Quavo refused to have Offset on stage during the in memoriam and it led to a fight backstage.
Takeoff was the nephew of Quavo and cousin of Offset. The were the Migos. Offset left the group and they had a feud ever since. Takeoff and Quavo released an album in October.
They were at a private party in Houston, Texas when a terrorist shot and killed him in November.
The Migos were a group based out of Atlanta. They grew up in Lawerenceville and became a group in 2009 and became household names in 2012.
That far right network, Republicans and media agitators are still obsessing over that Chinese balloon. It must be the only thing to suppress the jobs report that showed over 500,000 added to the country.
Fox, the network that promises unmitigated opposition to President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are being the armchair generals. They act like the balloon was the biggest scandal to happen in the Biden administration.
They even insert Hunter Biden in their explanation of why Biden chose to shoot the balloon down over the Atlantic Ocean.
Black coons Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) and Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) are gutter sniping on social media and Fox.
Insufferable lawmakers Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) claim that Washed Up 45 would have shot down the balloon if it made into the U.S.
Washed Up 45 claims he never allowed it to come close. But it was reported the Pentagon had informed the former president that Chinese balloons were spotted flying over the country.
Even Fox reported it. However, the agitators dismissed it as the former not getting real time from officials. It is amazing there were claims Washed Up 45 ignored his daily briefings and often try to put the blame of failure on former president Barack Obama.
Actress and activist Viola Davis won a Grammy on Sunday.
Her memoir, "Finding Me" won a Grammy as an audiobook.
She becomes the third Black woman to be in the club.
She is the latest entertainer to have won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and a Tony.
Richard Rodgers, Helen Hayes, Rita Moreno, John Gielgud, Audrey Hepburn, Marvin Hamlisch, Jonathan Tunick, Mel Brooks, Mike Nicholas, Whoopi Goldberg, Scott Rudin, Robert Lopez, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Tim Rice, John Legend, Alan Menken and Jennifer Hudson.
Having an Academy Award (Oscar) is the most prestigious. Davis won for best supporting actress in 2017 for her role as housewife Rose Maxson in the 2016 film "Fences." She won an Emmy for the Shonda Rhimes crime drama series, "How to Get Away with Murder" playing Annalise Keating.
She won two Tony awards for "King Hedley" and the Broadway production of "Fences."
Congratulations to Viola Davis.
We are hoping for Jamie Foxx to punch his ticket into the EGOT club.
Adam Frisch had said it best: "Lauren Boebert does nothing other than attend political events, troll online, generate controversy for click-bait and do nothing for the constituents for those living in the Western Slope."
He has signalled a rematch against her. He vows to engage with constituents who voted for her in 2022 but asked her to tone down the rhetoric.
She has refused to tone down and still hasn't done much since winning her election. She only won by less than 600 votes. It was a tight race and yes, it was so close, the lawmaker wasn't so thrilled.
Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) continues to do things outside her district and it's apparently that many are noticing this behavior has been going on since she's won in 2020.
Boebert was in Dallas, Texas. Not Grand Junction, Pueblo or Rifle, Colorado.

A church congregation cheered as Lauren Boebert said she prays for Joe Biden's demise: "May his days be few and another take his office.”
Lauren Boebert used “welfare recipient” as an intended insult to House colleagues who don’t “represent the people” like she does. pic.twitter.com/baqwVbTkDA
She was addressing the Storehouse Dallas Church and was making a prayer to hope the president days will end.
"And Jesus is right there at the table with you. Saying, what kind of conversation is this? Why are you talking like this? And why are you sad? Jesus, don't you know we're out of money? COVID's hit. They shut everything down. Joe Biden's president."
She added, We don't know what to do, Lord. That's all right. We pray for our presidents. You know, it says, 'Let his days be few and another take his office.' That's why I filed the articles of impeachment for Joe Biden. Unfortunately, he does have a really great insurance policy named Kamala Harris."
By the way, she intentionally misspoke the vice president's name.
Coming from progressive watchdog group, PatriotTakes, the site has caught the noise from far-right agitators like Boebert.
Should Lauren Boebert do more work as a lawmaker and less media appearances?
Like Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Boebert does get death threats and some have been arrested for threatening her and the family. However, Boebert has a notorious history of harassing people, making up stories about political opponents and constantly talking shit without fact checking it.
She is just as lazy as Greene. They both hate each other now after the House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) debacle.
