Fox Faces Another Lawsuit!

Who can you trust?

A far right extremist who participated in the Jan. 6. attack on the U.S. Capitol is suing the far right cable outlet after former host Tucker Carlson ran a story claiming he was a federal agent.

I remember the "Fed Epps" smear campaign against Ray Epps.

Ray Epps, a supporter of Washed Up 45 sues Fox after the network ignored his request for a retraction. Epps attended the pro-Washed Up 45 rallies in Washington in January 2021 but was not among the people found to have breached the Capitol building and has not been charged for his conduct. In subsequent weeks, then-Fox host Carlson highlighted a video clip of the Arizona man outside the Capitol to suggest that Epps might have been a government informant — a notion that Epps and the FBI have strongly denied.

“Fox, and particularly Mr. Carlson, commenced a years-long campaign spreading falsehoods about Epps,” the lawsuit charges, claiming that Epps and his wife, Robyn, have had their lives “destroyed” by those false claims.

The lawsuit, which was filed in Delaware, claims that Fox — and Carlson — knew that Epps was almost definitely not a federal agent but chose to disregard that knowledge, therefore arguing that the network acted with actual malice, the standard necessary to win a defamation case against a public entity.

“Fox engaged in purposeful avoidance of the truth, intentionally ignoring information and evidence that directly contradicted Fox’s outlandish lies about Epps,” the complaint charges. “Fox refused to retract, correct, or apologize for its demonstrably false and defamatory accusations against Epps well after Fox knew definitively that they were false, providing yet additional circumstantial evidence of actual malice. Fox thus broadcast its lies about Epps with a high degree of awareness of probable falsity.”

In a March 23 letter, a lawyer for Epps, Michael Teter, demanded that Carlson and Fox News retract their claims about Epps and put the network on notice of potential legal action. The lawyer set a March 31 deadline for a response to the letter but previously told The Washington Post that he did not receive one. “This lawsuit marks another moment of accountability for Fox News,” Teter said in a statement on Wednesday.

Fox representatives did not return a request for comment on the lawsuit.

Ray Epps and his wife are still hiding due to threats.

Epps rose to attention on the right because of videos shot on Jan. 5, the night before the riot, that showed him arguing with Anthime Gionet, an unapologetic far-right live-streamer who goes by the alias “Baked Alaska.” In the recording, Epps urged Washed Up 45 supporters to enter the Capitol on Jan. 6. “We need to go into the Capitol!” Epps told Gionet.

In his lawsuit, Epps claims he believed parts of the Capitol would be open to the public and that he thought Washed Up 45 supporters would enter the building lawfully. Epps protested outside the Capitol on Jan. 6 but was not initially charged. His photo briefly appeared on an FBI website seeking information about various protesters but was removed in July 2021 after he was interviewed by agents.

The video of Epps, combined with the fact that he wasn’t prosecuted and his photo vanished from the FBI site, became fodder for right-wing conspiracy theorists, who claimed he was planted on the scene by federal agents to provoke otherwise peaceful protesters into committing violence, a notion that trickled into conservative media channels. Carlson began regularly questioning whether Epps was an informant or undercover figure on his broadcasts, describing him as someone who “helped stage-manage the insurrection” in one January 2022 broadcast.

Tucker Carlson is losing influence.

In a January 2023 broadcast, Carlson reminded his audience that Epps had not yet been charged. “Why is that? Well, let’s just stop lying,” Carlson told his viewers. “At this point, it’s pretty obvious why that is.”

In a July 2022 segment of Carlson’s show, one of his guests, conservative commentator and former Washed Up 45 White House speechwriter Darren Beattie, called Epps “the smoking gun of the entire fed-surrection,” a suggestion that Carlson did not rebut.

Other Fox hosts also raised the topic. During an October 2021 segment of Laura Ingraham’s show, an on-screen graphic asked “Were Federal Assets Involved in Capitol Riot?” while the host talked about Epps’s role.

The Epps conspiracy theory was also embraced by some Republican members of Congress. “I think somebody that worked that hard to get people to go in the Capitol, why aren’t they rotting away in the D.C. jail?” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) said in a June 2022 live stream.

In May, Epps claims in his lawsuit, the Department of Justice informed him that “it would seek to charge him criminally” — a decision the suit attributes to “the relentless attacks by Fox and Mr. Carlson and the resulting political pressure.”

After Carlson’s segments, Epps and his wife were deluged with harassing threats and messages, according to the lawsuit. The conspiracy theories fanned by Carlson forced them to flee their Arizona ranch and the wedding-venue business they operated on the property, selling the property at a fire-sale price, according to the lawsuit.

“It’d be a damn shame to see that place go up in flames,” a caller on one of the harassing voice mails stated, according to the lawsuit.

Now Epps and his wife live in an RV a tenth the size of the ranch house they abandoned because of the threats, according to the lawsuit.

“After destroying Epps’s reputation and livelihood, Fox will move on to its next story, while Ray and Robyn live in a 350-square foot RV and face harassment and fear true harm,” the lawsuit reads.

