In June, Samaria Rice had dragged his white ass across the internet after she said he was using her son Tamir Rice in vein. She claimed that the money his charities raised never made it to her. She said that the movement is tainted with grifters.

Washed Up 45 appeared in a video message to wish the woman fatally shot by police at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, a happy birthday and call for the Department of Justice to reopen their investigation into her death.
"It is my great honor to address each of you gathered today to cherish the memory of Ashli Babbitt, a truly incredible person," The former president said in the video, played at a gathering of the woman's friends and family on Sunday in Freeport, Texas.
The right wing martyr is a crazy ass woman from California.
"On that horrible day of Jan. 6, Ashli arrived at the United States Capitol. She was shot and tragically killed," Washed Up 45 said. "Today would have been her birthday. Happy birthday, Ashli."
The former president offered condolences to the woman's family and expressed sympathy specifically to the husband and mother.
"Together we grieve her terrible loss. There was no reason Ashli should have lost her life that day," he said. "We must all demand justice for Ashli and her family."
Washed Up 45 then said he wanted to "renew our goal for a fair and nonpartisan investigation into the death of Ashli Babbitt."
"I offer my unwavering support to Ashli's family and call on the Department of Justice to reopen its investigation into her death on Jan. 6," the former president said as attendees at the event cheered. "Like all Americans, you deserve fair process. You deserve answers and you deserve justice."
Washed Up 45's message was followed by applause, cheers and chants of "U-S-A" from what appeared to be about two dozen people in attendance.
The Capitol Police officer who killed the woman was formerly exonerated and did not face disciplinary action after the Office of Professional Responsibility said the officer's conduct was "lawful and within Department policy."
In April, federal prosecutors decided they would not bring charges in the woman's death after finding "no evidence to establish beyond a reasonable doubt" that her shooting was unlawful.

The city of Dayton, Ohio is doing damage control after the police department pulled a paraplegic man from his vehicle after they suspected him of leaving a drug house. This is what the police department is running on. They also claim that the person they arrested had a history and a large wad of cash.
So, big freaking deal?

Ohio man shares his story about being pulled out of his vehicle by the Dayton Police.
It doesn't matter where I go, if I'm not committing a crime, there's no need to be pulled over. But you know this is what Black men face everyday when we are motorists. The Supreme Court allows cops to "stretch the truth" if there's a risk to the safety of the community. The Terry stop allows the police to briefly detain a person based on reasonable suspicion of involvement in criminal activity. Reasonable suspicion is a lower standard than probable cause which is needed for arrest. When police stop and search a pedestrian, this is commonly known as a stop and frisk.
We are often profiled for potential criminal activity. You could be parked in a parking lot at dark minding your business and cops could assume something is potentially criminal. They pull you over and demand your license and ask if you've been drinking or ask to search your vehicle. When you decline or ask for a supervisor, the situation elevates. Then the cops would pull you out the vehicle and claim you resisting arrest and then they book you on bullshit charges. They have a search of your vehicle with a dog and the trainer makes the dog find a "hit." The cops search your vehicle and destroy your property or rearrange things out of place.
Then they throw a bullshit charge or moving citation on grounds of your refusal to comply.

