The Law Blames ICE For An Illegal Killing An Ohio Woman!
![]() |
The racist right found its newest boogeyman. Another illegal immigrant who murdered a woman. Donald Trump still riding comfortably in the polls and Republicans are now pushing for stricter laws towards illegal immigration.
That network that scares White folks with stories of Blacks looting liquor stores, immigrants crossing the U.S. border, Muslim prayer rugs, and stories about President Barack Obama is hosting an event on Thursday in Cleveland.
Seventeen candidates running for the Republican nomination.
Junior league.
Rick Santorum - Perennial candidate Officially Last Place

Carly Fiorina - Perennial candidate iCarly, The Wanna Be Hillary
Mike Huckabee - Perennial candidate Huckleberry Hound

George Pataki - First time Dick Dasterdly
Bobby Jindal - First time Piyush Indian Tiger
Big league.

Jeb Bush - The son and brother of a Bush
Benjamin Carson - The Only Real Black in the Room
John Kasich - Gilligan on Dingleberry Island
Chris Christie - Big Bully
Ted Cruz - Looney Toon and Leader of the Stallmigos
Ten Republicans are going to be on stage. The other seven will be on the stage during an earlier taping.
Donald Trump is ahead of Scott Walker and Jeb Bush. The media and business mogul is running high in the polls. This clown running is the insurgency's newest sensation. He is a straight shooter on issues but many point out that he offered no detail and it's extremely controversial.
It's going against the establishment. The establishment was embarrassed by the antics of Trump, Mike Huckabee and Ted Cruz.
They say this is a historical first. There are 17 active candidates running for the Republican nomination.
This immigration discussion came into play. The issue is now being discussed. The Democrats want to help immigrants become U.S. citizens. They are pushing for comprehensive immigration reform.
Previously the senate passed reform with bipartisan support. But it died in the House.
Now Republicans on this pro-nationalist stance wanted to pass the Kate Steinle law. The law is to put immigrants who commit any form of criminal act in federal time out for five years. The law will also strip funding from cities that Republicans claim are sanctuary cities. The bill died in Congress.
Republicans blamed the Democrats for failure of leadership. It helped them win back Congress. Looks like the Republicans are the ones who are failing in leadership.
Now as Congress is about to leave Washington for their umpteenth vacation, many people are saying that the Republicans are so inept, it's possible the senate could flip back to Democratic control.

Blame game.
CNN reports that Juan Razo pleaded not guilty this week to an attempted murder charge stemming from a violence-filled July 27 that also included a woman's killing, an attempted rape and a shootout with officers in Painesville, Ohio.
Okay, for the concern trolls, who are they gonna blame for the tragedy?
A) Barack Obama
B) Mexico
C) Congress
D) Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency
E) The Suspect
F) All of The Above
If you picked E, then you are correct. The fault of a criminal acts always belongs to the person who committed the crime. It's not the fault of the president, another country, or other entities.
Congress and the president should work together to pass a bipartisan bill to deal with immigration.
The suspect Juan Razo is innocent until proven guilty. He is granted a fair trial among the citizens. He doesn't automatically go to jail and then gets deported. He has an opportunity to face the victims of the criminal act. He also has a right to appeal a decision. Razo does have a right to have an interpreter.
In addition to allegedly shooting and wounding a woman in the arm, police said that Razo, 35, attempted to rape his 14-year-old niece hours before he shot and killed Margaret Kostelnik, a 60-year-old woman who, according to CNN affiliate WEWS, was the secretary for the mayor in nearby Willoughby for nearly three decades.
He will face those charges at a preliminary hearing Monday, the Lake County prosecutor's office said.
Republicans want to strip funding from cities that help immigrants.
"I have somebody who we don't know who he is, why he is in this country, why he is here illegally and why he allegedly committed a murder," fumed Judge Mike Cicconetti.
"I can't set a bond high enough."
HOLA, a Latino outreach organization based in Ohio, said it was "distraught and deeply saddened by the (alleged) violent acts committed by Juan Razo," but it said the real issue was Razo's mental illness, not the status of his green card.
![]() |
Margaret Kostelnik was an assistant to the mayor of Willoughby.
When two Lake County sheriff's deputies approached Razo on July 7 while responding to a call of a suspicious vehicle parked near a golf course, he "was extremely nervous, sweating profusely, and making every attempt to avoid eye contact," Dunlap said. "When questioned, he provided a false name, was unable to give any type of identification, and he admitted to being in the United States illegally."
But because no crime was committed, and Razo had no criminal record, Dunlap said he lacked the authority to detain him, so he said a deputy called the agency that did: U.S. Customs and Border Protection. That's when Dunlap said Razo became uncooperative.
Satirist blames President Barack Obama for this. He is unaware that immigration reform hasn't been fixed in fifty years.
"Without legal authority to further detain Razo, he was released."
But the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees U.S. Customs and Border Protection, said that it was the agency that lacked the authority to detain Razo, and points the finger back at the sheriff.
"Border Patrol agents interviewed this individual via telephone at the request of the Lake County Sheriff's Office ... during that interview, Razo was uncooperative and the agents were unable to determine his immigration status," the statement read. "Without such a determination, the agents had no legal basis to file a detainer to hold the subject. Although the agents offered to meet with the deputies on site and interview the subject in person, the offer was declined and the subject was released."
DHS said that Razo's lack of a record -- and the fact that he had been in the United States so long -- meant he wasn't a top priority.
"The (Obama) Administration has set enforcement priorities to make sure our resources are focused on apprehending and removing convicted criminals, gang members, recent border crossers and the most significant threats to public safety and national security."
Republican frontrunner Donald Trump used Steinle's death to push his campaign's tough stance on immigration, including building a fence along the U.S.-Mexico border. It appears the Razo case would be no different.
"This is a clear indication of why we need a strong wall protecting our border," read a statement CNN affiliate WEWS obtained from campaign spokesman Corey Lewandowski. "Mr. Trump is an outspoken critic of illegal immigrants coming over our borders. That's why it's so important to have a wall that is impenetrable."
HOLA disagreed.
"We are disappointed to see leaders exploiting this tragedy to promote a political agenda," it said.
World News Today send our condolences to the family of Margaret Kostelnik.