The Epps case presents another major legal headache for Fox, which in late April paid $787.5 million to settle a defamation lawsuit filed by Dominion Voting Systems over the network’s coverage of the 2020 election. And in late June, the network paid $12 million to settle a workplace discrimination lawsuit filed by a former producer, Abby Grossberg. The network is still facing a defamation lawsuit filed by voting technology company Smartmatic, which is expected to go to trial in 2025.

RonNell Andersen Jones, a University of Utah professor who specializes in media law, said that Epps can clearly demonstrate that he was harmed by the on-air comments about him. “But,” she said, “the key question here is whether he was defamed, and that is going to require some careful situating of his facts within the framework that the law recognizes.”

While Carlson never directly stated that Epps was a federal agent, “when the whole story added together leads to a defamatory meaning, it can be found to be defamatory,” Andersen Jones said. “This will almost certainly be the underlying theory of some of Epps’s case.”

Oh by the way, Twitter is losing big time. Since Elon Musk allowed Carlson a platform, his podcasts generated a heavy amount of attention. But with Meta's launch of Threads, Twitter is seeing an exodus of users. The platform made big mistakes since Musk bought the company.

The Fed Epps hashtag was seen on that platform when

Tommy Tuberville: Proud White Nationalist!

Why apologize, we know you are not sincere.

Ice Cube, Ye, Kodak Black and folks like then don't care about white nationalists.

Cube's now a civil rights leader according to white leftists and far right extremists.

Palling around with conspiracy theorists like Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Joe Rogan and Dennis Kucinich. Secretly working with Washed Up 45 and still promoting this Black Contract for America. He ain't too concerned about Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) saying he's proud to be a white nationalists.

He ain't concerned about the Washed Up 45 2024 campaign catering to the noise.

Cube is still dogging on Vice President Kamala Harris.

Republicans had to distance themselves from the remarks made by Tuberville. The Alabama senator who once was a coach for NCAA-1 football teams has doubled down on his white nationalist remarks as well as his stalling of nominees to the Pentagon.

President Joe Biden’s pick to be the nation’s top military officer warned senators on Tuesday that an indefinite blockade of senior officer promotions could cause a brain drain in the ranks. Tuberville's delaying the filling of hundreds of senior positions has left the Marine Corps without a leader for the first time in a century.

Testifying at his Senate Armed Services Committee confirmation hearing to be chair of the Joint Chiefs, Air Force Gen. C.Q. Brown said the effect of a prolonged hold on general and flag officers — launched by Tuberville in protest of Pentagon abortion policies — could have far-reaching impacts on the armed forces that go beyond the officers now delayed.

Tuberville was asked whether he believed white nationalists should be allowed to serve in the military. Tuberville said the Biden administration "call[s] them that. I call them Americans." Later that day, his Congressional staff released a statement that said Tuberville "was being skeptical of the notion that there are white nationalists in the military, not that he believes they should be in the military."

But U.S. military leaders have said white nationalism and white supremacy in the ranks are growing.

For example, an October 2020 Pentagon report said there were "white supremacist inroads in the U.S. military". Much independent reporting indicates this as well.

Following the interview, Tuberville's brother Charles commented that he felt “compelled to distance himself” from his brother and his brother's "ignorant, hateful rants", calling Tommy Tuberville's comments "vile rhetoric".

Asked about Tuberville’s comments about white nationalism in the military, Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) issued a forceful denunciation of white supremacy at his weekly leadership conference.

“White supremacy is simply unacceptable in the military and in our whole country,” McConnell told reporters.

McConnell’s top deputy, Senate Republican Whip John Thune (R-SD), said there’s no room for white nationalists in the GOP or the military.

“I just think there isn’t any place for it. We are a country obviously that has built around a set of principles, that’s welcoming,” he said.

But Thune didn’t want to comment on Tuberville’s argument on CNN that white nationalists aren’t necessarily racist.

“That’s not for me to decide,” he said.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), who has Cuban heritage, said “ethnic nationalism is un-American and I think it would be problematic in the military.”

“My definition of a white nationalist is someone that believes that America belongs to white people. That’s not American, that’s un-American, and that would be a problem in the military,” he said.

Tuberville’s Alabama colleague, Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL), also called out Tuberville, telling a reporter for HuffPost: “White supremacy and racism have absolutely no place in our country. Period. The end.”

Tuberville sparked controversy earlier this year when asked whether white nationalists should be able to serve in the military.

Things Good But Republicans Are Focused On....

A lot of noise but no ideas.

Democrats deliver results.

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris do not get enough credit for the way things are in the United States. The country's unemployment rate still under 4%.

Inflation slowed to 3% last month, according to the latest Consumer Price Index released Wednesday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

When Russia launched it war against Ukraine, Biden told the American public that sanctions on Russia will drive inflation and it could cripple the U.S. economy in the short term. Well in 2022, gas was souring pass $5 dollars, food prices went up, rent/utilities increased and housing prices soared.

All this talk about a recession is no longer in the news. Republicans were banking on the economy failing. They were hoping that inflation and the policies Biden enacted will bring them back to power.

Well the Republicans barely have control of the House of Representatives.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO), Rep. James Comer (R-KY) and Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) are embarrassing the Republicans.

The Republicans are zeroed in on conspiracy theories and culture wars. When they promised to restore sanity into Washington, they really meant that they're planning on confronting Biden with noise.

