Pop Singer's Bodyguard Smacks Up Fan!

Lil' Wayne signs Christina Milian to the YMCMB label.

The Cash Money/Young Money empire is growing. The label helped Lil' Wayne, Birdman, Drake, Tyga and Nicki Minaj into the mainstream with catchy hooks and mainstream album releases.

Some of the veteran acts have decided to save their careers, hop on the label that's making money.

The Game, Busta Rhymes, reality star Paris Hilton and pop singer Christina Milian have decided to saved their washed up careers, they would join the Cash Money label.

Now I'm all for protecting the lives of high profile celebrities. But is Christina Milian a high profile celebrity?

I mean she released three albums on her previous label Island Def Jam. And of the four, one album managed to make her mainstream buzz.

Nowadays she's now a mom. She temporarily gave up the singing and acting to raise her child.

Having a child with confirmed cheater and former Def Jam act Terius Mash (known professionally as The Dream), Milian filed for divorce after rumors of the entertainer cheating on her.

After having a chance to rebound by appearing on Dancing With The Stars, the pop singer announced that she's getting back into the studio with her new crew.

Today, she gets her street cred for allowing her bodyguard smack away a crazed fan. Although the video shows the bodyguard open palm the broad, the video shows that it may land him and Milian in the courtroom if the woman decides to take them to court.

The woman (wearing only a bra and shorts) went after a bodyguard protecting Christina ... and the bodyguard swatted her away with an open palm to the face.

We have no idea who the woman is or why she was upset -- but the video's intense.

Christina was in a great mood on her way into Hooray Henry's ... but the short-tempered security guard definitely led her out in a hurry.

Heels Kill!

Men find women in heels to be very sexy.

Houston, Texas is the fourth largest city in America. And somewhere in metro area, a woman does something so deadly it may give her life in the iron college. The woman is accused of murdering her boyfriend with a stiletto heel.

Ana Trujillo, 45 is currently in Harris County lockup over this one. It's gaining national attention.

She was in a dispute with her on-and-off boyfriend Dr. Alf Stefan Andersson over a nightclub fight.

Trujillo claims that Andersson got jealous when a guy hit on her. They continued this argument into their home and I guess this led to her stabbing him in the face, head and neck with her spiky heels.

The mother of two will now face justice on this one.

Houston metro police have discovered the man in a hallway with stab wounds. Trujillo called the law and when they arrived she answered the door covered in blood.

Now as trial begins, Trujillo may take the stand. She will claim that she's a victim of domestic abuse.

The Houston Chronicle reports that Trujillo stabbed the victim at least 25 times with a stiletto heel as she beat him to death last year.

"It looked like something out of a horror movie," Assistant Harris County District Attorney Sarah Mickelson told the jury of seven men and five women. "There was so much blood, the police officer thought Stefan had been shot in the face."

Mickelson said Andersson had been stabbed and was "beaten to bloody pulp."

Trujillo's defense team said a fight broke out because Andersson did not want Trujillo to leave town to visit her daughter. They said he believed Trujillo would end the couple's tumultuous relationship.
Houston woman could face life in the iron college for stabbing man with her shoe.
"The man went crazy and said, 'you're not leaving,' " said Jack Carroll, an attorney for Trujillo. "He grabbed her and slammed her against the wall."

Carroll said the couple had spent the evening drinking together and went to Andersson's Museum District condominium about 2 a.m.

"There was a life and death struggle that night," Carroll said. "And she did what she had to do."

Although investigators believe Trujillo used a stiletto high heel to stab Andersson, the defense said Monday it was a platform high heel.

The trial, in state District Judge Brock Thomas' court, is expected to last more than a week.

ACA (aka Obamacare) Signup Deadline!

Affordable Care Act final signup. The president's job approval rises.

The Affordable Care Act's final signup is today. You have til midnight tonight to complete a full registration. By law, anyone who refuses to sign up for health insurance enrollment will face a tax penalty.

According to Gallup, politics affect the uninsured. Twice as many Democrats will sign up for insurance, while those stupid Republicans will risk paying a penalty on their taxes for refusing to sign up.

Of course the conservative agitators are continuing the fear mongering campaign once again at the last minute to make their final case to attack the healthcare law. Those hapless Americans who are fixated on solely hating President Barack Obama are going to make themselves have ulcers.

So many conservatives are trying to make the case to reject the law. Despite it passing Congress, being signed into law by the president, the ACA faced courtroom challenges. The conservatives took this all the way to the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court recognized the ACA as the law.

One would think it end. Nope.

Republicans are still fixated on repealing the law. They've tried to repeal the law over 50 times.
Four years.
They've complained about the internet website. They harped on the internet website crashing. Still whining about the website giving out personal information. Of course these are Republicans who want to be on That Guy Who Helped Obama Win's program.

They've complained over and over about the White House cooking the books. Why?

Obviously people have gotten the word. The website is experience heavy internet traffic because thousands are officially signing up for the law.

