BREAKING: Carlisha Freeland-Gaither Alive! Suspect Caught!

Just a few hours into the news, the junk food media reports that the missing 22-year old woman was found. The feds and local law enforcement found the pieces and solved a mystery.

Carlisha Freeland-Gaither was found in Jessup, Maryland. The suspect is a tier III offender who has charges for attempted capital murder, explosives and malicious injury with deadly substance.

The junk food media reported that Sunday after leaving a party, Carlisha was abducted by a Black male who ran up on her.

The feds quickly found a suspect on video in two locations. One in Philadelphia and one in Maryland.
Delvin Barnes, the evil man who abducted a woman.
The suspect was using her credit card. That was the key to solving this case. Carlisha was found over 100 miles from her home. She's being treated for minor injuries from the scuffle.

According to CBS Baltimore, the suspect is named Delvin Barnes. He’s being investigated for a previous case and faces attempted capital murder, assault and malicious injury with acid, explosives or fire. He will face federal charges in this case. He is 37.

Details of that other case are not yet available.

Barnes and Gaither were found inside of a vehicle in Jessup. An officer said he believes it was a stranger abduction and there’s no indication that they knew each other.

Officers stress this is an active criminal investigation.

“We got a very dangerous predator off the street,” Police Chief Charles Ramsey said. “He’s a thug and this is what he does, apparently.”

ATF agents say that she was hysterical when Barnes was arrested.

A three minute video shows the moment the suspect parks his car, gets out and starts stalking his victim. She turns to face him and he grabs her and drags her down the street. They continue to struggle after she falls to the ground.
Quick actions lead to her being found.

Witnesses who didn’t want to be identified describe the chaotic scene.

“`Help me, help me!’ I turned around and I just started running up here and I called the cops, screaming `Stop, stop, stop,'” said one.

On Tuesday morning the suspect was seen 72 miles south of Philadelphia in Aberdeen, using his victim’s ATM card at PNC Bank. The suspect was then caught on surveillance video buying snacks at a nearby mini-mart. WJZ went to a Shell gas station and spoke to the employees, who did not want to go on camera but say that is where he came.

Gaither lived in California, Maryland, for some time before moving to Pennsylvania. Her picture is now plastered everywhere from Philadelphia to Maryland as her mother begs for her daughter.

Keisha Gaither thanked everyone for praying for her daughter.

“I’m taking my baby home. Thank you. Thank you so much.”

Gaither relayed a story during the conference of how a detective came to her home and promised that he would find her daughter and bring her home.

Police say Carlisha put up a fight and kicked out the window of the suspect’s car. The vehicle is described as a Ford Taurus, possibly gray, and that shattered window is a key detail in this crime.

The reward for tips leading to the suspect is now $47,000. It’s not known if someone will be claiming that reward.

Where's Carlisha Freeland-Gaither?

Where's Carlisha?
The junk food media has taken an interest in the abduction of a Philadelphia nurse who was kidnapped. The kidnapping was on video showing a man running up on the young woman Carlisha Freeland-Gaither. Within a few seconds, you see her kicking and screaming. There's reports that she was trying to punch the abductor. The woman was leaving a party and then a few moments later, a Black male runs up on her and takes her.

Now leads are pouring into the case. The law has a description of the person who used her credit card in a Maryland store.

Now what's going down?

The feds are now getting involved in the search.

On Sunday, Carlisha a 22-year old nurse was heading home. When she gotten to the Germantown section of Philadelphia, the kidnapping occurred.

Police recovered the woman's purse and cell phone. So this isn't an apparent robbery.

I mean this young woman put up a fight. The family is grief stricken by this. They are hoping that there's a chance that the young woman is still alive.
The description of the suspect who used Carlisha Freeland-Gaither's credit card.
The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that it's unclear whether the man seen using the ATM early Monday is the same man who was captured on video Sunday dragging Carlesha Freeland-Gaither into a waiting sedan in the 100 block of West Coulter Street as she struggled and screamed.