The Republicans have no actual plans. They refuse to step outside the bubble. They're invested in the noise they've heard off of Fox, Newsmax, The Daily Mail, Breitbart, Twitter and the mouth of Washed Up 45.

Biden's public approval rating held steady at 40% in early July, close to the lowest levels of his presidency, as economic worries continued to trouble Americans, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll this week.

The three-day online poll, which asked Americans, "Do you approve or disapprove of the way Joe Biden is handling his job as president?" and ended on Monday, showed a marginal decrease from his 41% approval rating a month earlier, within the survey's three percentage point margin of error.

The largest number of respondents -- 21% -- cited the economy as their top concern, following by 15% who cited crime or corruption. The White House in recent weeks has kicked off a series of events aimed to lift Americans' dour mood about the economy, touting what it calls the Democratic president's "Bidenomics" agenda.

Biden's rating is identical to his Republican predecessor Donald Trump's 41% approval at this point in his presidency, a relatively low number compared to their immediate predecessors, Democrat Barack Obama and Republican George W. Bush.

Respondents were evenly split in their views of the Supreme Court's decision last month to strike down Biden's student loan forgiveness program, with 49% supporting the decision and 48% opposed. A majority -- 60% -- said they supported the court's move to end the use of affirmative action in college admissions.

Some 70% of respondents said they would support term limits for Supreme Court justices, including 85% of Democrats and 56% of Republicans. The poll was conducted following the high court’s term, which saw the court strike down college affirmative action programs as well as Biden's student debt plan.

The Reuters/Ipsos poll was conducted online, in English, and collected responses from 1,028 adults, using a nationally representative sample.

The junk food media obsession with Biden's age, his gaffes, Hunter Biden and the latest culture wars have driven these poll numbers. I mean I am not saying the economy is bad, but I rather be working at my previous employer than my current employers. Working two jobs isn't something I like to do.

However, I am surviving and I am not complaining about how things are bad.

GOP Backed "Whistleblower" Is A Foreign Agent!

I'm not voting for Hunter Biden.

Joe Biden left the White House in 2017 at 11:59am on Jan. 20, 2017. From 2017 until 2021, Biden was a private citizen but a public figure. He announced his bid for president in 2019. He ran for president and his opponent feared him the most.

Russia knew that Biden who had a clean record. They wanted to a target him for an ongoing campaign to undermine U.S. elections and help Washed Up 45 win reelection.

In the early beginnings of his campaign, Democrats were not all that supportive of him.

In a contest of over 20 candidates, Biden was not the 1st, not the 2nd, not the 3rd, not the 4th, not the 5th or the 6th. He was literally an underdog candidate.

His opponent tried to get Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelaneskyy to launch an investigation into Biden and his son Hunter Biden. It was a quid pro quo to get weapons to defend itself from Russia. He got impeached for that.

His opponent would launch a whisper campaign to tank his campaign.

They would launch the Biden was too touchy with people. Biden apologized and said he will respect spaces and vows to encourage respect of others.

In the Democratic primaries, Biden's rival Bernie Sanders was aligning himself with toxic figures who were devoted to tanking Democratic candidates. Sanders had inside information from leftists that he was about to get signal boasted. The Russians knew that Sanders staying in the race could cause chaos. So they amplified attacks through Twitter and Facebook.

His opponent would start making baseless claims that his 2016 campaign was spied on by former president Barack Obama to tarnish Biden.

His opponent would claim that Hillary Clinton was running Biden's campaign.

His opponent would claim that Sanders was robbed of his victories when Biden swept Super Tuesday.

Then comes the coronavirus pandemic and Biden and Sanders would scale back campaigns. States would push back primaries. His opponent was determined to hold events despite the danger. He waited until April to launch his campaigns.

Then comes the allegations from Tara Reade. The former staffer for Biden claimed she was sexually assaulted by him in the Capitol. Reade was boasted by leftists and the far right.

Reade's allegations dwindle down and Biden becomes the nominee. His opponent would start claiming Biden was hiding in the basement and bragged about how his crowds were bigger than Biden's.

Rudy Giuliani, Steve Bannon, Michael Flynn and others will find a laptop from Hunter Biden. Of course, they share this with Rupert Murdoch and his acolytes at Fox. The New York Post and Miranda Devine write a piece about Hunter Biden and it was blocked by Twitter due to it being stolen information and possible Russian misinformation.

His opponent fumed and Republicans called it a silencing free speech. His opponent loses.

Biden was denied a peaceful transition. His opponent claimed the election was stolen and vowed to fight it in federal courts. All the challenges failed. His opponent would offer tepid funds to the president-elect. The outgoing president would call upon his supporters to meet him in Washington, DC to call upon Republicans to deny Biden. He urged his supporters to fight and not show weakness. The supporters would riot at the U.S. Capitol and cause significant damage. The outgoing president was impeached again.

Biden comes into office. The whisper campaigns continue.

His age, the Tara Reade allegations, "Let's Go Brandon", claims of a rigged election, attacks on his running mate Kamala Harris, calls for Biden's impeachment, Hunter Biden, inflation, blame for the coronavirus pandemic even though he inherited the crisis, gaffes and now the investigation.

Republicans and Washed Up 45 continue to run on conspiracies and culture wars.