Sign ups this month and according to the Health and Human Services secretary Kathleen Sebelius there's been over 6 million Americans officially signed up. Also the bump by the president's appearance on Zach Galifianakis' Between The Two Ferns helped the young and uninsured sign up.

A long way to go but improvements are helping move the law into effect.

Did you know that conservative agitators and their staff members probably signup for healthcare coverage?

Do you know that Republican staffers are required to signup for healthcare coverage?

And do you actually believe the dozen or so White folks who appear on Loserville scaring you with tales of Obamacare mishaps?

Remember Americans, you are required to signup for health insurance.

People without insurance hurt us all. Because it affects our premiums and is probably one of the main reasons for most of our economic woes.

The Affordable Care Act benefits include: Non discrimination on pre-existing conditions. Anyone who is not working and is under 26 will remain on their parent's healthcare. Employers must require full-time workers to have an option to buy insurance. Businesses with over 50 employees must have insurance for their employees.

Disspell the myths!

O'Reilly's Feud With Barbara Lee Continues!

O'Loofus found his new Ludacris. This one is a Democratic representative from California.

Looks like it's O'Loofus back to his old ways. The conservative agitator now picks fights with lawmakers who he believes are "race hustlers". Instead of promoting that vile garbage he calls rap music, the kingmaker of cable agitation now sets his sights on California congresswoman Democrat Barbara Lee.

O'Loofus and his network Loserville have made it their goal to undermine President Barack Obama and help the inept Republicans take full control of the Congress. The Republicans if proven are posed to recapture the U.S. Senate.

The Republicans are hoping that they can win enough votes (i.e. Angry White Folks) to rebound after a devastating loss in the 2012 presidential elections.

It's bad enough they had to run on this "I won't work with Obama meme", but they've tied their whole campaign around the Affordable Healthcare Act. They are so fixated on Obamacare and will continue these wasted votes long after today's deadline for enrollment.

O'Loofus is so tired of Black leaders singling him and many other conservative agitators as "racist".

Last week Wisconsin Republican congressman and former vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan made comments on Bill "If We Abort Black Babies Then Crime Will Go Down" Bennett's program derailing on intercity folks not working and wanting "da gubmint sugar daddy" to help them.

Lee didn't find that comment amusing and sent out a press release saying that Ryan should apologize for his statements.
Congresswoman Barbara Lee (D-CA) would love to debate O'Loofus. Unfotunately he's such a punk. He'll never allow her on his show because he'll have to take blood pressure meds to keep him from shouting.
To "us Black folk", you don't have to blow the whistle to get our ears ringing. You just have to be a stupid ass Republican. The privileged Ryan and his former running mate perennial loser Mitt Romney continue to be anchors around the necks of potential losers for the 2016 presidential elections.

For you see Republicans like Ryan, Romney and O'Loofus are typical old White men who fear change.

They would never set foot in a Black neighborhood.

They would never experience the joys of Black culture.

They would get their generalizations from those in the news media (i.e O'Loofus' employer Loserville).

They inspire bigots to openly attack others because of race, gender, sexuality, religion, political and economic standings.

They put in the heads of mush mouths (i.e. Romeo Rose), that Blacks are criminals. Blacks are whiners. Blacks take from the White man. Blacks vote for Obama because he's like them. You know the usual word vomit that keeps them continuously in the red when it comes to minority outreach.

O'Loofus had Ryan defend his comments. Ryan cautiously walked back some of his comments and said that Lee was a "personal friend" and "he was a big boy about the criticism".

O'Loofus wasn't. He had the nerve to call her a race hustler, a liar, a pinhead and a member of the PC crew who wants to throw race in every aspect of an event that happens in America.

Lee didn't waste time knocking the agitator. Saturday on Media Matters Radio on SiriusXM, the California congresswoman stated that (Loserville, O'Loofus, That Guy Who Helped Obama Win and Megyn The Outrage Princess) are the right's decoders. O'Loofus is using coded words, she declared.

She said, “We need to hear more from people of conscience,” and admitted that when people like O’Loofus rail against people like herself, “some people could be intimidated” and feel they shouldn't speak out. Lee insisted on the importance of moving past “anger and hostility” and engaging in a real dialogue.

She basically saying "put me on the show". I'll debate your accusations.

She was a single mother who lived on food stamps before she would run for Congress. She would participate with Ohio Democratic congressman Tim Ryan and Minnesota Democratic congressman Keith Ellison for the Food Stamp Challenge.

Many lawmakers can tell you that the safety net is very important. Without that safety net, you would see those who need the safety net kill you to survive.

Here's an audio from Media Matters Radio.

And of course O'Loofus attacking Lee after she respond the first time to his racial bias.

Woman Post Drunken Pictures On Facebook Gets Locked Up!

The smirk of an unapologetic young woman who failed the breathalyzer test. The woman posted on the social networks that she deliberately cheated the court ordered test.

