Conservative Outrage Over A Nip Slip!

Conservative outrage over Rose Montoya going topless.

The far right is outraged over a transwoman going topless but not exposing nipple at the White House. Like this is what is driving the noise.

Transwomen have faced more threats on their lives. From attacks to sex trafficking, living as a transwoman should not be a curse. It should be a freedom. The far right far out of ideas and solutions to fixing American problems have resorted to attacking groups they deemed not a part of this great nation.

Besides, they are scrambling for something other than attacking the U.S. Justice Department.

Not like a former president being served a federal sandwich on his fucking birthday.

A brief action on social media got the attention of the President Joe Biden and there's a possibility that she could be banned from further invites.

You really have to be this type of pearl clutching to concern yourself with an individual who does something that you don't like.

For those celebrating PRIDE 2023, be yourself. Fuck the haters and bigots.

They are literally running on culture wars and baseless conspiracies going into 2024. I believe that most Americans will see through the noise and figure out that Republicans can't govern.

Rose Montoya becomes the new boogey woman for the far right. It is not only Dylann Mulvaney but all transwomen and drag queens in the sights of the extremists.

Transwoman who is a model and activist poses with transmen who were topless. The transmen who had their breasts surgically removed.

Montoya shared a video from the event on Instagram that features a clip of her standing in front of the White House topless and covering her nipples with her hands.

Right-wing media shared screenshots from Montoya’s video, with commentators and media personalities calling her actions “disrespectful.” Many of Montoya’s critics misgendered her by referring to her with male pronouns and called her anti-trans slurs.

A White House spokesperson said Tuesday that Montoya and the other people featured in her video would be banned from future events organized there.

“This behavior is inappropriate and disrespectful for any event at the White House. It is not reflective of the event we hosted to celebrate LGBTQI+ families or the other hundreds of guests who were in attendance,” the White House spokesperson said. “Individuals in the video will not be invited to future events.”

Montoya, who was not immediately available to speak with NBC News, addressed the backlash in a video on Instagram.

Had she not shared the video, the noise would have not known.

“Conservatives are trying to use the video of me topless at the White House to try to call the community groomers, etcetera,” she said. “And I would just like to say that, first of all, going topless in Washington, D.C., is legal, and I fully support the movement in freeing the nipple because why is my chest now deemed inappropriate or illegal when I show it off, however, before coming out as trans it was not?”

Montoya said her critics are affirming that she is a woman by being outraged, “because for some reason, people like to sexualize women’s bodies and say that they are inappropriate.”

“My trans masculine friends were showing off their top surgery scars and living in joy, and I wanted to join them,” she said. “And because it is perfectly within the law in Washington, D.C., I decided to join them and cover my nipples just to play it safe. Because I wanted to be fully free and myself. I had zero intention of trying to be vulgar, or be profane in any way. I was simply living in joy, living my truth and existing in my body. Happy Pride. Free the nipple.”

The backlash over Montoya’s video takes place amid an increasingly hostile national climate for the LGBTQ community, particularly transgender people. So far this year, state lawmakers have introduced 491 bills aimed at restricting LGBTQ rights, according to the American Civil Liberties Union. Nearly half of those would restrict trans rights, with most focused on restricting transition-related medical care and trans athletes’ participation on school sports teams.

Brands have also faced more criticism in recent months for featuring LGBTQ people in their advertising or selling LGBTQ-inclusive merchandise. Bud Light faced boycotts in April — which have negatively affected sales — after featuring Dylan Mulvaney, a trans influencer, in an ad campaign.

Target announced last month that it was pulling some LGBTQ-themed items from stores following what a company spokesperson described as “threats” to employees over this year’s Pride Month merchandise. Many conservative critics online specifically took issue with the company selling tuck-friendly bathing suits for adults that are inclusive of trans people.

Rose Montoya is a voter. I bet she will encourage her supporters to vote against the Republicans and some Democrats who do not value her as a woman.

Fox Learned Nothing!

Fox learned nothing from spreading lies.

MSNBC has emerged as a serious threat to Fox. Since the cannon firing of Tucker Carlson, the folks at the far right network seen a decrease in its ratings. Although the network still wins the demo with viewers, most are angered over Carlson being fired and vow to never watch the propaganda again. Had Washed Up 45 declared that the network was unwatchable, his minions would not hesitate.

The first mistake of Fox was the claim that former first lady Melania Trump was with the former president.

It was an alleged mistress.

Margo Martin.