The progressive site caught more....
"Let his children be fatherless, his wife a widow."
The Republican Party can't govern nor they have sympathy for anyone. They are embracing white nationalism and conspiracy theories.
Emergency kits are in classrooms and the far right are outraged.
I think I got smarter today after watching a TikTok video in which a teacher explains to his class the death threats, the boycotts and calls for his termination after he showed the class a bathroom bucket.
It was a bucket similar to a kitty litter bucket.
I am guessing that's the conservative outrage over teachers "forcing" students to use kitty litter buckets for restroom breaks.
LibsofTikTok, the far right media aggregator founded by this white bitch Chaya Raichik is likely responsible for the latest round of outrage. That bitch is on Twitter promoting extremism.
Culture wars are the Republican Party's meal ticket. Since they have no real solutions to this country's problems, they need to keep folks riled up over things that shouldn't even matter.
Those bathroom buckets are lockdown kits.
Right-wingers were misrepresenting the school's "bathroom buckets" so this teacher took the time out to make a video explaining what they are actually there for.
They are emergency supplies in case of school shootings. Trauma kits in classrooms! pic.twitter.com/gCVbqJr2JM

"You lie" lawmaker wants Biden to quit because Chinese balloon sailed by his state.
The infamous lawmaker who yelled "You Lie" during then President Barack Obama's Joint Session of the Congress now yelling "resign" to President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
A lot of hot air coming out of the armchair generals in the Republican Party. They offer asinine solutions to global problems. They are beating their chests on television, radio, social media and in print.
They have no real solutions to the problems. They just want reactionary responses to an issue they will use for political clout. They are unaware of the consequences.
The Chinese Spy Balloon was all the noise on cable. It was spotted, NORAD notified U.S. and Canadian officials. It was spotted in Montana and it led to social media posts and eventual news coverage. Republicans and some Democrats pounced on it and demanded that Biden "shoot it down."
Biden gave the order but was told that the impact could cause a potential debris area as well as damage to property or life. The military intelligence had already scrambled all surveillance footage and said it posed no real threat. They said it should be shot down in the ocean once it passes.
So on Saturday it was shot down in the Atlantic Ocean by two F22 fighter planes.
End of story.
Rep. [Addison] Graves Wilson (R-SC) aka Joe Wilson is fuming. Now he wants the president and vice president to step down.
Wilson's calls for Biden and Harris to resign came hours after a U.S. fighter jet shot down a Chinese spy balloon off the coast of the lawmaker's home state of South Carolina. The unmanned surveillance aircraft had flown from Alaska through Canada before entering the continental United States and traveling from Idaho to the East Coast over the last seven days.
"The catastrophic Chinese Spy Balloon spectacle clearly threatened American families from Alaska to my home community in South Carolina and confirms President Biden and Vice President Harris should resign," Wilson said in a tweet. "My call for their resignation was valid in August 2021 due to the surrender and disastrous withdrawal in Afghanistan, creating a safe haven for terrorists to attack American families."
Biden has competent military leaders directing him. His calls are a matter of national security.
"It was not political in 2021, when the succeeding President, then Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), would have been a Democrat, or now in 2023 with Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), a Republican. It is irrelevant for American families which party is in power because the first criteria of a leader should be their capability regardless of party, and sadly Biden and Harris are failures," the South Carolina lawmaker added.
Wilson added that the need for Biden and Harris to resign is reinforced by their "open border policies" which have weakened national security.
"When the domestic attack occurs, Biden and Harris will not be able to adequately respond," he continued. "Credible leadership is imperative to protect American families."
In addition to Wilson, several GOP lawmakers have slammed the Biden administration in recent days and after the balloon was shot down Saturday, characterizing the president's response as weak.
"Why was this allowed to go clear across the country for so many days? You know, you look at this, national security is one of the biggest things that any country can do. It is a core function of government," Rep. Russell Fry, a freshman South Carolina Republican that made noise on Fox.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is one of the most laziest lawmakers to ever be elected to office. She hardly does any serious work on behalf of her constituents of Northwest Georgia.
She is reelected despite her nonstop noise. She hardly does anything other attend political rallies, boosting her 5'1" ego, testing the political waters for a 2024 or a senate bid in 2026.