They have no actual policies since taking back the House of Representatives. Any legislation that was passed in the Republican controlled House barely has a chance of moving in the Democratic controlled Senate.

Republicans have ran on this hill about Hunter Biden being influenced by Chinese operatives and Ukrainians operatives without concrete evidence. They shared pictures of him smoking crack, driving reckless and having sex with prostitutes. They demonize him for having a child out of wedlock and owing child support. Yet, he is not a government official and has no intention of being one.

All they want is the "big guy."

Republican "whistleblower" arrested for failure to register as a foreign agent.

Republicans are using a whistleblower who on Monday was arrested. The U.S. Justice Department announced covert lobbying and arms dealing charges against a US-Israeli analyst who has accused US President Joe Biden’s son of corruption.

Federal prosecutors in New York charged Gal Luft, the head of a think tank outside the US capital, of engaging “in multiple, serious, criminal schemes,” according to a Justice Department statement.

In announcing the unsealing of an eight-count indictment, prosecutors said Luft is accused of “offenses related to willfully failing to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), arms trafficking, Iranian sanctions violations, and making false statements to federal agents.”

Luft, co-director of the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security, has leveled allegations of corruption against Biden’s family, and Republican politicians called the charges against him an attempt to intimidate a key witness.

According to prosecutors, Luft “subverted foreign agent registration laws in the United States to seek to promote Chinese policies by acting through a former high-ranking US Government official.”

Luft, co-director of the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security, has leveled allegations of corruption against Biden’s family, and Republican politicians called the charges against him an attempt to intimidate a key witness.

According to prosecutors, Luft “subverted foreign agent registration laws in the United States to seek to promote Chinese policies by acting through a former high-ranking U.S. Government official.”

Luft, it said, “agreed to covertly recruit and pay” the official “on behalf of principals based in China.”

Furthermore, Luft “acted as a broker in deals for dangerous weapons and Iranian oil; and he told multiple lies about his crimes to law enforcement,” the statement said.

Prosecutors said Luft worked to broker a deal for Chinese companies to sell weapons to Libya, including anti-tank launchers, grenade launchers, and mortar rounds on a commission basis. In communications, Luft and his associates used coded language, referring to weapons as “toys,” they said.

Other alleged brokering activities were for potential deals to the United Arab Emirates that included aerial bombs and rockets. Another alleged deal was for Chinese weapons to be sold to Kenya, including strike drones.

The statement said Luft also discussed brokering a deal for a weapons sale to Qatar, allegedly telling an associate that Israel was “not a good fit” as the middleman for the deal because it had the “[s]ame problem the [] Q [i.e., Qataris] have w uncle [i.e., the United States]. Need a third party. . . . I will activate.”

Luft, 57, was arrested in February in Cyprus on U.S. charges, but fled after he was released on bail awaiting extradition proceedings, prosecutors said. Luft remains at large and the US Justice Department is asking for information on his whereabouts.

A Twitter account under Luft’s name has claimed he was arrested in Cyprus “on a politically motivated extradition request by the U.S.”

“I’ve never been an arms dealer,” one post asserted shortly after he vanished in Cyprus.

In a video published by the New York Post last week, Luft said that in 2019 he provided evidence to U.S. Justice Department and FBI officials on what he said were Biden family financial transactions with the Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC. The information, he claimed, was then covered up.

Republican Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin accused the government of a coverup.

“He’s got a wealth of information. But they never followed up on that meeting,” Johnson said recently on Fox News. “Instead, they arrested him in Cyprus to silence him.”

Luft also got support earlier this week from Frank Gaffney, executive chairman of the Center for Security Policy think tank, who tweeted, “These days Dr. Luft might be better known as ‘David’ for he now faces alone the Goliath of a U.S. government determined to crush him to protect President Joe Biden.”

With Biden ramping up his bid for a second term as president in the 2024 election, Republicans in Congress accused the Biden family in May of pocketing more than $10 million from dealings with Chinese and Romanian firms — though they offered little evidence.

These accusations are part of a long-running campaign targeting Hunter Biden, the president’s son and only surviving child of his first marriage.

Republicans accuse Hunter Biden of capitalizing on his father’s influence when he served as vice president under Barack Obama in order to engage in shady dealings in several countries.

The Institute for the Analysis of Global Security reportedly did not respond to media requests for comment.

Threads Over 100 Million Sign Ups!

Threads has over 100 million users.

Elon Musk is very angry. The Twitter CEO is fuming over Mark Zuckerberg creating a serious threat to the social media platform.

Threads by Instagram has accomplishment a historical feat since its Thursday launch.

Over 100 million sign ups.

Twitter is on the decline. Musk placed limits on tweets, followers, charging for Tweetdeck, charging for verification and allowing extremists to reign hate online.

He fired 80% of Twitter's top staff. Now he is mad some had joined Meta and inspired Mark Zuckerberg to make a "Twitter Killer."

“Threads reached 100 million sign ups over the weekend. That’s mostly organic demand and we haven’t even turned on many promotions yet. Can’t believe it’s only been 5 days!” Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in a post Monday.

Twitter appears to have taken a hit. Matthew Prince, CEO of Cloudflare, shared a screenshot to Twitter Sunday showing that traffic on the platform was “tanking.”

