The police union must have ignored the many officer involved shootings of unarmed citizens. The outrage from the Black community is the fact that those officers used deadly force on unarmed citizens and managed to beat the conviction rap.

de Blasio, Cuomo and Shawn Carter (aka Jay-Z) have been very passionate about the decision to allow the NYPD officer walk. They have a right to be upset.

That conservative agitator and those who supported the decision to allow the officer walk are passionate about it. They deserve the right to gloat.

The famed media mogul and rapper got royal treatment from the racist right. Chief Roger's news outlets labeled the media mogul a "crack dealer" after he met with New York governor Andrew Cuomo to discuss the issues surrounding law enforcement and the communities they serve.

In the wake of many shootings involving unarmed citizens and those in law enforcement walking free, this sparked a passionate and yes contentious debate over race, class and politics.

BREAKING: GSD, PART II?

The session of Congress is by far the worst. It's going to get even uglier now that the Republicans are in charge and they'll face the final two years of Barack Obama's presidency. The Congress is hopefully starving off a government shutdown.

With compromise being such a dirty word, I want to say the American people are not going to give Republicans much time to do nothing.

I assure you that if the Republicans win the presidency, Democrats will obstruct and throw temper tantrums. They will run to the cameras attacking the Republican president.They will do what Republicans done the moment President Barack Obama got sworn in.

In January the inept Republicans will reclaim the legislative body. They won control of the House of Representatives and the Senate. This gives the Republicans the power to pass bills at their own peril.

Those outgoing Democrats will return to the private sector or to the networks to find ways to attack the president or the Republicans who threw them out. Soon the Republicans will find themselves in charge and hopefully they'll find reasonable compromise with the president. The Republicans will now be hammered for their actions. They will get a taste of their own medicine.

President Barack Obama is not in the mood for Republican obstruction. He warned them that he's going to veto any laws that roll back progress made when the Democrats were in control.

But is there a tide turning?

The progressives along with the insurgency are not going along with the Weeper's bill. Even the senate isn't going to support Mitch McConnell and Harry Reid's bills, this next session could be even more worse.

Things will probably get done now Republicans in charge.

The Republicans can finally shut the fuck up and do something that works.

Florida State University Professor Fired Out The Cannon After Racist Social Media Spat!

Another issue at the Florida State University is a professor who went to the social networks to vent off about Black America's frustrations with law enforcement getting off after killing unarmed or given right citizens of color.

The very fact that unarmed citizens (of color) being killed by law enforcement has became the final major event in 2014. This has carried further than expected. With the grand jury decisions not to indict a NYPD officer in the stranglehold of Eric Garner marks another week of unrest in Missouri and probably across the nation.

This professor Deborah O'Connor was a business communication instructor. This woman was on the sidelines trolling the internet for a fight. She picked a fight with a gay celebrity hairstylist. That fight ended up costing her job, her reputation and probably the scorn of the university. The university asked for her resignation after it was revealed that Colin Lively's on police brutality merit a brutal insult. She would post the following:

Some good news happens at FSU. The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Division I Seminoles football team get an opportunity to win the Bowl Championship Series (BCS) trophy. They will play the Oregon Ducks (2) for the chance to advance to the finals. The other teams include Alabama Crimson Tide (1) and the Ohio State Buckeyes (4). Each team could advance to the finals.

Rapper Commits Murder-Suicide! Pissed That Wife May Have Flinged With Trey Songz!

Former Aftermath Entertainment rapper Hayes murdered Canadian model/actress Stephanie Moseley before killing himself. We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Stephanie Moseley.

LAPD determined that this event was a domestic violence dispute. This rapper was pissed that his wife may have cheated on him with a famous singer. It's allegedly that the actress may have hung out with R&B singer Trey Songz, and it drove the rapper crazy. Hayes has ties to boxer/media mogul Floyd Mayweather.

Investigators concluded that Hayes shot his wife while sleeping before he took himself out. This event happened in the early Monday morning at the Palazzo East in a LAPD news release Wednesday evening.

“Investigators have determined that Hayes killed his wife Stephanie in their home and then took his own life,” the news release stated.

Earl Hayes was a rapper who worked with Floyd Mayweather. Mayweather semi-retired from his boxing career to focus on entertainment. Mayweather is a rapper and media mogul.

Hayes, 34, was a musician and friend of professional boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. Moseley was a dancer who starred in the show “Hit the Floor” on VH1.

Mayweather’s camp communicated with Hayes shortly before the deaths, law enforcement sources told the Los Angeles Times.

Trey Songz really did invent sex. He's being accused by friends of Earl Hayes as the reason to why he committed murder on his estranged wife.

Friends and family members who arrived at the apartment complex Monday said the couple had been having marital problems.

Police at the scene of the shooting, which prompted a SWAT response, initially said the case was believed to be a murder-suicide.

After the bodies were found inside the couple’s home, police spoke to witnesses who corroborated that belief, Wednesday’s news release stated.

The Unit capo and Money Team capo stirred the pot. 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather stated that Stephanie Moseley cheated on Earl Hayes with R&B singer Trey Songz.

Mayweather and his former friend 50 Cent may have agitated the event. They claimed that the Mosley may have cheated on Hayes with R&B singer Trey Songz.

"He was crushed and never got over it," a source close to Hayes told TMZ.

Apparently the infidelity with the singer was one of many that he accused her of having, and was the cause for a separation between the couple two years ago.