Memphis Grieving The Loss Of An Officer!
Sean Bolton was on the Memphis police for four years. A routine traffic stop turned deadly for him.
The racist right will have a "I told you so" moment. Of course, they'll complain about the protesters not even giving two fucks about the lives of the officers.
Well here we go. I've said it too many god damn times. Gun crimes are on the rise. Over 2,000 people are shot by a firearm a day. Over 1,200 people a day are killed by firearms. There are so many names, I could take over a month to say them. Concern trolls such as those law supporting conservatives say that those who complain about the need for police reform are the ones who allow "their friends" do all the damage.
A officer in Memphis lost his life in a shooting. It was a routine stop.
I am wondering who's going to be the first agitator to point the finger at President Barack Obama.
World News Today send our condolences to the family of Sean Bolton.
Again, those in law enforcement get no praise for doing the right things. They only get it when they die in the line of duty. The bad ones (i.e. corrupt cops and career criminals) are often the ones who make it harder on everyone.
Again, the multiple choice question of the blame game.
Who will get the blame in the killing of a Memphis Police officer?
A) Barack Obama
B) The Blacks Lives Matter Protesters
C) Jesse Jackson
D) Al Sharpton
E) The Shooter
F) All Of These Above
If you answer E, then you are right.
But if you picked the A through E, you're not helping. You have a right to be condescending. Of course, blaming a man who spoke on unethical practices conducted by those in law enforcement got you people riled up.
Matter of fact, since Memphis has 70% Black populations you blame the residents, the mayor A C Wharton, the Democratic Party, and local leaders for not addressing Black on _______ crime.
Even though they've talked about it constantly, I guess you were listening to that old fart on the AM dial or watching that annoying conservative agitator on that network. Maybe you found click bait. A story from the conservative Craigslist. Hell did you buy a book from asshat Colin Flaherty?
Wait a minute, are planning to troll underneath the bandwidth bridge?
The ones who do right never get praise.
Only in death, a cop gets respect.
Sean Bolton died from multiple gunshot wounds after he was shot just after 9:15 p.m. while conducting a traffic stop at Cottonwood and Perkins in Parkway Village Saturday night.
Bolton was rushed to the Regional Medical Center, but was pronounced dead there.
The suspect, apparently an occupant of the car that was pulled over, was still at large late Saturday.
Dozens of officers from the Memphis Police Department gathered outside the hospital in a grim vigil Saturday night, waiting for news about Bolton, who served in the Marines. Officers from other departments, including the Shelby County Sheriff and the state troopers, joined them in a show of support.
In a briefing outside Regional Medical Center, Police Director Toney Armstrong told the media that a citizen used the officer’s radio to call for help. The officer was hit with multiple gunshots, he said.