Fake Melania. She is the longtime communications director for Washed Up 45.

The 27-year old was mistaken as the former first lady by John Roberts. He later had to correct himself. Melania was in New York and has been reclusive from the junk food media.

She has no intention of being on the campaign trail.

Wall to wall coverage yesterday of the former president being indicted on charges by the federal government. Once he was allowed to leave, he headed to his Bedminster home to do a campaign rally.

CNN and MSNBC did not carry the speech. Fox did but coming into Sean "Softball" Hannity's shitshow was Fox News Tonight being hosted by Brian Kilmeade. The 8pm program has no permanent replacement as of yet.

What Fox did was so brazen and it will guarentee the White House will no longer offer the network interviews. On top of that, Fox might not be called upon when White House Press Karine Jean-Pierre holds the briefings. They called President Joe Biden a "wannabe dictator."

“WANNABE DICTATOR SPEAKS AT THE WHITE HOUSE AFTER HAVING HIS POLITICAL RIVAL ARRESTED,” the chyron on Fox read just before 9pm as the network provided live continuous coverage of Washed Up 45’s remarks. The network briefly aired a side by side visual of Washed Up 45’s speech from his New Jersey Golf club and Biden’s remarks from the White House, but never broke away from the audio feed of the former president’s speech.

If Biden was a dictator, he would have forced Fox off the air and jailed those responsible.

Or he would have killed them. Impose sanctions on the network.

Dominion Systems settled with Fox for nearly $790 million after the network deliberately lied about the 2020 election and put the company in the crosshairs of violent extremists.

The network will probably settle with Smartmatic. The company is suing for $2 billion.

Former Fox employees are suing the network.

Carlson is defiant in promoting his Twitter podcasts despite Fox warnings that he is under contract and could face legal repercussions.

Celebrating Gunfire: Mass Shooting In Denver!

Even in celebration, there is gunfire.

Most of these recent mass shootings are in states with Republican governors and state legislators.

The Denver Nuggets for the first time in the team franchise history are the NBA Champions. They beat the Miami Heat in Game 5 with a 94-89 win at Ball Arena in Denver.

The city is celebrating the team's victory. However, gun violence again.

An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.

These lawmakers will do the usual "thoughts and prayers" and "our hearts goes out to" as well as the Republicans saying that "now it's not the time to talk" bullshit.

These murderers don't have mental illness. They are calculated and prepared. It happened to be a moment where they have the opportunity to take out lives. There's no sickness in the head. Most mass shooters legally obtain their assault rifles without little background checks. They have likely no criminal history and they are willing to use the assault weapon in the only thing it's good for: Killing numerous lives.

I dismiss this ridiculous notion that criminals  are the problem, not the guns. Firearms are often obtained through legal purchases.

Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem. The problem is lawmakers not willing to stop gun violence.

THE NICE GUY IS THE MOST DANGEROUS PERSON WITH A FIREARM. THOSE WHO ARE SPURN BY RELATIONSHIPS, THE WORKPLACE, SOCIETY IN GENERAL WILL SEEK REVENGE BY TAKING OUT LIVES. THEY WANT TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS OF MASSACRING THEIR FELLOW HUMAN BEING.

THE JUNK FOOD MEDIA AND POLITICIANS ADD FUEL TO THE FIRE BY AMPING UP POLARIZING RHETORIC.

What to do to protect your life.

1. Run - If you hear sounds like firecrackers, popping sounds or suspicious activities around a large gathering (i.e. malls, stores, clubs, public gatherings), if you can flee, run away from the shooter. Do not run in a straight path of the sight. Move around and zig-zag if possible to keep yourself out the line of fire. It's best to not film a shooter commiting the act. If you are willing to risk your life for a viral video, more power to you but its best to stay out of the line of fire by running away.

2. Hide - If you are involved in an active shooting, you must barricade yourself in a room and keep doors locked, lights off, phones on silent. Do not go into restrooms, lockers and kitchens. Those are most likely places where shooters often go. If you can barricade a room to prevent a shooter from getting in, it eliminate the opportunity for the shooter to get through. Make sure you keep your voice low when you're involved in mass shooting. Call 9-1-1 if you can.