Added, investigators have also interviewed a person whose car is seen on the video backing away from the Taurus, as well as a man seen running down the block. The witness in the car told investigators he saw Freeland-Gaither being forced into the car, police said, and saw the car's windows shatter before he backed away. The witness did not get a license plate number, police said.

At the news conference, Freeland-Gaither's grandmother, Ana Mulero, said there were "some gray people" in the woman's past, mentioning a boy she had forbidden her granddaughter to date. A police official ended the line of questioning before she went into more detail.

Freeland-Gaither had recently moved from her grandfather's house to live with her boyfriend just a few blocks from where she was kidnapped.

ABC News reports that the feds released the new video showing a man in a hooded jacket as he shops in a supermarket hours before that Carlesha Freeland-Gaither was kidnapped on Sunday, according to the video time stamp.

The video shows the man entering and leaving the unidentified store as well as walking through its aisles. He appears to have a slight limp. Investigators also noted that the man in the video had a wallet chain and wore a dark hoodie.

Police have not named any suspects in the case.

Freeland-Gaither's abduction on an empty Philadelphia street Sunday night was caught on surveillance video and began with a wary handshake, according to additional video released Tuesday night.

Additional surveillance footage taken from a second angle of the kidnapping revealed the first frightening moments between Freeland-Gaither and her assailant.

It's not clear if they interviewed the boyfriend but obviously that's the first person to question.

We here at Journal de la Reyna hope for a safe recovery for Carlisha.

Two Black Republicans Won!

Republican candidate for Utah's Fourth Congressional District Mia Love will join the circus. Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) won a full term. Both won their elections easily.

Of course, Tim Scott, won a full term as the U.S. Senator from South Carolina. But here comes Utah's Congressional Fourth District victor Mia Love. The candidate won her bid for the U.S. House.

This is a first for the mostly WHITE Republican Party. They have two Black elected U.S. lawmakers.

Both were insurgent candidates.

Scott, the first Black senator since Reconstruction won easily against the Democratic challenger. He and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) both continue their reign as U.S. Senators. He along with Cory Booker will be the only two Black U.S. Senators currently serving.

Mia Love, the former mayor of Saratoga Springs, She became the first Black lawmaker from Utah to win after a defeat. The first time she was defeated by Democratic House representative Jim Matherson in a nail biter race in 2012. Now that Matherson retired from Congress, Utah's only Democratic held seat finally flipped to the Black Republican. The seat was heavily REPUBLICAN.

Matherson was the most vulnerable Democrat ever to hold a seat. He couldn't take it no more. He retired. Cook political analysis had Utah Fourth Congressional District at +15 REPUBLICAN. The Democrats were at risk of losing the seat anyway.

Ludmya Bourdeau "Mia" Love (born December 6, 1975) is the first Haitian American and first black female Republican ever elected to Congress. Love won the Republican nomination in the 4th Congressional district at the April 26th, 2014 Utah Republican convention. She won election to the House of Representatives from the 4th District of Utah, defeating Democratic opponent Doug Owens.

She's a pro-life, anti-immigration, pro-fracking, and pro-gun politiico.

She has said that if elected to Congress, she would “join the Congressional Black Caucus and try to take that thing apart from the inside out” and has described the Democrat-dominated Caucus as characterized by “...demagoguery. They sit there and ignite emotions and ignite racism when there isn't. They use their positions to instill fear. Hope and change is turned into fear and blame. Fear that everybody is going to lose everything and blaming Congress for everything instead of taking responsibility."

Timothy Eugene "Tim" Scott (born September 19, 1965) is the junior United States Senator for South Carolina.

Scott was born in North Charleston, South Carolina to Ben Scott, Sr. and Frances Scott, a nursing assistant. His parents were divorced when he was 7, and he grew up in poverty under the care of his mother who worked 16-hour days. He has an older brother who is a Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army.

Scott attended Presbyterian College from 1983 to 1984, on a partial football scholarship, and graduated from Charleston Southern University in 1988 with a B.S. in Political Science.

In addition to his political career, Scott owns an insurance agency, and works as a financial advisor.