This happened to me and this happened to Clifford Owensby, Sr. His encounter has become a national story.
Owensby, 39, who said he does not have use of his legs, said he felt helpless when he was removed from the car to the ground and handcuffed before being placed in the back of a Dayton Police Department cruiser during the Sept. 30 traffic stop.
Police said the two Dayton officers were part of a narcotics investigation in the Dayton View neighborhood and saw the car leaving a suspected drug house. Due to that and the driver's "felony drug and weapon history," a K-9 team was summoned for a "free air sniff" that, under department policy, required occupants to leave the vehicle for their safety and that of the dog, police said.
Owensby said he could not get out because he is paraplegic, and he refused their assistance in doing so, police said. He then "grabbed onto the steering wheel ... (and) was then forcibly removed from the vehicle," police said.
Police bodycam footage shows Owensby repeatedly telling the officers that he was unable to get out of the car because he was a paraplegic, threatening to file a lawsuit and calling someone to "bring some people with cameras" to record the interaction. On the ground, he is heard screaming for help, asking if people were recording and asking someone to call "the real police."
Police said Owensby was placed on the ground "in order to secure him" and officers had to pull his arms behind his back to handcuff him, police said. A bag containing $22,450 in cash was found on the front floorboard, and the dog alerted to the currency, meaning "the money had been in close proximity to illegal drugs," police said.
Question: How would a dog know if the money was in proximity of illegal drugs?
Money exchanges hands every freaking day. So it wouldn't matter how much is exchange, there's no proof if there's no drugs in the car.
That's literal cop-out or a "cop's version."
Owensby who is paralyzed is able to drive a vehicle. He is allowed to travel wherever he wants. The police assumption of him being in "high crime area" is their justification for an unlawful search and seizure.
CBS affiliate WHIO-TV reports that on Sunday, Dayton NAACP president Derrick Forward announced Owensby filed a complaint with the organization against the department "for profiling him, unlawful arrest and illegal search and seizure of his vehicle." Forward claimed, along with being forced from the car, Owensby was also not read his Miranda Rights before being taken to jail.
"This is a total disregard for human life. The officers need to be held accountable," Forward said.
Speaking at the press conference, Owensby said the incident was "inhumane."
"[They had] no respect for me, no regard for my well-being," Owensby said.
The Dayton Daily News reported that a police report cited misdemeanor obstructing official business and resisting arrest in the crime status information, but Owensby had not been charged with either count. Traffic citations were filed in municipal court due to an unrestrained 3-year-old child in the back seat and the car's tinted glass. Police earlier told the paper that there was "a current and active investigation concerning the money."
Owensby told the newspaper that he sustained scrapes from the pavement and reinjury of previous back problem.
"I feel like they don't even respect me as a citizen," Owensby said, adding that he hopes for "some kind of disciplinary action."
Police said a professional standards bureau investigation of the traffic stop had begun and asked for patience from the public during that process.
Matt Carper, the police department's interim director and chief, said Friday that upcoming training for all Dayton officers and supervisors will include diversity, equity and inclusion as well as deescalation, bias-free policing and procedural justice.
"We need to do better, and this can be done by further developing the mutual respect and accountability to make our city safer," Carper stated.
Mayor Nan Whaley said in a statement Friday evening that the video was "very concerning."
"No matter where you live or what you look like, everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect when dealing with Dayton Police," she said. "Dayton remains committed to our ongoing community-led police reform process and providing transparency in situations like this."
The Dayton Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 44 defended the officers, saying they "followed the law, their training and departmental policies and procedures," the newspaper reported.
"Sometimes the arrest of noncompliant individuals is not pretty, but is a necessary part of law enforcement to maintain public safety, which is one of the fundamental ideologies of our society," president Jerome Dix said in a statement.
Dayton is a well-known segregated city. Interstate 75 divides the city. The west is economically deprived and the inner suburb of Trotwood is a ghost town. The rural communities of Phillipsburg, Verona, Brookville, New Lebanon and Farmersville are Washed Up 45 country. The northern suburbs of Clayton, Englewood and Vandalia have the big box stores and groceries. The eastern part of Dayton fares somewhat better but still full of deprived areas and losses of businesses. The eastern suburbs are surviving on their resentment of Dayton and the public buses known as Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority.
No one is saying a cop's job is easy. Just in the past week, a rookie cop from Georgia was killed. A Sidney, Ohio police officer was shot. An Ohio State Patrol trooper was shot. An Arizona cop was shot.
The risks are far too great with police right now. The so-called Blue Lives Matter will latch on to these incidents as attempts to dehumanize law enforcement. A handful of bad cops make the good cop look bad.
The bad faith actors will chime for "defund the police" and "back the blue" as their way to feel good about what is posted on social media. The trolls of social media will unearth history of the person or the cop.
This never ending nonsense in the country when it comes to race, class, public workers and the junk food media.
Politicians like that white extremist will use this event as a rally cry for his bid to be U.S. Senator.
The police body camera and witness filming has the nation outraged. It wouldn't matter if the cops were filmed by a bystander or not, Ohio would favor the cop. We seen how the governor acted when he was then Attorney General of Ohio in the Jonathan Crawford III case. Then governor Karen DeWine withheld the key evidence in the shooting of Crawford in a Walmart in the Dayton suburb of Beavercreek. They failed to charge the Karen who called the cops. They failed to charge the cop for murder. The cop had a bad record and had killed a suspect in the past. They just failed the Crawford family and Ohio rewarded DeWine with a term as governor.