You can't win......

You can't fix stupid!

Or both?

Who knows?

Anyway, as I click on The Huffington Post today, I look at their Weird News section. It was labeled the most dumbest crime to ever happen.

A young woman from Michigan goes to county lock up for doing something that professionals see as the death of a working career. She posts on Facebook her actions unbeknownst of a judge.

Part of a court order probation, Colleen Cudney was to stay away from the booze. She was required to take a breathalyzer test on order of the court.

She passed the test with flying colors.

She would later post on Facebook that she made an "achievement".

Unfortunately, she added a few extra things to the posting and of course confessed that she deliberately sabotaged the test.

For you see, Ms. Cudney, 22 did have a good St. Patrick's Day. She got wasted and must of seek advice from people who have no business telling her to beat a rap.

Investigators say she posted this: “Buzz killer for me, I had to breathalyze (sic) this morning and I drank yesterday but I passed thank god lol my dumba@@."

Anita Brown, a resident of Oak Park, says she didn't find Cudney's post humorous at all.

"I hope they throw the book at you young lady because it's sad that you did something like that because you could hurt someone or kill someone," Brown said.

A Westland police officer saw her post that morning and notified the probation office. When a probation officer called Cudney to return to the office for an urine test, she hung up the phone.

Probation officials say that was a violation of her probation. It was set to end in a few weeks.

From Colleen Cudney's MySpace profile. Her screen name is colleenownsyoubiotch

An urine test would have detected if Cudney had anything to drink in the 80 hours prior to taking it, probation officials said.

Local 4 went by her house Thursday afternoon and were told no comment. Her Facebook post is sparking a lot of comments on the streets.

"People post some crazy things. They don't even think before they do anything," said Thomas Boyce, of Inkster.

Cudney is due in court on April 1st for a probation hearing. She could be sentenced to 93 days in jail.

She will also get a lifetime of shaming because the story went viral.

On top of that, she may get death threats, the possibility of losing her job, and/or the possibility of never driving again. Cause when you get behind a wheel while intoxicated, you put your life and others at risk for death.

So here's a lesson in American culture.

DON'T POST SOMETHING THAT MAY LAND YOU IN THE IRON COLLEGE!

DON'T POST SOMETHING THAT MAY ATTRACT UNWANTED ATTENTION!

DON'T POST SOMETHING THAT YOU MAY REGRET IF YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS SEE IT!

DON'T POST ALL YOUR BUSINESS OUT THERE! SOMEONE IS ALWAYS LOOKING! WAITING FOR THE RIGHT TIME FOR YOU TO MAKE A MISTAKE!

IF YOU POST SOMETHING ONLINE AND IT'S EMBARRASSING! IT'S THERE FOREVER!

Washed Up Rapper Shot By His Nephew!

Some fun facts about washed up rapper Benzino

Born: July 18, 1965 (age 48), Boston, MA Height: 5' 3" (1.60 m)

He's about the average height of a woman.

He released four albums and none of them are successful.

Washed up rapper and reality star Raymond "Benzino" Scott was known to shoot off his mouth. He often engaged in this braggadocio about how he's from the "Mean Streets Of Boston".

He was once the co-owner of the hip-hop magazine The Source. He and his partner Dave Mays ran the magazine into the ground. Black Enterprises sacked them over seven years ago. They relaunched Hip-Hop Weekly and continue to blow money fast.

He was the rapper who engaged in a feud with Eminem. Most people never heard of him. They thought of him as a buffoon for taking on a rapper who is pretty much a legend.

The dumb rapper probably pissed off more than Eminem. He spent nearly a decade feuding with him. He claims the feud is "over". But on ocassions, he'll drop diss on Em.

He's pissed off Kim Osario, the former editor of The Source. She successfully sued him and Mays for sexual harassment.

He's pissed off the police. For the numerous run ins for driving without a license and drug charges. Then he would go on television screaming racism.

Benzino pissed off the millions of readers (one being me) who didn't get their subscription in the mail. The Source went through bankruptcy. Those who spent that $24 for a two year subscription weren't given the magazine. They were given the run around. The run around led to its competitors (one being XXL) to take the spot as the number on hip-hop magazine.
Ja Rule with Benzino in the studio listening to their beats.
Nowadays whenever you're a washed up celebrity, you'll end up on reality television. Well Benzino is a fixture of Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta.

The Associated Press and Huffington Post reports that Benzino was injured after being shot by his nephew on a Massachusetts highway Saturday while riding in a funeral procession for a family member, according authorities and Benzino's hip-hop magazine.

Benzino, whose real name is Raymond Scott, is a cast member of the VH1 reality show "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" and CEO of Hip-Hop Weekly. The magazine confirmed on its website Saturday night that Benzino had been shot.

The 48-year-old Benzino was traveling on Route 3 south of Boston just before noon when 36-year-old Gai Scott pulled alongside and fired several shots into a red SUV driven by Benzino, the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office said in a statement. Officials say there had been growing tension between the two.