Engagement with Twitter has decrease since the limits. You literally see more porn, violent videos, propaganda and disinformation on Twitter.

The booming growth on Threads is helped by the fact that it is tied to an existing social network, Meta’s Instagram. Users can sign up with their existing handles on Instagram and are able to retain some of their following as others sign up for the app.

Threads reached the 100 million milestone even faster than OpenAI’s generative chatbot ChatGPT, which surpassed 100 million monthly users in two months.

The app still has lots of room to grow, having not yet launched in Europe, where Mosseri said there is still some regulatory complexity to navigate. If Threads is able to retain its userbase, it could solidify its position as a real competitor for Twitter, which reported nearly 238 million monetizable daily active users in its last quarterly earnings report as public company last summer.

Twitter owner Elon Musk appears to have already shown some concern about Threads, as his longtime lawyer Alex Spiro wrote a letter to Meta accusing the company of “unlawful misappropriation” of trade secrets.

Musk and Zuckerberg were also taking shots at one another over the weekend, as Zuckerberg mocked Musk’s tweet style and Musk called Zuckerberg a derogatory name.

Rocky Road!

Relationship on the rocks.

Rumors going around that media personality Kimberly Guilfoyle and Donald Trump, Jr. broken up. I don't have concrete evidence nor I care about the insufferable pair.

Guilfoyle, 54 and Trump, 42 have been together for five years. The two were planning on getting married.

Apparently Aubrey O'Day may have been the reason for the breakup.

On the Mea Culpa Podcast, O'Day shared lewd tales of Trump and her.

The relationship between Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle likewise mystified political observers after it was revealed in the spring of 2018, in part because she was once the first lady of San Francisco and formerly married to Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom. But after divorcing Newsom in 2006, Guilfoyle became outspoken about her longstanding conservative views as a Fox News host.

Aubrey O'Day said she dodged a bullet messing with Donald Trump, Jr.

As a couple, Guilfoyle and Trump Jr. became known as an in-demand duo at Trump campaign events — “the prom king and queen of MAGA land,” a senior Trump advisor once told Business Insider. Reports also said that the couple sometimes engaged in teasing banter about their relationship at political events, which would please some in the pro-Trump crowd. But Guilfoyle also made people uncomfortable with the sexually suggestive way she talked or acted at events, reports said.

In O’Day’s conversation with Michael Cohen for his “Mea Culpa” podcast, she referred to a damning 2020 report by the New Yorker that said that Guilfoyle’s job as a Fox News host ended because of sexual harassment allegations made against her by a former assistant. According to the New Yorker, Guilfoyle showed  lewd photos of male genitalia to colleagues, regularly discussed sexual matters at work, urged the assistant “to submit to a Fox employee’s demands for sexual favors,” and exposed herself to the assistant while asking for a critique of her naked body.

O’Day clearly has a low opinion of Guilfoyle and regards Trump’s relationship with her as a sign that he’s “living outside” his “most authentic self.” O’Day said she “really loved that man.” She also said she still loves him but “who he is now, I love in a sorrowful way.”

Cohen agreed that whatever is going on with Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle – whom he derisively called “Gargoyle” – “is not good.”

Troy Carter Has No Issues!

Louisiana will be redrawn. Rep. Troy Carter (D-LA) believes in fair redistricting.

Rep. Troy Carter (D-LA) is similar to Rep. Shontel Brown (D-OH).

All he wants to do is work on behalf of his constituents and deliver results. The noise of the far left wanted to tarnish him as Blue MAGA and say he is not a progressive.

All the themes of turning off voters.

“There’s nothing you will find in anything I’ve ever done to support any of the foolishness that my opponent is desperately trying to spread,” he said in an interview. “I’m chairman of the Senate Democratic Caucus.”

I want to thank voters for making the choice of Troy Carter. He is well suited to represent Louisiana's 2nd Congressional District.

The results of supporting a Bernie Bro.

In January a candidate who was backed by the far left was sentenced for federal crimes.

Former Democratic state senator from Louisiana was sentenced to 22 months in federal time out after being found guilty of campaign finance violations. She used the coffers from Democratic Party donors to gamble and use for her own luxury,

Karen Carter Peterson, 53, a former candidate for the U.S. House lost to Troy Carter.

Former state senator Karen Carter Peterson is in federal time out.

Carter who replaced Cedric Richmond in 2021 won the special election. Carter was backed by the Congressional Black Caucus and many supporters of President Joe Biden.

Peterson was backed by leftists like Nina Turner, Kyle Kulinski, Kyrstal Ball and Cornel West. These were former backers of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT).

She misused over $140,000 of the state Democratic Party’s coffers and from her own campaign account to gamble at casinos.

U.S. District Judge Sarah Vance, who imposed the sentence after an emotional hearing packed with the former senator's relatives, ordered Peterson, 53, to surrender to the federal Bureau of Prisons.

The Supreme Court has forced Republican-led states to redistrict their U.S. Congressional District maps. Louisiana will now have a district that appeals to Black voters. There are five Republicans and one Democrat.

Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA), Rep. Julia Letlow (R-LA), Rep. Garret Graves (R-LA), Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) and controversial lawmaker Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) will likely lose their district or be forced in a jungle primary when Louisiana does its new map.