3. Fight - If you are willing to risk your life or willing to film the incident, you have no choice but to fight. Make sure you grab something that is powerful enough to disarm a shooter. Do not confront a shooter in the midst of sight. Make yourself not visible if you're trying to fight. Do not think being a "good guy with a gun" is going to stop a bad guy. The cops don't see good guys trying to stop bad guys. They see active shooters and they will shoot anyone who is armed regardless of the matter. If you're ready to fight, be prepared to die. It's best to not be easily seen if you're trying to stop a shooter. If you're a conceal carry and attempt to disarm an active shooter, you are willing to sacrifice your life to save lives. You are willing to go hero, you could die a hero or an idiot.

4. Realize - Mind you, that the types of firearms used by shooter are based on capacity which limits the time of reaction. As with rule 3, you have only less than a second to make a reaction when the shooter is set on sights. So there's no real solution to save your life in the event of an active shooter. The best thing to do is understand, that anywhere in the United States could be a target of a mass shooting. Congress isn't doing a damn thing about it.

This was not a Black Lives Matter mob violence as the far right wants to call it.

This was a sporting event rioting.

Denver Nuggets fans celebrate and riot.

The far right often infiltrate protests and cause chaos to paint progressives protests as violent. Even when the far right attacked the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, they believed that far left members infiltrated the mob. Ignore the fact that Washed Up 45 and his allies urged the supporters to come, called for them to protest and told them to not show weakness.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Jared Polis, Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO), Sen. John Hickenlooper (D-CO) and Colorado's U.S. Representatives (except Rep. Doug Lamborn (R-CO) and Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO)) were notified.

The shooting happened about 12:30 a.m. — about 3 1/2 hours after the game — and three of the injured were in critical condition, the Denver Police Department said in a statement. The suspect, a man, was one of the seven people who suffered injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.

The shooting happened about a mile from Ball Arena, where the Nuggets defeated the Miami Heat on Monday night.

“As far as what led up to this altercation that resulted in the shots being fired, that’s still under investigation at this time,” police spokesperson Doug Schepman said. “It did occur in the area where we had largest gathering of folks celebrating during the night.”

The area was taped off and evidence markers were at the scene.

A small crowd was in the area at the time of the shooting, he said, but had “diminished quite a bit at that point.” He said the shooting was in an area where a lot of people might have come out of bars after the game.

Police were interviewing witnesses and Schepman described the ongoing investigation “expansive.”

According to the far rightWhite shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. Almost all mass shooters are registered Democrats because they have liked one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white. They say a white person should "protect" from protesters and use of firearms are justified. They say if a shooter is active military or a veteran who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens, the far right automatically assume the gunmen are Black.

The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox, Twitter and they force it into national news. They make the case to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Democrats, Rev. Al Sharpton and rap music for Black on whatever violence. Republican lawmakers who do not live in urban neighborhoods often troll social media to talk about gun violence or crime in Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee and New York City while not doing a damn thing to stop it. If a white person shoots a Black person, the shooter is given the benefit of doubt. White shooters are given glowing profiles about their perfect lives and how friends noticed something but refused to do something. When it comes to Black shooters, automatic vilification. They don't see mental illness. They see it as gang violence, allegedly fatherless homes, Democratic policies or the need for more firearms. The far right and Republicans exploit gun violence in the Black community for culture wars and racism.

Republicans solutions are more guns, blame others for America's social ills and defect from accepting reality.

You're not safe in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.

Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of never ending tragedy. Gun violence, extremism and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how gun reform is taking away your rights to own firearms.

I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth.

When you hear folks say "gun rights," what they really mean is that its white privilege. This good guy with a gun nonsense has to end. The cops didn't do nothing when children were shot inside a school. A security guard was shot dead trying to protect shoppers. A cop accidentally shot his own. The good guy who tried to stop a bad guy is outgunned and a part of the rule #3.

Remember #3 means: The "good guy with a gun" better be prepared to die if they want to stop a shooter.

I don't want to hear folks say masks and vaccine mandates impede their freedoms. It prevents a deadly outbreak from spreading. If you want to die from the coronavirus, that's on you. We lost over 1 million people from the coronavirus.

The Denver Nuggets quickly eliminated the Miami Heat.

I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. Cause a bullet does not have eyes and it's always likely gonna hit a target. These folks seem to not get it. These incidents are a tragic part of American history. Thoughts and prayers and your heart going out to the victims is not enough. It quite frankly is an insult. I am also tired of scapegoating Black on Black crime, Chicago, Baltimore and Democratic mayors for the nation's obsession to be numb to gun violence. You pretty much enable this nonsense by deflecting.

President Joe Biden is trying to curb gun violence. However, he has no support from Republicans. Most Democrats and America are for gun control measures. However one Democrat and one independent who caucuses with the Democrats in the Senate refuse to change the filibuster rules and its holding us back.