Benzino, of Mansfield, Mass., got out of the SUV after being struck and was taken by a passerby to the Duxbury Police Department and then transferred to a hospital.

Hip-Hop Weekly said he was shot in an arm, and his back was grazed by a bullet.

He was listed in good condition, a spokeswoman for South Shore Hospital in South Weymouth said Sunday morning.

The magazine said Benzino was in the area to bury his mother. He was heading to a church in Plymouth at the time of the shooting, the District Attorney's Office said.

Police responding to the scene found the red SUV in the middle of Route 3 with bullet holes and a reddish brown substance believe to be blood inside the vehicle. Officials said shell casings and projectiles also were found at the scene.

Gai Scott, of Randolph, Mass., was taken into custody and charged with assault with intent to murder. He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in the Plymouth District Court.

The "Love & Hip Hop" series is known for its over-the-top drama and fights — making it a ratings success, but also a target for criticism. The fourth season of the show's New York series ended in January. The third season of the Atlanta spinoff debuts in May.

Loserville Sics "Uncle Juan" On Ebony!

The right hates Ebony magazine because one of their editors criticized Black conservatives.

I've said it too many times.

Why should I continue beating it into the heads of our critics here on Journal de la Reyna?

I've posted every article about an issue that involves the community, the government and junk food media.

I've criticized Republican, Democrat, progressive and conservative respectively.

Way too many times, I've talked about how reactionary conservatives are when it comes to race. Often conservatives look at race with dark sunglasses. They believe that "racism is over", "Trayvon Martin was a thug", "Barack Obama is a....." and "Republicans freed the slaves".

They believe "us Black folk" are stuck on the "Democrat plantation" because we love "brotha Barack".

Republicans can barely break the 10% on Black members.

In the 21st Century, the Democratic Party nominated twice the first Black president. The American people elected the first Black person to ever reach that highest office.

Today in America, here in 2014, there are some who refer to the first Black president as a dictator. There are some who believe that every racist email, photo about the president is actually a joke. There are some who think that America is on a downward spiral because of the first Black president. These individuals believe that minorities benefit from "da gubmint". There are some who question the first Black president's birthplace, religion and stances on social and economic issues.

That's perfectly fine. They can do so at their discretion. For you see for every time a conservative acts out like this, Blacks tend to look at them as racist.

Ebony editor gets into a spat with the communications director of the RNC. Her company apologized over the weekend for the misunderstanding. The damage is done though. Republicans are going to make a case against the magazine and their favorite target President Barack Obama.
In 2014, the Republican Party is mostly White. There's probably less than 25 Republican Congressional lawmakers who are minorities. One clearly visible figure is Tim Scott, the Black Republican senator from South Carolina. Then there's Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz, two Hispanic Republican senators from Florida and Texas, respectively.  Then there's Susana Martinez, the Latina Republican governor of New Mexico. Yeah, Brian Sandoval, the Latino Republican governor of Nevada.

You have Florida representatives Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Mario Diaz-Barlart. And of course Raúl Labrador, the representative from Idaho. Jaime Herrera Beutler, she is a Republican lawmaker from Washington. They are Hispanic lawmakers.

And who couldn't forget Native American representatives Tom Cole and Markwayne Mullin from Oklahoma.

Okay there are minorities in the political party. However, the party is still struggling to win over minorities.

The Republican Party is mostly ideologically conservative. It's most WHITE, MALE and OLD.
Benjamin Carson is the right's newest toy.
The party elects people who come off as condescending bigots. They have put their political gambles on failures like perennial losers Mitt Romney.

The Republicans have failed the Black community so much it's nearly impossible to gain a strong turnout.

Ebony Magazine is part of the Johnson Publishing Company.

It was founded by John Johnson in Chicago, Ebony cover photography has since its inception focused on African-American celebrities and politicians, such as Dorothy Dandridge, Mariah Carey, Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Carol Moseley Braun, Barack Obama, Zoe Saldana, Tyrese Gibson and Tyler Perry. The magazine has evolved over the years, in 2010 starting an obvious and persistent redesign with an end goal of updating and enlivening the age-old brand.

In the past, the magazine was persistently upbeat, much like its generic contemporary Life. Ebony, edited by John H. Johnson, has striven always to address African-American issues, personalities and interests in a positive and self-affirming manner. Advertisers have for decades created ads specifically for the pages of Ebony that featured black models using their products.

Ebony frequently makes headlines in the blogosphere and in the mainstream press.

Well the editor of  Jamilah Lemieux made some criticism of former neurosurgeon and Black conservative Dr. Benjamin Carson over his attempts to reach out to Blacks with his own magazine.

“I have drinking games in mind already,” quipped Lemieux, regarding Carson’s tendency to communicate in outrageous talking points, like his comment that Obamacare is “worse than slavery” or when he said that women need to “re-educated” so they won’t “get all riled up” about abortion.