DeSantis On The Ropes!

Soaked.

Despite being the closest opponent to Washed Up 45, Florida governor Ron DeSantis has struggled to win over MAGA. Even Florida man, rapper Forgiato Blow (aka Vanilla Lice) said that he ain't riding with him.

Establishment Republicans and anti-Washed Up 45 conservatives were hoping to find a viable opponent to take on the former president. It turns out that DeSantis is not fulfilling the job.

While Washed Up 45 is facing criminal indictments by the feds and state of New York, his poll numbers are rising and Republican lawmakers are still riding with him.

Since launching his campaign in May, DeSantis has struggled to distinguish his policy positions from the former president. Some of his plans match what Washed Up 45 has already proposed, and others echo what he already did as president.

It’s a particular challenge for DeSantis, whose substance-heavy pitch to voters relies more on policy than most Republican candidates. And it’s contributed to a growing sense that, at least in the early going of the 2024 primary, the governor is struggling to gain traction against a former president who polls show continues to hold a huge lead in the race.

“Let’s put it this way. What I see is a campaign floundering, trying to find a purpose to run,” said Bryan Lanza, who worked on the former president’s 2016 campaign and remains close to the former president’s team. “He’s saying, ‘I’m Trump without the drama,’ but voters aren’t looking for Trump-light. They’re looking for Trump.”

DeSantis again encountered the problem last week, when he visited the U.S.-Mexico border during a campaign stopover in Texas to unveil his proposal to stop illegal immigration. The agenda included a pledge to complete Washed Up 45’s wall along the country’s southern border, reinstate the former president’s so-called “Remain in Mexico” policy and end “catch and release,” the practice of releasing migrants into the U.S. while they await court dates.

Even if the proposals were far-reaching and aggressive by traditional conservative standards, they largely matched Washed Up 45’s own agenda, both the one he implemented as president and what he proposes to do if given another term.

DeSantis running as a culture warrior is troubling even for his closest allies.

Is Drudge Turning On Biden?

Drudge turns on Biden and the establishment.

Reclusive media agitator Matt Drudge and 10 associates run The Drudge Report. It is one of the oldest news aggregation websites. It pulls in 4 billion clicks and is one of the most popular far right websites. It was best known for pushing the Bill Clinton-Monica Lewinsky affair, the rise of Washed Up 45 and his eventual downfall.

Drudge turned sour on Washed Up 45 after he failed on his populist promises.

Washed Up 45 announced his 2024 campaign and it barely gets attention from Drudge.

Even Ron DeSantis is having trouble trying to win over Drudge.

The Drudge Report has stayed mum on the Joe Biden presidency until now.

With President Joe Biden running for reelection, The Drudge Report has now shared stories about potential challengers and the president's age being a factor.

Biden is getting the Drudge treatment.

There have been clicks to several sites that push an anti-Biden and anti-Kamala Harris agenda. Several media agitators attacked Vice President Kamala Harris when she spoke at the Essence Fest.

Disgraced media agitator Ryan Grim comes to mind when he posted a selective clip of her talking about the importance of sororities and Black women.

Republican Eliot A Cohen wrote in the Atlantic calling for Biden to move aside.

The Daily Mail made this a breaking news story. Kid you not, the president has a breathing machine for sleep apnea.

Sean "Softball" Hannity shares clips of the president depicting him as confused. In short clips of the president turning his back, the annoying agitator claims Biden is having "medical emergencies."

The push for conspiracy theorists Marianne Williamson and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. also are driving the news aggregation websites.

The Drudge Report is often written in a code. You can tell if the website has fully turned on Biden when you notice the insanely amount of clicks to stories outlining the negative instead of the positive.

The Freedumb Caucasians Kick Marjorie Taylor Greene Out Cause Of The Lauren Boebert Feud!

Insufferable Marjorie Taylor Greene was booted out of far right caucus.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) has enough headaches. Two unproductive lawmakers who often steal the spotlight and drive the attention away from Republican governance are back in the news.

These two along with 130 other members from the House are lazy, unproductive and too extreme. The Republicans have too many of their members embracing white nationalism.

The Democratic Party has members who embrace short term solutions to long term problems. The country is hoping for more bipartisanship in Congress. These House and Senate members refuse to lower the temperature. On top of that, they are doing it for campaign funds and click bait.

The Klan Caucus with three tokens kicked insufferable lawmaker Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) out because she called fellow insufferable lawmaker Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) a "little bitch" on the House floor. It was over who plans on drafting Articles of Impeachment on President Joe Biden because of conspiracy theories.

“A vote was taken to remove Marjorie Taylor Greene from the House Freedom Caucus for some of the things she’s done,” said Freedom Caucus board member Rep. Andy Harris (R-MD). When asked if she was formally out, he replied: “As far as I know, that is the way it is.”

It’s the first public confirmation of Greene’s fate within the conservative group. The vote was first reported by POLITICO, though it was unclear at the time whether she had been ejected. It took place less than two days after Greene got into a verbal floor fight with Freedom Caucus member Boebert, during which Greene referred to the Colorado Republican as a “little bitch.” After the exchange was first reported, Greene confirmed the fight and doubled down, adding another pejorative.