Memphis is grieving over the lost of an officer.
Mayor A C Wharton said this tragedy emphasizes the dangers of the job.
“This speaks volumes about he inherent dangers of police work,” Wharton said.
Armstrong also referenced the other two officers lost during his time leading the department.
On July 3, 2011 Officer Timothy Warren was shot and killed in a downtown hotel. On Dec. 14, 2012, Officer Martoiya Lang was shot and killed while serving a warrant.
“We’ve been here before,” Armstrong said. “This is my third time in four years I’ve been director. It never gets any easier.”

Drake: [Meek Mill] Became A Vegan Cause He Can't Do Beef!
Drake served Meek Mill with a side order of fries.
With the passing of WWE legend Rowdy Roddy Piper, the wrestling empire shares it condolences to the veteran of the ring.
One thing that's never forgotten: All feuds always were met in the ring!
If this was a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match, the winner would have been........!
Damn, Drizzy! I didn't think you do him like that!
The 6 God destroyed every aspect of Meek Mill. Matter of fact, everyone was expecting the Philly rapper to respond back with a hard hitting response.

Damn, Drake destroyed Meek's gangsta!
So I want to tell you that Meek Millie clammed up on the social media. He's been off the social media for over five days now.
They clowned on him. Even some big corporations went to social media to mock Meek.
WWE is considering putting a dent in his finances. He used the theme from The Undertaker in his Wanna Know diss. The song was sampled without permission.
I think he may have violated his court order. In 2013, Meek was forced to take etiquette classes after a judge slapped him with a hefty fine and probation. He was served with firearm and dope charges.
He must notify his P.O. whenever he continues his tour with Nicki Minaj.
There's talk that the feud has gotten on Nicki's nerves. There's reports of them splitting up.
Now here comes the most funniest responses on Twitter from fans, athletes and corporations.
This Meek Mill clowning has been great for Burger King, White Castle, Hamburger Helper, Whataburger and even etiquette company Rosetta Stone. They actually making $$$$$$$ off it.
Having a bad day? Remember that you aren't Meek Mill

Tensing Got More Trouble On His Mind!
Hey you see him drag me!
The former University of Cincinnati cop got 10% of the $1 million. Ray Tensing's dad put his home on the chop block to get him that get out free card.
Tensing clammed up after pleading not guilty to the murder of Sam DuBose. He almost got away with it if it wasn't for Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deters.
Deters, is a Republican who often sides with the law on most cases. This event was cut and dry for him. Deters said that Tensing had no business ever being a cop.....Ouch!
Tensing's partners are also under investigation for lying on their police reports. Philip Kidd and David Lindenschmidt are off the hook for murder but they may face a cannon firing.
They are in the freezer after they told the chief that they actually saw Sam DuBose put up a fight with Tensing. In reality, it was cordial stop where it elevated. Sam questioned why he had to exit his vehicle. Tensing grabbed the door, and Sam held the door. He rev up the vehicle after he grabbed the door, that when he put his hand inside the vehicle and then in a few seconds, he grabbed his service weapon and let the slugs fly. Sam with a slug in head was killed immediately on impact, the car would speed towards a pole where it crashes.
A code 99 drop.
Kidd and Lindeschmidt said we'll back you up! They seen it all.
These two were involved in a deadly encounter with a man who died in their custody. A man with mental issues was given a curb side toe jam by these two. They lied on their report that Kelly Brinson was being a threat. They put the Taser on him and he would die of cardiac arrest.
They lied about this encounter when Brinson's family asked Deters to push for that video.
Deters said those two were idiots. The possibility of these two getting served up is unlikely, but it will probably mean the end of the careers as lawmen at least at the University of Cincinnati Police.
So when you look at this in the perspective, I've told you that that law does lie when they make a traffic stop. They lie when they issue a citation. They lie when they do a search of your vehicle.
They lie when they use force to restrain. They lie when they use deadly force when using a service weapon.
Tensing had a previous encounter with a motorist and his passenger.
Demetrius Pace told the junk food media that Tensing was a total dick to him. He knew that the law targeted his cousin Sexton Henley on some bullshit. Sexton had minor damage to his bumper. So Tensing and a few other officers balked at Pace and his cousin.
Demetrius whips out the camera and records Tensing trying to aggressively demand him to reveal his his name. He was detaining them for no reason. They record this. Demetrius continue to pressure for the supervisor. It took over 10 minutes before they at least got a citation. No physical violence.
Demetrius just made it more embarrassing for Tensing.
This type of conduct is the reason why Ray Tensing has no business ever being a cop.
Tensing is innocent until proven guilty. If found guilty of murder he face LIFE in the iron college.