Okay, she has an opinion. She's not a fan of Carson.
"Uncle Juan" Williams' son Raffi worships Saint Ronald. He's gotten into a spat with the editor of Ebony over her criticisms of him and those so-called "freed" Negros.
But here comes the folks over at Loserville getting riled up over it. "Uncle Juan" Williams, a fixture on the network is none too happy about it. He's also steamed over the fact that Lemieux called his son Raffi a “white dude”.

Raffi Williams is the director of political outreach for young and minorities for the Republican National Committee. He was appointed to that position by Reince "Find The Rainbow" Priebus.

The Raw Story reports that Lemieux got onto Twitter to criticized Carson.

Someone asked Lemieux if she didn't want to know more about the publication, to which she replied, “I 100 percent do not want to know more, I wish I knew less!”

Then Raffi Williams — who wears his hair in loose waves and poses in front of a painting of Pres. Ronald Reagan in his Twitter profile photo — tweeted at Lemieux, “Wish you knew less? Hoped you would encourage diversity of thought.”

“Oh great,” Lemieux replied, “here comes a White dude telling me how to do this Black thing. Pass.”

The faux pas set off an immediate firestorm among users of the conservative Twitter aggregator Twitchy.com and other conservative media outlets, who branded Lemieux a racist and proceeded to hurl insults and invective.

“I hear you like to judge people by the color of their skin,” wrote one.
Loserville sics their favorite son on Ebony.
“‘Go away?’” said another, “I think you’re confused about how this twitter thing works. Also, you’re a racist.”

RedState.com commentator Aaron Gardner wrote, “This morning a news editor from Ebony decided to show her ignorance and racism to the world.”

Lemieux apologized to Williams, but for Gardner that wasn't enough.

“Quite frankly, Lemieux can take her apology and cram it,” he wrote. “I find it hard to believe that Lemieux’s apology was from the heart considering she is the daughter of a former Black Panther.”

By Thursday morning, RNC Chairman Reince Priebus was joining the fanned-up outrage and demanded an apology on Williams’ behalf from Ebony. Williams appeared on Fox News, complaining about how he’d been treated by Lemieux.

Thursday afternoon, even as Lemieux supporters kicked off an #IStandWithJamilah hashtag on Twitter, Ebony complied, issuing a stiffly-worded apology for what the publication called Lemieux’s “lack of judgment.”

The right’s heated reaction to the Twitter spat strikes some as spectacularly overblown and more than a little bit hypocritical. Clutch magazine’s Britni Danielle wrote, “The hypocrisy of Fox News, Reince Priebus, and several Conservatives is astounding.

While many Right Wingers have no problem pandering to extremists in their party like Ted Nugent who regularly spew on racially charged rhetoric (i.e. calling President Obama is the “Food Stamp President” or a Kenyan-born Muslim Socialist or a “subhuman mongrel”), the moment someone, particularly a Black person, does not subscribe to their views (or chooses to not engage as Lemieux did when she told Williams she wasn't interested in anything he had to say), they cry reverse racism and cloak themselves in victimhood.”

Conservatives launched a purported boycott against Ebony last September for its series of covers in the wake of the verdict in the trial of George Zimmerman, who shot and killed unarmed teenager in 2012. The publication’s covers featured black male celebrities and their families dressed in the type of “hoodie” sweatshirts that Martin was wearing when he died.

The magazine’s sales figures rose in the wake of the conservative initiative. As Daily Banter blogger Bob Cesca said, “You can’t boycott something you've never purchased.”

You Can't Win!

Shanesha Taylor
Mom got busted by the law. She had a job interview and she decided to leave her children in the car. Sheriff Joe Arpaio doesn't play that. The no-nonsense Maricopa County Sheriff's department doesn't care about you being homeless. It cares about the suspect putting the lives of children in danger.

A homeless woman who lives right out of her car was busted by police after she took advantage of an opportunity for a job.

One thing that comes to the law enforcement's mind, why didn't she call a friend to watch her children?

The Huffington Post reports that the homeless single mother in Arizona who struggled to make ends meet is in jail after she allegedly left her children in her car while she went on a job interview.

Shanesha Taylor was arrested on felony child abuse charges after Scottsdale police discovered her two kids, aged 2 years old and 6 months old, in a locked car.

Scottsdale police responded after a witness reported a child crying from inside a Dodge Durango parked at an office complex on March 20. Police said that two children were left along in the car with the engine off and the windows slightly cracked. The car was left parked in the sun and all the doors were closed.

AZFamily reports that the kids had already been in the car for 30 minutes when police arrived. Police said 35-year-old Taylor returned from her job interview about 45 minutes after officers came to the scene. She said she didn't have anyone else to care for the kids while she was on an interview at an insurance company.

"She was upset. This is a sad situation all around. She said she was homeless. She needed the job," Scottsdale Police Sergeant Mark Clark told KPHO. "Obviously not getting the job. So it's just a sad situation."