All she does is complain, starts feuds online or in public, chase down activists, bring up crazy conspiracy theories about people she does even know personally, made it her sole mission to impeach President Joe Biden as political revenge to the prior president, troll on social media, host podcasts, appear on television, radio, internet programs, have numerous affairs with men, espouse white nationalist propaganda and constantly promote violence towards political opponents.
Did you know that the U.S. Capitol Police and FBI arrested a man who threatened to kill the controversial lawmaker?
He is facing up to five years in federal time out.
She voted against honoring the Jan. 6 officers, voted against giving them a pay raise, praising the decision to get rid of the metal detectors, celebrating the usage of tobacco and alcohol inside lawmakers offices and literally leaves trash on Capitol grounds.
Greene has the caucasian audacity to complain about her annual salary as a representative.
She goes to the most worthless political agitator's podcast to openly complain about the pay she gets as a U.S. Representative.
Glenn Greenwald, a American-Brazilian libertarian bullshit artist. He is an alleged sexual predator who openly preys on men. he was booted from The Intercept over ethics.
Greene used to own a crossfit gym in Rome, Georgia. It appears it no longer operates.
Worthless agitator interviews worthless lawmaker.
"Becoming a member of Congress has made my life miserable. I made a lot more money before I got here. I've lost money since I've gotten here," Greene, who once owned a gym, said.
"It’s not a life that I think is like something that I enjoy because I don’t enjoy it, but I’m committed to this job because I believe in it," she added.
"The nature of this job, it keeps members of Congress and senators in Washington so much of the time, too much of the time to be honest with you," Greene told Greenwald.
She added that the "demanding" job keeps her away from family and friends in Georgia.
"We don’t get to go home and spend more time with our families, our friends … or maybe just be regular people because this job is so demanding. It’s turned into practically year-round," she said. "For those of us in the House of Representatives, we have to run for Congress every two years. So you’re practically campaigning nearly the entire time that you’re here serving as a representative."
Greene said she’s bothered in public by individuals who "come up to me and say crazy things to me out of the blue in public places that they believe because they read it on the internet or saw it on some news show about me."
Maybe she ask Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Marie Newman (D-IL), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), David Hogg, Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) about individuals coming up to them saying crazy things.
Biden will announce his 2024 run after the State of the Union.
The Sun Belt states: Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Georgia, Florida, Arizona, Utah, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. These states saw population growth in 2020.
Democrats want to diversify their primaries so they can encourage more engagement with Black, Latino and Asian American voters. Seeing that Republicans made several inroads with minority voters, Democrats see the need to change the status quo.
So the far left is outraged that the Democratic National Committee has decided to make South Carolina the first state in the race for the presidential nomination. Jaime Harrison, the DNC chair and Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC) see a potential to win back the Black vote.
In the beginning, it was the Iowa Caucus and New Hampshire primary. It often put Democratic presidential candidates in two states with majority white populations and a rush to win over their support. In the last two primaries, the Democratic nominee never won the Iowa Caucus or the Democratic candidate that won New Hampshire would be bantered with numerous other candidates who refused to concede when their odds are slim.
Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) has considered running again in 2024. He has often hinting a primary challenge to force President Joe Biden to move further to the left.
His supporters, the extreme left known as the Bernie Bros. have went bonkers over it.
They are the ones saying its unfair and it would eliminate a potential challenge from Sanders, Nina Turner, Marianne Williamson or a Democratic candidate that is a #NeverBiden.
Iowa and New Hampshire Democrats are furious at the decision.
Democrats see no path forward for Iowa, Ohio and Florida in 2024. They lost the states in 2016 and 2022. So they will regroup and recalibrate their messaging.
South Carolina will now kick things off for Democrats, with Michigan — and potentially Georgia — joining the early states in the biggest shakeup of the presidential primary in years, while Nevada will go second.
New Hampshire could go on the same day as Nevada if its Republican legislators and governor change a state law. Georgia, too, will need cooperation from Republican officials to take advantage of the new slot now available to them.
“This calendar does what is long overdue,” said DNC Chairman Jaime Harrison. "It puts Black voters at the front of the process in South Carolina. It keeps Nevada, where Latinos have been building power... And it adds Michigan, the heartland, where unions built the middle class of this nation. And Georgia, the forefront of the new South."
“The Democratic Party looks like America," Harrison added, "And so does this proposal.”
The new calendar puts South Carolina first on Feb. 3, 2024, followed by New Hampshire and Nevada on Feb. 6, then Georgia on Feb. 13, and Michigan on Feb. 27. After that, any state is free to schedule their primary when they want.