Scott is one of only two African-American members currently serving in the United States Senate.

Scott will not join the Congressional Black Caucus.

Mia Love will be added to the list of labels. Tim Scott and Cory Booker are already labeled here on Journal de la Reyna.

Mia Love, Tom Cotton, and Joni Ernst are going to be extremely controversial lawmakers. Hopefully I am proven wrong. So far, the junk food media is already propping them up as "rock stars".

Joni Ernst: The New Face Of The Insurgency!

Fire and ice. Joni Ernst will be sworn in January. The insurgency backed candidate beaten weak Dem in Senate race for an open seat. The junk food media is making her into a "rock star".

The state of Iowa elected its first Republican woman to the U.S. Senate.  Joni Ernst, an insurgency supported nominee beat the weak candidate Congressman Bruce Braley (D-IA) in a bitterly fought race for the open seat being vacated by Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA).

Ernst along with Thom Tillis, David Perdue, Dan Sullivan, Congressman Tom Cotton (R-AK), Congressman Cory Gardner (R-CO), Congresswoman Shelley Capito (R-WV), Congressman Steve Daines (R-MT), Governor Mike Rounds (R-SD) will be sworn in January as U.S. Senators.

Republicans won the control of Congress.

Democrats are pissed at not only President Barack Obama but themselves and the junk food media.

They figured that even though things were done under the president, his falling poll numbers (and not to mention his race) contributed a high turnout with Republican voters.

The average Republican voter is typically WHITE, CONSERVATIVE and OVER 65.

The key to helping Republicans win elections and the bragging rights. The agitators of the conservative media are patting each other on the back for giving these candidates airtime and motivation.

The insurgency added Ernst to the fold of many. Stallmigos Mike Lee (R-UT), Rand Paul (R-KY), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Marco Rubio (R-FL),

Joni Kay Ernst (born July 1, 1970) is an American politician who serves as a Republican member of the Iowa Senate, and was elected a United States senator in the United States Senate election in Iowa in November 2014, defeating Bruce Braley, her Democratic opponent.

She is also a lieutenant colonel in the Iowa Army National Guard. Ernst is the first woman to represent Iowa in the United States Congress, the first woman elected on a statewide level in Iowa, and the first female veteran in the U.S. Senate.

Ernst resides in Red Oak, Iowa with her husband, Gail, a retired command sergeant major in the United States Army Rangers and their daughter, Libby.

Ernst is a lifetime member of the Montgomery County Republican Women, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2265, Montgomery County Court of Honor, Altrusa, PEO Chapter HB, a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, and member of and the Montgomery County Farm Bureau.

She is a member of the Mamrelund Lutheran Church (ELCA) of Stanton, Iowa.

The After Election Analysis....

What would President Barack Obama say to the House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) and the Senate Majority Leader Designate Mitch McConnell?

If I was President Barack Obama after the election, I would first call the Republican leaders.

Congratulations to the Republicans on taking back the Congress. I know that you guys aren't too fond of me. I understand. I would say the same about the Republican Party right now. The American people have spoken. I will do my best to work with the Speaker and the new Majority Leader. Me and Vice President Joe Biden have laid out our plans for the new Congress. I am willing to accept that we didn't get our message out there. But as the president, my job is to get things done.

I know I got two more years of my presidency. My job is to focus on our economy. My job is to make sure that our country is safe from ISIL and Ebola. We will work with the Congress to advocate legislation to combat terrorism here and abroad. Although I disagree with a travel ban for people traveling from Ebola stricken nations, we will take everything in consideration with the new Congress.

The Congress must pass Comprehensive Immigration Reform. We have millions of citizens who living here in the United States in the shadows. With Comprehensive Immigration Reform, we can finally help immigrants the opportunities to be legal American citizens.

Congress must pass an infrastructure bill to get roads and bridges repaired. Too many of our roads and bridges are crumbling. The new Congress must figure out a reasonable bill to pass and I will sign it.

I will veto any attempts to repeal the healthcare law. We can work together to improve the law, but I will not sign any law that attempts to repeal the law. We can't allow millions of Americans go without health insurance.