Taylor was arrested on two felony counts of child abuse. She remains in jail, and her children have been put in the custody of Child Protective Services.

Taylor's arrest has spurred an online fundraising drive to help with her legal expenses, according to WTOP. At time of writing Friday, it had more than 975 supporters, and had raised more than $27,000 -- three times more than its $9,000 goal.

The fundraising sight acknowledges that Taylor made a "terrible mistake" but urges compassion.

"There are a lot of us who feel she was just a victim to what an economy like this is putting struggling families through," Amanda Bishop, who organized the fundraiser, told KMGH.

Conservative Outrage Over Stephen Colbert!

Lu0zgpcsfqkuisfwozk0
Comedy in bad taste?

The Comedy Central satirist and fake anchor of The Colbert Report is facing criticism over an apparent knock at Asian Americans. One in particular is a conservative agitator who doesn't even acknowledge her heritage as a Filipino-American.

The turd flipper and her blog finally found racism. There's a movement online to cancel the comedian's show.

The hastag #CancelColbert is springing up on the social networks because apparently Stephen Colbert said something that pissed off the Asian American community.

Let's take a look at the controversy.

Suey Park is the creator of the Cancel Colbert movement. She is a well known internet activist and her impact has got the junk food media involved. The feud is ongoing because she felt that even though he's entertaining the audience, his mention of Asian stereotypes have crossed the line.

This seem to grab the attention of the conservative agitator who is known throw racial slurs and insults in the direction of those she disagrees with. The turd flipper continues to be the gadfly of the racist right.

Colbert then addressed the firestorm from his personal Twitter account, and the official "The Colbert Report" account later clarified that Comedy Central, not Colbert or anyone who works for his show, managed that account.

The official Colbert Report tweeted also

Any thoughts on this controversy?

Do you believe the turd flipper is just meddling or Stephen Colbert is a flaming liberal racist as she calls him?

The Secret Service Screws Up Again Putting President Obama's Life In Danger!

The most discipline law enforcement agency still regrets its error. They've vowed never to let that happen again. Unfortunately some didn't get the message. Some members of the president's entourage was booted after they were caught partying and drinking while on duty.

Three members of the president's entourage are off the job after they gotten drunk and allowed a few girls over. Again this is the disrespect towards the first Black president.

Even his own personal security team is so stupid, they could have allowed a threat enter the circle.

Now because of this and the incident in Colombia, the U.S. Secret Service will now have agents stay in their rooms and do nothing. Because if you're overseas and you end up getting involved with prostitutes (some who could be working for an enemy agency), you're jeopardizing the president's

The Washington Post reports that the U.S. Secret Service arrived in the Netherlands last weekend for a presidential trip, managers were already on high alert to avoid any further embarrassing incidents involving agents.

The agency’s director had admonished supervisors after two counter-sniper officers suspected of drinking were involved in a March 7 car accident during a presidential visit to Miami, according to several people with knowledge of the incident. The driver passed a field sobriety test and was not arrested.

Secret Service supervisor George Hartford had the Miami incident in mind when he issued a warning to a group of agents gathered for dinner: Go out if you want, but stay out of trouble.

By the next morning, Hartford was pounding on the hotel door of a 34-year-old junior agent who had passed out drunk in a hallway and later had to be lifted into his room by several hotel employees, according to a hotel spokesman and two other people familiar with the incident. The agent claimed to have no memory of the events.

That night on the town has created another highly public embarrassment for the elite Secret Service, which is still attempting to recover from a tawdry drinking-and-prostitution scandal two years ago during a presidential trip to Cartagena, Colombia.

The new incident — which unfolded in the hotel where President Obama was scheduled to arrive the following day — prompted immediate condemnation Wednesday from lawmakers in Washington. Sen. Ronald H. Johnson (R-Wis.) said the agency has a “systemic” problem of rowdy and inappropriate behavior by its agents, who are sworn to protect the president and other senior officials from harm.

White House spokesman Jay Carney told reporters flying on Air Force One on Wednesday that Obama had been briefed on the Netherlands hotel incident. The president believes “that everybody representing the United States of America overseas needs to hold himself or herself to the highest standards,” Carney said, adding that Obama retains confidence in Secret Service Director Julia Pierson.

After the unconscious agent was found in the hall Sunday morning, the hotel staff alerted White House staff that it had relayed the news to Secret Service managers, according to the people familiar with the incident. After a series of interviews, agency managers concluded that the passed-out agent and two others who went drinking with him had violated new rules meant to prevent improper conduct on official trips.

In Amsterdam — a city of 1 million with an international reputation for partying, open drug use and legalized prostitution — the trio had stayed out drinking until about 2:30 a.m. Sunday, though all were scheduled to start work at 10 a.m., according to a preliminary investigation. The time frame would put them in violation of a ban on drinking in the 10 hours before an assignment.

Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan said one of the agents involved was sent home Sunday afternoon and the other two went back early Monday morning; all are on administrative leave. Pierson, who traveled with Obama aboard Air Force One to the Netherlands, signed off on the decision, he said.

The alleged misconduct did not jeopardize the president’s visit or cause “operational issues,” Donovan said. Obama’s safety was “not affected by the three getting sent home.”

The men, all members of the agency’s Counter Assault Team (CAT), had to be temporarily replaced by other agents in the country until additional agents could be flown in to meet up with Obama’s entourage at his next destination, Brussels, the people familiar with the matter said.

Those with knowledge of the internal investigation said the incident infuriated managers because it came less than three weeks after the traffic accident in Miami, which led to the two officers involved being sent home. Local police gave one of the officers a field sobriety test on suspicion of drunk driving but released him with a citation for the accident and no additional charges, those familiar with the incident said.

The two officers, who serve in the uniformed division, notified their superiors of the accident. They were ordered to return to Washington under Pierson’s “no tolerance” policy, an official familiar with the matter said. The two men continue to work for the agency.

It was one of several times in her year-long tenure that Pierson reiterated to her senior aides the need for all personnel to abide by agency rules of conduct, the official said.

The pivotal events in the Netherlands played out at the Huis Ter Duin hotel, a 254-room facility facing the North Sea in the resort town of Noordwijk, between Amsterdam and The Hague. Hotel officials initially denied an incident involving a drunk Secret Service agent after it was first reported by The Washington Post; by late Wednesday, a spokesman had confirmed key details.

Huis Ter Duin spokesman Stephan Stokkermans said the three guests involved in the incident, whom he declined to identify, under hotel privacy rules, arrived in an apparently intoxicated condition at the hotel early Sunday morning by taxi.

“They came in, they waved to the team at the reception desk,” Stokkermans said. “It was clear they had a good time, but they didn’t need any help.”

Later that morning, he said, a hotel employee discovered one of those guests sleeping in the hallway about 10 feet from his room, which had a key-card-style lock. It was about 30 feet from the nearest elevator, and the employee summoned co-workers for assistance.

“In the end, there were two persons helping the man back to his room, plus the employee who found him,” Stokkermans said.

It is a common enough event at the Huis Ter Duin that the hotel has protocols for guests that are found sleeping in hallways or on couches, which happens every two or three weeks, Stokkermans said.

Rep. Bennie Thompson (Miss.), the ranking Democrat on the House Homeland Security Committee, said the Netherlands case was the first report of potential misconduct he and colleagues had heard about since Pierson assumed leadership of the Secret Service a year ago. “But for a person charged with protecting the president to be found unconscious in a hotel hallway puts a real question mark in the minds of a lot of people as to whether or not those rules have been understood,” Thompson said.

In the Netherlands, the scandal spread quickly and local media devoted reporters to calling lists of Amsterdam watering holes. And in Noordwijk, drivers puttering in the Huis Ter Duin lobby said they had been besieged with text messages from friends asking about the incident. But none said they had heard any gossip about it until the news broke.

Juwan Wickware is the first juvenile in Michigan to be sentenced to life in the iron college.

The Huffington Post is one of my favorite websites. I often check some of the stories and this one happen to grab my attention.

Did you know that the United States is the only country in the world that will charge a juvenile as an adult and put the individual in the iron college for LIFE without the possibility of parole?

I knew.

Lionel Tate rings a bell, don't it?

Well there's a big controversy up in the state on how this juvenile (although a criminal) is being sentenced to the iron college on the merits of capital murder.

Do you actually want to explain to the family of that pizza delivery driver Juwan Wickware killed on that night?

Do you believe that even though a killer, should the American justice system have sympathy for the young?

Also since we're living in the days of President Barack Obama, would the racist right make noise about this?

After all, the racist right will make this young teen another "Ttayvon" and "Jordan".

Michigan Live reports that Juwan Wickware's life in prison without the possibility of parole is monumental.

This is the first-of-its-kind sentencing hearing following a U.S. Supreme Court decision banning mandatory life sentences without parole for juvenile offenders.

Genesee Circuit Judge Archie Hayman issued the sentence Tuesday, Aug. 20, for Juwan Wickware following two hearings that explored Wickware's mental status, criminal history and upbringing.

Wickware, 19, was convicted of first-degree felony murder in August 2012 in the 2010 shooting death of 33-year-old pizza delivery driver Michael Nettles on the city's north side. Wickware was 16 at the time of Nettles' death.

"I think the judge made the correct ruling," Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton said.

State law calls for a mandatory sentence of life without parole for those convicted of felony murder. However, the Supreme Court ruled in June 2012 that mandatory life sentences without parole for juveniles are unconstitutional.

Wickware was the first juvenile facing the possibility of life without parole in Michigan since the Supreme Court's ruling.