Songz has not responded to the rumors, but did post a message of prayer for the actress/back-up dancer soon after news broke that she and Hayes were found dead inside an L.A. apartment. "R.I.P babygirl. Once an angel on earth, now watching over us from Heaven. You'll b missed but never forgotten. Love," he tweeted.

Hayes worked with Timbaland, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent and was signed to Interscope for a brief moment.

No Weapons Drawn When Elderly Woman Ran Into Utah Police Cruiser!

Nevada woman thanks Utah State Patrol for their kind deeds.

The #CrimingWhileWhite meme continues. The good heartfelt story about a woman who was traveling to Salt Lake City to see her dying son getting a ride from Utah State Highway Patrol. The woman was pulled over for a minor traffic violation. She was given a verbal warning by trooper.

But before she could leave she accidentally bumped into the police cruiser. Instead of coming out with gun drawn, he would give the woman a ride to Salt Lake City.

How nice! I just wondering if the woman was not elderly or non-White, would this kind hearted trooper would have given a ride to the person?

Trooper Jeff Jones stopped Helen "Skeeter" Smith of Panaca, NV on Interstate 15 in the desert plains of Millard County.

The 87-year old woman said that she has bad eye sight and was distraught. Jones would aid her to the next county where three other troopers would aid her for the next 184 miles.

So the trooper arranged to move Smith’s car to a sheriff’s department parking lot and coordinated a shuttle system with troopers in other counties to get the woman to the hospital.

Jones shuttled the woman himself to Juab County, where Trooper Jared Jensen drove Smith to Utah County, where Trooper Chris Bishop drove her to Salt Lake County and dropped her off with Trooper Andrew Pollard.

Pollard drove her to the hospital, where Smith was able to visit her son.

A spokesman for the Utah Highway Patrol said Jones was not directed by a supervisor to assist the woman, but he did the right thing by providing the service Smith needed.

“I just decided she needed help and we do help shuttle people once in a while — so why not her?” Jones said.

Even though Smith's son is still ill and seeking treatment, the woman had nothing but kind things to say about the officers who helped her. “I ended up taking four patrol cars,” she said. “Four good-lookin’ patrol boys brought me.”

Another thing, did the officer do a search of Smith? Obviously, not.

The woman was elderly and White.

I send my condolences to the family of Darrien Hunt. He was shot and killed by law enforcement in Provo suburb of Saratoga Springs after he was allegedly thrusting his replica sword at them.

In Missouri, continued unrest. Three weeks since the St. Louis County prosecutor decided to not indict a Ferguson officer in the death of unarmed teen Michael Brown, the nation continues to have strong emotions and criticisms towards the decision.

About 283 miles from St. Louis in the city of St. Joseph, a bar is under fire after the media was tipped off to choice of drinks it was trying to offer its patrons.

Mug Shots pub is facing some heavy heat after it was trying to give its customers the Michael Brown.

The Michael Brown offered 6 shots of alcohol. It played a reference of how many times former Ferguson officer Darren Wilson put into the unarmed teen.

The drink was six shots of  Jose Cinge, a popular rum among bar flies.

One of the owners who spoke under anonymity told the junk food media that the situation will be corrected. They "truly apologized" for the reference to the unarmed teen.

It hit the social media networks after someone discovered it being offered at the St. Joseph bar.

Lastly, it didn't make it any better after it was discovered that Anonymous was going to shame the business by releasing their names.

Conservative Outrage Over Rolling Stone Mag's Rape Story!

Rolling Stone magazine with Lady Gaga as a feature. The entertainer admits that she was a victim of rape on the Howard Stern show on SiriusXM radio.

The Rolling Stone magazine is doing some damage control after one of its writers wrote a damning story about a woman being allegedly raped by members of a fraternity at the University of Virginia.

The managing editor for Rolling Stone, Will Dana apologized for factual discrepancies between a story that was run about an apparent Gang rape in the University of Virgina's campus. The Magazine stated that it had misplaced its trust on 'Jackie', the nickname of the student who asserted she was raped at a fraternity's party in 2012.

Dana also admitted that Rolling Stone never attempted to contact the accused, at the request of Jackie. The fraternity in question said that it did not have an officially sanctioned party on the date described, nor was the person accused actually a member of said fraternity.

The University of Virgina president Teresa Sullivan commented that the developments will not alter the university’s focus on “one of the most difficult and critical issues facing higher education today: sexual violence on college campuses.

College rape is real.

Somehow the issues of college rape falls on deaf ears when the victim is being questioned by those who believe it's a hoax. Rape allegations are serious. There's nothing funny about an accusation of rape. People are often afraid to go to the law in fear of repercussions by those who have power.

See the controversy with Bill Cosby went unheard until 2014. There's been allegations for years that Cosby has cheated on his wife. But most ignored it and often thought that as human beings, this was a personal matter. But some often question the accuser because they believe its extortion. The attempt to wrestle namesake and dollars out of the accused.

Understand that rape is rape. Nothing funny. It's a serious crime. A crime that should often carry a severe punishment of time in the iron college. Some states advocate the pills and gas for some who may end up giving the victim a STD or ending up killing their victim.

Filing a false report is also a serious crime. The time spent to solve a crime is costly. When an accuser wrongfully and willingly files a report, it can ruin the reputation of the accused.

The racist right only accepts the accused when they're mostly WHITE and privileged.