The National Rifle Association is always pushing against it. They will not relinquish from the narrative that guns are not saving lives. The Republicans aided by a fickle junk food media are openly encouraging anarchy and disruption in a desperate attempt for the Republicans to win back Congress and the White House. These agitators are calling for Biden to curb crime but will not help him. They want more guns on the street. It makes no sense.

So in closing, expect more.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE PROBLEM IN THE UNITED STATES.

Happy Birthday!

Happy birthday.

Washed Up 45 was born June 14, 1946.

Washed Up 45 turns 77 this week and he will be spending his birthday in U.S. federal court. He was indicted on 37 counts by the federal government for obstruction of justice, willful retention of classified documents and intentional withholding of federal documents.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

He vows to stay in the presidential race despite the legal woes that he is facing. About 90% of the Republican Party is backing him in this. They believe it is a political hit joh.

The case is laden with political implications for Washed Up 45, who currently holds the dominant spot in the early days of the 2024 Republican presidential primary. But it also poses profound legal consequences given the prospect of a years-long prison sentence. Even for a defendant whose post-presidential life has been dominated by investigations, the documents probe has stood out for both the apparent volume of evidence amassed by prosecutors and the severity of the allegations.

It’s also a watershed moment for a Justice Department that until last week had never before brought charges against a former president. Attorney General Merrick Garland, an appointee of President Joe Biden, sought to insulate the department from political attacks by handing ownership of the case last year to a special counsel Jack Smith, who on Friday declared, “We have one set of laws in this country, and they apply to everyone.”

The arraignment, though largely procedural in nature, is the latest in an unprecedented public reckoning this year for the former president, who faces charges in New York arising from hush money payments during his 2016 presidential campaign as well as ongoing investigations in Washington and Atlanta into efforts to undo the results of the 2020 race. He’s sought to project confidence in the face of unmistakable legal peril, attacking Smith as “deranged,” pledging to stay in the race and scheduling a speech and fundraiser for Tuesday night at his Bedminster, New Jersey, golf club.

“They’re using this because they can’t win the election fairly and squarely,” the former  president said Monday in an interview with Americano Media.

The court appearance is also unfolding against the backdrop of potential protests and unrest. Some high-profile backers have used barbed rhetoric to voice support. Washed Up 45 himself has encouraged supporters to join a planned protest Tuesday at the Miami courthouse, where he is expected to surrender to authorities.

No riots as of yet.

Some of his supporters were also planning to load buses to head to Miami from other parts of Florida, raising concerns for law enforcement officials who are preparing for the potential of unrest around the courthouse. Miami Mayor Francis Suarez said the city would be ready, and police chief Manuel A. Morales said downtown could see anywhere from a few thousand up to 50,000 protesters. He said the city would divert traffic and possibly block streets depending on crowd size.

Unlike in the New York case, where photographers produced images of a somber-faced Washed Up 45 at the courtroom defense table, the public’s view will limited. Cameras are generally not permitted in federal courts, and a judge Monday night barred reporters from having phones inside the building.

A federal grand jury in Washington had heard testimony for months in the documents case, but the Justice Department filed it in Florida, where the former president’s Mar-a-Lago resort is located and where many of the alleged acts of obstruction occurred. Though Washed Up 45 is set to appear Tuesday before a federal magistrate, the case has been assigned to a District Court judge he appointed, Aileen Cannon, who ruled in his favor last year in a dispute over whether an outside special master could be appointed to review the seized classified documents. A federal appeals panel ultimately overturned her ruling.

It’s unclear what defenses the former president is likely to cite as the case moves forward. Two of his lead lawyers announced their resignation on the morning after his indictment, and the notes and recollections of another attorney, M. Evan Corcoran, are cited repeatedly throughout the 49-page charging document, suggesting prosecutors envision him as a potential key witness.

Washed Up 45 has said he’s looking to add to his legal team though no announcements were made Monday. He was expected to be represented at his arraignment by Todd Blanche, an attorney also defending him in the New York case, and Florida lawyer Chris Kise, who joined Washed Up 45’s stable of attorneys last year. Under the rules of the district, defendants are required to have a local lawyer for an arraignment to proceed.

The Justice Department unsealed Friday an indictment charging the former president with 37 felony counts, 31 relating to the willful retention of national defense information. Other charges include conspiracy to commit obstruction and false statements.