The party finally exerted the political will to shake up the status quo after Iowa botched their 2020 caucuses, which delayed results for days, and as the state shifted further into the Republican column.
Jim Clyburn told Democrats to look at a better outreach in the Sun Belt.
The calendar is still not final, however, since it is now up to the states to change their primary dates to comply. South Carolina, Nevada and Michigan have already codified their position, while the others have not.
Iowa and New Hampshire Democrats objected to the new calendar, warning that opening up the calendar to change could create chaos by inviting other states to try to elbow in and hurt Democrats' electoral prospects in their states.
Iowa Democratic Party Chair Rita Hart said the removal of Iowa will expose the party to charges that they have “turned their back on Iowa and rural America.”
The thornier issue, however, is New Hampshire, where a state law mandates that it holds the first primary a week before any other state in the country.
New Hampshire Democrats have asked for more time to try to come up with a solution, but most Democrats say the writing on the wall and expect there will be no solution to the impasse.
Instead, New Hampshire seems likely to go ahead with a unsanctioned first-in-the-nation Democratic primary, even though it means the party will lose delegates to the Democratic National Convention next year and that any candidate who so much as puts their name on the ballot will face steep penalties from the DNC, such as being barred from debate stages or losing access to the voter file.
“The DNC is set to punish us despite the fact that we don’t have the ability to unilaterally change state law,” said New Hampshire DNC member Joanne Dowdell. “This will only hurt President Biden in our purple battleground state.”
Democrats may wind up with someone like Williamson, the spiritual author who ran a long shot presidential campaign in 2020, as the most prominent Democrat on the ballot on an unsanctioned New Hampshire primary.
"If President Biden doesn't file for New Hampshire, it could provide an opening for an insurgent candidate to run and win the first primary of 2024 — something no one in this room wants to see," Dowdell added.
But in a party united behind Biden, there was little sympathy for their plight.
"No one state should have a lock on going first," said Michigan Rep. Debbie Dingell, a DNC member from the newly promoted state.
Those who spoke in favor of the new calendar received far more applause than their colleagues from Iowa or New Hampshire.
“Y’all, for far too long, our party’s nominating calendar has not reflected this country looks like,” said Georgia Rep. Nikema Williams, who is also the chairwoman of the state Democratic Party. “After today, we can proudly say that elevated the voices that have been silenced for far too long.”
The balloon went down around 2pm on Saturday. The balloon was possibly a Chinese surveillance unit was spotted over Montana and it drew outrage from the Republicans and some Democrats.
The FAA closed airspace over the area. A ground stop was ordered on the coast, specifically at Myrtle Beach International Airport, Charleston International Airport, and Wilmington International Airport. Military aircraft were reported to be over the Carolinas. US officials later stated that this was in preparation for an eventual downing of the balloon over the Atlantic.
It was spotted over the Aleutian Islands in Alaska and British Columbia, Canada. NORAD notified the American president Joe Biden and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
The U.S. intelligence agencies did a information jamming sequence to prevent the device from obtaining any resources in its payload. The president gave a shoot down order but was told to hold back due to the risk of lives, property and possible destruction of the device.
They were flexing their fingers to post on social media with claims that President Joe Biden is weak when it comes to dealing with China and demanding the balloon be shot down.
Unaware of the potential danger of the device, Republicans led a chorus of noise demanding it be shot down. Biden had already had given order to shoot it down, but at the advice of the Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Pentagon officials, they suggested that the device should be shot down in the Atlantic Ocean.
Biden said that the balloon did not pose a threat to U.S. security and was promptly shot down.
The balloon was described as the size of three buses and equipped with a technology bay. A senior defense official said the balloon had traveled from China to the Aleutian Islands and through northwest Canada before arriving over Montana on February 1, when it was spotted over Billings. A possible route along this trajectory, following prevailing westerlies, was calculated by a meteorological researcher using the HYSPLIT atmospheric model. Montana is the location of multiple nuclear missile installations, including Malmstrom Air Force Base, one of three US Air Force bases that operate intercontinental ballistic missiles. On Feb. 3, the balloon was observed above northwest Missouri, near Kansas City.
So on Saturday they sent two F22 Fighter Jets to destroy the device. It was destroyed about 50 nautical miles from Charleston and 20 nautical miles from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
End of story right.... Nope.