Hayman conducted the multiple hearings, which included testimony from a mental health professional, school official and police officer, in an effort to comply with the Supreme Court's decision that calls on judges to individually tailor sentences for juvenile offenders.

The Supreme Court said that life without parole sentences can be handed down to juveniles as long as the sentencing judge analyzes the circumstances of the case and the juvenile's prior history and decides that the punishment is appropriate for the defendant. The hearings were part Hayman's analysis.

Hayman said that a number of aspects of Wickware's past led him to believe that a sentence of life in prison without parole was appropriate, particularly a June 2007 carjacking.

Authorities say Wickware was one of five people to approach a car and order a man, woman and their children out of the vehicle at gunpoint. Hayman said one of the suspects fired off a round from an AK-47 rifle before the group fled.

Wickware was later caught by police running away from the stolen vehicle. Wickware pleaded to an amended charge of receiving and concealing stolen property. The charge was dismissed after he successfully completed probation.

Hayman said that Wickware was a "threat to society to some extent" and that he was a member of a "very dangerous gang."

Wickware admitted to joining the Merrill Hood gang and began carrying a gun when he was 15 after dropping out of school. He also admitted to illegally using marijuana, ecstasy and Xanax.

Authorities say that Wickware attended 9-10 different schools and was suspended a total of 14 times -- mostly for assaulting and fighting other students. His final suspension was for 120 days for striking a school security guard.

"I'm disappointed with the court's ruling," said Wickware's attorney, Jodi Hemingway. "Some of the evidence that went against Juwan was actually favorable to him."

Hemingway pointed to testimony that showed Wickware had difficulty adjusting to life after being all-but-abandoned by his father and raised by a mother who struggled to provide for him and his three other siblings.

"He's not responsible for the circumstances of his childhood," Hemingway said.

Officials said that Wickware struggled academically, has an IQ of 71 and is functionally illiterate.

Witnesses testified during the trial that one teen who was charged but eventually acquitted by a jury fired a .40-caliber pistol and Wickware fired a .22-caliber rifle at Nettles April 7, 2010, near the corner of Sonny Avenue and Sterling Street.

A .40-caliber bullet was found in Nettles and .22-caliber bullet casings were found at the scene.

Testimony showed that Nettles was shot eight times.

Nettles was robbed and killed while delivering a pizza that was ordered by Quantageah Penegar, who was with Wickware and the other teen at a home next door to where the shooting occurred. Penegar said Wickware and the other teen are the two who robbed Nettles.

A woman who was in Nettles' Jeep with him as he delivered pizza said that Nettles was initially shot in the back outside of the vehicle. He then made it back inside the Jeep, where he was shot again.

Nettles managed to drive away from the scene before his vehicle came to a rest after crashing into a fire hydrant.

Hayman said Wickware was "in the thick" of the "very egregious" robbery and murder.

Leyton said Hayman handled the case appropriately and that it was watched by other prosecutors and by legislators trying to get the state's mandatory sentencing statutes to comply with the Supreme Court's decision.

State Rep. Joseph Haveman, R-Holland, has introduced legislation that would provide judicial discretion when it comes to sentencing juvenile offenders.

"The judge has a better handle on things than the Michigan Legislature," Haveman said, adding that not all cases are clear-cut and that sentencing should not take a one-size-fits-all approach.

Haveman said history shows that the philosophy of locking offenders up and throwing away the key has been a failure -- leaving nothing but large bills and continuously high crime rates in its wake.

"Some people -- let me emphasize, some people -- need a second chance," Haveman said.

Devin Schindler, a professor of law at Lansing-based Cooley Law School, said Hayman's ruling in this case could have an impact on similar cases across the state.

"Any ruling by this judge would not be binding on other circuit courts," Schindler said, adding that a binding ruling wouldn't be established until the state Court of Appeals rules on the issue. "But, the judge would provide a map for the other courts."

Marsha Levick, the deputy director and chief counsel of the Philadelphia-based Juvenile Law Center, said that Michigan is not the only state forced to respond to the Supreme Court's decision.

Levick, who filed an amicus brief in the Supreme Court case, said 28 states were affected by the court's ruling, but only nine or 10 have so far responded by changing their laws. She added there is a push under way to include standardized guidelines on how the individualized sentencing hearings should be conducted.

"We read (the Supreme Court decision) expecting life without parole sentences will be quite uncommon and rare," Levick said.

However, Amnesty International, a human rights group that also submitted an amicus brief to the Supreme Court, issued a statement following Hayman's decision calling for a complete end to juvenile life sentences without parole.

"The sentencing hearings aren't enough to bring the United States in line with international law, which prohibits life without parole for anyone under the age of 18," the organization's statement said. "Amnesty International calls on the Michigan state Legislature to abolish life without parole for children, under all circumstances."

Haveman's legislation is slated to be discussed next week, but the legislator said he doesn't expect it to be passed into law anytime soon.

"We've got a long way to go," said Haveman.