The indictment alleges the former president intentionally retained hundreds of classified documents that he took with him from the White House to Mar-a-Lago after leaving the presidency in January 2021. The material he stored, including in a bathroom, ballroom, bedroom and shower, included material on nuclear programs, defense and weapons capabilities of the U.S. and foreign governments and a Pentagon “attack plan,” the indictment says. The information, if exposed, could have put at risk members of the military, confidential human sources and intelligence collection methods, prosecutors said.

Beyond that, prosecutors say, he sought to obstruct government efforts to recover the documents, including by directing personal aide Walt Nauta — who was charged alongside Washed Up 45 — to move boxes to conceal them and also suggesting to his own lawyer that he hide or destroy documents sought by a Justice Department subpoena.

Pat Sajak To Leave Wheel Of Fortune!

Game show host Pat Sajak retires. He and co-host Vanna White are game show icons.

For those who don't know, game show and media personalities Mary Hart, Drew Carey, Ben Stein, Pat Sajak and Chuck Woolery are Republicans. Even independent Bob Barker had endorsed then Republican turned independent former Florida lawmaker now MSNBC commentator David Jolly.

Pat Sajak once had a Sunday talk show on Fox back in the late 1990s.

Besides his far right politics, Pat Sajak is one of a kind guy. The longtime game show host will not renew his contract after 2023. The recent health scares has also fueled rumors that he will retire soon.

Sajak and Vanna White are the hosts of America's game, Wheel of Fortune. Wheel and Jeopardy! are longtime staples of afternoon/evening syndicated programming.

ABC currently has exclusive rights to air Celebrity Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! The Tournament of Champions and Celebrity editions.

Sajak indicated in an interview last summer that his tenure on the show was winding down.

“It appears I may go before the show,” he told Entertainment Tonight, adding, “Years go by fast. We’re getting near the end.”

“In most television shows by this time, you would have said, ‘That’s probably enough,’ but this show will not die,” he joked.

Tucker Carlson Bites The Fox!

Defiant white nationalist will ignore Fox warnings.

While Tucker Carlson is still under contract with Fox until 2025, it has not stopped him from partnering with Elon Musk to launch his podcast on Twitter. Now his podcast has generated millions of views and is clearly outpacing Fox primetime opinion shows.

Fox ordering him to stop or face the consequences.

The network sent a “cease and desist” letter to Carlson claiming his new show on Twitter violates his Fox employment contract, which reportedly expires in early 2025.

Carlson is fighting back.

Perhaps one of the most controversial figures on American television, Tucker Carlson was No. 1 on Fox at the 8pm hour. His show regularly pulled in 3 to 4 million viewers.

His show was propaganda for white nationalists and MAGA. He wasn't the softball type of host. Sean "Softball" Hannity is the definition of softball hosts. Carlson tended to move past the normalcy of attacking Democrats to attacking Republicans, the elite and those who threatened the white culture.

Harmeet K. Dhillon, a lawyer for Carlson, called the decision to remove Carlson from the network “the most catastrophic programming decision in the history of the cable news industry,” adding that her client won’t be silenced.

“Fox News continues to ignore the interests of its viewers, not to mention its shareholder obligations,” Dhillon said in a statement to Axios.

Fox did not immediately return HuffPost’s request for comment.

Carlson, who is still being paid by the conservative network, was pushed out following the network’s $787.5 million defamation settlement with Dominion Voting Systems.

“FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways. We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor,” the network said at the time, without citing a reason for his departure.

Carlson’s lawyers reportedly told Fox News prior to the show’s announcement that the noncompete clause in his contract is no longer valid, accusing the network’s leadership of fraud and of violating the contract.

Carlson’s executive producer, Justin Wells, on Sunday said Carlson’s next Twitter episode, scheduled for Tuesday, will cover Trump’s federal indictment over his handling of classified documents.

Hillary On The Brain!

Here we go again!

Yeah, he may have defeated her in 2016, but guess what?

He lost in 2020 to a former vice president who everyone thought was expected to lose.

On top of that, she never said the election was stolen or caused her supporters to storm the U.S. Capitol. She said to respect the results and hope the best for the future president.

Now every time she responds to a controversy from the former president, the far right reacts like the typical animals they are.

Republicans are obsessed with Hillary Clinton. If they continue to use her as a scapegoat, they will lose in 2024. It proves the point that the party is fixated on conspiracy theories and endless political theater.

As the former president is facing 37 federal charges for the failure to return classified documents, Republicans return to beat on a dead horse.