For the last three days, Fox and even CNN was leading their coverage to the balloon and speculation of what was inside it. Some Republicans made conspiracy theories to why it was spotted to the most zany theory that Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) had slept with Christina Fang (Fang Fang), an alleged Chinese spy.
Other Republicans decided to flex their social media toughness by posing with firearms saying to Biden if we see it, we'll shoot it down. Unaware the device is over 75,000 feet from the earth surface, a bullet would not even reach that distance of contact but of course it was to "own the libs."
Yale to honor a little girl who had the law called on her for protecting her neighborhood from an invasive species.
In late 2022, a former Republican councilman called the law on a 9-year old Black girl spraying trees to catch an invasive animal. The controversy sparked outrage over racial profiling.
Former Caldwell Borough Council member Gordon Lawshe, who is white, called local police on the girl.
The far right often dismiss racial stories as hoaxes because they are often skeptical of allegations.
Well it appears that the nation reacted to the young girl's interest in science.
Yale University has offered an opportunity for her to be a part of their institution.
The Yale School of Public Health held a ceremony honoring the budding scientist's recent work.
The university entered Bobbi's collection of 27 spotted lanternflies — an extremely invasive species that is harmful to trees and other plants — into the Peabody Museum of Natural History database. Bobbi was also presented with the title of "donor scientist" during the Jan. 20 ceremony.
"We wanted to show her bravery and how inspiring she is, and we just want to make sure she continues to feel honored and loved by the Yale community," Ijeoma Opara, an assistant professor at the school, said in a statement.
Police released the recording in which the white man claimed that a little woman spraying trees scared him.
"There's a little Black woman walking, spraying stuff on the sidewalks and trees on Elizabeth and Florence," Lawshe told the dispatcher, according to a call obtained by CNN.
"I don't know what the hell she's doing. Scares me, though," Lawshe added.
Yale has honored a young scientist who wanted to change the world. Bobbi will never forget this experience because a lot of Black and Brown people know what it's like being racially profiled for something.
A man spots a balloon and it drove the far right nuts.
So big freaking deal!
Since they were rooting for job loss and economic turmoil but ended up getting a successful jobs report and a better chance to advert a recession, what do the far right complain about?
A balloon from China possibly an intelligence machine was spotted over Montana and the far right is demanding the Biden administration shooting it down.
For one thing, if the thing is shot down, where will it land?
Another thing, this happens all the fucking time, It took one person to photograph it and send it to the fucking junk food media for the far right and some of those cowardly Democrats to seize on.
So on Feb.2, Canadian and U.S. defense officials spotted the surveillance balloon. Canada reported it to NORAD and the U.S. quickly got a lock on it.
The decision to shoot it down was turned down due to the fact that debris could impact property or injure life. Of course, that led to a diplomatic crisis. Secretary of State Antony Blinken was scheduled a visit to China but was recalled and President Joe Biden officially cancelled it.
The Chinese claim it was a metrological balloon to observe weather but given the tension between the U.S. and China over Taiwan, the Americans dismiss that.
The far right could resist playing "armchair general" when it comes to China. Many of the infamous lawmakers on the Republican side have resorted to the baseless claim that "If Washed Up 45 was in the White House, it would have been shot down...."
J.D. Vance being a moron again.
This is coming from the likes of Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL), Rep. Ryan Zinke (R-MT), Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO), Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL), Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN), Rep. James Comer (R-KY) and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).
They are conspiracy theorists and known do-nothings. McCarthy, a do-nothing House Speaker is trying to make this about Biden being "weak" on China.
Fox and CNN are non stop with this.
And it's like this hadn't happen before.
It happens all the freaking time.
Republicans wouldn't know what to do with themselves when it comes to a crisis.
Under Republican presidents since 2001, we had Sept. 11, 2001, Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Maria, Hurricane Rita, two reckless wars, deadly pandemic, two recessions and nonstop "owning the libs" legislation.
It's worth noting that many of these Republicans are just wasting your tax dollars to post their firearm selfies on social media.
Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) for example shows how he positions himself.
Greene trolls Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) after he was booted from the House Intelligence Committee by bringing up the alleged Chinese spy who worked in his office.
All of this is money spent to keep these buffoons in office.
That's why we need competent government and not reactionary. Reactionary lawmakers are not only reckless but dangerous to society.