The two have clashed repeatedly in the past, but Harris indicated that particular spat had factored into the conservative group’s thinking.

The group is currently at the center of the fight over government funding as they try to push McCarthy and members of leadership to go below levels set in the debt deal and to hold the line when he, ultimately, has to negotiate with the White House and Senate Democrats.

Though the group is largely unified on wanting lower spending, they’ve also haggled in private about what their strategy should be after they cut a deal with McCarthy to end a weeklong standoff that ground the House floor to a halt.

Lemonade! 🍋

Bidenomics works.

The jobs report for the month of June has come out and it is expected to deliver a great opportunity for the ney-sayers to undermine the work of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

For the month of June, there were 209,000 jobs added. The unemployment rate drops to 3.6%.

Job growth would have been even lighter without a boost in government jobs, which increased by 60,000, almost all of which came from the state and local levels.

Other sectors showing strong gains were health care (41,000), social assistance (24,000) and construction (23,000).

Leisure and hospitality, which had been the strongest job-growth engine over the past three years, added just 21,000 jobs for the month. The sector has cooled off considerably, showing only muted gains for the past three months.

The retail sector lost 11,000 jobs in June while transportation and warehousing saw a decline of 7,000.

For the 50 states, five territories and the District of Columbia, the jobs were spread across the country.

Biden can brag that despite the rumors of a recession, jobs are still coming.

The unfortunate side of a jobs report is the aftermath.

Being laid off or being fired from a job really sucks. Take it from me, I hate it. I am stable but I hate the two jobs I am working at. They don't pay enough and I based my whole life around them and nothing else. It has to come to an end soon.

The things observed:

There is a writer's strike. The Writers Guild of America and its union representatives have decided to strike over the networks not paying enough for its writers. Many of these top executives are making 9 figure salaries. This is an ongoing controversy.

With the distractions cranked up to 1000, Republicans continue to offer nothing but culture wars and conspiracy theories. For example, the far right is obsessed with the U.S. Secret Service finding a suspicious package at the White House on Sunday and had it determined to be possibly cocaine. Without evidence and a possible libel, they assume it belongs to Hunter Biden, the troubled son of the president. The far right has been obsessed with the news of this instead of having policies that deal with gun violence, climate change, lowering inflation and fixing infrastructure.

They sure love to brag about the appropriations coming to their districts and not credit the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act as a reason to this. Several Republicans who voted against the law are now bragging about several projects and benefits.

The Supreme Court made being a bigot legal. The rulings for a Colorado web designer, a UPS worker and a Catholic school have immunity created a paradise for Christian nationalism. They rolled back Biden student debt relief and eliminated affirmative action.

They kept voting rights in tact for now and forced Republican states to recreate non partisan congressional maps (which Republicans likely ignore).

Scientists have determined that the Earth has become a lot hotter. Many cities in the country have record breaking temperatures.

Over 400 mass shootings this year alone. The latest mass shootings over the July 4th weekend have lead to calls for gun control. Republicans refuse to take up any legislation that involves a ban on semi-automatic assault rifles, the most commonly used instrument in mass shootings.

The noise is demanding that Biden is replaced. Even though Bidenomics has put Americans to work and has benefited the country, Biden has a job approval at 42%. He is 80 years old and has used a sleep apnea machine to curb his snoring and stuttering. He has made several gaffes and many on social media are trying to be arm chair doctors.

Vice President Kamala Harris speaks on the new energy efficient school buses.

They are concerned about his health despite the president having a doctor on scene and has round the clock protection from the U.S. Secret Service.

They are still running on the notion that California governor Gavin Newsom and Hillary Clinton will be replacing Biden.

Leftists are demanding the Democratic National Committee hold debates. They want Biden to face controversial opponents Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Marianne Williamson.

The leftists are demanding that Iowa and New Hampshire are back on the voting schedule after Jaime Harrison and Biden approved South Carolina to first state for the primaries.

The far right is also pushing Kennedy as a viable candidate to face Biden. Kennedy and actress Cheryl Hines are risking their careers. Kennedy has pushed anti-vaccine and far right extremist noise despite his pledge to be a Democratic candidate. Kennedy doing push ups has the far right going gaga.

The Russo-Ukraine war continues on. The Russians are having more difficulty now that the armed mercenaries the Wagner Group defected. The Russian oligarch Yevgeny Prigozhin went into hiding after he was expelled to Belarus. But the dictator Alexander Lukashenko’s claims he left and is back in Russia. The allegations could not be independently verified, and the Kremlin refused to comment on Prigozhin’s whereabouts. But Russian media have reported he was recently seen at his offices in St. Petersburg.

Prigozhin tried to overthrow Russian dictator Vladimir Putin after his mercenaries saw strategic losses and a difficulty of getting resources. The Wagner Group had a day of almost overthrowing the Kremlin.

France has seen days of unrest after a cop shot and killed an unarmed teen in a vehicle.

The killing of Nahel Merzouk. In Nanterre, residents started a protest outside the police headquarters on 27 June, which later escalated into rioting as demonstrators set cars alight, destroyed bus stops, and shot fireworks at police.