Clinton left the White House as the secretary of state under President Barack Obama in 2012. The Republicans keep bringing Benghazi and her emails back into the matter. They are literally trying to justify why a former president kept classified documents in the open and literally took them without permission. When the National Archives asked for them back, he hid them, tried to destroy evidence and shown several of them to people who had no access to them.

Republicans appearing on GOP Sundays were scrambling to defend Washed Up 45.

When they try to defend the indefensible, they run to Hillary Clinton. They even use Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden and George Soros.

Washed Up 45's backers are citing the Justice Department’s decision in 2016 not to bring charges against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, his Democratic opponent in that year’s presidential race, over her handling of classified information. His supporters also are invoking a separate classified documents investigation concerning President Joe Biden to allege a two-tier system of justice that is punishing the former president, the undisputed early front-runner for the GOP’s 2024 White House nomination, for conduct that Democrats have engaged in.

“Is there a different standard for a Democratic secretary of state versus a former Republican president?” said Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Washed Up 45 primary rival. “I think there needs to be one standard of justice in this country.”

But those arguments overlook abundant factual and legal differences — chiefly relating to intent, state of mind and deliberate acts of obstruction — that limit the value of any such comparisons.

In August, I will do the Sean Hannity Word Vomit. I will once again detail this far right annoyance and his obsession with her and Hunter Biden. I will address the Fox scandals and how his show has become so stale, it is losing to MSNBC hosts Rachel Maddow and Alex Wagner.

Bill Barr: The Government Does Have A Case!

Bill Barr says it's a no win for Washed Up 45.

Former Attorney General Bill Barr tells Fox that Washed Up 45's failure to return classified documents is his own undoing. He can't defend the actions of the former president.

Barr, appearing on Fox News Sunday, said he was “shocked by the degree of sensitivity of these documents and how many there were, frankly.”

“The government's agenda was to get those, protect those documents and get them out. And I think it was perfectly appropriate to do that. It was the right thing to do,” Barr said.

“We have to wait and see what the defense says and what proves to be true,” Barr noted, but he added that “if even half of it is true, then he's toast.”

The former attorney general explained that there is a difference between a president's personal documents, such as notes from a meeting, and sensitive documents prepared by government officials for the president.

Washed Up 45 has repeatedly proclaimed his innocence and called the allegation election interference as he seeks a second term in the White House.

Barr, once one of Washed Up 45’s closest allies, earlier this month called the former president unfit to serve as president in 2024 and said “It is a horror show when he is left to his own devices.”

Viaduct Collapse In Philadelphia!

Interstate 95 overpass collapse.

Interstate 95, a major north-south freeway that travels from Houlton, Maine at the U.S-Canadian border to Miami carries a majority of American travelers on the East Coast.

It is the longest north-south highway. It passes through or goes near 20 major cities.

Philadelphia is the halfway point between Washington, DC and New York. It carries up to 125,00 million travelers a day.

A semi truck fire has collapse the deck of Interstate 95 north of downtown. It will impact millions of motorists. On top of that, it goes to show Americans that culture wars are really not the biggest issue in the country. Bud Light and Rainbow flags aren't getting people to work or their destinations. The impact of a freeway is the lifeblood of American commerce and our economy.

Multiple lanes of Interstate 95 northbound in Philadelphia have collapsed after a tanker truck fire erupted underneath an overpass.

The fire broke out around 6 a.m. underneath I-95 near the Cottman Avenue exit in the Tacony section of the city.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy, Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA), Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ), Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, and the U.S. Representatives from Pennsylvania and New Jersey are aware.

Investigators theorize a fuel tanker is the source of the fire that destabilized and brought down an entire portion of the northbound lanes, according to sources.

The southbound side of the interstate has also been compromised due to the blaze.

Flames could be seen shooting up from the roadway Sunday morning. Thick black smoke filled the sky and traffic was stopped in that area.

Residents in the area of the collapse can follow updates from PennDOT on their website.

Ted Kaczynski Passed Away!

Serial bomber Ted Kaczynski passed away.

Domestic terrorist died in federal time out. Just a week ago, Robert Hanssen, the country's most notorious spy who traded secrets to the Soviet Union and later the Russian Federation passed away in Florence, Colorado at their Supermax.

Now Ted Kaczynski, the Unabomber has passed away at the medical facility lockup in Butner, North Carolina. The domestic terrorist was 81. He was stationed at Florence, Colorado before his health got worse. They shipped his ass to the medical facility in North Carolina. He was found unresponsive in his cell early Saturday.

