly doing well. He has outraised his opponent, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), the most hated politician in the United States.

Cruz has been relatively quiet since his defeat in the 2016 Republican presidential primaries.

Yesterday, the two had a chance to air out their differences.

KXAN TV and the Dallas Morning News had sponsored their first debate at the Southern Methodist University.

The two had a fiery debate over the latest issues facing Texans and of course Americans.

Cruz once again proves to be one masterful bullshitter. He right off the bat started accusing O'Rourke of being driven by his ambitions to impeach Donald J. Trump. If he became senator, he could remove him from office.

Cruz also was doing his usual platitudes and grandstanding.

I am not going to say much about the debate other than saying that Beto O'Rourke did far better than Ted Cruz in debate preparation.