We need to advocate for innovation for clean energy. The contiguous debate over the Keystone XL pipeline will not move forward without a comprehensive look into the environmental impact of residents in the vicinity of the pipeline. The Senate must nominate my appointees. We have federal departments without a supervision. This is not acceptable of the new Congress. We need to pass a bill to help college bound students to get affordable loans.  Let's get things done. I am willing to compromise on some of the policies if you can at least focus on the issues facing the middle class.

We understand that the momentum is against us right now. We respect the democracy of everyone who voted. The American people have spoken. We will find ways to work with the new majority.

REPUBLICAN VICTORY!

Will they compromise with President Barack Obama?

HISTORIC ELECTION FOR THE REPUBLICANS AND THE INSURGENCY!

The U.S. Senate and House will be in the hands of the inept Republican Party this coming session.

Every candidate the Democrats lined up went to slaughter. The Republicans hold on Kansas, Kentucky, Georgia, and picked up the required seats to take back the majority. Louisiana will go into a runoff.

COLORADO, ARKANSAS, ALASKA, NORTH CAROLINA, AND IOWA SWING RED.

BIG NIGHT FOR REPUBLICAN HOUSE, SENATE CANDIDATES AND INCUMBENT GOVERNORS.

FLORIDA, KANSAS, OHIO, MAINE, IOWA, GEORGIA, MICHIGAN, AND WISCONSIN CONTINUE TO BE IN THE HANDS OF RICK SCOTT, SAM BROWNBACK, JOHN KASICH, PAUL LEPAGE, TERRY BRANSTED, NATHAN DEAL, RICK SNYDER, AND SCOTT WALKER.

REPUBLICANS WON ILLINOIS, MARYLAND, AND MASSACHUSETTS.

THE RACIST RIGHT (OLDER THAN 65, WHITE, CONSERVATIVE) TURNED OUT HEAVILY FOR THE REPUBLICANS.

THE DEMOCRATS WERE HOPING ON THE YOUNG, AFRICAN AMERICANS AND HISPANICS TO COME OUT. THE TURNOUT WAS LOWER.

THE REPUBLICANS MANDATED THIS ELECTION. THE JUNK FOOD MEDIA PROJECTS THE U.S. SENATE TO FALL INTO THE HANDS OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY.

DEVELOPMENTS CONTINUE AS THEY FOLLOW.

The Day Of Reckoning!

Weeper of the House John Boehner (R-OH), Minority Leader Mitch "The Turtle" McConnell (R-KY) and House Majority Leader Kevin "The 'Young Gun" McCarthy (R-CA) are posed to take back Congress. They will continue to be a headache to President Barack Obama.

It's the day of reckoning. The U.S. Midterm Elections is today. There are very important governor's and U.S. Senate races. It's time to make history.

Could the inept Republicans take back Congress? They lost control in 2007 when George W. Bush was deeply unpopular. That impact managed to help Democrats retake the Congress and aid then senator Barack Obama to the White House.

Now the worthless Democrats are finally seeing the impact of six years of Barack Obama's presidency. The Dems now fear that the base that turned out for him in 2008 and 2012 is sitting it out or dirty tactics from Republican led state legislatures could hurt their chances to hold on to what little power they have.

Barack Obama is deeply unpopular and his impact could cost the Democrats seven seats in the U.S. Senate and eight in the House of Representatives.

Tonight the junk food media is going to cover every aspect of this. They will tell stories of new faces in the Congress.

The agitators of talk radio will debate the sides. The racist right will celebrate this as a repudiation of the Democrats and President Barack Obama.

The condescending left is saying that this narrative that a Republican victory is a disaster for America.

The racist right is saying that with Republicans in power, the country could be saved.

You see how this election is so divisive!

A bunch of unaccomplished legislators are going home. A bunch of unaccomplished legislators coming in. The old cycle of talk a lot of game and yet do nothing. Rush to the cameras to attack the opposition while secretly taking the spoils.

Don't let me drag on your opportunities. Get your ass out there to vote!

MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