We also seen how John Felton was stopped by a cop after he looked at him. He was followed by the cop for over two miles before being pulled over and given a citation. The cop threatened to arrest him despite him telling him that he knew that profiling. The cop's excuse was "he gave him that suspicious look."
Whaley who is retiring as mayor to run for her ill-fated attempt at replacing DeWine is already not favored among Daytonians or Ohioans. She imposed the mask mandate again. She and city leaders signed off on those speed cameras being placed in mostly Black neighborhoods. She also is not listening to community leaders on the loss of grocery stores and blight.
She and the governor are friends. Politics aside, she known the governor since he was then a U.S. Senator and Attorney General.

The family of a man who sued to have him treated for ivermectin passed away. Washed Up 45 and the far-right are promoting bullshit in the wake of a pandemic that has killed over 750,000 Americans.
The pandemic has reached record heights of death. The ones who are dying are the unvaccinated.
This happened in Butler County, Ohio, the heavily Republican county in Southwestern Ohio.
The woman sued West Chester Hospital (University of Cincinnati Health) to force doctors to abandon their medical oath. She demanded they treated her dying husband with ivermectin.
The victim, Jeffrey Smith of Fairfield Township died on September 25 after battling COVID-19.
Smith's case gained national attention after his wife, Julie, first sued UC Health after he was admitted to West Chester Hospital for COVID-19. Despite warnings from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other medical experts, Julie Smith said, "Fuck you! Give my husband ivermectin."
She looked on those damn social media websites promoting this a "cure" for the coronavirus.
A Butler County Judge, Gregory Howard abandoned his judicial authority by ordering the hospital to violate their oath. Jeffrey, on a ventilator was ordered to get the ivermectin. Another judge denied the preliminary injunction that forced the hospital to administer the drug.
The Food and Drug Administration did not approve that shit for treatment of COVID-19 and they said it was not shown to be safe or effective.
So the idiot was buried in early October and the news of his death reached the junk food media on Thursday.
Back in September, NPR reported on a woman who made her last TikTok video stating her regrets not getting vaccinated.
Megan Alexandra Blankenbiller pleaded with her followers not to make the same mistake she did — waiting to get the COVID-19 vaccine — that eventually cost her her life.
Blankenbiller, or @atasteofalex on TikTok, died of COVID-19 last month after documenting her journey with the virus through a series of short videos. She first announced that she'd gotten COVID-19 on Aug. 13 with a video of herself in the hospital. In the caption, she urged others: "DO NOT WAIT TO GET VACCINATED! Go now!!"
It was a sentiment that she echoed in her next three videos.
In one video, she dispelled the misconception that those who are vaccinated cannot get COVID-19 and explained that it helps your body withstand the virus if you do get it. In her next, she said she'd been afraid to get the vaccine. She also said that since she'd been at the hospital, she'd been hearing the "moans and the screams of people in pain" — the grief of those who had likely lost their loved ones.

In her final video, filmed in a hospital bed as the others had been, she admitted that it was getting harder to talk but shared her own story: She was not against vaccines but had been taking time to research and wanted to get vaccinated at the same time as her family — a decision she said she came to regret.
"I do think it was a mistake. I shouldn't have waited," she said. "If you are even 70% sure that you want the vaccine, go get it. Don't wait. Go get it because hopefully if you get it, then you won't end up in the hospital like me, OK?"
Blankenbiller died nine days after her last video was posted Aug. 15, CNN reported. She was 31. Before her death, she'd made appointments to get vaccinated with her mother and sisters, but she became sick before she was able to get the vaccine, according to WebMD.
Blankenbiller's story is similar to many that have been shared in recent months of those who did not get vaccinated but, after contracting COVID-19, wished they had. Some of those people have begun encouraging others to get the shot. Health officials have said they hope these stories will raise vaccination rates and save lives.
Of course, there's folks who are fully vaccinated but end up getting the coronavirus. As with vaccines, nothing is 100%. The vaccines are capable of preventing the coronavirus. At best, it's a 94% prevention rate which means 1 out of 500 could be infected even if they're vaccinated.
President Joe Biden had hopes that Americans would take this shit seriously. Unfortunately, Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.
But those fighting the culture war by not vaccinating, not wearing face mask in public, not following protocols, and deliberately ignoring federal and international rules when traveling are going to be the first casualties of the war.