Kaczynski spent 20 years on the lamb. He was captured in 1996.

This man was monster. Unfortunately, the junk food media gave him a story.

He was a child prodigy. He graduated from college at a young age and wanted to become a mathematics instructor. Down the line, he was rejected by women because he harbored creepy behavior. He was interested in men at some point and even considered becoming a woman. He said he thought about killing his psychologist because he talked him out of it.

After failing to win over staff at the University of California in Berkeley, he decided to take on a reclusive life in Montana.

He lived his life in a log cabin in remote Lincoln, Montana. He lived in a run down shack with no running water, no electricity and no working phone.

Between 1978 and 1995, Kaczynski placed or mailed 16 bombs that killed three people and injured two dozen others, according to authorities.

In 1995, before he was identified as the Unabomber, he demanded newspapers publish a long manuscript he had written, saying the killings would continue otherwise. Both the New York Times and Washington Post published the 35,000-word manifesto later that year at the recommendation of the U.S. Attorney General and the director of the FBI.

If it hadn't been for the suspicions of his brother and sister-in-law, Kaczynski might never have been caught. Kaczynski's sister-in-law, Linda Patrik, was one of the first to identify Kaczynski as the Unabomber after reading the Unabomber's writing.

In an interview with "20/20 on ID Presents: Homicide" in 2016, Patrik recalled the first time she suspected Kaczynski was responsible for the serial bombings.

Kaczynski went on trial in Sacramento, California, where the key issue was not his guilt but his sanity and whether he would be spared the death penalty. He pleaded guilty to murder in exchange for life in prison without parole in 1998.

Kaczynski, who had attended Harvard at 16-years-old and earned a Ph.D. in math at the University of Michigan, had also threatened to blow up airliners, according to the FBI.

The prosecution of Kaczynski was supervised by the now Attorney General Merrick Garland when he was a senior Justice Department official. Garland also supervised the Oklahoma City Bombing investigation before he was Attorney General.

He grew up in Chicago, where his first bomb exploded, taught at the University of California, Berkeley, where two devices were left, and had lived in Salt Lake City, which was also a target, authorities said.

The name Unabomber was inspired by the case name UNABOM, which is derived from the UNiversity and Airline BOMbing targets, according to the FBI.

And This Was Really Bad!

Feds assert that classified documents were found in a bathroom at Mar a Lago.

It was worse than we thought. I mean it was clearly obstruction of justice.

Photos released from the lengthy indictment against the former president show that he and several staffers deliberately left classified documents out in the open. He shown folks who had no access top secret material.

Special Council Jack Smith did not take any questions during his brief press conference.

He suggested that Americans read the indictment and understand that the U.S. government without a reasonable doubt had no choice but to file a criminal indictment against Washed Up 45 and several associates.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

He must report to the U.S. District Court in Miami to surrender. He also will face federal judge Alieen Cannon, the controversial Washed Up 45 appointed judge who issued a special master to oversee the classified documents.

His rants and Republicans rallying around him will not do him nor the party any good.

The so called "law and order" party is quite outraged over this. But when you look into how the government determined the extent of how serious the charges are, Republicans may have to reconsider.

Washed Up 45's federal indictment is a scathing, 44-page read that opens with the assertion that, in his post-presidency, he flagrantly violated the very national security laws that he used to propel himself to the White House in 2016.

The former president faces up to 100 years in prison for allegedly putting the nation’s safety at risk by keeping hundreds of classified records, spilling secrets to boast of his immense power as a former commander-in-chief, and orchestrating a campaign to block the feds from getting them back.

SCOTUS Dumps Alabama's Illegal Gerrymandering Map!

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris with the nine members of the Supreme Court.

The states of Ohio, Illinois, Texas, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Indiana, Georgia, North Carolina will have revive their congressional district maps before the 2024 election. The Supreme Court sided with civil rights groups who claimed the state of Alabama violated the Voting Rights Act of 1965 by drawing a gerrymandered map favoring Republicans and eliminating a district that favored Black voters.

Chief Justice John Roberts and Brett Kavanaugh joined the liberal wing in protecting voting rights.

Majority: Chief Justice John Roberts, Kentaji Brown Jackson, Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor and Brett Kavanaugh.

Dissent: Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Samuel Alito and Amy Coney Barrett.

