Big Suge Served For Manslaughter!

Former media mogul Suge Knight got 30 years for manslaughter.
Marion "Big Suge" Knight will spend six nickels in the iron college. He plead no contest to manslaughter in the 2015 incident where a man was killed.

The former Death Row co-founder entered a plead no contest to voluntary manslaughter. He ran his Dodge Ram over Terry Carter, a local businessman who was there for the filming of the N.W.A. movie Straight Outta of Compton.

Knight was trying to intimidate Dr. Dre. The two had a major fallout during the mid-1990s when Tupac Shakur signed on to the label.

He wanted to confront F. Gary Gary and Ice Cube, the directors of the movie because of the portrayal of him.

Knight was charged with murder, attempted murder and fleeing the scene of an accident. If he agreed to a jury trial, he would have been facing LIFE in the iron college if found guilty.

Knight's attorneys claim that the former media mogul was acting in self-defense.

By pleading no contest, he actually said that "yeah I'm guilty" but I want to be given the benefit of doubt. The judge found that Big Suge showed no ounce of remorse towards the victims of this incident.

The two years he's gotten already serve will run concurrently with the 28 years he'll be getting at pre-sentencing arraignment.