The junk food media took an unauthorized picture of Prince Harry with his daughter Lilibit. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have sued the British tabloid The Daily Mirror, The Daily Mail and News Corp for invasion of privacy. The royals have seen a spike in threats against their lives.

Yes, folks are working two jobs. I am a testimony of that. But I am confident that in the short term I will have all the resources to reapply for the job I prefer.

The Congress has less work than most Americans. It is infuriating that the average worker works more hours than 157 House members and 36 senators.

Republicans see the only path to victory is basically obstruct and complain about the president. They won't offer solutions or policies. All they care about is trying to keep folks angry with culture wars and distractions.

President Joe Biden's headaches:

  1. The Republicans in the House of Representatives.
  2. The media asking him about Washed Up 45's controversies.
  3. The Supreme Court making controversial decisions that impact the country.
  4. Gun violence and Congress not doing anything to stop it.
  5. Inflation.
  6. Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO), Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT).
  7. Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA), Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX), Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. James Comer (R-KY), Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA), Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX), Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Rep. George Santos (R-NY), Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL), Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO).
  8. Republican governors Ron DeSantis, Kay Ivey, Greg Abbott, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Bill Lee, Glenn Youngkin, Kristie Noem, Kim Reynolds, Brian Kemp, Brad Little and Greg Gianforte.
  9. Judges appointed by Washed Up 45.
  10. The junk food media and their never ending dramatizing of world events.
  11. Anti-Vaxxers.
  12. Lawmakers and activists who protest the CDC guidelines during the pandemic.
  13. The endless culture wars that Republicans find outrage in.
  14. Washed Up 45 and his minions on Fox, Newsmax, OANN and the internet.
  15. Facebook, Twitter and TikTok. The idiots who run it and the idiots who post on it.
  16. Fox, Breitbart, Libs of TikTok, The Daily Mail, Newsmax and OANN's relentless talk about conspiracies. The endless attacks on the president's age, First Lady Jill Biden, Hunter Biden, Ashley Biden and the conspiracies about the president's mental capacity and health.
  17. The endless racism towards Biden's allies Vice President Kamala Harris and former president Barack Obama.
  18. The relentless talk about spending despite the former president's reckless spending.
  19. The lack of civility towards fellow Americans.
  20. Vladimir Putin.
  21. Xi Jinping.
  22. Kim Jong-Un.
  23. Benjamin Netanyahu.
  24. Alexander Lukashenko.
  25. Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud.
The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations.

An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.

You're not safe in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.

Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen. Companies are struggling to find workers. They are now trying to push incentives to get workers in.

Real Reasons To Why Unemployment Rate Stays The Way It Is!

  1. DEAD
  2. BORN
  3. THE PANDEMIC
  4. CLIMATE CHANGE
  5. IN PRISON
  6. IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
  7. IN MIDDLE SCHOOL
  8. IN HIGH SCHOOL
  9. IN COLLEGE NOT LOOKING
  10. VOLUNTEER
  11. DISABLED
  12. INFLATION
  13. STAY AT HOME PARENT
  14. RETIRED
  15. QUIT ON THEIR OWN
  16. TERMINATED FROM EMPLOYMENT
  17. NOT HIRING UNQUALIFIED
  18. NOT HIRING TOO QUALIFIED
  19. ACTIVE MILITARY
  20. NATURAL DISASTERS
  21. MASS SHOOTINGS DISRUPT DAILY ROUTINE
  22. BEING LAID OFF DUE TO CLOSING OR STAFF REDUCTION
  23. DESTRUCTION TO FACILITY OR PROPRETY
  24. OUTSOURCING JOBS TO OTHER STATES OR COUNTRIES
  25. BEING UNDOCUMENTED IN FEAR OF I.C.E. OR U.S. AGENCIES
  26. BEING PUBLICLY OUTED ON SOCIAL MEDIA DOING SHAMEFUL ACTS
  27. PARTICIPATING IN UNCIVIL OR VIOLENT PROTESTS

Jobs are looking good despite fears of an economic slowdown.

Companies are still trying to hire employees. With the average wages stagnant, many are not looking forward to returning to a job that pays dirt wages. Many who worked in the retail, restaurant and low end service industry are not willing to take a job for less than $10 an hour. Matter of fact, no one can survive on $15 an hour.

Republicans don't see the bigger picture itself. They rather continue to believe in conspiracies about people collecting the safety net and not going back to work.

Give them a liveable wage and maybe things might improve in the job market

Always showboating.

We can't always assume that folks are lazy. People are literally dying from being exposed to the coronavirus and folks are tired of the status quo of their jobs.

Many single mothers are having trouble trying to find quality daycare or family members to watch children. On top of that, some have lost family members due to the pandemic. A homemaker may have lost their spouse. Some may have no choice but to watch their children or loved ones due to the aftermath of the pandemic.

Folks are still trying to rebound from medical bills, late rent payments, owing taxes and college loans.

Republicans are white nationalists without a conscience.

Washed Up 45's presidency and Republican controlled governments killed millions of Americans. Biden has a slim majority in Congress and things can't be done with obstruction from both parties.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.

We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.

The call number to the U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official phone number, 202-224-3121. Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that women deserve the right to safe medical procedures. Let them know that their failure to pass legislation to lower prices are the reasons why the economy is in a free fall.