An enabler of white supremacy and conspiracy theories is hospitalized for COVID-19. It appears that the former Florida congressman who moved to Texas to run for governor has tested positive for the coronavirus.
The carpetbagger announced on his social media that he is being hospitalized and being treated with hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. Those are considered unproven treatments but it hasn't stopped Republicans or this idiot from using it.
He reported on Sunday that he's "doing great" despite not being vaccinated.
"No complaints. I'm just relaxing," the carpetbagger said to the Associated Press. He was on the phone from his hospital bed in Plano. He awaiting the results of the X-ray on his chest.
He has gotten pneumonia from COVID-19. He and wife Angela West, who did get vaccinated after they attending at "packed house" fundraising event in Seabrook, Texas. He is"suspending in-person events until receiving an all-clear indication."
They are getting monoclonal antibody treatments. The Republican candidate refuses to get vaccinated against the coronavirus. Doctors on Saturday show concern that the carpetbagger has lowered level of oxygen saturation in the blood.
The carpetbagger was a one-time U.S. Representative from Florida. He ended up moving to Texas to become the Republican chairman from Texas. He resigned this year to challenge Karen Abbott in the Republican primary.
Abbott is endorsed by Washed Up 45 and is running for a third term.
The carpetbagger said that if any mandates come through him, he would crush them.

2/ Yesterday my wife, Angela, and I underwent monoclonal antibody infusion therapy at Advance ER in Dallas -- special hat tip to the staff there for their care and professionalism. The results were immediate.

Of course, there's folks who are fully vaccinated but end up getting the coronavirus. As with vaccines, nothing is 100%. The vaccines are capable of preventing the coronavirus. At best, it's a 94% prevention rate which means 1 out of 500 could be infected even if they're vaccinated.

The U.S. Justice Department couldn't charge Kenosha. Wisconsin officer Rusten Sheskey for shooting Jacob Blake. It touched off a series of unrest and protests. It also led to a white terrorist shooting two protesters dead.
Sheksey, who is white shot Blake, who is Black, during a domestic disturbance in August 2020. The shooting left Blake paralyzed from the waist down. Sheskey shot Blake in front of his children. The charges that Blake was expected to face were dropped. He took a plea deal for domestic abuse and public disturbance.
State prosecutors also decided to not file charges against Sheskey.
At one time, Blake was wanted for a felony. He was armed with a knife but did use it. He did get into a scuffle with the cop and others there.
The U.S. Justice Department's Civil Rights Division and the U.S. Attorney's Office in Milwaukee reviewed the police reports and determined that there was not enough evidence to prove Sheskey used excessive force or violated Blake's federal rights.
So if a person is filming a police encounter and witnessed a cop shooting a man who is fleeing. I guess that's not excessive. If the cop is grabbing on the shirt while firing on the fleeing suspect, it's not considering a violation of federal rights.
So this white terrorist who traveled from Illinois to Wisconsin was confronted by protesters after an allegations of racial slurs being hurled. The terrorist claims he used self-defense but many believe he was there to start trouble.

The white terrorist was not criminally charged at the time. The terrorist went back to Illinois and managed to get at least 48 hours to gather his priorities. The white terrorist was backed by Washed Up 45, a washed up entertainer named Rickey Schroeder and a disbarred QAnon lawyer.
The shooting led to disparities within the Kenosha Police and County sheriff's department. The city had to reevaluate the situation when it deals with suspects.
Jacob Blake was shot seven times by Sheksey, leaving him permanently disabled. The city of Kenosha had a brief moment of unrest due to the cop's actions. The far-right decided to patrol the streets with the support of the Republican sheriff. The white terrorist got strong backing from conservatives and even welcoming from the Proud Boys who offered the underage terrorist a beer.
The white terrorist faces up LIFE in the iron college if convicted. The federal charges could be implicated against the terrorist and he could face the DEATH card. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