The decision was keenly anticipated for its potential effect on control of the closely divided U.S. House of Representatives. Because of the ruling, new maps are likely in Alabama and Louisiana that could allow Democratic-leaning Black voters to elect their preferred candidates in two more congressional districts.

The outcome was unexpected in that the court had allowed the challenged Alabama map to be used for the 2022 elections, and in arguments last October the justices appeared willing to make it harder to challenge redistricting plans as racially discriminatory under the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

The chief justice himself suggested last year that he was open to changes in the way courts weigh discrimination claims under the part of the law known as section 2. But on Thursday, Roberts wrote that the court was declining “to recast our section 2 case law as Alabama requests.”

Roberts also was part of conservative high-court majorities in earlier cases that made it harder for racial minorities to use the Voting Rights Act in ideologically divided rulings in 2013 and 2021.

The other four conservative justices dissented Thursday. Justice Clarence Thomas wrote that the decision forces “Alabama to intentionally redraw its longstanding congressional districts so that black voters can control a number of seats roughly proportional to the black share of the State’s population. Section 2 demands no such thing, and, if it did, the Constitution would not permit it.”

The Biden administration sided with the Black voters in Alabama.

Attorney General Merrick Garland applauded the ruling: “Today’s decision rejects efforts to further erode fundamental voting rights protections, and preserves the principle that in the United States, all eligible voters must be able to exercise their constitutional right to vote free from discrimination based on their race.”

Evan Milligan, a Black voter and the lead plaintiff in the case, said the ruling was a victory for democracy and people of color.

“We are grateful that the Supreme Court upheld what we knew to be true: that everyone deserves to have their vote matter and their voice heard. Today is a win for democracy and freedom not just in Alabama but across the United States,” Milligan said.

Current map invalid.
Alabama Republican Party Chairman John Wahl said in a statement that state lawmakers would comply with the ruling. “Regardless of our disagreement with the Court’s decision, we are confident the Alabama Legislature will redraw district lines that ensure the people of Alabama are represented by members who share their beliefs, while following the requirements of applicable law,” Wahl said.

But Steve Marshall, the state’s Republican attorney general, said he expects to continue defending the challenged map in federal court, including at a full trial. “Although the majority’s decision is disappointing, this case is not over,” Marshall said in a statement.

Deuel Ross, a civil rights lawyer who argued the case at the Supreme Court, said the justices have validated the lower court’s view in this case. A full trial “doesn’t seem a good use of Alabama’s time, resources or the money of the people to continue to litigate their case.”

The case stems from challenges to Alabama’s seven-district congressional map, which included one district in which Black voters form a large enough majority that they have the power to elect their preferred candidate. The challengers said that one district is not enough, pointing out that overall, Alabama’s population is more than 25% Black.

A three-judge court, with two appointees of former President Donald Trump, had little trouble concluding that the plan likely violated the Voting Rights Act by diluting the votes of Black Alabamians. That “likely” violation was the standard under which the preliminary injunction was issued by the three-judge panel, which ordered a new map drawn.

But the state quickly appealed to the Supreme Court, where five conservative justices prevented the lower-court ruling from going forward. At the same time, the court decided to hear the Alabama case.

Louisiana’s congressional map had separately been identified as probably discriminatory by a lower court. That map, too, remained in effect last year and now will have to be redrawn.

The National Redistricting Foundation said in a statement that its pending lawsuits over congressional districts in Georgia and Texas also could be affected.

Separately, the Supreme Court in the fall will hear South Carolina’s appeal of a lower-court ruling that found Republican lawmakers stripped Black voters from a district to make it safer for a Republican candidate. That case also could lead to a redrawn map in South Carolina, where six U.S. House members are Republicans and one is a Democrat.

Partisan politics also underlies the Alabama case. Republicans who dominate elective office in Alabama have been resistant to creating a second district with a Democratic-leaning Black majority, or close to one, that could send another Democrat to Congress.

The judges found that Alabama concentrated Black voters in one district, while spreading them out among the others to make it much more difficult to elect more than one candidate of their choice.

Alabama’s Black population is large enough and geographically compact enough to create a second district, the judges found.

Denying discrimination, Alabama argued that the lower court ruling would have forced it to sort voters by race and insisted it was taking a “race neutral” approach to redistricting.

At arguments in October, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson scoffed at the idea that race could not be part of the equation. Jackson, the court’s first Black woman, said that constitutional amendments passed after the Civil War and the Voting Rights Act a century later were intended to do the same thing, make Black Americans “equal to white citizens.”
